- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Since the OIG report has been released, we've been going
- 0:08through it chapter by chapter, and I have to tell
- 0:12you it's been very painful for me not to comment
- 0:16on what we've been talking about because some of the stuff,
- 0:19all right, basically all of the stuff in that OIG
- 0:22report is absolutely bs. And we're almost done with the
- 0:27OIG report as far as adding it without any commentary,
- 0:32and once we're done getting it added to the catalog
- 0:35so folks can get the official narrative from the mouth
- 0:38of the horse itself, meaning the United States government, We're
- 0:42going to really dive in and break it all down,
- 0:46because I have to tell you, the OIG spent four
- 0:49years investigating what happened to Epstein and that's what they
- 0:53come up with. And I can't tell you how many
- 0:55times throughout that report they talk about this one was
- 0:58a failure, that one was a failure. This person didn't
- 1:01do their job, that person didn't do their job. How
- 1:04many of those people ended up in prison, How many
- 1:07of those people lost their jobs, How many of those
- 1:09people lost their pensions? Oh, that's right, none of them.
- 1:13In fact, the warden was quietly shipped off to a
- 1:16better position. So you better believe that I'm going to
- 1:19have a lot to say in the coming weeks, coming
- 1:22days about that report, and We're gonna really deconstruct the
- 1:26shit out of it, and I might just go through
- 1:28it chapter by chapter and break it all down with commentary,
- 1:32and then at that point we'll have the sanitized version
- 1:34of it, meaning the government narrative, and then will add
- 1:38my version of it with commentary about what I think
- 1:41about their stupid ass narrative. But before we get there,
- 1:45why don't we hear from doctor Boden, the fame pathologist
- 1:49who sat in on the Epstein autopsy, and let's see
- 1:52what he has to say about this OIG report. This
- 1:56article is from Radar Online headline ridiculous forensic pathologists slams
- 2:03Department of Justice report on Jeffrey Epstein's death. They didn't
- 2:07contact me, and of course they didn't. They didn't contact
- 2:11a lot of people. They didn't even really delve deep
- 2:14into what happened. Everything they talked about was systemic and
- 2:18that was all carefully curated. And the sad part is
- 2:22the legacy media by and large bought it. Hook line
- 2:26and sinker as if that OIG report settles everything and
- 2:30that anybody who still has questions is some kind of
- 2:33conspiracy theorist. This article was authored by Douglas Montero. Renowned
- 2:39forensic pathologist doctor Michael Boden slammed a four year Department
- 2:43of Justice report examining the prison death of Jeffrey Epstein,
- 2:47calling its findings ridiculous for ignoring the clear cut evidence
- 2:51of a homicide. Radar online dot Com can exclusively reveal now.
- 2:56According to the OIG report itself, the Inspector General talked
- 3:01to a bunch of inmates, a bunch of convicts, and
- 3:04used what they had to say as evidence that Epstein
- 3:07didn't kill himself. However, they didn't think that talking to
- 3:10doctor Michael Boden, a renowned pathologist who sat in on
- 3:15the autopsy, was a good idea. How was this a
- 3:18full and comprehensive investigation if you're not even talking to
- 3:22key participants who had a part to play on the stage.
- 3:25The DOJ's Inspector General's one hundred and twenty eight page
- 3:28report concluded the August twenty nineteen death of the billionaire
- 3:33sex trafficker was the result of negligence and misconduct by
- 3:37jail guards who fell to monitor the convicted pedophile. Was
- 3:41it negligence or did they do it on purpose? Was
- 3:45the whole entire scenario laid out for this end result
- 3:49to take place? It would have to be a whole
- 3:51lot of negligence, folks, from a whole lot of people
- 3:54for this not to have been something that was not
- 3:57allowed to happen. And I've said from the very beginning
- 4:00that I don't think anybody crept into this cell and
- 4:03killed him while he was in that cell. I think
- 4:05that the message was sent by Tartaglioni and Epstein received
- 4:10that message and he understood that things were bleak. Now,
- 4:13he might have killed himself, but it wasn't because he
- 4:16was suicidal. It was because he understood what was coming
- 4:19down the pipe, and he knew that there was no
- 4:22way that he was going to avoid it. When you
- 4:24have the prison guards and the warden and the whole
- 4:27entire system opening that door for somebody like Tartaglioni to
- 4:32be in a cell with you. And while some people
- 4:34are looking at this OIG report and pointing to it
- 4:37as some kind of evidence that you know, everything's on
- 4:40the up and up, For me, it just bolsters what
- 4:43I've been saying from the very beginning, and honestly, if
- 4:47you look at it from that perspective, it's a genius strategy.
- 4:52You cloak your bullshit in negligence and then that way
- 4:55later on down the road you have this OIG report
- 4:58that comes out and it bolsted. There's everything you have
- 5:01to say, And honestly, that's where I'm at at this point.
- 5:06I think that Tartaglioni was there to send a message.
- 5:09I think that message was received and we see the
- 5:12end result. But doctor Bowden, who has investigated hundreds of
- 5:16prison suicides over his fifty year career as the pathologist
- 5:20for the New York State Corrections Medical Review Board and
- 5:24that monitors all prison death told Radar online dot Com
- 5:28they didn't contact me at all, even though he was
- 5:31in the autopsy room. Now, why wouldn't you contact him?
- 5:34Do you not want a competing narrative in your official narrative?
- 5:38And unfortunately, folks, what it comes down to is, this
- 5:41wasn't an investigation to try and uncover what happened. This
- 5:46was the typical internal investigation, the cover your asked investigation. Oh,
- 5:51it was systemic. It was at the management level. All
- 5:55of these people messed up at the same time. This
- 5:58one didn't talk to that one, and then this one
- 6:00lied when we investigated them, but we didn't do anything
- 6:03as far as punishment for them lying to us. So
- 6:06it's all a gigantic shit sandwich and they want us
- 6:08all to take a bite of it. But I'm not
- 6:10going to do it. I'm not going to shove this
- 6:12shit sandwich down my throat. I'm sorry, I don't believe
- 6:16the OIG report. Is that plain enough for you? Is
- 6:19that clear enough for you? Instead, they only spoke to
- 6:23the pathologist at the New York City Medical Examiner's Office,
- 6:26who determined the death was a suicide. Apparently they weren't
- 6:30interested in going into the cause of death, doctor Boden
- 6:34told the Radar Online dot Com. From the nature of
- 6:37the report, all they were focusing on was the security
- 6:40at the prison. They spoke to the New York City
- 6:43Medical Examiner that did the autopsy, and that was the
- 6:46end of it. They didn't do anything further. How Come
- 6:49the EMTs weren't interviewed. How come there was no mention
- 6:52that this story broke on four Chan thirty eight minutes
- 6:55before it broke in the legacy media. No mention of
- 6:59that at all in the OIG report. Four years investigating this,
- 7:03and that's all you guys could come up with. Then
- 7:06they come out with a ridiculous statement in the report
- 7:09that the main reason it was suicide was because there
- 7:12was no injuries to the body, since homicidal strangulation always
- 7:17has evidence of injuries, doctor Boden said, referring to the
- 7:20signs of the struggle. But doctor Boden, who retired from
- 7:24the Medical Review Board in July, told Radar Online dot
- 7:27Com in the vast majority of the strangulation cases he's investigated,
- 7:33there are rarely signs of injuries to the body except
- 7:36for the ligature mark around the neck. As Radar Online
- 7:40dot Com reported, Epstein was found dead in his cell
- 7:43on August tenth at the Metropolitan Correctional Center with a
- 7:46noose made from bedsheets, tied to a bunk bed and
- 7:49wrapped around his neck. And again, how did he get
- 7:52all those linens that just happened? It was just magical
- 7:55they all appeared in there. Or did the staff willingly
- 7:57turn a blind eye because they wanted this to be
- 8:00the result. You see, That's what nobody's talking about. And
- 8:03that's what I want to shine a spotlight on. I mean,
- 8:05am I the only one who sees what happened here?
- 8:09That this whole entire thing was set up perfectly for
- 8:12this result to be the eventual outcome of Epstein being
- 8:16in that jail cell. And I want you to keep
- 8:18in mind what we've read so far in that OIG
- 8:21report about all of the negligence. This that the other thing,
- 8:24and only with Epstein. It didn't happen with any other prisoner. Huh.
- 8:28It only happened with Epstein. All of these coincidences and
- 8:32all of this negligence, well, that's what happened. If you're
- 8:35listening to what the OIG is telling us, my question
- 8:39is how many of you were buying it? Doctor Boden said.
- 8:43The report grossly ignored the fact that the sixty six
- 8:47year old Epstein had two fractures on the left and
- 8:49right sides of his larynx, as well as one fracture
- 8:53around his Adams apple, a Teltelle sign of manual strangulation,
- 8:57and that's the hyoid bone. And if that's broken, well,
- 9:00usually you've been choked to death. The most common way
- 9:04to commit suicide in jail is by hanging, And in
- 9:07ninety nine percent of the cases I've investigated, and we've
- 9:10had hundreds of such deaths, I have never seen one
- 9:14with three fractures, doctor Boden told RadarOnline dot com. So
- 9:18that's him telling you that, not me. Now, it's up
- 9:20to you if you want to believe doctor Boden or
- 9:23you want to believe the New York State Medical Examiner
- 9:27and the scenario that she laid out, And depending on
- 9:30who you believe, is going to influence how you feel
- 9:33about what happened in that jail cell. And for me,
- 9:37I don't have any reason to believe the New York
- 9:39State Medical Examiner. Why should I believe somebody who's helping
- 9:43craft a narrative, especially when they haven't been forthcoming and
- 9:47they weren't transparent. And the censure for me is this,
- 9:50if it was just one or two of these things
- 9:52that happened, you know, the cameras went out and something else, Okay, fine,
- 9:57I could accept it as a coincidence, right, I could
- 10:00accept it as something that just happened. But when all
- 10:03of this stuff is happening around the same person, around
- 10:06the same situation, how are you going to tell me
- 10:09that it's all a coincidence and then put out this
- 10:12OIG report and not even talk to guys like doctor
- 10:15Boden who were in the room when the autopsy was
- 10:19being performed. What's more, the ligature marks stretched across the
- 10:24middle of his neck near the atoms apple instead of
- 10:26pressing underneath the jawbone like most hanging victims. Boden also
- 10:31doesn't think Epstein was strangled by the bed sheet as
- 10:33detailed by the IG report. The ligature mark doesn't match
- 10:38the noose. He said, if you look closely at the ligature,
- 10:41there is a pattern to indicate it was some kind
- 10:44of object squeezing on the neck. It was also more
- 10:47narrow than the noose, so it didn't match. So, according
- 10:51to doctor Boden, none of it makes sense, none of
- 10:54it adds up, and according to him, this was death
- 10:57by strangulation. Doctor Boden charges the IG report failed to
- 11:03note that the medical examiners initially determined the cause of
- 11:07death was unknown or pending further information at this time,
- 11:12an indication that the forensic pathologist was unsure and waiting
- 11:16for the toxicology report. But within days chief medical Examiner
- 11:21doctor Barbara Sampson mysteriously released a report stating Epstein's death
- 11:26was a suicide without notifying his brother Mark Epstein. The
- 11:30very interesting thing is the night they changed the cause
- 11:33of death from pending further information to suicide, we thought
- 11:37that they should have notified the family, his renowned attorney,
- 11:41Stacey Richmond told read ouronline dot com. Doctor Boden added
- 11:45there was nothing in the report, which was one hundred
- 11:48or so pages long, to indicate why the cause of
- 11:51death was changed. It doesn't even mention that there was
- 11:54a change. The report also shows the FBI did not
- 11:58conduct a full blown investigation into Epstein's death, despite his
- 12:02connections to world leaders and politicians like Bill Clinton, Donald Trump,
- 12:07and billionaires Bill Gates and Les Wexner. Well why would
- 12:10they Just like they didn't do a rico case against
- 12:12these idiots, There's no way they're going to do a
- 12:15comprehensive look into what happened in the jail cell. What
- 12:18they're going to do is put out this report to
- 12:20try and shut you up. That's the plan, And if
- 12:23you follow the legacy media, the plans working to a t.
- 12:27But for those of us who know the score here
- 12:29and know the bullshit these guys get up to. Well,
- 12:32it's pretty apparent and pretty transparent that we're still not
- 12:36getting the complete story. Did anybody do DNA on the
- 12:39orange bedsheet? Doctor Boden asked. There is nothing to show
- 12:43they conducted any DNA examination or dust for fingerprints. As
- 12:48far as I can see, the FBI did nothing except
- 12:51rely on the two guards who are not reliable, and
- 12:54the medical examiner, and not just the two guards. They
- 12:57relied on what inmates had to tell them. They were
- 13:00acting like Nicholas Tartaglioni is a reliable source here. Oh.
- 13:04Inmate number one said, yeah, okay, So what we're supposed
- 13:08to take Nicholas Tartaglioni at his word? I mean, if
- 13:11you want to do that, hey, that's up to you.
- 13:13But me personally, I don't believe a word that Nicholas
- 13:15Tartaglioni has to say. And I still believe one thousand
- 13:20percent that Tartaglioni assaulted Epstein in that jail cell. So
- 13:23over the next couple of weeks, we're gonna go through
- 13:26this whole entire thing, the report once again, and we're
- 13:29gonna break it all down. Like I said, because there's
- 13:31a lot of inconsistencies and a lot of things that
- 13:34don't make sense. And after four years, with the investigative
- 13:38tools that the OIG has, you would think that they'd
- 13:41have more to show us than what they provided. But
- 13:44as far as doctor Boden and his opinions here, I
- 13:47happen to agree with them, you would think that this
- 13:50guy would be talked to by the investigators if they
- 13:52want to have a comprehensive report. Right, So you mean
- 13:55to tell me the inmates like Tartaglioni and the other
- 13:58inmates referred to in this should be considered as reliable witnesses,
- 14:03but not doctor Boden, Is that what you're trying to
- 14:06tell me, mister Inspector General? All right, folks, that's gonna
- 14:10do it for this one. All of the information that
- 14:12goes with the episode can be found in the description box.
