- 0:17Speaker 2: When you saw him for the first time, What went
- 0:19Speaker 2: through your mind?
- 0:20Speaker 3: I didn't want to lose him.

- 0:34Speaker 4: gets there in nine minutes.
- 0:37Speaker 1: Then it was the perfect wedding.
- 0:39Speaker 5: Cody was really looking forward to getting married.
- 0:41Speaker 1: A beaming grin a groom barely containing his excitement.
- 0:45Speaker 6: He was madly in love with her, but.
- 0:47Speaker 1: The honeymoon would be over in a flash. Eight days
- 0:50Speaker 1: after the I Do's new husband, Cody Johnson, mysteriously disappeared.
- 0:55Speaker 7: Cody Johnson is a kind, loving, wonderful young man.
- 1:00Speaker 8: Miss a lot.
- 1:01Speaker 1: What happened at the top of this Montana mountain? Did
- 1:04Speaker 1: his new wife know more than she told detectives?
- 1:07Speaker 9: Her story wasn't adding on.
- 1:09Speaker 3: She was the happiest I've ever seen her.
- 1:12Speaker 1: The missing person case that turned into a murder investigation
- 1:15Speaker 1: and one crazy clue after another.

- 1:22Speaker 1: A Crime Watch Daily exclusive from Drive to Black Widow
- 1:26Speaker 1: right now.

- 1:36Speaker 1: Anagarcia from Crime Watch is Crime Watch Dale off.
- 1:40Speaker 9: We'll find you again. We always do.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Here everyone. I'm Chris Hansen. Every person in law enforcement
- 1:49Speaker 1: will tell you there's no such thing as a routine call,
- 1:51Speaker 1: and today we introduce you to a South Carolina deputy
- 1:55Speaker 1: who is living proof of that, saying. Melissa McCarty is
- 1:58Speaker 1: here now with his in operational story.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Chris Dave Dempsey was a police officer for twenty seven
- 2:04Speaker 2: years before he retired, but he missed the job, so
- 2:08Speaker 2: he decided to re up, this time for the Sheriff's Department. Debudy.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Dave Dempsey was bravely doing his job when the radio
- 2:17Speaker 2: call came in, but then a single bullet would change everything.
- 2:25Speaker 11: He came home without a skull.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Dave Dempsey is a hero to many in Greenville, South Carolina,
- 2:33Speaker 2: a beloved law man, a good father and a devoted
- 2:36Speaker 2: husband to his wife, Amy, How did you meet Dave?
- 2:40Speaker 6: Eight years ago?
- 2:41Speaker 11: I was in a car accident and he was the
- 2:44Speaker 11: officer called out. It went from there then I kind
- 2:47Speaker 11: of chased him. After that we dated for a couple
- 2:49Speaker 11: of years and then we got married.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Did you have any apprehension at all about marrying a
- 2:55Speaker 2: police officer?
- 2:57Speaker 3: Why?
- 2:58Speaker 11: I thought it was such an honor to be able
- 3:01Speaker 11: to be a type of woman that would be with
- 3:04Speaker 11: a man with such honor.
- 3:06Speaker 6: And he's, as they say, a good cop.
- 3:09Speaker 2: You know, he's honest, a good cop, a corporal with
- 3:13Speaker 2: the Greenville Police Department for over twenty seven years. And
- 3:17Speaker 2: that's why Dave's son John followed in his dad's footsteps and.
- 3:21Speaker 12: I said, hey, Dad, I want to become a police officer.
- 3:22Speaker 12: And he was course more than thrilled to give me
- 3:25Speaker 12: then application and start the process.
- 3:28Speaker 2: And when Dave passed the torch to his son, he
- 3:30Speaker 2: hung up his badge and retired.
- 3:32Speaker 11: H did everything around here, everything, anytime something would break,
- 3:37Speaker 11: mess up, he would fix.
- 3:39Speaker 2: But puttering around the house, well that just isn't in
- 3:43Speaker 2: Dave's DNA. Crime fighting is in his blood. So one
- 3:47Speaker 2: month after Dave retired from the PD. One month he
- 3:50Speaker 2: came out of retirement and became a sheriff's deputy, a
- 3:54Speaker 2: decision that would change his life forever.
- 3:57Speaker 11: And I knew something was wrong, and my heart was pounding.
- 4:03Speaker 2: Barely five months as a deputy, Dave responded to a
- 4:06Speaker 2: home invasion at this apartment complex. It didn't go well.
- 4:11Speaker 11: And I hear a loud knock at the front door,
- 4:14Speaker 11: and I thought it was him coming home. And then
- 4:18Speaker 11: when I looked out.
- 4:19Speaker 6: I saw the badges.
- 4:21Speaker 11: I saw the stars, and I saw two of them.
- 4:29Speaker 11: I said, where's Dave? And his lieutenant said, Dave has
- 4:34Speaker 11: been shot. I know, I know Dave wears his vest,
- 4:42Speaker 11: so I kind of thought, Okay, he's been shot.
- 4:46Speaker 6: And then I said where was he shot?
- 4:49Speaker 3: And he said the head.
- 4:52Speaker 13: Coming to your character.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Doctors frantically worked to keep Dave alive. His other son, Hunter,
- 4:58Speaker 2: and a Rack war veteran, was working at a new
- 5:01Speaker 2: job in Europe, and got the call to rush home.
- 5:04Speaker 2: That must have been the longest flight of your life.
- 5:07Speaker 12: It was just I hope he at least him stay
- 5:12Speaker 12: alive until I get there. If he did take the
- 5:14Speaker 12: turn for.
- 5:15Speaker 2: The worst day's brain was swelling surgeons removed his skull
- 5:20Speaker 2: caps so the brain could expand. For forty one excruciating days,
- 5:25Speaker 2: Dave was in the hospital and had to wear this helmet,
- 5:28Speaker 2: a high tech substitute for a skull. When you saw
- 5:33Speaker 2: him for the first time, laying there in the hospital bed,
- 5:36Speaker 2: what went through your mind that didn't want.
- 5:38Speaker 6: To lose him?
- 5:42Speaker 2: But the important thing Dave is alive, no longer bed ridden,
- 5:47Speaker 2: not wearing that helmet, walking normally, and now this brave
- 5:51Speaker 2: man is telling his remarkable story only to Crime Watch Daily.
- 5:56Speaker 4: We were one of the responding units, first to a ride.
- 6:00Speaker 4: First ride, so he gets permission to kick the door in.
- 6:03Speaker 4: Every kicks the door in, the subject on the inside
- 6:05Speaker 4: shoots and offs, and everything started going sideways like this.
- 6:09Speaker 4: To me, I thought, that's kind of strange. At the
- 6:11Speaker 4: first thought that goes from my head that I'm falling.
- 6:14Speaker 2: The other deputy shot and killed the shooter. The bullet
- 6:17Speaker 2: missed Dave's brain by millimeters, traveling alongside the skull and
- 6:21Speaker 2: out the ear. Paramedics rushed to the scene.
- 6:25Speaker 4: That would just go in and out of consciousness. I
- 6:28Speaker 4: could feel him working on me, but that's all I
- 6:30Speaker 4: could feel. And then after they put me in.
- 6:34Speaker 14: I hear.
- 6:43Speaker 9: Here's something to say. Get in. I'm driving this bus.
- 6:46Speaker 4: It's supposed to be a thirty two minute ride. He
- 6:49Speaker 4: gets there in nine minutes.
- 6:55Speaker 2: That guy who commandeered the ambulance deputy Todd Edwards, a
- 7:00Speaker 2: tough ex marine.
- 7:01Speaker 15: To see him now, I'm so proud of him. I'm
- 7:03Speaker 15: so proud of Amy and family. They's just such a
- 7:08Speaker 15: support team. It's something to see that he won't stop fighting.
- 7:12Speaker 15: He just keeps on fighting.
- 7:14Speaker 2: But even for a natural born fighter, the road to
- 7:17Speaker 2: recovery has been difficult. When you were released and able
- 7:21Speaker 2: to go home, what were some of the immediate differences
- 7:24Speaker 2: in yourself that you noticed.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Slower speech, slower thought processes, cold all the time, which
- 7:34Speaker 4: is typical frontal lobe damage.
- 7:38Speaker 11: He's not as sharp minded, He's delayed, and his thoughts,
- 7:44Speaker 11: his emotions are very delayed with certain things.
- 7:49Speaker 2: The injury caused Dave to have seizures. After one of them,
- 7:53Speaker 2: his eleven year old son Danny, stepped up to the
- 7:56Speaker 2: plate to help his dad.
- 7:57Speaker 6: And he started shaking. Then he kind of started back
- 8:00Speaker 6: up a little bit, So I got up and was
- 8:02Speaker 6: kind of.
- 8:03Speaker 8: Holding him lightly to make sure he wouldn't fall and
- 8:06Speaker 8: hit his.
- 8:06Speaker 6: Head on like the stone lamp table that's in their
- 8:09Speaker 6: by the couch.
- 8:11Speaker 2: And now day's tradition of service will continue. Hunter has
- 8:16Speaker 2: applied to be a cop and join the family business.
- 8:19Speaker 12: To be able to, you know, do the selfless service,
- 8:23Speaker 12: and to be able to protect and serve and follow
- 8:26Speaker 12: my dad and my brother's footsteps.
- 8:28Speaker 2: If you look in the dictionary for the definition of
- 8:30Speaker 2: a hero, you're sure to find a picture of Deputy
- 8:33Speaker 2: Dave Dempsey. He is truly an inspiration to all Americans.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Welcome next till death to his part.
- 8:45Speaker 3: And he was madly mother.
- 8:47Speaker 1: A fairytale wedding with a horror movie ending.
- 8:50Speaker 3: She was kind of like shaking her head like just
- 8:51Speaker 3: and just bawling like hysterically down the aisle.
- 8:55Speaker 1: When the groom dies. Just eight days after the I
- 8:58Speaker 1: do's detective start to wonder of his new bride is
- 9:01Speaker 1: a black widow Jason Materira with the marriage that goes
- 9:05Speaker 1: off a cliff. Next Now to a Crime Watch Daily
- 9:12Speaker 1: exclusive on a story that made headlines around the world.
- 9:15Speaker 1: A newlywed murder. Just days after his wedding, Jason Mattera
- 9:19Speaker 1: traveled to Montana for the very latest.
- 9:25Speaker 10: They vowed to love and cherish each other till death
- 9:28Speaker 10: do they part. But nobody could have imagined Cody Johnson
- 9:33Speaker 10: and his bride, Jordan Graham, would part so soon, Cody
- 9:38Speaker 10: mysteriously vanishing just eight days after their wedding.
- 9:43Speaker 12: I was just shocked.
- 9:45Speaker 7: I don't know what happened.
- 9:46Speaker 6: We spent a lot of time trying to figure out
- 9:49Speaker 6: where he was.
- 9:50Speaker 10: At first, police treated as a missing person's case, but
- 9:54Speaker 10: the plot thickens when Cody's bride gets a message from
- 9:57Speaker 10: a stranger.
- 9:57Speaker 3: She says, look, I got this email and Cody's dead Now.
- 10:02Speaker 10: Police suspect Cody has been murdered, perhaps before he and
- 10:07Speaker 10: his bride even consummated their married Tallaspell, Montana, a country
- 10:14Speaker 10: town known as the gateway to the majestic Glacier National
- 10:18Speaker 10: Park in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Glacier National
- 10:21Speaker 10: Park a beautiful backdrop for a particularly ugly cross, a
- 10:26Speaker 10: crime that would write a tragic ending to the love
- 10:29Speaker 10: story of Cody Johnson and Jordan Graham, who had met
- 10:32Speaker 10: at a church lunch and seemed like a match made
- 10:34Speaker 10: in heaven. She was a good girl and Cody was
- 10:37Speaker 10: a good guy.
- 10:38Speaker 6: He was so funny, very tearing, kind hearted.
- 10:42Speaker 10: Cody told his mom right from the beginning he wanted
- 10:44Speaker 10: to make Jordan his wife one day.
- 10:46Speaker 6: He was mad.
- 10:48Speaker 10: Cody was twenty four and Jordan twenty one when they met,
- 10:51Speaker 10: and they shared the same dream of raising a family.
- 10:54Speaker 5: Cody was really looking forward to getting married. He loved
- 10:59Speaker 5: children and couldn't wait to have his own, and he
- 11:03Speaker 5: thought Jordan was the one for him.
- 11:05Speaker 10: But the two were also very different, says Cody's best
- 11:08Speaker 10: friend Jeremiah Herbalt.
- 11:10Speaker 16: She really like cars, That's where both of us really
- 11:17Speaker 16: spent a lot of our time. And he enjoyed guns,
- 11:19Speaker 16: shooting guns. But most of all, he like to make
- 11:24Speaker 16: people happy, and he was really good at doing it too.
- 11:29Speaker 10: Jordan, on the other hand, was more retiring, not nearly
- 11:32Speaker 10: as social as Cody, and because of her religion, she
- 11:35Speaker 10: didn't believe in sex before marriage.
- 11:38Speaker 16: She was very shy, very quiet, didn't have much to say,
- 11:41Speaker 16: you know, just sort of reserved.
- 11:43Speaker 10: But Jordan's best friend, Hannah Owens says she had a
- 11:46Speaker 10: good heart and away with kids.
- 11:48Speaker 3: We just all did a whole bunch of stuff. She
- 11:51Speaker 3: watched my son. I trusted her with my son. They bonded,
- 11:55Speaker 3: builded a huge relationship.
- 11:57Speaker 10: And some like the influence Jordan had on Cody.
- 12:00Speaker 5: She got Cody into going to church with her, which
- 12:02Speaker 5: she never did before. We all thought that those were
- 12:05Speaker 5: good things.
- 12:06Speaker 10: But others worry that their relationship was a little one sided.
- 12:10Speaker 3: He put a lot into the relationship that she didn't
- 12:13Speaker 3: put back. He always wanted to hang out with her,
- 12:15Speaker 3: and she would always make an excuse not to.
- 12:18Speaker 6: He was badly in love with her. She, on the
- 12:20Speaker 6: other hand, was distant towards him. They would go on
- 12:24Speaker 6: dates and she would bring company.
- 12:26Speaker 3: I never seen them hold hands when we get togethers.
- 12:31Speaker 3: I never seen them kiss, I had never seen them flirt.
- 12:34Speaker 10: So many of their friends were surprised when, after dating
- 12:38Speaker 10: for a little more than a year, Cody proposed to
- 12:40Speaker 10: Jordan and she accepted.
- 12:44Speaker 3: I didn't think that she would say yes.
- 12:46Speaker 9: Was she even attracted to him.
- 12:48Speaker 3: I don't believe so.
- 12:49Speaker 9: So was she interested in the idea of being married.
- 12:53Speaker 6: I think she like the idea of being married and
- 12:58Speaker 6: having a wedding. I don't think she really wanted to
- 13:02Speaker 6: per se.
- 13:03Speaker 10: Jordan chows Kimberly Martinez as her matron of honor leading
- 13:07Speaker 10: up to her wedding.
- 13:08Speaker 9: Was she excited.
- 13:09Speaker 6: She was excited for the planning part, I think, not
- 13:13Speaker 6: the actual wedding. Whenever that would come up, she would
- 13:16Speaker 6: get kind of irritated.
- 13:18Speaker 9: Did she ever express any doubts? And maybe Cody wasn't
- 13:22Speaker 9: right for her?
- 13:24Speaker 6: She had asked me a couple of times if she
- 13:26Speaker 6: was making the right decision, and I told her that
- 13:28Speaker 6: I couldn't answer that question for her. I told her
- 13:31Speaker 6: that if you have second thoughts about this, you need
- 13:34Speaker 6: to talk to him about it.
- 13:35Speaker 10: She did it, and when the big day finally arrived,
- 13:39Speaker 10: Jordan's friends and guests were shocked by what really happened
- 13:42Speaker 10: behind the joyous facade of these wedding photos.
- 13:45Speaker 3: She was kind of like shaking her head like just
- 13:47Speaker 3: and just bawling like hysterically down the aisle. And when
- 13:51Speaker 3: she got up there, she didn't look at him in
- 13:53Speaker 3: the eyes. She was standing there holding his hands, and
- 13:57Speaker 3: she was looking down at the ground the whole time.
- 13:59Speaker 6: I started a panic a little bit watching her, and
- 14:01Speaker 6: her face just looked like something was going to happen.
- 14:05Speaker 10: And the wedding celebration would end on a truly eerie
- 14:08Speaker 10: and ominous note. As the bride and groom danced to
- 14:11Speaker 10: a song Jordan had recorded with her own voice, foreshadowing
- 14:15Speaker 10: what would happen to Cody eight days later.
- 14:19Speaker 3: And it was talking about how you climb to a
- 14:21Speaker 3: higher place and then you fall, but you're still mine.
- 14:25Speaker 10: Next the wedding night was even worse than the wedding,
- 14:30Speaker 10: and some friends say Jordan and Cody didn't even consummate
- 14:33Speaker 10: their marriage.
- 14:34Speaker 6: She said that they hadn't met him. She didn't want to.
- 14:40Speaker 1: Now back to our newlywed murder exclusive, here's Jason Mattera.
- 14:44Speaker 10: Friends and family had just finished celebrating the couple's life
- 14:47Speaker 10: together when they were immediately mourning a loss. Guests at
- 14:54Speaker 10: the wedding of Cody Johnson and Jordan Graham had been
- 14:56Speaker 10: shocked by what a reluctant bride she seemed behind the
- 15:00Speaker 10: a happy facade of these official photos.
- 15:03Speaker 16: It was very strange.
- 15:04Speaker 6: It was very awkward, And.
- 15:06Speaker 10: The morning after her wedding night with Cody, Jordan is
- 15:09Speaker 10: beyond reluctant. She is despondent and regretful, writing in a
- 15:14Speaker 10: text exchange with the Matron of Honor, Kimberly Martinez, I
- 15:17Speaker 10: don't know.
- 15:17Speaker 17: If all this was the right thing to do. So
- 15:20Speaker 17: much happened last night. I just don't know.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Last night at the wedding or last night at the room.
- 15:25Speaker 17: Being married, and after the wedding what happened after. I'd
- 15:29Speaker 17: rather talk about what happened, not text about it.
- 15:31Speaker 6: She said that it was just a miserable time, that
- 15:34Speaker 6: they just really didn't enjoy it, and she just didn't
- 15:38Speaker 6: seem very happy.
- 15:39Speaker 10: And Jordan never does tell Kimberly exactly what happened, even
- 15:43Speaker 10: when they come face to face. A couple of days later, she.
- 15:46Speaker 6: Came over and she laid on the couch and she
- 15:48Speaker 6: just cried. She wouldn't tell me why, she wouldn't say
- 15:52Speaker 6: anything to me.
- 15:53Speaker 10: The text continue from Jordan for a week after the wedding,
- 15:56Speaker 10: each one sounding more morose and desperate.
- 16:00Speaker 17: I just know he's going to want to do stuff
- 16:02Speaker 17: and I'm not really wanting to. And another using my
- 16:05Speaker 17: period started spiel tonight. I freaking hope it works, because
- 16:09Speaker 17: if I'm forced to do something, I'm going to freak.
- 16:11Speaker 10: Out, which begs the question, do you know if Cody
- 16:16Speaker 10: and Jordan ever had sex?
- 16:17Speaker 16: I honestly don't think they did. I think she tried
- 16:20Speaker 16: to maybe. I don't even think they had sex on
- 16:23Speaker 16: the night of their wedding.
- 16:25Speaker 9: Did Jordan and Cody ever consummate their marriage?
- 16:28Speaker 6: She told me no. She said that they hadn't let him.
- 16:33Speaker 6: She didn't want to. She was nervous about it.
- 16:37Speaker 10: But eight days after the wedding, their marital problems are
- 16:40Speaker 10: suddenly over when Cody mysteriously goes missing.
- 16:44Speaker 9: I was just shocked.
- 16:46Speaker 10: Cody's family and friends report his disappearance to police after
- 16:49Speaker 10: they learned he had failed to show up for work.
- 16:52Speaker 7: It was totally out a character for him not to
- 16:56Speaker 7: show up at work or come home or go to.
- 16:59Speaker 9: Our friends else.
- 17:00Speaker 10: I don't know what happened, but oddly unconcerned is Jordan,
- 17:05Speaker 10: who is making like the merry widow. When Hannah sees
- 17:08Speaker 10: her later that day at work.
- 17:10Speaker 3: She was hanging out, running around, skipping. She was going
- 17:15Speaker 3: through the parking lot with her ice cream cone. Just
- 17:17Speaker 3: happy as can be.
- 17:19Speaker 9: Happy.
- 17:19Speaker 3: Oh, yes, very happy. She was the happiest I've ever
- 17:23Speaker 3: seen her.
- 17:25Speaker 10: Cody had last been seen the previous day at Dairy Queen,
- 17:28Speaker 10: having dinner with Jordan after Sunday church services, and then
- 17:32Speaker 10: Jordan says they both went home together.
- 17:34Speaker 9: What did Jordan tell you happen?
- 17:36Speaker 3: To him that he went out to the garage and
- 17:41Speaker 3: she went to see him and he wasn't there. She
- 17:47Speaker 3: said that she's seen him leave with some buddies in
- 17:50Speaker 3: a black car at Washington Plates.
- 17:52Speaker 10: Police would ask Jordan what she knew about those friends
- 17:55Speaker 10: when they interviewed her.
- 17:56Speaker 18: The next day, boy I got a message saying that
- 17:58Speaker 18: he was going to go for a ride of someone's
- 18:01Speaker 18: out of town buddies that were visiting.
- 18:02Speaker 6: I had no idea who they were.
- 18:04Speaker 2: But he always told me this one thing is when
- 18:06Speaker 2: his friends came to visit, he would take them to
- 18:08Speaker 2: Glacier Park.
- 18:09Speaker 10: Jordan would tell conflicting stories about what happened before Cody
- 18:13Speaker 10: drove off with them.
- 18:14Speaker 3: I specifically asked her when he left, were you guys
- 18:18Speaker 3: fighting and she said no, And she.
- 18:20Speaker 10: Told police the same thing, you guys weren't having any
- 18:22Speaker 10: kind of arg No, But Jordan had earlier told Kimberly
- 18:26Speaker 10: they did have a fight.
- 18:28Speaker 6: So she comes in and she proceeds to tell me
- 18:31Speaker 6: that Cody had held her down when they were arguing,
- 18:35Speaker 6: and that she got away from him and he had
- 18:38Speaker 6: grabbed his keys and scratched her.
- 18:40Speaker 10: The next day, after Cody had been missing for nearly
- 18:43Speaker 10: forty eight hours, Jordan's friends and family members gather at
- 18:46Speaker 10: her house to try to find clues to what might
- 18:49Speaker 10: have happened to.
- 18:50Speaker 6: Him, and that evening we spent a lot of time
- 18:52Speaker 6: trying to figure out where he was, you know, trying
- 18:54Speaker 6: to look on his Facebook page to see if he
- 18:57Speaker 6: had posted anything, or trying to see if she had,
- 19:01Speaker 6: you know, his bank account information. Maybe we could look
- 19:04Speaker 6: up and see if he use his debit card or something.
- 19:07Speaker 10: But Jordan seems uncomfortable.
- 19:09Speaker 6: She just became more agitated the more we asked.
- 19:12Speaker 10: At one point, Kimberly says, Jordan becomes so upset she
- 19:16Speaker 10: takes off her wedding ring and flings it across the room.
- 19:19Speaker 6: I was confused, you know, I thought she would be
- 19:22Speaker 6: legitimately wanting to find her husband and know what happened
- 19:26Speaker 6: to him.
- 19:27Speaker 10: Kimberly has become very suspicious over Jordan's odd behavior and inconsistencies,
- 19:32Speaker 10: and calls her when she gets home.
- 19:34Speaker 6: I asked, what is going on? Why are your stories different?
- 19:37Speaker 6: Why can't you seem to tell the truth? And I
- 19:39Speaker 6: told her that we were done talking until this was
- 19:42Speaker 6: all figured out, and.
- 19:44Speaker 10: The police turn up the heat on her too.
- 19:46Speaker 19: And getting some inconsistencies in what you're telling me with
- 19:50Speaker 19: other information that I've already gathered. Okay, and I've spoke
- 19:53Speaker 19: to a few people, and it's important.
- 19:58Speaker 2: That I know that you're telling me the truth on things.
- 20:02Speaker 19: I know, well, I mean, and I understand that, Okay,
- 20:10Speaker 19: But I think.
- 20:10Speaker 1: That there's more.
- 20:12Speaker 10: Next, Jordan gets an email she thinks will break the
- 20:15Speaker 10: case wide open and get her off the hot seat.
- 20:19Speaker 3: And I read the email and it says Cody's gone. Jordan.
- 20:25Speaker 1: We return with more of our newlywed murder exclusive. As
- 20:29Speaker 1: he left his wedding, Cody Johnson told his friend his
- 20:32Speaker 1: wife had a big surprise for him. One week later,
- 20:35Speaker 1: he was dead. Jason Mattera is back in Montana now
- 20:38Speaker 1: with more you've.
- 20:39Speaker 10: Heard of the seven year rich Well. Police say Jordan
- 20:42Speaker 10: Graham only needed eight days to realize she wanted out
- 20:45Speaker 10: of her marriage, but did she want out bad enough
- 20:48Speaker 10: to kill her husband of a little more than a
- 20:51Speaker 10: week has gone missing. She's told conflicting stories about their
- 20:56Speaker 10: last day together to friends and police, and Jordan is
- 21:01Speaker 10: undergrowing suspicion in Cody Johnson's disappearance.
- 21:05Speaker 20: She had a story to tell.
- 21:07Speaker 9: Her story wasn't adding.
- 21:08Speaker 10: Up, but then she gets a stunning email from a
- 21:11Speaker 10: stranger calling himself Tony the car Man.
- 21:14Speaker 3: And she says, look, I got this email and Cody's dead.
- 21:18Speaker 10: The mysterious Tony tells her Cody accidentally fell off a
- 21:22Speaker 10: cliff in Glacier National Park while hiking with his friends
- 21:25Speaker 10: from out of state. Tony's email reads, in part, Hello, Jordan,
- 21:29Speaker 10: my name is Tony. There is no bother looking for
- 21:32Speaker 10: Cody anymore. He's gone.
- 21:34Speaker 3: And I'm like freaking out, like what are you talking about?
- 21:38Speaker 3: And I read the email and it says Cody's.
- 21:41Speaker 9: Gone, Jordan any emotion.
- 21:43Speaker 3: No, she wasn't crying at all. She was just showing
- 21:46Speaker 3: me this email. When I start shaking, I told her
- 21:48Speaker 3: to go to the cops, and she did go, but
- 21:52Speaker 3: I was kind of just like rushing it, like go move,
- 21:55Speaker 3: like what are you doing? Don't just stand here looking
- 21:58Speaker 3: at me.
- 21:59Speaker 10: The email makes police even more suspicious of Jordan.
- 22:03Speaker 14: The email that she provided to as stated that these
- 22:06Speaker 14: unknowns that he had taken off with, as well as
- 22:10Speaker 14: this Tony person, had seen him fall from a cliff
- 22:15Speaker 14: or at least at fairt least disappear, and that she
- 22:20Speaker 14: was giving given explicit instructions to tell the police to
- 22:23Speaker 14: call off the search. There was no more need to
- 22:25Speaker 14: search for him, and I think at that point she
- 22:28Speaker 14: expected us to just walk away from it.
- 22:31Speaker 10: The detective Corey Klark of Kallus Bell PD, is also
- 22:34Speaker 10: struck by Jordan's lack of emotion.
- 22:36Speaker 14: I said, I just need to point something out. I said,
- 22:39Speaker 14: you don't seem to be very affected by this or bothered.
- 22:43Speaker 10: Now, four days after Cody's disappearance, and armed with the
- 22:47Speaker 10: information in that email, Jordan decides to go to Glacier
- 22:50Speaker 10: National Park to look for him with her own search party,
- 22:53Speaker 10: which includes Hannah, other friends and family members.
- 22:56Speaker 3: The drive up there was her waving her hand out
- 22:59Speaker 3: the window.
- 23:00Speaker 9: You gotta be kidding me?
- 23:01Speaker 3: Or wearing his sunglasses?
- 23:02Speaker 9: Was she driving his car?
- 23:04Speaker 3: Yeah, acting like nothing happen, dancing laughing.
- 23:09Speaker 10: When they get up there, Jordan's search party puts up
- 23:12Speaker 10: missing posters and looks for possible places from which Cody
- 23:15Speaker 10: might have fallen. I did most of the work.
- 23:18Speaker 3: She didn't do nothing.
- 23:20Speaker 10: But when they return the next day to continue the search,
- 23:23Speaker 10: Jordan's like a guided missile.
- 23:25Speaker 3: I remember passing so many roads and so many trails
- 23:28Speaker 3: and that he could have fell off of. And I
- 23:31Speaker 3: was like, what about here? What about here?
- 23:33Speaker 6: Jordan like, let's go here, and she's like.
- 23:34Speaker 3: No, I just know the spot where I just think
- 23:37Speaker 3: that he is. We have to go.
- 23:39Speaker 10: They drive to an area known as the Loop, where
- 23:41Speaker 10: there's a sheer three hundred foot drop with the safety wall.
- 23:44Speaker 3: And we stand there and she's like, I think he's
- 23:47Speaker 3: down there, and I was like, what are you talking about?
- 23:50Speaker 3: Why would he ever be going down there? Why would
- 23:54Speaker 3: anybody do that?
- 23:55Speaker 6: This wall is here for a reason.
- 23:58Speaker 10: Jordan jumps the wall and makes her way to rock landing,
- 24:00Speaker 10: where she can see to the bottom of the ravine.
- 24:03Speaker 3: She knew exactly how to get down there. She did
- 24:06Speaker 3: it like a pro, and.
- 24:07Speaker 10: Jordan quickly spots a body lying at the bottom of
- 24:09Speaker 10: the ravine and she's.
- 24:12Speaker 6: Like, there he is.
- 24:13Speaker 3: I see him.
- 24:14Speaker 8: There is And.
- 24:15Speaker 3: I was like what. I was like, no way. I
- 24:19Speaker 3: was like, no way.
- 24:20Speaker 10: Jordan search party alerts surprised authorities.
- 24:23Speaker 14: One of the things she said was that the Holy
- 24:28Speaker 14: Spirit led her to know where he was, and that's how.
- 24:32Speaker 8: She found him.
- 24:33Speaker 10: She says something else that also strikes Detective Corey Clark
- 24:37Speaker 10: as very odd.
- 24:38Speaker 14: She said it was a place he wanted to see
- 24:40Speaker 14: before he died.
- 24:42Speaker 10: Detective Clark and Kalas BELLPD Captain Scott Warnow are among
- 24:45Speaker 10: those who make the long, hard journey down to the
- 24:48Speaker 10: bottom of the ravine, and sure enough, Cody's body is
- 24:52Speaker 10: right where Jordan said it.
- 24:54Speaker 14: Was, in this pristine area at the bottom of a waterfall,
- 25:00Speaker 14: you know, with a huge cliff looming above him, and
- 25:04Speaker 14: just his body floating in the water there, and in
- 25:08Speaker 14: a place that was so remote. I don't think there
- 25:11Speaker 14: probably humans that ever been there.
- 25:13Speaker 10: But Cody's body isn't a pretty sight.
- 25:16Speaker 21: Manytime you're having to recover a body that has fallen
- 25:21Speaker 21: three hundred plus feet off a cliff, it's not good.
- 25:25Speaker 21: So the body itself definitely had damage.
- 25:30Speaker 9: Well able to ascertain how he fell.
- 25:34Speaker 21: It appeared to us that the way he fell was
- 25:40Speaker 21: head first. He had injuries to both arms to his head.
- 25:46Speaker 10: Friends and family are devastated when they get the tragic
- 25:49Speaker 10: news about Cody, seen here blowing out the candles at
- 25:53Speaker 10: one of his last birthday parties.
- 25:55Speaker 7: Cody Johnson was a kind, loving, wonderful young man that
- 26:00Speaker 7: I miss a lot.
- 26:03Speaker 10: His mother, Sherry, breaks down as she talks about her
- 26:06Speaker 10: only child in her first TV interview, and he.
- 26:10Speaker 7: Was a wonderful person and he did not deserve this
- 26:17Speaker 7: kind of life. He did not deserve to be murdered.
- 26:20Speaker 10: And Cody's best friend, Jeremiah Herbald, is so overcome with
- 26:24Speaker 10: grief as we talk that we have to stop the interview.
- 26:28Speaker 8: I don't really wish Kobe with her. He did so
- 26:48Speaker 8: much for everybody. I never realized what he actually did
- 26:53Speaker 8: for me until he was gone.
- 26:55Speaker 10: But the only emotion a dry eyed Jordan is showing
- 26:59Speaker 10: appears to be relief.
- 27:01Speaker 3: She mentioned, now that we have the body, we can
- 27:04Speaker 3: have the funeral and the cops can be out of it.
- 27:06Speaker 10: She couldn't have been more wrong. And next cops unveil
- 27:11Speaker 10: evidence that will finally reveal how Cody Johnson really died.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Now to the conclusion of our story on the sensational
- 27:20Speaker 1: murder case of newlywed Cody Johnson, who fell three hundred
- 27:24Speaker 1: feet to his death just a week after his wedding.
- 27:27Speaker 1: The prime suspect his wife of only a few days.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Here's Jason Matterra.
- 27:32Speaker 10: Friends couldn't believe the new bride had anything to do
- 27:35Speaker 10: with the death of her husband. In fact. In the
- 27:37Speaker 10: days following his disappearance, they helped organize the search efforts,
- 27:41Speaker 10: but soon they would discover cracks in Jordan's story. If
- 27:46Speaker 10: guests were stunned by how sad and disturbed Jordan Graham
- 27:49Speaker 10: looked at her wedding to Cody Johnson, they are now
- 27:52Speaker 10: in disbelief at how carefree and unmoved she is at
- 27:56Speaker 10: his funeral just sixteen days later.
- 27:59Speaker 6: She's the widow, and she's upfront, texting her little friend
- 28:02Speaker 6: that she's sitting next to, and her mom and dad
- 28:04Speaker 6: are in tears while.
- 28:05Speaker 3: People were talking about him, and you know, like the
- 28:09Speaker 3: funeral service is going on, and she was on her
- 28:12Speaker 3: phone and.
- 28:13Speaker 6: I was upset about Cody's funeral, but I was furious
- 28:16Speaker 6: at her. I couldn't even think about anything else but
- 28:22Speaker 6: what was going on with her.
- 28:23Speaker 10: It was a defining moment for Kimberly Martinez, who had
- 28:26Speaker 10: been Jordan's matron of honor and was at that moment
- 28:30Speaker 10: you knew she was responsible for Cody's death.
- 28:35Speaker 6: I was absolutely positive that she did it.
- 28:40Speaker 10: And Kimberly wasn't the only one.
- 28:42Speaker 3: Everybody was looking at her like you did this.
- 28:47Speaker 10: Everybody knew, including the cops who had quietly gathered enough
- 28:52Speaker 10: damning evidence against Jordan to arrest her for the murder
- 28:56Speaker 10: of her new husband right there at his funeral if
- 28:59Speaker 10: they had wanted. And Jordan didn't have a clue, she.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Thought everything was gonna be okay. She didn't think that
- 29:04Speaker 3: she was going to get in trouble.
- 29:06Speaker 10: What Jordan didn't know was that cops had determined that
- 29:08Speaker 10: email she said she got from the mysterious Tony the
- 29:11Speaker 10: car Man was a fake.
- 29:13Speaker 9: Or what did you find?
- 29:14Speaker 21: Through subpoenas We found that the email was generated at
- 29:18Speaker 21: her stepfather's house and eventually found out that Jordan wrote
- 29:22Speaker 21: it herself.
- 29:23Speaker 10: Police had also uncovered evidence that Jordan was with Cody
- 29:27Speaker 10: at Glacier National Park the night he died. At first,
- 29:30Speaker 10: Jordan Grabb tried to tell investigators she wasn't with her husband.
- 29:33Speaker 10: One big problem with that, of course, is this surveillance
- 29:37Speaker 10: camera at the entrance of the park.
- 29:39Speaker 14: There's a photo of a car matching the description of Cody's.
- 29:43Speaker 14: You can see two occupants inside looked like Jordan and Cody.
- 29:46Speaker 10: Cell Phone tower records also placed Jordan and Cody in
- 29:49Speaker 10: the park that night.
- 29:50Speaker 14: Subpoena the cell phone records from her cell phone company,
- 29:54Speaker 14: and you get time frames and time stamps.
- 29:57Speaker 10: The FBI take Jordan into custody at her home soon
- 30:01Speaker 10: after Cody's funeral.
- 30:02Speaker 20: She was brought into the Kalispell Police Department and she
- 30:06Speaker 20: stood in a room with me and two other federal
- 30:08Speaker 20: agents and she was informed she was the under arrest
- 30:12Speaker 20: for the murder of her husband. She didn't even flinch.
- 30:15Speaker 20: There wasn't even an.
- 30:16Speaker 10: Emotion until Jordan is confronted with the overwhelming evidence against her.
- 30:21Speaker 20: At which point she broke down and cried.
- 30:23Speaker 10: And then she tells all to the FBI, admitting in
- 30:26Speaker 10: this audio recording that she hadn't been happy in their
- 30:30Speaker 10: eight day marriage.
- 30:31Speaker 18: Color was feeling it should have we waited a little
- 30:33Speaker 18: bit longer and then got married.
- 30:35Speaker 10: I wasn't feeling like Jordan also admits she and Cody
- 30:39Speaker 10: had been arguing at home on the night of his death, and.
- 30:42Speaker 13: It was decided they would go to Glacier National Park.
- 30:46Speaker 13: Her and Cody then went to the park, proceeded up
- 30:48Speaker 13: to the Loop, and upon arrival at the loop, they
- 30:51Speaker 13: walked across the road and they walked down the loop trail.
- 30:54Speaker 10: Here, Jordan picks up the story in her own words, I.
- 30:57Speaker 22: Didn't want to do that trump because I was afraid
- 30:59Speaker 22: you could fall.
- 31:00Speaker 13: And he said I could choose this with a blindfold on.
- 31:02Speaker 23: And he said I could just put.
- 31:03Speaker 18: It on, take a step, but I wouldn't even fall,
- 31:05Speaker 18: and I could go through my head that you know
- 31:07Speaker 18: you are going to fall or some of Then we
- 31:09Speaker 18: were arguing somewhere to grab my arm from my jacket
- 31:12Speaker 18: and I said, no, I'm going to defend myself.
- 31:14Speaker 15: I can I want to go on.
- 31:15Speaker 7: I pushed and he.
- 31:17Speaker 10: Went over, plummeting three hundred feet to his death. Out
- 31:21Speaker 10: of nowhere, she interjects and says, my husband stated he
- 31:26Speaker 10: can wear a blindfold and walk around this dangerous part.
- 31:30Speaker 9: As odd as that is.
- 31:31Speaker 10: Yes, a black rag that could have been a blindfold
- 31:34Speaker 10: was found near Cody's body at the bottom of the ravine.
- 31:37Speaker 9: Was there a connection?
- 31:40Speaker 13: Only one person knows the answer to that. That's Jordan Graham.
- 31:44Speaker 10: Lead detective Corey Clark believes Jordan may have blindfolded Cody
- 31:48Speaker 10: as part of a sex game to lure him to
- 31:51Speaker 10: Glacier National Park. Quoting statements from church friends who were
- 31:54Speaker 10: with Cody earlier on the day of his death.
- 31:57Speaker 14: They stated that Cody was in almost a euphoric mood.
- 32:02Speaker 14: He said, well, Jordan has a surprise for me. Some
- 32:05Speaker 14: of the male folks that were there, they thought maybe sex.
- 32:10Speaker 9: The surprise was though something completely different.
- 32:13Speaker 10: Yes, the theory that Cody may have been blindfolded could
- 32:17Speaker 10: never be proven.
- 32:18Speaker 23: At the time we attempted to submit it. It was really
- 32:19Speaker 23: just another piece of physical evidence found at the crime scene.
- 32:24Speaker 23: We were precluded from making any arguments as to what
- 32:27Speaker 23: it meant to mister Johnson, DM it meant to miss
- 32:30Speaker 23: Graham's conduct.
- 32:31Speaker 10: Jordan denies in her confession that Cody's murder was premeditated.
- 32:36Speaker 8: There was no planning on your part to kill Cody.
- 32:40Speaker 19: Now, okay, you hadn't planned that until this whole thing
- 32:45Speaker 19: just kind of happened.
- 32:46Speaker 1: In the heat of the emotion and the passion of
- 32:49Speaker 1: that situation.
- 32:50Speaker 10: But Jordan admitted it was no accident.
- 32:53Speaker 14: She stated that he had turned his back to her,
- 32:57Speaker 14: he was facing the cliff, and that's when she went
- 33:01Speaker 14: up to him and with both hands pushed him in
- 33:04Speaker 14: the back of the off the cliff, so.
- 33:06Speaker 13: He would have fallen face first down the hill.
- 33:08Speaker 6: Why did you continue.
- 33:09Speaker 19: To turn around and then push him off.
- 33:11Speaker 18: I think it's because the emotions were running so high.
- 33:14Speaker 18: Its pressure of angry, of every emotion I could ever
- 33:17Speaker 18: think so all at once, and as I've never felt
- 33:21Speaker 18: like that before, I've never experience that such.
- 33:25Speaker 10: Tan Jordan was charged with first degree murder, second degree murder,
- 33:29Speaker 10: and making misleading statements.
- 33:31Speaker 9: Jordan originally takes a plea of not guilty that is correct.
- 33:36Speaker 9: Then she changes her plea during trial.
- 33:38Speaker 21: That's right, Shortly before the case was going to be
- 33:41Speaker 21: argued to the jury, she decided to inter a play
- 33:45Speaker 21: of guilty to second degree murder.
- 33:48Speaker 10: Jordan Graham is sentenced to thirty years in federal prison
- 33:51Speaker 10: with no chance of parole, in a case that won't
- 33:55Speaker 10: soon be forgotten by anyone involved in it.
- 33:58Speaker 12: It is the first time in my experience as a lawyer,
- 34:03Speaker 12: eight days of marriage and ending it with a homicide, And.
- 34:07Speaker 20: This day I still wonder what actually happened just before
- 34:10Speaker 20: she pushed Cody off the edge of that cliff.
- 34:13Speaker 10: And Cody's mom would like the answer to just one question.
- 34:18Speaker 6: Why did she do it?
- 34:20Speaker 3: If she didn't love him?
- 34:21Speaker 6: Why does she get married? Why did she say yes
- 34:23Speaker 6: to the proposal?
- 34:25Speaker 7: That's still the question in my mind to this day.
- 34:29Speaker 6: Is why.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Graham recently filed her last appeal to the Supreme Court,
- 34:35Speaker 1: but it was denied because the murder was committed in
- 34:38Speaker 1: a national park. It's a federal crime, and she'll remain
- 34:41Speaker 1: in a federal prison until twenty forty without the possibility
- 34:45Speaker 1: of parole coming up. In next con turns his life
- 34:50Speaker 1: around and starts the life he always dreamed.
- 34:53Speaker 24: Of, that everyday, happy, white picket fence type of life.
- 34:58Speaker 1: But this family man was never supposed to be out
- 35:01Speaker 1: of prison in the first place. The clerical error that
- 35:05Speaker 1: led him out ninety years early in his new battle
- 35:08Speaker 1: to be free, that's next move. Here on Crime Watch Daily,
- 35:16Speaker 1: we've covered many stories of innocent people spending years behind
- 35:19Speaker 1: bars after being wrongly convicted. However, this next story involves
- 35:23Speaker 1: a man who did commit the crime but was wrongly
- 35:26Speaker 1: released from prison.
- 35:28Speaker 8: We're teaming up with our.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Affiliate KDVR in Denver for the complicated case. Here's Pat Lallama.
- 35:35Speaker 25: It's a knock on the door Renee Lima Marin and
- 35:39Speaker 25: his family never saw coming. Six years after he's released
- 35:43Speaker 25: from prison, cops show up saying there's been a mistake.
- 35:47Speaker 25: Renee had ninety more years left to serve.
- 35:51Speaker 22: On your whole families ripped apart.
- 35:54Speaker 25: Now there's a breaking development in this case that has
- 35:57Speaker 25: people all over the country talking. At the age of nineteen,
- 36:02Speaker 25: Renee was already a hardened criminal, capping a juvenile record
- 36:06Speaker 25: with the armed robbery of two video stores in the
- 36:10Speaker 25: year two thousand. Under a harsh chronic avender program called cop,
- 36:15Speaker 25: the judge orders each of the eight related convictions to
- 36:19Speaker 25: run back to back, adding up to an incredible ninety
- 36:23Speaker 25: eight years in prison.
- 36:26Speaker 24: I acknowledge the fact that I did something wrong. I
- 36:29Speaker 24: take responsibility for the fact that I did something wrong,
- 36:31Speaker 24: but I also believe that I completed the.
- 36:35Speaker 10: Punishment, Renee says.
- 36:36Speaker 25: According to his public defender, with good behavior, he could
- 36:40Speaker 25: serve his sentences concurrently and get out in sixteen years.
- 36:45Speaker 25: But after only ten years, Renee is granted parole. He
- 36:49Speaker 25: walks out of prison into the arms of his high
- 36:52Speaker 25: school sweetheart, Jasmine.
- 36:54Speaker 24: It's that everyday, happy white picket fence type of life
- 37:00Speaker 24: go by.
- 37:00Speaker 25: Renee's criminal pass seems far behind him, but suddenly things change.
- 37:06Speaker 25: In a flash.
- 37:07Speaker 23: We got the fugitive squad on the detail and they
- 37:10Speaker 23: went and had him arrested him.
- 37:12Speaker 25: There was a mistake, a simple clerical error. Renee shouldn't
- 37:16Speaker 25: have been released an Authorities say he has to serve
- 37:19Speaker 25: the rest of his sentence, an additional ninety years.
- 37:24Speaker 22: You know, you're living your life one day, and then
- 37:26Speaker 22: out of the blue, you're just your whole life's turned around.
- 37:30Speaker 25: Speaking from behind bars, the rehabbed family man tells our
- 37:34Speaker 25: affiliate Fox thirty one in Denver. The one suffering the
- 37:37Speaker 25: most his wife and two little boys.
- 37:41Speaker 24: What makes this just that much harder is the fact
- 37:43Speaker 24: that I constantly, you know, have them just right here.
- 37:50Speaker 25: Prosecutors say Renee knew his early release was a mistake,
- 37:54Speaker 25: something he maintains is not true.
- 37:58Speaker 24: I would have never had a wife, I would have
- 38:00Speaker 24: never had children, I would have never bought a house.
- 38:02Speaker 24: I would have never.
- 38:03Speaker 8: Done any of those things.
- 38:04Speaker 24: But I did those because you let me out. And
- 38:08Speaker 24: now they're being punished for something that they had absolutely nothing.
- 38:13Speaker 3: To do with.
- 38:15Speaker 25: Jasmine takes the fight all the way to the Colorado
- 38:17Speaker 25: Supreme Court to.
- 38:19Speaker 26: Give a person the opportunity to taste freedom, to go
- 38:23Speaker 26: out and get married, have children, do all of these things,
- 38:28Speaker 26: and then to rip that all away from them. In
- 38:31Speaker 26: the blink of a nine and say, well, that was
- 38:33Speaker 26: our error, but you and all of your dependents are
- 38:35Speaker 26: going to suffer for it.
- 38:37Speaker 25: The court degrees Renee is to be released again.
- 38:41Speaker 10: Very excited.
- 38:43Speaker 22: I wasn't expecting any unanimous vote, so that was very surprising.
- 38:49Speaker 10: It's overwhelming.
- 38:52Speaker 25: Then, just one day after the overwhelming judgment, Jasmine gets
- 38:57Speaker 25: another excruciating punch to the gut. Immigration officials are waiting
- 39:02Speaker 25: for her husband at the prison gates, and they take
- 39:05Speaker 25: Renee back into custody.
- 39:08Speaker 14: Maren came to the United States from Cuba when he
- 39:10Speaker 14: was just one years.
- 39:11Speaker 20: Old, and because he is a convicted felon, he can
- 39:14Speaker 20: now be eligible for deportation.
- 39:17Speaker 25: That's right, after everything he and his family have been through,
- 39:21Speaker 25: Renee could now be deported.
- 39:24Speaker 22: Just feel like we're starting all over again.
- 39:26Speaker 25: Hoping to sway immigration officials, Renee's attorneys petitioned the governor
- 39:31Speaker 25: for a full pardon of his crimes.
- 39:33Speaker 22: Right now, I just ask that everyone continues to support us,
- 39:37Speaker 22: regardless of what your thoughts may be.
- 39:40Speaker 25: Then, finally a glimmer of hope, Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper
- 39:45Speaker 25: pardons Renee. His arrest record is now wiped clean. But
- 39:51Speaker 25: the big question will it be enough for a federal
- 39:54Speaker 25: judge to release him.
- 39:55Speaker 24: I have a strong, strong, strong belief that the Lord
- 39:58Speaker 24: is going to work this out one way or another.
- 40:01Speaker 25: Until then, Renee sits in custody at this ice facility
- 40:05Speaker 25: and he and his family do what they've grown so
- 40:08Speaker 25: accustomed to.
- 40:10Speaker 9: Wait.
- 40:10Speaker 22: We are still keeping full faith in God and just
- 40:14Speaker 22: praying that everything works out and that he will come
- 40:18Speaker 22: home to us.
