• 1:57
  Thanks,
• 1:57
  man.
• 1:58
  You
• 1:58
  guys
• 1:59
  are
• 1:59
  so
• 1:59
  fast
• 2:00
  growing
• 2:00
  out
• 2:00
  there.
• 2:01
  And
• 2:02
  it
• 2:02
  seems
• 2:03
  that
• 2:03
  this
• 2:03
  segment
• 2:04
  is
• 2:04
  really
• 2:04
  growing
• 2:05
  across
• 2:05
  the
• 2:06
  country
• 2:06
  because
• 2:06
  I'm
• 2:06
  seeing
• 2:07
  people
• 2:07
  out
• 2:07
  there
• 2:08
  that
• 2:08
  are
• 2:08
  doing
• 2:09
  the
• 2:09
  pressure
• 2:09
  washing
• 2:10
  or
• 2:10
  at
• 2:10
  least,
• 2:11
  you
• 2:11
  know,
• 2:11
  the
• 2:12
  soft
• 2:12
  washing
• 2:12
  out
• 2:13
  there
• 2:13
  for
• 2:13
  the
• 2:13
  things
• 2:13
  that
• 2:13
  should
• 2:14
  be
• 2:14
  softwashed.
• 2:14
  It's
• 2:15
  great
• 2:15
  to
• 2:15
  see
• 2:15
  you
• 2:15
  guys
• 2:15
  are
• 2:16
  just
• 2:16
  crushing
• 2:17
  it
• 2:17
  out
• 2:17
  there.
• 2:17
  I
• 2:18
  appreciate
• 2:18
  that.
• 2:19
  Yeah,
• 2:19
  it's
• 2:19
  really
• 2:19
  interesting
• 2:20
  to
• 2:20
  see
• 2:20
  in
• 2:20
  this
• 2:21
  space.
• 2:21
  I
• 2:21
  think
• 2:22
  with
• 2:22
  home
• 2:22
  values
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  way
• 2:23
  they
• 2:23
  are,
• 2:24
  people
• 2:24
  are
• 2:25
  really
• 2:25
  trying
• 2:25
  to
• 2:25
  find
• 2:25
  a
• 2:26
  way
• 2:26
  to
• 2:26
  stay
• 2:26
  in
• 2:27
  the
• 2:27
  current
• 2:27
  residence
• 2:27
  they're
• 2:28
  in
• 2:28
  because
• 2:28
  you
• 2:28
  have
• 2:29
  a
• 2:29
  lot
• 2:29
  of
• 2:29
  people
• 2:29
  out
• 2:29
  there
• 2:29
  who
• 2:29
  don't
• 2:30
  want
• 2:30
  to
• 2:30
  surrender
• 2:30
  those
• 2:31
  low
• 2:31
  interest
• 2:31
  rates.
• 2:32
  And
• 2:32
  so
• 2:32
  I
• 2:32
  think
• 2:33
  they're
• 2:33
  spending
• 2:33
  more
• 2:33
  on
• 2:34
  home
• 2:34
  improvement
• 2:34
  than
• 2:34
  they
• 2:35
  ever
• 2:35
  have
• 2:35
  because
• 2:36
  they
• 2:36
  don't
• 2:36
  have
• 2:36
  the
• 2:36
  flexibility
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  just
• 2:37
  up
• 2:37
  and
• 2:38
  move
• 2:38
  somewhere
• 2:38
  else.
• 2:39
  And
• 2:39
  we
• 2:39
  know
• 2:39
  those
• 2:39
  home
• 2:40
  improvement
• 2:40
  projects
• 2:41
  are
• 2:41
  just
• 2:42
  so
• 2:42
  expensive
• 2:43
  out
• 2:43
  there
• 2:44
  when
• 2:44
  it
• 2:44
  comes
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  replacing
• 2:45
  roofs
• 2:45
  and
• 2:46
  siding
• 2:46
  and
• 2:46
  fences,
• 2:47
  it
• 2:48
  just,
• 2:48
  it
• 2:48
  keeps
• 2:48
  getting
• 2:48
  more
• 2:49
  and
• 2:49
  more
• 2:49
  expensive.
• 2:49
  And
• 2:50
  it
• 2:50
  looks
• 2:50
  like
• 2:50
  that
• 2:50
  maintenance
• 2:51
  is
• 2:51
  really
• 2:51
  starting
• 2:52
  to
• 2:52
  get
• 2:52
  into
• 2:52
  people's
• 2:52
  minds
• 2:53
  because
• 2:53
  they
• 2:53
  don't
• 2:53
  want
• 2:53
  to
• 2:53
  go
• 2:53
  spend
• 2:54
  $30,000
• 2:55
  in
• 2:55
  a
• 2:55
  brand
• 2:55
  new
• 2:56
  roof.
• 2:56
  Exactly.
• 2:57
  That
• 2:57
  is
• 2:58
  a,
• 2:58
  that's
• 2:58
  a
• 2:58
  crucial
• 2:59
  part
• 2:59
  of
• 2:59
  the
• 2:59
  business.
• 2:59
  But
• 3:00
  I
• 3:00
  think
• 3:00
  you're
• 3:00
  also
• 3:00
  seeing
• 3:00
  a
• 3:01
  lot
• 3:01
  of
• 3:01
  new
• 3:01
  homeowners
• 3:02
  who
• 3:02
  really
• 3:02
  don't
• 3:03
  have
• 3:03
  the
• 3:03
  experience
• 3:03
  to
• 3:04
  do
• 3:04
  these
• 3:04
  kind
• 3:04
  of
• 3:04
  things
• 3:04
  on
• 3:05
  their
• 3:05
  own.
• 3:05
  And
• 3:06
  so
• 3:06
  just
• 3:06
  another
• 3:06
  thing
• 3:07
  that,
• 3:07
  you
• 3:07
  know
• 3:08
  is
• 3:08
  really
• 3:08
  increasing
• 3:09
  the
• 3:09
  preventative
• 3:09
  maintenance
• 3:10
  side
• 3:10
  of
• 3:10
  home
• 3:10
  ownership
• 3:11
  and
• 3:11
  getting
• 3:11
  professionals
• 3:12
  to
• 3:12
  come
• 3:12
  in
• 3:12
  and
• 3:13
  complete
• 3:13
  it
• 3:13
  for
• 3:13
  them.
• 3:14
  I
• 3:14
  tell
• 3:14
  you
• 3:15
  what,
• 3:15
  I
• 3:15
  have
• 3:15
  seen
• 3:16
  people
• 3:16
  Go
• 3:17
  crazy
• 3:17
  on
• 3:17
  their
• 3:18
  wood
• 3:18
  deck,
• 3:19
  their
• 3:19
  cedar
• 3:20
  siding,
• 3:20
  their
• 3:20
  cedar
• 3:21
  fence,
• 3:21
  their
• 3:21
  pine
• 3:21
  fence,
• 3:22
  whatever
• 3:22
  they
• 3:22
  got,
• 3:23
  they
• 3:23
  get
• 3:23
  out
• 3:24
  there
• 3:24
  with
• 3:24
  the
• 3:24
  pressure
• 3:24
  washer
• 3:25
  that
• 3:25
  they
• 3:25
  rented
• 3:25
  from
• 3:25
  the
• 3:26
  home
• 3:26
  improvement
• 3:26
  store
• 3:27
  and
• 3:27
  should
• 3:28
  have
• 3:28
  probably
• 3:28
  just
• 3:28
  left
• 3:29
  it
• 3:29
  alone
• 3:29
  because
• 3:29
  they
• 3:30
  did
• 3:30
  more
• 3:30
  damage
• 3:30
  than
• 3:30
  the
• 3:31
  lack
• 3:31
  of
• 3:31
  maintenance
• 3:31
  ever
• 3:32
  did.
• 3:32
  Yes,
• 3:33
  that
• 3:33
  is
• 3:33
  something
• 3:33
  we
• 3:34
  see
• 3:34
  quite
• 3:34
  a
• 3:34
  bit.
• 3:35
  It's
• 3:35
  very
• 3:35
  unfortunate.
• 3:36
  But
• 3:36
  I
• 3:36
  will
• 3:36
  tell
• 3:36
  you
• 3:37
  that
• 3:37
  you
• 3:37
  can
• 3:37
  do
• 3:37
  quite
• 3:38
  a
• 3:38
  bit
• 3:38
  of
• 3:38
  damage
• 3:38
  with
• 3:39
  even
• 3:39
  a
• 3:39
  store
• 3:39
  bought
• 3:40
  power
• 3:40
  washer
• 3:41
  if
• 3:41
  you
• 3:41
  choose
• 3:41
  to
• 3:41
  do
• 3:42
  it
• 3:42
  on
• 3:42
  your
• 3:42
  own.
• 3:42
  There's
• 3:42
  quite
• 3:43
  a
• 3:43
  bit
• 3:43
  of
• 3:43
  trial
• 3:43
  and
• 3:43
  error
• 3:44
  that
• 3:44
  goes
• 3:44
  along
• 3:44
  with
• 3:44
  it.
• 3:45
  And
• 3:45
  when
• 3:45
  you're
• 3:45
  working
• 3:45
  on
• 3:46
  something
• 3:46
  that's
• 3:47
  as
• 3:47
  large
• 3:47
  of
• 3:47
  an
• 3:47
  asset
• 3:48
  as
• 3:48
  your
• 3:48
  home,
• 3:48
  it's
• 3:49
  not
• 3:49
  something
• 3:49
  I'd
• 3:49
  be
• 3:49
  willing
• 3:50
  to
• 3:50
  gamble
• 3:50
  with
• 3:51
  on
• 3:51
  there
• 3:51
  just
• 3:51
  to
• 3:52
  save
• 3:52
  a
• 3:52
  couple
• 3:52
  of
• 3:52
  bucks.
• 3:53
  Then
• 3:54
  on
• 3:54
  top
• 3:54
  of
• 3:54
  it,
• 3:54
  when
• 3:54
  you
• 3:54
  see
• 3:55
  people
• 3:55
  like
• 3:55
  going
• 3:55
  out
• 3:56
  and
• 3:56
  messing
• 3:56
  with
• 3:56
  their
• 3:56
  siding,
• 3:57
  for
• 3:57
  instance,
• 3:58
  if
• 3:58
  you're
• 3:58
  not
• 3:59
  getting
• 3:59
  the
• 3:59
  angle
• 3:59
  right,
• 4:00
  if
• 4:00
  you're
• 4:00
  not
• 4:00
  doing
• 4:00
  the
• 4:01
  right
• 4:01
  thing
• 4:01
  on
• 4:01
  there,
• 4:01
  you're
• 4:02
  pushing
• 4:02
  water
• 4:03
  up
• 4:03
  under
• 4:03
  the
• 4:04
  siding.
• 4:04
  And
• 4:04
  if
• 4:05
  it's
• 4:05
  an
• 4:05
  older
• 4:05
  home,
• 4:05
  you're
• 4:06
  probably
• 4:06
  doing
• 4:06
  a
• 4:06
  significant
• 4:07
  amount
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  damage
• 4:07
  on
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  inside
• 4:08
  of
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  house
• 4:09
  just
• 4:09
  because
• 4:09
  you're
• 4:09
  shoving
• 4:10
  water
• 4:10
  where
• 4:10
  I
• 4:11
  was
• 4:11
  never
• 4:11
  supposed
• 4:11
  to
• 4:11
  be.
• 4:12
  Exactly.
• 4:13
  And
• 4:13
  we're.
• 4:14
  We're
• 4:14
  in
• 4:14
  34
• 4:15
  states
• 4:15
  right
• 4:16
  now.
• 4:16
  We
• 4:16
  have
• 4:16
  80
• 4:16
  franchisees
• 4:17
  live
• 4:17
  and
• 4:18
  we
• 4:18
  have
• 4:18
  people.
• 4:19
  I
• 4:19
  think
• 4:20
  of
• 4:20
  Philadelphia,
• 4:21
  I
• 4:21
  think
• 4:21
  of
• 4:21
  New
• 4:22
  Orleans.
• 4:22
  The
• 4:22
  franchisee
• 4:23
  that
• 4:23
  I
• 4:23
  co
• 4:23
  own,
• 4:24
  I
• 4:24
  think
• 4:25
  of
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  couple
• 4:26
  of
• 4:26
  the
• 4:26
  spot
• 4:26
  like
• 4:26
  San
• 4:27
  Augusta
• 4:27
  and
• 4:27
  Florida.
• 4:28
  And
• 4:28
  I
• 4:28
  mean
• 4:28
  these
• 4:28
  are
• 4:29
  very
• 4:29
  old
• 4:30
  neighborhoods
• 4:30
  where
• 4:31
  you
• 4:31
  can
• 4:31
  have
• 4:31
  buildings
• 4:31
  that
• 4:32
  are
• 4:32
  2
• 4:32
  and
• 4:32
  then
• 4:33
  bordering
• 4:33
  300
• 4:34
  years
• 4:34
  old.
• 4:34
  And
• 4:35
  I
• 4:35
  think
• 4:35
  that's
• 4:35
  one
• 4:35
  of
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  things
• 4:36
  that's
• 4:36
  so
• 4:36
  interesting
• 4:36
  about
• 4:37
  our
• 4:37
  approach
• 4:38
  which
• 4:38
  is
• 4:38
  really
• 4:38
  geared
• 4:39
  towards
• 4:39
  soft
• 4:39
  washing
• 4:40
  instead
• 4:40
  of
• 4:41
  just
• 4:41
  relying
• 4:41
  purely
• 4:42
  on
• 4:42
  the
• 4:42
  pressure
• 4:43
  of
• 4:43
  the
• 4:43
  water.
• 4:43
  Soft
• 4:44
  washing
• 4:44
  is
• 4:44
  a
• 4:44
  tactic
• 4:45
  where
• 4:45
  you're
• 4:45
  really
• 4:46
  leaning
• 4:46
  on
• 4:46
  the
• 4:47
  solution
• 4:47
  that
• 4:47
  you're
• 4:48
  using
• 4:48
  to
• 4:48
  do
• 4:48
  the
• 4:48
  bulk
• 4:49
  of
• 4:49
  the
• 4:49
  cleaning.
• 4:49
  And
• 4:50
  it's
• 4:50
  perfect
• 4:50
  for
• 4:51
  these
• 4:51
  markets
• 4:52
  where
• 4:52
  you're
• 4:52
  dealing
• 4:53
  with
• 4:53
  older
• 4:53
  or
• 4:54
  historical
• 4:54
  structures
• 4:55
  in
• 4:55
  particular.
• 4:55
  No
• 4:56
  kidding.
• 4:56
  Because
• 4:56
  yeah,
• 4:57
  you've
• 4:57
  got
• 4:57
  old
• 4:57
  wood,
• 4:58
  it's
• 4:58
  brittle.
• 4:59
  You
• 4:59
  get
• 4:59
  out
• 5:00
  there
• 5:00
  with
• 5:00
  a
• 5:00
  pressure
• 5:00
  washer
• 5:01
  and
• 5:01
  you're
• 5:01
  grinding
• 5:02
  into
• 5:02
  stuff.
• 5:02
  You
• 5:03
  can
• 5:03
  cut
• 5:03
  through
• 5:03
  cedar
• 5:04
  siding
• 5:04
  with
• 5:04
  a
• 5:04
  pressure
• 5:05
  washer
• 5:05
  if
• 5:05
  you're
• 5:05
  not
• 5:05
  careful.
• 5:06
  It's
• 5:06
  a
• 5:06
  fast
• 5:06
  way
• 5:06
  to
• 5:06
  cut
• 5:07
  it
• 5:07
  like
• 5:07
  a
• 5:07
  water
• 5:07
  jet.
• 5:08
  And
• 5:08
  you
• 5:08
  got
• 5:08
  to
• 5:08
  be
• 5:08
  careful
• 5:09
  with
• 5:09
  that.
• 5:09
  Oh
• 5:10
  yeah.
• 5:10
  And
• 5:10
  I'm
• 5:10
  sure
• 5:10
  you've
• 5:11
  seen
• 5:11
  it,
• 5:11
  Eric.
• 5:11
  People
• 5:11
  will
• 5:12
  make
• 5:12
  TikTok
• 5:13
  videos
• 5:13
  of
• 5:13
  them
• 5:13
  like
• 5:14
  carving
• 5:14
  out
• 5:14
  pumpkins
• 5:15
  with
• 5:15
  power
• 5:15
  washing.
• 5:16
  And
• 5:16
  although
• 5:16
  that's
• 5:17
  very
• 5:17
  entertaining,
• 5:17
  I
• 5:18
  hate
• 5:18
  seeing
• 5:19
  stuff
• 5:19
  like
• 5:19
  that
• 5:19
  because
• 5:19
  it
• 5:20
  just
• 5:20
  to
• 5:20
  the,
• 5:20
  to
• 5:21
  the
• 5:21
  untrained
• 5:21
  eye,
• 5:21
  they're
• 5:22
  like,
• 5:22
  I
• 5:22
  don't
• 5:22
  want
• 5:22
  to
• 5:22
  do
• 5:22
  any
• 5:22
  of
• 5:22
  that
• 5:23
  to
• 5:23
  my
• 5:23
  house.
• 5:23
  I'm
• 5:23
  not
• 5:24
  trying
• 5:24
  to
• 5:24
  use
• 5:25
  that
• 5:25
  level
• 5:25
  of
• 5:25
  pressure
• 5:26
  to
• 5:26
  clean
• 5:26
  something.
• 5:26
  And
• 5:27
  it's
• 5:27
  completely
• 5:27
  not
• 5:28
  indicative
• 5:28
  of
• 5:28
  the
• 5:28
  power
• 5:29
  washing
• 5:29
  experience.
• 5:31
  It
• 5:31
  only
• 5:31
  is
• 5:32
  if
• 5:32
  you
• 5:32
  turn
• 5:32
  it
• 5:32
  up
• 5:32
  on
• 5:33
  high
• 5:33
  and
• 5:33
  try
• 5:33
  to
• 5:33
  make
• 5:33
  it
• 5:33
  a
• 5:34
  DIY
• 5:34
  project.
• 5:35
  Then
• 5:35
  of
• 5:35
  course,
• 5:36
  if
• 5:36
  you've
• 5:36
  got
• 5:36
  that
• 5:37
  point,
• 5:37
  man,
• 5:38
  I
• 5:38
  got
• 5:38
  the
• 5:38
  one
• 5:38
  with
• 5:38
  the
• 5:38
  hot
• 5:39
  water
• 5:39
  burner
• 5:39
  on
• 5:40
  it
• 5:40
  and
• 5:40
  it's
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  commercial
• 5:41
  one.
• 5:41
  It's
• 5:41
  great
• 5:42
  for
• 5:42
  cleaning
• 5:42
  out
• 5:43
  concrete
• 5:44
  buildings
• 5:44
  and
• 5:44
  doing
• 5:45
  that
• 5:45
  kind
• 5:45
  of
• 5:45
  stuff
• 5:45
  and
• 5:45
  you
• 5:46
  go
• 5:46
  hit
• 5:46
  it
• 5:46
  on
• 5:46
  your
• 5:46
  soft
• 5:47
  wood
• 5:47
  siding,
• 5:48
  you've
• 5:48
  got
• 5:48
  a
• 5:48
  whole
• 5:49
  other
• 5:49
  problem.
• 5:49
  And
• 5:49
  that's
• 5:50
  why
• 5:50
  the
• 5:50
  professionals.
• 5:51
  This
• 5:52
  is
• 5:52
  an
• 5:52
  easy
• 5:52
  way
• 5:53
  to
• 5:53
  go
• 5:53
  and
• 5:53
  it's
• 5:54
  an
• 5:54
  affordable
• 5:55
  maintenance
• 5:55
  option
• 5:56
  for
• 5:56
  people
• 5:56
  out
• 5:56
  there.
• 5:57
  Yes.
• 5:58
  I'm
• 5:58
  glad
• 5:58
  you
• 5:58
  touched
• 5:59
  upon
• 5:59
  the
• 5:59
  affordability
• 6:00
  piece.
• 6:00
  One
• 6:00
  of
• 6:01
  the
• 6:01
  things
• 6:01
  that
• 6:01
  I
• 6:02
  really
• 6:02
  find
• 6:02
  so
• 6:03
  fascinating,
• 6:03
  I
• 6:03
  never
• 6:04
  put
• 6:04
  a
• 6:04
  ton
• 6:04
  of
• 6:04
  thought
• 6:04
  into
• 6:04
  it
• 6:05
  before
• 6:05
  I
• 6:05
  was
• 6:05
  in
• 6:05
  power
• 6:05
  washing,
• 6:06
  but
• 6:06
  now
• 6:06
  that
• 6:06
  I
• 6:06
  am.
• 6:07
  When
• 6:07
  you
• 6:07
  look
• 6:08
  at
• 6:08
  your
• 6:08
  average
• 6:09
  consumer
• 6:09
  who
• 6:09
  has
• 6:10
  a
• 6:10
  vehicle,
• 6:10
  average
• 6:11
  purchase
• 6:11
  price
• 6:11
  of
• 6:12
  a
• 6:12
  vehicle
• 6:12
  right
• 6:12
  now
• 6:12
  is
• 6:13
  $48,000.
• 6:14
  If
• 6:14
  you
• 6:14
  buy
• 6:14
  something
• 6:15
  brand
• 6:15
  new,
• 6:15
  people
• 6:16
  clean
• 6:16
  them
• 6:16
  all
• 6:17
  the
• 6:17
  time.
• 6:18
  They
• 6:18
  get
• 6:18
  memberships
• 6:19
  to
• 6:19
  car
• 6:19
  wash
• 6:20
  places,
• 6:20
  they
• 6:20
  get
• 6:21
  them
• 6:21
  detailed.
• 6:22
  And
• 6:22
  then
• 6:22
  I
• 6:22
  look
• 6:22
  at
• 6:23
  the
• 6:23
  homeownership
• 6:24
  side
• 6:24
  of
• 6:24
  the
• 6:24
  house
• 6:24
  in
• 6:24
  which
• 6:25
  your,
• 6:25
  let's
• 6:25
  say
• 6:25
  your
• 6:25
  average
• 6:26
  transaction
• 6:26
  for
• 6:26
  a
• 6:26
  home
• 6:27
  right
• 6:27
  now
• 6:27
  is
• 6:27
  460
• 6:28
  to
• 6:29
  540,000
• 6:30
  and
• 6:31
  people
• 6:31
  never
• 6:31
  get
• 6:32
  them
• 6:32
  cleaned.
• 6:33
  And
• 6:33
  it's
• 6:33
  shocking
• 6:33
  to
• 6:34
  me,
• 6:34
  you
• 6:34
  know,
• 6:34
  you
• 6:34
  have
• 6:34
  this
• 6:35
  assets
• 6:35
  that,
• 6:35
  that's
• 6:36
  10x
• 6:36
  what
• 6:37
  you'd
• 6:37
  have
• 6:37
  on
• 6:37
  an
• 6:37
  automobile.
• 6:38
  And
• 6:38
  in
• 6:38
  some
• 6:39
  cases
• 6:39
  it's
• 6:40
  equally
• 6:40
  as
• 6:40
  dirty
• 6:41
  to,
• 6:41
  to
• 6:41
  a
• 6:41
  vehicle
• 6:41
  depending
• 6:42
  on
• 6:42
  how
• 6:42
  many
• 6:42
  miles
• 6:42
  you're
• 6:43
  putting
• 6:43
  there.
• 6:43
  And
• 6:43
  no
• 6:44
  one
• 6:44
  seems
• 6:44
  to
• 6:44
  have
• 6:44
  an
• 6:45
  interest
• 6:45
  in
• 6:45
  cleaning
• 6:45
  them.
• 6:46
  Even
• 6:46
  I'll
• 6:46
  be
• 6:47
  perusing
• 6:47
  Zillow
• 6:48
  and
• 6:48
  you
• 6:48
  have
• 6:49
  your
• 6:49
  home
• 6:49
  up
• 6:49
  for
• 6:49
  sale
• 6:50
  that
• 6:51
  a
• 6:51
  lot
• 6:51
  of
• 6:51
  people
• 6:51
  are
• 6:51
  hoping
• 6:52
  to
• 6:52
  have
• 6:52
  this
• 6:52
  very
• 6:53
  quick
• 6:53
  trans.
• 6:53
  Very
• 6:54
  quick
• 6:54
  and
• 6:54
  profitable
• 6:54
  transaction.
• 6:55
  And
• 6:56
  the
• 6:56
  house
• 6:56
  does
• 6:56
  not
• 6:57
  look
• 6:57
  good
• 6:57
  from
• 6:58
  a
• 6:58
  curb
• 6:58
  appeal
• 6:58
  standpoint.
• 6:59
  From
• 6:59
  a.
• 6:59
  When
• 7:00
  looking
• 7:00
  through
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  filter
• 7:00
  of
• 7:00
  power
• 7:01
  washing.
• 7:01
  And
• 7:02
  I
• 7:02
  just
• 7:02
  find
• 7:02
  it
• 7:02
  so
• 7:02
  interesting
• 7:03
  that
• 7:03
  people,
• 7:04
  I
• 7:04
  don't
• 7:04
  know
• 7:04
  if
• 7:04
  it's
• 7:05
  for
• 7:05
  lack
• 7:05
  of
• 7:06
  consumer
• 7:06
  education,
• 7:07
  knowing
• 7:08
  that
• 7:08
  this
• 7:08
  is
• 7:08
  a
• 7:08
  service
• 7:09
  that's
• 7:09
  out
• 7:09
  there,
• 7:09
  but
• 7:10
  it
• 7:10
  would
• 7:10
  like
• 7:10
  really
• 7:11
  aid
• 7:11
  customers
• 7:12
  in
• 7:12
  buying
• 7:13
  a
• 7:13
  home
• 7:13
  and
• 7:13
  selling
• 7:14
  a
• 7:14
  home,
• 7:14
  maintaining
• 7:15
  that
• 7:15
  crisp
• 7:15
  look
• 7:16
  that
• 7:16
  you're
• 7:16
  looking
• 7:16
  for.
• 7:17
  Oh
• 7:17
  yeah.
• 7:18
  And
• 7:18
  if
• 7:18
  you
• 7:18
  want
• 7:18
  to
• 7:18
  find
• 7:19
  out
• 7:19
  how
• 7:19
  dirty
• 7:19
  your
• 7:20
  house
• 7:20
  gets.
• 7:21
  My
• 7:21
  house
• 7:21
  when
• 7:22
  I
• 7:22
  bought
• 7:22
  it
• 7:22
  was
• 7:22
  this
• 7:22
  nice
• 7:23
  light
• 7:23
  gray.
• 7:24
  During
• 7:24
  my
• 7:24
  remodel
• 7:25
  here,
• 7:25
  I
• 7:26
  painted
• 7:26
  it
• 7:27
  jet
• 7:27
  black.
• 7:28
  And
• 7:28
  if
• 7:29
  you
• 7:29
  want
• 7:29
  to
• 7:29
  see
• 7:29
  what
• 7:30
  shows
• 7:30
  up
• 7:30
  on
• 7:30
  a
• 7:30
  black
• 7:31
  house,
• 7:31
  paint
• 7:31
  it
• 7:31
  black.
• 7:33
  Everything
• 7:33
  shows
• 7:34
  up.
• 7:34
  Dust,
• 7:35
  mold,
• 7:36
  mildew.
• 7:37
  I'm
• 7:37
  in
• 7:37
  the
• 7:37
  Pacific
• 7:38
  Northwest,
• 7:38
  so
• 7:38
  we
• 7:39
  get
• 7:39
  a
• 7:39
  little
• 7:39
  bit
• 7:39
  of
• 7:39
  everything
• 7:40
  out
• 7:40
  there,
• 7:40
  Even
• 7:40
  the
• 7:41
  water
• 7:41
  splash,
• 7:41
  splashing
• 7:42
  off
• 7:42
  the
• 7:42
  concrete
• 7:44
  by
• 7:44
  the
• 7:44
  front
• 7:44
  door.
• 7:45
  It
• 7:46
  splashes
• 7:47
  up
• 7:47
  on
• 7:47
  there,
• 7:47
  and
• 7:47
  it
• 7:48
  shows
• 7:48
  that
• 7:48
  dirt
• 7:49
  just
• 7:49
  like
• 7:49
  a
• 7:49
  black
• 7:49
  car
• 7:50
  would.
• 7:50
  So
• 7:50
  if
• 7:50
  you
• 7:50
  want
• 7:50
  to
• 7:50
  see
• 7:51
  how
• 7:51
  dirty
• 7:51
  the
• 7:51
  house
• 7:51
  is,
• 7:52
  I
• 7:52
  didn't
• 7:52
  notice
• 7:53
  it
• 7:53
  before,
• 7:53
  but
• 7:54
  really
• 7:54
  you're
• 7:55
  right,
• 7:55
  which
• 7:55
  is
• 7:55
  you
• 7:55
  get
• 7:56
  this
• 7:56
  matte,
• 7:56
  dull
• 7:57
  finish.
• 7:57
  The
• 7:57
  color
• 7:58
  you
• 7:58
  painted
• 7:59
  isn't
• 7:59
  really
• 7:59
  bright
• 8:00
  anymore,
• 8:01
  and
• 8:01
  it's
• 8:01
  just
• 8:01
  that
• 8:02
  contaminants
• 8:03
  from
• 8:03
  everything
• 8:04
  outside
• 8:04
  that
• 8:04
  you
• 8:04
  see
• 8:05
  in
• 8:05
  your
• 8:05
  car
• 8:05
  is
• 8:06
  just
• 8:06
  ended
• 8:06
  up
• 8:06
  on
• 8:06
  your
• 8:07
  house.
• 8:07
  Yeah.
• 8:08
  And,
• 8:08
  Eric,
• 8:09
  so
• 8:09
  just
• 8:09
  like
• 8:09
  you
• 8:09
  said,
• 8:10
  you
• 8:10
  didn't
• 8:10
  really
• 8:10
  notice
• 8:11
  it
• 8:11
  yourself
• 8:12
  until,
• 8:12
  you
• 8:12
  know,
• 8:12
  you
• 8:13
  took
• 8:13
  a
• 8:13
  closer
• 8:13
  look.
• 8:14
  We
• 8:14
  see
• 8:14
  that
• 8:15
  all
• 8:15
  the
• 8:15
  time.
• 8:16
  Whether
• 8:16
  it
• 8:16
  is
• 8:16
  commercial
• 8:17
  or
• 8:17
  whether
• 8:17
  it's
• 8:18
  residential,
• 8:19
  it
• 8:19
  happens
• 8:20
  at
• 8:20
  such
• 8:20
  a
• 8:20
  slow
• 8:21
  rate
• 8:22
  that,
• 8:22
  like,
• 8:22
  it
• 8:22
  just
• 8:23
  falls
• 8:23
  into
• 8:24
  the
• 8:24
  background.
• 8:24
  You
• 8:25
  know,
• 8:25
  how
• 8:25
  busy
• 8:25
  you
• 8:25
  are.
• 8:26
  You're
• 8:26
  coming
• 8:26
  in
• 8:26
  and
• 8:26
  out.
• 8:27
  And
• 8:27
  then
• 8:27
  before
• 8:28
  you
• 8:28
  know
• 8:28
  it,
• 8:28
  if
• 8:28
  you
• 8:28
  were
• 8:29
  to
• 8:29
  see
• 8:29
  it
• 8:29
  before
• 8:29
  and
• 8:29
  after,
• 8:30
  you'd
• 8:30
  be
• 8:31
  seriously
• 8:31
  surprised
• 8:32
  at
• 8:32
  the
• 8:32
  amount
• 8:32
  of
• 8:32
  buildup
• 8:33
  they
• 8:33
  have
• 8:33
  over,
• 8:33
  especially
• 8:34
  if
• 8:34
  you're
• 8:34
  in
• 8:34
  a
• 8:34
  coastal
• 8:34
  area
• 8:35
  like
• 8:35
  yourself.
• 8:35
  Yeah.
• 8:36
  And
• 8:36
  it
• 8:36
  can
• 8:36
  get
• 8:36
  away
• 8:37
  from
• 8:37
  you
• 8:37
  very
• 8:37
  quickly.
• 8:38
  And
• 8:38
  I
• 8:38
  think
• 8:38
  where
• 8:39
  we.
• 8:39
  I
• 8:39
  think
• 8:40
  one
• 8:40
  things
• 8:40
  we
• 8:40
  enjoy
• 8:40
  the
• 8:41
  most
• 8:41
  is
• 8:41
  when
• 8:41
  we
• 8:41
  get
• 8:42
  done
• 8:42
  cleaning
• 8:42
  a
• 8:42
  customer's
• 8:43
  house,
• 8:44
  seeing
• 8:44
  the
• 8:44
  juxtaposition
• 8:45
  between
• 8:46
  their
• 8:46
  sidewalk
• 8:47
  and
• 8:47
  their
• 8:47
  home
• 8:48
  compared
• 8:48
  to
• 8:48
  their
• 8:48
  neighbors.
• 8:49
  The
• 8:49
  sidewalk
• 8:49
  is,
• 8:50
  like,
• 8:50
  the
• 8:50
  clearest
• 8:51
  most
• 8:51
  night
• 8:52
  and
• 8:52
  day,
• 8:52
  because
• 8:52
  it
• 8:53
  happens
• 8:53
  so
• 8:53
  slowly.
• 8:54
  A
• 8:54
  lot
• 8:54
  of
• 8:55
  people
• 8:55
  don't
• 8:55
  even
• 8:55
  know
• 8:55
  the
• 8:55
  sidewalk
• 8:56
  isn't
• 8:56
  supposed
• 8:57
  to
• 8:57
  be
• 8:57
  that
• 8:57
  color.
• 8:57
  It
• 8:58
  is.
• 8:58
  And
• 8:58
  then
• 8:58
  you
• 8:58
  come
• 8:59
  in,
• 8:59
  you
• 8:59
  clean
• 9:00
  it,
• 9:00
  and
• 9:00
  it
• 9:00
  is
• 9:00
  just.
• 9:01
  It's.
• 9:01
  There's
• 9:01
  such
• 9:02
  a
• 9:02
  point
• 9:02
  of
• 9:02
  difference,
• 9:02
  differentiation
• 9:03
  between
• 9:03
  where
• 9:04
  they
• 9:04
  just
• 9:04
  got
• 9:04
  power
• 9:04
  wash
• 9:05
  and
• 9:05
  then
• 9:05
  the
• 9:05
  neighbors.
• 9:06
  And
• 9:06
  obviously,
• 9:07
  it's
• 9:07
  a
• 9:07
  great
• 9:07
  thing
• 9:07
  to
• 9:08
  aid
• 9:08
  in
• 9:08
  adding
• 9:09
  on
• 9:09
  sales
• 9:09
  while
• 9:10
  you're
• 9:10
  out
• 9:10
  and
• 9:10
  about,
• 9:10
  but
• 9:10
  I
• 9:11
  think
• 9:11
  it
• 9:11
  really
• 9:11
  helps
• 9:12
  the
• 9:12
  homeowners
• 9:13
  know,
• 9:14
  look
• 9:14
  what's
• 9:15
  happening.
• 9:15
  I
• 9:15
  didn't
• 9:15
  even
• 9:15
  realize
• 9:16
  it
• 9:16
  wasn't
• 9:16
  supposed
• 9:16
  to
• 9:17
  be
• 9:17
  this
• 9:17
  color.
• 9:17
  And
• 9:17
  now
• 9:17
  they
• 9:18
  see
• 9:18
  how
• 9:18
  clean
• 9:18
  it
• 9:18
  is,
• 9:19
  it
• 9:19
  just
• 9:19
  gives
• 9:19
  them
• 9:19
  a
• 9:19
  completely
• 9:20
  new,
• 9:20
  new
• 9:20
  lease.
• 9:21
  On
• 9:21
  what
• 9:21
  the.
• 9:21
  On
• 9:22
  how
• 9:22
  they
• 9:22
  viewed
• 9:22
  their
• 9:22
  property.
• 9:23
  Yeah,
• 9:24
  I
• 9:24
  live
• 9:24
  on
• 9:24
  the.
• 9:24
  On
• 9:24
  the
• 9:25
  wet
• 9:25
  side
• 9:25
  of
• 9:25
  the
• 9:25
  state
• 9:25
  here
• 9:26
  in
• 9:26
  Oregon.
• 9:26
  And
• 9:27
  our
• 9:27
  sidewalks
• 9:28
  here,
• 9:29
  in
• 9:29
  about
• 9:29
  two
• 9:30
  to
• 9:30
  three
• 9:30
  years,
• 9:31
  end
• 9:32
  up
• 9:32
  being
• 9:32
  a
• 9:33
  speckled
• 9:33
  black.
• 9:34
  And
• 9:34
  if
• 9:34
  about
• 9:34
  10
• 9:35
  years,
• 9:35
  they're
• 9:36
  mostly
• 9:36
  charcoal
• 9:37
  gray
• 9:38
  just
• 9:38
  because
• 9:38
  of
• 9:38
  the
• 9:38
  lichen,
• 9:39
  the
• 9:39
  mildew,
• 9:40
  the
• 9:40
  things
• 9:40
  that
• 9:40
  grow
• 9:40
  on
• 9:41
  it.
• 9:41
  And
• 9:41
  Boy,
• 9:42
  when
• 9:42
  you
• 9:42
  get
• 9:42
  that
• 9:42
  back
• 9:42
  down
• 9:43
  to
• 9:43
  fresh
• 9:43
  concrete
• 9:44
  again,
• 9:44
  looks
• 9:44
  like
• 9:45
  a
• 9:45
  million
• 9:45
  bucks.
• 9:46
  It
• 9:46
  does.
• 9:46
  And
• 9:47
  I'm
• 9:47
  glad
• 9:47
  you
• 9:47
  mentioned
• 9:48
  the
• 9:48
  two
• 9:48
  to
• 9:48
  three
• 9:48
  year
• 9:48
  time
• 9:49
  frame
• 9:49
  because
• 9:49
  that's
• 9:50
  what
• 9:50
  we
• 9:50
  typically
• 9:50
  see.
• 9:51
  And
• 9:51
  I
• 9:51
  think
• 9:51
  one
• 9:52
  of
• 9:53
  another
• 9:53
  part
• 9:53
  of
• 9:53
  consumer
• 9:54
  education
• 9:54
  that
• 9:54
  we
• 9:55
  were
• 9:55
  talking
• 9:55
  about
• 9:56
  is
• 9:56
  if
• 9:56
  you
• 9:57
  just
• 9:57
  go
• 9:57
  to
• 9:57
  a
• 9:57
  store,
• 9:58
  buy
• 9:58
  a
• 9:58
  power
• 9:58
  washer
• 9:59
  and
• 9:59
  then
• 10:00
  power
• 10:00
  wash
• 10:00
  your
• 10:00
  home,
• 10:01
  you're,
• 10:01
  you're
• 10:02
  really
• 10:02
  not
• 10:02
  solving
• 10:03
  the
• 10:03
  problem.
• 10:04
  You're
• 10:04
  just
• 10:04
  removing.
• 10:05
  So
• 10:05
  let's
• 10:05
  say
• 10:05
  we're
• 10:05
  talking
• 10:06
  about
• 10:06
  mold
• 10:06
  in
• 10:06
  particular.
• 10:07
  You
• 10:08
  are
• 10:08
  removing
• 10:08
  mold
• 10:09
  from
• 10:09
  the
• 10:09
  exterior,
• 10:10
  but
• 10:10
  you
• 10:10
  are
• 10:10
  not
• 10:11
  killing
• 10:11
  those
• 10:11
  spores
• 10:12
  that
• 10:12
  are
• 10:12
  in
• 10:12
  there.
• 10:13
  So
• 10:13
  if
• 10:13
  you
• 10:13
  do
• 10:13
  an
• 10:14
  excellent
• 10:14
  power
• 10:14
  washing

• 10:16

• 10:17
  and,
• 10:18
  and
• 10:18
  all
• 10:18
  you
• 10:19
  were
• 10:19
  doing
• 10:19
  was
• 10:19
  just
• 10:19
  removing
• 10:20
  it
• 10:20
  through
• 10:20
  pressure
• 10:21
  in
• 10:21
  three
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  six
• 10:22

• 10:22
  you
• 10:23
  were

  see

  that
• 10:23
  come

  jump
• 12:21
  back
• 12:21
  into
• 12:21
  the
• 12:21
  conversation
• 12:22
  Eric
• 12:23
  G.
• 12:23
  Is
• 12:23
  having
• 12:23
  with
• 12:23
  Evan
• 12:24
  Greco
• 12:24
  from
• 12:25
  Rolling
• 12:25
  Suds.
• 12:26
  But
• 12:26
  you
• 12:26
  are
• 12:27
  not
• 12:27
  killing
• 12:27
  those
• 12:28
  spores
• 12:28
  that
• 12:28
  are
• 12:29
  in
• 12:29
  there.
• 12:29
  So
• 12:29
  if
• 12:29
  you
• 12:30
  do
• 12:30
  an
• 12:30
  excellent
• 12:30
  power
• 12:31
  washing
• 12:31
  job
• 12:31
  on
• 12:32
  the
• 12:32
  side
• 12:32
  of
• 12:32
  your
• 12:32
  home
• 12:33
  and,
• 12:34
  and
• 12:34
  all
• 12:35
  you
• 12:35
  were
• 12:35
  doing
• 12:35
  was
• 12:36
  just
• 12:36
  removing
• 12:36
  it
• 12:36
  through
• 12:37
  pressure
• 12:37
  in
• 12:38
  three
• 12:38
  to
• 12:38
  six
• 12:38
  months,
• 12:39
  you
• 12:39
  are
• 12:39
  going
• 12:39
  to
• 12:39
  see
• 12:40
  that
• 12:40
  come
• 12:40
  back
• 12:40
  pretty
• 12:40
  quickly.
• 12:41
  However,
• 12:42
  if
• 12:42
  you
• 12:42
  are
• 12:43
  soft
• 12:44
  washing
• 12:44
  your
• 12:44
  house
• 12:45
  and
• 12:45
  you're
• 12:45
  doing
• 12:45
  it
• 12:46
  with
• 12:46
  typically
• 12:46
  sodium
• 12:47
  hypochlorite
• 12:48
  is
• 12:48
  the
• 12:48
  go
• 12:48
  to,
• 12:49
  you
• 12:49
  can
• 12:49
  get
• 12:49
  a
• 12:49
  good
• 12:50
  two
• 12:50
  years
• 12:51
  out
• 12:51
  of
• 12:51
  that.
• 12:51
  And
• 12:51
  then
• 12:51
  if
• 12:51
  you're
• 12:52
  in
• 12:52
  an
• 12:52
  area
• 12:52
  that's
• 12:52
  not
• 12:52
  coastal,
• 12:53
  you're
• 12:53
  talking
• 12:53
  two
• 12:54
  to
• 12:54
  three
• 12:54
  years
• 12:55
  that
• 12:55
  will
• 12:55
  last
• 12:55
  you
• 12:56
  over
• 12:56
  there.
• 12:57
  And
• 12:57
  it's
• 12:57
  an
• 12:57
  issue
• 12:57
  of
• 12:58
  actually
• 12:58
  resolving
• 12:59
  the
• 12:59
  problem
• 12:59
  versus
• 13:00
  just
• 13:00
  masking
• 13:01
  it.
• 13:01
  Great
• 13:02
  point.
• 13:02
  Because
• 13:02
  yeah,
• 13:02
  that
• 13:03
  stuff,
• 13:03
  all
• 13:03
  you've
• 13:04
  done
• 13:04
  is
• 13:04
  taken
• 13:04
  the
• 13:04
  top
• 13:05
  of
• 13:05
  that
• 13:05
  off
• 13:05
  and
• 13:06
  the
• 13:06
  spores
• 13:06
  are
• 13:07
  still
• 13:07
  there.
• 13:07
  And
• 13:08
  by
• 13:08
  the
• 13:08
  way,
• 13:08
  you
• 13:08
  just
• 13:08
  fed
• 13:09
  it
• 13:09
  with
• 13:09
  water
• 13:09
  so
• 13:10
  now
• 13:10
  it's
• 13:10
  going
• 13:10
  to
• 13:10
  come
• 13:10
  back
• 13:10
  even
• 13:11
  harder.
• 13:11
  Exactly.
• 13:13
  It's
• 13:13
  just
• 13:13
  like
• 13:13
  dealing
• 13:13
  with
• 13:14
  mold
• 13:14
  inside
• 13:14
  your
• 13:14
  house.
• 13:14
  You
• 13:15
  got
• 13:15
  to
• 13:15
  treat
• 13:15
  it
• 13:15
  and
• 13:16
  get
• 13:16
  it
• 13:16
  taken
• 13:16
  care
• 13:16
  of.
• 13:17
  That
• 13:17
  makes
• 13:17
  a
• 13:17
  lot
• 13:17
  of
• 13:17
  sense.
• 13:18
  Hadn't
• 13:18
  even
• 13:18
  thought
• 13:18
  about
• 13:19
  that.
• 13:19
  Oh
• 13:19
  yeah.
• 13:20
  It's
• 13:20
  like
• 13:20
  cleaning
• 13:20
  your
• 13:21
  shower
• 13:21
  system
• 13:21
  inside.
• 13:21
  If
• 13:22
  you
• 13:22
  don't
• 13:22
  get
• 13:22
  it
• 13:22
  cleaned
• 13:22
  up,
• 13:23
  it's
• 13:23
  just
• 13:23
  coming
• 13:23
  right
• 13:23
  back.
• 13:24
  Yeah.
• 13:25
  And
• 13:25
  it's,
• 13:26
  it's
• 13:27
  interesting
• 13:27
  because
• 13:28
  when
• 13:28
  you
• 13:28
  look
• 13:28
  at
• 13:29
  because
• 13:29
  we're
• 13:30
  in
• 13:30
  such
• 13:30
  a.
• 13:30
  So
• 13:30
  many
• 13:31
  different
• 13:31
  states,
• 13:32
  there's
• 13:32
  a
• 13:32
  lot
• 13:32
  of
• 13:32
  different
• 13:33
  philosophies
• 13:33
  around
• 13:34
  it.
• 13:34
  And
• 13:34
  so
• 13:34
  these
• 13:35
  coastal
• 13:35
  towns,
• 13:36
  mold
• 13:36
  is
• 13:36
  of
• 13:37
  the
• 13:37
  utmost
• 13:37
  importance
• 13:37
  to
• 13:38
  them.
• 13:38
  But
• 13:38
  let's
• 13:38
  say
• 13:39
  you
• 13:39
  get
• 13:39
  somewhere
• 13:39
  out
• 13:39
  to
• 13:40
  Phoenix
• 13:40
  or
• 13:41
  you
• 13:41
  get
• 13:41
  to
• 13:42
  Las
• 13:42
  Vegas
• 13:42
  and
• 13:43
  there
• 13:43
  it's
• 13:43
  more
• 13:44
  esthetics
• 13:45
  because
• 13:45
  they
• 13:45
  have
• 13:45
  so
• 13:46
  much
• 13:46
  of
• 13:46
  the,
• 13:47
  like
• 13:47
  dust
• 13:48
  and
• 13:48
  sand
• 13:49
  build
• 13:49
  up
• 13:49
  and
• 13:50
  they
• 13:50
  don't
• 13:50
  really
• 13:50
  have
• 13:50
  to
• 13:50
  deal
• 13:51
  with
• 13:51
  mold
• 13:51
  because
• 13:51
  of
• 13:51
  that
• 13:52
  climate.
• 13:52
  But
• 13:53
  you'll
• 13:53
  see
• 13:53
  you
• 13:54
  have
• 13:54
  consumer
• 13:54
  bases,
• 13:55
  like
• 13:55
  I
• 13:55
  would
• 13:55
  say
• 13:55
  the
• 13:56
  Northeast
• 13:56
  in
• 13:56
  Florida
• 13:57
  are
• 13:59
  very
• 13:59
  aware
• 14:00
  of
• 14:00
  what
• 14:00
  soft
• 14:01
  washing
• 14:01
  is.
• 14:01
  It's
• 14:02
  totally
• 14:02
  in
• 14:02
  there,
• 14:03
  like,
• 14:03
  lexicon
• 14:04
  of
• 14:04
  things
• 14:04
  that
• 14:05
  they
• 14:05
  search
• 14:05
  for.
• 14:05
  They
• 14:06
  know
• 14:06
  it's
• 14:06
  something
• 14:06
  that
• 14:06
  has
• 14:06
  to
• 14:06
  be
• 14:06
  done.
• 14:07
  Homeowner
• 14:08
  organizations
• 14:09
  typically
• 14:09
  require
• 14:10
  it
• 14:10
  on
• 14:10
  an
• 14:11
  annual
• 14:11
  basis
• 14:11
  in
• 14:11
  some
• 14:12
  parts.
• 14:12
  And
• 14:12
  then
• 14:12
  you
• 14:13
  get
• 14:13
  to
• 14:13
  other
• 14:13
  places
• 14:13
  like
• 14:14
  I
• 14:14
  think
• 14:14
  the
• 14:14
  rest
• 14:14
  of
• 14:14
  the
• 14:14
  south
• 14:15
  outside
• 14:15
  of
• 14:15
  Florida,
• 14:16
  and
• 14:16
  no
• 14:17
  one's
• 14:17
  really
• 14:17
  heard
• 14:17
  of
• 14:17
  it.
• 14:18
  Like,
• 14:18
  it's
• 14:18
  not
• 14:18
  everyone's
• 14:19
  heard
• 14:19
  of
• 14:19
  power
• 14:19
  washing,
• 14:20
  but
• 14:20
  soft
• 14:20
  washing
• 14:20
  is
• 14:21
  not
• 14:21
  something
• 14:21
  that's
• 14:21
  on
• 14:21
  their
• 14:22
  radar.
• 14:22
  They
• 14:23
  haven't
• 14:23
  heard
• 14:23
  of
• 14:23
  it.
• 14:23
  They
• 14:24
  don't
• 14:24
  understand
• 14:24
  what
• 14:25
  makes
• 14:25
  it
• 14:25
  different.
• 14:26
  And
• 14:26
  that's
• 14:26
  why
• 14:26
  I
• 14:26
  love
• 14:27
  being
• 14:27
  able
• 14:27
  to
• 14:27
  talk
• 14:27
  on
• 14:27
  shows
• 14:28
  like
• 14:28
  this
• 14:28
  and
• 14:28
  just
• 14:28
  be
• 14:29
  able
• 14:29
  to
• 14:29
  educate
• 14:29
  consumers
• 14:31
  well.
• 14:31
  Especially
• 14:31
  the
• 14:31
  people
• 14:32
  out
• 14:32
  there
• 14:32
  that
• 14:32
  wanted
• 14:33
  to
• 14:33
  go
• 14:33
  maintenance
• 14:33
  free
• 14:33
  and
• 14:34
  they
• 14:34
  put
• 14:34
  up
• 14:34
  vinyl
• 14:34
  fencing,
• 14:35
  right?
• 14:35
  That
• 14:35
  white
• 14:36
  vinyl
• 14:36
  fencing
• 14:37
  in
• 14:37
  my
• 14:37
  area
• 14:37
  here,
• 14:38
  boy,
• 14:39
  six
• 14:39
  months
• 14:39
  to
• 14:40
  a
• 14:40
  year,
• 14:40
  and
• 14:40
  it's
• 14:40
  got
• 14:40
  gray
• 14:41
  streaks
• 14:41
  all
• 14:41
  over
• 14:41
  it.
• 14:42
  It's
• 14:42
  looking
• 14:42
  pretty
• 14:42
  rough.
• 14:43
  And
• 14:43
  you
• 14:43
  got
• 14:44
  to
• 14:44
  be
• 14:44
  careful
• 14:44
  with
• 14:44
  that
• 14:44
  stuff
• 14:44
  and
• 14:45
  that.
• 14:45
  You
• 14:45
  really
• 14:46
  got
• 14:46
  to
• 14:46
  slow
• 14:46
  that
• 14:46
  down
• 14:47
  because
• 14:47
  otherwise,
• 14:47
  again,
• 14:48
  couple
• 14:48
  months,
• 14:48
  it's
• 14:48
  right
• 14:49
  back
• 14:49
  again.
• 14:50
  You're
• 14:50
  right.
• 14:51
  And
• 14:51
  I
• 14:52
  know
• 14:52
  we've
• 14:52
  been
• 14:52
  talking
• 14:52
  about
• 14:53
  a
• 14:53
  lot
• 14:53
  of
• 14:53
  the
• 14:54
  appearance
• 14:54
  of
• 14:54
  a
• 14:54
  home,
• 14:55
  but
• 14:56
  if
• 14:56
  you
• 14:56
  let
• 14:57
  this
• 14:57
  mold
• 14:57
  build
• 14:58
  up,
• 14:58
  you
• 14:58
  can
• 14:58
  actually
• 14:59
  have
• 14:59
  quite
• 14:59
  a
• 14:59
  bit
• 14:59
  of
• 14:59
  damage
• 15:00
  to
• 15:01
  parts
• 15:01
  of
• 15:01
  your
• 15:01
  house
• 15:01
  in
• 15:02
  particular.
• 15:02
  So
• 15:02
  I
• 15:03
  think
• 15:03
  about
• 15:03
  roofs,
• 15:04
  if
• 15:04
  you
• 15:04
  just
• 15:04
  allow
• 15:05
  mold
• 15:05
  to
• 15:05
  continue
• 15:05
  to
• 15:05
  build
• 15:06
  up
• 15:06
  underneath
• 15:07
  those,
• 15:08
  underneath
• 15:08
  those
• 15:09
  tiles
• 15:09
  on
• 15:09
  your
• 15:09
  roof,
• 15:10
  it
• 15:10
  can
• 15:10
  absolutely
• 15:11
  damage
• 15:11
  it.
• 15:11
  And
• 15:12
  I'm
• 15:12
  not
• 15:12
  sure
• 15:12
  if
• 15:12
  you've
• 15:13
  heard
• 15:13
  this
• 15:13
  from
• 15:14
  your
• 15:14
  listeners,
• 15:15
  but
• 15:15
  now
• 15:15
  it's
• 15:16
  getting
• 15:16
  to
• 15:16
  the
• 15:16
  point
• 15:16
  where
• 15:17
  insurance
• 15:17
  companies,
• 15:18
  when
• 15:18
  they
• 15:18
  have
• 15:18
  to
• 15:18
  do
• 15:18
  their
• 15:19
  adjustments,
• 15:19
  they're
• 15:20
  just
• 15:20
  flying
• 15:20
  drones
• 15:21
  over
• 15:21
  homes.
• 15:22
  And
• 15:23
  if
• 15:23
  they
• 15:23
  see
• 15:23
  that
• 15:23
  you
• 15:23
  have
• 15:24
  a
• 15:24
  substantial
• 15:24
  amount
• 15:25
  of
• 15:25
  buildup,
• 15:25
  they
• 15:26
  will
• 15:26
  just
• 15:26
  report
• 15:26
  to
• 15:27
  you
• 15:27
  with
• 15:27
  photos,
• 15:28
  okay,
• 15:28
  in
• 15:28
  the
• 15:28
  mail.
• 15:29
  Hey,
• 15:29
  we're
• 15:29
  not
• 15:29
  going
• 15:29
  to
• 15:30
  be
• 15:30
  able
• 15:30
  to
• 15:30
  renew
• 15:30
  you
• 15:30
  unless
• 15:31
  you
• 15:31
  resolve
• 15:31
  this
• 15:31
  issue
• 15:32
  on
• 15:32
  there.
• 15:32
  And
• 15:32
  there's
• 15:33
  no
• 15:33
  guidance
• 15:33
  of
• 15:33
  where
• 15:34
  to
• 15:34
  go
• 15:34
  or
• 15:34
  what
• 15:35
  to
• 15:35
  do
• 15:35
  for
• 15:35
  that.
• 15:35
  It's,
• 15:35
  hey,
• 15:36
  this
• 15:36
  is
• 15:36
  your
• 15:37
  problem
• 15:37
  to
• 15:38
  resolve
• 15:38
  over
• 15:38
  here.
• 15:39
  And
• 15:39
  so
• 15:39
  when
• 15:39
  you
• 15:39
  look
• 15:39
  at
• 15:40
  a
• 15:40
  technique
• 15:40
  like
• 15:41
  soft
• 15:41
  washing,
• 15:41
  which
• 15:41
  we
• 15:42
  do
• 15:42
  roofs
• 15:42
  all
• 15:42
  the
• 15:42
  time,
• 15:43
  that's
• 15:43
  something
• 15:43
  that
• 15:43
  can
• 15:44
  easily
• 15:44
  solve
• 15:45
  that.
• 15:45
  But
• 15:45
  then
• 15:45
  you
• 15:45
  don't
• 15:45
  have
• 15:46
  to
• 15:46
  worry
• 15:46
  about
• 15:46
  that
• 15:46
  permanent
• 15:47
  damage
• 15:47
  taking
• 15:47
  place
• 15:48
  to
• 15:48
  your
• 15:48
  roof
• 15:48
  because
• 15:48
  of
• 15:48
  that
• 15:49
  mold
• 15:49
  buildup.
• 15:50
  Yeah,
• 15:50
  it
• 15:50
  could
• 15:50
  be
• 15:51
  anything
• 15:51
  from
• 15:51
  the,
• 15:52
  the
• 15:53
  debris
• 15:53
  from
• 15:53
  palm
• 15:54
  trees
• 15:54
  to
• 15:55
  pine
• 15:55
  needles,
• 15:56
  depending
• 15:56
  on
• 15:56
  what
• 15:56
  you
• 15:57
  get.
• 15:57
  If
• 15:57
  those
• 15:58
  get
• 15:58
  up
• 15:58
  there
• 15:58
  and
• 15:58
  they're
• 15:59
  contrasting
• 16:00
  color,
• 16:00
  whether
• 16:00
  it's
• 16:00
  a
• 16:00
  satellite
• 16:01
  or
• 16:01
  a
• 16:01
  drone,
• 16:02
  I've
• 16:02
  definitely
• 16:03
  had
• 16:03
  emails
• 16:03
  of
• 16:04
  like,
• 16:04
  how
• 16:04
  did
• 16:04
  they
• 16:04
  do
• 16:05
  this?
• 16:05
  Was
• 16:05
  either
• 16:05
  a
• 16:05
  satellite
• 16:06
  or
• 16:06
  a
• 16:06
  drone,
• 16:07
  one
• 16:07
  of
• 16:07
  the
• 16:07
  two.
• 16:08
  And
• 16:08
  you
• 16:08
  can
• 16:08
  tell
• 16:08
  the
• 16:08
  difference.
• 16:09
  And
• 16:10
  it,
• 16:10
  it's.
• 16:11
  Insurance
• 16:12
  companies
• 16:12
  are
• 16:12
  really
• 16:12
  now
• 16:13
  trying
• 16:13
  to
• 16:14
  reduce
• 16:15
  their
• 16:15
  risk
• 16:16
  and
• 16:16
  that's
• 16:16
  how
• 16:17
  they're
• 16:17
  strong
• 16:17
  arming
• 16:18
  people
• 16:18
  going,
• 16:18
  hey,
• 16:19
  you
• 16:19
  gotta
• 16:19
  maintain
• 16:20
  that.
• 16:20
  You
• 16:20
  got
• 16:20
  to
• 16:20
  keep
• 16:21
  this
• 16:21
  clean.
• 16:21
  And
• 16:21
  wow,
• 16:22
  you
• 16:22
  got
• 16:22
  stack
• 16:22
  stuff
• 16:23
  stacked
• 16:23
  up
• 16:23
  next
• 16:23
  to
• 16:23
  the
• 16:24
  house.
• 16:24
  Clean
• 16:25
  it
• 16:25
  up.
• 16:25
  And
• 16:26
  it's
• 16:26
  been
• 16:26
  eye
• 16:26
  opening,
• 16:27
  I
• 16:27
  think
• 16:27
  for
• 16:27
  homeowners
• 16:28
  over
• 16:28
  the
• 16:28
  last
• 16:28
  four
• 16:28
  or
• 16:28
  five
• 16:28
  years
• 16:29
  to.
• 16:29
  And
• 16:29
  I
• 16:29
  think
• 16:29
  it's
• 16:30
  even
• 16:30
  going
• 16:30
  to
• 16:30
  get
• 16:30
  more
• 16:31
  militant
• 16:31
  on
• 16:31
  that,
• 16:32
  that,
• 16:32
  that
• 16:33
  maintenance,
• 16:33
  if
• 16:33
  you're
• 16:33
  not
• 16:33
  taking
• 16:34
  care
• 16:34
  of
• 16:34
  it,
• 16:34
  don't
• 16:35
  expect
• 16:35
  them
• 16:35
  to
• 16:35
  cover
• 16:35
  you.
• 16:36
  Exactly.
• 16:37
  And
• 16:38
  so
• 16:38
  it's
• 16:38
  not
• 16:38
  only
• 16:38
  when
• 16:39
  we.
• 16:39
  You
• 16:39
  were
• 16:40
  talking
• 16:40
  about
• 16:40
  siding
• 16:40
  as
• 16:41
  well.
• 16:41
  So
• 16:41
  a
• 16:41
  roof
• 16:42
  to
• 16:43
  an
• 16:43
  extent,
• 16:43
  I
• 16:43
  get
• 16:43
  it.
• 16:43
  Okay.
• 16:44
  If
• 16:44
  you're
• 16:44
  not
• 16:44
  hanging
• 16:44
  Christmas
• 16:45
  lights,
• 16:45
  depending
• 16:46
  on
• 16:46
  what
• 16:46
  the
• 16:46
  arc
• 16:47
  your
• 16:47
  roof
• 16:47
  is,
• 16:47
  you
• 16:48
  may
• 16:48
  never
• 16:49
  look
• 16:49
  at
• 16:50
  that.
• 16:50
  Okay.
• 16:50
  Or
• 16:51
  like
• 16:51
  what
• 16:51
  elevation
• 16:51
  your
• 16:52
  home
• 16:52
  is
• 16:52
  at.
• 16:52
  But
• 16:53
  we
• 16:53
  look
• 16:53
  at
• 16:53
  siding
• 16:54
  and
• 16:54
  this
• 16:55
  is
• 16:55
  something
• 16:55
  I
• 16:55
  find
• 16:55
  so
• 16:56
  interesting
• 16:56
  is
• 16:56
  we'll
• 16:56
  be
• 16:56
  on
• 16:57
  site
• 16:57
  and
• 16:57
  we'll
• 16:57
  do
• 16:57
  a
• 16:58
  walk
• 16:58
  with
• 16:58
  the
• 16:58
  customer's
• 16:59
  house,
• 16:59
  just
• 16:59
  making
• 16:59
  sure
• 17:00
  we
• 17:00
  understand
• 17:00
  the
• 17:00
  scope,
• 17:01
  do
• 17:01
  some
• 17:02
  expectation
• 17:02
  management
• 17:03
  and
• 17:03
  we
• 17:03
  will
• 17:04
  come
• 17:04
  around
• 17:04
  to
• 17:04
  the
• 17:04
  side
• 17:05
  of
• 17:05
  someone's
• 17:05
  house
• 17:05
  and
• 17:05
  let's
• 17:06
  say
• 17:06
  on
• 17:06
  the
• 17:06
  side
• 17:06
  of
• 17:06
  this
• 17:06
  house,
• 17:06
  there's
• 17:07
  no
• 17:07
  AC
• 17:07
  unit,
• 17:08
  there's
• 17:08
  no
• 17:08
  trash
• 17:09
  or
• 17:09
  anything.
• 17:09
  And
• 17:09
  it's
• 17:10
  possible
• 17:10
  that
• 17:11
  person
• 17:11
  hasn't
• 17:12
  seen
• 17:12
  that
• 17:12
  side
• 17:12
  of
• 17:13
  their
• 17:13
  house
• 17:14
  in
• 17:14
  years.
• 17:14
  Like
• 17:15
  if
• 17:15
  there's
• 17:15
  never
• 17:15
  anything
• 17:16
  drawing
• 17:16
  them
• 17:16
  over
• 17:16
  there.
• 17:17
  And
• 17:17
  so
• 17:17
  we
• 17:17
  can
• 17:17
  come
• 17:18
  around
• 17:18
  and
• 17:18
  show
• 17:18
  them
• 17:19
  where
• 17:19
  there's
• 17:19
  buildup
• 17:19
  and
• 17:19
  they're
• 17:20
  like,
• 17:20
  yikes,
• 17:21
  I
• 17:21
  had
• 17:21
  no
• 17:22
  idea
• 17:22
  it
• 17:22
  had
• 17:22
  gotten
• 17:23
  like
• 17:23
  this.
• 17:23
  And
• 17:23
  so
• 17:24
  I'm
• 17:24
  telling
• 17:24
  you,
• 17:24
  even
• 17:24
  if
• 17:24
  you
• 17:24
  think
• 17:25
  that
• 17:25
  you
• 17:25
  are
• 17:25
  like
• 17:26
  all
• 17:26
  over
• 17:26
  it
• 17:26
  from
• 17:27
  a
• 17:27
  homeowner
• 17:27
  ownership
• 17:28
  standpoint,
• 17:28
  there
• 17:29
  are
• 17:29
  these
• 17:29
  spots
• 17:29
  that
• 17:30
  always
• 17:31
  get
• 17:31
  overlooked.
• 17:32
  And
• 17:32
  this
• 17:33
  is
• 17:33
  where
• 17:33
  when
• 17:33
  you
• 17:34
  employ
• 17:34
  a
• 17:34
  tactic
• 17:35
  like
• 17:35
  this
• 17:35
  of
• 17:35
  soft
• 17:35
  washing
• 17:36
  where
• 17:36
  you
• 17:36
  can
• 17:36
  immediately
• 17:37
  resolve
• 17:38
  those,
• 17:38
  you
• 17:38
  look
• 17:38
  at
• 17:39
  the
• 17:39
  solution
• 17:40
  we're
• 17:40
  using
• 17:40
  with
• 17:40
  liquid
• 17:41
  chlorine
• 17:41
  or
• 17:41
  sodium
• 17:42
  hypochlorite,
• 17:43
  another
• 17:43
  synonymous.
• 17:44
  But
• 17:44
  it
• 17:44
  works
• 17:44
  instantaneously
• 17:45
  within
• 17:46
  30
• 17:46
  seconds,
• 17:46
  whether
• 17:46
  or
• 17:47
  not
• 17:47
  that
• 17:47
  application
• 17:48
  is
• 17:48
  done.
• 17:48
  And
• 17:49
  so
• 17:49
  I
• 17:49
  think
• 17:49
  it's
• 17:49
  one
• 17:49
  of
• 17:50
  the
• 17:50
  most
• 17:50
  satisfying
• 17:50
  pieces
• 17:51
  about
• 17:51
  this
• 17:51
  line
• 17:51
  of
• 17:52
  work
• 17:52
  is
• 17:52
  you
• 17:52
  just
• 17:53
  get
• 17:53
  that
• 17:53
  instant
• 17:53
  gratification
• 17:54
  when
• 17:54
  you're
• 17:55
  on
• 17:55
  these
• 17:55
  job
• 17:55
  sites
• 17:55
  in
• 17:56
  your
• 17:56
  clinic.
• 17:56
  It's
• 17:56
  so
• 17:57
  satisfying
• 17:57
  to
• 17:57
  see.
• 17:59
  That
• 17:59
  is
• 17:59
  cool.
• 17:59
  And
• 17:59
  I
• 18:00
  can
• 18:00
  imagine
• 18:01
  the
• 18:01
  stuff
• 18:01
  that
• 18:01
  your
• 18:01
  teams
• 18:02
  out
• 18:02
  there
• 18:02
  across
• 18:02
  the
• 18:03
  country
• 18:03
  see,
• 18:04
  from
• 18:04
  wasps
• 18:05
  and
• 18:05
  hornets
• 18:05
  nests
• 18:06
  to
• 18:07
  all
• 18:07
  the
• 18:07
  crazy
• 18:08
  stuff
• 18:08
  that
• 18:08
  ends
• 18:08
  up
• 18:08
  on
• 18:09
  a
• 18:09
  roof
• 18:09
  and
• 18:10
  sighting
• 18:10
  and
• 18:10
  the
• 18:11
  eaves.
• 18:11
  I'm
• 18:12
  sure
• 18:12
  there's
• 18:12
  everything
• 18:13
  from
• 18:13
  bird's
• 18:13
  nests
• 18:14
  to
• 18:14
  anything
• 18:14
  mother
• 18:14
  Nature
• 18:15
  can
• 18:15
  throw
• 18:15
  at
• 18:15
  it.
• 18:16
  Yeah,
• 18:16
  you
• 18:17
  name
• 18:17
  it
• 18:17
  and
• 18:18
  they
• 18:18
  have
• 18:18
  come
• 18:18
  across
• 18:18
  it.
• 18:19
  And
• 18:19
  then
• 18:19
  we're
• 18:19
  on
• 18:19
  the
• 18:20
  commercial
• 18:20
  side
• 18:20
  of
• 18:20
  the
• 18:21
  house
• 18:21
  as
• 18:21
  well
• 18:21
  as
• 18:22
  with
• 18:22
  the
• 18:22
  residential
• 18:23
  side.
• 18:23
  So
• 18:23
  commercial
• 18:24
  to
• 18:24
  your
• 18:25
  point,
• 18:25
  it
• 18:25
  gets
• 18:25
  even
• 18:25
  crazier
• 18:26
  because
• 18:27
  you're
• 18:27
  dealing
• 18:27
  with
• 18:27
  all
• 18:28
  these
• 18:28
  very
• 18:29
  unique
• 18:29
  structures
• 18:30
  and
• 18:30
  especially
• 18:30
  a
• 18:30
  lot
• 18:30
  of
• 18:31
  stuff
• 18:31
  with
• 18:31
  bird
• 18:32
  abatement
• 18:33
  and
• 18:33
  like
• 18:33
  buildup
• 18:34
  of
• 18:34
  various
• 18:34
  organic
• 18:35
  materials.
• 18:36
  So,
• 18:36
  yeah,
• 18:36
  we
• 18:36
  have
• 18:36
  seen
• 18:37
  just
• 18:37
  about
• 18:37
  everything
• 18:38
  as
• 18:38
  you
• 18:39
  can
• 18:39
  imagine,
• 18:39
  especially
• 18:39
  operating
• 18:40
  in
• 18:40
  all
• 18:40
  these
• 18:40
  different
• 18:41
  regions
• 18:41
  of
• 18:41
  the
• 18:41
  country.
• 18:42
  Oh
• 18:42
  yeah,
• 18:43
  no
• 18:43
  question,
• 18:43
  no
• 18:44
  question.
• 18:45
  And
• 18:45
  then,
• 18:45
  you
• 18:45
  know
• 18:45
  what?
• 18:46
  I
• 18:46
  think
• 18:46
  it's
• 18:46
  awesome
• 18:47
  about
• 18:47
  you
• 18:47
  guys
• 18:47
  too.
• 18:48
  Is
• 18:48
  your
• 18:49
  licensed,
• 18:49
  bonded,
• 18:50
  insured
• 18:50
  people
• 18:50
  out
• 18:50
  there.
• 18:51
  So
• 18:51
  what's
• 18:52
  cool
• 18:52
  with
• 18:52
  that?
• 18:52
  Is
• 18:53
  it
• 18:53
  if
• 18:53
  they're
• 18:54
  getting
• 18:54
  up
• 18:54
  on
• 18:54
  the
• 18:54
  roof
• 18:55
  doing
• 18:55
  stuff,
• 18:55
  it's
• 18:55
  not
• 18:56
  like
• 18:56
  you
• 18:56
  got
• 18:57
  some
• 18:57
  handyman
• 18:57
  off
• 18:58
  a
• 18:58
  next
• 18:58
  door
• 18:58
  that
• 18:59
  falls
• 18:59
  off
• 18:59
  your
• 18:59
  house
• 19:00
  and
• 19:00
  isn't
• 19:01
  any
• 19:01
  of
• 19:01
  those
• 19:02
  things.
• 19:02
  And
• 19:02
  now
• 19:03
  you're.
• 19:03
  He's
• 19:04
  your
• 19:04
  employee
• 19:05
  and
• 19:05
  you're
• 19:05
  liable
• 19:06
  in
• 19:06
  many
• 19:06
  cases.
• 19:07
  So
• 19:07
  you
• 19:07
  got
• 19:07
  to
• 19:08
  be
• 19:08
  really
• 19:08
  careful
• 19:08
  out
• 19:09
  there
• 19:09
  having
• 19:09
  the
• 19:09
  wrong
• 19:09
  people
• 19:10
  come
• 19:10
  over
• 19:10
  because
• 19:11
  you
• 19:12
  think,
• 19:12
  oh,
• 19:12
  it's
• 19:12
  just
• 19:12
  washing.
• 19:13
  Yeah,
• 19:14
  they
• 19:14
  can
• 19:14
  do
• 19:15
  way
• 19:15
  more
• 19:15
  damage
• 19:16
  and
• 19:16
  get
• 19:17
  themselves
• 19:17
  hurt,
• 19:17
  which
• 19:17
  could
• 19:18
  put
• 19:18
  you
• 19:18
  in
• 19:18
  a
• 19:19
  very
• 19:20
  unfortunate
• 19:20
  financial
• 19:21
  situation.
• 19:22
  Yeah.
• 19:22
  Eric,
• 19:22
  you
• 19:23
  are
• 19:23
  spot
• 19:23
  on.
• 19:24
  And
• 19:24
  that
• 19:24
  is
• 19:24
  one
• 19:24
  of
• 19:25
  the
• 19:25
  things
• 19:25
  we
• 19:25
  really
• 19:25
  want
• 19:26
  to
• 19:27
  stand
• 19:27
  out,
• 19:27
  especially
• 19:28
  being
• 19:28
  in
• 19:28
  both
• 19:29
  the
• 19:29
  residential
• 19:29
  and
• 19:30
  commercial
• 19:30
  space,
• 19:31
  is
• 19:31
  the
• 19:32
  professionalism
• 19:33
  that
• 19:33
  you're
• 19:33
  getting
• 19:33
  with
• 19:34
  an
• 19:34
  established
• 19:34
  organization
• 19:35
  like
• 19:35
  this.
• 19:36
  So,
• 19:37
  yeah,
• 19:37
  not
• 19:37
  only
• 19:37
  the
• 19:38
  experience
• 19:39
  of,
• 19:40
  of
• 19:40
  35
• 19:41
  years
• 19:41
  of
• 19:41
  power
• 19:42
  washing,
• 19:42
  but
• 19:42
  also
• 19:42
  exactly
• 19:43
  what
• 19:43
  you
• 19:43
  talked
• 19:43
  about.
• 19:44
  The
• 19:44
  importance
• 19:45
  of
• 19:45
  items
• 19:45
  like
• 19:46
  the
• 19:46
  insurance
• 19:47
  that
• 19:47
  comes
• 19:47
  along
• 19:48
  with
• 19:48
  it.
• 19:48
  We
• 19:49
  look
• 19:49
  a
• 19:49
  lot
• 19:49
  at,
• 19:50
  I
• 19:50
  think
• 19:50
  a
• 19:51
  lot
• 19:51
  of
• 19:51
  people
• 19:51
  don't
• 19:51
  like
• 19:51
  to
• 19:52
  do
• 19:52
  roof
• 19:52
  related
• 19:53
  things
• 19:53
  because
• 19:54
  they
• 19:54
  don't
• 19:54
  want
• 19:54
  to
• 19:54
  do
• 19:54
  it
• 19:55
  themselves
• 19:55
  and
• 19:56
  for
• 19:57
  obvious
• 19:57
  reasons.
• 19:57
  Okay.
• 19:58
  We
• 19:58
  see
• 19:58
  all
• 19:58
  these
• 19:58
  stories
• 19:59
  every
• 19:59
  year,
• 19:59
  especially
• 19:59
  around
• 20:00
  the
• 20:00
  holidays
• 20:00
  of
• 20:00
  people
• 20:00
  trying
• 20:01
  to
• 20:01
  hang
• 20:01
  Christmas
• 20:01
  lights
• 20:02
  and
• 20:02
  they
• 20:02
  fall
• 20:02
  off
• 20:03
  the
• 20:03
  roofs
• 20:03
  and
• 20:03
  get
• 20:04
  injured
• 20:04
  or
• 20:04
  worse.
• 20:06
  Yeah.
• 20:07
  And
• 20:07
  so
• 20:07
  they.
• 20:08
  And
• 20:08
  so
• 20:09
  they
• 20:09
  end
• 20:09
  up
• 20:09
  getting
• 20:09
  someone
• 20:09
  else
• 20:10
  to
• 20:10
  do
• 20:10
  it.
• 20:10
  But
• 20:10
  to
• 20:10
  your
• 20:11
  point,
• 20:11
  if
• 20:11
  you
• 20:11
  just
• 20:12
  get
• 20:12
  someone
• 20:13
  else
• 20:13
  who's
• 20:13
  not
• 20:14
  insured
• 20:14
  to
• 20:14
  do
• 20:14
  it.
• 20:15
  You
• 20:15
  are
• 20:15
  absolutely
• 20:16
  opening
• 20:16
  yourself
• 20:17
  up
• 20:17
  from
• 20:17
  a
• 20:17
  liability
• 20:17
  standpoint
• 20:18
  point
• 20:18
  if
• 20:18
  anything
• 20:19
  happens
• 20:19
  to
• 20:19
  that
• 20:19
  individual.
• 20:20
  And
• 20:21
  so
• 20:21
  whether
• 20:21
  it's
• 20:21
  us
• 20:21
  being
• 20:22
  insured
• 20:22
  as
• 20:22
  we
• 20:23
  are
• 20:23
  standardly
• 20:23
  for
• 20:24
  residential
• 20:24
  use,
• 20:25
  or
• 20:25
  us
• 20:25
  going
• 20:26
  all
• 20:26
  the
• 20:26
  way
• 20:26
  to
• 20:26
  having
• 20:27
  to
• 20:27
  get
• 20:27
  $5
• 20:27
  million
• 20:28
  in
• 20:28
  coverage
• 20:29
  to
• 20:29
  do
• 20:29
  a
• 20:29
  job
• 20:29
  like
• 20:30
  the
• 20:30
  Superdome,
• 20:31
  it's
• 20:31
  one
• 20:31
  of
• 20:31
  the
• 20:31
  great
• 20:31
  things
• 20:32
  that
• 20:32
  comes
• 20:32
  along
• 20:32
  with
• 20:32

• 20:33
  having
• 20:33
  a
• 20:33
  professional
• 20:34

• 20:35
  So
• 20:35
  you
• 20:35
  have

  that
• 20:35
  peace
• 20:36
  of

• 23:38
  trying
• 23:38
  to
• 23:38
  avoid
• 23:38
  a
• 23:39
  bath.
• 23:39
  Want
• 23:40
  to
• 23:40
  save
• 23:40
  on
• 23:40
  your
• 23:40
  power
• 23:40
  bill?
• 23:41
  First,
• 23:42
  close
• 23:42
  those
• 23:42
  blinds
• 23:43
  on
• 23:43
  sunny
• 23:44
  windows.
• 23:44
  Think
• 23:45
  of
• 23:45
  them
• 23:45
  as
• 23:45
  sunglasses
• 23:46
  for
• 23:46
  your
• 23:46
  house.
• 23:47
  Second,
• 23:47
  run
• 23:48
  your
• 23:48

• 23:48
  fan
• 23:48
  so
• 23:49
  you
• 23:49
  can
• 23:49
  nudge
• 23:49
  the
• 23:49
  thermostat
• 23:50
  up
• 23:50
  a
• 23:50
  couple
• 23:50
  degrees
• 23:51
  without
• 23:51

• 23:52

  you're
• 23:52
  in
• 23:53

• 23:53
  And
• 23:54
  lastly,
• 23:54

  H
• 23:55

• 23:56
  A

• 23:57
  makes
• 23:58

• 23:59
  your

• 24:00

• 24:00
  louder.
• 24:01
  A
• 24:01
  few
• 24:02
  simple
• 24:02
  steps
• 24:02
  and
• 24:02
  you'll
• 24:03
  stay
• 24:03
  cool
• 24:03
  without
• 24:03
  giving
• 24:04
  your

• 24:04

• 24:05
  a
• 24:05
  vacation
• 24:05

• 24:06
  Make
• 24:06
  sure
• 24:07
  you
• 24:07

  in
• 24:07
  to

• 24:13
  Now
• 24:13
  let's
• 24:14
  continue
• 24:14
  the
• 24:14
  conversation
• 24:15
  with
• 24:15
  Evan
• 24:16
  Greco
• 24:16
  from
• 24:17
  Rolling
• 24:17
  Suds.
• 24:18
  Great
• 24:19
  example.
• 24:19
  My
• 24:19
  little
• 24:19
  brother
• 24:20
  lives
• 24:20
  over
• 24:20
  on
• 24:20
  the
• 24:20
  eastern
• 24:21
  side
• 24:21
  of
• 24:21
  Washington
• 24:22
  and
• 24:22
  he
• 24:22
  had
• 24:23
  a
• 24:23
  painting
• 24:24
  company
• 24:24
  come
• 24:24
  over
• 24:24
  there
• 24:25
  and
• 24:26
  historical
• 24:26
  house.
• 24:27
  He
• 24:27
  didn't
• 24:27
  want
• 24:27
  to
• 24:27
  get
• 24:27
  in
• 24:27
  the
• 24:28
  third
• 24:28
  story
• 24:28
  up
• 24:28
  there
• 24:28
  and
• 24:29
  do
• 24:29
  the
• 24:29
  trim.
• 24:29
  He's
• 24:29
  yeah,
• 24:29
  I'm
• 24:30
  not
• 24:30
  doing
• 24:30
  that.
• 24:30
  So
• 24:30
  he
• 24:30
  hired
• 24:31
  somebody
• 24:31
  to
• 24:31
  come
• 24:31
  do
• 24:31
  it.
• 24:32
  They
• 24:32
  didn't
• 24:33
  mask
• 24:33
  off
• 24:33
  down
• 24:33
  below.
• 24:34
  And
• 24:34
  he
• 24:34
  had
• 24:34
  a
• 24:34
  green
• 24:34
  architectural
• 24:35
  roof
• 24:36
  up
• 24:36
  there.
• 24:36
  And
• 24:37
  they
• 24:37
  got
• 24:37
  white
• 24:37
  paint
• 24:38
  all
• 24:38
  over,
• 24:39
  everywhere
• 24:39
  on
• 24:39
  this
• 24:39
  green
• 24:40
  roof.
• 24:41
  And
• 24:41
  then
• 24:41
  they
• 24:41
  came
• 24:41
  back
• 24:41
  over
• 24:42
  to
• 24:43
  clean
• 24:43
  it,
• 24:43
  and
• 24:43
  they
• 24:43
  got
• 24:43
  out
• 24:43
  the
• 24:44
  pressure
• 24:44
  washer
• 24:44
  and
• 24:44
  pressure
• 24:45
  washed
• 24:45
  it
• 24:45
  off
• 24:46
  and
• 24:46
  took
• 24:47
  all
• 24:47
  the
• 24:47
  green
• 24:47
  off
• 24:48
  of
• 24:48
  that
• 24:48
  area.
• 24:49
  And
• 24:49
  so
• 24:50
  Murphy's
• 24:51
  law
• 24:51
  says,
• 24:51
  yeah,
• 24:51
  of
• 24:51
  course,
• 24:52
  that
• 24:52
  green
• 24:52
  was
• 24:52
  discontinued.
• 24:53
  So
• 24:53
  that
• 24:54
  roofer
• 24:54
  ended
• 24:55
  up
• 24:55
  putting
• 24:55
  a
• 24:55
  new
• 24:55
  roof
• 24:56
  on
• 24:56
  his
• 24:56
  house.
• 24:58
  That
• 24:58
  painter
• 24:58
  did.
• 24:59
  And
• 24:59
  again,
• 25:01
  that's
• 25:01
  where
• 25:02
  getting
• 25:02
  the
• 25:03
  licensed,
• 25:03
  bonded,
• 25:04
  and
• 25:04
  insured
• 25:04
  people.
• 25:05
  If
• 25:05
  something
• 25:05
  goes
• 25:06
  wrong,
• 25:07
  you've
• 25:07
  got
• 25:08
  people
• 25:08
  there
• 25:08
  that
• 25:08
  can
• 25:08
  stand
• 25:09
  behind
• 25:09
  the
• 25:09
  work
• 25:10
  instead
• 25:10
  of
• 25:11
  that
• 25:11
  guy's
• 25:12
  phone's
• 25:12
  disconnected
• 25:13
  that
• 25:13
  I
• 25:13
  just
• 25:13
  called.
• 25:15
  Totally
• 25:15
  dark.
• 25:16
  Yeah.
• 25:17
  And
• 25:17
  you're
• 25:17
  out
• 25:17
  of
• 25:18
  luck.
• 25:18
  And
• 25:18
  now
• 25:18
  you're
• 25:18
  paying
• 25:19
  for
• 25:19
  something
• 25:19
  new.
• 25:20
  So
• 25:20
  I
• 25:20
  think
• 25:21
  it's
• 25:21
  just
• 25:21
  really
• 25:21
  smart
• 25:22
  in
• 25:22
  these
• 25:22
  seriously
• 25:23
  expensive
• 25:24
  places
• 25:24
  to
• 25:24
  hire
• 25:25
  professionals
• 25:26
  that
• 25:26
  if
• 25:27
  something
• 25:27
  was
• 25:27
  to
• 25:27
  go
• 25:28
  bad,
• 25:28
  that
• 25:29
  there's
• 25:29
  a
• 25:29
  whole
• 25:29
  system
• 25:30
  there
• 25:30
  to
• 25:30
  take
• 25:30
  care
• 25:30
  of
• 25:31
  it
• 25:31
  and
• 25:32
  not
• 25:32
  having
• 25:32
  somebody
• 25:32
  that's
• 25:33
  just
• 25:33
  ghosting
• 25:33
  you.
• 25:34
  Yes.
• 25:35
  I
• 25:35
  couldn't
• 25:35
  agree
• 25:35
  more
• 25:36
  with
• 25:36
  that
• 25:36
  sentiment.
• 25:37
  And
• 25:37
  I
• 25:37
  think
• 25:37
  it's
• 25:37
  what
• 25:38
  really
• 25:39
  separates
• 25:39
  you
• 25:39
  from,
• 25:40
  let's
• 25:40
  say,
• 25:40
  a.
• 25:41
  A
• 25:41
  house
• 25:41
  that
• 25:41
  we're
• 25:42
  gonna
• 25:42
  do
• 25:42
  a
• 25:42
  standard
• 25:43
  house.
• 25:43
  3,000
• 25:44
  square
• 25:44
  feet.
• 25:44
  Let's
• 25:45
  say
• 25:45
  siding
• 25:45
  is
• 25:46
  299
• 25:47
  to
• 25:47
  399.
• 25:48
  And
• 25:48
  then
• 25:48
  someone
• 25:48
  swoops
• 25:49
  in,
• 25:49
  and
• 25:49
  it
• 25:49
  happens
• 25:49
  all
• 25:50
  the
• 25:50
  time.
• 25:50
  And
• 25:51
  let's
• 25:51
  say
• 25:51
  it's
• 25:51
  a
• 25:51
  hobbyist
• 25:52
  who's
• 25:52
  like,
• 25:52
  power
• 25:53
  washing
• 25:53
  on
• 25:53
  their
• 25:53
  own.
• 25:54
  They
• 25:54
  can
• 25:54
  come
• 25:54
  in
• 25:54
  like,
• 25:55
  I
• 25:55
  can
• 25:55
  do
• 25:55
  it
• 25:55
  for
• 25:55
  you
• 25:55
  for
• 25:56
  150
• 25:56
  bucks.
• 25:57
  And.
• 25:58
  Sure.
• 25:59
  Can
• 25:59
  they.
• 26:00
  Can
• 26:00
  they
• 26:00
  show
• 26:01
  up
• 26:01
  and
• 26:01
  do
• 26:01
  some
• 26:02
  kind
• 26:02
  of
• 26:02
  project
• 26:02
  for
• 26:03
  150
• 26:03
  bucks?
• 26:03
  Sure.
• 26:04
  But
• 26:04
  to
• 26:04
  your
• 26:04
  point,
• 26:05
  there
• 26:05
  is.
• 26:06
  That
• 26:06
  can
• 26:06
  go
• 26:06
  wrong.
• 26:06
  We
• 26:07
  see
• 26:07
  it
• 26:07
  all
• 26:07
  the
• 26:07
  time
• 26:07
  with
• 26:08
  plants
• 26:08
  in
• 26:09
  particular.
• 26:09
  If
• 26:09
  you
• 26:10
  have
• 26:10
  vinyl
• 26:10
  siding.
• 26:10
  Absolutely.
• 26:11
  You
• 26:11
  can
• 26:11
  tear
• 26:12
  up
• 26:12
  vinyl
• 26:12
  siding.
• 26:14
  Oh,
• 26:15
  yeah,
• 26:15
  Absolutely.
• 26:16
  If
• 26:16
  you're
• 26:16
  applying
• 26:16
  too
• 26:17
  much
• 26:17
  pressure
• 26:17
  to
• 26:17
  that.
• 26:18
  But
• 26:18
  plants
• 26:19
  is
• 26:19
  where
• 26:19
  we
• 26:19
  see
• 26:19
  it
• 26:20
  all
• 26:20
  the
• 26:20
  time.
• 26:21
  So
• 26:21
  if
• 26:21
  you're
• 26:21
  working
• 26:21
  on
• 26:21
  flat
• 26:22
  work,
• 26:22
  just
• 26:23
  like
• 26:23
  digging
• 26:24
  up
• 26:24
  that
• 26:24
  area
• 26:24
  around
• 26:24
  plants.
• 26:25
  But
• 26:25
  if
• 26:25
  you
• 26:25
  have
• 26:25
  people
• 26:26
  who
• 26:26
  are
• 26:27
  soft
• 26:27
  washing
• 26:28
  and
• 26:28
  they're
• 26:28
  not
• 26:28
  experienced
• 26:29
  with
• 26:29
  it,
• 26:30
  especially
• 26:30
  in
• 26:30
  the
• 26:30
  hotter
• 26:31
  months,
• 26:31
  you
• 26:32
  can
• 26:32
  absolutely
• 26:33
  destroy
• 26:33
  plants
• 26:34
  when
• 26:34
  you're
• 26:35
  applying
• 26:35
  the
• 26:35
  chemical
• 26:36
  to
• 26:36
  them.
• 26:36
  It's
• 26:36
  too
• 26:36
  hot
• 26:36
  outside.
• 26:37
  Very
• 26:38
  delicate
• 26:38
  flowers.
• 26:38
  We
• 26:39
  see
• 26:39
  it
• 26:39
  all
• 26:39
  the
• 26:39
  time.
• 26:40
  It's
• 26:40
  like
• 26:40
  the
• 26:40
  main
• 26:41
  point
• 26:42
  of
• 26:42
  frustration
• 26:42
  for
• 26:43
  homeowners
• 26:43
  if
• 26:44
  they're
• 26:44
  getting
• 26:44
  something
• 26:44
  softwashed,
• 26:45
  is
• 26:45
  the
• 26:45
  damage
• 26:46
  that
• 26:46
  can
• 26:46
  be
• 26:46
  done
• 26:46
  to
• 26:47
  plants
• 26:47
  and
• 26:47
  foliage.
• 26:49
  Yeah.
• 26:49
  In
• 26:49
  our
• 26:49
  area
• 26:50
  here,
• 26:50
  we've
• 26:50
  got
• 26:50
  a
• 26:50
  lot
• 26:50
  of
• 26:50
  older
• 26:51
  homes
• 26:51
  that
• 26:51
  have
• 26:51
  that
• 26:52
  Exposed
• 26:52
  aggregate
• 26:53
  driveway,
• 26:53
  you
• 26:54
  know
• 26:54
  the
• 26:54
  little
• 26:54
  pebbles.
• 26:55
  And
• 26:56
  you
• 26:56
  really
• 26:57
  every
• 26:57
  few
• 26:57
  years
• 26:57
  need
• 26:58
  to
• 26:58
  go
• 26:58
  in
• 26:58
  and
• 26:58
  seal
• 26:58
  that
• 26:58
  to
• 26:59
  have
• 26:59
  it
• 26:59
  look
• 26:59
  its
• 26:59
  best.
• 27:00
  But
• 27:01
  you've
• 27:01
  got
• 27:01
  to
• 27:01
  go
• 27:01
  out
• 27:01
  and
• 27:02
  do
• 27:02
  it.
• 27:02
  And
• 27:02
  I've
• 27:02
  seen
• 27:03
  so
• 27:03
  many
• 27:03
  times
• 27:03
  I've
• 27:04
  gone
• 27:04
  over
• 27:04
  to
• 27:04
  people's
• 27:04
  homes
• 27:05
  and
• 27:05
  yeah,
• 27:06
  I
• 27:06
  just
• 27:06
  pressure
• 27:06
  washed
• 27:07
  the
• 27:07
  driveway
• 27:07
  last
• 27:07
  weekend
• 27:08
  and
• 27:08
  I
• 27:08
  sealed
• 27:09
  it
• 27:09
  up
• 27:09
  and
• 27:09
  it
• 27:09
  looks
• 27:09
  great.
• 27:10
  And
• 27:10
  I'm
• 27:10
  like,
• 27:10
  you
• 27:11
  can
• 27:11
  see
• 27:11
  the
• 27:11
  stripes,
• 27:11
  you
• 27:12
  can
• 27:12
  see
• 27:12
  the
• 27:12
  parts
• 27:12
  they
• 27:13
  missed
• 27:14
  and
• 27:14
  you
• 27:14
  could
• 27:15
  tell
• 27:15
  that
• 27:15
  they're
• 27:15
  out
• 27:15
  there
• 27:16
  just
• 27:16
  doing
• 27:16
  the
• 27:16
  printer
• 27:17
  method
• 27:17
  of
• 27:17
  just
• 27:18
  left,
• 27:18
  left
• 27:18
  with
• 27:19
  a
• 27:19
  little
• 27:19
  spray.
• 27:19
  Didn't
• 27:20
  have
• 27:20
  the
• 27:20
  right
• 27:21
  tools
• 27:21
  to
• 27:21
  do
• 27:21
  the
• 27:21
  job,
• 27:22
  didn't
• 27:22
  have
• 27:23
  the
• 27:23
  rotary
• 27:23
  head
• 27:23
  or
• 27:24
  whatever
• 27:24
  they
• 27:24
  needed
• 27:24
  to
• 27:24
  do
• 27:25
  it
• 27:25
  and
• 27:25
  they
• 27:26
  just
• 27:26
  used
• 27:26
  water
• 27:27
  and
• 27:27
  it
• 27:27
  looks
• 27:28
  like
• 27:28
  garbage.
• 27:29
  Yeah.
• 27:29
  And
• 27:30
  now
• 27:30
  it's
• 27:30
  going
• 27:30
  to
• 27:30
  be
• 27:31
  stuck
• 27:31
  that
• 27:31
  way
• 27:31
  for
• 27:31
  a
• 27:31
  couple
• 27:32
  years.
• 27:32
  Yeah.
• 27:33
  And
• 27:33
  Eric,
• 27:33
  I
• 27:33
  will
• 27:34
  tell
• 27:34
  you,
• 27:34
  there's
• 27:35
  so
• 27:35
  one
• 27:35
  real
• 27:35
  quick
• 27:36
  story
• 27:36
  that's
• 27:37
  very
• 27:37
  similar
• 27:37
  to
• 27:37
  that.
• 27:37
  So
• 27:38
  when
• 27:38
  we
• 27:38
  just
• 27:39
  went
• 27:39
  live
• 27:39
  in
• 27:39
  New
• 27:40
  Orleans,
• 27:40
  our
• 27:41
  calendar
• 27:41
  wasn't
• 27:41
  jam
• 27:42
  packed
• 27:42
  by
• 27:42
  any
• 27:42
  means.
• 27:43
  So
• 27:43
  as
• 27:43
  soon
• 27:44
  as
• 27:44
  we
• 27:44
  had
• 27:44
  a
• 27:45
  what
• 27:45
  we
• 27:45
  finished
• 27:45
  a
• 27:46
  home
• 27:46
  and
• 27:46
  we
• 27:46
  didn't
• 27:46
  have
• 27:46
  anything
• 27:47
  for
• 27:47
  the
• 27:47
  next
• 27:47
  couple
• 27:47
  hours,
• 27:47
  I
• 27:48
  would
• 27:48
  just
• 27:48
  go
• 27:48
  out
• 27:48
  and
• 27:48
  door
• 27:48
  knock.
• 27:49
  And
• 27:49
  I
• 27:50
  would
• 27:50
  go
• 27:50
  out,
• 27:50
  I'd
• 27:51
  knock
• 27:51
  on
• 27:51
  customers
• 27:51
  doors.
• 27:52
  As
• 27:52
  I'm
• 27:52
  walking
• 27:53
  up
• 27:53
  to
• 27:53
  the
• 27:53
  house
• 27:53
  I'd
• 27:54
  be
• 27:54
  looking
• 27:54
  at
• 27:55
  typically
• 27:55
  the
• 27:55
  driveway,
• 27:56
  front
• 27:57
  patio,
• 27:57
  stairs
• 27:58
  or
• 27:58
  front
• 27:58
  sidewalk,
• 27:59
  whatever
• 27:59
  was
• 27:59
  the
• 28:00
  most
• 28:00
  reasonable
• 28:01
  thing
• 28:01
  to
• 28:01
  cover.
• 28:02
  And
• 28:02
  I'd
• 28:02
  knock
• 28:02
  on
• 28:02
  the
• 28:03
  door,
• 28:04
  let
• 28:04
  them
• 28:04
  know
• 28:04
  who
• 28:04
  I
• 28:04
  was,
• 28:05
  that
• 28:05
  we
• 28:05
  had
• 28:05
  just
• 28:06
  moved
• 28:06
  into
• 28:06
  the
• 28:06
  area
• 28:07
  and
• 28:07
  that
• 28:07
  we
• 28:07
  would
• 28:08
  love
• 28:08
  to
• 28:08
  do
• 28:08
  one
• 28:08
  of
• 28:09
  these
• 28:09
  things.
• 28:09
  Hey,
• 28:09
  can
• 28:10
  I
• 28:10
  do
• 28:10
  your
• 28:10
  front
• 28:10
  driveway
• 28:11
  for
• 28:11
  a
• 28:11
  five
• 28:12
  star
• 28:12
  review
• 28:12
  on
• 28:13
  Google
• 28:13
  just
• 28:13
  to
• 28:13
  look
• 28:13
  at
• 28:13
  our
• 28:14
  name
• 28:14
  out
• 28:14
  there.
• 28:14
  And
• 28:15
  I
• 28:15
  remember
• 28:15
  there
• 28:15
  was
• 28:16
  one
• 28:16
  house
• 28:16
  I
• 28:16
  was
• 28:16
  walking
• 28:16
  up
• 28:17
  to
• 28:17
  in
• 28:17
  particular
• 28:17
  had
• 28:18
  a
• 28:18
  pretty
• 28:18
  large
• 28:19
  staircase
• 28:19
  as
• 28:19
  I
• 28:20
  walked
• 28:20
  up
• 28:20
  there
• 28:20
  and
• 28:20
  I
• 28:20
  was
• 28:20
  like,
• 28:21
  oh
• 28:21
  this
• 28:21
  looks
• 28:21
  terrible,
• 28:22
  this
• 28:22
  is
• 28:22
  perfect.
• 28:22
  Okay.
• 28:23
  So
• 28:23
  I
• 28:23
  went
• 28:23
  up
• 28:23
  there
• 28:24
  and
• 28:24
  knock
• 28:24
  on
• 28:24
  the
• 28:24
  door.
• 28:25
  I
• 28:25
  gave
• 28:25
  the
• 28:25
  gentleman
• 28:26
  my
• 28:26
  spiel
• 28:26
  and
• 28:27
  I
• 28:27
  was
• 28:27
  like
• 28:27
  hey
• 28:27
  sir,
• 28:27
  would
• 28:27
  you
• 28:28
  be
• 28:28
  okay
• 28:28
  if
• 28:28
  we
• 28:28
  cleaned
• 28:29
  your
• 28:29
  front
• 28:29
  stairs
• 28:29
  for
• 28:29
  you
• 28:30
  and
• 28:31
  for
• 28:31
  a
• 28:31
  five
• 28:31
  star
• 28:31
  review?
• 28:32
  And
• 28:32
  I
• 28:32
  will
• 28:32
  never
• 28:32
  forget
• 28:33
  this,
• 28:33
  he
• 28:33
  went,
• 28:33
  what
• 28:34
  are
• 28:34
  you
• 28:34
  talking
• 28:34
  about?
• 28:34
  I
• 28:35
  just
• 28:35
  did
• 28:35
  them
• 28:35
  myself.
• 28:36
  And
• 28:36
  like
• 28:36
  it
• 28:36
  was
• 28:37
  Eric.
• 28:37
  It
• 28:37
  was
• 28:37
  hard
• 28:38
  for
• 28:38
  me
• 28:38
  not
• 28:38
  to
• 28:38
  be
• 28:39
  like
• 28:39
  just
• 28:39
  wild
• 28:40
  Eric,
• 28:40
  they
• 28:40
  look
• 28:41
  so
• 28:41
  bad.
• 28:42
  But
• 28:42
  if
• 28:42
  you
• 28:42
  don't
• 28:43
  know
• 28:43
  if
• 28:43
  the
• 28:43
  rest
• 28:43
  of
• 28:43
  the
• 28:44
  property
• 28:44
  has
• 28:44
  a
• 28:44
  lot
• 28:44
  of
• 28:45
  buildup
• 28:45
  to
• 28:45
  him
• 28:45
  it
• 28:46
  probably
• 28:46
  did
• 28:46
  look
• 28:46
  good
• 28:46
  inside.
• 28:46
  So
• 28:47
  I
• 28:47
  was
• 28:47
  like
• 28:47
  it
• 28:47
  looks
• 28:47
  so
• 28:47
  much
• 28:48
  better
• 28:48
  but
• 28:48
  it
• 28:48
  was
• 28:49
  only
• 28:49
  30%
• 28:49
  there.
• 28:50
  Yeah,
• 28:50
  exactly.
• 28:51
  And
• 28:51
  so
• 28:51
  I
• 28:51
  was
• 28:51
  like
• 28:51
  sir,
• 28:52
  totally
• 28:52
  get
• 28:52
  it.
• 28:53
  What
• 28:53
  if
• 28:53
  we
• 28:53
  just
• 28:53
  touched
• 28:54
  them
• 28:54
  up
• 28:54
  for
• 28:54
  you.
• 28:55
  Okay,
• 28:56
  there
• 28:56
  we
• 28:56
  go.
• 28:56
  And
• 28:57
  he
• 28:57
  was
• 28:57
  like,
• 28:57
  okay.
• 28:57
  Like
• 28:58
  you
• 28:58
  can
• 28:58
  tell
• 28:58
  this
• 28:58
  guy
• 28:58
  had
• 28:58
  zero
• 28:59
  interest
• 28:59
  in
• 28:59
  me,
• 29:00
  but
• 29:00
  he
• 29:00
  was
• 29:00
  like,
• 29:00
  fine,
• 29:01
  sure.
• 29:01
  So
• 29:01
  I
• 29:02
  had
• 29:02
  my
• 29:02
  two
• 29:02
  techs
• 29:02
  cleaned
• 29:03
  it
• 29:03
  up.
• 29:03
  And
• 29:03
  it
• 29:03
  was
• 29:03
  incredibly
• 29:04
  fast
• 29:04
  too,
• 29:05
  because
• 29:05
  to
• 29:05
  your
• 29:05
  point,
• 29:05
  we
• 29:06
  have
• 29:06
  the
• 29:06
  designated
• 29:07
  equipment
• 29:07
  for
• 29:07
  it.
• 29:07
  So
• 29:08
  not
• 29:08
  only
• 29:08
  are
• 29:08
  we
• 29:08
  expediting
• 29:09
  the
• 29:09
  process
• 29:10
  because
• 29:10
  we're
• 29:10
  using
• 29:11
  a
• 29:11
  chemical
• 29:11
  instead
• 29:12
  of
• 29:12
  pure
• 29:12
  pressure,
• 29:12
  we
• 29:13
  also
• 29:13
  have
• 29:13
  equipment
• 29:14
  that's
• 29:14
  designed
• 29:15
  for
• 29:15
  that
• 29:15
  exact,
• 29:16
  for
• 29:16
  that
• 29:16
  exact
• 29:17
  scenario.
• 29:17
  And
• 29:18
  so
• 29:18
  the
• 29:18
  gentleman
• 29:18
  came
• 29:18
  back
• 29:19
  out
• 29:19
  and
• 29:19
  he
• 29:19
  was
• 29:19
  legitimately
• 29:20
  surprised.
• 29:21
  And
• 29:21
  it
• 29:21
  was
• 29:21
  so
• 29:21
  great
• 29:21
  because
• 29:22
  he
• 29:22
  tipped
• 29:22
  like
• 29:22
  we
• 29:22
  were
• 29:23
  doing
• 29:23
  the
• 29:23
  job
• 29:23
  pro
• 29:23
  bono
• 29:24
  to
• 29:24
  get
• 29:24
  our
• 29:24
  name
• 29:24
  out
• 29:24
  there.
• 29:24
  But
• 29:25
  he
• 29:25
  tipped
• 29:25
  each
• 29:25
  one
• 29:25
  of
• 29:25
  the
• 29:25
  techs
• 29:26
  20
• 29:26
  bucks.
• 29:27
  And
• 29:27
  I
• 29:27
  was
• 29:27
  just
• 29:27
  so
• 29:27
  pleased
• 29:27
  because
• 29:28
  I
• 29:28
  could
• 29:28
  tell
• 29:28
  he
• 29:28
  was
• 29:29
  genuinely
• 29:30
  surprised.
• 29:30
  Like
• 29:30
  he
• 29:31
  legitimately
• 29:31
  thought
• 29:31
  that
• 29:32
  he
• 29:32
  crushed
• 29:32
  this
• 29:32
  on
• 29:33
  his
• 29:33
  own.
• 29:33
  And
• 29:34
  so
• 29:34
  to
• 29:34
  your
• 29:34
  point,
• 29:35
  when
• 29:35
  you
• 29:35
  have
• 29:35
  professionals
• 29:36
  who
• 29:36
  are
• 29:36
  doing
• 29:36
  it,
• 29:37
  not
• 29:38
  only
• 29:38
  do
• 29:38
  they
• 29:38
  have
• 29:38
  the
• 29:38
  equipment,
• 29:39
  do
• 29:40
  they
• 29:40
  have
• 29:40
  the
• 29:40
  experience
• 29:40
  to
• 29:41
  do
• 29:41
  it,
• 29:41
  but
• 29:41
  also
• 29:42
  there's
• 29:42
  a
• 29:42
  massive
• 29:43
  time
• 29:43
  savings.
• 29:44
  So
• 29:44
  I'm
• 29:44
  sure
• 29:44
  you've
• 29:44
  seen
• 29:45
  our
• 29:45
  surface
• 29:45
  cleaner.
• 29:45
  We
• 29:46
  have
• 29:46
  surface
• 29:46
  cleaners.
• 29:47
  A
• 29:47
  big
• 29:47
  one
• 29:47
  that
• 29:47
  we
• 29:48
  use
• 29:48
  routinely
• 29:48
  is
• 29:48
  36
• 29:49
  inches
• 29:50
  and
• 29:50
  you
• 29:50
  can
• 29:50
  knock
• 29:51
  out
• 29:51
  someone's
• 29:51
  driveway
• 29:52
  and
• 29:53
  less
• 29:53
  than
• 29:53
  10
• 29:54
  minutes,
• 29:54
  where
• 29:54
  this
• 29:54
  would
• 29:54
  be
• 29:55
  like
• 29:55
  an
• 29:55
  all
• 29:55
  day
• 29:55
  affair
• 29:56
  if
• 29:56
  they
• 29:56
  were
• 29:56
  just
• 29:56
  doing
• 29:56
  it
• 29:57
  on
• 29:57
  their
• 29:57
  own
• 29:57
  with
• 29:57
  a
• 29:57
  small,
• 29:58
  like
• 29:58
  a
• 29:58
  small
• 29:58
  store
• 29:59
  bought
• 29:59
  tip.
• 30:00
  Oh,
• 30:00
  you
• 30:00
  get
• 30:00
  that
• 30:00
  2
• 30:01
  inch
• 30:01
  wide
• 30:01
  spray,
• 30:02
  you
• 30:02
  know
• 30:02
  you're
• 30:03
  doing
• 30:03
  that
• 30:03
  and
• 30:04
  then
• 30:04
  what
• 30:04
  happens?
• 30:05
  All
• 30:05
  of
• 30:05
  it
• 30:06
  ends
• 30:06
  up
• 30:06
  on
• 30:06
  you.
• 30:07
  From
• 30:07
  your
• 30:07
  knees
• 30:08
  down,
• 30:09
  it
• 30:09
  looks
• 30:10
  horrible.
• 30:10
  And
• 30:10
  then
• 30:11
  you
• 30:11
  walk
• 30:11
  into
• 30:11
  the
• 30:11
  house
• 30:12
  and
• 30:12
  then
• 30:12
  you're
• 30:12
  in
• 30:12
  trouble
• 30:13
  because
• 30:13
  now
• 30:13
  you're
• 30:14
  tracking
• 30:14
  and
• 30:14
  all
• 30:14
  this
• 30:14
  stuff
• 30:15
  too.
• 30:15
  So
• 30:16
  yeah,
• 30:16
  it
• 30:16
  can
• 30:16
  be
• 30:17
  brutal.
• 30:17
  It
• 30:17
  can
• 30:18
  be
• 30:18
  brutal.
• 30:18
  And
• 30:18
  I'm
• 30:19
  sure
• 30:19
  you
• 30:19
  guys
• 30:19
  walk
• 30:20
  into
• 30:20
  places
• 30:20
  and
• 30:20
  it's.
• 30:21
  I
• 30:21
  think
• 30:21
  there's
• 30:22
  concrete
• 30:22
  down
• 30:22
  there
• 30:23
  maybe.
• 30:24
  Yeah,
• 30:24
  there.
• 30:25
  We've
• 30:25
  had
• 30:25
  to
• 30:25
  do
• 30:25
  quite
• 30:26
  a
• 30:26
  bit
• 30:26
  of
• 30:26
  touch
• 30:26
  up
• 30:26
  work.
• 30:27
  So
• 30:27
  someone
• 30:27
  will
• 30:28
  come
• 30:28
  through,
• 30:28
  someone
• 30:29
  will
• 30:29
  like
• 30:29
  over
• 30:29
  promise
• 30:30
  what
• 30:30
  they
• 30:30
  can
• 30:30
  deliver
• 30:30
  and
• 30:31
  then
• 30:31
  we'll
• 30:31
  come
• 30:31
  back
• 30:31
  out,
• 30:32
  we'll
• 30:32
  touch
• 30:32
  that
• 30:32
  out.
• 30:33
  We
• 30:33
  actually
• 30:33
  get
• 30:33
  quite
• 30:33
  a
• 30:34
  bit
• 30:34
  of
• 30:34
  work
• 30:34
  because
• 30:34
  people
• 30:35
  just
• 30:35
  backed
• 30:36
  out
• 30:36
  at
• 30:36
  the
• 30:36
  last
• 30:36
  minute.
• 30:37
  So
• 30:37
  say,
• 30:37
  yeah,
• 30:38
  I'll
• 30:38
  power
• 30:38
  one.
• 30:38
  Oh
• 30:39
  yeah,
• 30:39
  you
• 30:39
  got
• 30:39
  this
• 30:39
  pool
• 30:39
  deck.
• 30:40
  Yeah,
• 30:40
  I'll
• 30:40
  be
• 30:40
  there
• 30:40
  at
• 30:40
  10
• 30:40
  o'.
• 30:40
  Clock.
• 30:41
  And
• 30:41
  then
• 30:41
  just
• 30:41
  no
• 30:41
  one
• 30:41
  ever
• 30:42
  showed
• 30:42
  up.
• 30:42
  And
• 30:43
  so
• 30:43
  they'll
• 30:43
  call
• 30:43
  us.
• 30:43
  You
• 30:44
  have
• 30:44
  a
• 30:44
  call
• 30:44
  us
• 30:44
  in
• 30:44
  a
• 30:44
  bind
• 30:45
  and
• 30:45
  be
• 30:45
  like,
• 30:45
  hey,
• 30:45
  I
• 30:45
  have
• 30:46
  this,
• 30:46
  this
• 30:46
  pool
• 30:46
  party
• 30:47
  tomorrow.
• 30:47
  And
• 30:47
  so
• 30:48
  we're
• 30:48
  always
• 30:48
  able
• 30:48
  to
• 30:48
  get
• 30:49
  out
• 30:49
  there.
• 30:49
  But
• 30:49
  it's
• 30:50
  unfortunate
• 30:51
  when
• 30:51
  you
• 30:51
  see
• 30:51
  either
• 30:52
  that,
• 30:52
  which
• 30:52
  I
• 30:52
  know
• 30:53
  with
• 30:53
  Your
• 30:53
  position.
• 30:54
  You
• 30:54
  see
• 30:54
  this
• 30:54
  all
• 30:54
  the,
• 30:55
  and
• 30:55
  all
• 30:55
  these
• 30:55
  different
• 30:55
  fields,
• 30:56
  but
• 30:56
  the
• 30:56
  poor
• 30:57
  quality
• 30:57
  of
• 30:57
  work,
• 30:58
  the
• 30:58
  poor
• 30:58
  communication,
• 30:59
  and
• 31:00
  then
• 31:00
  the
• 31:00
  poor
• 31:00
  customer
• 31:01
  service
• 31:01
  experience
• 31:02
  like
• 31:02
  those
• 31:02
  are
• 31:03
  critical
• 31:03
  elements
• 31:04
  to
• 31:04
  you.
• 31:05
  That
• 31:05
  even
• 31:05
  if
• 31:05
  you
• 31:05
  are
• 31:06
  skilled
• 31:06
  at
• 31:06
  your
• 31:06
  job.
• 31:07
  Okay.
• 31:07
  If
• 31:07
  you're
• 31:07
  not
• 31:08
  reliable,
• 31:08
  it's
• 31:08
  like
• 31:09
  that
• 31:09
  is
• 31:09
  a,
• 31:09
  it's
• 31:10
  a
• 31:10
  serious
• 31:11
  hindrance
• 31:11
  on
• 31:12
  you
• 31:12
  being
• 31:12
  able
• 31:12
  to
• 31:12
  grow
• 31:12
  your
• 31:13
  business.
• 31:14
  No
• 31:14
  kidding.
• 31:14
  I
• 31:14
  got
• 31:14
  to
• 31:15
  ask
• 31:15
  Kevin,
• 31:15
  how
• 31:15
  did
• 31:16
  you
• 31:16
  get
• 31:16
  started
• 31:16
  in
• 31:17
  this?
• 31:17
  You're
• 31:17
  the
• 31:17
  brand
• 31:18
  president
• 31:18
  now,
• 31:19
  but
• 31:19
  did
• 31:19
  you
• 31:19
  start
• 31:19
  out
• 31:20
  as
• 31:20
  a
• 31:20
  franchisee
• 31:21
  or
• 31:21
  how
• 31:21
  did
• 31:21
  this
• 31:21
  go?
• 31:21
  Because
• 31:22
  you've
• 31:22
  got
• 31:22
  a.
• 31:23
  You
• 31:23
  got
• 31:23
  an
• 31:23
  interesting
• 31:23
  history.
• 31:24
  I
• 31:24
  do.
• 31:25
  So
• 31:25
  great
• 31:25
  question.
• 31:26
  So,
• 31:26
  yeah,
• 31:26
  both
• 31:27
  current
• 31:27
  franchisee
• 31:28
  in
• 31:28
  the
• 31:28
  system
• 31:28
  and
• 31:28
  the
• 31:28
  brand
• 31:29
  president.
• 31:29
  So
• 31:29
  how
• 31:29
  that
• 31:30
  happened
• 31:30
  is
• 31:31
  I
• 31:31
  had
• 31:31
  started
• 31:31
  my
• 31:31
  career
• 31:31
  off
• 31:32
  in
• 31:32
  the
• 31:32
  US
• 31:32
  army
• 31:33
  and
• 31:33
  then
• 31:33
  from
• 31:33
  there
• 31:34
  I
• 31:34
  had
• 31:34
  joined
• 31:35
  a
• 31:35
  big
• 31:36
  brick
• 31:36
  and
• 31:36
  retail
• 31:37
  travel
• 31:38
  center
• 31:38
  industry.
• 31:38
  I
• 31:39
  was
• 31:39
  there
• 31:39
  for
• 31:39
  eight
• 31:39
  years.
• 31:40
  It
• 31:40
  was
• 31:40
  a
• 31:40
  great
• 31:40
  career.
• 31:41
  Learned
• 31:41
  a
• 31:41
  ton
• 31:41
  about
• 31:42
  business
• 31:43
  and
• 31:43
  the
• 31:43
  food
• 31:43
  space,
• 31:44
  the
• 31:44
  truck
• 31:44
  care
• 31:44
  space,
• 31:45
  convenience
• 31:46
  store.
• 31:47
  And
• 31:48
  from
• 31:48
  there
• 31:48
  I
• 31:48
  was
• 31:49
  really
• 31:49
  ready
• 31:49
  to
• 31:50
  go
• 31:50
  off
• 31:50
  and
• 31:51
  do
• 31:51
  my
• 31:51
  own
• 31:52
  thing.
• 31:52
  It
• 31:52
  was
• 31:52
  always
• 31:52
  something
• 31:53
  I
• 31:53
  was
• 31:53
  very
• 31:53
  interested
• 31:54
  in
• 31:54
  and
• 31:54
  one
• 31:55
  day
• 31:55
  owning
• 31:55
  my
• 31:55
  own
• 31:55
  business,
• 31:56
  as
• 31:56
  I'm
• 31:56
  sure
• 31:57
  many
• 31:57
  people
• 31:57
  are
• 31:58
  in
• 31:58
  this
• 31:58
  space.
• 31:58
  But
• 31:58
  what
• 31:59
  was
• 31:59
  so
• 31:59
  interesting
• 32:00
  is
• 32:00
  I'm
• 32:00
  with
• 32:00
  the
• 32:01
  US
• 32:01
  army
• 32:01
  and
• 32:02
  I
• 32:02
  was
• 32:02
  there
• 32:02
  that
• 32:03
  we
• 32:03
  had
• 32:03
  a
• 32:03
  million
• 32:03
  soldiers
• 32:04
  at
• 32:04
  that
• 32:04
  point
• 32:04
  in
• 32:05
  time.
• 32:05
  Then
• 32:05
  my
• 32:05
  next
• 32:05
  company,
• 32:06
  we
• 32:06
  had
• 32:06
  42,000
• 32:07
  people.
• 32:08
  And
• 32:08
  I
• 32:09
  was
• 32:09
  starting
• 32:09
  to
• 32:09
  realize
• 32:10
  that
• 32:11
  although
• 32:11
  I
• 32:11
  always
• 32:11
  wanted
• 32:12
  to
• 32:12
  own
• 32:12
  my
• 32:12
  own
• 32:12
  business,
• 32:12
  I
• 32:13
  didn't.
• 32:13
  I
• 32:13
  had
• 32:13
  so
• 32:14
  many
• 32:14
  blind
• 32:14
  spots
• 32:15
  because
• 32:15
  I
• 32:15
  was
• 32:15
  part
• 32:15
  of
• 32:16
  such
• 32:16
  big
• 32:17
  organizations.
• 32:18
  All
• 32:18
  of
• 32:18
  this
• 32:18
  show
• 32:19
  won't
• 32:19
  fit
• 32:19
  in
• 32:19
  the
• 32:20
  radio
• 32:20
  show,
• 32:20
  so
• 32:21
  make
• 32:21
  sure
• 32:21
  you
• 32:21
  become
• 32:22
  an
• 32:22
  around
• 32:22
  the
• 32:22
  house
• 32:23
  insider
• 32:23
  to
• 32:23
  hear
• 32:24
  the
• 32:24
  entire
• 32:24
  conversation.
• 32:25
  Commercial
• 32:26
  free
• 32:26
  around
• 32:27
  the
• 32:27
  house.
• 32:27
  We'll
• 32:28
  be
• 32:28
  right
• 32:28
  back.
• 33:43
  Welcome
• 33:44
  back
• 33:44
  to

  Let's
• 34:00
  keep
• 34:01
  it
• 34:01
  clean
• 34:01
  out
• 34:01
  there.
• 34:02
  And
• 34:02
  they
• 34:02
  had
• 34:03
  made.
• 34:03
  I
• 34:03
  was
• 34:03
  living
• 34:03
  in
• 34:04
  Nashville
• 34:04
  at
• 34:04
  the
• 34:04
  time
• 34:04
  and
• 34:05
  they
• 34:05
  had
• 34:05
  made
• 34:05
  the
• 34:05
  decision
• 34:05
  that
• 34:06
  they
• 34:06
  were
• 34:06
  going
• 34:06
  to
• 34:07
  open
• 34:07
  up
• 34:08
  the

• 34:09
  based
• 34:09
  here
• 34:09
  in
• 34:10
  Nashville.
• 34:10
  And
• 34:10
  they
• 34:10
  asked
• 34:11
  me
• 34:11
  if
• 34:11
  I
• 34:11
  would
• 34:11
  like
• 34:11
  to
• 34:11
  come
• 34:12
  on
• 34:12

• 34:12
  and
• 34:12
  launch
• 34:12
  that
• 34:13
  for.
• 34:13
  And
• 34:14
  so
• 34:14
  I
• 34:14
  went
• 34:15
  all
• 34:15
  in.
• 34:15
  I
• 34:15
  really
• 34:16
  just
• 34:16
  planned
• 34:16
  on
• 34:16
  working

• 34:27
  you
• 34:27
  see
• 34:28

  you.
• 34:28
  Did
• 34:29
  that
• 34:29
  for
• 34:29
  the
• 34:29
  next
• 34:29
  six
• 34:30
  months
• 34:30
  and
• 34:30
  then
• 34:30
  I
• 34:30
  was
• 34:31
  able
• 34:31
  to
• 34:31
  move
• 34:31
  into

• 34:32
  and
• 34:33
  that's
• 34:33
  where
• 34:33
  I've
• 34:33
  been
• 34:33
  the
• 34:33
  last
• 34:33
  year.
• 34:34
  And
• 34:34
  I
• 34:34
  have
• 34:35
  seriously
• 34:35
  loved
• 34:36
  it,
• 34:36
  Eric.
• 34:36
  I
• 34:36
  love
• 34:37
  the
• 34:37
  home
• 34:37
  service
• 34:37
  space,
• 34:38
  I
• 34:38
  love
• 34:38
  the
• 34:39
  franchise
• 34:39
  and
• 34:39
  component
• 34:40
  to
• 34:40
  it
• 34:40
  and
• 34:40
  I
• 34:41
  really
• 34:41
  love
• 34:41
  power
• 34:41
  washing.
• 34:43
  That
• 34:43
  is
• 34:43
  great,
• 34:43
  man.
• 34:44
  Thank
• 34:44
  you
• 34:44
  for
• 34:44
  your
• 34:44
  service,
• 34:45
  by
• 34:45
  the
• 34:45
  way.
• 34:45
  That's
• 34:46
  awesome.
• 34:47
  That's
• 34:48
  awesome.
• 34:48
  And
• 34:48
  man,
• 34:49
  that's
• 34:49
  a
• 34:49
  great
• 34:49
  story.
• 34:50
  And
• 34:50
  this
• 34:50
  is
• 34:50
  such
• 34:51
  a
• 34:51
  emerging,
• 34:52
  like
• 34:53
  you
• 34:53
  said,
• 34:53
  budget
• 34:53
  blinds,
• 34:54
  great
• 34:54
  company,
• 34:55
  every
• 34:55
  market
• 34:56
  out
• 34:56
  there.
• 34:56
  Exactly.
• 34:57
  This
• 34:57
  really
• 34:57
  gets
• 34:57
  people
• 34:58
  into
• 34:58
  a
• 34:58
  opportunity
• 34:59
  that
• 34:59
  can
• 34:59
  get
• 34:59
  in
• 34:59
  there
• 35:00
  without
• 35:00
  having
• 35:00
  to
• 35:00
  have
• 35:00
  a
• 35:01
  PhD
• 35:01
  in
• 35:02
  something
• 35:02
  to
• 35:02
  get
• 35:03
  out
• 35:03
  there
• 35:03
  and
• 35:03
  create
• 35:03
  their
• 35:03
  own
• 35:04
  franchise
• 35:04
  and
• 35:05
  have
• 35:05
  a
• 35:05
  system
• 35:06
  that
• 35:06
  they
• 35:06
  can
• 35:06
  do.
• 35:06
  So
• 35:07
  they
• 35:07
  basically
• 35:07
  are
• 35:08
  ready
• 35:08
  to
• 35:08
  go
• 35:09
  through
• 35:09
  that
• 35:10
  onboarding
• 35:10
  process
• 35:11
  and
• 35:11
  still
• 35:12
  have
• 35:12
  some
• 35:12
  that
• 35:13
  they
• 35:13
  have
• 35:13
  ultimate
• 35:13
  control
• 35:14
  of.
• 35:14
  Yeah,
• 35:15
  that's
• 35:16
  really
• 35:16
  it,
• 35:16
  Eric.
• 35:17
  Like
• 35:17
  that.
• 35:17
  You
• 35:17
  hit
• 35:17
  the
• 35:18
  nail
• 35:18
  on
• 35:18
  the
• 35:18
  head
• 35:18
  there.
• 35:18
  And
• 35:19
  when
• 35:19
  you
• 35:19
  look
• 35:20
  at
• 35:20
  our
• 35:20
  training
• 35:21
  that
• 35:21
  we
• 35:21
  do,
• 35:21
  so
• 35:21
  we
• 35:21
  have
• 35:21
  this
• 35:22
  10,
• 35:22
  10
• 35:22
  week
• 35:23
  ramp
• 35:23
  up
• 35:24
  to
• 35:24
  it.
• 35:24
  A
• 35:24
  lot
• 35:24
  of
• 35:25
  it
• 35:25
  is
• 35:25
  commercial
• 35:25
  estimating
• 35:26
  assisting
• 35:27
  the
• 35:27
  franchisees
• 35:27
  and
• 35:28
  finding
• 35:28
  what
• 35:28
  their
• 35:28
  commercial
• 35:29
  space
• 35:29
  is
• 35:29
  going
• 35:29
  to
• 35:29
  be,
• 35:30
  practicing
• 35:31
  virtual
• 35:31
  sales
• 35:32
  calls.
• 35:32
  But
• 35:32
  when
• 35:32
  it
• 35:32
  comes
• 35:33
  to
• 35:33
  the
• 35:33
  on
• 35:33
  site
• 35:33
  training
• 35:34
  component
• 35:34
  of
• 35:34
  it,
• 35:35
  it
• 35:35
  is
• 35:35
  five
• 35:35
  days.
• 35:36
  And
• 35:36
  honestly
• 35:37
  at
• 35:37
  the
• 35:37
  time
• 35:38
  you
• 35:38
  leave
• 35:38
  that,
• 35:38
  you
• 35:39
  have
• 35:39
  a
• 35:39
  very
• 35:39
  good
• 35:40
  understanding.
• 35:40
  Now
• 35:40
  look,
• 35:41
  are
• 35:41
  there
• 35:41
  nuances
• 35:42
  to
• 35:42
  some
• 35:43
  surfaces
• 35:43
  and
• 35:43
  chemicals?
• 35:44
  Absolutely.
• 35:45
  But
• 35:45
  honestly,
• 35:46
  it's
• 35:46
  a
• 35:46
  very
• 35:47
  easy
• 35:48
  business
• 35:49
  from
• 35:49
  an
• 35:49
  operational
• 35:50
  standpoint.
• 35:50
  And
• 35:50
  what
• 35:51
  helps
• 35:51
  even
• 35:51
  more
• 35:51
  with
• 35:52
  that
• 35:52
  is
• 35:52
  when
• 35:52
  it
• 35:52
  comes
• 35:52
  to
• 35:53
  staffing.
• 35:53
  So
• 35:54
  whether
• 35:54
  you
• 35:54
  have
• 35:55
  to
• 35:55
  add
• 35:55
  additional
• 35:55
  team
• 35:56
  members
• 35:56
  through
• 35:56
  the
• 35:56
  growth
• 35:57
  of
• 35:57
  your
• 35:57
  business
• 35:57
  or
• 35:58
  you
• 35:58
  have
• 35:58
  to
• 35:59
  replace
• 35:59
  a
• 35:59
  team
• 36:00
  member,
• 36:00
  it's
• 36:01
  very
• 36:01
  easy
• 36:02
  to
• 36:02
  get
• 36:02
  someone
• 36:02
  new
• 36:03
  on
• 36:03
  the
• 36:03
  team.
• 36:03
  And
• 36:04
  typically
• 36:04
  within
• 36:04
  two
• 36:05
  to
• 36:05
  three
• 36:05
  days
• 36:05
  of
• 36:05
  on
• 36:06
  the
• 36:06
  job
• 36:06
  training,
• 36:06
  they
• 36:07
  are
• 36:07
  a
• 36:08
  relatively
• 36:08
  good
• 36:08
  technician.
• 36:10
  Man,
• 36:10
  that
• 36:10
  is
• 36:10
  great.
• 36:10
  And
• 36:11
  you
• 36:11
  guys
• 36:11
  cover
• 36:12
  so
• 36:12
  many
• 36:12
  different
• 36:12
  things
• 36:13
  besides
• 36:13
  just
• 36:14
  roof
• 36:15
  sighting
• 36:15
  and
• 36:16
  maybe
• 36:16
  driveways
• 36:17
  and
• 36:17
  fences.
• 36:17
  You
• 36:17
  guys
• 36:18
  get
• 36:18
  into
• 36:18
  the
• 36:19
  decks
• 36:19
  and
• 36:19
  sport
• 36:20
  courts
• 36:20
  and
• 36:20
  all
• 36:20
  the
• 36:20
  things
• 36:21
  that
• 36:21
  you
• 36:21
  see
• 36:21
  outside,
• 36:22
  basically
• 36:22
  it's
• 36:22
  outside
• 36:23
  and
• 36:23
  it
• 36:23
  could
• 36:23
  be
• 36:23
  cleaned.
• 36:23
  It
• 36:23
  looks
• 36:24
  like
• 36:24
  you
• 36:24
  guys
• 36:24
  knock
• 36:24
  it
• 36:24
  out.
• 36:25
  Exactly.
• 36:26
  That's.
• 36:26
  You
• 36:27
  name
• 36:27
  it.
• 36:27
  I
• 36:27
  know
• 36:27
  the
• 36:28
  target
• 36:28
  audience
• 36:29
  for
• 36:29
  the
• 36:29
  show
• 36:30
  is
• 36:30
  all
• 36:30
  residential,
• 36:31
  but
• 36:31
  honestly,
• 36:32
  Eric,
• 36:32
  anything
• 36:33
  that's
• 36:33
  out
• 36:33
  there.
• 36:34
  So
• 36:34
  I
• 36:34
  look
• 36:34
  at
• 36:34
  some
• 36:34
  of
• 36:35
  the,
• 36:36
  some
• 36:36
  of
• 36:36
  the
• 36:36
  contracts
• 36:37
  that
• 36:37
  we've
• 36:37
  done
• 36:37
  over
• 36:37
  the
• 36:38
  last
• 36:38
  year.
• 36:38
  And
• 36:38
  so
• 36:39
  we
• 36:39
  have
• 36:39
  franchisees
• 36:40
  who
• 36:40
  have
• 36:41
  a
• 36:41
  massive
• 36:42
  contract
• 36:42
  to
• 36:42
  clean
• 36:43
  17
• 36:43
  miles
• 36:44
  of
• 36:44
  interstate
• 36:44
  in
• 36:45
  Florida.
• 36:46
  We
• 36:46
  have
• 36:46
  a
• 36:47
  franchisee
• 36:47
  who
• 36:48
  has
• 36:48
  another
• 36:48
  substantial
• 36:49
  contract
• 36:49
  to
• 36:49
  clean
• 36:49
  garbage
• 36:50
  trucks
• 36:51
  in
• 36:51
  Kansas
• 36:52
  City.
• 36:52
  Yeah,
• 36:52
  another
• 36:53
  franchise.
• 36:53
  I
• 36:53
  want
• 36:53
  the
• 36:54
  smell
• 36:54
  of
• 36:54
  vision
• 36:54
  on
• 36:54
  that
• 36:54
  one,
• 36:55
  by
• 36:55
  the
• 36:55
  way.
• 36:56
  No,
• 36:56
  thanks.
• 36:57
  Yep.
• 36:57
  But
• 36:57
  then
• 36:58
  we
• 36:58
  have
• 36:58
  franchise.
• 36:59
  I'll
• 36:59
  tell
• 36:59
  you
• 36:59
  that
• 36:59
  that
• 37:00
  heavy
• 37:00
  equipment.
• 37:01
  So
• 37:01
  heavy
• 37:01
  equipment,
• 37:02
  school
• 37:02
  buses,
• 37:03
  trucks,
• 37:04
  you
• 37:04
  name
• 37:04
  it.
• 37:04
  That
• 37:05
  is
• 37:05
  all
• 37:05
  stuff
• 37:05
  that
• 37:05
  needs
• 37:06
  to
• 37:06
  be
• 37:06
  cleaned.
• 37:06
  Routine.
• 37:07
  But
• 37:08
  that
• 37:08
  you
• 37:08
  can't
• 37:08
  just
• 37:08
  run
• 37:09
  through
• 37:09
  a
• 37:09
  car
• 37:09
  wash.
• 37:10
  Okay.
• 37:10
  Even
• 37:10
  though
• 37:11
  you
• 37:11
  have
• 37:11
  companies
• 37:12
  out
• 37:12
  there
• 37:12
  like
• 37:12
  Blue
• 37:12
  Beacon
• 37:13
  where
• 37:13
  you
• 37:13
  could
• 37:13
  put
• 37:13
  a
• 37:14
  truck
• 37:14
  through
• 37:14
  a
• 37:14
  car,
• 37:15
  there's
• 37:15
  still
• 37:15
  a
• 37:15
  cost
• 37:16
  associated
• 37:16
  with
• 37:17
  driving
• 37:17
  a
• 37:18
  semi
• 37:18
  that's
• 37:19
  under
• 37:19
  load
• 37:19
  to
• 37:20
  one
• 37:20
  of
• 37:20
  those
• 37:20
  locations
• 37:21
  where
• 37:21
  you
• 37:22
  could
• 37:22
  just
• 37:22
  have
• 37:22
  someone
• 37:22
  roll
• 37:23
  out
• 37:23
  in
• 37:23
  a
• 37:23
  mobile
• 37:23
  truck
• 37:24
  and
• 37:24
  then
• 37:24
  clean
• 37:24
  your
• 37:25
  fleet
• 37:25
  right
• 37:25
  there
• 37:25
  on
• 37:26
  site.
• 37:26
  You
• 37:26
  don't
• 37:27
  have
• 37:27
  to
• 37:27
  worry
• 37:27
  about
• 37:27
  any
• 37:28
  like,
• 37:28
  any
• 37:28
  freight
• 37:28
  management
• 37:29
  or
• 37:29
  anything
• 37:29
  like
• 37:30
  that.
• 37:30
  So
• 37:31
  really
• 37:31
  any
• 37:32
  kind
• 37:32
  of
• 37:32
  exterior
• 37:33
  surface
• 37:34
  we
• 37:34
  can
• 37:34
  clean.
• 37:35
  And
• 37:35
  then
• 37:35
  when
• 37:35
  you
• 37:35
  get
• 37:35
  to
• 37:36
  a
• 37:36
  height
• 37:36
  element,
• 37:36
  we
• 37:37
  have
• 37:37
  some
• 37:37
  larger
• 37:38
  homes
• 37:38
  and
• 37:39
  apartment
• 37:39
  complexes
• 37:40
  we've
• 37:40
  done
• 37:40
  it
• 37:40
  for.
• 37:41
  We
• 37:41
  use
• 37:42
  drones.
• 37:42
  I
• 37:42
  don't
• 37:42
  know
• 37:43
  if
• 37:43
  you've
• 37:43
  seen
• 37:43
  any
• 37:43
  of
• 37:43
  that.
• 37:43
  We're
• 37:44
  affiliated
• 37:44
  with
• 37:44
  Alpha
• 37:45
  drones
• 37:45
  and
• 37:46
  exclude
• 37:46
  their
• 37:46
  exclusive
• 37:47
  provider.
• 37:48
  And
• 37:48
  they
• 37:48
  can
• 37:49
  mobilize
• 37:49
  anywhere
• 37:50
  where
• 37:50
  we're
• 37:50
  at
• 37:51
  in
• 37:51
  the
• 37:51
  country.
• 37:51
  And
• 37:52
  we've
• 37:52
  used
• 37:52
  them
• 37:52
  three
• 37:53
  times
• 37:53
  now
• 37:53
  in
• 37:53
  New
• 37:54
  Orleans
• 37:54
  personally.
• 37:54
  For
• 37:55
  jobs.
• 37:55
  Yeah,
• 37:56
  for
• 37:56
  jobs
• 37:56
  where
• 37:57
  it's
• 37:57
  just
• 37:57
  more.
• 37:58
  It
• 37:58
  makes
• 37:58
  more
• 37:59
  sense
• 37:59
  than
• 37:59
  having
• 37:59
  to
• 37:59
  get
• 38:00
  80,
• 38:01
  100
• 38:01
  foot
• 38:02
  lift
• 38:02
  on
• 38:02
  site
• 38:02
  in
• 38:03
  order
• 38:03
  to
• 38:03
  power
• 38:03
  wash
• 38:04
  that
• 38:04
  high.
• 38:05
  That
• 38:05
  is
• 38:06
  crazy
• 38:06
  cool
• 38:07
  because.
• 38:07
  Yeah.
• 38:07
  Nobody
• 38:08
  wants
• 38:08
  to
• 38:08
  get
• 38:08
  up
• 38:08
  that
• 38:08
  high.
• 38:08
  And
• 38:09
  plus
• 38:09
  you've
• 38:09
  got
• 38:10
  a
• 38:10
  hose
• 38:10
  that
• 38:10
  long.
• 38:10
  Everything
• 38:11
  else,
• 38:11
  that's
• 38:11
  a
• 38:11
  lot
• 38:11
  to
• 38:12
  deal
• 38:12
  with.
• 38:12
  And
• 38:13
  that's
• 38:13
  kind
• 38:13
  of
• 38:13
  trick
• 38:13
  using
• 38:14
  that
• 38:14
  technology.
• 38:15
  Yeah.
• 38:16
  And
• 38:16
  I
• 38:16
  will
• 38:16
  tell
• 38:16
  you
• 38:16
  another
• 38:17
  aspect
• 38:17
  of
• 38:17
  it
• 38:17
  is
• 38:18
  not
• 38:18
  only
• 38:18
  does
• 38:18
  it
• 38:19
  help
• 38:19
  out,
• 38:19
  let's
• 38:19
  say
• 38:19
  it's
• 38:20
  a
• 38:20
  enormous
• 38:21
  home
• 38:21
  that
• 38:22
  you're
• 38:22
  using
• 38:22
  or
• 38:22
  apartment
• 38:23
  complex
• 38:23
  or
• 38:24
  just
• 38:24
  something
• 38:24
  in
• 38:24
  the
• 38:25
  city,
• 38:25
  let's
• 38:25
  say
• 38:25
  a
• 38:26
  city
• 38:26
  hall,
• 38:26
  for
• 38:26
  instance.
• 38:27
  Yeah.
• 38:27
  When
• 38:28
  you
• 38:28
  have
• 38:28
  the
• 38:28
  drones
• 38:29
  on
• 38:29
  site,
• 38:29
  not
• 38:29
  only
• 38:30
  is
• 38:30
  it
• 38:30
  cleaning,
• 38:31
  it's
• 38:31
  very
• 38:31
  efficient,
• 38:32
  but
• 38:32
  it
• 38:32
  draws
• 38:33
  a
• 38:33
  crowd.
• 38:34
  If
• 38:34
  you
• 38:34
  as
• 38:34
  a
• 38:34
  consumer
• 38:35
  are
• 38:35
  really
• 38:35
  trying
• 38:36
  to
• 38:36
  drive
• 38:36
  the
• 38:37
  point
• 38:37
  home
• 38:37
  of
• 38:37
  how,
• 38:38
  how
• 38:38
  much
• 38:38
  you're
• 38:38
  reinvesting
• 38:39
  in
• 38:39
  your
• 38:39
  infrastructure.
• 38:40
  Okay.
• 38:40
  And
• 38:41
  how
• 38:41
  important
• 38:41
  cleanliness
• 38:42
  is
• 38:42
  to
• 38:42
  you.
• 38:43
  There
• 38:43
  is
• 38:43
  no
• 38:44
  way
• 38:44
  to
• 38:44
  get
• 38:44
  like
• 38:45
  better
• 38:45
  PR
• 38:45
  than
• 38:46
  having
• 38:46
  a
• 38:46
  drone
• 38:47
  up
• 38:47
  four
• 38:47
  to
• 38:47
  six
• 38:48
  stories.
• 38:48
  That's
• 38:48
  power
• 38:49
  washing.
• 38:49
  Any
• 38:49
  passersby
• 38:50
  always
• 38:51
  stop
• 38:51
  by,
• 38:51
  they're
• 38:52
  taking
• 38:52
  photos.
• 38:53
  You've
• 38:53
  had
• 38:53
  news
• 38:53
  crews
• 38:54
  pull
• 38:54
  up
• 38:54
  on
• 38:54
  site.
• 38:54
  It's.
• 38:55
  It's
• 38:55
  really
• 38:55
  entertaining.
• 38:57
  So
• 38:57
  basically
• 38:57
  what
• 38:58
  you
• 38:58
  need
• 38:58
  to
• 38:58
  do
• 38:58
  is
• 38:58
  you
• 38:58
  need
• 38:58
  to
• 38:59
  hire
• 38:59
  those
• 38:59
  guys
• 38:59
  and
• 39:00
  then
• 39:00
  hire
• 39:00
  another
• 39:00
  drone
• 39:01
  company
• 39:02
  to
• 39:02
  run
• 39:02
  around
• 39:03
  and
• 39:04
  basically
• 39:05
  hang
• 39:05
  your
• 39:05
  signs
• 39:06
  out
• 39:06
  there.
• 39:06
  Rock
• 39:07
  and
• 39:07
  roll.
• 39:08
  Yep.
• 39:08
  Like
• 39:08
  the
• 39:08
  drone
• 39:09
  light
• 39:09
  shows
• 39:09
  and
• 39:09
  stuff.
• 39:10
  Exactly.
• 39:10
  Just
• 39:11
  be
• 39:11
  like
• 39:11
  the
• 39:11
  old
• 39:12
  planes
• 39:12
  running
• 39:12
  around
• 39:12
  the
• 39:13
  neighborhood.
• 39:13
  Exactly.
• 39:15
  With
• 39:15
  the
• 39:16
  banners.
• 39:16
  That
• 39:16
  would
• 39:16
  be
• 39:16
  awesome.
• 39:17
  So
• 39:18
  you
• 39:18
  guys
• 39:18
  are
• 39:18
  just
• 39:18
  jamming
• 39:19
  on
• 39:19
  it
• 39:19
  out
• 39:19
  there.
• 39:19
  What's
• 39:20
  the
• 39:20
  best
• 39:20
  way
• 39:20
  for
• 39:21
  people
• 39:21
  to.
• 39:22
  To
• 39:22
  work
• 39:22
  with
• 39:22
  you
• 39:23
  guys?
• 39:23
  What's
• 39:23
  the
• 39:23
  process
• 39:24
  if
• 39:24
  they
• 39:24
  go,
• 39:25
  man,
• 39:25
  I
• 39:25
  got
• 39:25
  some
• 39:26
  cleanup
• 39:26
  I
• 39:26
  need.
• 39:27
  Sure.
• 39:28
  So
• 39:28
  we
• 39:29
  have
• 39:29
  quite
• 39:29
  a
• 39:29
  few
• 39:29
  ways
• 39:30
  and
• 39:30
  that's
• 39:30
  one
• 39:30
  that
• 39:30
  we
• 39:30
  really
• 39:31
  want
• 39:31
  to
• 39:31
  make
• 39:31
  this
• 39:31
  easy
• 39:32
  for
• 39:32
  the
• 39:32
  consumer
• 39:33
  to
• 39:33
  get
• 39:33
  us
• 39:33
  out
• 39:33
  there.
• 39:34
  That
• 39:34
  was
• 39:34
  like
• 39:34
  very
• 39:34
  important
• 39:35
  to
• 39:35
  us.
• 39:36
  So
• 39:36
  if
• 39:36
  you
• 39:36
  go
• 39:36
  on
• 39:36
  your.
• 39:37
  You
• 39:37
  look
• 39:38
  at
• 39:38
  power
• 39:38
  washing
• 39:38
  near
• 39:39
  me,
• 39:39
  typically
• 39:40
  we're
• 39:40
  ranked
• 39:40
  very
• 39:41
  high
• 39:41
  in
• 39:41
  those
• 39:42
  when
• 39:42
  our
• 39:42
  SEO
• 39:43
  and
• 39:43
  Google.
• 39:43
  But
• 39:43
  if
• 39:43
  you
• 39:44
  just
• 39:44
  go
• 39:44
  right
• 39:44
  to
• 39:44
  rolling
• 39:45
  suds.com
• 39:46
  it
• 39:46
  will
• 39:46
  direct
• 39:47
  you
• 39:47
  to
• 39:47
  your
• 39:47
  local
• 39:48
  Rolling
• 39:48
  Suds.
• 39:49
  And
• 39:49
  then
• 39:49
  you
• 39:49
  can
• 39:49
  schedule
• 39:50
  right
• 39:50
  through
• 39:50
  us.
• 39:50
  We
• 39:51
  have
• 39:51
  a
• 39:51
  call
• 39:51
  center
• 39:52
  too
• 39:52
  that
• 39:52
  will
• 39:52
  schedule
• 39:53
  everything
• 39:53
  with
• 39:53
  your
• 39:54
  local
• 39:54
  franchisees.
• 39:55
  And
• 39:55
  then
• 39:55
  what's
• 39:56
  nice
• 39:56
  as
• 39:56
  far
• 39:56
  as
• 39:57
  ease
• 39:57
  of
• 39:57
  use
• 39:57
  goes,
• 39:58
  we
• 39:58
  can
• 39:58
  really
• 39:59
  do
• 39:59
  this.
• 39:59
  We
• 40:00
  can
• 40:00
  set
• 40:00
  up
• 40:00
  an
• 40:00
  appointment
• 40:01
  and
• 40:01
  get
• 40:01
  you
• 40:01
  an
• 40:01
  estimate
• 40:02
  it
• 40:02
  any
• 40:02
  way
• 40:03
  that's
• 40:03
  beneficial
• 40:03
  for
• 40:03
  the
• 40:04
  consumer.
• 40:04
  So
• 40:04
  if
• 40:04
  you're
• 40:04
  a
• 40:05
  consumer
• 40:05
  who
• 40:05
  wants
• 40:05
  us
• 40:06
  to
• 40:06
  be
• 40:06
  there
• 40:06
  on
• 40:07
  site
• 40:07
  and
• 40:07
  do
• 40:07
  the
• 40:08
  walk
• 40:08
  of
• 40:08
  the
• 40:08
  property
• 40:08
  with
• 40:09
  you,
• 40:09
  we
• 40:09
  absolutely
• 40:10
  can.
• 40:10
  Or
• 40:10
  if
• 40:11
  you're
• 40:11
  an
• 40:11
  incredibly
• 40:11
  busy
• 40:12
  person,
• 40:13
  you're
• 40:13
  not
• 40:13
  at
• 40:13
  your
• 40:14
  house
• 40:14
  a
• 40:14
  whole
• 40:14
  lot,
• 40:14
  or
• 40:14
  let's
• 40:15
  say
• 40:15
  this
• 40:15
  is
• 40:15
  a
• 40:15
  vacation
• 40:15
  home
• 40:16
  and
• 40:16
  you
• 40:16
  want
• 40:16
  us
• 40:16
  to
• 40:17
  do
• 40:17
  the
• 40:17
  entire
• 40:17
  thing
• 40:17
  virtually,
• 40:18
  we
• 40:18
  can
• 40:18
  do
• 40:19
  that
• 40:19
  as
• 40:19
  well
• 40:19
  too.
• 40:19
  Like
• 40:20
  we
• 40:20
  really
• 40:20
  leave
• 40:20
  it
• 40:20
  open
• 40:21
  so
• 40:21
  that
• 40:21
  we
• 40:22
  can
• 40:22
  tailor
• 40:22
  our
• 40:22
  approach
• 40:22
  to
• 40:23
  whatever
• 40:23
  it
• 40:23
  is
• 40:24
  the
• 40:24
  consumer's
• 40:24
  demands
• 40:25
  are.
• 40:26
  Yeah,
• 40:26
  I
• 40:26
  just
• 40:26
  pulled
• 40:26
  up
• 40:26
  your
• 40:27
  map
• 40:27
  and
• 40:27
  man,
• 40:27
  you've
• 40:27
  got
• 40:28
  one
• 40:28
  up
• 40:28
  the
• 40:28
  street
• 40:28
  for
• 40:28
  me.
• 40:29
  But
• 40:29
  basically
• 40:30
  you've
• 40:30
  got
• 40:30
  shoreline
• 40:31
  to
• 40:31
  Miami.
• 40:32
  It
• 40:32
  looks
• 40:32
  like
• 40:32
  you're
• 40:33
  coast
• 40:33
  to
• 40:33
  coast.
• 40:34
  Exactly,
• 40:34
  yeah.
• 40:35
  Coast
• 40:35
  to
• 40:35
  coast
• 40:35
  right
• 40:36
  now.
• 40:36
  Yeah,
• 40:36
  we
• 40:36
  were
• 40:36
  able
• 40:37
  to.
• 40:37
  We
• 40:37
  were
• 40:37
  able
• 40:37
  to
• 40:38
  officially
• 40:38
  be
• 40:38
  coast
• 40:38
  to
• 40:39
  coast,
• 40:39
  I
• 40:39
  think
• 40:39
  right
• 40:39
  at
• 40:40
  the
• 40:40
  end
• 40:40
  of
• 40:40
  23,
• 40:41
  if
• 40:42
  I
• 40:42
  remember
• 40:42
  correctly.
• 40:43
  And
• 40:43
  yeah,
• 40:43
  it's
• 40:43
  been,
• 40:43
  it
• 40:44
  has
• 40:44
  been
• 40:44
  quite
• 40:44
  the
• 40:44
  ride
• 40:45
  this
• 40:45
  last
• 40:45
  two
• 40:45
  years.
• 40:45
  It
• 40:46
  really
• 40:46
  has.
• 40:47
  That
• 40:47
  is
• 40:47
  great.
• 40:48
  And
• 40:48
  what
• 40:48
  do
• 40:48
  you
• 40:48
  recommend
• 40:49
  for
• 40:49
  people?
• 40:49
  I'm
• 40:50
  sure
• 40:50
  it's
• 40:50
  per
• 40:50
  market.
• 40:51
  I
• 40:51
  mean,
• 40:51
  it's
• 40:52
  got
• 40:52
  to
• 40:52
  be
• 40:52
  different
• 40:52
  in
• 40:53
  Miami,
• 40:53
  Las
• 40:54
  Vegas
• 40:54
  to
• 40:54
  Seattle
• 40:55
  to
• 40:55
  Boston.
• 40:56
  But
• 40:56
  when
• 40:57
  should
• 40:57
  people
• 40:57
  be
• 40:58
  doing
• 40:58
  this?
• 40:58
  Is
• 40:58
  this
• 40:58
  every
• 40:59
  couple
• 40:59
  years?
• 40:59
  Many
• 41:00
  times
• 41:00
  for
• 41:00
  roofs
• 41:01
  or
• 41:01
  what
• 41:01
  do
• 41:01
  you
• 41:01
  recommend
• 41:02
  for
• 41:02
  that?
• 41:03
  Yes.
• 41:04
  So
• 41:04
  if
• 41:04
  we
• 41:04
  are
• 41:04
  talking
• 41:05
  about
• 41:05
  deciding
• 41:05
  on
• 41:06
  a
• 41:06
  home,
• 41:06
  I
• 41:06
  would
• 41:07
  say
• 41:07
  one
• 41:07
  to
• 41:08
  two
• 41:08
  years.
• 41:08
  You're
• 41:09
  good.
• 41:09
  Now,
• 41:09
  if
• 41:09
  we're
• 41:09
  talking
• 41:10
  about
• 41:10
  the
• 41:10
  roofs,
• 41:11
  because
• 41:11
  we're
• 41:12
  actually
• 41:12
  killing
• 41:12
  that.
• 41:13
  The
• 41:13
  organic
• 41:14
  materials
• 41:14
  which
• 41:14
  you
• 41:14
  have
• 41:15
  to
• 41:15
  worry
• 41:15
  about
• 41:15
  the
• 41:15
  most.
• 41:15
  For
• 41:15
  the
• 41:16
  roof,
• 41:16
  I
• 41:16
  would
• 41:16
  say
• 41:17
  once
• 41:17
  every
• 41:18
  three
• 41:18
  years.
• 41:19
  You
• 41:19
  are
• 41:19
  in
• 41:19
  good
• 41:20
  shape
• 41:20
  for
• 41:20
  that.
• 41:20
  Now,
• 41:21
  like
• 41:21
  you
• 41:21
  said,
• 41:22
  it
• 41:22
  matters
• 41:22
  about
• 41:22
  where
• 41:23
  you're
• 41:23
  at.
• 41:23
  So
• 41:23
  I
• 41:23
  would
• 41:24
  say
• 41:24
  you
• 41:24
  could
• 41:24
  easily
• 41:25
  double
• 41:26
  that
• 41:26
  timeline
• 41:27
  if
• 41:27
  we
• 41:27
  were
• 41:27
  talking
• 41:27
  about
• 41:28
  someone
• 41:28
  who
• 41:28
  was
• 41:28
  in
• 41:29
  Nevada
• 41:30
  compared
• 41:30
  to
• 41:30
  someone
• 41:31
  who
• 41:31
  is
• 41:31
  in,
• 41:31
  in
• 41:32
  Miami.
• 41:32
  But
• 41:32
  if
• 41:32
  you
• 41:33
  want
• 41:33
  a
• 41:34
  buttoned
• 41:34
  up
• 41:34
  appearance
• 41:35
  on
• 41:35
  your
• 41:35
  home
• 41:35
  and
• 41:35
  you're
• 41:36
  in
• 41:36
  a
• 41:36
  coastal
• 41:36
  area,
• 41:36
  I
• 41:37
  think
• 41:37
  once
• 41:37
  a
• 41:37
  year
• 41:38
  would
• 41:38
  be
• 41:38
  the
• 41:38
  perfect,
• 41:39
  perfect
• 41:39
  cadence
• 41:40
  to
• 41:40
  get
• 41:40
  this
• 41:40
  done.
• 41:41
  Man,
• 41:42
  that
• 41:42
  is
• 41:42
  great.
• 41:43
  Evan,
• 41:43
  is
• 41:43
  there
• 41:43
  anything
• 41:43
  else
• 41:44
  we
• 41:44
  missed
• 41:44
  today
• 41:44
  in
• 41:45
  our
• 41:45
  and
• 41:45
  our
• 41:45
  great
• 41:46
  discussion
• 41:46
  talk
• 41:47
  about
• 41:47
  cleaning
• 41:47
  things
• 41:47
  up
• 41:48
  and
• 41:48
  getting
• 41:48
  things
• 41:49
  taken
• 41:49
  care
• 41:49
  of
• 41:50
  and
• 41:50
  all
• 41:50
  without
• 41:51
  keeping
• 41:51
  that
• 41:51
  homeowner
• 41:52
  on
• 41:52
  the
• 41:52
  roof
• 41:52
  or
• 41:52
  up
• 41:53
  on
• 41:53
  the
• 41:53
  ladder
• 41:53
  or
• 41:53
  anything
• 41:53
  else?
• 41:54
  I
• 41:54
  like
• 41:54
  the
• 41:54
  safety
• 41:55
  aspect
• 41:55
  of
• 41:55
  it
• 41:56
  too
• 41:56
  because
• 41:56
  I
• 41:57
  tell
• 41:57
  you
• 41:57
  what,
• 41:57
  my
• 41:58
  significant
• 41:58
  other
• 41:58
  does
• 41:59
  not
• 41:59
  like
• 41:59
  it
• 41:59
  when
• 41:59
  I'm
• 42:00
  up
• 42:00
  on
• 42:00
  the
• 42:00
  ladder
• 42:00
  and,
• 42:00
  and
• 42:01
  makes
• 42:02
  people
• 42:02
  nervous,
• 42:02
  let's
• 42:03
  put
• 42:03
  it
• 42:03
  that
• 42:03
  way.
• 42:03
  Yes.
• 42:04
  Now,
• 42:04
  Eric,
• 42:05
  I've
• 42:05
  really
• 42:05
  enjoyed
• 42:06
  my
• 42:06
  time.
• 42:06
  I
• 42:06
  would
• 42:06
  say
• 42:06
  the
• 42:07
  last
• 42:07
  thing
• 42:07
  I
• 42:07
  want
• 42:07
  to
• 42:07
  leave
• 42:07
  you
• 42:08
  with
• 42:08
  is,
• 42:09
  I
• 42:09
  know
• 42:09
  it
• 42:09
  seems
• 42:09
  enticing
• 42:10
  to
• 42:10
  just
• 42:11
  go
• 42:11
  pick
• 42:11
  up
• 42:11
  your
• 42:12
  own
• 42:12
  power
• 42:12
  washer
• 42:13
  or
• 42:14
  whatever
• 42:14
  it
• 42:14
  is
• 42:14
  that
• 42:14
  you
• 42:15
  met.
• 42:15
  Let's
• 42:15
  say
• 42:15
  it's
• 42:15
  related
• 42:15
  to
• 42:16
  lawn
• 42:16
  care,
• 42:16
  you
• 42:16
  get
• 42:16
  that.
• 42:17
  But
• 42:17
  there
• 42:18
  is
• 42:18
  such
• 42:18
  a,
• 42:19
  there's
• 42:20
  such
• 42:20
  a
• 42:20
  confidence
• 42:21
  inspiring
• 42:22
  aspect
• 42:22
  to
• 42:23
  this.
• 42:23
  When
• 42:23
  you
• 42:23
  hire
• 42:24
  a
• 42:24
  professional
• 42:24
  and
• 42:25
  you
• 42:25
  know
• 42:25
  that
• 42:25
  they
• 42:25
  can
• 42:26
  complete
• 42:26
  whatever
• 42:27
  it
• 42:27
  is
• 42:27
  that
• 42:27
  you
• 42:27
  want
• 42:27
  to
• 42:27
  get
• 42:28
  completed
• 42:28
  it,
• 42:28
  that
• 42:29
  they
• 42:29
  will
• 42:29
  do
• 42:29
  it
• 42:29
  to
• 42:30
  the
• 42:30
  standard
• 42:30
  that
• 42:30
  you're
• 42:31
  looking
• 42:31
  for
• 42:32
  and
• 42:32
  you
• 42:32
  don't
• 42:33
  have
• 42:33
  to
• 42:33
  use
• 42:33
  your
• 42:34
  own
• 42:34
  time
• 42:34
  to
• 42:35
  do
• 42:35
  it.
• 42:35
  And
• 42:35
  your
• 42:36
  time
• 42:36
  is
• 42:37
  very
• 42:37
  valuable.
• 42:38
  It's.
• 42:38
  You're
• 42:38
  probably
• 42:39
  going
• 42:39
  to
• 42:39
  have
• 42:39
  to
• 42:39
  spend
• 42:40
  3x
• 42:40
  the
• 42:41
  amount
• 42:41
  of
• 42:41
  time
• 42:41
  that
• 42:41
  it
• 42:41
  would
• 42:42
  take
• 42:42
  to
• 42:42
  have
• 42:42
  a
• 42:42
  professional
• 42:43
  power
• 42:43
  washer
• 42:43
  come
• 42:44
  out
• 42:44
  for
• 42:45
  honestly,
• 42:45
  what
• 42:45
  probably
• 42:46
  wouldn't
• 42:46
  be
• 42:46
  as
• 42:46
  comprehensive
• 42:47
  as
• 42:47
  a
• 42:48
  product.
• 42:49
  And
• 42:49
  so
• 42:49
  I
• 42:50
  just,
• 42:50
  I
• 42:50
  would
• 42:50
  encourage
• 42:51
  anyone
• 42:51
  who's
• 42:52
  considering
• 42:52
  it.
• 42:52
  I
• 42:52
  have
• 42:53
  my
• 42:53
  own
• 42:53
  power
• 42:53
  washer.
• 42:54
  I
• 42:54
  never
• 42:54
  use
• 42:55
  it.
• 42:55
  Okay.
• 42:55
  I
• 42:55
  felt
• 42:55
  like
• 42:56
  right
• 42:56
  into
• 42:56
  that
• 42:56
  trap,
• 42:56
  there
• 42:57
  was
• 42:57
  one
• 42:57
  on
• 42:57
  Amazon
• 42:58
  Prime
• 42:58
  Day,
• 42:58
  so
• 42:59
  I
• 42:59
  picked
• 42:59
  it
• 42:59
  up.
• 42:59
  I
• 42:59
  hardly
• 43:00
  ever
• 43:00
  use
• 43:00
  it
• 43:00
  myself.
• 43:01
  I
• 43:01
  would
• 43:01
  really
• 43:02
  encourage
• 43:02
  people
• 43:02
  to
• 43:03
  do
• 43:03
  your
• 43:04
  due
• 43:04
  diligence
• 43:04
  and
• 43:05
  have
• 43:05
  a
• 43:05
  professional
• 43:06
  come
• 43:06
  out
• 43:07
  and
• 43:08
  do
• 43:08
  the
• 43:08
  work
• 43:08
  for
• 43:08
  you.
• 43:09
  And
• 43:09
  I
• 43:09
  think
• 43:09
  you
• 43:09
  will
• 43:09
  be
• 43:10
  very
• 43:10
  pleased.
• 43:11
  And
• 43:11
  if
• 43:11
  you're
• 43:12
  putting
• 43:12
  your
• 43:12
  house
• 43:12
  on
• 43:12
  the
• 43:13
  market
• 43:13
  like
• 43:13
  I
• 43:13
  am
• 43:14
  next
• 43:14
  month
• 43:14
  going
• 43:15
  to
• 43:15
  be
• 43:15
  moving
• 43:15
  on
• 43:15
  to
• 43:15
  the
• 43:16
  next
• 43:16
  one.
• 43:16
  Everybody
• 43:17
  should
• 43:17
  get
• 43:17
  that
• 43:17
  thing
• 43:18
  cleaned
• 43:18
  up,
• 43:18
  polished
• 43:18
  up
• 43:19
  and
• 43:19
  looking
• 43:19
  good.
• 43:19
  I
• 43:19
  think
• 43:19
  I'm
• 43:19
  gonna
• 43:20
  have
• 43:20
  to
• 43:20
  call
• 43:20
  your
• 43:20
  Beaverton
• 43:21
  location,
• 43:21
  get
• 43:21
  them
• 43:21
  out
• 43:21
  to
• 43:22
  take
• 43:22
  a
• 43:22
  look.
• 43:23
  Yeah,
• 43:23
  this
• 43:23
  black
• 43:24
  house
• 43:24
  could
• 43:24
  need
• 43:24
  some
• 43:25
  help
• 43:25
  because
• 43:25
  I
• 43:25
  tell
• 43:25
  you
• 43:25
  what,
• 43:26
  dirt
• 43:27
  shows
• 43:27
  up
• 43:27
  and
• 43:27
  it
• 43:28
  shows
• 43:28
  up
• 43:28
  well.
• 43:29
  Yes.
• 43:29
  And
• 43:29

• 43:30

• 43:30
  telling
• 43:30
  you,
• 43:30
  it's
• 43:30
  such
• 43:31
  a
• 43:31
  small,
• 43:31
  when
• 43:31
  you're
• 43:32
  looking
• 43:32
  at
• 43:32
  selling
• 43:32
  a
• 43:33
  home,
• 43:33
  it
• 43:33
  is
• 43:33
  such
• 43:34
  a
• 43:34
  small
• 43:34
  investment
• 43:35
  to
• 43:35
  have
• 43:35
  a
• 43:36
  power
• 43:36
  washer
• 43:36
  come

• 43:38
  exterior
• 43:38

  you
• 43:45

• 43:46
