- 0:16SPEAKER_00: That ain't killing it.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: It's a fun little throwback for a minute.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: What's more shocking is this is an actual option when you were handed a speaker at the pool in Vegas, uh-huh, and one of the one of the uh genres that came up was cigarette mom rock.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 0:33SPEAKER_01: You could get like everything from like Americana, or it was like Vacation Early 2000s.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: So it would be all the summer songs from the early 2000s.
- 0:41SPEAKER_01: Or it's a song like this.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Oh make me over Mom Cigarette.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, she sounds like she's just hand fork heart and marlorous.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: Alright, somebody asked about Joan Jet.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Is that too old?
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: Too old.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: Too old.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: Okay, so there's But I have a I have a um I'm gonna put on the side here honorable mentions.

- 1:09SPEAKER_00: I gotta ask if it'll work for the playlist.
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: I think Joan Jet can work sometimes.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: She gets thrown in every once in a while.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: And then I'm not sure.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: It's kind of like Jenny.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: It's one of those songs you're gonna hear on our sister station cool every two days guaranteed.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: You're like, really?
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: You you can find nothing else from that era but Jenny.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: And I'm also gonna throw in this other random, like it's kind of like when Spotify will randomly throw something into a playlist of yours, and you're like, oh, yeah, I like it.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: That's not really where this category fits, but I like it.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: And this one was some somebody texted this, and I feel like this is an honorable mention.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: She doesn't want to leave, she's just one big Reba.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Hey, we're home.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: Okay, I saw it.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: I guess.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: But that's what I'm saying.
- 1:52SPEAKER_01: You get a random Reba.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: I'm thinking it's still more along this line.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: Come on.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: You know you love the new port.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: A new port, I don't think he's ever touched these lips, but I'm okay.
- 2:17SPEAKER_01: I love this one.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: It's from 5868.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: Well, I don't smoke, but it turns out I'm a cigarette mom.
- 2:23SPEAKER_01: Yes, you are.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: And by the way, Reba came up a couple times.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: I'm not I mean, she has the voice of a smoker.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: Well, I think that it is something that is just uh it's on the nostalgia side, but didn't fall into the mom cigarette rock, but still came out around the same time on some of the songs.
- 2:42unknown: Okay.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: Uh what about this?
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: Well, how about this one?
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Sunny came home.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: Am I too light in this?
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: Am I like hot rock?
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: So I've leaned more oh, so if you take Jules like, okay, go ahead.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Jules, uh, Sean Colvin, perhaps uh the song Lullaby.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: That's mom who likes to paint in her bare feet in the backyard of rock.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: You know, that's mom who's into crystals.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: Not into Marlboro's.
- 3:15SPEAKER_01: I gotcha.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: So it's gotta have a little more meat in order to know.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: It needs edge for sure.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: I got you.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: Three, two, one.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Listen to Scott and Allie.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Scott and Allie's big three.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh, too funny.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, a Florida passenger is suing carnival.
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: I was basically pulling up every song I hated from the 90s.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: I can't.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, let me help.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: And that's every song that I loved from the 90s.
- 3:39SPEAKER_01: Anyway, uh, so on Carnival Cruise, they're facing a lawsuit right now for five million dollars.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: A guy says he suffered severe burns on the hot pool deck.
- 3:50SPEAKER_01: Well, something says Well, it did say hot pool.
- 3:53SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: Genius.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Jorge, I can never be a judge.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: Oh, God, I'm not sure.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: So that's what I was thinking.
- 3:59SPEAKER_01: Like, why do you not have flip-flops on?
- 4:02SPEAKER_01: But Jorge Luis Alvario Nunes walked barefoot for about 20 steps, and he says he got second-degree burns.
- 4:09SPEAKER_01: Does this feel a little hot McDonald's hot coffee 90s lawsuit to you?
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: A little.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: Okay, the lawsuit alleges that the synthetic deck surface became so dangerously hot.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: How hot was it?
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: That inflicted deep tissue damage in a matter of seconds.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: But here's where the complaint might actually have some meat to it, and not the meat on the bottom of his feet.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: Oh.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: The complaint claims that the company knew this issue for years, and there has been 42 documented complaints about this.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: Again, it still says hot, people.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: And then authorities confirmed.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: Authorities confirmed fatalities and multiple critical injuries after a chemical tank ruptured uh Tuesday morning at the Nippon Dina Wave packaging company in Washington.
- 4:55SPEAKER_01: The incident involved a tank containing white liquor, according to a joint statement.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: Oh, does this mean moonshine?
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: I'm betting not.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: I'm betting more toxic.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: And also, did you hear what debuted yesterday?
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: Ferrari unveiled its first EV.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, that did not get good reviews.
- 5:13SPEAKER_01: No, it sure did not.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Even from the previous guy that ran Ferrari.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: That's exactly right.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: Former Ferrari boss.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: He goes, the Chinese won't be stealing this design.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: Oh, and then he also said this we risk destroying a legend.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: Somebody else, I think it was the same guy, goes, Why'd you take the dancing pony off the logo?
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: This guy, this guy had everything to say.
- 5:36SPEAKER_01: He wasn't even trying to be quiet about his feelings about it whatsoever.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 5:40SPEAKER_01: Well, I even said this yesterday because we I we talked a little bit about it yesterday.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: Was I have a gasoline lawnmower?
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: And it's like, you know, when you rip that cord, it's like then I have the battery one that you charge.
- 5:54SPEAKER_01: Which blows bubbles.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: That is the equivalent.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: By the way, it's like random throw-in for the cigarette mom or something.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: Just, you know, you said every once in a while it'll throw in one because you've had your fill now of Alanis Moore set.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: You know, you're going to you're doing all these songs where you're like, you know, man, yeah, I'm sort of chick grunge, you know.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: I think there's a little stubble under my armpit.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: But then all of a sudden, this happens.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: You are too excited.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Then just grow your armpit here and shut up.
