Latest / The Slippery Slope / Is Trump Facing the Death Penalty?

- 0:13I've heard this argument put out there quite a few times by
- 0:16Donald J Trump, by Republicans, and that's if they can do this
- 0:24to Trump, well, then they can do it to you.
- 0:26They can do it to anyone. If they can come after him like
- 0:28this, well. You know, there's no stopping
- 0:30them if they ever want to come after you.
- 0:32And you know, it's it does feel a little like fear mongering.
- 0:37A little. However, when you look at the
- 0:40the, the charges that they bring that they've brought, and then
- 0:44you look at the way that they've handled issues with, with Biden,
- 0:50with his son Hunter, alleged bribery.
- 0:56Issues. Oh, I say alleged like that in
- 0:58the air quotes because that seems pretty obvious and yet
- 1:01they still seem to be overlooking all these things.
- 1:04You look at what's happened with the former, you know, Secretary
- 1:09of State Hillary Clinton, the things that she was doing with
- 1:14the the emails, OK. And yet very similar the way,
- 1:19the way I understand it's very similar to some of the charges,
- 1:22all the. Indictments that brought against
- 1:25against Trump and yet they chose to overlook what what Hillary
- 1:30was doing. So this argument about you know
- 1:34about if they can do it to him or they can do it to anyone.
- 1:37One thing that I learned while I was in the police, especially
- 1:43when I was doing, you know, work at the at the Triple C you learn
- 1:49that. You really got to look at the
- 1:52detail. When you're looking at
- 1:53legislation, when you're looking at the laws of the land, when
- 1:55you're looking at charging people, you've really got to
- 1:58look at the laws. You're going to look at the fine
- 2:00detail. This is what, and the
- 2:02interpretation, how people can interpret things that are
- 2:05happening. This is how lawyers make their
- 2:08money. I think, you know, they all
- 2:10argue about interpretation. Someone comes and says, well,
- 2:13you know, loyal must put this argument out.
- 2:16They're saying well. This is what the law says.
- 2:18This is what legislation says. You've done the wrong thing.
- 2:21The other person will come back and say, well, we look at the
- 2:23law, we look at the legislation, we look at the wording.
- 2:26We say, well, we interpret it this way.
- 2:28So we believe that we're we're in the right and we've we've
- 2:32done no wrong. This is the way we interpret it.
- 2:34And then it goes back and forward.
- 2:36Thousands of dollars are spent and it's like who gets to
- 2:39decide, you know how, how it gets interpreted And then the
- 2:43judge sits over, it says so that's my.
- 2:46My basic understanding I'm not a lawyer.
- 2:48I'm just saying that's the way I saw it happening, one told me.
- 2:52At all this is I think the Democrats.
- 2:55They have shown their hand, what they want, what they what their
- 3:00actual intention is for Donald J Trump.
- 3:04And hey, you tell me if I'm being a bit.
- 3:11You tell me if I'm if this isn't a wild conspiracy theory.
- 3:17But the the Democrats have, they've indicted Trump again.
- 3:23It's, you know what, four more times I think.
- 3:26And this has all been over January 6th, you know, that
- 3:29terrible, terrible day for the American Republic.
- 3:35So The thing is, this latest indictment is being tried in
- 3:40Washington, Washington, DC, this town.
- 3:44Is not the the. It's not the best town for
- 3:46Trump. They don't love the people of DC
- 3:50don't love Trump. The last the last lot of charges
- 3:54were scheduled. They've been to be tried in
- 3:56Florida. Florida apparently.
- 3:57I've never been to Florida, never been to the US But it's
- 4:00more of a it's more of a place where they will support.
- 4:03They'll be in favor of Trump. Okay.
- 4:06I'm not sure how that works. I've got, I've got to be.
- 4:08Honestly, I'm not sure how that works.
- 4:09It's obviously a little different in Australia.
- 4:11You'd think, I would have thought in Australia you'd get
- 4:13the same kind of, if you're looking at federal charge, you'd
- 4:17get the same kind of outcome no matter whereabouts.
- 4:21That's what I would have thought anyway.
- 4:22But I'm just, you know, maybe a little naive.
- 4:27The other thing, the other thing that makes this probably a
- 4:31little more noteworthy? Newsworthy.
- 4:35Then all the other issues, besides the fact that it's
- 4:38getting, it's it's it's going to be heard in Washington is that
- 4:45one of the punishments, one of the punishments for the charges
- 4:50in this case is actually death. Actually, death.
- 4:54Just let that sink in for one minute.
- 4:58Let it sink in. One of the charges against Trump
- 5:02includes the death penalty. This is my theory.
- 5:08They want to kill Donald J Trump.
- 5:14It's you. You might be sitting the gun,
- 5:17Jay Fallon. That's pretty wild.
- 5:20You know, supposedly they were trying to undermine obviously
- 5:24his campaign 2016. They were trying to spawn him.
- 5:27But they did spine him. The Trump tapped Trump Towers
- 5:32impeach him. Constantly trying to impeach him
- 5:35for nonsensical, weird, silly little issues I think was silly,
- 5:40but regardless of all that, they just want him dead.
- 5:43That is the end goal and I think they have just shown their hand
- 5:47that this is their end goal. So according to a section, I'll
- 5:53read this Section 18, sorry according to eighteen of the
- 5:57United States codes, section 2411 of the charges.
- 6:04It's conspiracy against rights and includes a penalty of up to
- 6:0810 years in federal prison. But it also says that if death
- 6:15death has resulted from the acts committed in violation of that
- 6:19section of the Section 241 or such acts, including kidnapping
- 6:25or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an
- 6:28attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse or any attempt to
- 6:32kill. They shall be fined under this
- 6:35title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or both,
- 6:41or maybe sentenced to death. So look, this is the issue.
- 6:49And you can say, you know, people can say, well, you know,
- 6:52it's how, how far, how likely is it that it'll go that far?
- 6:58It's how crazy that some of these charges have already gone
- 7:01as far as they have. They, the Democrats have been
- 7:06putting out this narrative. I've spoken a lot before about
- 7:11how here in Australia, you know, the media always put out this
- 7:14false narrative that the the narrative, this is the way they
- 7:18want the story to come across. So they'll put out a narrative.
- 7:21The narrative might be, it might be obviously fake, but they'll
- 7:25just keep putting it out there, trying to put out this false
- 7:28narrative. Eventually, people, it'll just
- 7:31gets momentum. People start believing these
- 7:34things. They've been saying, arguing
- 7:36since the first day that always happened that Trump was
- 7:41responsible for death, that Trump was responsible for what
- 7:44happened on January 6th. But like I said, if you read,
- 7:52it's always in the fine print when it comes to legislation.
- 7:55When it comes to laws, you have to read the fine print.
- 7:59And think, well, how are people going to interpret this?
- 8:02How can this be interpreted? So you read 18 of the USC the
- 8:08United States. Yeah.
- 8:12The the United States codes, Section 241.
- 8:16And you can say okay. Well, death did actually result
- 8:20from these actions from, you know, from the the rioting or
- 8:26the protests, whatever you want to call it.
- 8:29So going by the narrative that the Democrats are put out, but
- 8:33the narrative that the left-leaning media have been
- 8:37running with Trump, you've got the notion that Trump is
- 8:42responsible, that he they've been putting out this narrative
- 8:45that he committed these acts. He's he's responsible.
- 8:54He's responsible for the death of someone.
- 8:59Therefore, the death penalty is on the table.
- 9:06They want to kill him. It's not enough.
- 9:11It's not enough for him to drop out of the the the next
- 9:14presidential race. It's not enough to put him in
- 9:18prison. It's not enough to embarrass
- 9:21him. It's not enough to take money
- 9:22off him. They want to kill him.
- 9:27That's my theory. That's what I believe.
- 9:30Let me know what you think. The USA very slippery slope and
- 9:40I think this has bigger ramifications for anyone who
- 9:45believes in freedom of speech, freedom of movement, freedom of
- 9:51thought. Let me know what you think.
- 9:57Slippery slope.
