- speaker-0: Hello everybody and welcome to the Pork Roll Egg and Cheese Podcast. My name is Shimps. I'm her speaker-1: Bray. speaker-0: and as always, you can be anywhere in the world, but you're here with us. And for that, we thank you. it's episode 40 what? speaker-1: Fourteen forty nine. speaker-0: Yeah, so we're not doing sponsors until we go to video. everybody knows who they are. snipes and pooper scoopers and big bobs, and you know, well, Blue Moose is new. Yeah. make sure you check out his artwork, yeah. speaker-1: Exciting and new moves and tattoos. A whole plethora of wonder. that's right, yeah. speaker-0: Exciting and new Tattoo and body art. Quick shot airsoft. So yeah, we got a ton of man. So yeah, so we're not gonna do that. Everybody gets a shot. speaker-1: It's for everybody. speaker-0: How you doing, buddy? How was your how was the rest of your week? speaker-1: That was all right, you know, just get ready for this nor'eastern, you know, powers flickering and you know, I'm sure everyone else on the eastern seaboard's probably maybe having some kind of technical difficulties or power difficulties or anything like that, or what they gotta do in order to you know, weather through the storm so to speak, or maybe get their kayaks out in case they gotta like boat out to their mailbox to get their mail or whatever, or Amazon packages. speaker-0: Yeah, I was just looking at the radar. We're pretty much through we're just catching the tail end of it now. All right, cool. So I mean it's gonna rain all day tomorrow, but it's nothing like it was today. Apparently, a bunny of mine who pushes our brand up in Bedford, Massachusetts, he they're gonna get slammed, dude. really? Because of the way, you know, the coast cuts back in. So I mean, I know the Red Sox moved their games up. their Sunday game, they moved to Friday. They did doubleheader on Friday. I think they moved their Saturday night game to Saturday afternoon so the the away team can get up out of there before. So But it's nothing i it's I mean it's it's damage, but it's nothing as devastating as Sandy or any of the other stuff we've we've seen come through. speaker-1: Wildwood and stuff, they're actually, you know, they're boating through the streets and all that with the with the flooding. So, you know. The shore and all speaker-0: Well that's just because of the they said it's because of the full moon too when tides up. Yeah. So but yeah. That's why I'm always kinda cautious about buying a vacation like I was thinking about buying a vacation home until, you know, New Jersey happened, but it's I I'm always afraid that as soon as I buy something like a hurricane will rip up the coast and throw my shit right in the middle of the ocean. speaker-1: There's he's pull it right into frickin' motion. speaker-0: And you can't buy anything in California 'cause it'll burn up in one of them wildfires Like all Malibu is no longer there. speaker-1: Almost like you gotta buy like some big floating air balloon or some shit. I don't know, man, that anchor it down in case you can like you know, you don't get hit by the flooding or I don't know. Yeah, what the hell do you do? Maybe build an arc. I don't know. A big ass like You know what actually looks cool? I seen a a guy like on YouTube before what he did was he took one of those those big lifeboats for like cruise ships. And it looks like it's like a like a big hatched type thing. It looks like almost like a big floating frickin' barrel. That'd be cool to have. You know, cause that thing doesn't look like it could sink or nothing like that. The guy like reconstructed it and all that. You know what mean? speaker-0: Years ago I was drinking beers in the barracks with a buddy of mine, my roommate. He actually lives in Bogotal. speaker-1: yeah? speaker-0: yeah. He's down there hom you know, living like a king off of like three hundred dollars a month. But speaker-1: Jesus. speaker-0: we actually me and him used to I mean, we would just sit there and spitball crazy shit. And he was like, dude, fuck buying a coffin. He was like, I'm just gonna have Tupperware make me a big ass container and they're gonna bury me in that speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: I was like, Well, you'll stay fresh. Yeah. So I mean that is maybe get a big piece of Tupperware for the flooding speaker-1: Why not, man? I mean, people tie tie together a bunch of rain barrels and stuff, make a freaking raft and all that crap. Yeah, that'd be cool. speaker-0: Yeah, he wanted to be buried in Tupperware. speaker-1: Well, yeah, well, especially like with all this stuff. Like, you know, like the last time we got hit, you know, with Sandy, you know, we fared pretty bad. I actually had to get evacuated from my house because the the oil company down the street, the the oil tank thing itself actually speaker-0: School side? speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: No shit. speaker-1: Yeah. Actually yeah, lake well actually yeah, technically technically it would be Lakeside that that where the the oil company's at. yeah, 'cause speaker-0: No, I meant like they evacuated. speaker-1: like if that oil thing would've went, that whole town would've gone. speaker-0: Is that the one right up the street? Like around the curve? Yeah. The propane joint? speaker-1: Yeah. And it was just like we had to get evacuated. And it would suck too because I went through all that crap of getting like water coming in through the basement. Went through all that crap getting it out of there. And I was done by like midnight or so and went back to bed. And then all of a sudden my frickin' bedroom just like lit up like a Christmas tree 'cause like all the firemen and all that were just coming to every door, just like knocking, like, All right, get out. I was like I was speaker-0: Yeah. speaker-1: like, Who is it? ISIS? God, we're under attack. So yeah, we had to be evacuated. Yeah. speaker-0: ISIS doesn't knock. speaker-1: Bro. yeah, I know. I like the role here. I always keep thinking about that 'cause you know people that live in Fort South Jersey, you know, Fort Ticks is not that far, so that actually be like the bad guy's first target. speaker-0: Yeah, but bad guys don't knock. speaker-1: That's true. What if they're really play? What if they're like Jehovah Witness bad guys or I don't know. Yeah. But speaker-0: We're not gonna get into that. speaker-1: yeah, it was just, you know, 'cause like when you go through stuff like that, you like if you lose power and You know, I'm sure like people at home, unfortunately, there might be some people that don't have power this day and might be able to listen to this podcast like in a few days from now. That hopefully you guys have you know, resources, you know, candles, proper lighting, anything like that to help you like carry you through these next couple days in case if you are out of power, including like your refrigeration and stuff like that. So I was able to fare good with that with me having all my tailgate crap. So Yeah. speaker-0: No, I think I think here in Jersey we're like after Sandy everybody's now kinda like, okay, I'm not getting caught my pants down. Like I said, I have a generator here. I'm probably gonna get one of them Generac things here shortly. Cause like we were talking about earlier In in Medford it could be clear as day. If a bird farts or coughs on one of these trees, a branch comes flying down and wipes out, electric lines and we're all out of power for nine days. So yeah, so I think, you know, New Jerseyans are pretty much up to snuff on what they need to do nowadays. speaker-1: 'Cause you it's just like with the s with the snowstorms and everything, I mean running to the store to get like milk, eggs and speaker-0: I love that fictive potato guy when he was like, I'm gonna get the real And then it backfired on him because he became famous for it. Yeah. But then everybody started sending him that meme of the abominable still man, right? He was like, Stop sending me a meme, you bastards. speaker-1: But that's not what they always wonder, like with the eggs, milk and if you don't have any power, like what are you doing with with those ingredients? Like you're making French toast for the next like week? Like eggs milk speaker-0: Well not We were actually talking about this at work the other day, That was something that they did in like the late eighteen hundreds, early nineteen hundreds, because everything was homemade at the house and stuff like that. We were talking and somebody was just like, my god, I gotta go shopping before the Nor'easter, and I was just like, Why? They were like, What do you mean? And I was just like, Listen, because it was Friday, I was like, if you leave here after school And goes, that place is gonna be mobs in and there's nothing left, which is absolutely great for the food store, the retailers. But it's absolutely ridiculous. And they're like, What do you mean? I was like, You don't have enough food in your refrigerator right now to get you to Sunday night, Monday morning, or Monday after school. I don't know. And speaker-1: Yeah, eggs, milk and bread. speaker-0: I was like, Are you serious? And now I'm the single dude, I'm sure she has kids in a family and stuff. But I was kind of like, Yeah, I'm running a little low, but I can make it till Monday. I'm like speaker-1: No goldfish in the damn pantry or anything like that, man. It's like come on. I mean ramen. yeah. Yeah. speaker-0: It's a liquor store. That's a nasty but But yeah, I d I love when people freak out because and like I said, then the milk eggs and things and I was like, No, and one of the history teachers was like, Well, that's because back in the day you couldn't really refrigerate stuff too good and da da da and everybody had to run out and get it and that way they had it and you know, and I was just kinda, yeah, it makes sense. speaker-1: Yeah, but who the hell's making French toast now for a goddamn week, you know? speaker-0: And that's how you know somebody said that like the French Enemy was like, Well, back in the day they used to handmake everything. You couldn't bite away anything in there speaker-1: But like actually think about what are what are like the people's essentials now? speaker-0: Thanks, Biff. speaker-1: You know, I mean like with COVID apparently toilet paper was like the the freaking essential and everyone was killing each other. speaker-0: Back on that, I have no idea what that was all about. speaker-1: Like toilet paper, everyone, we need the toilet paper. speaker-0: Why? speaker-1: I don't know. It's it's speaker-0: I know I for the life I mean, thank God, it's like I said, my mother. If you if you've ever been to my parents' house and you were friends with my mom or, you know, one relatives, cousins, they can all test to this, all my friends I grew up with, she had the pantry. Yeah. And she had shit in here, dude, that I mean, she could easily if like there was an apocalypse or something like that and all the food sorts closed, she could have fed our whole street for at least ten days. speaker-1: Well I think it was speaker-0: Great. So she had when she used to go to Sam's Club, she would buy once a month, she would buy the big ass thing of paper towels and toilet paper. Right. No matter if we used it all or not, the next month she So I mean, and I did the same thing, and I'm a single dude. Yeah. I would do it like once every three or four months I'd buy it. So I mean we were straight with toilet paper. And like I was giving it out to my neighbors and stuff, but I was just like, Why is there what the fuck is like None of the essentials we're worried about, like eggs and milk and you know everybody's worried about, you know, toilet paper and those Exactly and and Clorox wipes. speaker-1: Yeah. yeah, well yeah, that then hand sanitizer. speaker-0: Yeah, and I was just kinda like, Why? speaker-1: I don't know man. 'Cause like for me I speaker-0: Nobody owns soap anymore? speaker-1: right I mean there's so many goddamn body washes out there that washes everything hair, b body, frickin' toilets. It's like Jesus Christ. speaker-0: I had fleeing for my dog back. Like if shit gets really that bad, I'll just use this. speaker-1: Where you just make it without it and put it in speaker-0: Doesn't kill everything. I'm like, well if you read the Clorox wipes, it says ninety nine point one percent and I don't see the COVID, but what was a variant of it? Yeah, speaker-1: Coronavirus. speaker-0: the coronavirus because there is other coronavirus it it it was a thing. So I was just like, Yeah, it might not be on there yet. speaker-1: Yeah, same thing with Lysol. Everyone was going ape shit for Lysol too. Like Jesus Christ. speaker-0: Ran out of that people were getting pines and my god that is the worst smell in the fu speaker-1: that's most common. Like when you have to like speaker-0: God, that is the speaker-1: Really? speaker-0: Yeah, when people started breaking out at him like, damn you go! speaker-1: Remember back in the day the lemon scented pledge. I think it was almost like a like a table cleaner. speaker-0: Yeah. Yeah, I hate that shit so much I buy that Murphy's oil. Like the furniture oil stuff. I actually just I did my coffee table with before you walked in. speaker-1: Nice. Well listeners, like like what what do you guys think of like if s for for like weather like this or you know snowstorms or anything, next hit us up on porkwill two five at gmail.com speaker-0: Yeah, matter of fact, what you're doing today. Yeah I said it is speaker-1: What is yeah, what are you doing today? What are your speaker-0: pouring outside right now. It's cold, it's windy, it's just nasty. I know some of our friends are up on Main Street at the brewery, yeah, celebrating what's his face's birthday? Yeah, John. Happy birthday. speaker-1: Yeah. John's birthday. John's birthday, man. speaker-0: So but yeah, what what else do you guys do? speaker-1: Jelly sandwiches. I figure like, you know, stuff like that, easy to make that doesn't have to need really need to be refrigerated. Canned goods, any type of way to, you know, use a grill or any 'cause I I'm sure there's a lot of people at home that either have like the electric stoves and of course the microwave with the power's out, you're not gonna be able to use that. So maybe if you have any reliable camping gear or tailgate gear, you know, little butane little stove tanks or anything like that to help you heat up some food or whatever. But you know, we kinda look out because we have gas. gas range stoves and other other things are electric. So we're able if one goes out, we're actually able to use something else to either heat up food or prepare food or whatever. speaker-0: Yeah, it's like I said, it's it's pretty much I was shocked that when Sandy hit that more people 'cause I've always had like one of the first things I think my parents got me when I bought my first house was like here's a generator. And I was like, All right. And I actually used it for I tailgated for a year. the Eagles games and stuff when I had to Winnebago and I had season tickets. but yet I mean there were certain things that my parents told me I needed that, you know, like fire extinguisher. you know, always have at least five to ten gallons of gas in reserve, you know, for your generator or, you know, that kind of stuff. If a snowstorm's coming, go get gas for your snowblower, make sure it's up and running before it starts to snow, don't wait. speaker-1: Rock salt before. Yeah, rock salt. Yeah, dude. Everyone just waits. I'll wait day of speaker-0: And then my mom corned beef hash. We talked about this before. Like my mom always said there's certain things that you can buy to make I mean, it takes forever for that shit to go bad. So if you have like corned beef hash or if you have da da da and that stuff you can just pop and eat right out of the kitchen speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: hash. Yeah, if you have to. So speaker-1: Ever speaker-0: you know, flashlights batteries and stuff. they bought me a a flashlight that you actually crank and it charges and speaker-1: Those weather radios you can crank it up and I got stuff like that too. But you know, I guess like anybody that's out there like that likes camping, you know, you just keep up on your speaker-0: Dad always say keep a six pack in the speaker-1: In the fridge. Yeah. Keep a bottle of bourbon in the garage too. You never know, man. Box of wine. speaker-0: Yeah, I was before we planned on doing this today, I was just like 'cause people were like, What are you gonna do? And all the you know, the women were like, I'm gonna curl up on the couch with a you know, a blanket and get all cozy and read a book or da da da I was just like, Well, on my last podcast I told everybody gonna start drinking, so I started doing that. Yeah. And I was like, I'm just gonna sit on the couch and watch college football and scratch my ass all day speaker-1: Dino Nuggi. speaker-0: and drink some bourbon. Or whiskey, whatever. speaker-1: Yeah, nothing wrong with that, man. Well, thank God, like, you we looked out, we got power. Cause I I I did in my era we ran out of we well ran out of power. Dirt. we didn't have power for like a couple hours, but that that came back up. And able to carry on through life, not have to worry about you know, I for people they probably do like board games or word puzzles or anything like that. And of course it's difficult because if there's no damn lights or you know, get a little bang sash out, you know what I mean? Yeah. Bam cham bam. Bam bam. Hell speaker-0: Play a quick game of hide to pickle. speaker-1: yeah, I mean it is kinda dark out and cold outside, so you know what I mean? Some more survival techniques. speaker-0: Yeah. Gotta stay warm somehow. speaker-1: Well yeah, because through friction. But I don't know, like I guess if there's people that have like family hobbies that they'll do during these types of times where there's no power or you're sitting there by, you know, a little candle and everyone's sitting at the dinner table, maybe eating some cold Pop Tarts or something and playing Monopoly and probably someone's beating the shit out of each other 'cause someone bought boardwalk and park place, you know, never know. speaker-0: curious to see how much rain w like like we talked about in the previous episode. Yeah. We talk about kayaking. I wonder how much of the water level's gonna come up now. Supposed to be speaker-1: I hope it does look in decent. speaker-0: like I said, Thursday is supposed to be eighty. So it's supposed to get back up there. Maybe get out there on the kayak one more time. speaker-1: Hell yeah, man. So I haven't got my other speed boat yet, so I'm ready to break that bad bitch in when it gets delivered. speaker-0: I always I know people are always like, you know, I always wonder where you know, when storms come in, like what like what do the animals do when that shit happens? I know they go burrowing their thing, but like you think they're like a squirrel's all sitting around curled up with a book and shit speaker-1: Bravo. speaker-0: and and a deer probably just laying in the woods like this is some speaker-1: Bullshit. Just run out. That's probably why they're running out the road. Just I hope somebody hits me. speaker-0: And little birds up in the tree, like, man, you couldn't have put a roof on this fucking speaker-1: Yeah. Well, I know for my area, my mom feeds the birds and squirrels very well in my house, man. There's sometimes like complete hoagie rolls just running around in the backyard. speaker-0: Yeah. speaker-1: I'm sure I'm sure somebody has like either like a Mimaw or a mom or somebody that loves to feed the local wildlife. speaker-0: Yeah, my mom used to do that, man. We used to have a squirrel. He'd walk right up the back walkway with you. speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: And I'm like, I'm not her, dude. speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: And I would go inside and she always had like the thing right near the back door. So I would just grab a couple. I'm like, yo, beat it. Yeah. I refuse to do it here. They're I mean, holy shit, man. They're mob deep out here. If you you feed one of these cats, man, they're gonna be f Hell yeah. When I first moved in here, man, we I I didn't realize 'Cause the guy I bought the house on moved out, like they moved to Colorado. Right. So there was nobody in this house. He actually flew back for closing and slept here the weekend before I I bought it. so when he left, like I the day I closed, I I, you know, opened the door and I came in. I didn't realize it. Like right actually right behind me where that vent is, there was like all these little acorns and shit around it. And I was just kinda like, Yeah, I don't know. So I I didn't move in right away. It was about three or four weeks later 'cause I had sell my mom's house. 'cause she had passed away. So I sold that and I think the first or second night I lived here, I came home from work and Riggs and Myrtle were fucking eyes wide open, tail all bul like And I was just kinda like Fuck's going on, boys. And all of a sudden this squirrel came up off the back of the head to the couch, like around the like up over the bed and just like it's and I was like I was like, man, what in the fuck? And like next thing you know, they're and like the squirrel took off. Now he's jumping up on the curtain and shit. And I was just like I got my sidearm on me. I'm like, I'm gonna fucking kill all three of these. speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: Luckily for me, it was like that movie National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. I just walked to the door like on the brink of insanity, like just getting ready to lose my mind. I just walked over to the door real calmly and I opened the door and that squirrel saw it and he came running and fucking I just slammed. speaker-1: Real nice. speaker-0: I think he knew he was like, That dude's at the end of his rope. speaker-1: He's like, speaker-0: He turned to look at those cats and he looked at them cats and like, Hey boy, we'll have to settle this some other time. Go. speaker-1: You had all the goddamn the forest creatures from Snow White in your friggin' house. speaker-0: Then every once in a while after that I would hear him like like running like on the ceiling. Like so they were in between the floors and I'm like, man, he's got fucking people near. So I had to get a guy in here and he was like, Yeah, I got about four or five of them. And I was like, Okay. So they put like one of them cages on the outside where when they came in they couldn't get back. So we eventually got rid of them. But yeah, that little motherfucker was right in the house. He came right up over the couch. speaker-1: And look at it. speaker-0: Hello Pucker. speaker-1: It's like welcome to the new house, you're out of dino nuggets. speaker-0: Exactly. wildlife in Medford, man. Yeah. speaker-1: Well, you got deer walking around in front, just like chilling, man. Every time I drive away, it's like there there's like that one group of some moms and some babies just nonchalantly walking around. speaker-0: I go out there sometimes in you know, in the morning like Tony Soprano to get the newspaper my like bathrobe and stuff. Like and like they just I mean, they walk by like they're on their own walk. They're just right down the middle of the street like speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: And they don't get scared. Like when you walk by they just kinda look at you and just like, yeah. And then them geek, like you saw that flock that just walked right up the street to just your world, brother, we just living in it. So Every once in a while I'd maybe out in my pool and I'm like, Well, I'm glad somebody's using it. speaker-1: Yeah, to stir to stir up the s salt in there. Like does does everyone else have like like weird wildlife to just roam around? speaker-0: This is a true story. A buddy of mine, Mike, the guy who passed away, my best friend. After he passed away, his mother moved to Dingman's Ferry, Pennsylvania. Okay. With Michael's older brother Thomas. And I mean, it is like in the Pocono Mountains. Like it's up there. So I drive up there to visit her. I used to go every six months before she passed away. and I was just and the first time I go up there. I'm like, How's that out? How how you making out up here, Miss B? She's and she had this New York accent. It was fucking awesome. North Jersey accent. Yeah. She's like, I'll tell you how the fuck I'll do it. She's like, the other day I go out there to get the paper. Next thing I know, there's a fucking grizzly bear. Not a bear. speaker-1: Okay. speaker-0: Fuck grizzly bear walking right down the street. I gotta tell you, Shavers. And I say this not embarrassed, but I fucking shit my pants. speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: Because who would it? You would be fucking scared out of your mind if you go to get the fucking paper and of a fucking bear walking down the street. So I shit myself. speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: So yeah, I like it. I like it. speaker-1: It's great. Keeps the blood pumping. There's a lot of action. That's the one that 'cause we've actually before I my mom tried to get my Aunt Nixie and the rest of them to come move to Jersey. And they're like, it's too quiet here. We don't like it. speaker-0: Yeah. Yeah, she wasn't a fan of the the quiet. Yeah. Yeah. I was I'm I that is one thing about Medford in this house in this neighborhood, bro You hear everything at night because it's so goddamn quiet. And it's dark. Like you look up, you see a million stars because there's no street lights in this development. Yeah. So speaker-1: No, it's never out of reach for me, man. I'm gonna find a way to get that guy again. speaker-0: Is it somewhere out of reach? I just nobody on the road, nobody on the street. I feel it in the end. speaker-1: is a good tune. That's another thing too of like maybe sp maybe some some of the listeners maybe have like that that crank radio be able to listen to some tunes while they're sitting in the dark with a candle or something. speaker-0: Well I mean if you got enough charge on your iPhone you should be good. So just play some IT. speaker-1: Well that's another thing too. Everyone's like going on Facebook trying to find out what else is going on in their neighborhood and they're like, I need to charge my phone. speaker-0: You know what sucks about this is that there was so much stuff canceled this weekend. Cause I was actually thinking about going the Voorhees Animal Shelter. I don't know why. It's always in my hour. I don't know why, but there was this cute ass little dog. speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: And just the way he looked in the picture, like, come see I and he had like a name like Bob. Yeah. It wasn't like, you know, Sparky Sparky or Rocket or anything. It was just like George. Come see George. And I was like And he's porta no, I think it was George. And he's from Mexico or Puerto Rico. So I was like, that's Jorge right there. So I was speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: like, I'm gonna go check that dog out. But like they can't like everything's closed because state emergency and stuff like that. my friend I my new friend who I work with, who's not gonna be there too long because she's moving on, the person we talked about, she was gonna work the Marlton Fall Fest. that's which was right up the street 'cause Marlton's right around the corner. they canceled. So I was like, okay, so when's is there a rain day? And she's like, No, because the vendors are already scheduled to go to another fall. So Marlton's beat. So, you know, a lot of people are losing money this week because of that. speaker-1: It's a shame. Yeah. Well even like if I was you know, for Giant fans out there, maybe one of them that I know they're selling like the chick, it's like dirt dirt cheap. Not because our season's over. the Titans. But it's just like the Norwegian. speaker-0: Nobody wants to sit out there even if they did have Jackson Dart, nobody wants to see them beat the shit out of the Titans. speaker-1: this type of weather and so I I've been to like, you know, crazy games and speaker-0: Tailgating is shit, man. speaker-1: I mean if if you have the right shit you can. speaker-0: You can, but who the dealing with pl packing up wet shit and all that stuff? Yeah, it's a pain in the ass. speaker-1: 'Cause not only that too, you gotta like wait for it to dry out 'cause if you pack it up and forget about it, you're getting some kind of weird speaker-0: What I mean man, like you just it it's such a hassle, pain in the ass, 'cause then when you get it home you gotta open it all back up, let it dry out. Then you gotta pack it up again. speaker-1: Yep. And if not, you're gonna get like those frickin' spores from like was it that The Last of Us, that frickin' TV show with everyone's turning into a frickin' mushroom trying to bite you in the ass? I don't know. speaker-0: I've never seen it or played the game, but speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: I know my man's in it with the red face. Yeah. I love that dude. And the righteous gemstones. Yeah. and he's awesome in what was the hell that name? Justified. Yeah. He's an awesome bad guy. We gotta do a top villain show. Did we do top villains? speaker-1: We did like the f yeah actually we did I don't know. We could definitely do villains though, man. That'd be cool. speaker-0: Yeah. That he was a badass dude. I think we did villains. speaker-1: Look. This one, thank God it's like a you know, we're not like pajamas and stuff like that, still listeners. So I this is like definitely for everybody else, it's definitely a lazy day, like the pajama pants. It's almost like the famous Target and Walmart attire for those people that are always trying to return like that that fan that's ten years old that they never bought from Walmart but they want the cash. Those type of outfits. speaker-0: Well not only that, but like I said, it's one of those days where I was just like, I should sit down and come up with an idea for the show and then it was just kinda like you came over. We did start one thing we did do is we ran through video. We did do a couple video segments so I can kind of see where we're at, like video wise angles and stuff. Herbie looks just as fucking bad as he does in person and so do I. Probably worse now that we're in ten eighty P. That's why we didn't go four K. We did manage to do that but I was just kinda like, Yeah, I'm not writing shit for this show today. We're just gonna sit here and wing it. speaker-1: Wing it. speaker-0: He's got a beer, I got whiskey, so we're just gonna talk. speaker-1: Just like everyone else is probably sitting there just having a couple of drinks, maybe a nice little coffee or something, and there's just speaker-0: Waiting for the power to go out. speaker-1: Yeah. Like and here it goes. Pew It's like son of a bitch. speaker-0: One thing I do have to get used to is like we can sit here because you're sitting on we're actually on the set people. we're sitting here looking at each other, but every once in a while we do have to look at those cameras because we still have the camera set up. So I have to remember to, you know, when you're talking to an audience, you have to look at them. speaker-1: That was while I was doing that like the second the second video we were doing on 'cause you speaker-0: Yeah, the second time I was kinda like speaker-1: you'd have to, 'cause people are like, it's just like these side profiles of these two dudes. speaker-0: And that's what they're like, damn, that guy's head is big, bro. speaker-1: It's like speaker-0: That head is gigantic. speaker-1: That little guy is tiny but got his nosey It speaker-0: He's got like a beavis head. speaker-1: probably is like is this the Beavis of Butthead show? Pretty much. speaker-0: So yeah. So we did get that done. it's like I said, I'm gonna work on the editing and stuff like that. And hopefully this is what, forty eight? Forty nine. speaker-1: Yeah, this will this will be the forty ninth one. speaker-0: Yeah, we only got one more audio episode left before we do go to video. speaker-1: Very soon Shauna and Diane. Which is weird too because I'm speaker-0: You guys gonna have to be with us. It's gonna be a a a weird transition, man. Yeah. speaker-1: Yeah, different. But it's I we'll we'll be able to handle it. It's just when the speaker-0: no doubt. speaker-1: people that are like, when you go on a video I'm like, you know what we look like. I'm not really you see me like every day. speaker-0: Well that's what everybody's like, when do you guys go to video to or that? And I was just kinda like don't get me wrong, it's absolutely amazing to be able to watch the podcast. Yeah. that's why we're doing it. In the speaker-1: Yeah, I think that brings more people to want to look speaker-0: same sense, they were I was just like, You guys know what I look like. They're like, What about the people that don't know what you look like? And I was like, Well, first of all, they're gonna be sadly finding. I said, speaker-1: Fuck you just. speaker-0: Second of all, if you follow us on Instagram and Facebook, like Those I AI things I generate all the time are pretty much spot on besides your your buddy Brett the one time saying speaker-1: Yeah, pretty That's not fucking Herbie. It's definitely not Herbie. I see some of them like they're kinda familiar. It kinda looks like maybe like one of my cousins from Puerto Rico. I was like, all right, but you know, I'll still got a Herbie shirt on. Well every speaker-0: once in a while because I it's like I said, I think on the last episode I mentioned it. I'm down like seventeen pounds or something like that. I'm working out but every once in a while AI still goes, we're gonna put fat Sheamus in this picture. Thanks, bud. It is what it is. speaker-1: I'm like It's almost like they're not no they're like he's not gonna be able to keep the weight off. speaker-0: yeah, no doubt. Don't throw them pants out just yet. speaker-1: I'll start getting a whole new wardrobe. Keep speaker-0: shit. speaker-1: them moo moos ready. speaker-0: Do the lights bother you? No. No, it's good. Everything seems like it's pretty good. speaker-1: good like it like with this type of setup everybody like it it's I have a feeling it's you're gonna see you're gonna see a lot more like these guys are old and they got a bunch of frickin toys yeah we do speaker-0: Yeah. Yeah, we we wanted to do something a little different than everybody else. although Brad Brad's setup is pretty much a lot like ours. speaker-1: Yeah. Well we have we all have like a lot in common really. I think that's why we all get a lot you know, especially for me and Brett, 'cause I've known him forever. And when he met you it was just like no time passed. So hopefully you get to speaker-0: Yeah. speaker-1: get a chance to meet Mike and see some other people and speaker-0: Yeah, we're gonna have to have those guys on. I know the exciting and new guys wanna come in. Yeah. we did have Jay on to talk about Star Wars and all that stuff. And I think he was on with you too, right? Yeah. I forget what we talked about then. But we're gonna have them on to talk about their podcast. we'll probably have Brett and Mike come in, talk about their podcast. my buddy, a guy I went to high school with, is we're working out the details now. He's gonna come in. And tell us about his business that he started. He has two. He has a security business and a ocean's art thing. That's cool. Which is pretty wild. I follow him on Instagram. He makes art like out of sea shells and stuff. He lives down on Atlantic City. finds stuff on the beach that comes from the ocean. not like needles and diapers and shit, but Like seashells and, you know, old seahorses and stuff like that. And he yeah. And he makes old mob bosses. speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: and he and he makes like art and stuff with it. So which is when you meet the guy, you're like, This dude makes that shit? and a couple of other our other friends we've talked to are interested in coming on. So we're gonna start lining guests back up. We're gonna get back into the educational part of this. Yeah. start learning what people do. speaker-1: fun too because it's it's this is this is fun to do and you know we keep trying to come up with ideas so again like if you guys have any ideas hit the mailbag again because we're actually gonna review the mailbag very soon because that thing's loading speaker-0: after this episode I'm gonna do it tonight and then for our fiftieth for our send off for audio. We'll hit a couple of and then we'll just kinda look back on the last twenty five episodes 'cause we did one for twenty five to one. So and just hit something real small and and it's off to video we go. speaker-1: Yeah, for me I like the big interaction with with the with the listeners and stuff. I I like getting feedback from and listening 'cause I even ask the people that that I know, like, tell me what you think and stuff like that because there's always room to improve and it's something that we want to keep doing. speaker-0: I'm always skeptical because you know, when you ask people like what do you think? And it's like people we know they're like, it's so great and I'm like fucking speaker-1: I just say that 'cause you like speaker-0: saying that. You know what I mean? Like, give me the scoop, like what's going on? speaker-1: I I do get a lot of like my friend Jillian, she'll she'll she'll like text me after she hears an episode and she'll mention like a lot of stuff. Like a lot of the a lot of the listeners that do stay in contact, like Shar and everybody, they they tell us about, you know, certain parts of the episode. Amanda, like all you ladies out there that that listen and reply, like our buddies, fellow friends of ours that, you know, I heard your show and you know, this that was cool. And I remember the time you did the guys did this and You know, I can't wait to see you guys on video. Which is cool because they th when they when they reply about it, it's actually not just saying, yeah, it was cool and then they move it. They are actually they they they go into detail about s s speaker-0: No doubt. I've got a bunch one of the things I did do was I peeked in the mailbag this morning because I was gonna try and put an episode together, but I was just like, Yeah, fuck it, I gotta hook up all this video shit. our last episode where we went on these angry rants about like I got a ton of mail, like, are you guys okay? You know, speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: it's gonna be all right. Yeah, and like I got all kinds of relationship advice. I was like, Are you serious? And they were just like, hey man, you gotta move on. And like I said, I have moved on. I got I I I have no interest in revisiting that relationship or dating her again It's just like I said, I I just would love to know what pissed her off that bad where she was just like one day was just like poof. speaker-1: Well you know, you know, that's speaker-0: Other people were just like, Hey, you know, I I don't know how many people are like, Hey, I know people that are single, man. You guys need to da da da da I I I got somebody would be perfect for you or herbie and da da da. Wow, it's amazing that people actually care that much. Reach out or and then of course, don't get me wrong, the other side of that was just like, yeah, you're fucking ugly. Your show sucks. You guys are fucking nerds, and that's why you'll never get laid. speaker-1: That's why you will die on the speaker-0: Don't kill yourself, suffer you bastard. Sign Jay from the exciting and new podcast. speaker-1: Yes, Cobra sucks. We love it, Jay. Yeah, I mean, it's just it's just like we like the feedback. You know, it's it's 'cause it's just it's like that interaction with everybody. speaker-0: And that's what this is about, man. Hopefully you guys are, you know, at least I mean, at least get a laugh out of it. Like nothing we do is re Don't get me wrong, interviews that we do, we try to keep it serious, but we also try to keep it light. Yeah. Because I am a curious guy and I do wanna know, you know, like I said, the premise of the show was started because of junk mail and dog shit scooping guys. We just like, speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: how the hell is that a business? And why is junk mail still a thing? And I started researching, I was like, why don't I just talk to somebody who does it and why not put it on camera? Yeah. and like I said, we don't want to talk to actors or famous people. Yeah. I want to talk to Yeah, well like speaker-1: Maybe one day. speaker-0: I don't want to talk to Brad Pitt. I'm gonna talk to the guy who's working the boom mic behind him. Yeah. You know, for Universal Pictures or whatever. Yeah. Or speaker-1: No, speaker-0: you know, the guy who sets up the catering That kind of stuff. speaker-1: Like is there dino nuggies at the craft cart? speaker-0: Yeah, the Tyrannosaurus Rex once hit I don't know, I still haven't tried y speaker-1: different. right they do. speaker-0: I'm gonna pick some up when I go on food shopping on Monday. Yeah. After the storm passes and there's nothing left. speaker-1: No, we're gonna to keep paddling out there or something. You use you gonna use your boat to p get out there. It's like Christ. speaker-0: But yeah, we got some people lined up. We got some other stuff coming. we're gonna do another fifty episodes video and then we'll see where we're at. we do one thing I will let people know is and I know it's probably bullshit. I've gotten a lot of emails lately, whether it's through AOL, Into Messenger, I've actually got once through our team pork roll email. that's cool. People reaching out say, Hey, I I like what you guys are doing, You know, I manage podcast and I I guess there's like managers for podcast now and stuff like that. And, you know, like one co like some of were you could just tell like, fuck that. Yeah. But this one college kid actually reached out and it was just like, Hey, my name is so and so and you know, I'm a real person, I'm not AI. This is nothing generated, and I'm interested in starting to manage podcasts and I have listened to your guys' stuff and it's pretty decent That's cool. And I was just like, Okay, well, at the time we're not We didn't do this to start making money. but I was just like, Hey man, just I speaker-1: Give us a speaker-0: have your contact. Yeah, let me we're getting ready to jump the video. And he was like, Well, that's why I'm reaching out is because, you know, I know you guys are going to video. I was going to suggest that, but you guys are already making that jump. and you know, I'd really be interested in sitting down talking with you guys. And I was just like, Hey man, that's fine. Just put us on the back burner. Yeah. Find somebody else right now. I said, we're gonna just keep doing where we're done. I'm pushing fifty years old, man. I'm not I don't the minute this starts being a job, I'm done with it. Yeah. So and I don't want, you know, you signed a contract, you gotta do two episodes every week and all that But it it's nice to know that w we have a following now where people like that are starting to fucking which speaker-1: Which is cool. speaker-0: is great. I have been recognized twice just because of my voice. And like I said, one guy was just like, you're the guy from the pork, or I can cheese, and I was Yeah, and did the Charlie Murphy thing. He was like, Hey, I recognize that voice. And I heard him mumble to his old age. Like, Yeah, he's a big fucking head too. He wasn't like he really speaker-1: He speaker-0: does. So yeah, I did have somebody recognize my voice. the second one was, you know, a friend of ours, her husband, was like, that's the guy from the the show. I recognize the voice. So speaker-1: We do. We like it. We like the fact that people are just sitting down. Like 'cause you our like the last the rant one, I I I enjoyed the rant episodes 'cause I think it's funny. But I know we are based like as like, you know, more entertainment and fun. But you know, we're just like everybody else. We we got a rant and we we I think we kind of did it more in a comedic way. So maybe that might have been able to give like the listeners to still kind of wanna listen to those rant ones. speaker-0: Listen, and put people that got such a great response because everybody's like, You guys are always so positive. And and that's why people were like, Are you guys okay? speaker-1: Yes. speaker-0: And and somebody put in the email, he was just like, you know, it it's good to see you guys do he was like, It's almost like Tom Hanks. Yeah. Like in certain Tom Hanks movies, Tom Hanks, but then he always has that one scene where he just fucking goes nuts. Yeah. And he freaks like there's no crying in baseball. Yeah. speaker-1: You need you want some real stuff. speaker-0: Stuff. Yeah, so and he was like and everybody loves when Tom Hanks like freaks out like that or you know. Or like when Bruce Willis used to do it and he does you know, that voice it gets real high. He's like, it's dicey. speaker-1: Or a Nick Cage moment, like boy speaker-0: Yeah. So like, you know, it happens. People and like I said, even that episode was done, you know, in good fun. You know, it's not like we're everybody in New Jersey dealing with bullshit electric prices and and g and everybody in the country's dealing with bullshit gas prices. I don't give a shit about your political views. You'll never hear my political views. But it is what it is. We just have to deal with this stuff and and it's good to just vent every once in a while. speaker-1: So I think that's a that's refreshing with some of the other listeners that we don't mention stuff like that 'cause this all that other bullshit's on the news and in other people's mouths all the time. So I I I think everyone's just like tired of that type of language and they just wanna get the hell away from it. Actually listen to just maybe s people that have commonality in either like life things that happen or just just to have fun. And that's it. Just like a relatable type of listening instead of just some kind of informative one perspective or whatever the hell. You know what I mean? Just just something for them to run. speaker-0: I'm with you dude. It's it's one of those things where I'm just speaker-1: 'Cause definitely do not want to be like any other type of platform. I just wanna be you know, like ourselves. speaker-0: We can talk about other shit besides that. yeah. And I that was my big thing because I'm tired of hearing I'm tired of hearing about all of it. You can't have an opinion anymore. Me too. I'm just like forgetting. People just don't know how to are like debate or have a conversation. So I'm not B for that shit. And and one thing I will say this is I never really cared that much about religion or politics or for me it's always been booze. Women, fast cars, fucking sports, drums, you know, just you know. Like I said, I am the epitome of like them videos you see like America, like the the drag cars going down the strip, and then you see the jet fighters and stuff like that, and just high adrenaline, like the Kickstart My Heart video from Wally Crew. That's that's me. Like I just love that kind of shit And don't give a fuck about suits. I hate politicians, speaker-1: Oops. speaker-0: like all that stuff. Like I don't want to not that I hate the people wearing them, but I just hate listen, that's not for me. Yeah, that's We're not doing that on this show. I don't we're here to have a good time. speaker-1: I think that's that's probably why like speaker-0: Did I mention I like girls? Love girls. Love women. speaker-1: We're we're like blue collar people, so hopefully this this type of us talking with everybody else like has in common like any of the other blue t blue collar type workers. Just you just wanna you you you work your ass off, you wanna have a good time, you just want the best for you and your family and just be able to take care of take care of the shit you need to do at home. You know, and then sometimes you just need to step away from all those trop you know, problems and drama and stuff and just like Enjoy life. And like you s like you mentioned before, sometimes you're running around too goddamn busy lifing, you're not smelling the life of the roses, you know? speaker-0: Yeah, it's like I said, this is for Back in the fifties. Take it. You know, like if you watch the TV show The Wonder Years, I always felt bad for Mr. Arnold, Kevin's dad. and he represents a whole generation and like even our generation now. Yeah. it's a little different because of the media and all that stuff, news, the way, you know, technology has changed the world when it comes to that kind of thing. But that guy used to work his ass off. He would come home, he would sit down, he would eat, he would listen to all the bullshit that his family had going on, right? You know. And especially in my house, it was just like, you know, Seamus had he's got Saturday school again, you know, breakfast club Because, he gave Jason Craig a wedgie in front of every a a nun or something like that, or you know, and then my brother needed money for football camp and then my sister needed money for braces or a flute or something or and like he would just sit there like And then he would just get up and Grab a beer and then he would just sit down on the couch and watch TV. And so he went to and it was just like an everyday thing. Yeah. like I said, technology's changed that. There's so many different forms of entertainment out there, not to mention nine thousand different streaming services. But like I always thought to myself when I started this, like, here's another out for Mr. Arnold speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: in today's society. Like he could put headphones on and just go, I can get away from speaker-1: Everybody. speaker-0: All the bullshit. All the shit the negative shit seen in the world and listen to Herbie and Seamus's goofy egg speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: talk about their bullshit and think to myself, man, my life's not that bad. These guys are fucking nerds. speaker-1: Well you never know. Maybe he might be getting tuned up and stuff like that. And he does find that box of dino nuggies and pops them in the air for and says, You know what? That little bastard was right. The goddamn triceratops and the frickin' T Rex that different. speaker-0: Somebody did say that. I forget who it was. Somebody's speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: like, Yeah, it does and it was somebody we know. They were just like, Hey, he ain't lying. speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: I was like, really? When I was a kid they didn't have dinos speaker-1: I know. They never did. I was like what the hell man I mean speaker-0: I don't think I bought you know, since I've been an adult, so we'll have to get that done. speaker-1: Man, just long as everyone's able to d decompress. I think that's what it is. Like everyone's got that mundane routine of life. So maybe like, you know, hopefully you're having a drink right now, just relaxing, listen to us, ramble on about dumb shit, and you actually get a chance to just relax and not have to worry about or think about anything else that's going on in your house. Just be able to listen to two dudes from South Jersey. speaker-0: You know why I enjoy this? I I not only the episodes where we go back and forth and banner because everybody thinks you guys are well you guys are hilarious. And you know, somebody told me like Herbie is pure podcast gold. And I was just kinda like, Yeah, why do you think I asked him to do this? But I love when our guests come on because some of them come in and they're just like they put the headphones on and it's like ready, go. And they're just hurrah. And they're into it, man. Like they just take off and then some of them like My name is J speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: So but when you see them start to warm up or like the people that are just like like the village handyman. Yeah. That guy came in and I was just like, all right, man, just go with it ready. One, two, three. Hello, welcome to the my name is James. And he was like, and Uncle Led's in the house. I was like, shit, here we go. But then there's other people who are just like, that's me. Well, yeah. And like I said, my name is Jeff. But then when you see those people warm up or like when the other guys get going and stuff, if they start telling it's and to see the look in the and when they put the headphones down and the microphone goes off, you know, man, that was great. When can I come back? Or you know, can we do this again sometime? Or some people have left and I don't want to take credit for it. But your buddy Brett, yeah. He came in and then the next thing you know, he started a podcast. I think maybe he had a plan before he came in. Because I think he did mention he was like, I just want to see how this works kind of deal. and to see guys go off and and do their own thing too is pretty cool. speaker-1: Awesome. speaker-0: I mean that guy does all his own shit anyway. I mean, that guy's got so many things going on. He's very impressive. But speaker-1: Good job, Brett. speaker-0: like guys like you know, the village hand is like, man, yeah, speaker-1: yeah. speaker-0: what or maybe start his own thing. I was just like, dude, that's and a lot of people were just like, is that guy really speaker-1: yeah, dude, nothing. speaker-0: Steve was another one too. A lot of guys were just like, Man, you guys made that's how you hey man, you do that all the time but I'm like, That's not me, man. Like that's a dude. speaker-1: Yeah, these are not made up characters, man. speaker-0: I still have the stain on my carpet where it's dog shit, you know? So I'm waiting on the Stanley Steamers guys to come out and get rid of that. So speaker-1: Jack Jack's got some potent poo. speaker-0: So and and like even Steve was just like, man, and like that guy got so excited. He's working on a theme song because the guy's a phenomenal musician. Yeah. and he was just like, Hey man, this is what you need to do. You need more sound effects, you need this, this, and that every time I see him, he just gives me this random list of shit that we need to do. And I was just like, Well, come in and you know, be a producer. It's like, yeah, man, you know, I don't know. I'm just gonna write the song, man. Fucking speaker-1: One of my one of my favorite lines that Steve said was like, Like, Steve, you wanna be on our podcast? He's like, Yeah, man. What's the podcast? Like but these these are see, like everyone that's listening, th these are the type of people that we hang out with. And like Sheamus said, th these are not made up people. These are these are actual people in our In our groups. We just I guess we still have, you know, new nicknames for Uncle Lem was always there, but Junk Mail Steve is the new nickname for Steve. speaker-0: Another one was having my buddy Paul come on from Snipe's Mobile Window Tinting and stuff. Yeah, he's cool. I hadn't seen that dude in like 15 to 20 years. And when he walked in that door, that was probably, if not one, one B, one C, one favorite episode. Yeah. Because I hadn't seen that guy in so long. When he walked in the door, it was like I saw him on Tuesday. And it was speaker-1: Yeah, that was past. speaker-0: such a great time in an episode. And I can't wait to have him back. even if it's just to have beers and stuff. it was great seeing him. guys from work, my buddy Elvin came in to talk about, you know, the paintball thing and stuff. Huge, huge response for Charlene's yeah episode. a lot of people in the mailbag reached out. They're just like, Hey, not so much looking for because I know she wanted to do something like, Hey, if anybody needs advice or dah dah dah. I we didn't get much of that, but a lot of people were just like, hey girl, keep going. You know, it's like, yeah, a lot of a lot of hey, go get kid. Don't let grind you down. you're doing a great job. Keep up the new if you need something. Kim was another one too. A lot of teachers reached out. teachers that I know were just like, Hey man, that's pretty cool that you got a teacher on, like we're represented and stuff like that. and like I said, it's always such a a good vibe when people come in here and stuff. speaker-1: Especially people like I I th I that's another thing that's why this is this is not really work. It's more like a a fluid movement 'cause we have all these people in our lives and I'm so grateful for it. You know, especially like, you know, the last episode, my brother from another mother, Steve. You know, he came up from Tennessee and it's it's it's I mean we keep in clean speaker-0: good to see you gu you could tell. Yeah. Like sitting on the other end of that table at at studio B. the dining room. it was funny watching you guys 'cause you could just tell. Yeah. Like it it was like watching two brothers sit in a room and do it. Just bullshit. And stuff like that. Yeah. So speaker-1: I think yeah, we are. We're we're blessed. We're we're like I'm blessed to have you and my live and like all the all the other people that have been on our show and people that are willing to be on our show. I'm just thankful for all of it, man. It's just it's cool. speaker-0: Yeah, we're gonna have to our fiftyth is coming up next. We'll have to kinda make a list of everybody and thank Yeah. and like I said, maybe if I can get some money together we'll do something special for at Christmas time or something. Yeah. So and like I said, the people that have been on for the audio part, eventually we're gonna invite back. Yeah. So you can see how fucking ugly these people are too. Especially Paul. speaker-1: Paul's cool man, yeah. It's it's speaker-0: It's speaker-1: cool, man. So hopefully, you know, everyone's still listening. maybe, you know, crack another beer or something like that or speaker-0: And if you have any suggestions of jobs, like jobs you wanna know about. Yeah, they like I wanna know about the guy who rides on the back of the trash truck, you know, that kind of thing. I wanna know about the guy. Like big shout out to the guys who were working for P S E and G tonight. all the public service guys, your township workers and stuff. They're out there battling the elements, make sure we keep electric and You know, cleaning up the trees off the road and stuff, your firemen, your police, yeah, all that stuff. Now a lot of people we can't speaker-1: Door dash delivery people. speaker-0: we got yeah, we we did order Chinese food tonight. So maybe talk to one or two of those guys. another thing is we did reach out to I did have people reach out like, hey, you need to talk to this guy or this guy. we tried to talk to certain people, but Like you can't talk to cops, you can't talk to firemen because they usually have to sign like a media release thing that you can't talk to anybody from the media unless it's cleared, which is ridiculous. I had to do that for years. I couldn't talk I couldn't be on a podcast or anything like that when I was a employee of the state. especially law enforcement. Another thing is certain companies. We talked to our friend Miss Christine when she was here for the Dungeons and Dragons thing. Yeah. And she works for IKEA. And she's pretty high up in Ikea. I she works in the shipping department or something. And we were gonna have her come in and talk about IKEA because I mean everybody in this goddamn country and probably on all seven continents has a piece of IKEA furniture somewhere in their house. Or have had the Swedish meatballs. Yep. So speaker-1: Or have a couple of those the extra Allen wrenches or bolts that you never knew where the hell they were going. Those washers. speaker-0: I still have I have a jar in my garage of speaker-1: Washers and Allen wrenches and speaker-0: Yeah. So there's certain there's certain companies and and certain jobs that we can't talk to. They won't let us. So if you do mention a job and I get back to you and say, Hey, we tried but we can't all get pissed off of me, you're just shooting the messenger. speaker-1: Just keep coming yeah, keep coming with the ideas because you know, we're gonna keep throwing this. speaker-0: Yeah. any jobs you're interested in, let us know. If you have any questions for us, it's like I said, I'm pretty transparent. I'll give you the the truth, the way I see it. Yeah. I'm sure Herbie will too. So if you guys have any questions for us, any suggestions, when you see the set, you're gonna see like a bunch of different action figures, stuff like that. That's gonna generate more questions. Feel free to ask. But if you see something that you think we might like, let us know and maybe we'll pick it up. because there is a ton of stuff I still want get. you know, I saw Captain Caveman Dolly. my god. speaker-1: my god, you're speaker-0: But of course it was one of those things where it was like sixty dollars, but the shipping was like eighty five and I'm like man. So speaker-1: Jesus. speaker-0: yeah, any questions you have, or even hobbies. we did have Dungeons and Dragons people on. Yeah. they did a tremendous job of explaining it. I found out some of the new employees I work with, some of my co-workers and stuff, the one guy was scrolling through and he did see the Dungeons and Dragons thing, he listened to it because he played Dungeons and Dragons in high school. That's cool. And he hasn't done it in a while. And he said, because of that episode, he's probably gonna get back into it and show his kids how to do it. That's cool. Because I think he said his teenage son, who is 14, just started dabbling with it. And he said it's amazing that when I was scrolling through to look for something, I saw the D thing and I was like, Ooh. He said, I listened to it. even he said it. Yeah. They did a phenomenal job of explaining it and all that stuff like that. And I'm probably gonna get back into it with my son. So if you have any hobbies, anything you collect, collectors, anything, sports memory, games. Yeah, what the hell did we say who was collecting something? We just kinda laughed about it. Not laugh, but we No, not stamps. It was something ridiculous. speaker-1: Dogs? speaker-0: I forget what it was. Yeah, if you speaker-1: Yeah, yeah, exactly. speaker-0: anything you want to talk about, man, just speaker-1: Unless I have to repeat all my like irrelevant nerd hobbies and stuff too. Probably like Did he even get his goddamn speedboat yet? No, I haven't got my speedboat yet and that big package did get picked up. speaker-0: Bro, it is amazing how much of a fucking dork you are. yeah. I was watching another one of Brett's episodes and they had this guy on, they were doing top five comic books, and he was mentioning and I used to collect comic books and he was mentioning some shit and I was like, I bet you Herbie knows this. So when you came over, I was like, Hey man, do you know about the century? And you're just like, Fuck yeah, what's up? And I was like Yeah, I never heard of that. speaker-1: Yeah, it's a lot of useless information, man. I'm like a freaking little Puerto Rican version of like information underneath those Snapple bottle lids. I'm like that. speaker-0: And make sure if you're listening to this and we say something wrong, fact check us. Let us know. speaker-1: That's true too, 'cause we're a lot of times we do this on one one go. I I listened to those things back and I'm like, man, yeah, I d I didn't say that right or that was wrong with that one. speaker-0: And we'll be damn sure to pass your messages on. like my buddy Brandon and Tony Ugats. The mayo on the Italian hoagie thing. That war still raging on. That guy Tony was like, I want to beat him. speaker-1: Yeah, I'm Team Tony though, bro. I'm like, God damn, no mayo wanna actually there was another weird combo. There's a girl at work. She's very cool, she's hot, but she swears by the Italian Wawa Italian meatball sandwich with the honey mustard on it. And I was just like, no. Absolutely no. He swears by it. I'm like, bro. Exactly. That's where I was like speaker-0: I don't even know I don't even know how to attack that bro. I never heard speaker-1: Bubble guts all the time. I was like, you're gonna need like at least a good half pack of wipes every time you go to the bathroom, man. Like the meatball wa the wawa meatball hoagie with honey mustard sauce on it. She says it rocks. speaker-0: I'm a little skeptical about people who put mayo on their cheesesteak. speaker-1: Yeah, I don't do I don't do that. I don't do that. speaker-0: little bit too much oil for me. I mean I'm a mayo don't get me wrong, I don't like bathe myself in mayo. But like I you know, I love like a good chicken salad or a ton of salad or like mayo, turkey, cheese on Italian bread. speaker-1: God damn. speaker-0: But like he put a buddy of mine puts mayo on his I've never heard of mustard on a goddamn meatball sandwich. What does she do for a living? She's a nurse. speaker-1: Yeah, honey mustard. She's a nurse. She saves lives. I'm I'm questioning her. Like she she seems like a cool chicken. She seems like she's a good worker, but her taste buds. I'm not sure if she I asked her if she does a lot of weed. She said no. I don't know, speaker-0: I put ranch dressing on people. speaker-1: man. There's another chick I know. She for some reason she'll eat cottage cheese and mustard. And then she was like, like she would do she was a solid idiot. speaker-0: Mustard mustard four point for is for hot dogs and some kind of sausage meat like a bossy or speaker-1: That's why I'm just like those yeah, these type of weird combos I'd I'm just thinking, dude, the toilet has probably has been shown no mercy. speaker-0: I put honey in cottage sheets. But I mean it's speaker-1: Yeah, I mean that's honey. You know freaking Putin like speaker-0: Is it yellow mustard or spicy mustard? speaker-1: I I I I didn't really hang around the conversation that long to like Yeah, I was just like forget it. And it's a shame too, 'cause it like it was like in a group. It was like maybe four or five of us and like, you know, she was like one of the hot ones there and speaker-0: Unless it's like a hot dog kibasi or sausage or something. speaker-1: I mean I'll eat pretzels, but mustard. Mustard. New York guy. Mustard. I mean it like back in the day some speaker-0: Pretzels. Put ketchup on your hot dog. Okay. Yeah, people who need to Hot dogs need to be exterminated. speaker-1: Okay, I don't get it. I mean like if it's on there I'm I'll eat it but it's gotta have mustard on it. It's not just speaker-0: Yeah, it's gotta be spiced mustard. Yeah. Every once in a while go with the bright yellow shit, but speaker-1: I d actually with the thing of the cheesesteak, like the wah wah sauces, I do like the garlic aioli or like the horseradish sauce. speaker-0: On what? speaker-1: like on a turkey sandwich or something. I know to be honest though, like maybe like a speaker-0: fine. You said you were gonna put it on your tasty cake or something. What? speaker-1: No, no. no, yeah. I'm not I mean I'll no I don't really I don't I don't really think I really do too much well I do eat weird stuff, but I don't eat like just out of the ordinary like Russian roulette of condiments from your refrigerator. You know what I mean? I don't do that. speaker-0: I d I did a Herbie this week. I did the chopped up onion, tuna fish and white rice. yeah? I also did it with sardines. speaker-1: Yeah, yeah. speaker-0: and mustard sauce. Yeah? Sardines and mustard sauce. speaker-1: All right. Did you do the tune in oil? Vegetable oil? vegetable oil, man. That's speaker-0: No, I do No, I I drain the shit. I like my tuna dry and then add like a little bit of mayo to it. I don't like it like when speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: it's like all soupy and with the mayo. I can't stand speaker-1: Well yeah, not with the mi nah, not like that. speaker-0: No. But like I'll take the can and I flip it and then I push the lid inside and squeeze like every ounce of fucking speaker-1: Yeah. speaker-0: So like my I I throw a couple pieces on the floor for the cats and when they eat it, they're just like water 'cause it's like it's so goddamn dry, dude. Yeah, speaker-1: Looking like Spongebob speaker-0: they do that. And their lips all speaker-1: I am done. I'll tell you one thing, I am getting excited though, 'cause it's getting close to Christmas time. Even though the way we say it like holidays go by so fast. The little Debbie Christmas tree cakes. speaker-0: You know the birthday cakes are the same on speaker-1: Yes, but for s I'm talk that's it's another thing, dude. It's like speaker-0: The racies are like that. The Christmas trees are so much better than the cups. speaker-1: I swear to god, I know, I know the little debut. And they're gotta the white ones. Yeah, they gotta be. They can't speaker-0: Well I'm talking about the Reese's Christmas. I love the white chocolate peanut butter one. speaker-1: yeah, I'll fuck those up too. But like the little Debbie Christmas tree cakes. that's my shit. And I know. It's the green sparkle thing. speaker-1: The little green bivy bubbles, whatever the f I don't even think there are jimmies or sparkles. They're like bivy bubbles or something. speaker-0: They're like granulates of sugars speaker-1: Pieces of glass. speaker-0: dyed green. Yeah. That's what they are. Great.
