Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and beb
- 0:04Speaker 1: good day, sister, good day.
- 0:09Speaker 2: I know we're laughing because I started talking. She says.
- 0:12Speaker 2: The recording last week that she recorded was a one hour,
- 0:16Speaker 2: eleven minutes and twenty two seconds, and I was like, oh,
- 0:20Speaker 2: I don't even know what's going on. Like the one, one, ones,
- 0:24Speaker 2: eleven eleven, the two, the twos, the threes, and the
- 0:27Speaker 2: fours have all been in my space, not in that sequence,
- 0:31Speaker 2: but like consistently, it's like constantly all the time, and
- 0:34Speaker 2: I'll see it and then I'll hear a reading because
- 0:36Speaker 2: I like to listen to readings on YouTube, and then
- 0:38Speaker 2: reading will say and if you're seeing four four four today,
- 0:42Speaker 2: and it's like, come on, like you can't make this
- 0:44Speaker 2: stuff up. And it's like, oh, it's just crazy the
- 0:47Speaker 2: things that I see. And then or I'll see it
- 0:49Speaker 2: on a game or whatever, and it's like they're talking
- 0:51Speaker 2: about it in the reading too, and it's like I
- 0:53Speaker 2: don't get goosebumps from those things. So I'm learning to
- 0:57Speaker 2: kind of discern how I'm receiving information. But when i'm
- 1:00Speaker 2: I don't always get goosebumps, but I get a knowing
- 1:03Speaker 2: or you just get that confirmation, and the confirmation doesn't
- 1:06Speaker 2: always gives me goose bumps, it just lets me know.
- 1:08Speaker 2: So I'm at first I was like, well, I don't
- 1:11Speaker 2: like this because I like having I like it when
- 1:12Speaker 2: I get the goosebumps, because that's such an immediate reaction
- 1:15Speaker 2: to things. It's it's tangible. You can see it. I
- 1:18Speaker 2: can see it. You know, got it going on. I
- 1:21Speaker 2: could fill them going in different areas. But it's like
- 1:24Speaker 2: it's for some of the stuff I'm noticing recently, it's
- 1:27Speaker 2: there's been a shift with inside of me. So now
- 1:29Speaker 2: I'm like learning more or discerning more how this is
- 1:33Speaker 2: showing up or like I think I've told you. My
- 1:35Speaker 2: goosebumps sometimes will hit the top of my arms. Sometimes
- 1:39Speaker 2: we'll go down the right side, the left side, the
- 1:42Speaker 2: back of my arms, the back of my my back,
- 1:44Speaker 2: and it's like for me the back of course, we
- 1:46Speaker 2: know it's supportive. So it's like when that kind of
- 1:49Speaker 2: stuff happens, I know, spirit supporting, You're you're being supported
- 1:53Speaker 2: by something much bigger than you, something much more than
- 1:57Speaker 2: here this physical So it's there. There's like so much
- 2:01Speaker 2: stuff to when you start learning these suits, it's like
- 2:04Speaker 2: there's so much stuff to navigating the ship, and.
- 2:07Speaker 1: I'm right there with you. Yes, Just yesterday I was
- 2:09Speaker 1: doing something and I looked down at the clock. It
- 2:12Speaker 1: was three thirty three. And I've just gotten into that
- 2:16Speaker 1: space where first my very first thing I say to
- 2:19Speaker 1: myself is of course it is. And I'll smile and
- 2:22Speaker 1: kind of laugh, right I just like, of course it is.
- 2:26Speaker 1: So there's that, And then I also kind of take
- 2:29Speaker 1: an inventory, like real quick. It's not like, oh I
- 2:32Speaker 1: got to set and analyze this, just real quick, Like.
- 2:36Speaker 2: How am I feeling?
- 2:37Speaker 1: Am I good? Mood? Am I? Am? I kind of
- 2:39Speaker 1: irritated right now? Are things going? Wow? Am I you know?
- 2:45Speaker 1: Tuned into my intuition? Am I listening to my Like
- 2:48Speaker 1: just kind of a quick debriefing of myself when I
- 2:52Speaker 1: see those numbers. I mean, just this past week, my
- 2:59Speaker 1: mom's been going going through some stuff and getting some
- 3:02Speaker 1: medical tests, and you know, okay, well, is this a
- 3:05Speaker 1: validation of what's going on with her? Like She's gonna
- 3:08Speaker 1: be okay? You just and it's all those internal questions
- 3:12Speaker 1: that I'm just asking the universe, and then then a
- 3:16Speaker 1: conversation will come or I'll hear something or I'll read
- 3:19Speaker 1: something to validate whatever my question is so so, and
- 3:23Speaker 1: then you know goosebumps some people I've heard them called
- 3:26Speaker 1: god bumps. That when that your body is telling you,
- 3:30Speaker 1: or your spirit is telling you, your intuition is telling
- 3:33Speaker 1: you that, you get the goosebumps. And I've been noticing
- 3:38Speaker 1: that even more lately, like somebody's talking and my body
- 3:43Speaker 1: just just like you know, and I'm like, oh, I
- 3:45Speaker 1: need to listen to this.
- 3:46Speaker 2: This is good or.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I have been hopping on uh TikTok. Because actually, if
- 3:54Speaker 1: if you get on a social media platform and you're
- 3:58Speaker 1: receiving these goosebumps, to me, that means this is like truth.
- 4:05Speaker 1: They're speaking the truth. They're speaking what resonates with me. This,
- 4:08Speaker 1: this makes sense, and I'll get those those goosebumps, right.
- 4:13Speaker 1: And so just really just learning to listen to that
- 4:18Speaker 1: even more as as I continue my journey just like
- 4:23Speaker 1: you are. So it's and even reading a book, my gosh,
- 4:28Speaker 1: I'm reading this book and it's about the body and
- 4:31Speaker 1: how the body keep it's called Body Keep Score and
- 4:35Speaker 1: I'm reading it and my body's.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Just like like, well, this is juicy stuff.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Man, it gets exciting.
- 4:44Speaker 2: It is it is, and I understand exactly what you're
- 4:47Speaker 2: talking about. Like even here when someone else is speaking,
- 4:51Speaker 2: I wouldn't say it's necessarily always truth, but it's like
- 4:53Speaker 2: a it's a deeper truth or it's a deeper knowing
- 4:56Speaker 2: that I've recognized that those happen, and it's like being
- 4:59Speaker 2: tuned in. We're like, we're always leveling up on this
- 5:02Speaker 2: stuff though. It's like, so it's like when you say listening,
- 5:05Speaker 2: we're not just listening with our ears. We're not just
- 5:07Speaker 2: listening with our spirit ears. We're listening with our whole
- 5:10Speaker 2: physical being, like we're using everything. That's something I've noticed
- 5:14Speaker 2: recently that I've been doing. I really when I'm really
- 5:19Speaker 2: stopping to listen and feel, how does that feel within
- 5:21Speaker 2: my body? So that I'm paying attention. Goosebumps, you know,
- 5:26Speaker 2: you feel knowings, you feel ooh that might you might
- 5:29Speaker 2: feel that in the solar plexus, you might feel that
- 5:32Speaker 2: in the heart area. You might feel emotionalized. You're going
- 5:35Speaker 2: to say something, and then it's like being in tune
- 5:37Speaker 2: with when these emotions come up. Just like you're saying,
- 5:40Speaker 2: am I feeling good? Am I feeling bad? Am I
- 5:42Speaker 2: feeling connected? And my intuition. But it's like a lot
- 5:47Speaker 2: of these feelings just kind of let us know where
- 5:49Speaker 2: we're at right now, and it kind of lets you
- 5:50Speaker 2: know where they're at without taking on their stuff. So
- 5:52Speaker 2: the more that you that I've been noticing, the more
- 5:55Speaker 2: that I can sit in my space and listen to
- 5:57Speaker 2: the other person. I'm not taking on their stuff, but
- 5:59Speaker 2: I'm reflecting and seeing how does that show up? How
- 6:02Speaker 2: does that feel with inside this? How do I hear
- 6:05Speaker 2: that from my whole being? So it's like listening with
- 6:09Speaker 2: such with the biggest ear, you're nothing but of the
- 6:11Speaker 2: ear when that's happening. You got your ear to the ground, right.
- 6:14Speaker 2: But it's like on the other side of that, you
- 6:16Speaker 2: got the site that things come up and you see things.
- 6:19Speaker 2: And it's just using all those tools and not being
- 6:24Speaker 2: afraid to say things instead of saying so in the past,
- 6:27Speaker 2: I'd be like, well, this is what I hear and
- 6:28Speaker 2: this is what I see, and oh, I don't know,
- 6:30Speaker 2: and I'll tell you though, you know whatever, I might
- 6:32Speaker 2: have a more of a defensiveness about it. And now
- 6:34Speaker 2: I'm like, hey, are you have you noticed this or
- 6:38Speaker 2: are you seeing this? Or did someone say this? Or
- 6:41Speaker 2: because it's like I'm on this journey to learn and
- 6:44Speaker 2: it's I don't I'm not going to feel bad about
- 6:46Speaker 2: the things that I say, but I can ask it
- 6:48Speaker 2: in a way instead of just making a statement, So
- 6:51Speaker 2: I kind of leave it open ended a little bit
- 6:53Speaker 2: for them to have a response, and then I can
- 6:56Speaker 2: hear what there's responses and then notice how did that
- 6:58Speaker 2: show up with inside of me? So then I get
- 7:01Speaker 2: my own confirmation. So it's like NonStop learning. Really I'm
- 7:06Speaker 2: not going on a class or going into something else,
- 7:09Speaker 2: but it's like it's constantly an experience that I'm it's
- 7:13Speaker 2: evolving always, and it's like as soon as we get
- 7:16Speaker 2: a grasp on, I'm like, ooh, I got the goosebumps.
- 7:17Speaker 2: I know what that means. As soon as we get
- 7:19Speaker 2: a grasp on that, we're on the the next thing
- 7:21Speaker 2: to learn more. It's awesome. It's awesome, it really is.
- 7:26Speaker 2: And it's like just where you're at, like right now,
- 7:28Speaker 2: and where we both were at, where we both have
- 7:31Speaker 2: been filling and where we've been it's so different from
- 7:34Speaker 2: how we've ever experienced in this lifetime because I never
- 7:37Speaker 2: allowed myself that stuff. And you think about I've thought
- 7:41Speaker 2: about it in recently. If you're cutting off anything you're
- 7:44Speaker 2: past you're just making mistakes, or you're cutting off anything,
- 7:47Speaker 2: you're cutting off everything. You're not allowing a flow, you're
- 7:51Speaker 2: allowing a trickle, and sometimes not even allowing a trickle.
- 7:56Speaker 1: And when you just says I'm not allowing myself to
- 8:04Speaker 1: just not allowing myself just stood out to me. Whatever
- 8:07Speaker 1: he said after that, I feel like it was more
- 8:14Speaker 1: of a not necessarily not in allowing myself to feel whatever,
- 8:20Speaker 1: the goosebumps, the intuition, the the feel into the situation.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Like, I don't feel like it was.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Not allowing it as you were talking, it was I
- 8:35Speaker 1: didn't understand it, so I couldn't type of thing. But
- 8:39Speaker 1: the more I learned, of course about myself and about
- 8:43Speaker 1: spirit and about universal consciousness and and all the all
- 8:49Speaker 1: the things right metaphysical stuff, that that's where the allowing
- 8:55Speaker 1: comes from. Because on the flip side of that was
- 8:58Speaker 1: fear I didn't understand it. If I don't understand it,
- 9:02Speaker 1: then I'm just going to push it away and not
- 9:04Speaker 1: give into it, not pay attention to it, not trust it.
- 9:09Speaker 1: That's huge, right, have trust in it. But the more
- 9:11Speaker 1: I learned about it, It's funny because I just had
- 9:13Speaker 1: this conversation last night that somebody asked me if I
- 9:18Speaker 1: would I if I could work with their husband on
- 9:25Speaker 1: because in his younger days he could see auras life
- 9:29Speaker 1: has happened. He shut, you know, shut that down, and
- 9:34Speaker 1: she was wondering if it could be reopened. I'm like, well,
- 9:36Speaker 1: of course it can. We all can do it if
- 9:38Speaker 1: we choose to. There are some things that is going
- 9:42Speaker 1: on in his life where I told her, with the
- 9:44Speaker 1: space that he's in and the habits that he has,
- 9:47Speaker 1: I don't feel comfortable working with him because I kind
- 9:51Speaker 1: of feel like, and I can be honest with her,
- 9:53Speaker 1: I feel like it would be a waste of our time.
- 9:57Speaker 1: And so somebody else in on the conversation and I said,
- 10:01Speaker 1: it's not it's not just what I said. It's not.
- 10:09Speaker 1: It's that we all have these gifts and abilities if
- 10:12Speaker 1: we choose to tune into it, meaning our intuition, the goosebumps,
- 10:15Speaker 1: the god bumps, the sensations like I get a gut
- 10:19Speaker 1: feeling type of thing, right, it's my clare sentience. When
- 10:23Speaker 1: I was younger, I didn't understand it, and I was
- 10:25Speaker 1: mad about it, and I pushed it away until I
- 10:28Speaker 1: got into a space where I was comfortable with somebody
- 10:31Speaker 1: to ask the questions to understand it more. And then
- 10:33Speaker 1: the more I understood it, the more I embraced it.
- 10:35Speaker 1: And the more I embraced it, the more I'm like,
- 10:36Speaker 1: oh my god, this is amazing. Right. So, so getting
- 10:40Speaker 1: past that the block or the resistance of these tools
- 10:46Speaker 1: that we have to navigate in life. I mean, we
- 10:50Speaker 1: use a GPS system to go from here to across
- 10:54Speaker 1: the nation. We use a GPS.
- 10:56Speaker 2: I use it just getting around town.
- 10:58Speaker 1: For some places, like if I'm going to use that
- 11:03Speaker 1: in my trusty phone to navigate me to get to
- 11:06Speaker 1: a destination, it makes sense to use a navigation tool
- 11:12Speaker 1: that I have that's from Spirit Guided. Yeah.
- 11:18Speaker 2: And on the other side of that, we don't even
- 11:20Speaker 2: on the flip side, we don't even need that GPS
- 11:22Speaker 2: system because we have our own internal GPS. I was
- 11:25Speaker 2: just talking to my aunt recently and she was telling
- 11:28Speaker 2: me that she she said that she had driven all
- 11:32Speaker 2: the way from here, I'll just say Chicago or New York.
- 11:35Speaker 2: She had driven all the way with her own guidance, Like,
- 11:38Speaker 2: with her own it got her there. She said she
- 11:41Speaker 2: got a map when she got into that place to
- 11:43Speaker 2: guide her the rest of the way, but she didn't.
- 11:45Speaker 2: She just drove and she said, now. Then another time
- 11:48Speaker 2: she used a GPS system while the GPS system automatically
- 11:51Speaker 2: picked up a she was on our way to such
- 11:55Speaker 2: and suchual, and it pulled up an old one at
- 11:57Speaker 2: address or whatever, put it right in, and she ends
- 11:59Speaker 2: up in whole nother state that she then she intended
- 12:02Speaker 2: to be at. You know, she so it was like it,
- 12:05Speaker 2: and she said that she knew internally her guidance was
- 12:08Speaker 2: telling her that she's this isn't the this isn't right.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Something's not right here, and she never stopped to look
- 12:13Speaker 2: at it. But that's like such a lesson for all
- 12:16Speaker 2: of us, because it's not it's not that a good
- 12:19Speaker 2: thing or a bad thing. It was a learning thing.
- 12:21Speaker 2: It was a learning to Oh, I can trust my
- 12:22Speaker 2: own navigation. I don't need to rely on this device,
- 12:27Speaker 2: sorry to whoever created the devices. But that's again us
- 12:30Speaker 2: relying on something outside of ourselves. And when we know,
- 12:33Speaker 2: if you said it in your mind, this is my destination,
- 12:36Speaker 2: this is where I want to go. You're going to
- 12:38Speaker 2: go if you listen to your intuition, you're gonna go there,
- 12:41Speaker 2: but probably the best way possible, not maybe the fastest route. Maybe.
- 12:46Speaker 2: It almost reminds me of the movie Michael, Right, You
- 12:50Speaker 2: remember that movie and how they go to find this
- 12:53Speaker 2: angel and it's Michael, and Michael's like, yeah, we're gonna
- 12:56Speaker 2: go here, and he leads him to all these other
- 12:58Speaker 2: places along the way. It was never a straight route
- 13:01Speaker 2: because there was so much more to gain on that
- 13:03Speaker 2: route than going the straight way. What if we went
- 13:06Speaker 2: from walking to running just in a daze, like we
- 13:10Speaker 2: miss out on those little things about crawling around the
- 13:13Speaker 2: floor and how it's so so beneficial for our guts
- 13:16Speaker 2: and it helps everything start moving and strengthening and creating
- 13:21Speaker 2: a better, stronger course, like the same thing. And we're
- 13:24Speaker 2: doing all these things all the time. So it's like
- 13:26Speaker 2: we don't want to get there. We don't always want
- 13:28Speaker 2: the straight path. I don't think we ever want the
- 13:30Speaker 2: straight path, honestly, when we think about all the stuff
- 13:34Speaker 2: you could miss out on by just going that straight
- 13:36Speaker 2: path instead of stopping and looking at the world's biggest
- 13:39Speaker 2: sprying pan or whatever this pepsic who was looking at
- 13:41Speaker 2: It's one of my favorite movies, but.
- 13:45Speaker 1: An entire I mean seriously, we can't go from walking
- 13:49Speaker 1: to running because we've got to build the muscles we
- 13:51Speaker 1: have building shoot anyway, we got we gotta build the strength.
- 13:58Speaker 1: We have to build the strength mobility. We got to
- 14:01Speaker 1: build those strength in our legs and we do that
- 14:05Speaker 1: by crawling because we do end up using our legs
- 14:08Speaker 1: and then walking. We got to be able to navigate
- 14:12Speaker 1: the balancing system and be able to be on our
- 14:16Speaker 1: feet and then to run. Like, there's phases, and it's
- 14:24Speaker 1: similar with our intuition. There's phases. So as like I said,
- 14:31Speaker 1: at first, I was angry about it.
- 14:33Speaker 2: I was mad about it.
- 14:34Speaker 1: I'm not going to get into it here, but I
- 14:37Speaker 1: was angry about the sensations I was receiving. And then
- 14:43Speaker 1: then I found somebody trusted to have the conversations with
- 14:47Speaker 1: to ask the questions, and then it was develop it.
- 14:52Speaker 1: So there are phases in our process to understand ourselves
- 14:57Speaker 1: and how this Like how did you learn a navigation
- 15:01Speaker 1: system a GPS system? You have to learn how to
- 15:04Speaker 1: punch the addresses in your location. You got to turn
- 15:08Speaker 1: your location on or put your location in the box.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Then where do you want to go? You got to
- 15:14Speaker 1: put that in there and then you gotta know what
- 15:17Speaker 1: buttons to push so that the map shows up or
- 15:20Speaker 1: the phone talks to you. And like, you got to
- 15:23Speaker 1: learn all these things and some I mean really sometimes
- 15:28Speaker 1: trial and error, and that for me, that's what my
- 15:32Speaker 1: intuition journey was like, is this trial and error. We're
- 15:35Speaker 1: just gonna figure I mean, I had people I could
- 15:37Speaker 1: ask questions to, but we're all we all have the gifts,
- 15:42Speaker 1: but we all interpret them differently. Yes, so I can
- 15:45Speaker 1: ask a general question and they can and sometimes they
- 15:50Speaker 1: were listening to their intuition to receive the information to
- 15:55Speaker 1: help me. However, for me to discern what I'm receiving
- 16:02Speaker 1: through my intuition, I had to learn navigate. So so
- 16:06Speaker 1: it's an evolution and it's actually such a beneficial We've
- 16:12Speaker 1: said this over and over and over again. It's such
- 16:14Speaker 1: a such a beneficial tool to have and to develop.
- 16:20Speaker 2: It's the only one for me. It's like the only one, right,
- 16:23Speaker 2: that's the only one. That's one of the biggest tools
- 16:27Speaker 2: that we were We've been gifted in this experience and
- 16:31Speaker 2: we can use it always always, or we can ignore
- 16:34Speaker 2: it and just learn how to navigate. But we even
- 16:38Speaker 2: in that learning, ignoring it or whatever, or trying to
- 16:41Speaker 2: push it away. We recognize there's things and it probably
- 16:44Speaker 2: was always there. I just don't think I ever recognized it.
- 16:46Speaker 2: I don't think I ever. I think I kept myself
- 16:49Speaker 2: so busy running constantly and having the kids and pets
- 16:52Speaker 2: and everything else that I never gave myself the opportunity
- 16:55Speaker 2: to sit and feeling that stuff. And who knows, could
- 16:58Speaker 2: it be from this lifetime or other lifetime. Sure it could,
- 17:01Speaker 2: it could. It could be fear of you know, even
- 17:04Speaker 2: connect Okay, I got to keep myself busy. It can't
- 17:06Speaker 2: connect into that. I don't know. I know I had
- 17:08Speaker 2: experiences growing up. Always I saw my uncle that had
- 17:12Speaker 2: passed away cover me up. I mean, I had seen
- 17:15Speaker 2: stuff come off of a TV. I've seen like there
- 17:17Speaker 2: was always stuff, which is kind of some of that's
- 17:20Speaker 2: kind of scary. Taking the shower and something kept flying
- 17:22Speaker 2: off the counter and hits the shower door, and it's like,
- 17:25Speaker 2: what the hell? Right, So it's like a lot so
- 17:28Speaker 2: much stuff to kind of push away or to stand
- 17:33Speaker 2: back from and try to ignore it. So it's just, uh,
- 17:40Speaker 2: it's just going through that experience, and we do all have,
- 17:43Speaker 2: no matter what anybody says, we're always going to interpret
- 17:46Speaker 2: it differently, and so a lot of times when someone
- 17:47Speaker 2: says something, I'll clarify it by saying what I think
- 17:50Speaker 2: it means, just to see because I don't because because
- 17:54Speaker 2: I might hear it differently, or I might receive it differently,
- 17:57Speaker 2: or or or or could be anything. It's even like,
- 18:02Speaker 2: so I don't know if this is a relative or not.
- 18:05Speaker 2: But like last time I was talking about group and
- 18:07Speaker 2: we're talking about doing vision boards and stuff like that,
- 18:10Speaker 2: and it's like afterwards, I thought, man, I should have
- 18:12Speaker 2: really listened to how I said that, Like, did I
- 18:14Speaker 2: sound like an asshole? Because sometimes I don't realize maybe
- 18:19Speaker 2: I didn't, and maybe it was just how I felt
- 18:21Speaker 2: inside or something, but something just didn't feel right, And
- 18:23Speaker 2: it's like I'm I don't seriously ever mean to hurt
- 18:26Speaker 2: anybody's feelings, but this is my interpretation, and it's like
- 18:30Speaker 2: I'm just learning how to stand up for myself and
- 18:31Speaker 2: have boundaries and do all these things. And so in
- 18:34Speaker 2: that process, sometimes things aren't always going to come out
- 18:37Speaker 2: the way the way they should for somebody else, But
- 18:40Speaker 2: it's just where I'm feeling at that moment. So my child,
- 18:43Speaker 2: for my inner child is learning how to grow and
- 18:45Speaker 2: to do all this stuff and to finally stand up
- 18:47Speaker 2: for herself and say, this isn't what I want to do.
- 18:49Speaker 2: This isn't how I see group going. I appreciate that
- 18:53Speaker 2: people want to do these things, and I love because
- 18:56Speaker 2: to me that when you're doing that stuff, you're creating.
- 19:00Speaker 2: You know you're going to be here for a longer time,
- 19:01Speaker 2: and you're creating things. And maybe you're not, but but
- 19:06Speaker 2: in so many ways, you're like, I'm going to be here,
- 19:08Speaker 2: I'm going to stay on this planet. I'm gonna put
- 19:10Speaker 2: a vision board up. These are my plans. I'm having
- 19:13Speaker 2: a plan like for the future, so you know you're
- 19:15Speaker 2: going to be here still. And I'm good with all
- 19:16Speaker 2: that stuff, but I'm just from my perspective, it's not
- 19:20Speaker 2: where I intended for the group to go in that direction.
- 19:24Speaker 2: And I had to have this experience so I could say, again,
- 19:27Speaker 2: this is contrast, this isn't what I want to have,
- 19:30Speaker 2: But what do I want to have exactly? So I
- 19:32Speaker 2: can clarify, right, so I know what I want on
- 19:34Speaker 2: my path and I and that's what I've been doing. So,
- 19:38Speaker 2: like I said, hopefully nobody ever took it in a
- 19:39Speaker 2: different way. But it's an interpretation, right, and it's and
- 19:42Speaker 2: I don't always have the best ways. Even in my relationships.
- 19:45Speaker 2: I don't always have the best ways when I come
- 19:47Speaker 2: forward and I don't realize it sounds harsh until the
- 19:50Speaker 2: other person is so awesome to speak up and say,
- 19:53Speaker 2: did you mean it this way? Because the way you
- 19:56Speaker 2: sounded just now? And it's like, I'm glad they say
- 19:58Speaker 2: something because I didn't it's that way. And then when
- 20:01Speaker 2: they do that, that gives me the opportunity when I'm
- 20:03Speaker 2: hearing someone else say something, I can say, did you
- 20:06Speaker 2: mean it like that? Because this is how I'm taking
- 20:08Speaker 2: They're like, no, not at all. So it's like it's
- 20:10Speaker 2: so because we're all learning. We're all learning in this experience.
- 20:16Speaker 1: And in those moments with the group and with the
- 20:18Speaker 1: conversations with other people, they're listening, or at least some
- 20:23Speaker 1: person in relationship, they're listening their to their intuition to
- 20:27Speaker 1: take a moment and ask the question to you instead
- 20:30Speaker 1: of getting upset about the way you said it and
- 20:32Speaker 1: walk around away, and then things escalate from there. So
- 20:37Speaker 1: our intuition is so important in so many different ways,
- 20:40Speaker 1: Like it's our natural process. It's a natural and the
- 20:46Speaker 1: word gift is used so much, but it is a
- 20:48Speaker 1: natural piece of us.
- 20:50Speaker 2: It's it's it's part of us.
- 20:54Speaker 1: It's our spirit. Yeah, it's like so learn to use it,
- 20:58Speaker 1: embrace it, and and use it because it's so beneficial
- 21:04Speaker 1: in so many different ways. Because in those relationship conversations,
- 21:08Speaker 1: you can if somebody's speaking harshly, or maybe they're having
- 21:12Speaker 1: a bad day or or and your body's like, this
- 21:16Speaker 1: doesn't feel good. But I also know my body's telling
- 21:19Speaker 1: me it's not about me, and it's about just this
- 21:24Speaker 1: other person and where they're at with them. Like listening
- 21:28Speaker 1: to your body and information you're receiving when you're having
- 21:33Speaker 1: conversations with other people. So navigating around town, do I
- 21:40Speaker 1: buy this product or this product? There's just so many
- 21:45Speaker 1: It's a day to day, moment by moment useful tool
- 21:50Speaker 1: if you choose to embrace it. So is there any
- 21:52Speaker 1: other words you want to wrap up with as far
- 21:55Speaker 1: as using your intuition and how to.
- 21:59Speaker 2: How to use it? I would say I would tell
- 22:02Speaker 2: people look up body testing, all the different ways that
- 22:06Speaker 2: should be your experience. Let that be your starting point,
- 22:09Speaker 2: and then see if any of that resonates with you
- 22:11Speaker 2: and then move forward from there. Because body testing can
- 22:14Speaker 2: do a lot. I've even heard heart testing. So but
- 22:17Speaker 2: to me, when you can have the physical body do
- 22:19Speaker 2: a movement. I've watched a doctor doing I don't know
- 22:24Speaker 2: if it was a doctor or a person working on
- 22:26Speaker 2: someone's body, and they would say they they had a
- 22:28Speaker 2: practitioner was sending next to him doing body testing, and
- 22:31Speaker 2: every time he would say, okay, this person has this,
- 22:34Speaker 2: and then it would he would get a response from
- 22:36Speaker 2: this person that has no attachment to the person on
- 22:38Speaker 2: the table right, and he would get a yes or no.
- 22:41Speaker 2: So he knew exactly what was going on that body.
- 22:43Speaker 2: So do some questioning, some searching, see what resonates. That's
- 22:48Speaker 2: what I would say. Go check out the body testing
- 22:50Speaker 2: start there.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Yeah, that's cool, that's a great suggestion. All right, my friends,
- 22:55Speaker 1: we're keeping is short for purpose. That BEV and I
- 22:59Speaker 1: got a lot of life stuff going on, and so
- 23:02Speaker 1: we're excited about what we've got going on, what we're doing,
- 23:07Speaker 1: where we're going. So maybe in future videos we can
- 23:11Speaker 1: share some of those experiences. And so we're going to
- 23:15Speaker 1: keep this short. We know it's been packed with a
- 23:18Speaker 1: lot of information. And a lot of guidance, So be
- 23:20Speaker 1: sure to have the conversations, whether it's with yourself, with spirit,
- 23:25Speaker 1: or with other people. We know that there are lots
- 23:28Speaker 1: of people on the planet that could hear this type
- 23:31Speaker 1: of content and listen to their own internal GPS and
- 23:36Speaker 1: guidance to know if this is wow, what happened to
- 23:40Speaker 1: my voice, if this was information that's beneficial for them
- 23:44Speaker 1: for now, and leave us some questions and comments so
- 23:49Speaker 1: that and we do come back to them. May not
- 23:52Speaker 1: be immediately. I know we're in this timeframe of immediate response,
- 23:56Speaker 1: but that's not how we operate. But we do come
- 23:59Speaker 1: back to your questions and comments, and so we appreciate
- 24:03Speaker 1: that interaction and sharing us. So you could share our videos,
- 24:07Speaker 1: our content, have the conversations, plant the seas however that
- 24:12Speaker 1: shows up for you. And we're on all kinds of
- 24:15Speaker 1: different platforms. We're on Facebook, YouTube, Google, podcasts, podcast addict, iHeartRadio, speaker,
- 24:25Speaker 1: so we're all over the place. So anyway, thanks for
- 24:30Speaker 1: hanging out with us this tea time with Amy and
- 24:32Speaker 1: Beb and we'll see you next time. Thank you, good bye,
