Prof. Niklas Höhne is an expert on international climate policy. As director of the NewClimate Institute and professor of mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions at Wageningen University in the Netherlands, he has co-authored numerous reports for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and helped develop the Climate Action Tracker, among other things.
