  Speaker 1: son of God. He's the king of kings. He could

  Speaker 1: have been born in a palace, born into royalty, wealth

  Speaker 1: and influence. Instead, he was born in a lowly manger

  Speaker 1: used for animals. His mother, the Virgin Mary, was from

  Speaker 1: a low income family, didn't have status or clout. Jesus

  Speaker 1: could have been raised in Rome, but he grew up
• 0:54
  Speaker 1: in Nazareth. When he started doing miracles, people were confused.

  Speaker 1: They said, can anything good come out of Nazareth? They

  Speaker 1: were saying, this doesn't make sense. Nobody's significant lives there.

  Speaker 1: Another time they said he was just the son of

  Speaker 1: a carpenter. On the outside, they saw nothing special about

  Speaker 1: Jesus and constantly underestimated him because of where he came

  Speaker 1: from and his family's financial status. Jesus is our example,

  Speaker 1: so don't be offended if you're underestimated. Others may try
• 1:35
  Speaker 1: to devalue you, belittle you, or not give you the
• 1:39
  Speaker 1: time of day. Y'all, that's a sign that God is

  Speaker 1: up to something unusual. He doesn't need those people to

  Speaker 1: bless you or to use you. The key is not
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: to be offended, not to get distracted, to just keep

  Speaker 1: doing the right thing, no matter the judgment, no matter

  Speaker 1: how they mishandle you. See, the reality is what they

  Speaker 1: say doesn't determine your destiny. What they think about you

  Speaker 1: doesn't determine or belittle or limit your future. Your time

  Speaker 1: is coming. God is about to show out in your life.

  Speaker 1: life for us, the one whom others saw nothing special
