Instead of looking for someone who's just done the job before, look for creativity, heart, work ethic, and character because we need fresh eyes and fresh voices, people that are gonna help these legacy institutions think outside the box about how to connect with new, younger, more diverse audiences, how to reconnect with and gain the trust of our communities, and potentially how to find new revenue streams.
