I have a confession that will ruffle some feathers: I hate process documentation. *Gasp!*
Sure, documenting your processes seems logical. But what if those systems are already broken? You can't document your way to excellence. Garbage in, garbage out.
You have to check whether your workflow actually works first.
That said, I don't hate process documentation itself. My issue is with how most people go about it.
