- 0:00Speaker 1: This is a disruptor's podcast. Welcome to Revealing Wholeness podcast
- 0:07Speaker 1: dedicated to revealing the profound connections between body, mind, and spirit,
- 0:12Speaker 1: where we believe that true wellness arises from addressing the
- 0:15Speaker 1: root causes of our health challenges, not just masking the symptoms.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Here we dive deep into how holistic approaches such as
- 0:21Speaker 1: advanced chiropractic care, personalized nutrition, and natural healing practices can
- 0:25Speaker 1: transform your life. Now Here is doctor Troy.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Hello and welcome. I'm doctor Troy. This is our next
- 0:40Speaker 2: installment on our Raw Milk Healing series m. This one
- 0:44Speaker 2: comes from the Lancet. The Lancet is a journal that
- 0:48Speaker 2: has been around for a long long time and one
- 0:51Speaker 2: of the most prestigious journals. So here we have that
- 0:54Speaker 2: children fed raw milk have more resistance to tuberculosis than
- 1:00Speaker 2: children fed pastor as milk. Now, way back they did
- 1:06Speaker 2: all kinds of cool articles for people's health, I think
- 1:10Speaker 2: when they didn't have such an agenda. And this particular
- 1:14Speaker 2: one is the eighth of May believe it or not,
- 1:18Speaker 2: nineteen thirty seven, and so way back then, almost one
- 1:22Speaker 2: hundred years ago, they were doing studies and I mean
- 1:27Speaker 2: this literally says that there are studies so not only
- 1:31Speaker 2: is on page eleven hundred and forty two of the
- 1:37Speaker 2: Lancet in nineteen thirty seven. Apparently that journal it was
- 1:42Speaker 2: roughly the eighth of May. That journal itself talks of
- 1:47Speaker 2: studies show that children who consume raw milk have less
- 1:53Speaker 2: issue with tuberculosis than those who do not. Now, as
- 1:56Speaker 2: I've talked in prior podcasts, anything that is going to
- 2:01Speaker 2: help infection, which would be anything with high vitem an
- 2:04Speaker 2: a or calcium, is likely going to certainly help any
- 2:09Speaker 2: kind of infection, whether it's tuberculosis or anything else. I'm
- 2:12Speaker 2: reminded of one of my mentors, Fred Barge, who long
- 2:15Speaker 2: ago practiced chiropractic, much like myself, and he would talk
- 2:20Speaker 2: about rats in a dump And I've told the story
- 2:25Speaker 2: so many times. I love this one because it's like
- 2:28Speaker 2: we think about it like well dr and in essence,
- 2:32Speaker 2: he basically asks, if you and I are dumpster builders
- 2:37Speaker 2: and we build a pristine dumpster, it's beautiful, it's rigid,
- 2:42Speaker 2: it's strong, the metal is gray, and we paint it
- 2:45Speaker 2: a bright green or a bright blue or bright yellow
- 2:48Speaker 2: for that matter, and it just sits there. Does it
- 2:51Speaker 2: have any rats? No, because there's no garbage in it.
- 2:57Speaker 2: And so when you fill that dumpster with a bunch
- 3:00Speaker 2: of trash, guess who's coming to dinner. The bugs are coming.
- 3:06Speaker 2: So the more you fill your body with trash and debris,
- 3:09Speaker 2: the more you're going to be rotting from the inside out.
- 3:14Speaker 2: And that rotting flesh or that dying material inside your body,
- 3:20Speaker 2: those cells that are dying because they aren't getting good nutrition,
- 3:24Speaker 2: invite the rats or the bugs. And so with damaged
- 3:29Speaker 2: lung tissue, because you're either doing things to your lungs
- 3:33Speaker 2: that probably shouldn't be doing, or your diet is so bad,
- 3:38Speaker 2: or your lifestyle is one of excessive worry and a
- 3:42Speaker 2: poor diet, you're going to be attacking your lungs in
- 3:46Speaker 2: grand fashion. And when you're destroying lung tissue, the bacteria
- 3:50Speaker 2: that comes to try to liquefy it is the brucellosis,
- 3:55Speaker 2: which is they say responsible for tuberculosis. But the funny
- 3:59Speaker 2: thing is is they never find the bacteria present in
- 4:03Speaker 2: the early stages of tuberculosis. It's only in the end
- 4:07Speaker 2: stages of tuberculosis. So if we have children that are
- 4:10Speaker 2: drinking raw milk that's very high in vitamin A, natural
- 4:13Speaker 2: vitamin A. It is also I don't want to say high,
- 4:18Speaker 2: because it's not. But it has a synergistic form of
- 4:21Speaker 2: vitamin D. And when I say synergistic, there's probably many
- 4:26Speaker 2: forms of vitamin D within cow milk, and those vitamin
- 4:30Speaker 2: ds tend to work quite well and more spectacularly together
- 4:36Speaker 2: than they do separately. That's synergy. Now, not to mention
- 4:40Speaker 2: that vitamin D, which is a fat soluble vitamin, much
- 4:43Speaker 2: like vitamin A, also requires I believe, though I don't know
- 4:47Speaker 2: that anybody's proved this yet, but if we have proper
- 4:51Speaker 2: good omega three fats much like alphalinlnic acid that would
- 4:55Speaker 2: be in butter oil, that along with those other two fats,
- 5:00Speaker 2: now all of a sudden, we have the ability to
- 5:04Speaker 2: really regulate our immune system much better. We haven't even
- 5:08Speaker 2: talked about the small amounts of vitamin E, which is
- 5:11Speaker 2: another fat soluble vitamin, and we haven't talked about vitamin
- 5:14Speaker 2: K two if the cow is grass fed, which in
- 5:18Speaker 2: nineteen thirty seven they most likely were, and so a
- 5:22Speaker 2: grass fed animal produces K two in their fat, and
- 5:26Speaker 2: that K two is yet another fat soluble vitamin that
- 5:29Speaker 2: all together work so that they can maintain calcium in
- 5:35Speaker 2: the blood at proper levels. Vitamin D for one, is
- 5:39Speaker 2: to help pull the calcium through the gut wall along
- 5:43Speaker 2: with the other good fats like the alphalinlinic acid, and
- 5:46Speaker 2: so they will pull that fat through, pull the calcium
- 5:50Speaker 2: through that gut wall, and that fat will then deliver
- 5:53Speaker 2: that calcium to tissues who desperately need it to fight infection.
- 5:57Speaker 2: So as we look at raw milk ITTs, it becomes
- 6:01Speaker 2: not a real big aha moment when we realize, well,
- 6:06Speaker 2: of course it should be anti infection. And of course,
- 6:09Speaker 2: if we are having a diet that is high in raw,
- 6:14Speaker 2: unadulterated food that is built and designed to grow an
- 6:18Speaker 2: animal completely, then likely we're going to find a food
- 6:23Speaker 2: that is effective against most conditions. So it's not going
- 6:26Speaker 2: to be a surprise as we go through this whole
- 6:29Speaker 2: series of seven parts and figure out that raw milk
- 6:33Speaker 2: is pretty much just good for about everything but tuberculosis
- 6:37Speaker 2: and any infection, lung condition, upper respiratory infection, you're going
- 6:42Speaker 2: to find that raw milk would be quite good. Some
- 6:45Speaker 2: of you out there might be thinking, oh, I disagree.
- 6:47Speaker 2: It's going to produce lots of mucus and it's going
- 6:49Speaker 2: to fill up the lungs and you're going to have
- 6:50Speaker 2: like pneumonia or something. Well, milk that you would get
- 6:54Speaker 2: from the store, which is pasteurized and heated and the
- 6:58Speaker 2: proteins warped and the fats denatured and the vitamins rendered
- 7:03Speaker 2: useless is going to be a dead food, and that
- 7:07Speaker 2: would create mucus on the system and in your lungs
- 7:10Speaker 2: and in your nasal passages. So it creates an extra
- 7:14Speaker 2: burden on the system if it's pasteurized. But when it's raw,
- 7:18Speaker 2: you'll find that you have almost none, if not any
- 7:22Speaker 2: congestion whatsoever. So if you're really still concerned, you know
- 7:27Speaker 2: what you could do. You could simply test it. It's
- 7:31Speaker 2: just that simple. So you become the evidence to yourself
- 7:34Speaker 2: about how darn good it is. Until next time, I'm
- 7:39Speaker 2: doctor Troy, and remember there is way more right with
- 7:43Speaker 2: you than there is wrong with you.
