- 2:03Speaker 1: The Dittler got busy, so today, what are we going to talk?
- 2:06Speaker 1: How about y'all Missed y'all over the weekend?
- 2:07Speaker 1: The Dittler got busy, so today, what are we going to talk?
- 2:08Speaker 1: About Diddy getting sued by his former business partner for sexual harassment, amongst other things and we talked about him before, mr Burrow, it's an update on him.
- 2:22Speaker 1: He has filed another lawsuit.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I don't know if you remember from last week I broke down his ex bad boy co-founder.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Well, he got another lawsuit that he filed, I believe february 28th and he's talking about.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Diddy was, uh, it was all kind of unwanted sexual advances and all kind of nasty stuff.
- 2:42Speaker 1: I said what the heck they got going on in new york and bad boy.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Also, diddy and luigi will not be allowed to have no visitors for at least a month.
- 2:55Speaker 1: That's diddy and mr luigi.
- 2:58Speaker 1: You know luigi, uh, from the ceo, uh, unaliving case with the United Healthcare.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Some craziness went down.
- 3:08Speaker 1: As you know, diddy and Luigi are both in the same prison, jail, whatever you want to call it and something crazy went down.
- 3:16Speaker 1: We're going to talk about that.
- 3:17Speaker 1: And also, sarah, for making the band, got a, I think, $60 million lawsuit.
- 3:26Speaker 1: We're going to go into that.
- 3:28Speaker 1: And on top of all of that, what is going on?
- 3:32Speaker 1: Something else that I kind of talked about a while ago is happening.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Diddy Kids is out here spending that money and Diddy ain't happy about it.
- 3:42Speaker 1: And I like it, yeah, yeah, when I say Diddy's kids, they out here spending money, lavish trips, vacation, why did he, behind bars that money, them them, um, that net worth dropping by million a day, cause you know when, the, when, the, when, the, when the parents away, the kids will play, and when you got access to hundreds of millions and ain't been no accountability in that house, that money going every which way but to Diddy, and we're going to talk about that.
- 4:15Speaker 1: So, yeah, y'all, we got a lot to get in today.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Shout it out, shout it out, and I hope everybody had a great weekend, because I sure did.
- 4:28Speaker 1: So let's, without further ado.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I had a letter from before we get into it, a letter from one of my listeners.
- 4:36Speaker 1: You know one thing about us which I love, about the no Filter.
- 4:39Speaker 1: It's like a family, it's no Filter when I deliver the news and my community, my supporters, my fans they don't have no filter.
- 4:48Speaker 1: They know they can ask me any question and we're going to talk about it.
- 4:52Speaker 1: So I had one of my listeners because they've been talking about how they was messing with me with the censorship.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Y'all already know they took the TikTok.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Then I told you about the language on here.
- 5:02Speaker 1: But you know we already figured out a workaround.
- 5:06Speaker 1: You know I'm gonna always outsmart them and the workaround is our subscriptions and we've been killing that.
- 5:10Speaker 1: So let me, let's get into this one listener real quick before we get into this.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Diddy, diddy, diddy man, it's a lot.
- 5:17Speaker 1: This diddy news is gonna trip you all out, but anyway, uh, this is from my one of my faithful listeners, bo.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Hey flo, what's up with the profanity and sensitive words, censorship man, why they picking on you?
- 5:28Speaker 1: It takes a little bit away from the rawness and emotion and I don't like it.
- 5:33Speaker 1: Tell us on the show.
- 5:35Speaker 1: If you can never change, I'm out.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I love it, bo, because when y'all ask me questions, y'all give me a chance to explain stuff.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I kind of want to explain anyway, but I don't try to.
- 5:47Speaker 1: I don't want to bore y'all with a lot of the behind the scenes stuff that I that I deal with, but when questions come up, it gives me an opportunity to go ahead and go into it.
- 5:55Speaker 1: So real quick, before we get into diddy.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Yeah, they've been messing with me and, um, as y'all know, when they banned my tiktok, they take all kind of money away from me, but it don't stop because I keep going.
- 6:06Speaker 1: I got the greatest community ever.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I told y'all we was gonna figure it out and we have figured it out and so, uh, without boring you with all the technicalities and all of that, uh, they stole my money from tiktok.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Okay, cool, that's all right, we're gonna keep it moving.
- 6:23Speaker 1: So, but in, or what they also do is when this, when you, when you use a lot of the trigger words and some of the swear words, they, they, uh, they suppress your content and they lower your rate on what they pay you for using ads that they put on your stuff.
- 6:40Speaker 1: So I don't want to bore you with all the technicalities, but, long story short, that is why I am pushing the subscriptions, because on these platforms apple, spotify, youtube they won't tell you what to say, but they will suppress you for using certain trigger words and this and that which I don't give a damn about.
- 7:00Speaker 1: So, uh, but I had to play the game until I get my subscription base up.
- 7:05Speaker 1: But y'all have responded, y'all been subscribing and at this rate, if y'all continue to pace, we will be back to you.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Not had no words, no, we're going to use all the words and everything by May 5th, which would be Diddy's trial, because by then I want the gloves off.
- 7:23Speaker 1: I want to be able to say whatever.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Y'all know I love to say whatever.
- 7:26Speaker 1: So I just don't want to hinder the movement for no reason.
- 7:30Speaker 1: So I say all that to say y'all have been so good with the subscriptions.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Today I got a treat for y'all today is fuck it, fuck the rate.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Y'all can kill my, they could take my rate down because my community been representing.
- 7:44Speaker 1: So, uh, today I don't give a shit.
- 7:47Speaker 1: This is a present to you guys because y'all been supporting.
- 7:52Speaker 1: I mean, wait till I read the subscriptions that we got coming in today over the weekend, and so we will be.
- 8:00Speaker 1: If we keep this pace up, like I said, by the time the Diddy trial start, which is May 5th, I won't give a damn about no censorship, no rape, no suppression, fuck them.
- 8:09Speaker 1: But today we go.
- 8:12Speaker 1: I'm going to give you a present today.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I ain't caring about no censorship, so today's rape can just be down, because I'm doing this for my community, who understands what I'm going through being a truth teller, and they are supporting me.
- 8:25Speaker 1: So today is like a substitute teacher here, because today I'm saying whatever word come to my mind as I read these articles.
- 8:32Speaker 1: But that's what's up with that, bo, and I'm glad you asked that question and, like I say, y'all community, hit me up with any questions y'all have.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Y'all know I'm gonna bring it straight to y'all and tell you exactly what the fuck it is.
- 8:43Speaker 1: So let's go.
- 8:45Speaker 1: I appreciate that, bo, thanks for listening and let's keep subscribing.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I'm going to shout out all these subscribers and y'all have been killing it, and we are on our way to being the platform where we can do and say what the hell we want at all times.
- 8:58Speaker 1: I don't give a damn about they rates and they suppression as long as my community got my back.
- 9:03Speaker 1: So that rates and they suppression as long as my community got my back.
- 9:09Speaker 1: So that's what that is both.
- 9:10Speaker 1: So, uh, let's go.
- 9:10Speaker 1: And it's my birthday week, by the way.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Um, the uh website is up the end and I'm gonna that's to say it's up but it's not launched yet and I don't like it gear on there and I will announce that.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I think I will announce and launch the website with the merchandise and all that.
- 9:22Speaker 1: I'm thinking wednesday, the day before my birthday, but maybe even early, I don't know, but the merch is here.
- 9:29Speaker 1: We are ready to go.
- 9:31Speaker 1: I got the and I Don't Like it hoodies and I Don't Like it t-shirts and some other surprises for y'all.
- 9:38Speaker 1: So we about to get into this.
- 9:40Speaker 1: But let's get into this Kirk Burrows situation first.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Get into, uh, this kirk burroughs situation first, because this is fresh off the press.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Okay, if you remember kirk burroughs, oh, rest in peace before I get into it.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Rest in peace angie stone.
- 9:56Speaker 1: She died in a horrific car accident car accident over the weekend and I don't like it and it's not adding up.
- 10:05Speaker 1: But we'll get into that at a later time.
- 10:08Speaker 1: But for right now, let's get back into this.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Diddy, diddy, diddy, no diddy.
- 10:14Speaker 1: So Join us every 730 am Eastern Standard Time if you want to join us live in the youtube or at noon.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Y'all know I'm the best one in the business.
- 10:31Speaker 1: They can't mess with me.
- 10:32Speaker 1: We about to get into this kirk burroughs.
- 10:35Speaker 1: So if you remember kirk burroughs, we talked about this last week.
- 10:42Speaker 1: Kirk burroughs is a former uh partner of diddy.
- 10:46Speaker 1: He founded, co-founded bad boy entertainment with diddy.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Even with diddy's own words, uh, we put up an article where diddy said out his own mouth kirk burrows is responsible for all of the um success.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Bad Boy, he structured it, he made it a legit company, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 11:09Speaker 1: But then Diddy stole Kirk's 25% of the company from him and apparently he was trying to play house with him and do all that freaky Diddy stuff.
- 11:22Speaker 1: So we about to get into that.
- 11:24Speaker 1: So the article is by faye bradley shout out to faye literally just dropped.
- 11:31Speaker 1: This is hot off the press.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I added this to the show.
- 11:35Speaker 1: It was so new this, this article just came out literally before I was starting this show today.
- 11:40Speaker 1: So it's called who is bad boy entertainment co-founder, kirk burroughs, who's suing sean diddy combs and his mom, janice?
- 11:51Speaker 1: Well, he's worked for mary j blige he was a manager for mary, we talked about that and notorious big and he is the uh godfather uh, justin Combs.
- 12:05Speaker 1: So Kirk Burroughs is not a stranger of the Diddy family.
- 12:11Speaker 1: So it goes on to say Sean Diddy Combs is, legal Woes continue to mount.
- 12:20Speaker 1: He is now being sued by Kirk Burroughs, the co-founding partner and former president of Bad Boy Entertainment.
- 12:27Speaker 1: So on February 28th which was what was that Friday?
- 12:34Speaker 1: I believe it was first, second, yep.
- 12:39Speaker 1: So on February 28th this happened right after our Friday podcast Burroughs lawyer filed a suit against his former business partner, accusing him of sexual abuse, coercion and violence, subjected him to repeated sexual harassment, physical aggression, enforced compliance with degrading sexual acts, including unwanted sexual advances such as nudity, sexual overtones, voyeurism and acts of exhibitionism.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Mohawk did itdy, you nasty motherfucker.
- 13:27Speaker 1: So goes on to say that this news comes days after burroughs took legal action against combs.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Mother, we talked about that, remember.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Uh, he said janice combs unlawfully took 25 percent of stake of bad boy from kirk and gave it to diddy.
- 13:50Speaker 1: But they put it in her name, all kind of.
- 13:53Speaker 1: You know they played the three card money.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Uh, trick and and and they next thing, they know, kirk did.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Kirk went from having 25 percent of the company and with a snap in the finger, snap of the finger, he didn't have shit.
- 14:07Speaker 1: It's kind of fun today.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Y'all keep subscribing so I can get back to just saying whatever come on my head, because that's when I'm, that's when I'm happy, but anyway, um, and also they threatened violence on on Burroughs when they took it, allegedly it was a baseball bat.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Did he thought he was Ken Griffey Jr or one of the– he thought he was a baseball player, I guess.
- 14:41Speaker 1: And now that brings us to now where that one's out the way.
- 14:49Speaker 1: And now he has a new lawsuit and this one gets nasty.
- 14:53Speaker 1: So I'm warning you now.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Now, when you talk about the previous suit back in 2003, he sued.
- 15:04Speaker 1: He also sued him in 2003.
- 15:06Speaker 1: He sued, uh, diddy for an alleged, an alleged incident that took place in 96, but that complaint was dismissed.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Now we didn't talk about that one.
- 15:18Speaker 1: That happened before.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Uh, his recent suing of janice.
- 15:22Speaker 1: And then now this nasty shit, combs, has denied the new allegations.
- 15:27Speaker 1: Uh, you know that.
- 15:30Speaker 1: You know I have to read what they say the lady.
- 15:32Speaker 1: This latest lawsuit filed by kirk burroughs, uh, is another frivolous attempt to relitigate claims that have been repeatedly thrown out of court over the past 30 years.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Combs legal team shared, despite repeated dismissals, burroughs and Blackburn, which is the attorney, are intent on wasting the court's time and resources by refiling dismiss claims and now dragging Mr Combs, 80 year old mother, into this mess.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Here's what we know.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Uh, who is kirk?
- 16:13Speaker 1: Kirk's a 62 year old male who got his bachelor of science and marketing from saint joseph university in philly.
- 16:19Speaker 1: This is important because diddy said it was Kirk's marketing that helped Bad Boy become the successful record label entertainment company that it went on to become.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Also, what does Kirk?
- 16:42Speaker 1: What's his job?
- 16:43Speaker 1: What's what's what's his?
- 16:44Speaker 1: What does he do for a living?
- 16:46Speaker 1: Well, at one point he was Mary J Blige's former manager, worked with her at the height of her career, and also Notorious BIG.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Right now, burroughs is currently the CEO at Pop Life Branded Entertainment, which is out of New York City.
- 17:04Speaker 1: Now we all know Burroughs co-founded Bad Boy Entertainment.
- 17:08Speaker 1: He was the company's president from 94 to 97.
- 17:12Speaker 1: This was the era where they created magic.
- 17:16Speaker 1: It was the Faith Evans era.
- 17:18Speaker 1: 112,.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Mase Craig Mack.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Rest in peace.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Notorious BIG rest in peace.
- 17:24Speaker 1: And it went on from there.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Now, after Notorious BIG died in 97, mary J Blige asked Burroughs to be her manager from 98 to 2002.
- 17:40Speaker 1: And they released albums.
- 17:44Speaker 1: They released Share my World, mary and no More Drama 2002.
- 17:46Speaker 1: And uh, they released albums.
- 17:46Speaker 1: They released share my world, mary, and no more drama.
- 17:48Speaker 1: Uh, kirk landed well over 30 branded partnerships, including, uh, getting mary her own superhero in the marvel comics, and, and, and a host of other things.
- 18:03Speaker 1: So Kirk is not no lightweight.
- 18:07Speaker 1: And wait till we get into what the hell Kirk said Diddy was doing to him Sexual harassment to another man.
- 18:16Speaker 1: The diddler knows no bounds, I'm telling you.
- 18:18Speaker 1: So.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Burroughs is said to have been close with Combs and his family after they met in the 90s.
- 18:24Speaker 1: That was in the lawsuit that we spoke about before.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Also claim that Burroughs is the godfather of Justin Combs, diddy's child.
- 18:35Speaker 1: Burroughs was added to help Diddy get through a depressive episode in his life when he was fired from Uptown Records.
- 18:44Speaker 1: If you remember, when Diddy was fired from Uptown Records, nobody wanted to fool with him.
- 18:49Speaker 1: He they were avoiding the Dittler like the plague and uh nope.
- 18:57Speaker 1: And Burroughs was one of the people who stepped up allegedly and gave Diddy a soft place to land for lack of a better words.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Now Burroughs went on to say he witnessed Combs volatile and abusive behavior during their time together, including one instance where Combs even assaulted his own mother.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Kirk said at the time he felt like she was just a mother Doing her best to calm Diddy down and Diddy went crazy.
- 19:29Speaker 1: So what exactly Is he talking about With all this sexual harassment?
- 19:40Speaker 1: Well, he says that Diddy Sex sexually harassed him many times.
- 19:50Speaker 1: He said there were sexual advances that he did not ask for and he didn't want.
- 20:00Speaker 1: And they said it went on and on and on.
- 20:05Speaker 1: So now we have an instance where this kirk guy is is uh, saying that not only did he steal his 25 of bad boy that he was entitled to, but he also was harassing him sexually.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Wow.
- 20:29Speaker 1: So Kirk Burroughs went ahead and filed on it.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Now he wants a, a, a jury trial.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Kirk Burroughs wants the real.
- 20:40Speaker 1: He wants this to go all the way.
- 20:41Speaker 1: We're going to sit back and see how it goes.
- 20:48Speaker 1: I don't know what to say about Kirk.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Besides, he sounds like a legitimate dude.
- 20:53Speaker 1: He has credentials.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Like I said, we've seen out of Diddy's own mouth how much Kirk meant to the bad boy entertainment group, meant to the to the bad boy uh entertainment group and for him to not to have zero ownership at this point, and Diddy and his mom don't have a good reason why.
- 21:14Speaker 1: That definitely points to something ain't right, and so we're gonna pay attention to that one.
- 21:24Speaker 1: But check it out, y'all.
- 21:25Speaker 1: If you want to look it up, it's kirk burrows and he is suing diddy not only for stealing his company, which we talked about before, but he's suing them for sexual harassment and and being naked and all kind of crazy stuff that he said, did he did to him.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Um, some of the stuff I don't even want to repeat because I don't.
- 21:48Speaker 1: It's just nasty, uh.
- 21:50Speaker 1: But speaking of lawsuits, if you remember making a band, sarah rivers she was the light-skinned young lady uh in that group she has a 60 million dollar lawsuit that she just filed against diddy and this has come.
- 22:13Speaker 1: This has come from uh people magazine.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Making the band contestant, sarah rivers accuses sean diddy combs of sexual harassment in a $60 million lawsuit.
- 22:28Speaker 1: This is from People Magazine and Ingrid Vasquez and Danielle Bacher wrote this.
- 22:37Speaker 1: So Sarah Rivers, who competed on Sean Diddy's Combs making a band and was a member of the band, has filed a 60 million dollar lawsuit 60 million.
- 22:48Speaker 1: This was filed on.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Uh.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Well, on February, uh 28th Rivers, who went by Sarah Stokes on the MTV reality show, filed a 148 page lawsuit against the rapper as the deadline on claims linked to New York City's Gender Motivated Violence Act was set to close.
- 23:11Speaker 1: In addition to Combs, rivers listed more than two dozen defendants.
- 23:18Speaker 1: Sarah ain't playing with their ass.
- 23:22Speaker 1: She added.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Universal Music, mtv, bad Boy Officials and Combs' mother, janice, has entered the chat on this particular lawsuit Now.
- 23:42Speaker 1: In her complaint, rivers claims that Combs sexually harassed her, committed assault and battery and made her work under inhumane conditions where she was criticized about her appearance.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Amongst other claims In the complaint, rivers alleges that Combs assaulted her while she was walking down a hallway.
- 24:09Speaker 1: She claims he came towards her and backed her up against the corner.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Now, have you been following these cases?
- 24:19Speaker 1: If diddy backs you up against the corner, protect yourself at all times and do not take a drink.
- 24:26Speaker 1: That's just advice.
- 24:28Speaker 1: So let's go on.
- 24:30Speaker 1: Let's see how this turned out for uh miss sarah.
- 24:32Speaker 1: Sarah goes on to allege he was close enough where he could kiss her and ask her in a low, sensual voice how she is doing, if she's okay and if she needed anything at all.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Apparently, diddy was warming her up.
- 24:51Speaker 1: According to sarah, she then claims that combs allegedly used his left hand to adjust the collar of her jacket and then ran his left hand across her breasts, while repeating the phrase if she needs anything, to let him know.
- 25:11Speaker 1: Now, according to what I'm reading, this is illegal.
- 25:23Speaker 1: You can't just rub your fingers across women's breasts.
- 25:25Speaker 1: In the world I came from so maybe that's just my world, I don't know, let's see.
- 25:29Speaker 1: She then claims that Combs allegedly used his left hand again and in her suit, rivers also accused the rapper of making physical threats to group members, claiming that he threatened to eat the face of one person and kill another.
- 25:51Speaker 1: And I don't like it.
- 25:53Speaker 1: We've heard these stories.
- 25:56Speaker 1: We've heard I think it was a chopper who said Did he threaten to kill or said something about the other guy, freddy or Fred or Fred or something.
- 26:10Speaker 1: So we've heard these stories.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Sarah is basically co-signing it.
- 26:15Speaker 1: They in the chat saying they about to lose it.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Yeah, diddy will piss you off as uh, as esteem, definitely.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Um, defendant diddy was oftentimes yelling and ridiculing the plaintiff, especially during times plaintiffs sought him out to read to redress issues she was facing in the group.
- 26:43Speaker 1: She claims Combs had aggressive and abusive behavior that allegedly included enabling an inhumane work environment, like controlling her eating and sleeping schedule and mocking her for her bulimia.
- 26:59Speaker 1: Diddy is a hot fucking mess.
- 27:05Speaker 1: You hear me Allegedly Gotta cover my ass?
- 27:11Speaker 1: No, diddy.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Allegedly gotta cover my ass no.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Diddy rivers claims that she was the only individual who defendant diddy scrutinized in such a sexual and humiliating manner, allegedly once telling her, while looking at her backside, that everything needed to get firmed up.
- 27:31Speaker 1: So she's walking and Diddy looking at her behind and telling she need to hit the gym and do some squats.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Everything needs to be firmed up.
- 27:43Speaker 1: This is the work environment, according to Sarah.
- 27:48Speaker 1: She also claims she was made to do Uncompensated manual labor, as she calls it, and don't none of us like to do no uncompensated manual labor?
- 28:08Speaker 1: I could agree with her on that, including during the show's infamous cheesecake episode, when she and her bandmates were forced to walk from Manhattan to Brooklyn and back to bring Combs a freaking cheesecake.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Y'all remember that episode right Back in the day, everybody was talking about that.
- 28:31Speaker 1: Them kids had to go walk all across the world to get a freaking cheesecake, and then we come to find out who the damn cheesecake was for None other than Beyonce, which we didn't know back then and that was back when they hid everything.
- 28:52Speaker 1: I don't know why we wouldn't have known back then that that Beyonce was the person they went to go get the cheesecake for, actually.
- 29:01Speaker 1: But we didn't know that back then.
- 29:03Speaker 1: But we know it now.
- 29:23Speaker 1: According to Rivers, after filming three seasons of making the band from 20 from 2002 to 2004, rivers and her bandmates were only paid a flat five thousand dollars per show per person.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Check uh was when she was a one time was a one-time payment of 25 000 for signing a publishing contract.
- 29:37Speaker 1: She felt pressured to sign.
- 29:39Speaker 1: Now we know diddy has been known to put pressure and and uh, make people sign stuff.
- 29:48Speaker 1: And you know, allegedly baseball bats were used and uh scare tactics like uh diddy telling people uh, you gonna be, I'm gonna do you like I did tupac, allegedly.
- 29:59Speaker 1: I ain't hear that.
- 30:00Speaker 1: I ain't hear it out of diddy's mouth, but quite a few people said that.
- 30:04Speaker 1: So we have saw these intimidation factors before.
- 30:11Speaker 1: This ain't the first time.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Defender Diddy made it known if plaintiff did not sign, the group did not sign, then the group wouldn't continue.
- 30:29Speaker 1: She also claims that once the group was disbanded, combs continued to interfere with her career in music, effectively blackballing her.
- 30:36Speaker 1: So here go another person that's saying that diddy blackballed was blackballed by diddy because they didn't want to do all the diddy diddler mohawk diddy nasty trifling shit, allegedly.
- 30:52Speaker 1: In a statement to people, combs representative said yes, this is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr Combs.
- 31:03Speaker 1: No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won't change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult or minor.
- 31:23Speaker 1: We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.
- 31:24Speaker 1: With the deadline for New York's Gender Motivated Violence Act expiring tomorrow, it's clear that opportunists are rushing to file last-minute meritless claims.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Mr combs remains confident he will prevail in court.
- 31:38Speaker 1: I don't believe that statement.
- 31:42Speaker 1: But hey, it's your statement, diddy, so it is what it is.
- 31:47Speaker 1: Rivers lawsuit comes after a dozen have came.
- 31:53Speaker 1: In addition, 14 new complaints were filed against the producer february 28, including five men and nine women.
- 32:03Speaker 1: We about to have a busy schedule this week.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Uh, all my flow show no filter podcast listeners.
- 32:09Speaker 1: These freaking lawsuits, they dropping them like flies.
- 32:17Speaker 1: So all I can say is buckle up this week.
- 32:21Speaker 1: And y'all know that Enterprise letter is coming soon.
- 32:25Speaker 1: And if you don't know, the Enterprise letter is something that the feds are about to drop.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Enterprise letter is something that the feds are about to drop.
- 32:33Speaker 1: That's supposed to detail all this illegal crap that Diddy has been doing and not only tell what he's been doing.
- 32:41Speaker 1: He they will spell out who has been involved with, who has been involved with these illegal activities, who's helped him carry it out.
- 32:51Speaker 1: We're going to hear about more co-conspirators, all type of stuff.
- 32:55Speaker 1: So March is heating up and I told y'all right now the subscriptions minimum are $3, but people are giving more to support the truth telling and so that this platform can be a platform where we can speak and say whatever the fuck we want.
- 33:11Speaker 1: And remember today, as a special present y'all have been representing.
- 33:15Speaker 1: So much on the subscriptions, I ain't caring about my rate of my suppression today.
- 33:20Speaker 1: I'm letting the f-bombs fly, um, and once we get to uh, uh, our overall goal, I believe by may 1st, which the trial starts may 5th I think we'll have our subscription goal and I won't have to hide.
- 33:35Speaker 1: No more words, no more, because the minute I can get to the point where I can say, uh, screw your rates, my people got me and we gonna do our thing, then I ain't, I'm using every word that I want to use.
- 33:45Speaker 1: So I appreciate y'all.
- 33:47Speaker 1: So let me get into that.
- 33:49Speaker 1: You know, I gotta tell y'all about how diddy's kids have been spending his money like crazy.
- 33:54Speaker 1: He is mad.
- 33:55Speaker 1: So we got that coming up and then I got it, and then we're gonna break down why luigi and diddy uh can't have no visitors for a month.
- 34:05Speaker 1: It's some crazy shit happened up at the uh in the uh in in the prison.
- 34:11Speaker 1: But before I get into that y'all know what I do I gotta thank the people who make this show, what you hearing right now and what you've heard for the first 34 minutes.
- 34:22Speaker 1: You gotta thank these people I'm about to name, and these are the subscribers, because without the subscribers ain't no show, because I'm not gonna be on no platform, uh, beholding to nobody's rules of what i'ma say and what i'ma do and what i'ma talk about.
- 34:38Speaker 1: So these subscribers, you know we smarter than them.
- 34:41Speaker 1: They think they smart, but we smarter over here and what I figured out is we build up our subscription base and then we don't have to give a damn what nobody say and we can talk about not only what we want to talk about, but we can say what we want to say and I ain't got to use no fucking trigger words and unalive and all this essay crap.
- 34:58Speaker 1: So, uh, let's shout out these subscribers, y'all and everybody in the chat, make sure y'all show these people some love, because the subscribers are what make this truth-telling platform a a a reality.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Without the subscribers, we can't have platforms like this, because it's a war on free speech, it's a war on freedom of press.
- 35:20Speaker 1: Now, everybody's talking about it.
- 35:22Speaker 1: If you know, I've been telling y'all that for months and months, and months and months, even before my TikTok got banned.

- 42:32Speaker 1: And you know how I do as long as y'all got me, I got y'all.
- 42:37Speaker 1: We gonna keep going, and especially talking about keep going.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Diddy's kids is gonna keep spending his money and he mad about it.
- 42:46Speaker 1: Y'all why diddy is locked up trying to figure out how to get out.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Diddy's kids is taking lavish trips, buying all the designer.
- 42:58Speaker 1: They can get their hands on shopping sprees.
- 43:01Speaker 1: Diddy can't even keep up with the money.
- 43:06Speaker 1: We're going to have to get into that.
- 43:11Speaker 1: This comes from the new york post.
- 43:15Speaker 1: Diddy's kid take lavish vacations.
- 43:17Speaker 1: Oh, and real quick.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Y'all.
- 43:19Speaker 1: I'm about to get into this, but I forgot.
- 43:21Speaker 1: You know I'll be forgetting shit.
- 43:22Speaker 1: Um, if you want to subscribe, if you want to get my birthdays this week actually thursday, march 6th, but I'm starting today, you know, you know we, we celebrate all week for our birthday, so a great way would be to get a subscription.
- 43:36Speaker 1: If you already got a subscription, get somebody else a subscription so they ain't got to keep listening to them bland, lying-ass, biased news.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Get them a subscription to the Flow Show no Filter, so they can enjoy the real news from somebody who actually was there.
- 43:48Speaker 1: Like I told y'all, I don't report, I recall, so they can enjoy the real news from somebody who actually was there.
- 43:52Speaker 1: Like I told you, I don't report.
- 43:54Speaker 1: I recall I've been looked at all these Hollywood people in their face and told them I wasn't for that freaky shit.
- 44:00Speaker 1: So they kicked me out.
- 44:02Speaker 1: So now I'm where I want to be, but let's get into this man.
- 44:11Speaker 1: Diddy's kids spending all this money.
- 44:12Speaker 1: But hey, when there's no accountability, this will happen.
- 44:14Speaker 1: This is the new york post.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Uh, chris harris uh, brings us this article and it's called diddy's kids take lavish vacations, treat themselves to elaborate shopping sprees as the music mogul is stuck in jail and Diddy is pissed.
- 44:31Speaker 1: And I like this beginning.
- 44:34Speaker 1: And I didn't even know they said this.
- 44:36Speaker 1: I said at the beginning when Diddy's away, the kids will play.
- 44:40Speaker 1: I like that play on words.
- 44:42Speaker 1: Sean Diddy Combs, six oldest children, have been living big ever since he's been his ass been locked up.
- 44:49Speaker 1: They've been using their famous Pope, papa's, money to travel the world.
- 44:56Speaker 1: A source close to the disgrace music mogul tells inner circle uh, and they told it to the.
- 45:04Speaker 1: So as combs awaits his uh trial date, which is may 5th, his kids and his influencing offspring have been taking lavish island vacations and balling.
- 45:20Speaker 1: People are saying they want to look like ballers and project this image on Instagram and TikTok.
- 45:26Speaker 1: The source explained but that's Diddy's money.
- 45:29Speaker 1: And I mean maybe maybe he gave Diddy's money and I mean maybe maybe he gave.
- 45:35Speaker 1: They say, but that's Diddy's money.
- 45:38Speaker 1: I mean maybe he gave them permission to spend it, but I doubt it, since he got all these people suing him.
- 45:45Speaker 1: You know Diddy ain't gave them that money just to spend and do whatever they want to do, but they gonna do it anyway.
- 45:51Speaker 1: You know how kids you see Diddy, there's no accountability in that house.
- 45:54Speaker 1: They don't know what accountability is.
- 45:57Speaker 1: He didn't teach them that.
- 46:02Speaker 1: So it goes on to say since Combs was arrested last September, his private jets got a lot of use.
- 46:09Speaker 1: Got a lot of use making trips to California, hawaii, texas, florida and several other states, as well as Mexico, mexico, italy, india, ireland, canada and St Martin.
- 46:24Speaker 1: According to the flight data reviewed by the Post, these kids been traveling the world.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Why did he been in there eating, uh, boiled eggs and um and um and and uh water, drinking water, and eating boys.
- 46:42Speaker 1: His kids have been traveling the world.
- 46:44Speaker 1: I'm looking at these pictures.
- 46:46Speaker 1: Uh, they on horseback riding in in in some country.
- 46:50Speaker 1: Oh, they've been living their best life.
- 46:53Speaker 1: The source goes on to say jet fuel ain't cheap.
- 46:56Speaker 1: Every other day these kids are getting on puffs jet and every time they do it it costs him thousands.
- 47:04Speaker 1: They say just the fuel alone is thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Wow, quincy 33, justin 31, christian 26, chance 19, and the 18 year old twins are apparently not shy about spending all the Diddy's damn money.
- 47:31Speaker 1: On his Instagram, christian recently shared a video of him playing on an ocean beach.
- 47:38Speaker 1: Y'all, they put so many ads on these articles it gets on my damn nerves.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Everything popping up left and right.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Okay, let me go back.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Christian recently shared a video of him playing on an ocean beach with the youngest of comb seven kids, the little, love, the little, the little, cute, adorable little baby.
- 47:58Speaker 1: Now I do like that's a cute little baby.
- 48:00Speaker 1: That did he got the little baby.
- 48:02Speaker 1: That said uh, uh, miss you or something.
- 48:05Speaker 1: Um, apparently the baby was out on the beach.
- 48:09Speaker 1: Now pictures showed him shopping for diamond encrusted watches and designer jackets at luxury vintage clothing store.
- 48:18Speaker 1: What goes around comes around is the store and exiting an SUV carrying shopping bags from five high end shops.
- 48:29Speaker 1: We talk about Louis, gucci, prcci, brother, hermes, all kind of stuff.
- 48:35Speaker 1: Other pics show him with his girlfriend, raven tracy, riding camels in mexico.
- 48:41Speaker 1: On her account there are snaps showing combs and a massive diamond chain around his neck and tracy at the spa, along with pics of tracy uh lounging on the yacht and uh yeah, they showing christian combs balling out of control.
- 49:02Speaker 1: Quincy also enjoyed some fun in the sun while chance recently rode horses along a sandy beach following a trip to amusement park.
- 49:13Speaker 1: The twins last month posted photos from their trip to St Bart's wearing matching Christian Dior bikinis aboard a dark blue yacht.
- 49:25Speaker 1: Source told the post that, in addition to the designer clothing and the tropical vacations, they've been giving away cash to all they friends.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Diddy's money is dwindling, to say the least.
- 49:46Speaker 1: The old saying goes y'all when the cat's away, what do the mice do?
- 49:54Speaker 1: Got it with him waiting in jail for his trial.
- 50:01Speaker 1: The kids are doing whatever.
- 50:02Speaker 1: He has no control.
- 50:03Speaker 1: He needs the kids.
- 50:05Speaker 1: So I'm sure he can't be the controlling diddy that he was.
- 50:09Speaker 1: He once was, because without those kids he don't have anybody.
- 50:16Speaker 1: Right now Diddy has his kids and his mama, so he can't control them, he can't get attitudes with them too quick, because he needs them and they know it.
- 50:31Speaker 1: You know one thing about human beings I don't care if you're a father, son, mother, brother, uncle, whatever, friend, worker we know leverage, we know we know when we have leverage and we know when we don't have leverage.
- 50:43Speaker 1: And those kids I'm sure they're smart and know that hey, diddy can't do nothing about this.
- 50:50Speaker 1: I'm sure kids they're not trying to spend all this money, but you know, when you're in your 20s and 18, you don't have no concept of money for real, you just spend it.
- 50:59Speaker 1: So this is what they call karma.
- 51:03Speaker 1: Diddy is reaping what he sowed.
- 51:09Speaker 1: No accountability.
- 51:14Speaker 1: Because, see, I can tell y'all now, if there was ever a reason that I had to be somewhere or anything was going on where I needed to trust my son with my money, I wouldn't worry a second.
- 51:27Speaker 1: My son going to do what he need to do with.
- 51:30Speaker 1: My son Ain't going.
- 51:31Speaker 1: We just don't cause he not going to just run rampant with the money just to do it.
- 51:36Speaker 1: Because, first of all, we don't we, we, we, we.
- 51:40Speaker 1: Money don't make us.
- 51:42Speaker 1: We make money.
- 51:42Speaker 1: I remember my grandfather used to tell me that, and when he used to say it I didn't know what the hell he was talking about.
- 51:48Speaker 1: And I'm an old man now I know what it means.
- 51:54Speaker 1: It means that you make money, money don't make you.
- 51:56Speaker 1: And so when you raise your children to feel like money makes you, here you go.
- 52:04Speaker 1: I believe if something happened to me, my son wouldn't even want to buy all that shit.
- 52:09Speaker 1: He don't need it.
- 52:10Speaker 1: He'll buy the nice stuff he like, but we, we not raised to think money gonna make us.
- 52:17Speaker 1: So we, we, our family, won't go through this.
- 52:20Speaker 1: But, as you can see, this is what you get, because now that diddy can't control them, they doing the same thing diddy will be doing having fun and looking out for my damn self.
- 52:31Speaker 1: So shout out to Grandfather Frank for always letting me know that money don't make me, just make money.
- 52:43Speaker 1: So Forbes, check this out, y'all.
- 52:45Speaker 1: Forbes last year estimated Diddy's net worth to be around 400 million.
- 52:51Speaker 1: Just a couple of years before that, that Diddy was almost at 800 million.
- 52:56Speaker 1: So in a matter of a couple years or a year, he has his.
- 53:03Speaker 1: His stuff has went in half and it's continuing to plummet.
- 53:08Speaker 1: And with these kids doing all this, uh, spending money left and right, that that 400 million?
- 53:19Speaker 1: We're gonna look around.
- 53:20Speaker 1: By the time the trial gets going it's probably gonna be down to 200 million.
- 53:24Speaker 1: By the time the trial is over I bet you it's under 100 million and at that point diddy might be in the danger zone because he loves to spin.
- 53:36Speaker 1: If the cat ever comes back, those mice are going to be fucked.
- 53:44Speaker 1: According to the article, if diddy is miraculously able to get out of this, he probably gonna come home and when he look at it them receipts all hell probably gonna break loose.
- 53:55Speaker 1: Now, of course, rep reps for diddy and his kids did not respond to the request or comment.
- 54:01Speaker 1: What the hell can they say now?
- 54:03Speaker 1: I mean, it is what it is.
- 54:04Speaker 1: You can't hide that you spending money when you spending it.
- 54:07Speaker 1: The way they spending ain't no secrets.
- 54:11Speaker 1: Now, normally we would be getting out of here, but, like I said, y'all have been killing the subscription thing.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Not only have I been swearing today, but uh, I'm gonna go a little bit over the time for y'all, because we got to get into what the hell to happen with luigi and diddy.
- 54:27Speaker 1: And, like I said, let me.
- 54:29Speaker 1: We're gonna go a little bit over the time today, but fuck it, it is what it is.
- 54:33Speaker 1: It's my birthday week.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Get a subscription if you want to give me a birthday present.
- 54:38Speaker 1: We launching the merch website too.
- 54:39Speaker 1: We got the end.
- 54:41Speaker 1: I don't like his shirts and all type of other stuff.
- 54:44Speaker 1: Right now I'm waiting for the Flo Show no Filter hoodies, and once those are ready I'm going to launch the site.
- 54:55Speaker 1: So hopefully it'll be wednesday, but let's get into what's going on with luigi and diddy.
- 54:59Speaker 1: As I put in a little overtime today, on monday, march 3rd, shout out to all the march birthdays out there, to all the pisces.
- 55:09Speaker 1: I'm a pisces, so shout out to all the pisces this our month.
- 55:12Speaker 1: I think Floyd Mayweather I believe he a Pisces too.
- 55:16Speaker 1: He just had a birthday.
- 55:18Speaker 1: So let's get into this.
- 55:20Speaker 1: What the hell are they talking about, where Luigi and Diddy can't have no visitors for at least the next month?
- 55:28Speaker 1: Did y'all hear that?
- 55:29Speaker 1: Well, if you didn't, we about to talk about it.
- 55:32Speaker 1: Hey, felicia, felicia always.
- 55:40Speaker 1: Hey y'all.
- 55:40Speaker 1: Y'all always got my back.
- 55:41Speaker 1: I sure will.
- 55:43Speaker 1: So this article Comes from the Daily Mail and it's Entitled Sean Diddy, combs and Luigi On lockdown as race Riot erupts in Brooklyn federal jail.
- 55:57Speaker 1: So they had a race riot, pandemonium broke loose and the end result was Diddy and Luigi can't have no visitors.
- 56:09Speaker 1: So let's get into this article and see how did all this unfold and what the hell does it mean?
- 56:14Speaker 1: Sean diddy, combs and luigi can't get any visits from friends and family for at least a month after a race riot erupted in the brooklyn jail.
- 56:26Speaker 1: In the latest episode of the trial of diddy, federal prison consultant sam said the metropolitan detention center was placed on lockdown since last week after more than 40 people were involved in a race-driven melee what the fuck?
- 56:50Speaker 1: While high-profile inmates like combs and luigi were not housed in that area where the incident occurred, the entire brooklyn facility was placed on modified operation for at least the next month.
- 57:05Speaker 1: Now what they're saying is he's locked down now at least 23 out of 24 hours.
- 57:13Speaker 1: And we're talking about Diddy, so he's on lockdown for 23 out of 24 hours every day, they said.
- 57:24Speaker 1: I'm sure they allow him out at least three times a week for a shower, maybe to make a phone call, but that's about it.
- 57:31Speaker 1: So he's being fed in his cell, maybe to make a phone call, but that's about it.
- 57:38Speaker 1: So he's being fed in his cell.
- 57:39Speaker 1: It's a six by nine cell with a little slit for a window.
- 57:46Speaker 1: This is what happens when you give people drinks and slip stuff in their drinks and then do weird things to them, allegedly.
- 57:54Speaker 1: If he wants to exercise in his cell, he can read in his cell.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Everything has to be done in the cell.
- 58:05Speaker 1: There are no TVs.
- 58:06Speaker 1: That's where he is and will be for the next month, other than his legal visits.
- 58:12Speaker 1: I know my client as well as other clients.
- 58:15Speaker 1: I work closely with another consultant that is actually a Luigi consultant.
- 58:21Speaker 1: They're clamoring for legal visits because it's the only time that they can get out of their cells to see people interact with people.
- 58:32Speaker 1: Officials with the federal bureau of prison confirmed the daily mail that multiple inmates were observed fighting february 22nd.
- 58:40Speaker 1: Responding employees isolated and contained the incident, and at no time was the public in danger, they say.
- 58:50Speaker 1: Mdc, which houses more than 1600 inmates, is notorious for its deplorable conditions.
- 58:58Speaker 1: In 2019, the prison made headlines after inmates suffered days without heat or power during severe winter conditions.
- 59:08Speaker 1: Diddy has been locked up at mdc since he was arrested back in september.
- 59:13Speaker 1: We all know that combs has vehemently denied all the allegations.
- 59:18Speaker 1: We've heard it.
- 59:18Speaker 1: We've heard it.
- 59:19Speaker 1: We've heard it also.
- 59:22Speaker 1: They're saying that luigi and diddy are not on a floor that will be susceptible to these riots.
- 59:29Speaker 1: They're on the floor with other high profile individuals that the last thing they want to do is get involved in riots.
- 59:37Speaker 1: So they're keeping them safe and secure, according to this article.
- 59:40Speaker 1: But they're both locked down 23 hours a day and really only get to see people when they see their legal counsel.
- 59:49Speaker 1: So they're on a truly segregated floor from everybody else.
- 59:55Speaker 1: Now they are punished the same as everyone else In the facility and in their little confinement.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: They say that there are much, that Diddy and Luigi are much safer In their current conditions.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: There were injuries.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: On February 22nd, multiple incarcerated individuals were medically assessed and treated for injuries at the facility.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: Two incarcerated individuals sustained injuries requiring outside medical treatment.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: Murphy refused to comment on the injuries sustained by the inmates involved in the fight, but he would say that there were no jail employees who were injured.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: Hey, they said the facility can't afford to have any high prof profile uh mates.
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: Anything happen to them.
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: But in this case, if a high profile inmate got injured from another inmate, they would say it.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: They said the mdc is a dangerous place.
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: I've heard that the mdc is dangerous.
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: They call it a tomb, one big tomb.
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: What they say is you go there to die.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: This is what some of my listeners, some of my four hundred thousand.
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: I've had so many messages on my social media Facebook and Instagram accounts about people who have loved ones in the MDC.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: They say it is basically a tomb and that is the nickname that they call.
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: It is basically a tomb and that is the nickname that they call it.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Basically, the conditions are so terrible.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: That is basically a place where you feel like you go to die.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: This is what people who have people they are saying prisoners are so far.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: So far still allowed visitors from their attorneys, but visits from family and friends have been placed on pause.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: So, according to this article, this goes for Diddy and Luigi no family, no friends, nobody but lawyers is allowed to visit them for the foreseeable future.
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: Also, normally inmates are allowed to be in general population from six to nine, but with the lockdown, inmates are now confined to their tiny cells 24 hours a day.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: So diddy and and luigi get an hour right now.
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: Inmates don't get.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: The regular inmates aren't getting any time damn so they're in their cells for 24 hours.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: Prison consultants said diddy has just been seen playing card games and spades and board games with other inmates.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: This was all around the holiday time.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: They say he's looking depressed and it's a very depressive time for him, too bad.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: So sad is what I say.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: It's not a funny situation to be in.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: But they all look around and say it could be worse.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: Although Combs is still waiting trial and is denied all charges, waiting trial and is denied all charges, they say that hiring a prison consultant like him could be for him, could be wise, to prepare for the worst case scenario.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: It's getting wild y'all, but it's definitely wild and uh, feel bad for Luigi.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: Really don't feel bad for Diddy.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: Please like it.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Like many of me said, like and share the live.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: But we got a lot to get into to cover going forward.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: We have more, so many, so many articles, so much information to go over tomorrow.
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: But before I get out of here, uh, that angie stone.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: I know I'm running over for the podcast but, like I said, today was a treat.
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: Not only get you get some swearing, but you're getting a little bit longer podcast episode, because even the episodes y'all, they, they put like parameters on how many hours you can upload.
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: It's a lot that goes on behind the scenes, but y'all don't be knowing it because I say fuck it.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: But uh, angie stone, I ran across a couple of clips that I have to share with you all.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: Um, angie stone, y'all know that was the r&b singer who died in a tragic car accident over the weekend and it's a rabbit hole y'all need to go down.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: She was speaking about universal and arista, which arista is clive davis, and she was saying that her royalties have been taking, literally taken from her.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: Come to find out.
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: She researched and found out that that universal group was robbing her blind and she was planning on suing Universal Music Group Allegedly and next thing we know, she died In a car accident.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: Listen to this.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: I soon found out that one of the biggest companies that I was part of the ugly truth, that one of the biggest companies that I was part of the ugly truth Meanwhile back at the ranch was, as I was coming through all of this, I soon found out that one of the biggest companies that I was with Universal Music the second part of the ugly truth it's the second part of the ugly truth.
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: We begin to research things, to check on my royalties and my statements and things of that nature, only to find out a lot excuse me, god a lot of my publishing, a lot of my royalties, my mechanicals they have all pretty much been stolen to, because when you hire a team of people that to some degree supposed to have your back, you're thinking that they're getting it all together for you.
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: That's why you know I respect oprah winfrey in that respect when she said do your own research just on the celebrity that I let a lot of important things slip through the cracks only because I didn't know any better.
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: I worked very hard to take care of my kids as a single mother and I'm being transparent my kids' fathers just were not doing what they're supposed to do, do so I had to step up and go in and do everything that I needed to do to for my family, which is why I worked so hard, which is why I traveled so much, which is why I did show, because at the end of the day, at after 40 something years in the business, I'm like well, why I'm?
- 1:07:08Speaker 2: Where are my royalties going?
- 1:07:09Speaker 2: Because I'm not getting exactly.
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: Come to find out.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: Universal Music has been receiving all my royalties, all my mechanicals.
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: They've taken pretty much everything.
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: They've stolen.
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: I won't say stolen, but they have taken all the monies that were due to me.
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: They have basically absorbed in that company, were due to me, they have basically absorbed in that company.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: And even though there's several class action lawsuits, people that were working on my behalf never even registered so it's so much more to it.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: I just wanted to share that clip.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: Um, man, angie stone, it don't sound right, it don't add up.
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: And also I will be paying attention to the Gene Hackman before I forget that's another situation that a lot is coming out.
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: Like I said, it's about to be a big week for news.
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: But just listening to Angie before I get out of here, you see how these record companies and these elite, powerful people will do and what they will do and what lengths they will go to to steal money from the people you actually like.
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: Y'all don't give a shit.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: Y'all don't care about universal music group.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: Y'all like angie stone, but angie stone gets done dirty and that's why I told y'all you know, at these days you got to just tap in with your community and we got to support each other.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: Um, these, these big companies, don't give a shit about us.
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: And I'm gonna leave it right there.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: Hey, y'all, it's my birthday week.
