When decades worth of worry come crashing down finally as you knew they would many years ago, your body may go into a bit of shock and, petulant, decide to become sick. This may shock you as someone who rarely gets colds or flu.
Unlike the Baby Boomers (the “Me Generation,” individualists, rebels) my generation does not believe in “teachable moments” where, like good cordycepted Communists, we gather everyone and distill life down to a few simple statements of dogma, but we do believe in learning from experience.
