- 0:00Speaker 1: 911, a number you never want to have to type.
- 0:02Speaker 1: The internet is full of crazy 911 calls because crime
- 0:06Speaker 1: is always happening. Terrible things are always happening, but that
- 0:08Speaker 1: doesn't mean that good things aren't always happening too. Right, universe?
- 0:12Speaker 2: That's what we manifest.
- 0:13Speaker 1: But not today. Today, we are listening to some crazy
- 0:16Speaker 1: 911 calls.
- 0:16Speaker 3: 911, what's your emergency?
- 0:19Speaker 1: Some are paranormal, some are crime, some are spooky, some
- 0:22Speaker 1: are funny. I don't know if any are funny. Why
- 0:24Speaker 1: would you?
- 0:24Speaker 4: No.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Some are spooky, some are scary, and some are downright terrifying.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Let's get into it. First up, content warning. We are
- 0:32Speaker 1: going to be talking about 911 calls, so we are
- 0:33Speaker 1: going to be touching on a lot of the subjects
- 0:35Speaker 1: you would expect to hear in a 911 call. So
- 0:38Speaker 1: if you are someone who is soft of heart, this
- 0:40Speaker 1: might be your time to exit.
- 0:41Speaker 5: 🎵 Okay. Do you know the name of the people
- 0:53Speaker 5: that lived there by any chance? Uh, the thing I
- 0:55Speaker 5: have on the delivery text is I'm not really sure
- 1:20Speaker 5: how to pronounce the last name.
- 1:22Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:22Speaker 5: All right. How long ago did you leave there? It's
- 1:27Speaker 5: been like four minutes. I'm on my way back to
- 1:30Speaker 5: the store. Okay. So did you see any other person
- 1:33Speaker 5: in there besides the female? It was her, and I'm
- 1:36Speaker 5: assuming her husband or whatever. He's the one that paid
- 1:39Speaker 5: for it, whatever. She was standing behind him, and that's
- 1:42Speaker 5: when I saw her mouth close to me.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Okay. Okay.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Okay, wow. Pizza delivery driver Joey Gundle called 911 after
- 1:57Speaker 1: delivering to an address in Waldo after seeing a woman
- 2:00Speaker 1: with a black eye. Wisconsin police are saying a woman
- 2:03Speaker 1: who'd allegedly been beaten by her ex-boyfriend may owe her
- 2:05Speaker 1: life to an unlikely source, an alert by AP. pizza man.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Numerous reports citing a criminal complaint against 55-year-old Dean Hoffman
- 2:12Speaker 1: state that Joey Grundle, a delivery driver for Domino's Pizza,
- 2:15Speaker 1: called 911 on September 27th, immediately after delivering a pizza
- 2:19Speaker 1: to the Walden home. Grundle told Fox 6 Now that
- 2:23Speaker 1: he knocked on the door and Hoffman answered. As Hoffman
- 2:25Speaker 1: was paying Grundy for the pizza, the delivery driver glanced
- 2:28Speaker 1: over the suspect's shoulder and locked eyes with the woman
- 2:30Speaker 1: who was standing behind him. That woman, who'd apparently broken
- 2:34Speaker 1: up with Hoffman in August, silently mouthed the words, help
- 2:37Speaker 1: me to grumble, he said. It's kind of scary, Grundle
- 2:41Speaker 1: told the station, gave him his pizza, noticed behind him
- 2:44Speaker 1: was his girlfriend and she was pointing to her black
- 2:45Speaker 1: eye that was quite visible and she mouthed the words,
- 2:48Speaker 1: call the police. Once Grundle received the money for the pizza,
- 2:51Speaker 1: he returned to his car and called the county sheriff department.
- 2:54Speaker 1: The papers report that the deputies responded and they heard
- 2:57Speaker 1: a woman scream, help me as well as please come in.
- 3:00Speaker 1: According to WHBL, Hoffman allegedly blocked his ex-girlfriend from opening
- 3:05Speaker 1: the door for police at first before finally letting officers inside.
- 3:09Speaker 1: He is now being held on an unspecified amount of bail.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Hoffman has not pleaded to the charges and does not
- 3:15Speaker 1: have any attorney who could comment on his behalf. According
- 3:18Speaker 1: to the Sheboygan Press, Hoffman allegedly broke into his ex's
- 3:22Speaker 1: house around 1pm on September 27th and began beating her
- 3:25Speaker 1: when she tried to call police. Hoffman allegedly tied the
- 3:28Speaker 1: woman up with a power cord and tried to convince
- 3:31Speaker 1: her to take him back. He allegedly untied her after
- 3:34Speaker 1: 30 minutes, but prevented her from leaving the home. The
- 3:36Speaker 1: press reports that the woman told the investigation that she
- 3:38Speaker 1: truly believed this was going to be the end for her.
- 3:40Speaker 1: She also told the police that Hoffman mentioned that he
- 3:43Speaker 1: had a yeeter in his car and had said he
- 3:45Speaker 1: was planning to rob. eat both of them from the universe. Again,
- 3:50Speaker 1: I love that pizza delivery guy. He saw something, he
- 3:53Speaker 1: said something. On to the next.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Are you with this 12-year-old female?
- 3:56Speaker 3: Yeah, she says she's having trouble breathing. She said she
- 4:00Speaker 3: was multiple times.
- 4:02Speaker 4: Multiple times?
- 4:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 4:04Speaker 4: Okay, sir, are you with her right now?
- 4:06Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:06Speaker 3: Is she awake? She's awake.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Is she breathing?
- 4:10Speaker 3: Yeah, she's breathing. She said she can take shallow breaths.
- 4:13Speaker 3: She's alert.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Is there any assailant around?
- 4:16Speaker 3: Ah, I didn't even look. I don't see anybody.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Okay, stay right with her, sir. Is she on the
- 4:22Speaker 4: ground or is she standing up?
- 4:24Speaker 3: No, she's laying on the grass.
- 4:25Speaker 4: Laying on the grass. Stay right with her. Just let
- 4:27Speaker 4: me know if she is remaining conscious or not, okay?
- 4:30Speaker 3: Okay.
- 4:31Speaker 4: Where are the wounds? Do you see where the wounds are?
- 4:33Speaker 3: No, I don't know if I should be rolling her
- 4:35Speaker 3: over and checking or not. Do you know where?
- 4:37Speaker 4: Okay, just stay with her and just let me know
- 4:38Speaker 4: if she's conscious or alert or stops breathing or anything.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Hold on a minute. Talk to the ambulance.
- 4:42Speaker 5: Police are also en route.
- 4:43Speaker 3: Okay, thank you. I'm bothering you at all? My shade?
- 4:46Speaker 5: Okay.
- 4:48Speaker 4: Okay, and you found her and she was just laying there?
- 4:51Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:51Speaker 5: Okay, keep an eye on her.
- 4:52Speaker 4: Hold on just a minute. Do not hang up, sir.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Okay, I will not.
- 4:55Speaker 5: Give me a minute. She did that to you.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Why don't you want to talk?
- 5:00Speaker 4: And she didn't say who did this or how it happened?
- 5:03Speaker 3: I don't know if she wants to be talked. I
- 5:05Speaker 3: started asking.
- 5:06Speaker 5: That's okay.
- 5:07Speaker 4: If she's... You've got to save her energy, I think. Okay,
- 5:09Speaker 4: but you see nobody else around you. Are you clearly
- 5:11Speaker 4: visible when they pull down that road towards the dead
- 5:13Speaker 4: end that they'll see you?
- 5:14Speaker 3: I've got a gold flashlight on my bicycle. I'll shine
- 5:17Speaker 3: that towards any emergency vehicle I see. And I'll be
- 5:22Speaker 3: standing in the middle of the road.
- 5:23Speaker 4: You're in the middle of the road? And where is she,
- 5:25Speaker 4: in the side of the road?
- 5:26Speaker 3: Yeah, she's on a grass, a little trail I gave
- 5:29Speaker 3: her my bicycle. Okay, okay.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Don't hang up, sir. Just stay right with me.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Okay.
- 5:33Speaker 3: Okay.
- 5:34Speaker 4: And let me know immediately if you see anything else
- 5:35Speaker 4: suspicious in the area, car, person, anything.
- 5:38Speaker 3: All right.
- 5:38Speaker 4: Keep your eyes open. Was anyone coming or leaving? Any
- 5:42Speaker 4: cars coming or leaving when you came upon her?
- 5:45Speaker 3: No.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Nothing?
- 5:46Speaker 5: How did you see her?
- 5:47Speaker 4: Did you just?
- 5:48Speaker 3: She's right in the middle of a little path, I think.
- 5:50Speaker 4: Middle of a little path.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Okay. Yeah.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Does she have a bike or anything with her?
- 5:55Speaker 3: No, I don't see it. One sandal is off, but,
- 5:57Speaker 3: you know, maybe three feet away from her.
- 5:59Speaker 4: Okay, flag that officer down. I'm going to let you go, okay?
- 6:04Speaker 4: You meet with him right now, okay? Okay.
- 6:05Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 6:06Speaker 1: This is one of the craziest cases that happened a
- 6:09Speaker 1: long time ago. It was the Slenderman. And it really
- 6:12Speaker 1: shows you how absolutely impressionable children are. They had discovered Slenderman,
- 6:16Speaker 1: which a lot of us did when we were young.
- 6:18Speaker 1: But they took it too far. They took it too far.
- 6:20Speaker 1: So when you quickly Google it, it says on May 31st, 2014,
- 6:22Speaker 1: two 12-year-olds... lured their friend, who was also 12, into
- 6:28Speaker 1: a wooded area of David's Park in Wauushka, Wisconsin, where
- 6:31Speaker 1: they attempted to yeet and sacrifice her to Slenderman, a
- 6:34Speaker 1: fictional supernatural being originating in creepy pasta. I remember when
- 6:39Speaker 1: this went down. It was insane. This was before the
- 6:42Speaker 1: Slenderman movie had come out, but I'm pretty sure. But
- 6:44Speaker 1: it was crazy because everybody had heard about Slenderman. It
- 6:46Speaker 1: had become this viral thing on the internet before viral
- 6:48Speaker 1: things on the internet were really, really happening. It was
- 6:51Speaker 1: kind of, you know, around those Vine days and stuff.
- 6:53Speaker 1: But I remember all those... creepy passive videos leaking out
- 6:56Speaker 1: about Slenderman and these two girls literally thought we're gonna
- 7:00Speaker 1: sacrifice this person to Slenderman like her so many times
- 7:04Speaker 1: she's alive and well those two girls went into jail
- 7:07Speaker 1: like behavioral places recently one actually escaped and i saw
- 7:10Speaker 1: the dash like the dash the body cam footage of
- 7:13Speaker 1: them finding her outside of a gas station which was
- 7:17Speaker 1: absolutely insane but feel free to look into that story
- 7:20Speaker 1: i've spoken a bit here but it is crazy how
- 7:22Speaker 1: impressionable kids are and i think about media now and
- 7:25Speaker 1: i think about my own son and like man it's
- 7:28Speaker 1: scary i was up to some weird stuff at 12
- 7:30Speaker 1: too but i was not trying to kill people in
- 7:31Speaker 1: the Okay, on to the next one. Oh, this one.
- 7:34Speaker 2: This one bothers me. Robinson County 911, what's the address
- 7:37Speaker 2: of your emergency? Hi, are you able to trace the
- 7:44Speaker 2: location of my phone?
- 7:45Speaker 1: Let me see. You don't know where you're at?
- 7:54Speaker 3: At National Park.
- 7:59Speaker 5: What's the phone number you're calling me from?
- 8:01Speaker 2: 843-655-5242.
- 8:02Speaker 5: Um.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Where's the park located at?
- 8:18Speaker 3: In.
- 8:20Speaker 5: Bear Bluff?
- 8:23Speaker 2: Let's see. Have you seen.
- 8:28Speaker 2: I have my location on, I think, on my phone.
- 8:38Speaker 2: I find my phone is on. I just did my location. Okay,
- 8:45Speaker 2: I'm showing... I don't think you are in Robinson County.
- 8:52Speaker 2: The Lumber River State Park? Yeah, that's where I am.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Tell me what's happened.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Um....
- 9:05Speaker 2: I'm about to... myself And I just want my family
- 9:12Speaker 2: to know where to find me.
- 9:18Speaker 1: This case is a little newer. And I came across
- 9:23Speaker 1: it a couple weeks ago. And I'm just so mad.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I think the 911 dispatcher did what they could. I
- 9:30Speaker 1: have no blame on them. But I just, this woman's ex-husband, boyfriend,
- 9:33Speaker 1: I forget.
- 9:34Speaker 3: I hate him.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I hate him so much. I hate the kind of
- 9:38Speaker 1: person he is. I've met people who are like this person,
- 9:41Speaker 1: but I want to tell you a little bit about him.
- 9:43Speaker 1: A former South Carolina pastor has been indicted on federal
- 9:45Speaker 1: charges of cyber-stalking his wife, including allegedly posting photos of her,
- 9:51Speaker 1: if you know what kind, online before she died by
- 9:54Speaker 1: taking her life in 2024. A federal grand jury in Columbia,
- 9:57Speaker 1: South Carolina, returned a two-count indictment. on thursday charging 46
- 10:01Speaker 1: year old john paul miller was cyber stalking and making
- 10:04Speaker 1: false statements to federal investigators stemming from the investigation into
- 10:08Speaker 1: his wife's death this case underscores the seriousness of domestic
- 10:13Speaker 1: violence abuse and related offenses that serve as a reminder
- 10:16Speaker 1: that such behavior has no place in our society Robertson County,
- 10:20Speaker 1: North Carolina Sheriff Burns Wilkins in a statement posted to
- 10:24Speaker 1: the office's Facebook page, along with photos of both John
- 10:27Speaker 1: Paul and Micah Miller. Miller is scheduled for arraignment on
- 10:30Speaker 1: January 12th in February Court in Florence, South Carolina, according
- 10:33Speaker 1: to Sheriff's Office. Miller and his 30-year-old wife were estranged
- 10:36Speaker 1: in the process of getting divorced at the time of
- 10:38Speaker 1: her death. Micah Miller's remains were discovered on April 27, 2024,
- 10:42Speaker 1: at Lumber River State Park in Robertson County, North Carolina,
- 10:46Speaker 1: about an hour north of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, according
- 10:48Speaker 1: to the Robertson County Sheriff's Office. Robertson County Sheriff's Deputies
- 10:52Speaker 1: went to the park to conduct a welfare check on
- 10:54Speaker 1: Micah Miller after she contacted the Robertson County 911 Communications Center,
- 10:59Speaker 1: expressing concern that she might harm herself, according to the
- 11:02Speaker 1: Sheriff's Office. Deputies found Micah Miller at the park deceased
- 11:05Speaker 1: in the water with an apparent self-inflicted wound. According to
- 11:08Speaker 1: the sheriff's office, which also said a firearm was found
- 11:11Speaker 1: near her body, the North Carolina Medical Examiner's Office ruled
- 11:15Speaker 1: her death her own taking. During the course of the investigation,
- 11:18Speaker 1: detectives identified information that, while not directly related to the
- 11:22Speaker 1: actual death, warranted further review of her husband. That information
- 11:26Speaker 1: was believed to be relevant in understanding the broader circumstances
- 11:30Speaker 1: surrounding Micah Miller's death. On May 6, 2024, Wilkins formally
- 11:34Speaker 1: requested that the U.S. Attorney's Office in South Carolina investigate
- 11:38Speaker 1: allegations that were reported to have occurred outside the jurisdiction
- 11:41Speaker 1: of Robeson County Sheriff's Office. According to indictment, federal prosecution
- 11:45Speaker 1: said the investigation found that the beginnings of November 2022
- 11:48Speaker 1: and up to his wife's death, John Paul Miller allegedly
- 11:51Speaker 1: sent his wife unwanted harassing communications. The harassing behavior included
- 11:55Speaker 1: Miller posting a nude photo of the victim online without
- 11:57Speaker 1: her consent, causing tracking devices to be placed on her vehicle,
- 12:00Speaker 1: and in one instance, contacting her over 50 times in
- 12:03Speaker 1: a single day. The indictment alleges that John Paul Miller
- 12:06Speaker 1: interfered with his wife's finances, her daily activities, and tagging
- 12:10Speaker 1: her vehicle. Federal investigators interviewed Miller about these accusations, and
- 12:15Speaker 1: Miller lied in his responses, and the indictment alleges that Miller,
- 12:18Speaker 1: that he had not done damage to the tires, that
- 12:21Speaker 1: he in fact purchased a fire deflation device online and
- 12:24Speaker 1: sent messages to others regarding the victim's vehicles. The indictment
- 12:28Speaker 1: further states that Miller's alleged cyber-stalking put his wife in
- 12:32Speaker 1: reasonable fear of death and serious bodily injury and that
- 12:36Speaker 1: his conduct would be reasonably expected to cause her emotional distress.
- 12:41Speaker 1: ABC News attempt to reach John Paul Miller for comment
- 12:43Speaker 1: but was unsuccessful. It is unclear if he has hired
- 12:45Speaker 1: an attorney. If convicted, Miller faces a maximum sentence of
- 12:48Speaker 1: five years in prison on the cyber-stalking charge and two
- 12:51Speaker 1: years in prison for allegedly making false statements to investigators.
- 12:55Speaker 1: According to the Department of Judges, he could also face
- 12:58Speaker 1: a fine of $ 250, 000. If you look more into this
- 13:02Speaker 1: dude and you watch some videos, and I really recommend
- 13:05Speaker 1: looking up some videos, he's a horrible person. Like it
- 13:08Speaker 1: says he's a pastor, but he's also an addict, but
- 13:10Speaker 1: he's had 500 different jobs. Like this guy has just
- 13:13Speaker 1: seems like such a shitty, horrible person. So he's not
- 13:17Speaker 1: even in jail. He's out right now. He's set to
- 13:18Speaker 1: actually go and appear in front of a federal judge
- 13:21Speaker 1: this month. But all it is for is cyber stalking
- 13:24Speaker 1: and lying. I know it's never your fault if somebody
- 13:25Speaker 1: decides to take their life, but if you've made someone
- 13:28Speaker 1: feel that their only choice is to leave this earth,
- 13:31Speaker 1: you should go to jail for the rest of your
- 13:32Speaker 1: life because you're a bully and you're going to do
- 13:34Speaker 1: it again. And I don't think this is the last
- 13:36Speaker 1: time we're going to hear that this dude is in
- 13:37Speaker 1: the news.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Next.
- 13:38Speaker 5: 911, what is your emergency?
- 13:40Speaker 2: Yes, sir.
- 13:41Speaker 3: I need an ambulance to come to my house.
- 13:43Speaker 5: What's the problem there?
- 13:44Speaker 3: I just kicked my two kids. What's your name, ma'am?
- 13:49Speaker 1: Julia Murray.
- 13:50Speaker 2: What is it?
- 13:51Speaker 3: Julia Murray.
- 13:53Speaker 4: And you said you kicked your two kids?
- 13:55Speaker 3: Yes, sir.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Oh, darn it.
- 13:56Speaker 3: Two and four.
- 13:57Speaker 4: How did you kill them?
- 13:59Speaker 3: I killed them.
- 14:01Speaker 2: Julia, are you with me?
- 14:02Speaker 3: No. Myself.
- 14:06Speaker 2: You just killed yourself?
- 14:07Speaker 3: Yes.
- 14:08Speaker 4: With what?
- 14:10Speaker 3: Okay. Please hurry.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Okay, I got them on the way, Julia.
- 14:14Speaker 1: I'm just trying to keep you in line with me
- 14:16Speaker 1: until they get there. Is that okay?
- 14:17Speaker 4: Will you talk to me?
- 14:20Speaker 3: Julia?
- 14:22Speaker 1: Julia, can you hear us?
- 14:25Speaker 4: Is your door open? Will we be able to get in?
- 14:28Speaker 1: I don't cover stuff that involves kids too often, but
- 14:31Speaker 1: I think that it's also really important to at the
- 14:34Speaker 1: same time. And it shocks us and it scares us.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Thinking of anybody being able to hurt a child is
- 14:38Speaker 1: so hard, but I think it's important to remember it
- 14:40Speaker 1: and notice the signs. And again, if you see something,
- 14:42Speaker 1: say something. I'm sorry this episode turned into this, but
- 14:44Speaker 1: I think it's really important. I remember I was in
- 14:47Speaker 1: grade nine and I was taking the city bus to
- 14:49Speaker 1: school and I saw this mom and she was so
- 14:53Speaker 1: clearly under the influence. She had these two kids with
- 14:55Speaker 1: her and she got off the bus with them and
- 14:57Speaker 1: everybody looked and nobody did anything. And I remember when
- 15:00Speaker 1: I got to school, I got off, got on my
- 15:03Speaker 1: flip phone and I called 911 and I said where
- 15:05Speaker 1: they got off. Years later, like I saw her on
- 15:07Speaker 1: the bus again. She didn't have her kids after that
- 15:09Speaker 1: ever again. And you know, even to this day, she's
- 15:12Speaker 1: still up to very bad things. I see her around town,
- 15:14Speaker 1: but I'm glad that I said something. And that's the
- 15:16Speaker 1: kind of thing I feel like sometimes things can be
- 15:18Speaker 1: stopped if somebody just would have said something. I don't
- 15:20Speaker 1: know about this story though. Let's get into it. Brunswick, Georgia,
- 15:22Speaker 1: Sam Foskey had his heart set on his four-year-old granddaughter
- 15:26Speaker 1: Ainsley Murray and her little brother Creighton coming to visit
- 15:30Speaker 1: in Hazlehurst this weekend so they could go four-wheeling. Instead,
- 15:33Speaker 1: Foskey will come to Brunswick for the funeral of the
- 15:36Speaker 1: little girl who was by her mother, Julia Murray, on
- 15:39Speaker 1: Tuesday morning. Murray also nearly drowned Creighton, whom everyone called CJ,
- 15:44Speaker 1: before herself to death during a 911 call, which she
- 15:48Speaker 1: calmly told the I can't believe this happened. I was
- 15:52Speaker 1: going to teach her and CJ to fish. I don't
- 15:55Speaker 1: understand why she had done this, Foskey said. His voice
- 15:58Speaker 1: hoarse with emotion told the Times Union during a telephone
- 16:01Speaker 1: interview from his home Wednesday. The children's paternal grandfather, Foskey,
- 16:05Speaker 1: is struggling with grief, as is Murray's family, and trying
- 16:08Speaker 1: to make sense of the incomprehensible. Murray, 21, sounding almost detached,
- 16:12Speaker 1: told a Glynn County 911 operator to send an ambulance
- 16:15Speaker 1: to her home because she said that she had killed
- 16:18Speaker 1: her two kids shortly before 2 a.m.
- 16:20Speaker 2: On Tuesday.
- 16:22Speaker 1: The little boy lived. So she passed away and her
- 16:24Speaker 1: daughter did. No motive was ever established. No note was
- 16:27Speaker 1: ever found. No one saw any warning signs prior to

- 16:48Speaker 1: ways you read me sideways. I will never, ever understand
- 16:51Speaker 1: being able to take a child's life. I will never understand. Again,
