- 0:35All right, welcome to Forgefire Protocol.
- 0:38Now, this is episode zero, which means this is our intro podcast.
- 0:41We're gonna tell you why we're here.
- 0:43We're gonna get into some of the basics today, but I can tell you that every single one of these episodes is gonna be very hard-hitting, full of content,
- 0:53And we're going to really work hard to keep it at 30 minutes.
- 0:56So we're doing that for a couple of reasons.
- 0:59One, we want you to be able to plan.
- 1:00We want these to be bite-sized so you can learn and really get the whole concept.
- 1:04Because there's a lot we've got to teach.
- 1:07When you have something that's a half an hour long, you know you can fit it in, all right?
- 1:12When we get into this podcast, we're going to be giving you tools.
- 1:17We're going to be giving you information on where you can get knowledge.
- 1:21And we're going to have a lot of guests here as well.
- 1:23So stay tuned, check in, and stay with the podcast.
- 1:27Now, here's my part of introducing this.
- 1:31And I'm going to bring in our partners here.
- 1:34But I'm Don LaPlume.
- 1:36I am the one who wrote the book, The Forgefire Protocol, and
- 1:39And I'm partnered with two great guys that have all three of us have been through the fire.
- 1:44And you're going to learn that.
- 1:45But you're going to learn the lessons that we've learned.
- 1:48So you don't have to go through those.
- 1:49You don't have to feel the pain.
- 1:51That's really what this comes down to.
- 1:53And so with that, I want to toss this right over to my first partner here, Mike Sullivan.
- 2:00Mike, take it away.
- 2:02Hey, so what I think, Don, it's important that we share with everyone here is that, you know, all three of us have built, led or enhanced powerful systems that have generated massive value.
- 2:13We've been the creators of these systems.
- 2:14We've been the facilitators.
- 2:16We've been the curators and the people who have improved the systems.
- 2:19We've done it all.
- 2:20And, you know, personally, and I know that you two as well, because we've talked about it and this is how we're here.
- 2:25We've learned a lot along the way.
- 2:26We've done a lot right.
- 2:28And we've done a lot wrong.
- 2:29Interesting.
- 2:30And the big difference, though, is today, like we've never had access to tools like this.
- 2:36I mean, with the emergence of AI on a global scale and its accessibility to the masses, we realize that we can take these systems that we've built and curated to help millions.
- 2:45And we're out here to get our listeners to a point that they never even realized they could get to, using these tools that are at their fingertips.
- 2:53Just it seems so hard for some people to leverage them and how to leverage them, which tools is a million out there.
- 2:59All we're here to do is help simplify that path
- 3:01and help you avoid a lot of the mistakes we've made along the way.
- 3:04So that's why we're here.
- 3:06Why you care, why our listeners care, is because we know that we have something special.
- 3:10We know that we've created something unique that can help millions.
- 3:13We just want to give back and help people get there and show people that they can basically get done whatever they need by leveraging the right systems to help get them to where they wanna go.
- 3:24We're here to help empower you.
- 3:25It's that simple.
- 3:26You get to avoid the mistakes we've made along the way while taking advantage of the wins.
- 3:31That's pretty much it.
- 3:32I mean, what's important, though, is that all of us have our own stories.
- 3:35And Steve, I know yours is incredible.
- 3:39Thanks, Mike.
- 3:41To start off with that story, it's going to be, I guess, you'll call it the death sentence.
- 3:48It was Saturday, September 3rd, 1988, Labor Day weekend.
- 3:53It's 9 a.m.
- 3:54I'm at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut.
- 3:57I'm with my wife, Diana, who was pregnant with our daughter.
- 4:00Our son, who's two years old, is at home with my father-in-law because he had great parent skills.
- 4:07Being told right then with two doctors, a primary care doctor, Robert Sullivan, and then a hematologist, Dr. Richard Hilleman.
- 4:17At that moment, they told me I had a blood disorder.
- 4:21And not knowing really what that was, they wanted to describe more.
- 4:24It was called CML, chronic myelogenesis leukemia, white blood cells overproducing, killing off your red blood cells, which carry all the oxygen to your body.
- 4:33At that moment, being told that, look at my wife, she's like a deer in headlights.
- 4:40One thing came true.
- 4:42I had one goal at that moment.
- 4:44It's probably not what you think, but the only goal was to see my daughter be born.
- 4:48That was it.
- 4:49The only thing I focused on.
- 4:51And I asked the question, if they wanted to check me into the hospital right then, I asked them, I wanna see my daughter be born.
- 4:59And they said, well, we need you to start now.
- 5:01We want you to start you on a normal medication, should control your white blood cell counts, but we need to put you on intravenous to wash that out of your body because it could cause other complications.
- 5:12I understood that what they were saying, I understood the seriousness of it, but it did not deter me from my goal, see my daughter be born.
- 5:19I told them that.
- 5:21and they wanted me to check in.
- 5:23I asked them this question.
- 5:25If I get up and leave right now, how long do I have to live?
- 5:29They looked at each other, the hematologist said six months.
- 5:32Literally, I jumped up, I was thrilled.
- 5:36It sounds crazy, but I was.
- 5:38I said, great, come back after the daughter's born.
- 5:41I looked to my wife, put my hand out to her.
- 5:44Dr. Sullivan, who was a great doctor, put his hand on my shoulder, looked at her, I said, please tell your husband to sit down.
- 5:50I look back at her, now she's crying.
- 5:53I mean, really crying.
- 5:55And that's when the fear hit, that came.
- 5:58But I didn't yield, I didn't stop.
- 6:00I wanted that one goal, see my daughter be born.
- 6:03So we decided that I would get checked in.
- 6:06If I was responding to the medication, I could be discharged and come back as another patient.
- 6:11I knew that I was leaving the hospital, whether I was responding or not, no matter what was happening.
- 6:17Things went well.
- 6:18Her due date Wednesday morning, she went into labor that morning.
- 6:22I got to the hospital two towns away where she was delivering.
- 6:25I got there in time to see my daughter.
- 6:27That goal went on.
- 6:29Going from there, I found a great doctor through a family friend.
- 6:34He was at Yale New Haven Hospital and Dr. Joel Rappaport.
- 6:38He had started a bone marrow transplant unit down there and it was something that could be a potential cure.
- 6:44So I went and talked to him and there was something profound that he said to me that day.
- 6:49I asked him the question, why should I come here?
- 6:52And he said, here's what you're looking for.
- 6:54You're looking for the head cognition when the middle of the night determines the protocol to save your life.
- 7:01Think about that for a moment because I'm going to connect it back here.
- 7:05Another thing he said, because I kept the lane to do the procedure.
- 7:10Number one, I had great chances.
- 7:12I had a sister who was a perfect match.
- 7:14That was rare.
- 7:16Second thing, my disease goes in a fast phase and a slow phase, and there's no notice of change.
- 7:22It changes like that.
- 7:24I kind of thought in the back of my mind, somehow, someway I would know.
- 7:27And the doctor kept reminding me I want it.
- 7:29Finally, he said to me about a year later, he said, you know, not making a decision is making a decision.
- 7:36And he was right.
- 7:37And I made the decision to go in and I only had a 50-50 shot.
- 7:43I'm still here today and I'm grateful for that.
- 7:45But at that time also, there was something that kind of really rang true.
- 7:49And I'll take it, I'll call it the Rocky Truth.
- 7:52And it's from the Rocky III movie where he's training and he's gonna fight Klubberlain.
- 8:00And he's not really into it in the beginning.
- 8:02And he gets told there's no tomorrow, there's no tomorrow.
- 8:07And there's that Rocky Truth.
- 8:09So there are three things, one having that goal,
- 8:12having that there's no tomorrow.
- 8:15And by not making a decision, is making a decision.
- 8:19So make a decision today.
- 8:21Don?
- 8:23That's powerful.
- 8:24I'll tell you, we're grateful that you're here, Stephen.
- 8:26I gotta say that, my friend.
- 8:28So my story is a little bit different.
- 8:30I'm not gonna get into health, I'm gonna get into business.
- 8:32Because in my case, I've owned and launched many businesses throughout my life.
- 8:37I got a little bit of gray hair,
- 8:40My businesses, I've done everything from when I was 18, I launched an advertising firm and learned a ton, right?
- 8:48I didn't know anything about business really other than what I had read and listened to.
- 8:53But that was the first business.
- 8:56Since that time, I've launched multiple tech companies.
- 8:59I've launched, I've had a commercial mortgage company, a regular mortgage company.
- 9:03I actually launched my own network marketing company.
- 9:06So I've done quite a bit.
- 9:08In fact, even before launching that network marketing company, I had built a network marketing business, multiple of them, many of them, actually several of them.
- 9:15And I built teams over a hundred thousand people.
- 9:18So, which is a pretty tough thing to do.
- 9:20So I've been in business really all of my life.
- 9:25And this one story that really sticks out in my mind, because it was, it was, it really transformed how I look at business.
- 9:33All right.
- 9:34All of those other stories, all of those other businesses were great learning experiences.
- 9:39And you're gonna learn a lot about those and the lessons I took out of those.
- 9:42But there was one story where I launched a tech company, had two business partners, and in our first year in business, we took off, we did millions of dollars in business.
- 9:54This podcast, by the way, Forgefire Protocol, and the book behind it is to show you and guide you on launching a business that you could exit with, do an exit with in three to five years for $10 million or more.
- 10:12That's the objective here, right?
- 10:14And this particular business that I'm talking about, this tech business that I had launched, we did enough business to,
- 10:22for a valuation of well over $10 million in that very first year in business.
- 10:28And that's great.
- 10:28You think, well, that's awesome.
- 10:31You did great.
- 10:32But here's the thing.
- 10:34We used a service from a very large, well-known tech company.
- 10:38I won't mention the tech company.
- 10:39It doesn't really matter.
- 10:41Just know that they are a behemoth.
- 10:45And I was David, they were Goliath by a long shot.
- 10:48And I can tell you that they didn't like what we were doing because they planned to roll out the technology that we already had.
- 10:56They planned to do it.
- 10:58And so it was probably about nine months in and things are going gangbusters.
- 11:05Right.
- 11:05It's fantastic.
- 11:06We're we're.
- 11:08shooting for a great second year.
- 11:11And what happened was they decided, well, you know what?
- 11:15They're using part of our technology to build off of.
- 11:18We're going to tweak that.
- 11:18We're going to change it.
- 11:20And when they did, it effectively shut down our service.
- 11:24Now, we had tens of thousands of subscribers all across the world.
- 11:28We're already on six out of the seven continents, right?
- 11:32So we grew.
- 11:35But it literally shut us down.
- 11:37We had to bring our team together, find a way to overcome that.
- 11:41We did, it took us about three days.
- 11:43We were back up and running.
- 11:45All of our clients were happy, everything was good.
- 11:48And we were good for many months until they did it again.
- 11:50They did that four times to us, four times.
- 11:53And each time they did it in a different way to make it even more difficult.
- 11:58Our thought was, hey, look, you know what?
- 12:00We're competing with them, they're just gonna go buy us.
- 12:03Right.
- 12:03That, you know, we're thinking this is great.
- 12:04They'll buy us.
- 12:05They'll say, oh, we can't put these guys out.
- 12:07No, no.
- 12:08They had a whole different plan.
- 12:10But I learned so much.
- 12:11You'll learn more about that story down the road.
- 12:14But I learned so much from that business and those experiences battling that behemoth that those are those lessons.
- 12:23I never, ever want to repeat.
- 12:25I'm glad I learned them, but I'm glad I only have to learn them once.
- 12:30And those are the types of things that we're going to share with you.
- 12:34And not only are we going to give you a guide to build that business, to find the right business, we're going to get into all of that stuff, but really to build a business that you can one, be proud of, two that you can avoid many of the pitfalls in business.
- 12:48You won't avoid them all.
- 12:49We, it's just that there's, there, there are pitfalls in business, but we're going to help you to learn from our mistakes from our
- 12:59Short sightedness, right?
- 13:01From our different things that we had that were challenges, really from our challenges.
- 13:09And also our wins, though, because we have many wins.
- 13:12And when you've got to win, you want to be able to replicate those.
- 13:15Why did you win?
- 13:16Right?
- 13:17And what led up to that?
- 13:19So you can repeat that stuff.
- 13:21So you're going to learn all of those things.
- 13:23Um, but that story that, that changed how I looked at business.
- 13:26And quite frankly, that was the nexus, even though I didn't write the book until years later, that was the nexus for Forgefire protocol.
- 13:34So Mike, tell us your story, my friend.
- 13:36Yeah.
- 13:36So mine combines business and a little bit of sports, which is you get to know me, not a big shocker.
- 13:41Um, so a couple of things happen.
- 13:45First and foremost.
- 13:47is in 2007, the Patriots had an undefeated season, and then they lost in a Super Bowl.
- 13:53I tell this story because of this.
- 13:55So I'm at my friend's house.
- 13:56There's a whole bunch of us over there.
- 13:59The minute that we had a dropped interception and then Tyree catches the ball on the top of his head, I got up and walked out of the house, and I said, that's it.
- 14:07I'm like, stuff like this only happens to teams that win.
- 14:09I don't need to see the rest of the game.
- 14:10I'm out.
- 14:12And I walked out, I went home, never looked at the TV, woke up the next morning, went to put on sports radio in my car as I pulled out of my driveway.
- 14:21And I was like, why am I going to listen to about two weeks, three weeks, maybe longer, of people complaining nonstop about something they have no control over that has already happened?
- 14:34I can make much better use of my time.
- 14:37So I went on Audible.
- 14:38and I got the book Blue Ocean Strategy.
- 14:40It was the first book I had in Audible.
- 14:43And I just played it, and I turned my car into my mobile university.
- 14:47Now, at the time, my ride was about six minutes, so it wasn't that beneficial.
- 14:51So I had to find other times to read as well.
- 14:54But from reading that and growing as a person and growing to someone who had started a job at a company and had ascended from
- 15:04like a low level person on the technology side, like being like a help desk technician, up to a lead engineer, up to the person designing the infrastructure, up to the IT manager.
- 15:13And feeling like I was on a really strong upward trajectory.
- 15:16And through this reading and growth, I'm sitting there one day and I'm like, where can you go from here at this company?
- 15:23You've progressed position wise.
- 15:26You've got all that title improvements.
- 15:28You've more than doubled your salary.
- 15:31but now the CFO is married to the CIO and they're on the picture with the founder for the building being built with the shovels in their hands.
- 15:38I'm like, you have nowhere to go.
- 15:42And it was the first time that I had heard people talk about the moment where you knew you were meant for more.
- 15:48But I really hit home.
- 15:49My wife was pregnant with our third daughter at the time.
- 15:53And I realized that that 40-40 plan was dead, that I kind of grew up thinking.
- 15:58I also grew up believing that if I could just make six figures, I'd be all set.
- 16:02That may have been true when my father was on his ascension back in the day.
- 16:07It was no longer true anymore.
- 16:09So I pushed myself and I found myself trying to find more.
- 16:13So I made myself really uncomfortable by going to a company that served, that company had 200 people, by the way.
- 16:21And by leveraging technology and solutions and systems, you were able to take them from like a mom and pop shop type technology department to an extremely advanced department where before people were able to have multi-monitors.
- 16:34We worked with an agency that worked with the government
- 16:36to customize these systems that provide people to have a laptop plus two monitors on the side.
- 16:41We're also able to help improve operations and take them so they ended up 3X-ing their revenue.
- 16:47Go to the next company, and now I'm dealing with major municipalities, cities, 10,000, 20,000 people inside the same thing, flying systems.
- 16:56The right systems are providing exponential results in short terms, and those results are able to be duplicated over and over and over.
- 17:05Then I went and did something where I started taking on more of a CIO role for a bunch of organization.
- 17:10The same thing.
- 17:11I took what I learned from the others and applied these systems and created new systems along the way.
- 17:16But what never changed was finding the systems that worked, learning from your mistakes and applying those systems in a new environment.
- 17:24That has worked for me every step of the way.
- 17:26It has produced massive results where companies have 2, 3, 4, 10x revenue, 5x recurring revenue,
- 17:34And it's not because we're doing anything special.
- 17:36We're just recognizing systems and applying them, which is exactly what we're doing here.
- 17:44You've built something real, but deep down, you know, the grind isn't the goal.
- 17:48Most entrepreneurs stay trapped in businesses that can't scale cleanly or exit cleanly.
- 17:53They trade time for money and call it success.
- 17:55There's a better way to build your legacy.
- 17:58This is the path to freedom.
- 18:00Forgefire Protocol is the proven five-step system designed for ambitious entrepreneurs who want more than growth.
- 18:06They want freedom, systems, and a real exit.
- 18:09It shows you exactly how to do it, step by step.
- 18:13Choose the right business, launch with precision, scale without chaos, and exit on your terms.
- 18:19Inside the ecosystem, you'll get the complete protocol, the academy, the tools, the scorecards, and the coaching that turn vision into lasting wealth.
- 18:27This isn't another course.
- 18:29It's a forge.
- 18:30The wait list is open right now.
- 18:32Join at forgefireprotocol.com and claim your place.
- 18:36Forged in Fire.
- 18:37Built for Legacy.
- 18:42We're going to get into the ForgeFire protocol.
- 18:44There's five steps.
- 18:47Here's the clear, actionable framework that we're going to teach you and that you'll see.
- 18:52It starts off with a step number one.
- 18:56Really choose the right growth and to evaluate your business, select or validate it, and look at the opportunity.
- 19:05Pick a strong market with tailwinds, realistic scalability, and alignment to your skills.
- 19:11the resources and goals that you have.
- 19:14And one thing that we all get lost in is, this is the way to phrase it, avoid shiny objects.
- 19:22Use a proven scoring system.
- 19:23And that's what we're gonna show you here.
- 19:27You'll see what we've got that can apply to you directly, to your market size, to your competition.
- 19:33And also, the great fortune that we have being the times that we are in right now with AI and to leverage its potential and to take that and exit with a great viability in your business.
- 19:46We're not just showing you steps.
- 19:48We've got Blueprint.
- 19:51I'll equate it to this.
- 19:52If you have a, if you're building a house from scratch, you have a blueprint and that starts with everything from your building lot you're on to the excavation, to the foundation, to the materials that go in it, all the way up to the framing of the house.
- 20:06If it's a stick built house, you know, the old way was using, you know, nail and hammer.
- 20:11Today, you've got an automatic gun that does it.
- 20:13That's just the beginning of AI.
- 20:15Now you have actual 3D printers that are like a giant, um,
- 20:21beam that's out there and it actually prints the house.
- 20:25That's just amazing technology.
- 20:27That's what you're going to get here.
- 20:29Step-by-step blueprint to build your business, scale it exponentially and exit on your terms.
- 20:38Indeed.
- 20:39And take it away.
- 20:41And that was great, Stephen.
- 20:42So we have, as Stephen said, there's five steps.
- 20:47We don't just tell you about these steps.
- 20:50We're going to give you the tools.
- 20:51We're going to guide you through it.
- 20:52In fact, what you're going to hear about, not just this podcast, this podcast is available to everybody.
- 20:58The book is going to be available to those who choose to get it.
- 21:03At the same time, we've built out an entire university and a community to help you so you're not building a business alone.
- 21:13So when you do that first step, we call that the spark, which is what Steve was just talking about, that first spark.
- 21:20How do I figure out what the right business is?
- 21:23What should I really build?
- 21:24And I can tell you I've launched businesses that probably were, well, I know were not at the right time.
- 21:31Again, different things we learn, right?
- 21:34So that's in the book, that's in our university, that's in what we're going to teach.
- 21:39It's certainly a big part of the community is,
- 21:41Creating that proper business.
- 21:43What should I really start?
- 21:45But then the next step after that spark is really called ignite Because if you're gonna start a business there's a few things you need to do one you yeah You have to have the idea.
- 21:55What are you gonna start?
- 21:55Okay, but then you want to look at one of the very next things You want to look at is the end?
- 22:02What is that end?
- 22:03Are you looking to get that?
- 22:05Million ten million dollar exit in three to five three to five years.
- 22:08What are you looking for?
- 22:10That exit is key.
- 22:11I talked to bankers.
- 22:12I talked to lots of people.
- 22:14And I was talking to a banker just a couple weeks ago to see if, you know, we're working on a project, right?
- 22:21Pretty good size commercial project.
- 22:23And we're looking to bring them in to work with some of our clients.
- 22:29And it was funny.
- 22:31I'm talking with her and she's like, you know, a lot of the businesses that we talk to, they're not ready for financing.
- 22:38They haven't even thought about it.
- 22:39They don't, they didn't plan for it.
- 22:42Okay.
- 22:43What we're going to help you to do is not just come up with the idea.
- 22:46We're going to help you to understand, to get all the legal stuff out of the way.
- 22:49Or wait, let's pick the right entity.
- 22:52Let's make sure that what we're, how we're structuring this is correct.
- 22:54That we have everything in place and that everything is designed with the end in mind.
- 23:00What do you really want out of this?
- 23:02Okay.
- 23:02That's spark.
- 23:03I'm sorry.
- 23:04That's, that's, that's ignite.
- 23:05That's how we're going to ignite your business.
- 23:07Okay.
- 23:08And then Mike, tell us a little bit about Forge, which is that next, that third step.
- 23:11Yeah.
- 23:12So what we do at Forge, and I'm going to keep this short and brief so you guys understand this is simple.
- 23:17It's hard hitting, but it provides massive value.
- 23:20At Forge, we successfully launched a business.
- 23:23Okay.
- 23:23We execute the launch with confidence, whether that be a product service rollout, customer acquisition, system setup, early traction, all of it.
- 23:31Okay.
- 23:32We take a look at it.
- 23:33We're making sure we've already kind of prepped you for this moment.
- 23:35And now you're getting it out there.
- 23:36Now we're launching the business.
- 23:38All right.
- 23:38We use AI tools and proven playbooks to move fast while minimizing the risk and overhead.
- 23:44That in a nutshell is what forged the lives.
- 23:48Well said.
- 23:48Well said.
- 23:50Steve, you get, Stephen, you get temper.
- 23:52So tell us about temper.
- 23:53You're really looking at.
- 23:58maybe this would be the fire part where you're to scale the business efficiently, implement systems of growth, the AI powered operations,
- 24:09that are there that we're going to show you to use that we're using.
- 24:12Keeping your team leverage, meaning minimal core team.
- 24:16And sometimes that's just the three people, me, myself, and I.
- 24:19There are other times when you need people that have a skill level more than you have, and it's important to have them.
- 24:27At the same time, to keep that financial discipline and the continuous optimization and the focus on a sustainable, profitable scaling instead of chaotic growth.
- 24:38That's really a key.
- 24:40Back to you, Mike.
- 24:43Actually, that goes back to me.
- 24:44I'm going to I've got to close out a send because I'll tell you, I mean, a send is all about that exit.
- 24:53All right.
- 24:54And we're by the way, something that Stephen said that I have to hit on.
- 24:58And it's that we are using.
- 25:01So everything that we're sharing with you in this podcast, in the academy,
- 25:06in our community, in all the coaching and training, in the book.
- 25:10This is something, this is a model.
- 25:12It's not just out there, hey, we're coaches or we're, you know, I wrote this book or whatever it is.
- 25:18We actually use this.
- 25:20This is the model for a business that we're building right now.
- 25:24And it is this business, the Forgefire Protocol.
- 25:26So you're going to see us doing every single step, proving every single step with you.
- 25:34All right, that's huge.
- 25:34All right.
- 25:35And we do have a bigger exit planned than 10 million, but that's beside the point.
- 25:40All right, we've done this before though, that's the thing.
- 25:43So the fifth part of the force fire protocol is called ascend.
- 25:50All right, and that's when you're going to that whole different level.
- 25:53That's when you are ready to exit.
- 25:56You built a business large enough, profitable enough to exit.
- 26:01One of the key things you got to think about when you're gonna exit a business is,
- 26:05What is its real value?
- 26:07Well, we're going to tell you how, we're going to help you to determine what the value needs to be early on when you're planning for the exit, right?
- 26:16So you know what your type of business, every different type of business can have a different multiple.
- 26:19We're not going to get into that here today, but just understand that you're going to have a roadmap that's going to take you there.
- 26:26And here's the thing, when you do get to that exit, when you get to that point where you're selling this business,
- 26:35All right.
- 26:36It needs to be a business that is running without you.
- 26:39All right.
- 26:41And the fewer the employees, the better.
- 26:43All right.
- 26:44We're going to teach you how to build a business utilizing technology, utilizing all the stuff that's available today.
- 26:49There's amazing.
- 26:50Michael said, there's amazing stuff out there.
- 26:53The power of AI and all the tools that are available.
- 26:57you're gonna multiply yourself many, many times over.
- 26:59And we're gonna give you the prompts.
- 27:00We're gonna give you the systems.
- 27:01We're gonna give you the tools to do that.
- 27:03That's part of this, okay?
- 27:05But when you do that exit and you're finally out, and you're like, wait a minute, I just exited with $10 million.
- 27:10It took me, let's say it took you five years.
- 27:12I don't know how long it's gonna take you, all right?
- 27:14I don't actually know you, so I don't know per se if you're gonna do it or not.
- 27:19What I do know is we've got a system that'll get you there if you do everything that you need to do, all right?
- 27:23In the way that you need to do it and,
- 27:26and you pick the right options, right?
- 27:29There's a lot of things that are gonna rely on you.
- 27:31But what I can tell you is we're gonna give you that roadmap, all right?
- 27:35And so with that roadmap, when you do exit, think about it, exiting with a $10 million check.
- 27:41What do you do then?
- 27:42Can you retire with that?
- 27:43Yeah, technically you could, or are you gonna do it again?
- 27:46We'll see.
- 27:47That's a whole different part of the forge that we'll talk about.
- 27:51So let me bring that one back to, I believe, Steven.
- 27:57Was it Mike finishing this up?
- 27:59I've got what I would say is I'll come back to my story in the beginning.
- 28:05Three things that we're defining from there.
- 28:08One is a goal.
- 28:09I had a goal to see my daughter be born, focusing on that goal.
- 28:13The second was the doctor that set the protocol that saved my life, who said not making a decision is making a decision.
- 28:22And I made a decision to start and go in the hospital.
- 28:24And I'm here today.
- 28:26And the third thing is the Rocky truth.
- 28:29There is no tomorrow.
- 28:30And the movie, he says it three times.
- 28:32There is no tomorrow.
- 28:33There is no tomorrow.
- 28:35There is no tomorrow.
- 28:37So with that takeaway, you've got the blueprint here that you can design your business or scale your business you already have and exit on your terms.
- 28:50Yep.
- 28:50So the last thing is, it's very simple, guys.
- 28:52I mean, if you're ready to build and you want to build with a real protocol, if you want to buy into a trusted system that's going to show you how to get to where you want to go, trust people who have been there who can show you how to get there the fastest way possible and avoid a lot of the mistakes and pitfalls that we've already experienced.
