Elizabeth attended Le Cordon Bleu Paris pâtisserie program and has worked in the pastry kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Café Gray and Gordon Ramsay. She then pivoted into a long career in investment management before rediscovering her passion for pastry during COVID, ultimately realizing her dream of owning a café and patisserie with Saisons Sucrées, which she opened in the spring of 2025.
