Speaker 1: Mister Vice President, if your core business was shut down
• 0:10
Speaker 1: by the federal government, would you call You would call crickets.
• 0:17
Speaker 1: We have less than twenty who have complained. We're not
• 0:20
Speaker 1: even sure there's are legitimate eight hundred hospices shut down,
• 0:23
Speaker 1: and we're not hearing much the seconds crickets out there.
• 0:26
Speaker 2: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:30
Speaker 3: Good Thursday morning. Nice to have you with us from
• 0:32
Speaker 3: the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got two big
• 0:34
Speaker 3: stories for you. First up, JD. Vance making government fraud
• 0:37
Speaker 3: of front and center issue and the numbers being uncovered
• 0:41
Speaker 3: are staggering. Vance not only is saying that the Fraud
• 0:44
Speaker 3: Task Force has found hundreds of thousands of dead people
• 0:47
Speaker 3: getting Foodstap benefits and now also shocking numbers of massive
• 0:53
Speaker 3: Medicaid fraud going to home health care and hospice providers. Also,
• 0:59
Speaker 3: there was a major hearing from a CIA whistleblower on
• 1:03
Speaker 3: Capitol Hill and not a single Democrat was there for
• 1:08
Speaker 3: the testimony. What are they running away from and what
• 1:11
Speaker 3: did the whistleblower have to say? We have it all
• 1:13
Speaker 3: for you. I want to take a quick moment and
• 1:16
Speaker 3: talk to you about an incredible organization and it is
• 1:18
Speaker 3: called Compassion International and how you can get involved. Love, generosity,
• 1:24
Speaker 3: and compassion. We say those words all the time and
• 1:27
Speaker 3: they sound good, they feel good. But here's the truth.
• 1:31
Speaker 3: Those words don't mean anything unless they turn into action,
• 1:35
Speaker 3: and right now, not later, today, not tomorrow. There's a
• 1:39
Speaker 3: child in the world who doesn't know if they'll eat,
• 1:43
Speaker 3: if they'll have a chance to learn, or if there's
• 1:46
Speaker 3: any hope at all. And while we're all busy, life
• 1:50
Speaker 3: keeps moving forward, but that child is waiting. This is
• 1:54
Speaker 3: where you come in. With Compassion International. You have the
• 1:57
Speaker 3: chance to change a child's future, not just with words,
• 2:01
Speaker 3: not with promises, but with real help that provides food,
• 2:05
Speaker 3: education and hope through local churches and people already in
• 2:11
Speaker 3: their community. Put your words into action and join me
• 2:15
Speaker 3: introduce a child to a loving heavenly father today at
• 2:19
Speaker 3: Compassion dot com. That's Compassion dot Com. It's the forty
• 2:25
Speaker 3: seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
• 2:28
  Speaker 2: Story number one.
• 2:29
Speaker 3: When Donald Trump got elected, he made it very clear
• 2:32
Speaker 3: that waste fraud of use were going to be something
• 2:34
Speaker 3: he was going to focus on. Then he brought an
• 2:36
Speaker 3: Elon Musk and Doge. Well, they're not done. In fact,
• 2:40
Speaker 3: apparently they're just getting started. Now. Jeddie Vance is now
• 2:44
Speaker 3: leading the Trump Administration's anti fraud crackdown, and we've got
• 2:48
Speaker 3: major new developments, including the fact that Vance now says
• 2:53
Speaker 3: the administration's Fraud Task Force has found already one hundred
• 2:59
Speaker 3: and eighty six one thousand plus dead people allegedly still
• 3:03
Speaker 3: receiving Snap food stamp benefits. Now, to be clear, we
• 3:08
Speaker 3: can't crawl back this money. These funds are being stolen,
• 3:13
Speaker 3: and they're being used by people that are clearly not
• 3:16
Speaker 3: dead but alive, and they're using dead people's identity to
• 3:21
Speaker 3: get the funds. Now, that obviously should make you angry.
• 3:25
Speaker 3: And they're expecting to find more than the basically two
• 3:27
Speaker 3: hundred thousand dead people who are getting money every single
• 3:31
Speaker 3: month from you, the taxpayer. Now, the task force also
• 3:35
Speaker 3: says that more than four hundred thousand people were actually
• 3:40
Speaker 3: defying the government receiving duple kits Snap benefits at the
• 3:45
Speaker 3: same time, meaning that they had two applications that were
• 3:48
Speaker 3: approved double dipping, getting twice as much as they should
• 3:52
Speaker 3: normally get. Now, if you are double dipping, shouldn't you
• 3:56
Speaker 3: go to jail? Shouldn't you lose SNAP benefits indefinitely? Shouldn't
• 4:00
Speaker 3: there be a major consequence for stealing from the US government? Well,
• 4:05
Speaker 3: right now, apparently there's not much of a deterrent at all.
• 4:09
Speaker 3: Now the White House is trying to change that, framing
• 4:12
Speaker 3: this is a massive taxpayer accountability effort. They're also arguing
• 4:17
Speaker 3: that Americans are tired of seeing waste, fraud, and abuse
• 4:20
Speaker 3: in all of our federal programs. Now, the Vice President
• 4:24
Speaker 3: has now called the finding of fraud in the federal
• 4:26
Speaker 3: government like fishing in a barrel with dynamite. The administration
• 4:31
Speaker 3: is now escalating beyond rhetoric. They are now threatening as
• 4:36
Speaker 3: well to withhold Medicaid funding from states that failed to
• 4:39
Speaker 3: aggressively investigate fraud. The biggest move came and involved California,
• 4:46
Speaker 3: where the Trump administration has now deferred roughly one point
• 4:51
Speaker 3: three billion in Medicaid reimbursements amid massive allegations of widespread
• 4:57
Speaker 3: fraud in hospice and home health care program Just how
• 5:01
Speaker 3: bad is it? Doctor Oz explaining it from Washington as
• 5:05
Speaker 3: they announced the new program initiative.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: Unfortunately, we have a reality there again. We got to
• 5:11
Speaker 1: face a third of all hospices, a third of all
• 5:14
Speaker 1: these programs in the entire country are in Los Angeles.
• 5:17
Speaker 1: Ask yourself, how is that possible? It's not. They're not
• 5:20
Speaker 1: that many people dying in Los Angeles. We're not talking
• 5:23
Speaker 1: about California, just Los Angeles. So Kim and the team
• 5:27
Speaker 1: on what Genina will go and a bunch of other
• 5:28
Speaker 1: great folks went through the list of all the people
• 5:31
Speaker 1: and we believe that at least half of the hospices
• 5:33
Speaker 1: in the entire area around Los Angeles are fraudulent. And
• 5:37
Speaker 1: today we announced eight hundred of those hospices have been suspended.
• 5:42
Speaker 1: That's getting us close to where we think we should be.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: Eight hundred hospices that last year charged the federal taxpayer
• 5:48
Speaker 1: one point four billion dollars will no longer be paid.
• 5:52
Speaker 1: Mister Vice President, if your core business was shut down
• 5:54
Speaker 1: by the federal government, would you call You would call crickets.
• 5:57
Speaker 1: We have less than twenty who have complained. We're not
• 6:00
Speaker 1: even sure there's are legitimate eight hundred hospices shut down,
• 6:04
Speaker 1: and we're not hearing much. It's it's crickets out there,
• 6:06
Speaker 1: so we believed we're on the right path. Here next
• 6:09
Speaker 1: is a ninetion wide moratorium on all new hospice and
• 6:13
Speaker 1: home health care. Why is that possible because when we
• 6:15
Speaker 1: squeeze the balloon in California and slow their growth of
• 6:19
Speaker 1: hospice and now take away eight hundred the payments, eight
• 6:22
Speaker 1: hundred hospices, we know what those frosters do. They move
• 6:26
Speaker 1: to nearby Nevada. Next door Nevada has a sevenfold increase
• 6:29
Speaker 1: in hospice already, Arizona, Texas. They're moving across the country.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: So we've today announcing a moratorium nationally. There will be
• 6:36
Speaker 1: no new hospices our home healthcare open in this country.
• 6:40
Speaker 1: If you have the program now, you can keep it.
• 6:42
Speaker 1: You can go to ones that already exist. We're not
• 6:43
Speaker 1: taking away any services, but there will be no new
• 6:45
Speaker 1: ones licenses granted until we can figure out a better
• 6:48
Speaker 1: way of working cross government.
• 6:50
Speaker 3: One of the most interesting things you just heard there
• 6:52
Speaker 3: from doctor Oz the fact that he said we're shutting
• 6:54
Speaker 3: it down nationwide because we know that when they get
• 6:57
Speaker 3: busted in LA, when they get busted in California, the
• 7:00
Speaker 3: people that are coming to the fraud, they just go
• 7:03
Speaker 3: to another state and they open up there. Now, Republicans,
• 7:06
Speaker 3: by the way, are arguing, this is exactly what voters
• 7:10
Speaker 3: voted for, what they wanted. Someone finally going through federal
• 7:13
Speaker 3: programs line by line, asking where taxpayer money is actually going,
• 7:19
Speaker 3: and we're finding out just how much fraud there is. Democrats, however,
• 7:24
Speaker 3: are losing their minds right now, warning the administration is overreaching,
• 7:29
Speaker 3: going to make mistakes and rushing investigations and then people
• 7:33
Speaker 3: are going to get hurt. Now, the question is where
• 7:37
Speaker 3: are the American people on this issue. Well, politically, this
• 7:41
Speaker 3: is clearly a winning issue for Republicans because in new polling,
• 7:46
Speaker 3: overwhelmingly the majority of Americans agree that fraud should be
• 7:51
Speaker 3: rooted out, regardless of the party who's in charge. Now.
• 7:55
Speaker 3: Vance is also trying to find more fraud directly time
• 8:00
Speaker 3: and also to border security and government spending, arguing Americans
• 8:04
Speaker 3: shouldn't be asked to pay more taxes while billions may
• 8:07
Speaker 3: be lost through abuse and corruption, Dead people shouldn't be
• 8:11
Speaker 3: getting food stamps, and the American people agree with that statement.
• 8:15
Speaker 3: Taxpayers are finally asking where the money actually went, and
• 8:18
Speaker 3: there should be people to go to jail. This is
• 8:21
Speaker 3: clearly a war on fraud, waste, and abuse from the
• 8:24
Speaker 3: Trump administration. And the reality is Washington ignored this for years.
• 8:29
Speaker 3: Why because many of the people that were getting the
• 8:32
Speaker 3: money were giving kickbacks to the political campaigns of those
• 8:36
Speaker 3: that look the other way, and that would be the
• 8:38
Speaker 3: Democratic Party. Thank goodness, Jadie Vance's betting Americans care more
• 8:43
Speaker 3: about protecting taxpayer dollars than protecting bureaucracies, and politically, that
• 8:50
Speaker 3: might be an extremely smart move ahead of the midterms.
• 8:54
Speaker 2: Now, story number two.
• 8:55
Speaker 3: CIA whistle blower went before Capitol Hill yesterday reveal that
• 9:00
Speaker 3: despite a majority of CIA scientists concluding overwhelmingly that COVID
• 9:07
Speaker 3: leaked from a lab in Wuhan, Anthony Fauci was able
• 9:12
Speaker 3: to convince high ranking Intel officials to change their assessment
• 9:18
Speaker 3: from a lab leak to a neutral idea. Why because
• 9:23
Speaker 3: they need to cover up the narrative that the Wuhan
• 9:27
Speaker 3: instead of virology, which was tied directly to Anthony Fauci,
• 9:31
Speaker 3: was actually involved. What's even more shocking than that is
• 9:35
Speaker 3: the CIA whosle blower also said that the CIA is
• 9:39
Speaker 3: still blocking full declassification of COVID documents. Why is it
• 9:45
Speaker 3: to protect Fauci or is it to protect China. I
• 9:48
Speaker 3: want you to hear the back and forth from Senator
• 9:51
Speaker 3: Rand Paul and the CIA whistleblower explaining exactly just how
• 9:56
Speaker 3: bad it really is.
• 9:57
Speaker 4: But what I think is is of importance that's new
• 10:01
Speaker 4: today is that your testimony is that the CIA scientists
• 10:06
Speaker 4: were concluding that it was lab. But then with this,
• 10:09
Speaker 4: there was a ninety day study in twenty twenty one,
• 10:12
Speaker 4: and this study was done by NIC, led by NIC
• 10:16
Speaker 4: tell Us. What NIC is again, it's the National Intelligence
• 10:19
Speaker 4: Council and individuals responsible for writing various WMD and bio
• 10:25
Speaker 4: related issues to it. So when they had this study,
• 10:28
Speaker 4: they had CIA scientists telling them, look the evidence, the
• 10:32
Speaker 4: scientific evidence looks like it came from the lab. But
• 10:35
Speaker 4: then they brought in Anthony Fauci. And is it your
• 10:38
Speaker 4: opinion that Anthony Fauci was able to overrule the scientist
• 10:43
Speaker 4: or get NIC to conclude somehow that there wasn't a
• 10:47
Speaker 4: conclusion to be out here, We're going to be neutral,
• 10:50
Speaker 4: contradicting what the scientists were telling them.
• 10:52
Speaker 5: So there's two questions there, and I want to break
• 10:55
Speaker 5: them up into two. One is where were the injection points?
• 10:58
Speaker 5: Doctor Anthony Fauch. Where did Anthony Fauci and when did
• 11:02
Speaker 5: he inject himself into the IC and the other half
• 11:05
  Speaker 5: of that question, if i'm, if I'm and I don't
• 11:07
Speaker 5: want to extrapolate too much. Here is okay what happened
• 11:10
Speaker 5: with with why was there a change in analysis? So
• 11:14
Speaker 5: I'll start with the if it's okay, doctor Paul, sure, Senator,
• 11:17
Speaker 5: I'll start with doctor Anthony Fauci. There were two instances,
• 11:22
Speaker 5: on three February twenty twenty and four June twenty twenty one,
• 11:26
Speaker 5: Anthony Fauci had contact with the Inner Agency, And how
• 11:31
Speaker 5: to sort of broadly generalize this is that that contact
• 11:37
Speaker 5: was happily pursued within the IC. They wanted that contact,
• 11:41
Speaker 5: and he provided a curated list of subject matter experts,
• 11:46
Speaker 5: which coincidentally wrote The Proximal Origin of SARS Cove two.
• 11:50
Speaker 5: So it's it's not like he came in and said
• 11:53
Speaker 5: you have to do X, Y and Z provided recommendations.
• 11:56
Speaker 5: It's when you look at when you look at what
• 12:00
Speaker 5: has already been publicly released about doctor Fauci and then
• 12:04
Speaker 5: what you're seeing under the curtain at the IC, where
• 12:06
Speaker 5: you realize, okay, there is a narrative that was being
• 12:10
Speaker 5: generated by his contact not just with experts here in
• 12:13
Speaker 5: the United States, but experts in Australia and the UK.
• 12:17
Speaker 5: And that's the public facing piece. And you know, he
• 12:20
Speaker 5: tries to he had tried to sort of keep his
• 12:23
Speaker 5: hands clear of I didn't have anything to do with
• 12:25
Speaker 5: the proximal origin of Saraskov too. But in the meantime
• 12:28
Speaker 5: he's pushing those authors and individuals that have been in
• 12:32
Speaker 5: his orbit into the IC as experts. And I'll jump
• 12:36
Speaker 5: to June twenty twenty one. We as the IC at
• 12:42
Speaker 5: the neck happily pursued those recommendations, and in one email,
• 12:49
Speaker 5: which I'll describe to you, the person in charge of
• 12:54
Speaker 5: leading the ninety day study, you know, he introduced himself
• 12:58
Speaker 5: to the community that on they on what they were
• 13:01
Speaker 5: supposed to be doing, and then the community said, he said, listen,
• 13:06
Speaker 5: we've got these people we should be talking to. And
• 13:10
Speaker 5: another very senior NICK officer sent in direct email to
• 13:13
Speaker 5: him saying, Hey, considering that doctor Fauci is a public
• 13:16
Speaker 5: health expert, are you sure we should be relying on this?
• 13:21
Speaker 5: Shouldn't we shouldn't we have a separate set And in
• 13:25
Speaker 5: this instance, the individual responded, No, in this case, doctor
• 13:30
Speaker 5: Anthony Fauci is a subject matter expert. However, that's directly
• 13:34
Speaker 5: contradicting his public testimony of being a subject matter.
• 13:37
Speaker 4: Part of the job in intelligence when you interview someone
• 13:39
Speaker 4: is assessing their truthfulness, their potential biases or conflicts of interest.
• 13:46
Speaker 4: Did anyone ever bring up that Anthony Fauci approved the
• 13:49
Speaker 4: research that went on to Wuhan and that it might
• 13:51
Speaker 4: not be in his interest for the conclusion to be
• 13:54
Speaker 4: that it came from a lab that he had funded,
• 13:56
Speaker 4: that there might be a conflict that was Did any
• 13:58
Speaker 4: everybody ever bring up that he might might not be
• 14:00
  Speaker 4: an objective witness?
• 14:02
Speaker 5: That was one example of an email. No one laid
• 14:04
Speaker 5: it out quite that clearly, you're piecing it together. We
• 14:07
Speaker 5: were piecing it together from multiple emails, from multiple agencies,
• 14:11
Speaker 5: multiple documents. It was more subtle than that. Nobody said
• 14:16
Speaker 5: this is happening, and unfortunately, I think they probably should have.
• 14:20
Speaker 5: It was all out there.
• 14:22
Speaker 4: But your conclusion is that changing from the scientific consensus
• 14:28
Speaker 4: of it being from a lab to a neutral position
• 14:30
Speaker 4: by the CIA was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci.
• 14:33
Speaker 5: It was significantly influenced by Anthony Fauci's injecting himself into
• 14:39
Speaker 5: the IC. And to go to the second part of
• 14:42
Speaker 5: your question about what happened particularly during the ninety day study,
• 14:46
Speaker 5: we have documentation that shows that as of August twelfth,
• 14:51
Speaker 5: the CIA was considering calling this a lab leak August
• 14:54
Speaker 5: twelfth of twenty twenty one, and then that changed on
• 14:59
Speaker 5: August seventeenth of twenty twenty one.
• 15:01
Speaker 3: Run now, what's even more shocking about the hearing and
• 15:04
Speaker 3: what you just heard. There is not a single Democrat
• 15:08
Speaker 3: heard any of what you just heard. Why because apparently
• 15:12
Speaker 3: not a single Democrat showed up to the Senate hearing
• 15:16
Speaker 3: today where the CIA whistle blower was testifying about the
• 15:21
Speaker 3: COVID cover up. Could it be maybe because they were
• 15:24
Speaker 3: all involved in it too. Listen now, Fox News explain
• 15:28
Speaker 3: no Democrats in attendance.
• 15:31
Speaker 6: In this picture because just a few minutes ago, just
• 15:34
Speaker 6: shy of the top of the hour, you could see
• 15:37
Speaker 6: over the left shoulder of Senator Ron Johnson the empty
• 15:40
Speaker 6: seats of Democrats and we can show, I mean, look
• 15:43
Speaker 6: at that room, and even James Erdman, who is the
• 15:47
Speaker 6: whistleblower witness today was asked about and I believe it
• 15:51
Speaker 6: was Senator Yes Bernie Moreno, who asked him this, how
• 15:55
Speaker 6: does that make you feel knowing that those Democrats aren't there?
• 15:59
Speaker 6: And he says that, of course I wish that they were.
• 16:01
Speaker 6: I mean, you want everyone to know what he has
• 16:04
  Speaker 6: to say.
• 16:05
Speaker 3: It really is amazing to know that you have a
• 16:07
Speaker 3: CIA whistleblower coming forward on the issue of COVID. It
• 16:12
Speaker 3: involves Anthony Fauci, Democrats, God, and none of the Democrats
• 16:17
Speaker 3: will show up to hear what the wistleblower has to say.
• 16:21
Speaker 3: There should be massive accountability for that, and also a
• 16:25
Speaker 3: lot more questions that should be asked of Democratic lawmakers
• 16:29
Speaker 3: of why you didn't show up.
