- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice Shot. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
- 0:18Speaker 1: I'm your host, Rob Shot with our dear friend Garrett
- 0:21Speaker 1: Vogel from Z one. Garrett, are you there, Rob Shooter, friend,
- 0:26Speaker 1: buddy pal author, How are you wend for the really
- 0:31Speaker 1: great weekend? So my book came out last week. We
- 0:34Speaker 1: are number eleven on the chart, so thank you so much.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I've got the official results today, number eleven. Congratulate number
- 0:42Speaker 1: eleven on the chart, number one in our hearts. You're
- 0:44Speaker 1: the best friend anybody could wish. Thank you, Thank you,
- 0:47Speaker 1: thank you. Hey, let's jump into the show. What time
- 0:49Speaker 1: is it, my friends? It is lots of about So
- 0:53Speaker 1: Harry and Megan were secretly taping their trip to New
- 0:57Speaker 1: York City for Netflix document Tree. The two of them
- 1:01Speaker 1: were in New York City this weekend. Garrett got to
- 1:03Speaker 1: see them, so we'll talk all about that and Paige
- 1:06Speaker 1: six and now reporting They had their own camera crew
- 1:09Speaker 1: follow them around the world wind trip here to the city.
- 1:13Speaker 1: They started out at a tour at the nine eleven
- 1:15Speaker 1: Memorial on Thursday. We saw their videographer with them. Also
- 1:20Speaker 1: to Harry was spotted wearing a microphone. You could see
- 1:24Speaker 1: the little wire falling out of his back when they
- 1:27Speaker 1: went up to Harlem to visit the iconic soul food
- 1:31Speaker 1: restaurant Melbourne's. I've been there, it's amazing. Also to their speculation,
- 1:36Speaker 1: the Megan was wearing a winter wardrobe, very very thick coat, Scarrett,
- 1:40Speaker 1: and it was quite hot out to hide the breeze
- 1:43Speaker 1: from time to time, I mean, give her a break.
- 1:45Speaker 1: It was a breezy it was a breezy weekend. We
- 1:47Speaker 1: get to hide her microphone. I don't think they should
- 1:49Speaker 1: hide this at all. They've got a big contract with Netflix,
- 1:52Speaker 1: so it was reported to be over a hundred million dollars.
- 1:55Speaker 1: They want the goods for that, So yes, do we
- 1:58Speaker 1: want amazing to commentaries about good causes. Yes, but we
- 2:02Speaker 1: really want the Harry and Megan reality show. That's what
- 2:04Speaker 1: we want. I'm told this won't be the Cardassians, it
- 2:07Speaker 1: won't be the Housewives, but it is more of a
- 2:09Speaker 1: reality show than you think. So the Queen won't be
- 2:12Speaker 1: flipping tables. I don't think she's going to sign or
- 2:14Speaker 1: at least to be in this. I think it's gonna
- 2:16Speaker 1: be Speaking of releases, I didn't see any release papers
- 2:20Speaker 1: coming my way over the weekend from if this is
- 2:22Speaker 1: a crew following them for a doctument so close to
- 2:26Speaker 1: them that you could be in it. So explain what
- 2:27Speaker 1: it was like backstage at the big concert that they
- 2:30Speaker 1: turned about. Yes, so I was had the opportunity to
- 2:34Speaker 1: work for extra not to name drop exactly, So I
- 2:38Speaker 1: got to work the red carpet at the Global Citizen
- 2:41Speaker 1: Festival in Central Park. Now this is the superstar lineup
- 2:45Speaker 1: alone j Lo, Lizzo, Coldplay, Billie Eilish. I mean it
- 2:49Speaker 1: goes on and on and on, and Megan and Harry
- 2:51Speaker 1: were there. The buzz around Central Park of those two
- 2:55Speaker 1: alone Rob Shooter were pretty amazing. It was like everyone
- 2:58Speaker 1: was anyone or everyone who passed by at any given
- 3:02Speaker 1: point was like, was that Megan? Was that Harry? I
- 3:05Speaker 1: think I saw Megan. I think I saw Harry. So
- 3:07Speaker 1: funny enough, like well played by them given it was
- 3:10Speaker 1: probably just luck. But as the carpet starts behind us,
- 3:14Speaker 1: like so everybody interviewing people could see stuff happening behind
- 3:18Speaker 1: on a on a walkway, golf carts were being used
- 3:21Speaker 1: to transport celebrities from when they arrived at the park
- 3:24Speaker 1: to the area where they would go before they would
- 3:26Speaker 1: go on stage. Sure, enough, we're in the middle of
- 3:28Speaker 1: interviews with I believe like Cyndi Lauper and a bunch
- 3:31Speaker 1: of other people. There goes Megan and Harry in their
- 3:34Speaker 1: golf cart Rob Shooter. It almost had like a Justin
- 3:38Speaker 1: Bieber Shawn Mendez feel to it, because not only did
- 3:42Speaker 1: they have their people like trailing behind, they had others
- 3:46Speaker 1: that were there that were that that had passes that
- 3:48Speaker 1: were there in attendance to see the show, trying to
- 3:52Speaker 1: get to their golf cart to just get a glimpse
- 3:55Speaker 1: of MEGANI were trying to get to see not just
- 3:58Speaker 1: any celebrities, like you know backstage, it's like people who know,
- 4:01Speaker 1: people who know, people who got passes. Those people were
- 4:04Speaker 1: trying to track down the golf cart. Did anybody was like,
- 4:08Speaker 1: and where did they hide? Give me the details. Arrive
- 4:10Speaker 1: on the golf car, they go to a holden area
- 4:12Speaker 1: I imagine a private of that type of thing. Is
- 4:14Speaker 1: that what happened? Private room? Yeah? So yeah, pretty much
- 4:17Speaker 1: a tented area. So you know, you have to get
- 4:19Speaker 1: through security, through security, through security, just to get to
- 4:22Speaker 1: this area. Pretty much, there was no way you were
- 4:24Speaker 1: getting close to them. The only way possible is if
- 4:27Speaker 1: you got a glimpse while they were on the golf
- 4:29Speaker 1: cart being transported to and that's what happened. So everybody ran,
- 4:33Speaker 1: and it's so funny watching the crews that were on
- 4:35Speaker 1: the carpet run towards Megan and area. But like we
- 4:38Speaker 1: need them, did you run? Did you get it for extra?
- 4:41Speaker 1: Did extra get the shots? No? No, because at the
- 4:43Speaker 1: end of the day they were already there was no
- 4:45Speaker 1: way that you're running to catch up to them. But
- 4:48Speaker 1: everybody thought that they would chase in the golf course
- 4:50Speaker 1: around the Great Lawn to try and get Harry and Megan.
- 4:53Speaker 1: And then funny enough, you know, they they go up
- 4:55Speaker 1: on stage, they do what they do, and everybody comes back,
- 4:58Speaker 1: the carpet starts going again in and sure enough during
- 5:01Speaker 1: the interviews as it's going, Megan and Harry are exiting
- 5:04Speaker 1: and everybody does. So they didn't do the carpet, So
- 5:07Speaker 1: Megan and Harry did not do sandpipes, they did not
- 5:10Speaker 1: do interviews. They arrived on a golf card, they got
- 5:12Speaker 1: whisked off to a private area. They came out, they
- 5:14Speaker 1: gave their little speech at the show, and then they
- 5:16Speaker 1: left Bang bang b Yes, but but it was it
- 5:19Speaker 1: was all about people trying to get that two seconds,
- 5:24Speaker 1: not even not even they looked at me. I think
- 5:28Speaker 1: I got the back of Harry's head at one point,
- 5:30Speaker 1: like quick. It was a big day. I was in
- 5:33Speaker 1: the park working for German TV and the reason I
- 5:35Speaker 1: was there was because of Harry and Megan. All I
- 5:38Speaker 1: talked about was Harry and Megan. The crowd that lined up.
- 5:41Speaker 1: There were about sixty thousand people that tried to get
- 5:44Speaker 1: into that park. I interviewed the crowd. I went up
- 5:47Speaker 1: and down the line. You know who they were waiting for.
- 5:48Speaker 1: It was not j Lo, it was billions up in
- 5:51Speaker 1: the Islands. It was Harry and Megan. Harry and Megan
- 5:54Speaker 1: was who everybody had sixty downsful that is. Did you
- 5:58Speaker 1: feel the energy when they got on stage? Was a
- 6:00Speaker 1: definitely a thrust roar from the crowd. There was definitely
- 6:04Speaker 1: a roar, but it was just amazing to see the
- 6:06Speaker 1: buzz backstage of just people wanting to get a glimpse
- 6:10Speaker 1: of them. Something superstar like you and I talk about it.
- 6:14Speaker 1: You know, you more closer to the Royals than I obviously,
- 6:18Speaker 1: but and I live vicariously through you, and you know
- 6:21Speaker 1: it's like one of those like I don't get it,
- 6:23Speaker 1: but then seeing the buzz you're exciting how people it
- 6:28Speaker 1: really truly does. So as much as I give you
- 6:31Speaker 1: grief from time to time about how royal stuff I understand,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I finally understand is only taking you a year, your monster,
- 6:39Speaker 1: But yes, so that you're a great guy. This brings
- 6:42Speaker 1: us to our pole question of the day. So, Harry
- 6:44Speaker 1: and Megan, we're taping the New York Trip before a
- 6:47Speaker 1: Netflix documentary about them. It's not a reality show. It's
- 6:51Speaker 1: is a documentary, but I'm told it's going to be
- 6:54Speaker 1: very real. So maybe we can call it a documentary reality.
- 6:57Speaker 1: We can make it our own word. Will you watch it?
- 6:59Speaker 1: That's the question. Let's get to the point. That's the question.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Will you watch it? Now? I know some of you
- 7:04Speaker 1: are going to say no because you're just annoyed with them,
- 7:06Speaker 1: but I think you might watch it. Like the Operah thing,
- 7:09Speaker 1: I think got sixty million viewers at the end, So
- 7:12Speaker 1: will you watch it? Tell the truth? If there's no
- 7:14Speaker 1: judgment here on this show Twitter page at rather the
- 7:17Speaker 1: answers yes for me to get on Facebook page no
- 7:21Speaker 1: decassip coming and leave a comment there. You can watch
- 7:23Speaker 1: it on my couch or sit together and have ice cream,
- 7:25Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Garrett,
- 7:29Speaker 1: I think we've influenced the vote. I don't know if
- 7:31Speaker 1: that's technically allowed. I think we do. And I credit
- 7:34Speaker 1: you for trusting me with ice cream. On the second thoughts,
- 7:37Speaker 1: you can have a glass of water moving along. What
- 7:40Speaker 1: is car up to? So he shared which is? Which
- 7:44Speaker 1: is different? Because Kanye normally doesn't share any photos of
- 7:48Speaker 1: his children, you know what I mean, mostly about him
- 7:51Speaker 1: his clothing line, his sneakers, but he shared some photos
- 7:55Speaker 1: of his son's broken arm. So his son, Saint West,
- 7:58Speaker 1: of course, is recovering right now from something earlier this month.
- 8:02Speaker 1: And uh, you know, his arm was broken in a
- 8:05Speaker 1: few places. So Saturday, Saturday morning, Kanye shared some photos
- 8:08Speaker 1: on Instagram of the X rays and I mean, I
- 8:12Speaker 1: don't know why he did it, but there was no
- 8:14Speaker 1: caph and and it's so weird when when people who
- 8:17Speaker 1: post stuff on Instagram don't put a caption with it.
- 8:20Speaker 1: So you know it does. And credit to Kanye and
- 8:23Speaker 1: Kim because they're they're known for it. They get people talking,
- 8:26Speaker 1: they get people assuming, they get people writing their own
- 8:28Speaker 1: captions of of everything, but we do, you know, we
- 8:31Speaker 1: do hope and wish for a quick healing recovery from
- 8:35Speaker 1: from from their son. He's five years old. I remember
- 8:38Speaker 1: breaking my arm when I was like seven. I was
- 8:40Speaker 1: playing Ghostbusters in the park. It was, you know, I
- 8:43Speaker 1: thought I was chasing after a ghost and night tripped
- 8:44Speaker 1: and but you know, it stinks being five years old
- 8:47Speaker 1: and having a broken off. Hopefully it's a quick recuse.
- 8:50Speaker 1: A little boy my arm at birth, so my arm
- 8:52Speaker 1: was always in a plaster or sling growing cup, and
- 8:54Speaker 1: I actually sort of grew to like it in a
- 8:56Speaker 1: weird way. It's very evan handsome. I always had always
- 8:59Speaker 1: had a cast on my arm for some operation I
- 9:01Speaker 1: was going through, and people were always signing it at
- 9:03Speaker 1: school and it sort of made me cool in a
- 9:06Speaker 1: weird way. As was that guy that they came over
- 9:08Speaker 1: and put their name on it, put hearts on there,
- 9:10Speaker 1: or or a different writing. Now it's a saint. Would
- 9:13Speaker 1: you let me sign your cast? Would like? Like? Would
- 9:16Speaker 1: I have to come up to you or would you
- 9:17Speaker 1: be like would you like to sign my like? Would
- 9:19Speaker 1: you have to ask? Think? You know, Garrette, if I
- 9:21Speaker 1: want something I asked, I would ask you and you're
- 9:23Speaker 1: a cute boy, so I keep flying you have. It's
- 9:25Speaker 1: a it's a talking point. It gave me a chance
- 9:28Speaker 1: to talk to the cute boys. So I'd come over
- 9:30Speaker 1: to you and say, signed my cast and give me
- 9:32Speaker 1: a kiss, so saying we hope you're doing better. Interesting,
- 9:35Speaker 1: isn't it that that he did this. He didn't put
- 9:37Speaker 1: any caption like you said, so we're assuming it's saying something.
- 9:41Speaker 1: It could be some of a random child. Probably not,
- 9:43Speaker 1: but I'm well. Soon moving along, Blake Shelton is joking
- 9:47Speaker 1: about Ariana grand Da replacing him. This is such a
- 9:50Speaker 1: great story, so producers at the Voice are reportedly looking
- 9:55Speaker 1: to refine a replacement for Blake. Now I've heard this too, Blake,
- 10:00Speaker 1: it's the only judge that has been on that show
- 10:01Speaker 1: since day one. Now, when the show started, it was
- 10:04Speaker 1: actually quite hard to get really big celebrities to do it.
- 10:07Speaker 1: They didn't want to sign up for this, and the
- 10:09Speaker 1: same with American Idol in the beginning, they couldn't get
- 10:11Speaker 1: big stars. That has changed, however, Arianna Grandy is the
- 10:16Speaker 1: biggest superstar they've ever had, and it has changed the dynamic.
- 10:20Speaker 1: And now that Arianna has done the show, are the
- 10:23Speaker 1: huge stars that wouldn't have done it before. And I'm
- 10:26Speaker 1: thinking about it. She's opened the floodgates, so to speak.
- 10:28Speaker 1: So there's lots of talks, lots of reporting that maybe
- 10:32Speaker 1: Blake might be replaced on the show. He saw one
- 10:37Speaker 1: of these stories and he posted it and said, thank
- 10:39Speaker 1: you very much, Ariana Grandy, you've got me fired. She responded,
- 10:43Speaker 1: it is sort of blown up. Now. I like that
- 10:45Speaker 1: Blake can laugh about this. But Garrett, there's some truth
- 10:49Speaker 1: to it. It's not. There is some truth to this,
- 10:52Speaker 1: my sources are telling me, but they love changing the
- 10:54Speaker 1: hose he's been there forever. He can get better people,
- 10:58Speaker 1: then more people that that get topped hen records. Like Ariana,
- 11:01Speaker 1: there's truth to this. But but seeing in his own
- 11:05Speaker 1: right too, because I know as much as you are
- 11:08Speaker 1: up in music, you know, country might not be in
- 11:10Speaker 1: your wheel house from from time to time. But because
- 11:13Speaker 1: of the voice, Blake Shelton has actually caliapulted his career
- 11:17Speaker 1: to where he's one of the top five artists in
- 11:20Speaker 1: the world. And and with that too, I think having
- 11:23Speaker 1: a single judge that has always been like the foundation
- 11:26Speaker 1: of the judges, that doesn't you need that because you
- 11:29Speaker 1: do a constant change over, then it's like, okay, we're
- 11:32Speaker 1: kind of starting from fresh with the dynamics, you know.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Do you see what you're saying? Having that sort of
- 11:36Speaker 1: foundation that anchor is a good thing. But I would argue,
- 11:38Speaker 1: now Kelly Clarkson can be that after a few seasons,
- 11:40Speaker 1: even John legends that you know, these judges have become
- 11:43Speaker 1: so familiar so quickly because we know them. They're not
- 11:46Speaker 1: they're not new stars. They're stars, and let me get
- 11:48Speaker 1: used to them in that role. I'll argue after a year,
- 11:51Speaker 1: Arianna Grande could be the foundation of that show, like
- 11:54Speaker 1: it's She's gonna it's the the the amount of viewers,
- 11:57Speaker 1: new viewers that she could potentially England. She has more
- 12:01Speaker 1: followers on social media than all the other judges combine.
- 12:05Speaker 1: And and so if a massive country start, yes, they've
- 12:09Speaker 1: got to represent that genre. If a massive country star
- 12:13Speaker 1: said they wanted to do it, would they get rid
- 12:15Speaker 1: of Blake? I'm told that he wouldn't be. He's not
- 12:18Speaker 1: being fired or anything, and I don't want me to,
- 12:20Speaker 1: but he could be asked to kind of like give
- 12:21Speaker 1: a season off, like when Stefan is off for a
- 12:23Speaker 1: few seasons. She comes back, Nick Jonas. They like this rotation.
- 12:27Speaker 1: So I'm glad that you're laughing, Blake, but don't don't,
- 12:31Speaker 1: you know, take it a little a little bit more
- 12:33Speaker 1: seriously because there is some truth to it. Okay, Garrett,
- 12:37Speaker 1: what's going on with Brittany. So here's the interesting thing,
- 12:40Speaker 1: Rob Shooter. So after once we learned that Britney Spears
- 12:44Speaker 1: is pretty much near being free of her conservatorship, these
- 12:48Speaker 1: documentaries just like I guess they were sitting at the
- 12:50Speaker 1: floodgates waiting for an opportunity to just be like, all right,
- 12:54Speaker 1: here we go. There there's another one calling Controlling Brittney Spears,
- 12:57Speaker 1: where we're learning that Brittany was given pre packaged envelopes
- 13:01Speaker 1: of medication. You know, so so an executive assistant at
- 13:05Speaker 1: black Box Security, which was or it actually sounds like
- 13:10Speaker 1: a very adulteration than which was used by Spears, which
- 13:15Speaker 1: was used by Britney Spears his father Jamie for her security.
- 13:20Speaker 1: They made this shocking allegation. So it goes, how is
- 13:23Speaker 1: it Okay, they said, we're in charge of her medication,
- 13:26Speaker 1: their security, you know, they maybe they should hold it,
- 13:28Speaker 1: but we were given prepackaged envelopes which we assume was
- 13:33Speaker 1: done by you know, Jamie Spears's team or whatever. It
- 13:37Speaker 1: kind of reminded the security team of being in prison
- 13:40Speaker 1: pretty much, you know, even to the so the the
- 13:43Speaker 1: same people even said that every single request was monitored there,
- 13:47Speaker 1: her phone and texts were bugs, her bedroom was bugged,
- 13:50Speaker 1: and and and this guy uh that that was speaking
- 13:54Speaker 1: from black Box Security even says he kept those tapes
- 13:57Speaker 1: after being asked to delete them because he didn't want
- 13:59Speaker 1: to delete evidence. So, I mean, could this be you know,
- 14:03Speaker 1: just playing into the story. Is it true? I don't know.
- 14:07Speaker 1: I don't think we'll ever see it until it it
- 14:08Speaker 1: might go into court. But it's just so interesting that
- 14:11Speaker 1: all these documentaries, especially about Brittany and everybody around her,
- 14:15Speaker 1: are now coming right after the fact that the conservatorship,
- 14:19Speaker 1: which Jamie Spears had very much control over, is pretty
- 14:22Speaker 1: much down to you know, it's finally well, they've opened
- 14:24Speaker 1: up the floodgates, as you said. Also to now that
- 14:27Speaker 1: Brittany has spoken about it herself in court, you're not
- 14:30Speaker 1: going to get sued by talking about it because you
- 14:32Speaker 1: can't say it's not true. She's confirmed that all this stuff,
- 14:35Speaker 1: or a lot of it is true. And let's remember
- 14:38Speaker 1: the New York Times documentary that sort of started all
- 14:41Speaker 1: this was a huge hit. So in television, in all
- 14:45Speaker 1: of show business, when something's a hit, you keep riding it,
- 14:48Speaker 1: You keep going, you keep going. So that's why I
- 14:50Speaker 1: begetting the flood of these Brittany documentaries. Not only is
- 14:54Speaker 1: there an enormous amount of information that is being revealed,
- 14:57Speaker 1: but also to people are buying it, chingered, We're buying
- 15:00Speaker 1: the magazines again. And so once again, Brittany is probably
- 15:04Speaker 1: one of the hottest celebrities in the world at the moment.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Shocking revelations. The stuff about recording her in her bedroom
- 15:12Speaker 1: was what about the fact that every guy had to
- 15:16Speaker 1: be approved? The security guard went on to say that
- 15:19Speaker 1: every guy she paid any interest in dated. The dad
- 15:23Speaker 1: was all over, Hey, we're gonna take a quick break
- 15:25Speaker 1: here and we will be right Welcome back to not
- 15:32Speaker 1: even my show, dear friend, Garrett Vogel, Hey, Garrett, let's
- 15:35Speaker 1: get to the polls, Darling. So on Friday Show, we
- 15:39Speaker 1: found out the Britney Spears's kids had a restraining order
- 15:42Speaker 1: against her father. Are we going to find out more
- 15:44Speaker 1: about her dad's behavior? Where we've answered that with the
- 15:47Speaker 1: last story answers yes and you think it is yes
- 15:50Speaker 1: to said yes, I guess at this point it has
- 15:55Speaker 1: been proven that we're going to find out a lot
- 15:58Speaker 1: lot more. Don't forget about on today's Paul. Go about
- 16:01Speaker 1: Twitter pageach at naughty nice or a Facebook page which
- 16:04Speaker 1: is naughty gossip. You can leave a column there. I'm
- 16:07Speaker 1: sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. And
- 16:10Speaker 1: now it's time for a nice he the day. See,
- 16:15Speaker 1: we might we might have differences on this rob You
- 16:17Speaker 1: say nicest of the day. I say he's He's not.
- 16:20Speaker 1: He's being a bad guy on this one. So let's
- 16:22Speaker 1: talk about Daniel Craig. So he's warning actors to choose
- 16:25Speaker 1: a different career. You know, Daniel Craig, who has made
- 16:29Speaker 1: arguably hundreds of millions of dollars off of playing James
- 16:32Speaker 1: Bond and Double O seven, has warned young actors hoping
- 16:35Speaker 1: to follow in his footsteps. My advice to young actors
- 16:37Speaker 1: is don't do it any other career, he told fans.
- 16:41Speaker 1: It's so degrading and depressing at times, the rejection, it's
- 16:44Speaker 1: quite defensive and abolishing. It's a very you word to
- 16:48Speaker 1: deal with. But but here's the thing right shooter, like
- 16:51Speaker 1: he's at the end of his career. You know, he's
- 16:53Speaker 1: made hundreds of millions of dollars and for him to
- 16:56Speaker 1: be like no, no, no, no more, no no more actors,
- 16:59Speaker 1: actor door, don't do it. It's just like, let those
- 17:03Speaker 1: people do it and figure it out themselves. I like
- 17:07Speaker 1: this because I think it's good to tell people the
- 17:10Speaker 1: truth about any bright career. And if you really want
- 17:14Speaker 1: to do it, you will do this. And if you
- 17:16Speaker 1: don't and you can't put it with the rejection, it's
- 17:19Speaker 1: not for you. I can't imagine being an actor. I
- 17:22Speaker 1: can't imagine going on audition after audition and being told no,
- 17:26Speaker 1: being rejected. It takes a real special personality to do that.
- 17:29Speaker 1: My ego could not stand it. It's just it's not
- 17:32Speaker 1: the career for me. And so I like to know
- 17:35Speaker 1: the truth. I think whenever you tell the truth about
- 17:37Speaker 1: a career, you know a lot of people in show
- 17:38Speaker 1: business don't do that. We pretend that it's so glamorous
- 17:41Speaker 1: and everything so wonderful. I tell people the truth. Writing
- 17:44Speaker 1: this book was the hardest thing I ever did, and
- 17:47Speaker 1: I'm not even sure i'll ever do didn't do it,
- 17:49Speaker 1: and if people said to me, should I write a book?
- 17:51Speaker 1: I would say no, unless you really really have to.
- 17:54Speaker 1: It's really really really hard. And so it looks glamorous
- 17:58Speaker 1: and seeing myself on the charts is really really fun. Garret.
- 18:00Speaker 1: I like that part. I like to any interviews, But
- 18:03Speaker 1: actually doing the work, it's really really hard, and you
- 18:07Speaker 1: should only do, of course, if you were prepared to
- 18:09Speaker 1: do the work. Acting's notice and that's the thing is
- 18:12Speaker 1: especially over the weekend too, when I was working for Extra,
- 18:15Speaker 1: a very big game that that I was able to get,
- 18:19Speaker 1: they said, how hard are you willing to work? And
- 18:22Speaker 1: you know, you and I are pretty much cut from
- 18:23Speaker 1: the same cloth where it's like, yeah, we gotta do
- 18:25Speaker 1: whatever we gotta do, Rob Shooter. It was almost probably
- 18:28Speaker 1: a good eight almost nine hour day for maybe some
- 18:33Speaker 1: three minutes to a minute, three minute, three five minutes tonight.
- 18:36Speaker 1: And it will look fun. I can't wait to see
- 18:38Speaker 1: you do the intro on the carpet. It's Garrett Vogel
- 18:41Speaker 1: blah blah blah blah blah. It's gonna look great. But
- 18:43Speaker 1: I know the amount of work that went in. There
- 18:46Speaker 1: was a full eight hour day, and and and and
- 18:48Speaker 1: and the question is how hard are you willing to
- 18:51Speaker 1: work to put into it? And and that's what goes
- 18:53Speaker 1: back to what Daniel Craig was saying of you know, yes,
- 18:56Speaker 1: if you just look, think you're gonna land James Bond
- 18:59Speaker 1: movie by walking getting off the flight from Hollywood and
- 19:02Speaker 1: saying give me the But we talked about it in
- 19:05Speaker 1: the forward answer. I asked in the book, if you
- 19:07Speaker 1: knew that your dreams were going to take maybe a
- 19:10Speaker 1: decade to come true, do you still want them? And
- 19:13Speaker 1: if the answers yes, go for them. If it's no,
- 19:15Speaker 1: that's fine too, But just be honest about it. Let's
- 19:17Speaker 1: do I noticed the day Anna Navarro, who was on
- 19:20Speaker 1: the View, is slamming Donald Trump Junior who seems to
- 19:25Speaker 1: be making fun of her weight. So Anna was one
- 19:27Speaker 1: of the hosts on the View that was asked to
- 19:30Speaker 1: leave the set because she tested falsely positive for COVID.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Donald Trump Junior took this as an opportunity to tweet
- 19:39Speaker 1: the following quote, it's time for a national conversation about
- 19:43Speaker 1: the dangers of COVID nineteen and obesity or she is
- 19:48Speaker 1: having none of this fat shaming and responded quote, thanks
- 19:52Speaker 1: for the concern, I don't have COVID. Fortunately for you,
- 19:58Speaker 1: if you want to have a conversation about the effects
- 20:00Speaker 1: of obesity on people with COVID, your dad is a
- 20:04Speaker 1: phone call away, assuming he answers your calls. Then she added,
- 20:09Speaker 1: just ask your sister to call him for you. You know,
- 20:14Speaker 1: I don't clap back. I don't and I'm not saying
- 20:16Speaker 1: she shouldn't. I don't clap back when people make awful,
- 20:20Speaker 1: horrible comments. We don't talk about people's weight on this show.
- 20:24Speaker 1: It's not funny, it's not clever, it doesn't make you smart.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Shut up. But if they do, I would recommend ignore them,
- 20:31Speaker 1: don't give them any attention, just walk away. What do
- 20:34Speaker 1: you think? A hundred percent rob shooter? And you know what,
- 20:37Speaker 1: I want to throw another naughty onto this list to
- 20:40Speaker 1: the executive producers of The View. I I we fell
- 20:43Speaker 1: into this trip to Okay because all these testing protocols,
- 20:47Speaker 1: you get tested, you find out if you're negative or positive,
- 20:49Speaker 1: then you go forward and do the job. They sent
- 20:51Speaker 1: them out to do that. Before they had the results,
- 20:56Speaker 1: they didn't tell joy Bear what was going on. She
- 20:59Speaker 1: came actual that time, brilliant. She's just the questions in
- 21:03Speaker 1: the But if you listen to the producers like, well, um,
- 21:07Speaker 1: we'll tell you after that. Big teas, big ties, like
- 21:10Speaker 1: how do you not know that information? So the the
- 21:12Speaker 1: executive producers of the view playing playing off of this
- 21:16Speaker 1: when you clearly knew the results before you sent them
- 21:19Speaker 1: out on it together. How was the COVID testing for
- 21:22Speaker 1: the concert in the park? Did you have to get tested?
- 21:24Speaker 1: How to get tested the day before? Which again was native,
- 21:28Speaker 1: so all good for that. Then once you get there,
- 21:30Speaker 1: you have to have your vaccine card, you have to
- 21:32Speaker 1: have an I D. You have to you have to
- 21:34Speaker 1: show you have to show that pretty much just like
- 21:37Speaker 1: every almost two feet when you're vaccine idea and they
- 21:42Speaker 1: checked it. Luckily, most of the things now can be
- 21:45Speaker 1: on your phone so to carry and I can kind
- 21:48Speaker 1: of show their idea. Well, so apparently everybody at the
- 21:51Speaker 1: park had to be vaccinated. So I would assume saying
- 21:54Speaker 1: for presenters and an artist to for them to partake
- 21:58Speaker 1: in the festival, because it wouldn't make sense or I
- 22:02Speaker 1: don't know, maybe celebrities have to just show proof of
- 22:05Speaker 1: the negative test. I don't think they wanted that. They
- 22:09Speaker 1: all had to be tested, and that's time for I'm
- 22:11Speaker 1: going to rob By the foreword answer in my new book,
- 22:14Speaker 1: which is available right now on Amazon. Number doesn't feel good.
- 22:18Speaker 1: It sounds so great. I love it. I love it.
- 22:21Speaker 1: I love it so Over my years of working with
- 22:23Speaker 1: some of the most successful people in the world, it
- 22:26Speaker 1: wasn't just talent that j Lo did. He bon Jovi,
- 22:28Speaker 1: Alicia Keys, and Jessica Simpson all had in common. Know
- 22:31Speaker 1: what they really shared was their ability to silence that
- 22:35Speaker 1: nasty little voice in their head telling them I'm not
- 22:38Speaker 1: good enough. That voice is a lie. It is not
- 22:41Speaker 1: telling you the truth. It has never been telling you
- 22:43Speaker 1: the truth. So stop listening to it. Is it possible
- 22:46Speaker 1: to erase it? Maybe not entirely, but I'm gonna teach
- 22:49Speaker 1: you how to turn down the volume of that nasty
- 22:52Speaker 1: little voice in my new book, The Fourword Answer, Garrett,
- 22:56Speaker 1: You're good turning down that voice in your head yet,
- 22:59Speaker 1: So I'm down to the point where people are like, Hello, Hello, Hey,
- 23:03Speaker 1: is anybody listening to me? Please? Hello that voice? I'm
- 23:06Speaker 1: the teacher. How to do it? That's it for today,
- 23:08Speaker 1: Thank you so much for listening. So they're not even nice.
