- 1:23Speaker 5: Greg National Be Nice to Bugs Day. Thank you and
- 1:27Speaker 5: not as in bugs bunny, as into the things that
- 1:29Speaker 5: Greg hayes, Yeah, be nice than now.
- 1:32Speaker 2: You will kill a buck?
- 1:33Speaker 4: I will.
- 1:34Speaker 2: You don't like killing.
- 1:36Speaker 3: And lump them down, but if there's one in my house,
- 1:39Speaker 3: it's dead.
- 1:40Speaker 5: That is Shark Awareness Day.
- 1:42Speaker 2: We're aware, Okay, National Tape Measure Day Love tape measures.
- 1:46Speaker 5: Which now I associated with Greg because he said he
- 1:47Speaker 5: couldn't read a tape measure.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Yeah, this is seven and five little marks dash this.
- 1:53Speaker 2: This one's for you, Greg.
- 1:54Speaker 5: It's National Nude Day. Greg likes the nude now and
- 1:59Speaker 5: I meant to say, is National Mac and Cheese Day.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Shout out to mac and cheese. Shout out to mac
- 2:04Speaker 2: and cheese all day, every day. Yeah, for real, love Craft.
- 2:08Speaker 5: No mac and cheese or chicken.
- 2:12Speaker 2: What do you like better? Chicken more versatile, chicken more
- 2:16Speaker 2: than mac and cheese. Yeah, because you can do so
- 2:19Speaker 2: much with chicken. Yeah, I don't know. You can bake it,
- 2:22Speaker 2: you can put chicken.
- 2:24Speaker 5: Let's just say, well, let's just say it was chicken
- 2:29Speaker 5: one way, whichever way you decided, or mac and cheese.
- 2:33Speaker 5: Which one would be every day?
- 2:34Speaker 6: Oh?
- 2:34Speaker 2: Probably mac and cheese.
- 2:35Speaker 5: I was gonna say, Yeah, they couldn't. You couldn't dress
- 2:38Speaker 5: chicken up differently if it was you know, the same chicken.
- 2:42Speaker 5: You know, even you know chicken tenders, your favorite tendies.
- 2:46Speaker 5: You have some tendies, you know. But I do have
- 2:50Speaker 5: some chicken news for you. We'll start with the nice
- 2:55Speaker 5: people and another one of your favorite places, Taco Bell.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Yes, they're bringing back.
- 2:59Speaker 5: The crispy chicken. Strips, the Crispy Chicken tacos and burritos,
- 3:03Speaker 5: and their pineapple freeze.
- 3:05Speaker 2: Oh pretty good, and they have all these kind of
- 3:08Speaker 2: different dipping sauces for it.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Well.
- 3:11Speaker 5: So they're bringing also three new items to the table,
- 3:14Speaker 5: the Crispy Chicken Chipotle Bacon melt burrito, the pepper Jack
- 3:19Speaker 5: Steak burrito, Yeah yeah, and the pepper Jack Steak Nacho fries.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Size.
- 3:23Speaker 5: The Crispy Chicken Chipotle Bacon melt burrito, it's a mouthful,
- 3:28Speaker 5: it's a nice sized.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Portion, right right, I'll eat it, but their nugs and
- 3:33Speaker 2: their strips are not good.
- 3:34Speaker 5: The pepper Jack Steak burrito and the pepper Jack Steak
- 3:39Speaker 5: Nacho Fries, all those items will be available nationwide for
- 3:42Speaker 5: a louded time starting on the twenty third. And some
- 3:46Speaker 5: other Chicken news. Burger King is getting into the grilled
- 3:49Speaker 5: chicken game, and they're testing some items like a frame
- 3:53Speaker 5: flame grilled chicken sandwich both normal and spicy version, a
- 3:58Speaker 5: bacon and Swiss grilled chicken s sandwich, and then three
- 4:01Speaker 5: different chicken rams classic, spicy, and honey mustard.
- 4:06Speaker 2: I don't want raps at any of these Fashio places anymore,
- 4:10Speaker 2: all right, yeah, I like that. No, no, no more raps, guys,
- 4:15Speaker 2: Yeah you tried it. There's a bunch of fake nostalgia.
- 4:18Speaker 2: But McDonald's one sucks every time. No more wraps, everything else.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I support it. That's become my wife's go to a
- 4:25Speaker 2: chick fil a. I forget what that rap is that
- 4:27Speaker 2: they've got on the one person supporting this, she likes it.
- 4:30Speaker 5: No official data, one those my drop. All right, one
- 4:32Speaker 5: more piece of I like chicken. Yes, this is a
- 4:36Speaker 5: ranking from Consumer Reports of the stores with the best
- 4:40Speaker 5: rotisserie chickens. All right, So they grabbed ten of the
- 4:45Speaker 5: most popular chickens from ten different stores, and then they
- 4:48Speaker 5: grab some people to do a blind taste test. This
- 4:51Speaker 5: is Consumer Reports. I do trust their their testing and
- 4:54Speaker 5: methodonic scientific. Yeah, they're really good, all right. So each
- 4:56Speaker 5: person ranked the chickens on flavor tech mature an appearance. Now,
- 5:02Speaker 5: the appearance, I think is also very important because I
- 5:04Speaker 5: see a lot of these rotisserie chickens, especially the grocery stores,
- 5:07Speaker 5: kind of shriveled, shriveled, and some of them don't even
- 5:09Speaker 5: look like they're cooked. There's there's no browning on the outside.
- 5:14Speaker 5: It's yeah, it's almost like this pale like yeah, not crispy,
- 5:18Speaker 5: just soggy looking skin. Yeah, I'm sure the chicken, the
- 5:21Speaker 5: meat itself is fine. But yeah, anyway, when it was
- 5:24Speaker 5: all said and done, according to the blind taste test
- 5:27Speaker 5: that Consumer Reports did, the five best rotisserie chickens are
- 5:31Speaker 5: from Sam's Club at number one, Costco at number two,
- 5:38Speaker 5: Stop and Shop at number three, Walmart at four, and
- 5:43Speaker 5: then Wegmans at number five.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Okay, your top five. Now, two of those are grocery stores,
- 5:49Speaker 2: primarily Northeastern Stopping Shop. Yeah, I would surprise stopping shops
- 5:54Speaker 2: up there because it's not I mean, for folks who
- 5:56Speaker 2: don't know, stopping shop.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Is basically a Kroger.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Yeah that style, sure, you know, like a rod.
- 6:02Speaker 5: But apparently rotisserie chickens very well.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I want it, I need it.
- 6:07Speaker 5: Ye See.
- 6:08Speaker 2: Now it's got me thinking about rotistry chicken and maybe
- 6:10Speaker 2: I'll stop on the way home and chicken and get
- 6:13Speaker 2: some French bread. You get some avocado gray Yeah, yeah,
- 6:18Speaker 2: that's about the combo things. I thought Menace was gonna
- 6:20Speaker 2: be a little bit sold up on that. Make a
- 6:23Speaker 2: little sandwich. Let's go all right, time for your birthdays.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Show this.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Ship shiver and you know you don't do.
- 6:41Speaker 4: It.
- 6:41Speaker 2: It wasn't the best weekend for him to Conor McGregor
- 6:43Speaker 2: has a birthday today.
- 6:45Speaker 5: Happy birthday, Happy birthday with your knees. Well, uh, he's
- 6:48Speaker 5: thirty eight years old today. Jane Lynch, now, good friend

- 7:16Speaker 5: thirty nine today. You remember Matthew Fox from Lost and

- 7:38Speaker 5: Black Lesbian Seductions, Volume two.
- 7:41Speaker 2: She was in yoga. Matt muff.
- 7:44Speaker 3: Oh.
- 7:44Speaker 5: Also, it's okay, we're just stepsisters.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Yeah it doesn't count.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not blood.
- 7:49Speaker 3: Big deal.
- 7:50Speaker 5: She was in La Law's pool side pounding another one
- 7:52Speaker 5: Greg might life. Yeah, she was in Cooked by her Cookies.
- 8:00Speaker 5: She was in don't mind if I do her? And
- 8:03Speaker 5: then who can forget her unforgettable role in immigration insemination.
- 8:08Speaker 7: I've got to see that.
- 8:09Speaker 2: That's a Lala Ivy who.
- 8:11Speaker 5: Is twenty eight years old today and at your port
- 8:13Speaker 5: of birthday and your celebrity birthdays here on this Tuesday
- 8:18Speaker 5: on The Woody.
- 8:19Speaker 2: Show, We're gonna take a quick break. More Woodes Show
- 8:22Speaker 2: is next.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Hang on, it's huge.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Are you kidding?
- 8:25Speaker 5: I don't know what algorithm?
- 8:29Speaker 2: The Woody Show.
- 8:32Speaker 5: And we are into another new hour insensitivity training for
- 8:37Speaker 5: you politically correct world.
- 8:38Speaker 2: My name is Woody. That is great, Dory Hio, We've
- 8:41Speaker 2: got menace. What is up?
- 8:42Speaker 5: Hi is our social media director? Yeahs follow us on
- 8:47Speaker 5: social media. You can look for us there at.
- 8:49Speaker 2: The Woody Show. That social media thing for you.
- 8:51Speaker 5: There's a jinagran phones open eight seven seven forty four,
- 8:55Speaker 5: Woody Text two two nine eight seven. Remember when everyone
- 8:58Speaker 5: would update their staff us on social media? A second yeah, right,
- 9:03Speaker 5: that's pretty much over and just in general social media.
- 9:06Speaker 5: According to some new numbers, fifty five percent of people
- 9:10Speaker 5: are posting less overall on social media than they did
- 9:13Speaker 5: five years ago.
- 9:15Speaker 2: I definitely am the biggest reason.
- 9:18Speaker 3: For posting less.
- 9:19Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm just bored. It doesn't matter.
- 9:21Speaker 3: You just don't know what to post or what to
- 9:24Speaker 3: caption it.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Sometimes sometimes.
- 9:27Speaker 3: This might be nice, but I don't know what.
- 9:31Speaker 7: When you need breakfast.
- 9:33Speaker 5: Hospital The biggest reason people are on less now and
- 9:38Speaker 5: posting less political arguments, endless doom scrolling.
- 9:42Speaker 2: And then just concerns about privacy. Did you see that.
- 9:46Speaker 5: Uh, Instagram already pulled the plug on that, like where
- 9:49Speaker 5: you can just put someone's Instagram handle on there and
- 9:52Speaker 5: make AI images.
- 9:54Speaker 2: Yeah, that did not go over.
- 9:57Speaker 5: Well, you're talking to rich on Tech about that, and
- 9:59Speaker 5: Gina was already messing with it. I don't see, Like,
- 10:02Speaker 5: first of all, why is that a good idea?
- 10:04Speaker 4: It's not.
- 10:04Speaker 5: Yeah, like, let's say let's make more fake images of
- 10:07Speaker 5: people that it's not even your own image. You can
- 10:09Speaker 5: just go on there and add the Woodie Show and whatever,
- 10:12Speaker 5: just pick whatever you wanted. And the fact that people
- 10:14Speaker 5: were automatically enrolled in it. It wasn't even something you
- 10:18Speaker 5: opted into.
- 10:20Speaker 3: Correct.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Here's the issue. I worked in some of these offices,
- 10:24Speaker 2: and a lot of these tech guys they live in
- 10:26Speaker 2: their own bubble and they think like, oh, this is cool,
- 10:29Speaker 2: and yes, in reality it's a cool function, but they
- 10:32Speaker 2: don't think about like the actual general public and like
- 10:36Speaker 2: how their responsible be. So the problem is they come
- 10:40Speaker 2: out with these features and don't even think about how
- 10:43Speaker 2: the public would react to it at all. Well, and
- 10:45Speaker 2: then that's why sometimes they have people hired within their
- 10:49Speaker 2: companies to teach them about like what's cool and what
- 10:52Speaker 2: the what the general public actually feels about stuff like this,
- 10:57Speaker 2: But sometimes they disregard that.
- 10:58Speaker 7: But besides, Greg was like the government. Yeah, And besides Greg,
- 11:02Speaker 7: who is on record saying go for it. I don't
- 11:04Speaker 7: think anybody else wants to get like revenge porn, you know,
- 11:08Speaker 7: like make my draw Gina naked and like, but.
- 11:12Speaker 2: That's going to do that. That's not gonna happen on Meta,
- 11:15Speaker 2: not on Instagram. No, you can't even do that with
- 11:18Speaker 2: chat chept. You could maybe do it on Rock, maybe
- 11:20Speaker 2: on groc, but there's a bar.
- 11:22Speaker 7: I'm still working on that.
- 11:24Speaker 3: When I said I wanted to have a porn image.
- 11:26Speaker 7: Like a good one.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Yeah, it gave me a rock and body of a massive.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Mean, it would do it, but there's a lot of
- 11:34Speaker 2: things that it won't do that are way more innocuous.
- 11:36Speaker 2: Like I've had things in there like, hey, create an
- 11:38Speaker 2: image using this.
- 11:39Speaker 5: Photo of this person, blah blah bla blah blah, and
- 11:41Speaker 5: it won't do it based on ethical reasons. And I'm
- 11:45Speaker 5: not up to no good. It was just a friend
- 11:47Speaker 5: and I'm making a joke, and you know, whatever I
- 11:50Speaker 5: was trying to out to get somebody, or I tell
- 11:52Speaker 5: you that is a That is the thing I've noticed
- 11:55Speaker 5: more and more about myself that as I'm reading different
- 11:58Speaker 5: things and about information and all these and I've never
- 12:02Speaker 5: been a person who's been all that concerned because I've
- 12:05Speaker 5: got nothing to hide, you know, like there's there's nothing
- 12:08Speaker 5: that I'm trying to keep under wraps or whatever. But man,
- 12:14Speaker 5: the ease at which someone can easily just construct something
- 12:19Speaker 5: that looks and sounds so very real about anybody they
- 12:23Speaker 5: want to. And so the idea of you know, I
- 12:26Speaker 5: sound super paranoid because it is, and I don't necessarily
- 12:29Speaker 5: think this is what's going to happen but you hear
- 12:32Speaker 5: about you know, people being concerned about the government. You've
- 12:35Speaker 5: said something they don't like, so therefore they can basically
- 12:38Speaker 5: just create something using all of these tools or information
- 12:42Speaker 5: that even though you weren't somewhere now they have things
- 12:45Speaker 5: that they can do ton with s ditch something together
- 12:49Speaker 5: and make it, Yeah, based on stuff that is already
- 12:53Speaker 5: you know, there was a there was a really crazy
- 12:55Speaker 5: video from what was it nineteen ninety eight or nine
- 13:00Speaker 5: teen ninety nine, something like that with late nineties about
- 13:03Speaker 5: how good the surveillance was then, like what the what
- 13:06Speaker 5: the intelligence you know, community was able to do back
- 13:10Speaker 5: then close to thirty years ago, and they showed how
- 13:14Speaker 5: they traced this one car from a parking lot to
- 13:17Speaker 5: over here and stitching together all these different images. That
- 13:23Speaker 5: was almost thirty years ago.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Yeah, like when they had though I forgot it was
- 13:27Speaker 2: like seven or nine inmates that got out just recently
- 13:31Speaker 2: were on the run and they were able able to
- 13:34Speaker 2: capture a lot of them, and they asked like, how'd
- 13:37Speaker 2: you do it? And they're like, oh, we have facial recognition,
- 13:40Speaker 2: but we don't really make it that public.
- 13:42Speaker 5: Yeah, well, you know, you know, I know, I brought
- 13:44Speaker 5: the example up a number of times. I was always
- 13:46Speaker 5: blown away with how they were able to track down
- 13:49Speaker 5: the Boston Marathon bombing dude, that it was so cool
- 13:52Speaker 5: in all different cell phone videos.
- 13:54Speaker 7: And hundreds of thousands of people.
- 13:56Speaker 5: But for a guy who is like totally you know,
- 13:59Speaker 5: pair annoyed about the idea that you could be wrongfully
- 14:02Speaker 5: accused of something, right, And my whole thing is like, well,
- 14:05Speaker 5: if you really didn't do it, there's no evidence that
- 14:07Speaker 5: you did it, because you really didn't do it, unless
- 14:10Speaker 5: it's all this stuff about circumstantial or that there's no
- 14:13Speaker 5: real smoking gun, or but with how easy it is,
- 14:18Speaker 5: And just last week before they decided to pull the plug,
- 14:20Speaker 5: it was so easy, Gina did one with her and
- 14:25Speaker 5: Rich DeMuro or Rich on Tech correspondent. Yeah, just by
- 14:28Speaker 5: typing a quick little prompt into.
- 14:31Speaker 2: It's yeah, I wasn't robbing that bank. I was in
- 14:34Speaker 2: the studio with Rich, like, if somebody.
- 14:37Speaker 5: Has evident quote evidence that they weren't somewhere nothing, you
- 14:42Speaker 5: need to prove your innocence there. The idea is that
- 14:44Speaker 5: your guilt is what's supposed to be proven, right, but
- 14:50Speaker 5: to prove that you weren't somewhere to go, no, I
- 14:53Speaker 5: wasn't in this neighborhood. I was at home, or I
- 14:56Speaker 5: was at a friend's house. Blah blah blah blah blah.
- 14:59Speaker 5: You know, the you could easily create a piece of
- 15:02Speaker 5: evidence that shows that you were somewhere else. Yeah, right,
- 15:05Speaker 5: So it can goes the other It goes the other
- 15:06Speaker 5: way too well. And then how they say, oh, well,
- 15:09Speaker 5: this is the truth and this is the one that's
- 15:12Speaker 5: aied and made up.
- 15:13Speaker 7: Well, or you don't even have to go back.
- 15:14Speaker 2: That comes the document or the picture of the thing
- 15:17Speaker 2: of record.
- 15:17Speaker 7: But these days, couldn't you just do all the crazy
- 15:20Speaker 7: things and be like AI, that was a well for.
- 15:23Speaker 5: The general public. I'm talking more of like a court
- 15:25Speaker 5: of law, but that's.
- 15:26Speaker 7: What I'm saying. Like, if somebody has me actually me
- 15:29Speaker 7: robbing a bank, I could be like, somebody just made
- 15:31Speaker 7: that on AI.
- 15:32Speaker 2: Well just dismiss it. It's to the jury to decide, okay,
- 15:37Speaker 2: that you're telling the truth, that is exactly.
- 15:39Speaker 5: But but isn't there a way. Isn't there a way
- 15:43Speaker 5: like some kind of digital yeah, something like something.
- 15:47Speaker 7: In yeah, like on the back end to go, oh,
- 15:50Speaker 7: this is AI, right, And how people can go to.
- 15:52Speaker 5: Like the metadata of of a of a photograph and
- 15:55Speaker 5: get a whole bunch of information about exactly where. Yeah, yeah,
- 15:57Speaker 5: to know, Okay, well this is to be proven to do.
- 16:02Speaker 2: I prove it hopefully that third party is on your side.
- 16:05Speaker 3: See, I'm thinking of it in less terms of illegal
- 16:08Speaker 3: activity and just more like relationship jealousy. If your husband
- 16:13Speaker 3: Gina saw a photo of you with another guy that
- 16:16Speaker 3: AI Yeah Rich, Wait why are you hanging out with
- 16:20Speaker 3: Rich so much?
- 16:21Speaker 7: A exactly?
- 16:23Speaker 3: But what if he doesn't believe you it? It's not
- 16:25Speaker 3: necessarily a court case. It's more of a relationship jealousy thing.
- 16:29Speaker 7: And I put in chat GBT, can is there metadata
- 16:32Speaker 7: to show that something's AI? And it said sometimes, but
- 16:35Speaker 7: it's not reliable. So that doesn't make me feel any better.
- 16:38Speaker 5: Right, Yeah, in the court you know how the court
- 16:41Speaker 5: of public opinion goes too, Not that I don't. I
- 16:44Speaker 5: don't really care about that as much. I care about
- 16:47Speaker 5: like what would really be important, which would be like
- 16:51Speaker 5: you you have to answer for something, and you you
- 16:54Speaker 5: and for all sake of argument here you are telling
- 16:57Speaker 5: the truth. You really didn't do whatever it was. You
- 17:00Speaker 5: really have what you are showing as evidence that you
- 17:03Speaker 5: weren't doing or weren't at the place that was in question.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Is all legit.
- 17:08Speaker 5: But you're up against a pile of completely you know, fabricated,
- 17:13Speaker 5: aied you know, all this digital information which you can
- 17:17Speaker 5: easily be manipulated by the people, whether it's you know,
- 17:20Speaker 5: the law enforcement, the government, or whoever wants to point
- 17:24Speaker 5: the finger at somebody to make the rest of the
- 17:26Speaker 5: public feel better, they can easily just a couple of clicks,
- 17:30Speaker 5: a couple of clicks and it's done.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Yeah, Like that's the stuff.
- 17:33Speaker 5: As you read more about these things and you see
- 17:35Speaker 5: more about you know, what they're what they're doing. That
- 17:37Speaker 5: While the technology is cool and I I love it,
- 17:40Speaker 5: I mean I love technology. I think technology makes our
- 17:42Speaker 5: lives so much easier in so many ways, but also
- 17:45Speaker 5: it rams up the anxiety. Maybe it's big pharma, Greg
- 17:47Speaker 5: who because they want to sell more anxiety drugs.
- 17:49Speaker 2: Oh yeah, it's on the edge, and so it's just
- 17:52Speaker 2: big pharm It's behind the push anxiety drugs and boner pills.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Look right, But when it comes back to the original point,
- 18:02Speaker 2: why you're posting less, in my mind, I think does
- 18:06Speaker 2: anybody care?
- 18:07Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what you know, nobody really cares.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Also, I think a lot of people are posting less
- 18:11Speaker 2: because there was like, you know, this big I would say,
- 18:15Speaker 2: cold rush to you know, monetize social media and people
- 18:19Speaker 2: are like, Okay, this is going to be my new job.
- 18:21Speaker 2: And people tried it and it's not as easy as
- 18:24Speaker 2: you think it is, and people weren't making money. They're like,
- 18:27Speaker 2: oh crap, I gotta go to actual nine to five. Yeah.
- 18:30Speaker 5: I think it's just the you know, for me, the
- 18:32Speaker 5: big thing is I find myself becoming more concerned. People
- 18:37Speaker 5: have said for a long time like the world's going
- 18:39Speaker 5: to crap, and it seems like a like more voutle,
- 18:44Speaker 5: more insane, more dangerous, more uncertain place than it's than
- 18:51Speaker 5: it's ever been, and we have less control.
- 18:55Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 18:55Speaker 5: I feel like people say, well, you know, you can
- 18:57Speaker 5: only control what you can control. You can control yourself,
- 19:00Speaker 5: can control what you do or what you say or
- 19:01Speaker 5: what I don't even know for all that in control.
- 19:04Speaker 3: That's why I want to Yeah.
- 19:07Speaker 2: Yeah, but if you go through history, every decade says
- 19:10Speaker 2: that every generation, you know, it's just with.
- 19:13Speaker 5: The ease used to have to be some kind of
- 19:15Speaker 5: like you know, I t graduate. Now it's like it's
- 19:18Speaker 5: the biggest morons Yeah, who are easily able.
- 19:22Speaker 2: To create a lot of the stuff. And so I
- 19:24Speaker 2: guess that the question is like, how do we how
- 19:28Speaker 2: do we answer and safeguard to know what is real,
- 19:33Speaker 2: what is not, what's being you know, used against you
- 19:37Speaker 2: or like what you're up against.
- 19:39Speaker 7: Well, if history tells us anything, two things will happen.
- 19:41Speaker 7: We will figure it out and it will be way
- 19:42Speaker 7: too late, you know that.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Yeah, assume every photo, every news story, every text, every email,
- 19:50Speaker 3: fake scamp.
- 19:51Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, yes, Jeff g metaglasses are under fire too,
- 19:56Speaker 8: a lot meta. I know, I got a friend that
- 19:57Speaker 8: actually works out you talking about privacy and meta there,
- 20:00Speaker 8: They've got two strikes against them in the court of
- 20:02Speaker 8: public opinion because those glasses, like a lot of artists
- 20:05Speaker 8: are are you know, going on stage and you know,
- 20:08Speaker 8: saying that they're horrible and they're you know, ruining privacy
- 20:10Speaker 8: and everything, and those sales have dipped like really a ton, Yeah,
- 20:14Speaker 8: because people just hate the fact that they could be
- 20:16Speaker 8: hacked without the light showing that they're recorded, so that
- 20:20Speaker 8: like they've been you know, under fire.
- 20:22Speaker 2: You know, I like about them. Here's what I love
- 20:23Speaker 2: about them. I have some meta glasses that are sunglasses, right,
- 20:28Speaker 2: and so I use them like at a pool or
- 20:30Speaker 2: a beach or a you know, walking around like going
- 20:33Speaker 2: out for a walk or something, and don't have to
- 20:35Speaker 2: use air pods. Yep, you know. And it sounds great, like.
- 20:38Speaker 5: The phone quality, conversation back and forth sounds amazing having
- 20:42Speaker 5: the sunglasses on without the air pods in, just being
- 20:45Speaker 5: able to suddenly sit there and listen to music without
- 20:47Speaker 5: disturbing anybody else. It doesn't sound great, No, it's not great,
- 20:51Speaker 5: but it's it's good enough for what I'm what I'm
- 20:54Speaker 5: doing here, just chilling.
- 20:55Speaker 2: That's exactly what I You know, who came with that
- 20:58Speaker 2: came out with that first was meta, I'm not meta.
- 21:01Speaker 2: Bows both had those first where it did have cameras
- 21:06Speaker 2: in them, but they were just no one remembers first yeah,
- 21:08Speaker 2: you know, was it the Diamond Rio MP three player,
- 21:11Speaker 2: But everyone remembers the iPod.
- 21:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 21:14Speaker 5: For almost ten years, my dad has been saying that
- 21:16Speaker 5: in the future or they'll have the technology to make
- 21:18Speaker 5: it look like you're doing a crime when you were
- 21:20Speaker 5: just chilling at your house and they can send you
- 21:22Speaker 5: to jail for it. He said that all the time,
- 21:24Speaker 5: and I always be like, all right, Dad, sure, crazy
- 21:25Speaker 5: old man. He was actually in a psych ward for
- 21:28Speaker 5: a couple of years back in the day too. Sometimes
- 21:30Speaker 5: the crazy people.
- 21:31Speaker 3: Know what up.
- 21:32Speaker 7: Yeah, that's why they're in the psyche ward.
- 21:33Speaker 5: Yeah, that's a text from the eight one to seven
- 21:35Speaker 5: coming in. I said, it's your text over to two
- 21:37Speaker 5: two nine eight seven. We're gonna take a quick break
- 21:40Speaker 5: and then, uh, we meant to get to the Jenigrad
- 21:42Speaker 5: trending news.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Headlines there, but we'll get there. We've gone on a
- 21:44Speaker 2: little tangent that's coming up for you next year. The
- 21:46Speaker 2: Wooded Show.
- 21:47Speaker 7: These prices are insane.
- 21:49Speaker 2: Crazy, Yeah, the Woodie Shows and Jenny Grad's got the
- 21:57Speaker 2: trending news headlines.
- 21:59Speaker 7: Well, since peace with Iran looks less and less likely,
- 22:02Speaker 7: the US has reimposed a naval blockade around the Strait
- 22:05Speaker 7: of Horror Moves. So under this plan, ships from countries
- 22:09Speaker 7: other than Iran would still be a level to pass through, allegedly,
- 22:13Speaker 7: and then the US would collect a twenty percent fee
- 22:16Speaker 7: on the cargo moving through the strait in exchange for
- 22:19Speaker 7: you know, providing security so allegedly. So basically you can
- 22:24Speaker 7: think about like this, like the US is the Strait
- 22:26Speaker 7: of Horror Moves is pimp it gets a percentage of
- 22:28Speaker 7: all the Johns that passed through or you know, were
- 22:30Speaker 7: like the protection for the mob, whatever you.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Like, allegedly alludge of them.
- 22:35Speaker 7: And there's some chaos in Maine where a Columbia national
- 22:38Speaker 7: was shot while reportedly trying to run down Ice officers.
- 22:41Speaker 7: There's a video out there. It's pretty raw. You see
- 22:43Speaker 7: the driver drag from the car cuffed. According to the report,
- 22:47Speaker 7: he accelerated toward the Ice agents at an intersection before
- 22:50Speaker 7: the officer shot at him, and he didn't make it.
- 22:53Speaker 7: He was pronounced Dad. Then Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayn
- 22:56Speaker 7: Mullen came out later and said that the guy who
- 22:59Speaker 7: was shot wasn't even the target of the operation. So
- 23:01Speaker 7: the whole thing's a mess, and they're moving forward with
- 23:03Speaker 7: an investigation. And Major League Baseball held its annual home
- 23:08Speaker 7: Run derby last night in Philly, and I thought of
- 23:10Speaker 7: you guys, because I know how exciting you think it is.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Well watching it, yeah, watching on TV.
- 23:15Speaker 7: Yeah, I did actually enjoy watching it this time with
- 23:18Speaker 7: limited at bats. But here's the thing. If you're down
- 23:21Speaker 7: to your last at bat and you keep hitting homers,
- 23:23Speaker 7: you can keep swinging. So here's what happened. The hometown
- 23:26Speaker 7: crowd super high because of Kyle Schwarber made it to
- 23:29Speaker 7: the finals, but then things didn't go as planned. Jordan
- 23:32Speaker 7: Walker of the Saint Louis Cardinals had everything going against him,
- 23:35Speaker 7: all the Philly fans booing him. He was down to
- 23:38Speaker 7: his last at.
- 23:38Speaker 2: Batthing dropped the ball. Yeah, that's so Philly, that's hilarious.
- 23:45Speaker 7: But then he went on a run with six homers
- 23:48Speaker 7: in a row to take home the Derby crown and
- 23:51Speaker 7: send Philly fans home pissed. He also made a million dollars,
- 23:54Speaker 7: by the way, which is more than his current salary.
- 23:56Speaker 2: So that's funny. Hell yeah, so he made more from
- 23:59Speaker 2: one night a home run Derby just.
- 24:01Speaker 7: Doing awesome stuff.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Wow, it's funny. Yeah.
- 24:04Speaker 3: I kind of agree with you guys. You said being
- 24:06Speaker 3: there in person is boring, but watching on TV. I
- 24:09Speaker 3: kind of feel the same way about hockey games. I
- 24:11Speaker 3: love watching them on TV, but when you're in person,
- 24:14Speaker 3: it's shockingly quiet.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Really Yeah, I love it. The WWE. You think it's
- 24:20Speaker 2: gonna be like all this crowd noise, Yeah, dude, when
- 24:23Speaker 2: you're there, it's so quiet.
- 24:25Speaker 5: I love going to hockey games more than I like
- 24:28Speaker 5: watching them on TV, and I love watching them on TV.
- 24:31Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 24:32Speaker 5: I think it depends on where you go, like what
- 24:34Speaker 5: arena you're into. Some arenas do better at the in
- 24:37Speaker 5: game stuff. Yeah, there's more of a Vegas does a
- 24:41Speaker 5: great job. I think Pittsburgh does a great job. The
- 24:43Speaker 5: La Kings do a great job. I thought for being
- 24:46Speaker 5: a brand new team. The Saint Louis Saint Louis Salt
- 24:50Speaker 5: Lake City Mammoth Utah Mammoth, I thought they did a
- 24:53Speaker 5: great job and I want to go see one of
- 24:54Speaker 5: their games recently.
- 24:55Speaker 7: You love their zamboni.
- 24:56Speaker 5: Oh, the zamboni is the dumbest thing cartoon it out, Jeff,
- 25:00Speaker 5: I don't know if you've seen it. Yeah, look up,
- 25:02Speaker 5: look up the Utah Mammoth zamboni.
- 25:06Speaker 7: May it's just fun. It's cute, that's the thing.
- 25:10Speaker 5: Sammy's going like.
- 25:11Speaker 2: No, it's cute, Like it's that's not hockey.
- 25:13Speaker 7: It's cute.
- 25:14Speaker 2: It's not hockey. Hockey's not supposed to be cut. Hockey's
- 25:17Speaker 2: missing teeth and bleeding on the ice.
- 25:19Speaker 5: And then getting right back in the game.
- 25:20Speaker 8: Yeah, parade, Yeah, it looks like it should be an
- 25:24Speaker 8: ice age. The cartoon so stupid.
- 25:27Speaker 5: You know, if they're doing if they're using that for
- 25:28Speaker 5: Disney on ice, it's appropriate and it's appropriate. Not for hockey, dude,
- 25:33Speaker 5: this is hockey, and not even kids hockey. This is pros, yeah, professionals.
- 25:38Speaker 2: Recently, you know, I was just at pet Co Park
- 25:40Speaker 2: seeing the the Padres versus the Blue Jays, and when
- 25:44Speaker 2: the Blue Jays like got a home run and like
- 25:46Speaker 2: three other people like walked in for a home run,
- 25:51Speaker 2: you can hear a pin drop. It was so quiet
- 25:53Speaker 2: in there, you know, because the hometown team is not
- 25:56Speaker 2: getting uh, getting the home runs, and you're just like, dam,
- 26:00Speaker 2: I'm in a massive place with thousands of people and
- 26:04Speaker 2: it's so quiet.
- 26:06Speaker 7: Well, the semifinals of the World Cup start today with
- 26:09Speaker 7: France versus Spain. Tomorrow, Argentina and England will square off
- 26:12Speaker 7: in the other semifinal. And as if FIFA hasn't made
- 26:15Speaker 7: enough money in the World Cup with all these insane
- 26:17Speaker 7: ticket prices, they're selling grass that will be used for
- 26:21Speaker 7: the July nineteenth final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
- 26:24Speaker 7: So let me explain what it is and then you
- 26:26Speaker 7: can guess how much it costs. Each piece of turf
- 26:28Speaker 7: is a six inch square and according to FIFA's website,
- 26:31Speaker 7: you can quote own a genuine piece of football history
- 26:34Speaker 7: with an authentic twenty twenty six FIFA World Cup piece
- 26:38Speaker 7: of the pitch, permanently preserved in a premium acrylic with
- 26:41Speaker 7: a USB keepsake. Any guesses on how much this little
- 26:45Speaker 7: six inch square of grass, I will.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Say, I don't hate it really, Yeah, because when you
- 26:49Speaker 2: go to like a game or an event, you know,
- 26:52Speaker 2: especially like a big deal event like a super Bowl,
- 26:55Speaker 2: World Cup, something like that, to have somebody, what are
- 26:58Speaker 2: they going to do with this turf? Dig it up
- 27:00Speaker 2: and it's gonna go Why put it to waste?
- 27:02Speaker 3: Right?
- 27:02Speaker 7: So there can't they give it away.
- 27:06Speaker 2: In a cool way?
- 27:06Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 27:07Speaker 5: Do you know those I forget the name of the company.
- 27:09Speaker 5: Those roses they last forever. Like we bought some from
- 27:15Speaker 5: my step mom, I want to say, ten years ago,
- 27:18Speaker 5: ten years ago, and we were just at their house
- 27:20Speaker 5: and she still has them like set up somewhere and
- 27:23Speaker 5: they don't look brand new. They look pretty good for
- 27:25Speaker 5: what were real roses just in this like container. I
- 27:29Speaker 5: forget what they do to them or whatever it is. Yeah,
- 27:31Speaker 5: you buy it on Amazon. I recently bought some.
- 27:33Speaker 2: But if they do something like that with the turf
- 27:35Speaker 2: that they still look cool, won't just look like dead
- 27:37Speaker 2: grass and a you know, a kryla. But did they
- 27:40Speaker 2: put it in like the glass like you see in
- 27:42Speaker 2: the middle of the mall, or like krill It's not
- 27:45Speaker 2: like loose sight like a block.
- 27:47Speaker 7: Yes, okay, so Greg, I'm shocked that you're on board.
- 27:51Speaker 7: How much do you know?
- 27:51Speaker 3: Because there was this legendary wooden roller coaster that they
- 27:55Speaker 3: tore down to put a metal one up, and instead
- 27:57Speaker 3: of just wasting that, they chopped it into little blocks.
- 28:00Speaker 7: Would you display that?
- 28:01Speaker 6: Greg?
- 28:01Speaker 2: I do you know if you like my son, who's
- 28:03Speaker 2: like a theme park amusement enthusiast, all people being like
- 28:08Speaker 2: that's cool.
- 28:09Speaker 3: But at work I might display it, you know, keep
- 28:12Speaker 3: it sitting on the desk.
- 28:13Speaker 5: There was something regularly liked to really cared about doing right.
- 28:15Speaker 5: I could see him doing that, like people that buy uh,
- 28:18Speaker 5: people that buy the seats from a stadium where they
- 28:22Speaker 5: saw a ton of games with their dad or something
- 28:24Speaker 5: like some kind of I don't know, you're just a
- 28:25Speaker 5: big fan.
- 28:26Speaker 2: You want like an actual seat.
- 28:27Speaker 3: One of the coolest things I had was a square
- 28:30Speaker 3: inch of the prison uniform that John Gotti was wearing. Oh,
- 28:34Speaker 3: it came with a book. It was really con that's
- 28:37Speaker 3: kind of John's prison uniform. That's kind of cool, that's
- 28:40Speaker 3: kind of neat. It depends on how much of the
- 28:41Speaker 3: charging for that.
- 28:42Speaker 2: I don't hate it, Yeah, I don't. I don't hate
- 28:44Speaker 2: the idea of it.
- 28:45Speaker 3: What would you pay the way you preface the story,
- 28:47Speaker 3: I'm going to.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Say six inches by six inches? Okay, so a little
- 28:53Speaker 2: bit bigger than your iPhone. Like as far as like
- 28:56Speaker 2: the length of your iPhone, that's about what five and
- 28:58Speaker 2: a half, So lets say like a where that's pretty
- 29:01Speaker 2: good size. Uh it's FIFA. Yeah, so yeah, six hundred dollars.
- 29:07Speaker 2: It's one hundred dollars per inch. Yeah, I already saw
- 29:10Speaker 2: the story, so I'm out, all right, me too.
- 29:12Speaker 7: Well, apparently you guys are getting a honey of a
- 29:15Speaker 7: deal because it's only four hundred and fifty dollars for
- 29:19Speaker 7: a piece of grass.
- 29:20Speaker 2: I think, if you're a big fan, go get your grass.
- 29:22Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 29:23Speaker 2: I can figure out a way to justify that in
- 29:24Speaker 2: my mind. Yeah, a lot of myself only.
- 29:27Speaker 9: Because okay, if Taylor Swift was going to sell a
- 29:29Speaker 9: piece of her wedding dress for four hundred and fifty dollars.
- 29:32Speaker 2: When people bought it, you'd be like, that's so sad,
- 29:33Speaker 2: that is depressed society. No, no, it was the people
- 29:36Speaker 2: that were.
- 29:37Speaker 5: Buying It's no I would even understand that it was
- 29:40Speaker 5: the people who were buying the garbage. Yeah, like the
- 29:44Speaker 5: literal garbage.
- 29:45Speaker 3: From outside of who knows whose garbage was.
- 29:48Speaker 2: Yeah, this is like in a presentation.
- 29:50Speaker 7: That's kind of cool if it's the real grass. Well,
- 29:53Speaker 7: let's talk about something that really is a big deal.
- 29:55Speaker 7: It's back. After a six year absence, Alive Garden has
- 29:59Speaker 7: announced the turn of the never Ending Positive Pass.
- 30:04Speaker 2: He got one of those things if you remember the
- 30:06Speaker 2: last year I did him.
- 30:07Speaker 7: Well, the pass is good for thirteen weeks starting at
- 30:10Speaker 7: the end of August, and it's for unlimited pasta and breadsticks,
- 30:13Speaker 7: pos a few other things, and they're only selling ten
- 30:16Speaker 7: thousand of these and they're going to be for one
- 30:18Speaker 7: hundred bucks and for an extra fifteen bucks you can
- 30:21Speaker 7: also get the soup and salad.
- 30:22Speaker 2: I think that's what he got too.
- 30:24Speaker 7: I would Yeah, why the dressing is so good?
- 30:26Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean why he did a challenge he did
- 30:29Speaker 5: as a challenge as he didn't even get one. Yeah,
- 30:31Speaker 5: and so he made it like he always needs a project,
- 30:33Speaker 5: and he's a project, and so he made it his
- 30:35Speaker 5: mission to get one of the never ending pasta passes.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Did it was like online did the whole thing. Got
- 30:40Speaker 2: it legit. It wasn't like just sentence third party. No, No,
- 30:43Speaker 2: he was one of the people early enough and he
- 30:45Speaker 2: got it and then he used it and he was
- 30:48Speaker 2: doing reviews. Of course, the of the posit. I think
- 30:50Speaker 2: we still probably some of those videos that.
- 30:53Speaker 7: Because like him and everybody else, everybody's just there to
- 30:56Speaker 7: bankrupt the house.
- 30:56Speaker 2: Yeah, but thought he thought it was actually I mean,
- 30:58Speaker 2: you thought it was a pretty cool thing.
- 30:59Speaker 7: Well yeah, it's unlimited and so if you want it,
- 31:02Speaker 7: it is only available for a limited time and they
- 31:05Speaker 7: sell out in minutes. Yeah, real quick, So get ready
- 31:08Speaker 7: the pass has gone sail Thursday.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Especially with the prices these days.
- 31:11Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 31:11Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 31:12Speaker 3: Well the day Sea Best got his past he was
- 31:14Speaker 3: in good shape. And now look at them.
- 31:16Speaker 7: That's what happens.
- 31:18Speaker 2: He beat the house.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I think he almost bankrupted them.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Yeah, well that's what's going on with alright, Thank you
- 31:24Speaker 2: very much, Gina Grant.
- 31:29Speaker 11: Show.
- 31:30Speaker 5: All right, welcome back. Kind of a bummer man. Well,
- 31:35Speaker 5: good news, bad news for Tom Segura.
- 31:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I just saw that.
- 31:39Speaker 5: Good news is that Tom's.
- 31:41Speaker 2: Been killing it Manes Netflix show that Bad Thoughts show
- 31:43Speaker 2: that you guys been talking about.
- 31:44Speaker 3: Oh God, one of the greatest things I've ever seen.
- 31:47Speaker 5: It's got an Emmy nomination Better Outstanding short Form Comedy, Drama.
- 31:52Speaker 2: Or Variety Series.
- 31:53Speaker 5: Bad News. He and his wife, Christina, they're getting divorced.
- 31:56Speaker 7: Yeah, that come in.
- 31:58Speaker 2: I thought something was off because I listened to their podcast,
- 32:01Speaker 2: Yeah Your Mama's House, and they seem to not know
- 32:05Speaker 2: like current things happening in each other's lives when they
- 32:07Speaker 2: were talking on the podcast.
- 32:09Speaker 5: Well, they haven't done an episode together the last few months,
- 32:12Speaker 5: according to the article which I never put too and
- 32:14Speaker 5: to together.
- 32:14Speaker 2: I just see clips from the podcast. They're still going
- 32:19Speaker 2: to do the podcast. They're going to continue coasting the show.
- 32:22Speaker 5: They also, you know, co on that the production company
- 32:25Speaker 5: Yamahe Studios, Your Mom's House Studios, which has been doing
- 32:28Speaker 5: really well, like you know, all the.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Two Bears podcasts, Bird's podcasts, I think all yeah, they do.
- 32:36Speaker 2: I think Bird's podcast is actually separate really because it's
- 32:39Speaker 2: under the banner. Like if you look at the your
- 32:40Speaker 2: mom's house banner that his own bird cast. There's a
- 32:44Speaker 2: picture of bird on there. Yeah, I'm sure the two
- 32:47Speaker 2: bears that yeah.
- 32:49Speaker 5: Oh, speaking of bears, we have a report from Anchorage, Alaska,
- 32:54Speaker 5: where a black bear wandered into a shopping mall. Menace,
- 32:59Speaker 5: so your favor wild animals showing up in places they're
- 33:01Speaker 5: not supposed to.
- 33:02Speaker 2: Be and malls awesome.
- 33:05Speaker 5: This bear walked into the mall, eats a peach, visited
- 33:08Speaker 5: a barber shop, and then left them all a little
- 33:11Speaker 5: personal gift before leaving. That's so cute, pretty funny. Let's
- 33:16Speaker 5: go to a clip here from a local flamer who
- 33:20Speaker 5: was on the scene.
- 33:22Speaker 10: It was my first running with the bear.
- 33:23Speaker 2: It was pretty scary.
- 33:24Speaker 10: My coworker, who's cutting hair in front of me, she yelled, bear.
- 33:28Speaker 10: I looked up from my phone and the bear was
- 33:31Speaker 10: walking into the barbershop right next to me. I could
- 33:33Speaker 10: have pet it, it was that close. A couple people
- 33:35Speaker 10: were going big to scare him out of the grocery store.
- 33:38Speaker 10: He came back around to the barbershop again, but by
- 33:41Speaker 10: that time we were able to run back lock the door,
- 33:44Speaker 10: and then we were watching him from the window.
- 33:46Speaker 3: That's when he used the restroom in the hallway.
- 33:49Speaker 2: It was pretty wild. Tell ya, dude, once he gets
- 33:52Speaker 2: out of Alaska, he's gonna meet a lot more bears.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Am I right?
- 33:55Speaker 6: You know what I'm.
- 33:59Speaker 5: Oh from USA today, gen Z is fueling a major
- 34:03Speaker 5: resurgence of indoor malls, seeking in person social connections and
- 34:08Speaker 5: tactile shopping experiences to combat digital fatigue.
- 34:12Speaker 2: Okay, I'm reading from the article. If you can't tell
- 34:15Speaker 2: support it.
- 34:16Speaker 5: Industry data shows shoppers between eighteen and twenty four years
- 34:19Speaker 5: old make up sixty two percent of their general merchandise
- 34:23Speaker 5: purchases in physical stores, with overall indoor mall traffic increasing
- 34:28Speaker 5: four point five percent year over years. So MENACE's dream
- 34:32Speaker 5: of malls becoming popular again.
- 34:35Speaker 3: They're more like entertainment spaces. Yeah, rest restaurants is what
- 34:39Speaker 3: I go to the mall for.
- 34:40Speaker 7: And then there's like, what are they called the rooms
- 34:42Speaker 7: that you have to get out of that are so annoyed.
- 34:45Speaker 7: That's kind of over there, but they're still in the mall.
- 34:48Speaker 2: I'm seeing at malls more and more now are the
- 34:51Speaker 2: VR rooms?
- 34:52Speaker 7: Yeah, Like that's what I'm saying.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Like activity spaces, it's uh yeah, And I think there's
- 34:56Speaker 2: like a big chain called Sandbox that they're putting everywhere.
- 35:00Speaker 2: But yeah, it's just like you put on vr head,
- 35:02Speaker 2: the same is the same thing Sandbox. Yeah, they're like
- 35:05Speaker 2: the chain that they're popping up in a lot of malls.
- 35:08Speaker 7: But so instead of just straight up retail spaces.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I saw like Dave and Busters they're struggling really. Yeah,
- 35:17Speaker 2: there's a lot of arcade like tight places and.
- 35:20Speaker 5: What they started doing. And there's an art you can
- 35:23Speaker 5: read the article online if you just search to Dave
- 35:25Speaker 5: and Busters rave. They're throwing Raves and Busters that kind
- 35:29Speaker 5: of fun Yea. I guess like a couple of locations
- 35:32Speaker 5: just did it and it became this big thing, and
- 35:34Speaker 5: so they're like, well okay, so they started doing more
- 35:37Speaker 5: and more of those things.
- 35:38Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm sure they got the idea because there
- 35:40Speaker 2: was a grocery chain that was doing that. Really they
- 35:43Speaker 2: were having like DJs come out, and it just became
- 35:45Speaker 2: this huge thing.
- 35:46Speaker 5: I mean, it's kind of funny, like didn't all American
- 35:47Speaker 5: rejects play to Denny's or something or they just did
- 35:50Speaker 5: something like that.
- 35:51Speaker 3: I know, familiar.
- 35:52Speaker 5: Yeah, other bands have done the same kind of thing,
- 35:53Speaker 5: but they could get like some punk band who just
- 35:56Speaker 5: shows up at a Denny's inside the Denny's.
- 35:59Speaker 2: That's kind of one. Well, yeah, the having the DJ
- 36:02Speaker 2: at like not a normal type you know, club or anything,
- 36:06Speaker 2: has become super popular. I saw a Diplo performed at
- 36:09Speaker 2: a Takorea like a couple of months ago, and that
- 36:12Speaker 2: was also on.
- 36:13Speaker 5: His kid graduated what high school? It was a kindergarten. Yeah, yeah,
- 36:17Speaker 5: Diplo was DJing his son's kindergarten graduation. Yeah eight seven
- 36:22Speaker 5: seven forty four Wooding text us check in two two
- 36:25Speaker 5: nine eight seven quick break more Woody Show next, hang up.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Yeah, this is the Woodie Show.
- 36:36Speaker 7: I've never and have no desire to and do not
- 36:38Speaker 7: know how to bake cookies from scratch.
- 36:40Speaker 2: The other thing has a full ronadult it's I don't
- 36:44Speaker 2: know how to drive a stick from the Woodie Show.
- 36:51Speaker 5: All right, So people were asked a bunch of questions
- 36:55Speaker 5: about something very important.
- 37:00Speaker 2: Macaroni and cheese.
- 37:03Speaker 3: Hot button issue.
- 37:04Speaker 5: Now everybody's got their their own thing, how they prefer it.
- 37:09Speaker 5: You know, whether it's a quick thing, you're gonna do
- 37:12Speaker 5: one of the boxed either you know, Velveta or craft,
- 37:16Speaker 5: and people have a way to judge it up or
- 37:18Speaker 5: always make it more as Greg would say, restaurant yeah,
- 37:22Speaker 5: or menaces thing with the Kraft mac and cheese, he says,
- 37:25Speaker 5: skip the milk all together and just.
- 37:27Speaker 2: Use butter butter. Just all all butter butter and then
- 37:30Speaker 2: the cheese powder together and then that's it good.
- 37:35Speaker 5: So people were asked a bunch of questions about mac
- 37:37Speaker 5: and cheese. The goal was to figure out each element
- 37:39Speaker 5: so you can make the perfect mac and cheese. So
- 37:43Speaker 5: these are the normal by the numbers. So they start with,
- 37:45Speaker 5: obviously noodles. So would you go with spirals, the classic
- 37:50Speaker 5: like curved bent noodles, like elbows or shells classic elbow?
- 37:55Speaker 7: I like a spiral.
- 37:56Speaker 2: I'm a shell person.
- 37:57Speaker 5: See I would go with either just the regular curved
- 38:00Speaker 5: or like either craft or velveta. But I think I
- 38:03Speaker 5: would I think I would just go regular.
- 38:06Speaker 7: But here's the spral keeps there's more places for the cheese.
- 38:11Speaker 2: The elbow is a waste of space surface area, way,
- 38:14Speaker 2: it doesn't stay on well.
- 38:15Speaker 5: Spirals were the clear winner. Fifty went with that, and
- 38:19Speaker 5: then followed by the elbows and then the shells.
- 38:21Speaker 2: The cheese. Would you like to go like a like
- 38:24Speaker 2: a Monterey jack?
- 38:25Speaker 5: Have already monster guda kind of thing, like a mixture
- 38:28Speaker 5: kind of thing, or just straight cheddar cheddar.
- 38:31Speaker 2: Yeah, keep it simple, Yeah, give me the give me
- 38:33Speaker 2: the cheetar. That was number one by farm.
- 38:36Speaker 6: Uh.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Let's see spices now.
- 38:40Speaker 5: The most popular suggestions pepper, dry mustard, paprika, which I
- 38:45Speaker 5: think is kind of a waste of time, salt, dijon, mustard,
- 38:49Speaker 5: garlic powder, that'd be good. Every thought about garlic powder, really,
- 38:53Speaker 5: which is weird?
- 38:54Speaker 3: You thought that was?
- 38:54Speaker 2: You know? I love Yeah, I love a garlic on
- 38:56Speaker 2: pretty much anything.
- 38:58Speaker 5: Onion powder. You can throw some of that stuff in there.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Now.
- 39:00Speaker 5: There were some other things that I had never thought of.
- 39:02Speaker 3: Either.
- 39:03Speaker 5: Some people boil the noodles in chicken stock.
- 39:06Speaker 7: I always think about it. I never end up doing
- 39:08Speaker 7: it because it makes it nice and flavorful.
- 39:11Speaker 4: Uh.
- 39:11Speaker 5: And then adding something like a Worcester sauce or pesto.
- 39:16Speaker 7: I wouldn't do that.
- 39:16Speaker 5: I wouldn't that pesto, the Worcester that is good. That's
- 39:20Speaker 5: that's good, especially with a like a sharp cheddar. If
- 39:22Speaker 5: you do like a sharp sharper cheddar.
- 39:24Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like a touch of soy sort of thing.
- 39:26Speaker 7: Don't sleep on the Dijon gives a little ten because.
- 39:29Speaker 5: If you go to like the melting pot and you
- 39:31Speaker 5: get the cheese fun dew.
- 39:33Speaker 2: Yeah, they add a.
- 39:34Speaker 5: Little like garlic Worcester, like a little like Logger beer. Yeah,
- 39:40Speaker 5: they add a little bit of that in there, like
- 39:41Speaker 5: a beer cheese.
- 39:42Speaker 7: You just imagine dumping all of your macaroni into the fund, Yeah.
- 39:47Speaker 5: Like a beer cheese mac and cheese. Ye, pretty good,
- 39:51Speaker 5: great meat. Around two thirds of people voted none, just
- 39:56Speaker 5: keep it classic and veggie.
- 39:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 39:58Speaker 2: Basically, you know my super fat days, I would just
- 40:01Speaker 2: take a can of Denison's chili. I'll cook that separate,
- 40:05Speaker 2: and then I would make my mac and cheese and
- 40:09Speaker 2: finish that, and then I would mix them together.
- 40:11Speaker 7: That's chili mac.
- 40:13Speaker 2: I would argue, once you put meat, and it's no
- 40:15Speaker 2: longer mac and cheese.
- 40:16Speaker 3: It is now something like that.
- 40:20Speaker 5: But if you are going to add something to the
- 40:22Speaker 5: top ranking meat was pork like adding like a bacon
- 40:25Speaker 5: or something. Chicken second most popular vegetables, men's your favorite piece. Again,
- 40:31Speaker 5: the majority of people voted none, keep it playing, but
- 40:33Speaker 5: if you're gonna ad something. Broccoli was the most popular,
- 40:36Speaker 5: followed by onions sauce. This wasn't about added sauces, more
- 40:41Speaker 5: about the perfect consistency of the cheese sauce. Man, sometimes
- 40:45Speaker 5: it's a real running, like even in a bait like
- 40:48Speaker 5: a like a baked mac and cheese presentation, like how
- 40:51Speaker 5: did you get it so running when you baked it?
- 40:54Speaker 5: But the perfect consistency was, uh, let's see plenty but
- 41:00Speaker 5: not crazy, So like plenty of cheese sauce, but not
- 41:05Speaker 5: like where it's swimming.
- 41:06Speaker 2: Yeah, where's swimming and soupy. And sometimes I'll get crazy
- 41:09Speaker 2: and I'll put ketchup on the side, or I'll put
- 41:13Speaker 2: barbecue sauce on barbecue dairy.
- 41:19Speaker 5: The most popular answer was adding some whole milk cream second,
- 41:23Speaker 5: followed by evaporated milk. And then the cooking style. It
- 41:26Speaker 5: was close but oven baked, beat stovetop, so like a
- 41:30Speaker 5: crafter velveta.
- 41:34Speaker 7: Yes, broil it, so the cheeses all burned.
- 41:36Speaker 5: Fifty eight percent of the vote went to people prefer
- 41:39Speaker 5: it baked.
- 41:39Speaker 2: I get it crust.
- 41:45Speaker 5: I like the garlic idea well, some people did say
- 41:47Speaker 5: they like it drier than the sahara, like a like
- 41:51Speaker 5: a school cafeteria style.
- 41:52Speaker 3: I had to pick between runny or on the dry side.
- 41:55Speaker 3: I would go dry, same same.
- 41:57Speaker 2: I don't know what soupy at all. Oh, I'll take
- 41:59Speaker 2: it so be all day.
- 42:00Speaker 4: I love it.
- 42:03Speaker 2: Too. Soup I don't want soup. Yeah, it's because it's
- 42:07Speaker 2: the same. Any any pasta.
- 42:09Speaker 5: Dish you go to, like some restaurants, and they put
- 42:11Speaker 5: they way over sauce, they weigh over cheese like a
- 42:15Speaker 5: pasta dish.
- 42:16Speaker 2: You don't need to drown it exactly, no, but I
- 42:19Speaker 2: don't like it when it's thick, like the thick cheese.
- 42:23Speaker 7: It's the best, like cafeteria, So.
- 42:25Speaker 2: You don't want to be the strings, you know, I
- 42:27Speaker 2: don't want it to do that, or like piece of
- 42:31Speaker 2: pizza out and you get the little like cheese like that.
- 42:37Speaker 2: Pretty much take a block of cheese and put it
- 42:39Speaker 2: on top and then melt it.
- 42:41Speaker 12: Yeah, I like that.
- 42:44Speaker 3: Gina and I were talking about this speaking of pasta
- 42:46Speaker 3: the other day. When you go to a restaurant and
- 42:47Speaker 3: they have on the menu something fancy and you want
- 42:50Speaker 3: to be fancy, like butternut squashed ravioli or lobster ravioli,
- 42:54Speaker 3: never order it because you get.
- 42:56Speaker 2: What you get four deflated and then you could put.
- 42:59Speaker 3: It under a microscope and they're not filled with anything.
- 43:03Speaker 7: Yeah, whenever you get a ravio, eat a restaurant well
- 43:06Speaker 7: where they don't pile them. They're just like there's like
- 43:08Speaker 7: four on a plate.
- 43:09Speaker 3: Like this was a waste, total waste. Hey, restaurant industry,
- 43:13Speaker 3: what is your deal with rao?
- 43:16Speaker 2: Dude? I totally forgot Fat Sammy. Were sharing fat stories
- 43:19Speaker 2: and last night you almost ripped your boyfriend's arm off
- 43:21Speaker 2: because you wanted to eat all the mac and cheese.
- 43:23Speaker 7: And I did eat all the mac and cheese.
- 43:25Speaker 9: I was making a box of macaroni and cheese and
- 43:28Speaker 9: he said.
- 43:28Speaker 7: Are you going to eat all of that? And I
- 43:30Speaker 7: said yes, Why did you want some?
- 43:32Speaker 2: And he said maybe? I said, then you should make
- 43:34Speaker 2: your own box.
- 43:35Speaker 7: Yeah, the entire box.
- 43:39Speaker 3: Why didn't you just throw in two boxes?
- 43:42Speaker 7: Well that's what I told him, throwing but.
- 43:44Speaker 9: He he already ate some he or he already ate
- 43:47Speaker 9: something else and he was just still hungry after wanting
- 43:49Speaker 9: to eat my dinner macaroni and cheese.
- 43:52Speaker 2: But the entire box, Yes, yeah, I could.
- 43:55Speaker 7: I love fat Sammy, but it's not even that much.
- 43:57Speaker 2: But she was eating it like a fat person says
- 44:00Speaker 2: yeah always, and I'm not sharing. She's eating a prison
- 44:04Speaker 2: style though, like like with her elbow wrapped around.
- 44:07Speaker 5: Yeah, the craft mac and cheese, the craft mac and
- 44:09Speaker 5: cheese is easier to get down an entire box than
- 44:12Speaker 5: that box of the velveto yeahs, because the velvety stuff
- 44:15Speaker 5: is heavier.
- 44:16Speaker 2: Yeah, at least it feels.
- 44:18Speaker 5: The Yeah, it goes down, it goes down heavier.
- 44:21Speaker 2: Yeah, Well, you're probably buying the Trader Joe's brand.
- 44:24Speaker 5: It was the Trader Joe's brand, and it was the shells.
- 44:26Speaker 2: And it was so good man, have you not she
- 44:29Speaker 2: hasn't hit rock bottom yet because she's still wolfing down.
- 44:32Speaker 7: Like showing people away who want to buy.
- 44:34Speaker 2: It's gonna get fattered.
- 44:36Speaker 5: Yeah, it's like you don't mess with the dog that's
- 44:37Speaker 5: eating exactly.
- 44:38Speaker 7: She's resource guarding off.
- 44:41Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 44:42Speaker 2: It sounds like the relationship could be in trouble.
- 44:44Speaker 5: Yeah, it sounds doom because if she was, if she
- 44:47Speaker 5: was a good woman, Greg, what she would do is
- 44:49Speaker 5: she would just turn the entire pot of mac and
- 44:51Speaker 5: cheese over to him and then start on a new
- 44:53Speaker 5: pot for herself. But no, that's how you take care
- 44:56Speaker 5: of your man.
- 44:56Speaker 2: Like she's a good woman, she wouldn't have it to
- 44:58Speaker 2: begin with, because she knows she wants to keep thin him.
- 45:03Speaker 3: People.
- 45:03Speaker 2: That's also true. I mean he's already locked in.
- 45:07Speaker 4: You know what.
- 45:07Speaker 2: You shouldn't be eating this.
- 45:09Speaker 7: Yeah, over here, have some water, the kickers.
- 45:14Speaker 11: He made it for me, and I still told him
- 45:16Speaker 11: he couldn't.
- 45:16Speaker 7: Have my God, Sam to him, she is and it
- 45:23Speaker 7: hasn't changed.
- 45:24Speaker 2: Make my bac and cheese's longer. Yeah, you can't have none.
- 45:31Speaker 7: I trip with a scale at one hundred pounds.
- 45:34Speaker 2: I'm gonna go upstairs. I'm gonna get my knitting stuff together.
- 45:37Speaker 2: When I come back, better be here table and I'll
- 45:42Speaker 2: know if you took something. Slapping the crap out of you,
- 45:45Speaker 2: count every piece of take care of your own. Sammy
- 45:49Speaker 2: moved in. It's time to let yourself go. It's fine.
- 45:52Speaker 2: I'm with Woody on this.
- 45:53Speaker 5: It's very strange that it's not good at all.
- 45:56Speaker 7: God finished it was sour.
- 45:58Speaker 2: There's a little bit of an attitude.
- 46:00Speaker 7: Oh my god.
- 46:01Speaker 2: Yeah, tastes like cold grease.
- 46:07Speaker 8: Show.
- 46:08Speaker 5: Sometimes we try before you buy.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Don't waste your time or your money.
- 46:12Speaker 5: You're welcome. It's just one of the many services. Yeah,
- 46:16Speaker 5: we provide.
- 46:17Speaker 2: It's our superpower here at the Woody Show, Woody, Greg Minnace,
- 46:21Speaker 2: Gina Grad. Yeah, Morgan is here. Yeah, so we told everybody.
- 46:25Speaker 5: We updated everybody because listeners have been asking a lot,
- 46:28Speaker 5: you know, to check in see how everything's been going.
- 46:30Speaker 2: We gave him the update and everything. How how are
- 46:32Speaker 2: you doing?
- 46:33Speaker 5: I'm okay, you're right, Yeah, yeah, I mean understandable.
- 46:36Speaker 11: I mean, yeah, you know, it's way harder than I
- 46:38Speaker 11: thought it would be. Yeah, honestly, you know, I don't
- 46:42Speaker 11: even know how to explain it in the way. I'm
- 46:44Speaker 11: just I'm okay. It's just I'm an emotional person to
- 46:47Speaker 11: begin with. Yeah, so I'm just very easily triggered at
- 46:50Speaker 11: the moment, and it's just a lot of unlearning like.
- 46:53Speaker 5: Habits, and I've never I've never gone through it, so
- 46:58Speaker 5: I don't I don't know. I mean I can anticipate.
- 47:01Speaker 5: I mean, I have a suicide pack with my dog,
- 47:03Speaker 5: so everybody, right, so you know, I've already considered how
- 47:07Speaker 5: I'll do it for me, like my part of it.
- 47:10Speaker 5: But like the moment my dad was I was talking
- 47:14Speaker 5: to my dad about this because you know, their dogs, man,
- 47:17Speaker 5: they have all lived like Sammy's dog, like they live forever. Yeah,
- 47:21Speaker 5: you know, and even though they've lived so long, when
- 47:24Speaker 5: the time comes, it's still so difficult. Like, yeah, it
- 47:28Speaker 5: makes it easier when a person lives to be you know,
- 47:31Speaker 5: ninety years old or whatever.
- 47:32Speaker 2: You go, you know they had a good life, It
- 47:33Speaker 2: still doesn't mean it doesn't suck.
- 47:34Speaker 5: Yeah, it does suck. So like even though you know
- 47:37Speaker 5: it wasn't like all of a sudden, you know, in
- 47:39Speaker 5: the matter of like a day or two, but like
- 47:41Speaker 5: you know, you were sort of preparing yourself. My question
- 47:45Speaker 5: is like in in that moment, like what's what's I mean,
- 47:51Speaker 5: not what's the feeling. I know what the feeling is,
- 47:52Speaker 5: But is it easier, is it harder? Is it what
- 47:54Speaker 5: you expected? Because that's the part that kind of freaks
- 47:57Speaker 5: me out when I think about it.
- 47:59Speaker 11: I think, and thanks to you guys for suggesting to
- 48:02Speaker 11: have someone come to the house.
- 48:04Speaker 2: Versus go to a vet.
- 48:05Speaker 11: Yeah, I would say it was easier than I thought
- 48:08Speaker 11: because I have the comfort of knowing he was in
- 48:11Speaker 11: his spot in the backyard that he loves, you know,
- 48:13Speaker 11: it was in my arms all that stuff, So that
- 48:17Speaker 11: makes it easier. I think it would be way harder
- 48:20Speaker 11: to drag a dog into the vet all the anxiety
- 48:23Speaker 11: of that and you know, than to pay a bill
- 48:25Speaker 11: as they're leaving, Like, that's just disgusting, right, So if
- 48:29Speaker 11: you can do it at home, that's the only thing
- 48:31Speaker 11: I think that can make it easier.
- 48:32Speaker 5: And then did it bring you comfort?
- 48:35Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 48:37Speaker 2: Yeah, just for him.
- 48:38Speaker 11: And I had people there that you know, cared about
- 48:40Speaker 11: him too, So that was awesome. And that's the only
- 48:44Speaker 11: thing that's making me feel okay right now is knowing yeah.
- 48:48Speaker 5: His favorite meal.
- 48:49Speaker 2: Yeah, I did a bunch of bacon, chocolate everything, yeah,
- 48:54Speaker 2: you know, yeah, yes.
- 48:56Speaker 7: And and it was kind of funny because you know,
- 48:59Speaker 7: I was talking earlier and she said something like, if
- 49:02Speaker 7: this is how I feel about a pet, I can't
- 49:04Speaker 7: imagine what it's going to feel like for a human.
- 49:05Speaker 7: And I said, to be honest, this is harder. This
- 49:09Speaker 7: is harder for a lot of people.
- 49:10Speaker 2: I think so because at least, you know, with humans,
- 49:12Speaker 2: every human has done something to piss you off.
- 49:17Speaker 5: Said, if you can just key in on that, you
- 49:19Speaker 5: know what I mean, Like, just think about, like, you know,
- 49:21Speaker 5: think about all the times it pissed off.
- 49:24Speaker 7: But Doggy, it was just perfect.
- 49:26Speaker 11: Right.
- 49:27Speaker 3: I'm kind of glad you brought that up before I did.
- 49:30Speaker 3: Because Morgan, my family is tiny and we have had
- 49:33Speaker 3: deaths in the family, and I'm not alone in my
- 49:36Speaker 3: family in saying that when my first dog, Rex died,
- 49:40Speaker 3: it was ten times harder than some of the humans
- 49:43Speaker 3: in our family that have gone on. It's really difficult,
- 49:47Speaker 3: and it's a grief that a lot of people might
- 49:49Speaker 3: almost belittle because they don't get it. Yes, but it's
- 49:52Speaker 3: insanely heavy. It's an out of body experience when it happens.
- 49:56Speaker 3: The only thing that got me through it is time.
- 50:00Speaker 3: And the reason I say that, even though it's a
- 50:02Speaker 3: mega cliche, time heels because I don't believe.
- 50:05Speaker 2: It does, it's true.
- 50:06Speaker 3: I think the way that time helps is when I
- 50:09Speaker 3: look at when my dog died, he was eleven, and
- 50:11Speaker 3: for his size and his breed, that's a relatively good life.
- 50:15Speaker 3: And now here we are ten years later, there's no way,
- 50:19Speaker 3: no physical way, he would still be alive today. And
- 50:22Speaker 3: that's the only thing that makes it easier, kind of
- 50:23Speaker 3: like a grandparent, like, oh, if my grandma was alive today,
- 50:26Speaker 3: she'd be one hundred and twenty eight, So it makes
- 50:28Speaker 3: it easier to accept the fact that they're gone.
- 50:32Speaker 11: Even chadgybted after it all happened. I had to transport
- 50:35Speaker 11: the body and all that because he was so big.
- 50:36Speaker 2: But you had to do that.
- 50:38Speaker 11: Yeah, the company that I used that came to the house. Yeah,
- 50:41Speaker 11: they don't have the manpower to take such a big dog.
- 50:44Speaker 5: I think that might be the part that I would
- 50:47Speaker 5: have the hardest time with.
- 50:48Speaker 11: Oh so hard, sitting in the back of my friend's car.
- 50:52Speaker 11: Thankfully I had help, right, but just to watch like
- 50:54Speaker 11: a lifeless body, you know, it's just weird.
- 51:00Speaker 2: Had to be ted.
- 51:00Speaker 11: You know, how old was you know, a ten year
- 51:02Speaker 11: old Great Pyrenees And I said he was like ninety four.
- 51:05Speaker 7: So that makes me feel better, lived a long time
- 51:07Speaker 7: like he was old.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I've heard that his size, that's a good long life. Yeah.
- 51:12Speaker 11: So things like that bring me comfort and knowing that
- 51:15Speaker 11: it was best for him. And it's cliche too, but
- 51:18Speaker 11: he's not in pain anymore, you know, all those stupid
- 51:20Speaker 11: saying he's in a better place.
- 51:22Speaker 7: Well, and just knowing how you how he came to you.
- 51:25Speaker 7: You you did really good things for him. Twice you
- 51:30Speaker 7: took him and then you did something for him that
- 51:32Speaker 7: he couldn't do for himself.
- 51:34Speaker 5: Yeah, somebody loved This is a very nice after hours
- 51:37Speaker 5: voicemail eight seven seven forty four Woody for you.
- 51:40Speaker 6: This message is for Morgan regarding her dog. So I
- 51:45Speaker 6: had two things to say. One is you're saying that
- 51:48Speaker 6: he's still mentally with it, but I would just reassure
- 51:51Speaker 6: you that animals are aware of what's going on with
- 51:54Speaker 6: them physically, and he would know that. He wouldn't have
- 51:57Speaker 6: made it nearly this far if you were like living
- 51:59Speaker 6: in the y. So just don't have guilt if you
- 52:02Speaker 6: feel like you need to put.
- 52:04Speaker 12: Him down even though he's still there mentally.
- 52:06Speaker 6: And I'm not saying that.
- 52:07Speaker 12: You should do that, but I'm just you know, reassuring you.
- 52:09Speaker 12: And then second thing is if you don't want to
- 52:12Speaker 12: spend money on like the bet, one thing that might
- 52:16Speaker 12: be worth spending money on is in home euth in Asia.
- 52:20Speaker 12: I don't actually know how much that is, but I
- 52:22Speaker 12: did that for one of my dogs. And yeah, the
- 52:25Speaker 12: doctor comes to your house and so you can like
- 52:27Speaker 12: be with the pet on their bed or something when
- 52:30Speaker 12: they're euthanized. So yeah, fun message, but just thought i'd
- 52:34Speaker 12: share my thoughts.
- 52:35Speaker 5: Yeah, because a lot of people, I mean, obviously it's
- 52:37Speaker 5: like we have people almost every day they're texting over
- 52:40Speaker 5: talking about you know, the same kind of thing. So
- 52:42Speaker 5: like when your story came up, or Menace is sharing
- 52:45Speaker 5: the story about you know, what his dogs are going through,
- 52:48Speaker 5: and Greg's dog died or somebody the text said what
- 52:51Speaker 5: he belittles Greg for the death of his dog. No,
- 52:53Speaker 5: I did not at the time, did you.
- 52:56Speaker 4: No.
- 52:56Speaker 3: I mean we've looked. You might have belittled me for
- 52:58Speaker 3: taking two days off.
- 52:59Speaker 5: I like I like to inject I like to inject
- 53:02Speaker 5: a little like levity or humor in in things.
- 53:05Speaker 7: Are you known for that?
- 53:06Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, but not. But it's not in a way
- 53:09Speaker 5: to be mean or whatever. It's like, how because everybody
- 53:11Speaker 5: else is going like, oh, you know, and I do
- 53:13Speaker 5: feel that way.
- 53:14Speaker 2: Oh I'm so sorry whatever. But like I'll give you
- 53:16Speaker 2: an example.
- 53:16Speaker 5: Our friend h Jill, who just recently died, to talk
- 53:19Speaker 5: to her sister and I'm like, hey, you know, I'm
- 53:20Speaker 5: really sorry.
- 53:21Speaker 2: So what's the plan? Like, you know, you know it's
- 53:23Speaker 2: gonna be a burial? What are you doing cremation?
- 53:25Speaker 5: They're talking about planning and stuff, and she goes, oh,
- 53:28Speaker 5: well she's she's being cream in and like, of course
- 53:31Speaker 5: she wanted to smoke one more time because she smoked
- 53:33Speaker 5: all the time.
- 53:33Speaker 2: Right, and it made her sister laugh so hard. She's like,
- 53:36Speaker 2: oh my god, thank you. I needed that so badly.
- 53:39Speaker 7: You're like to release valve.
- 53:40Speaker 5: Yeah, I try to because you know, it's also like
- 53:42Speaker 5: difficult to know you know what to say or or whatever.
- 53:45Speaker 5: But anyway, you know everybody's here for you, and you know, sorry,
- 53:49Speaker 5: you're you're going through that. It's the it's the worst
- 53:51Speaker 5: part about having having a pet.
- 53:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 53:54Speaker 11: Sure, life goes on and I'm thankful for the time
- 53:57Speaker 11: I had so Yeah, again, we have to keep laughing
- 53:59Speaker 11: and moving on it. It's not going to just sit
- 54:01Speaker 11: in the sadness.
- 54:03Speaker 7: It's the price we pay for having pets.
- 54:05Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 54:06Speaker 2: We all signed a card from Morgan speaking of the
- 54:08Speaker 2: leven Yeah, what I tell everybody what I wrote in
- 54:11Speaker 2: the car.
- 54:11Speaker 11: What he wrote, at least you're gonna save money on
- 54:13Speaker 11: dog food now, which I would be lying if.
- 54:16Speaker 5: I silver lining.
- 54:18Speaker 3: I mean, that is a huge silver lining.
- 54:21Speaker 2: That wasn't the only thing I wrote in there. I
- 54:22Speaker 2: wrote other stuff in there. I said, but hey, silver lining, Yeah,
- 54:26Speaker 2: you're gonna save before so much money. It's very expensive.
- 54:30Speaker 11: But no, it's it's true as an adult those things
- 54:32Speaker 11: have crossed my mind already, Like I am going to say, money.
- 54:35Speaker 2: You got it.
- 54:35Speaker 7: You gotta focus on as they say, he's saying the
- 54:38Speaker 7: quiet part out loud, right right, you gotta do it.
- 54:41Speaker 2: All well, we love you. I'm sorry you're going through
- 54:43Speaker 2: that so school. All right, Jeffy, what's happening in sports?
- 54:50Speaker 2: All right?
- 54:50Speaker 3: What do you show?
- 54:51Speaker 8: Let's start with the home run derby was actually pretty
- 54:53Speaker 8: good last night on Netflix.
- 54:54Speaker 2: They didn't screw it up like they have with other
- 54:56Speaker 2: past sporting events. They did pretty well. Yeah dude, hello drama, Yeah,
- 55:09Speaker 2: hello drama. The new format was really cool.
- 55:10Speaker 8: So players had limited at bats, but if they were
- 55:12Speaker 8: down to their last at bat and they kept hitting
- 55:14Speaker 8: home runs.
- 55:15Speaker 2: You could keep swinging.
- 55:16Speaker 8: And this dude was down yep, five home runs to tie.
- 55:19Speaker 8: Kyle Schwarber who plays for the Phillies. It was his
- 55:22Speaker 8: home stadium, and man, oh man did he send home.
- 55:25Speaker 8: Jordan Walker sent home Those Philly fans pissed off. He
- 55:27Speaker 8: totally ruined their night, which was amazing because Philly can
- 55:30Speaker 8: suck it.
- 55:31Speaker 5: I mean, it really doesn't count for the names, it's
- 55:32Speaker 5: just for entertainment.
- 55:34Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's great. I mean the underdog. Right.
- 55:36Speaker 5: The season still has another half to go.
- 55:38Speaker 6: You know.
- 55:39Speaker 2: Yeah, but it was it was definitely fun and definitely
- 55:41Speaker 2: interesting last night.
- 55:42Speaker 5: mL It's a rough season for the Phillies. Yeah, Phillies
- 55:45Speaker 5: are having a rough season. So somebody they're looking at
- 55:46Speaker 5: this is like this was like their one moment hanger
- 55:49Speaker 5: hopes to the year.
- 55:50Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 55:51Speaker 8: MLB all start getting missed tonight five o'clock on Fox.
- 55:53Speaker 8: Mike Trout starting and repping for the Angels, Max Muncie
- 55:56Speaker 8: and Andy pa Has starting and repping for the Dodgers.
- 55:58Speaker 8: Freddy Freeman and Yo should No Yamamoto will make it
- 56:01Speaker 8: into the game at some point.
- 56:02Speaker 2: No o tany this year.
- 56:03Speaker 5: He is hurt.
- 56:04Speaker 8: WNBA Sparks lost to the Dream last night. World Cup
- 56:07Speaker 8: semi final number one is today at twelve noon. That
- 56:09Speaker 8: is Spain and France. And since we're talking World Cup,
- 56:12Speaker 8: you know Norway's Early Holland has been here and been
- 56:16Speaker 8: beloved by the United States fans and fans all around
- 56:19Speaker 8: the world. He gained like forty million followers menace by
- 56:22Speaker 8: the way, and he loves himself some America. He spent
- 56:25Speaker 8: ten thousand bucks at wild Bill's Western Store in Dallas.
- 56:29Speaker 8: He bought himself cowboy hats, a beaver felt hat, boots,
- 56:32Speaker 8: Western shirts and belt buckles, and probably the weirdest and
- 56:34Speaker 8: coolest American souvenirs ever, a taxidermy raccoon holding a liquor
- 56:38Speaker 8: bottle and two taxidermy squirrels wonder what the sheriff's hat and.
- 56:42Speaker 2: The other one holding a Budweiser. Yeah, I mean that
- 56:44Speaker 2: doesn't say America. I don't know what does? People are
- 56:48Speaker 2: love this dude. Yeah, forty million followers go and less
- 56:51Speaker 2: than a month. He has a personality. He does. He
- 56:53Speaker 2: does man very cool. I'm Jeff g And that's your
- 56:55Speaker 2: so cal sports Jeff. What he show? And we want
- 57:02Speaker 2: to bring Tyler in. Menace went and did something, Yes
- 57:07Speaker 2: they did.
- 57:08Speaker 5: Does Tyler know about this?
- 57:09Speaker 2: I think kind of has because yeah, do a photo
- 57:13Speaker 2: shoot with him?
- 57:14Speaker 3: So a photo shoot.
- 57:18Speaker 2: Yeah, he doesn't know exactly what happened.
- 57:22Speaker 5: But we were talking about Tyler's tattoos. We got a
- 57:27Speaker 5: little bit of a tangent. We didn't realize number one,
- 57:29Speaker 5: how many tattoos and what they were. He's got like
- 57:31Speaker 5: red dead, redemption, a status bar, He's got pizza tattoos,
- 57:36Speaker 5: He's got a Bible.
- 57:37Speaker 3: Verse if there's anything in his life that he remotely
- 57:40Speaker 3: likes tattoos.
- 57:42Speaker 2: Do you have your name on you at all?
- 57:45Speaker 12: No?
- 57:45Speaker 5: I do not, Okay, Well yeah, our friend Tony the
- 57:48Speaker 5: Whipping Boy had his at one point, either his name
- 57:50Speaker 5: or initials, like three or four different times.
- 57:53Speaker 3: Yeah, because you might forget your name.
- 57:56Speaker 5: Yeah, Menace went to a tattoo convention.
- 58:01Speaker 7: I did.
- 58:02Speaker 5: And these are people who love tattoos.
- 58:04Speaker 2: Yeah, And I brought three photos of you know, his
- 58:08Speaker 2: most talked about tattoos, and I just showed them to
- 58:12Speaker 2: the crowd and then people there and try to get
- 58:14Speaker 2: their thoughts.
- 58:15Speaker 5: Yeah, these are tattoo people. Yeah there, These aren't people
- 58:17Speaker 5: who are opposed to tattoos. Who we're gonna you know,
- 58:19Speaker 5: poot put no matter what. Yeah, so I fair shot.
- 58:24Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, So I show them tattoo number one, which
- 58:27Speaker 2: I always think is the most offensive, which is the
- 58:30Speaker 2: the one that it's on his arm that you cannot
- 58:34Speaker 2: read anything that is that's the Bible verse. It's pretty bad. Yeah,
- 58:38Speaker 2: and what does it say, again, a good name is
- 58:40Speaker 2: better than a fine perfume. In the day of death
- 58:42Speaker 2: is better than the day of birth. Yeah, very deep.
- 58:45Speaker 2: So this is a belly button so I asked these
- 58:51Speaker 2: ladies here what they thought about the tattoos. Honestly, it's
- 58:56Speaker 2: it's whack.
- 58:56Speaker 7: It's whack that I cannot even read what he says.
- 59:00Speaker 2: It's ugly, Okay, on a scale one and tent, what
- 59:03Speaker 2: would you give it? I'll give it a two? What
- 59:06Speaker 2: would you give that?
- 59:08Speaker 7: Er, that's hard.
- 59:12Speaker 3: A zero into two averages out to a one.
- 59:14Speaker 2: I'll take it. That's fine. I mean what do you
- 59:17Speaker 2: give what do you give it yourself? If you're gonna
- 59:19Speaker 2: self grade, it's pretty bad, like after you got it
- 59:23Speaker 2: done and.
- 59:24Speaker 3: You when I got it done, I was like twenty two.
- 59:27Speaker 2: So I looked at it though it was yeah, it
- 59:29Speaker 2: was okay.
- 59:30Speaker 5: They're a danger about getting a tattoo so young. It's
- 59:33Speaker 5: a you know, if I would have let my kids
- 59:35Speaker 5: get tattoos, you know, at five years old, my son
- 59:38Speaker 5: would still have like an Elmo tattoo, which he denies
- 59:41Speaker 5: to this day that he ever liked Elmo.
- 59:43Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, no, you did, you loved Elmo. So
- 59:46Speaker 2: those were just some random ladies at the convention. Now
- 59:48Speaker 2: I actually found this guy. His name is Safari and
- 59:51Speaker 2: he's from the TV show Black Ink Orlando. That was
- 59:55Speaker 2: on v H one. So this is what he thought
- 59:57Speaker 2: about the tattoo. All right, your thoughts on this tattoo
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: right here? Holy?
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: What do you give it?
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: On a scale one in ten negative fifty?
- 1:00:09Speaker 4: Bro?
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: It's bad? What are the artist is looking scissors for hands?
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: That scissor hand tattoo has that's bad, bro. I so
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: sorry for them.
- 1:00:20Speaker 3: But we can cover it up though.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: But that's that's that's bad. Scissor answers tattoo artistic. I
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: don't think anyone has ever described it like that, And
- 1:00:32Speaker 2: that just made me so shout to Safari. So all right,
- 1:00:39Speaker 2: now I moved on to this other tattoo. Well, it's
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: like three little tattoos in one. Now it's a penguin,
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: a otter, and a squirrel.
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: Which his what his three favorite animals?
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: That's right? L B versus Yeah right, the BRCE cankles
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: yeahs on his candle. Yeah. Why that location for that?
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: I just figured.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: So, all right, this is the first gentleman. This is
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: what he has to say about this tattoo here?
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: All right, what does it mean exactly?
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: Not to be that guy, but I think it'd be
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: more like something to girl would get yeah.
- 1:01:16Speaker 8: And then as far as placement, unless you weren't shorts
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: all the time, it's kind of pointless.
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: I mean, if you have something, you just kind of
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: gotta show it off overall on Scout one at ten
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: to what do you give it?
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: Probably a two?
- 1:01:29Speaker 8: Swinging a miss, but you know the swing is a swing.
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: Your three favorite and you love these animals to be
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: closer to your heart.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: Maybe I don't you know something like that. That's why
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: he said swinging a miss. But uh, I went back
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: to Safari because Safari, you know, he was fun to
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: talk to. So I asked him about the same tattoo.
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: All right, that's it's a little feminine, damn, buddy bad.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: His wife probably made him get that. You probably have
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: matching tattoos if you think about it. But it's cool.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: It's dope, dope, A little little line tattoo, that's dope.
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: It's not bad.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's not. It's well done. You know,
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: it's not sloppy tattoos, right, I mean yeah, yeah, they're very.
- 1:02:11Speaker 3: It is very feminine. I just wanted it to be
- 1:02:14Speaker 3: very simple in the body placement, very girly.
- 1:02:17Speaker 5: You keep that part of your leg shaved so that
- 1:02:19Speaker 5: really like pop.
- 1:02:21Speaker 7: The lower part of my leg doesn't really get there.
- 1:02:24Speaker 7: You want them to be like free.
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: All right, all right, So we're at a tattoo convention. Menaces.
- 1:02:29Speaker 5: They're talking to folks at the tattoo convention with pictures
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: of dumbass Tyler's tattoos that he told us about here recently.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: And the next one is the The next one is
- 1:02:38Speaker 2: the pizza pizza tattoo. Now, this is the other tattoo
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: that gets most talked about on Tyler's body. And this
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: is that's because you guys got them at the same time.
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: We all, like a group of friends were in Vegas
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: and we're like, let's all get a theme tattoo, and
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: we all got pizza tattoos. And this is what he
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: went with. And it's a pizza pizza. I was holding
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: a game controller. Oh I see, I kind of like
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: the evil face.
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: That's my favorite.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: Yeah, this is what this group had to say about it.
- 1:03:08Speaker 5: I would think that of the ones we've are the
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: Bible Verse and then the Three Little Animals, they're gonna
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: like this one the best because there's some at least
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: some kind of like artistic element to it. It doesn't
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: look like garbage like the like would they get it?
- 1:03:22Speaker 5: That's a completely different question. But like, as tattoos go,
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: there's at least some personality, personality, some artistic meritiiam.
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: I like it.
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: It's very like eighties, seventies, eighties.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: He's pretty best. He's gonna say, yeah, I would raft
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: rock that definitely. That is definitely the goofy type of
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: tattoo you I would rock on a scale of one
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: of ten.
- 1:03:43Speaker 11: Dude, that's a ten eleven.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: That's what I was about, saying eight and a half nine. Okay, yeah,
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: Also look at that.
- 1:03:50Speaker 7: Evil little smile.
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: No, that's like an eleven just for the smile alone.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: All right, cool, Okay, when you showed the beast tat
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: when you show them that tattoo, have they already seen
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: the other ones they have? Well, so we're grading maybe
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: on a curve because they give it like an eleven,
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: you know, like maybe they're like, Okay, well look, hey,
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: I see now we're onto something. I think they're sincere. Yeah, okay,
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: all right, for sure, Now I had to bring this
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: tattoo to somebody else because maybe it's just that group
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: of people that love that style. Sure, sure, So I
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: brought the tatto, the piece of tattoo another person right here.
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: All right, it's right, it's nice.
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: Joe was right Atland. That an exaction.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: It is an xquction. Mo. Okay, Yeah, it's a good tattoo.
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: It's it's funny, it's it's it's well, it's well done. Okay,
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: I'll give it that one out of ten. What do
- 1:04:37Speaker 2: you get it.
- 1:04:37Speaker 3: I'll get this one tonight, all right, I'll take I'll
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: take a nine.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and I like your and you know, I like
- 1:04:45Speaker 2: your approach so far minutes it's burn, burn, brilled.
- 1:04:49Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: Now to go, yeah yeah, yeah, you start right here.
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: Nowhere to go but up now again, I'm gonna put
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: all these tattoos on our Instagram story right now so
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: you can see them for yourself if you're listening at
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: the show on Instagram. Look at our Instagram story now again.
- 1:05:06Speaker 2: The arm tattoo is the most it's bad. It's bad.
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: That will get covered up at some point. I didn't
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: want to leave this segment without at least one more review.
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: This is what they had to say about it right here.
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: You know, there are great cover up jobs out there.
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: To whoever this says, I am so sorry for you.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: Have a better day on a scale one number three
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: for sure.
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: Question.
- 1:05:35Speaker 11: Oh that poor guy, I'm so sorry my friend.
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: Yikes, yes, yeah.
- 1:05:42Speaker 12: Thank you, I'm sorry, buddy.
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: All that one don't get covered up. And that sounds
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: like the group of people who really like your pizza tattoos.
- 1:05:51Speaker 5: Y yeah, I'll take what I can get, all right,
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: nice work covering the tattoo convention, Kyler, cover that Bible tattoo.
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: There are a lot of a lot of people have
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: ideas or places to go, you know, people that know
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: would do a good job that I did.
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: I did see.
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: I love those you know, comment sections where people and
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: if I feel like people have now turned the comment
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: section into sport like where they'll they'll go, please tell me,
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: do you guys take cancelations?
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: You know?
- 1:06:24Speaker 5: Those types of comments are so funny. And there was
- 1:06:27Speaker 5: this one, uh that somebody had where it was the
- 1:06:30Speaker 5: name Bruce and Greg had this at one point, didn't
- 1:06:33Speaker 5: you have somebody's name or something a letter? Yeah, okay,
- 1:06:38Speaker 5: And it was it was for like a person, right
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: that you no longer wanted to and so he wanted
- 1:06:43Speaker 5: to get like a cover up, right. So this person
- 1:06:45Speaker 5: had the name Bruce and they were trying to get
- 1:06:48Speaker 5: it covered up, and they were like the tattoo artists
- 1:06:50Speaker 5: was showing up what they were doing, and they turned
- 1:06:52Speaker 5: it into like a attempted to turn it into a feather. Okay,
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: and you could still see. It's like Homer Simpson coming
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: out of bushes because you can still.
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: See Bruce's feather with a name Bruce on it.
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: Yeah, this is one of the more impressive before and
- 1:07:06Speaker 5: before ViOS I've ever seen. Not all of them can
- 1:07:11Speaker 5: go great, not all the cover ups go Some of
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: them are really good. You can't even see, you can't
- 1:07:15Speaker 5: even tell. Some people are very talented. Other ones you
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: gotta be gotta make sure if you're gonna go get
- 1:07:19Speaker 5: it covered up, you go to the right person.
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: Yeah, and I argue that the pizza tattoo is on
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: his arm. If he just like made that into a
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: sleeve instead of like these weird patches of like all
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: these random video game tattoos, that it would look really cool.
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: Here's an idea based on what it already looks like,
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: that Bible Verse tattoo. If you got somebody really good,
- 1:07:37Speaker 5: they could turn it into like a whole brick of ramen.
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: Oh you know, what I mean. Yeah, right, it's spilling
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: over something.
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: Well, just take red and go over the words so
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: you can see the words. Oh.
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: We have another late comment on the the Penguin one
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: right now on Instagram. It says, gay.
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: More Woody shows that more Woody Show.
- 1:08:02Speaker 12: Is that.
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: The Woodie Show.
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: And into another new hour It is the Woody Show,
- 1:08:11Speaker 5: Woody Great venis Yeah, Gina Grade Sea Bass, Sammy the
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: newest member of the crew, Jeff G. Yeah, is here
- 1:08:22Speaker 5: somebody on social media? It is funny that you were
- 1:08:25Speaker 5: talking about whatever one of the things one of the videos.
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: If you're not following us on social media, you should,
- 1:08:30Speaker 5: but you know we post those studio videos every day.
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: One of the comments of man, I really enjoyed the
- 1:08:35Speaker 5: addition of Jeff G to the lineup. When is Jeff
- 1:08:38Speaker 5: going to be doing one of the ten questions you
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: get to know you segments? And it's so funny that
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: you said it, because we already had it on the books.
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: So we're gonna get to know Jeff G a little
- 1:08:49Speaker 5: bit better. Everybody here on the show has done this.
- 1:08:52Speaker 5: When we did it originally is because we had heard
- 1:08:54Speaker 5: about It's this old thing. It's like from ninety seven
- 1:08:58Speaker 5: or something. These recent as a husband and wife team
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: of psychologists, they got together. They published a paper about
- 1:09:06Speaker 5: these experiments that they did where strangers asked each other
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: sets of questions designed to you know, they could two people,
- 1:09:14Speaker 5: two strangers not knowing anything before, could they just fall
- 1:09:19Speaker 5: in love if they spent the time to answer what
- 1:09:22Speaker 5: they ended up being thirty six personal questions, each intended
- 1:09:26Speaker 5: to become increasingly probing, you know, stimulating closeness, intimacy, and
- 1:09:31Speaker 5: ultimately love. And they tried it with real people and
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: it worked. These two complete strangers just fell in love
- 1:09:37Speaker 5: kind of, you know, bypassing the typical you know, flow
- 1:09:40Speaker 5: of a conversation or you know, over a certain number
- 1:09:42Speaker 5: of dates, like you just sit down, you answer the
- 1:09:45Speaker 5: other person answers, and you go through the entire thing
- 1:09:47Speaker 5: and you spend time to be thoughtful and really really
- 1:09:51Speaker 5: answer the question. Now, we're not going to go through
- 1:09:53Speaker 5: all thirty six. We gave Jeff the same ten questions
- 1:09:57Speaker 5: that each person on this show has had answered the
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: past for the ten question segment. But Jeff, are you
- 1:10:03Speaker 5: ready sure?
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: Why not? All right?
- 1:10:04Speaker 5: So Jeff, g take take some time here. Tell us
- 1:10:10Speaker 5: about your life, give us your life story and as
- 1:10:14Speaker 5: much detail as you can in that, well, it'll give
- 1:10:16Speaker 5: you three minutes.
- 1:10:17Speaker 8: Three minutes, yes, sir, all right, So starting off fifty three,
- 1:10:22Speaker 8: married with a couple kids, two teenagers. One is in college,
- 1:10:26Speaker 8: one is a senior in high school. Parents were together
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: for about three years or so before my dad left
- 1:10:32Speaker 8: my mom for his side piece.
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: Good times. By the way, my mom was nine months
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: pregnant when my dad with my little brother. That sucks,
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: so good times there as well. Raised by a single mom.
- 1:10:44Speaker 8: And my grandma, of course, went through all the typical
- 1:10:47Speaker 8: struggles that a single mom does.
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: I know, Gina, you know, and what do you know?
- 1:10:52Speaker 8: My mom eventually remarried when I was around thirteen or so,
- 1:10:56Speaker 8: and you know how step dad stuff goes. You know,
- 1:10:58Speaker 8: that was always hard in the beginning, and you know,
- 1:11:00Speaker 8: it wasn't wasn't very easy, but he ended up being
- 1:11:02Speaker 8: a really good dude, and we got a really great
- 1:11:03Speaker 8: relationship now, and you know, I'm thankful for that. My
- 1:11:08Speaker 8: dad did come back around, which uh, you know wasn't
- 1:11:11Speaker 8: easy as well. I think I was like in high
- 1:11:13Speaker 8: school when he came back around, and I really wasn't
- 1:11:15Speaker 8: here for it, you know, I was kind of like, yeah, great,
- 1:11:18Speaker 8: now you show up.
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: But it ended up being cool.
- 1:11:22Speaker 8: I tried, he tried, and uh, he ended up passing
- 1:11:26Speaker 8: away though in like nineteen ninety because of stomach cancer.
- 1:11:29Speaker 8: Uh he got from Agent Orange and Vietnam. So we
- 1:11:32Speaker 8: had some time together.
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: So it was cool.
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: We usually save a bunch of questions till the toll
- 1:11:37Speaker 5: the end, but I will ask like, so, like the
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: relationship never quite got there.
- 1:11:40Speaker 7: It was cool.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: A lot of resentment, you know how it goes. Yeah,
- 1:11:43Speaker 2: but but did you ever get to a place where Yeah,
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: I think.
- 1:11:46Speaker 8: After he passed, I got to that place. It took
- 1:11:48Speaker 8: It took me some time and some you know, some
- 1:11:49Speaker 8: therapy and all that good stuff to kind of just forgive,
- 1:11:52Speaker 8: you know. So, but it's all good, you know. I
- 1:11:54Speaker 8: think that everything happens for a reason, and he did
- 1:11:56Speaker 8: his best to come back, and he tried, you know,
- 1:11:59Speaker 8: so I gotta give them credit for that.
- 1:12:02Speaker 2: Let's see what else.
- 1:12:03Speaker 8: Speaking of high school, and around that time, I was
- 1:12:05Speaker 8: just like every other person in the radio. I was
- 1:12:07Speaker 8: the jackass and the class clown, made a lot of
- 1:12:11Speaker 8: questionable choices and friends sold party favors, if you know
- 1:12:15Speaker 8: what I mean.
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: Was in a crew that was gang adjacent.
- 1:12:19Speaker 8: So you know, I got into real trouble, Like I
- 1:12:22Speaker 8: got into trouble, but luckily I was able to hold
- 1:12:25Speaker 8: down a job and and graduate and all that stuff.
- 1:12:27Speaker 8: So I kind of lived like two lives almost, you know,
- 1:12:29Speaker 8: in high school. But it all worked out after high school.
- 1:12:32Speaker 8: I you know, stayed working, you know, full time, promoted
- 1:12:36Speaker 8: clubs in Hollywood, kind of still hung around with some
- 1:12:39Speaker 8: questionable people after high school as well.
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Well you radio, Yeah you're hanging around questionable that seems Yeah,
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: it seems to be the one constant in my Yeah,
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: if you're going to clubs, yeah, definitely. Yeah.
- 1:12:50Speaker 8: Then so I couldn't, you know, kind of stop the hustle,
- 1:12:53Speaker 8: I guess, And I ended up getting busted scamming credit
- 1:12:56Speaker 8: cards when I was like in my very early twenties.
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: Yeah, that was you.
- 1:13:01Speaker 8: And we would basically we'd basically like lift the credit
- 1:13:04Speaker 8: card numbers, and then we had people in a bunch
- 1:13:06Speaker 8: of different stores that we go spend other people's.
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: Money there and either flip them, flip them or keep them,
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: depending on you got.
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: Caught or I got caught.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I got caught.
- 1:13:15Speaker 8: I got caught, and I ended up pleading down to
- 1:13:17Speaker 8: a misdemeanor because no one snitched.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: God bless them for that.
- 1:13:21Speaker 8: And anyways, I ended up cleaning the freeways and prison
- 1:13:23Speaker 8: buses for like a year. I think it was like
- 1:13:26Speaker 8: thirty seven weekends or something like that. So that taught
- 1:13:28Speaker 8: me the only lesson I needed to know. Never got
- 1:13:31Speaker 8: in any trouble after that, totally straighten myself out, which
- 1:13:34Speaker 8: you know, again, everything happens for a reason, right, So
- 1:13:36Speaker 8: never did any dirt after that, and I'm kind of
- 1:13:38Speaker 8: proud of it. Trying to think what else where does
- 1:13:41Speaker 8: that bring me. I did write a couple of things down.
- 1:13:44Speaker 8: Oh so I it was weird like at that time,
- 1:13:47Speaker 8: you know, I was in so much trouble, but at
- 1:13:49Speaker 8: the same time, like my career was starting to go
- 1:13:51Speaker 8: a little bit.
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: So I got into radio.
- 1:13:53Speaker 8: I was working at night and then going to the
- 1:13:55Speaker 8: you know, to the couchrans yards to you know, do
- 1:13:58Speaker 8: the do my freeway work in the warning and then
- 1:14:01Speaker 8: I ended up you know, my first job, I was
- 1:14:03Speaker 8: an intern then kind of you know, did the thing work,
- 1:14:05Speaker 8: worked my way up from overnight a lot of similar
- 1:14:07Speaker 8: nights and all that stuff. Ended up moving to Vegas
- 1:14:10Speaker 8: to do radio for like six months station was sold.
- 1:14:13Speaker 8: Someone here in La heard I was a free agent,
- 1:14:16Speaker 8: so they hired me, which was cool. I was working
- 1:14:19Speaker 8: in Vegas and in LA at the same time, driving
- 1:14:21Speaker 8: back and forth on the weekend and doing all that.
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: That's a commute, Yeah, that's a commute.
- 1:14:25Speaker 13: Yeah.
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: So I mean it was cool.
- 1:14:27Speaker 8: But honestly, I'm very thankful for it, because when you
- 1:14:29Speaker 8: get a great opportunity after you've been f and up,
- 1:14:32Speaker 8: you really appreciate the opportunity. And so I just really
- 1:14:35Speaker 8: dedicated myself to doing the best I could in radio
- 1:14:37Speaker 8: man and I've been really super lucky in that regard.
- 1:14:40Speaker 8: Produce shows for Snoop and Iced Tea and Quick. Also worked,
- 1:14:43Speaker 8: you know, cover the Dodgers and Lakers for a decade,
- 1:14:46Speaker 8: able to work with Nike and Kobe Bryant releasing all
- 1:14:48Speaker 8: his shoes and doing a bunch of events with him.
- 1:14:51Speaker 8: And yeah, it's just I've been really, really lucky. As
- 1:14:54Speaker 8: I mentioned, married for twenty years and a month, i'll
- 1:14:57Speaker 8: be married. Not my first marriage though, really very much
- 1:15:02Speaker 8: like I have a lot of a lot of parallel and.
- 1:15:05Speaker 7: Writing stuff down that I need circles.
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: We got to know each other. It was really interesting.
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: How much parallel from career track to different like things
- 1:15:12Speaker 5: that we did in our come up in the career. Yeah,
- 1:15:15Speaker 5: things that maybe we got into, uh kids and you know,
- 1:15:18Speaker 5: just kind of the same general what he was a
- 1:15:19Speaker 5: bad kid too. I've not like, I mean not stuff
- 1:15:24Speaker 5: like that.
- 1:15:24Speaker 8: But yeah, yeah, but anyway, Yeah, so I mean, you know,
- 1:15:28Speaker 8: I think that you know, that marriage was just one
- 1:15:30Speaker 8: of those ones that I tried to do right by
- 1:15:32Speaker 8: her blah blah blah early.
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: Twenty four, twenty five, you know, kind of that area.
- 1:15:39Speaker 8: Yeah, so no kids from that marriage. She was awesome
- 1:15:44Speaker 8: and it was real cool. Split and she's doing her thing.
- 1:15:46Speaker 8: I'm doing mine. Yeah, And to now I have, like
- 1:15:50Speaker 8: I said, two kids, I got three dogs. And do
- 1:15:54Speaker 8: you want any more fun facts?
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: Oh no.
- 1:15:56Speaker 5: We just wanted to get kind of like a like
- 1:15:57Speaker 5: a general life start. We have then the other questions.
- 1:15:59Speaker 5: There's nine more questions. That's the big kind of like setup,
- 1:16:02Speaker 5: kind of get a general overview, and then we come
- 1:16:04Speaker 5: back with the other questions. They're more like kind of
- 1:16:06Speaker 5: like we do with the guests when they come in,
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: you know, kind of more the rapid fire kind of thing.
- 1:16:11Speaker 5: But if you have a follow up question for Jeff
- 1:16:13Speaker 5: that you'd like to have answered.
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: You can hit us up on the text over to
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: two to ninety seven, and we'll get into some other
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: questions as we get to know Jeff G better. Next
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: to on the Woody Show, You Got the Cocaine. Well,
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: we're getting to know Jeff G asking him questions from
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: that team of researchers, the husband and wife psychologists who
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: did that thing back like the late nineties.
- 1:16:39Speaker 5: If of there's a whole paper on it about.
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: These experiments where they had strangers asking each other's sets
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: of questions that was designed to foster intimacy. And it
- 1:16:48Speaker 2: just looks whether you know, these two strangers could be
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: you know, compatible with each other and they end up
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: falling in love with each other just by answering this
- 1:16:58Speaker 2: specific set of thirty six personal questions, and each intended
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: to become increasingly probing, and you know, and it worked,
- 1:17:05Speaker 2: and it were They write a whole thing about it
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: in New York Times to an article about it.
- 1:17:09Speaker 3: It led to probing.
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it did.
- 1:17:12Speaker 3: It did.
- 1:17:12Speaker 5: Like we're giving him a bunch of different questions here,
- 1:17:15Speaker 5: there are thirty six of them. We didn't we're not
- 1:17:16Speaker 5: getting to all thirty six. But he answered the big
- 1:17:19Speaker 5: one where we said, hey, man, tell tells your life
- 1:17:23Speaker 5: story and as much detail as possible, and we gave
- 1:17:25Speaker 5: him three minutes. We want a little longer than that,
- 1:17:26Speaker 5: but we got to know Jeff a little bit of
- 1:17:28Speaker 5: a little background on jep sor right here we go.
- 1:17:31Speaker 5: You ready for the rest of the questions here?
- 1:17:33Speaker 3: All right?
- 1:17:33Speaker 5: So next one, if you could change anything about the
- 1:17:35Speaker 5: way you were raised.
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: What would it be?
- 1:17:37Speaker 8: Oh, that's so easy and not be such an f up.
- 1:17:39Speaker 8: When I was younger, yeah, I put my mom through
- 1:17:41Speaker 8: a bunch of unnecessary stress, right like, yeah, yeah, And
- 1:17:44Speaker 8: I mean, you know, when you're young, you're trying to
- 1:17:45Speaker 8: figure it out, trying to find yourself and you know,
- 1:17:48Speaker 8: dealing with the no dad, step dad, all that stuff.
- 1:17:50Speaker 8: You're just trying to figure it out, and unfortunately figured
- 1:17:52Speaker 8: it out in all the wrong ways. And I was dumb,
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: So you know, I wouldn't put her through that now
- 1:17:58Speaker 8: being a parent. God bless her for dealing with me.
- 1:18:01Speaker 8: I don't know how I stayed in there so long
- 1:18:03Speaker 8: in their house.
- 1:18:05Speaker 5: And then how did things go with your stepdad?
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: Do you guys have a.
- 1:18:08Speaker 8: Yeah, we're great. Yeah, he's awesome man, and we talk
- 1:18:10Speaker 8: all the time. Everything's really cool. Unfortunately he's getting older now.
- 1:18:13Speaker 8: Yeah he has Alzheimer's and stuff and it sucks. But
- 1:18:16Speaker 8: he's a good dude.
- 1:18:17Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:18:17Speaker 2: I give a lot of credit. It's not easy taking
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: on somebody else's kids.
- 1:18:19Speaker 7: And they're still together.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: Yeah, they're still together.
- 1:18:22Speaker 3: Yeah, all right.
- 1:18:23Speaker 5: I question number three for what in your life do
- 1:18:25Speaker 5: you feel most grateful?
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: Oh? Super easy. My family. My kids.
- 1:18:29Speaker 8: Man, I'm so proud of him. They're awesome. They're good
- 1:18:31Speaker 8: kids that are opposite of me. It's just great.
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: They are very, very good kids. And of course my
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: wife too. Family. That's number one and most thankful and
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: most grateful.
- 1:18:40Speaker 5: For question number four for Jeff G. When did you
- 1:18:44Speaker 5: last cry in front of another person or by yourself?
- 1:18:51Speaker 8: Probably when I dropped my kid off at college and
- 1:18:53Speaker 8: we're flying back because my wife was just a wreck.
- 1:18:57Speaker 8: So I'm trying to console her and then I start crying,
- 1:18:59Speaker 8: and then everyone on the plane is staring at us, like,
- 1:19:01Speaker 8: what the have's going on?
- 1:19:03Speaker 5: Yeah, my wife finally hear about this kind of stuff.
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: But we can't imagine anything other than joy.
- 1:19:07Speaker 2: Oh there's some joy there.
- 1:19:09Speaker 8: But yeah, I mean I'm trying to console her, and
- 1:19:10Speaker 8: you know it is when you know when someone yawns
- 1:19:13Speaker 8: you yahn.
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: Yeah, so that was kind of the things I was
- 1:19:15Speaker 2: crying too. Yeah yeah. Question number five, do you have
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: a secret hunch about how you'll die?
- 1:19:22Speaker 14: Man?
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: Uh not really, I don't really.
- 1:19:26Speaker 8: I've never really thought about it, great things about it
- 1:19:29Speaker 8: all the time. I don't I feel like if I
- 1:19:31Speaker 8: die die, you know, I mean, it is what it is.
- 1:19:33Speaker 8: I've had a great life, very interesting life, so I
- 1:19:35Speaker 8: you know, I have no problem with it. Hopefully it's
- 1:19:37Speaker 8: during sex. That would be kind of awesome.
- 1:19:39Speaker 2: I mean, why not, right, I mean doing something you love.
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: Let's share an embarrassing moment in your life. This is
- 1:19:48Speaker 5: the question I think Gina grad has been the most
- 1:19:50Speaker 5: excited about. Question number six. Share it in an embarrassing
- 1:19:54Speaker 5: moment in your life.
- 1:19:55Speaker 2: And I will not disappoint you Gena with this one.
- 1:19:57Speaker 8: So one time, when I first started radio, I did
- 1:20:00Speaker 8: have a girlfriend at the time, right, and she probably
- 1:20:02Speaker 8: lived I don't forty miles away or so, so we
- 1:20:04Speaker 8: didn't see each other a lot. And she actually had
- 1:20:06Speaker 8: a kid, so she was very deep into what she
- 1:20:09Speaker 8: was doing and I was just starting radio and club
- 1:20:11Speaker 8: gigs and the whole thing and having a great time.
- 1:20:13Speaker 8: And yes, I was cheating because I was a pos
- 1:20:16Speaker 8: you know what I mean. So, and she was really
- 1:20:18Speaker 8: nice at the time because I had an apartment where
- 1:20:20Speaker 8: I lived, and she actually had a bunch of furniture
- 1:20:22Speaker 8: and stuff. So she let me, you know, have her
- 1:20:25Speaker 8: furniture that she wasn't using that was in storage. So
- 1:20:27Speaker 8: she basically, you know, furnished the apartment. And here I
- 1:20:30Speaker 8: am cheating, you know, like an all right on that furniture. Yeah,
- 1:20:34Speaker 8: on that furniture. So one night I was out working
- 1:20:36Speaker 8: at a club, had the side piece with me, figured
- 1:20:39Speaker 8: to bring her home, let's have a good time. And
- 1:20:42Speaker 8: when I got there, I opened the door and all
- 1:20:44Speaker 8: the furniture was gone. Yeah, the furniture was gone. And
- 1:20:49Speaker 8: she left me like the nastiest note about being a cheater.
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: And all that stuff. And so not only not only
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: you know, not only was all my furniture gone, but
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: you know, I didn't get any action that night. It
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: was horrible.
- 1:21:02Speaker 8: The funny part of it about that, though, is that
- 1:21:04Speaker 8: side Piece and I we we kind of went out
- 1:21:07Speaker 8: a little bit after that, so, you know, we remain
- 1:21:09Speaker 8: cool and we still kind of like keeping light contact.
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: And we still laugh about that moment like all the time.
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: She's I can't believe we walked in and there was
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: nothing in there. I mean, bro, the fridge, the couch,
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: like everything. Yeah, God, the fridge. Well, I mean, you know,
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't she must have swooped in.
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: I mean, did she have opts? Like how does she
- 1:21:30Speaker 2: find out he's at the club. I'm sure this is
- 1:21:33Speaker 2: pre Yeah, I don't know. She must have been stalking
- 1:21:35Speaker 2: it for a while and doing some research. Yeah, damn, damn,
- 1:21:39Speaker 2: that's a great story. Yeah.
- 1:21:41Speaker 8: I deserved it again after that, by the way, you know,
- 1:21:44Speaker 8: for the record, Question number seven, getting to know Jeff
- 1:21:47Speaker 8: g What if anything is too serious to be joked about?
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: Uh, only I can make fun of my kids. You can't.
- 1:21:55Speaker 8: I tease them as much as I can. I give
- 1:21:57Speaker 8: them a hard time about stuff. But yeah, they're not
- 1:21:59Speaker 8: your kids, so I'm make.
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: Fun of them. Yeah, like make fun of them? How
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: Like what do you mean? I don't know, Just like
- 1:22:03Speaker 2: I don't judge them or you know whatever, bighead, I
- 1:22:06Speaker 2: don't know, you.
- 1:22:08Speaker 8: Know what I mean?
- 1:22:09Speaker 2: Like, only I can make fun of them. My kids
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: are off limits.
- 1:22:11Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: Yeah, that's why I don't put them in post them
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: in anything. You know, it's like, yeah, your business.
- 1:22:16Speaker 5: Said that, you know, like we signed up for this job.
- 1:22:19Speaker 5: You know, we signed up to be you know, out
- 1:22:22Speaker 5: there and commented on our business and thing and things
- 1:22:26Speaker 5: like that. They didn't necessarily sign up for that. Now
- 1:22:28Speaker 5: you can tell a story from the you know, perspective
- 1:22:31Speaker 5: of a parent.
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: Yes, correct, And I share that stuff all the time
- 1:22:34Speaker 2: because that's stuff that you know, people like the there
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: there's comfort, comfort in knowing that you know other people
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: go through the same kind of stuff as parents shared experience. Yeah,
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: like an idiot. Yeah, like I said, I could call
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: them that all day, but yeah, yeah, all right.
- 1:22:49Speaker 5: Question number eight, Your house containing everything you own catches
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: fire after saving your loved ones, pat's all that kind
- 1:22:57Speaker 5: of stuff. Okay, you have time to safely make one
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: final dash to save any one item.
- 1:23:04Speaker 2: What would it be and why they.
- 1:23:07Speaker 8: Would be pictures? Pictures of my grandmother and my sister. Now,
- 1:23:12Speaker 8: my sister passed away when she was six months old,
- 1:23:14Speaker 8: and my grandma died during COVID and as I mentioned,
- 1:23:16Speaker 8: she raised me. I didn't even get to go to
- 1:23:18Speaker 8: her funeral, which completely sucked. But I have a printed
- 1:23:22Speaker 8: picture of me and my grandma that I love, love,
- 1:23:24Speaker 8: love with me and my kids. And then I have
- 1:23:27Speaker 8: a picture of my sister when she was just a baby,
- 1:23:29Speaker 8: and they're kind of like onfrenda, which is like, you know,
- 1:23:32Speaker 8: the offering, like you put that.
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: You've all seen Coco.
- 1:23:35Speaker 8: So yeah, it's so it's there with some other stuff
- 1:23:38Speaker 8: from my dad and a bunch of other things. So
- 1:23:39Speaker 8: that would be the first thing I grab those two
- 1:23:41Speaker 8: pictures because I don't have digital copies of them. How
- 1:23:43Speaker 8: old were I wasn't even born yet. Actually, yeah, she
- 1:23:47Speaker 8: she was older than me. So but I've heard, you know,
- 1:23:50Speaker 8: a ton of stuff from my mom and to me,
- 1:23:52Speaker 8: she's like my guardian angel. Yeah, for sure, she watches over.
- 1:23:55Speaker 2: You should get those digitized. Considering that's the answer to
- 1:24:01Speaker 2: that question. Yeah, else then you could do that, like today,
- 1:24:05Speaker 2: maybe Tyler will get a tattoo of them.
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: I question number nine for Jeff j as we get
- 1:24:13Speaker 5: to know them. If a crystal ball could tell you
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: the truth about yourself, your life, the future, anything else,
- 1:24:20Speaker 5: what would you want to know?
- 1:24:22Speaker 8: I want to know where I'm going to retire, like
- 1:24:25Speaker 8: where specifically, right? I don't think it'll be here in
- 1:24:27Speaker 8: the US, like my wife and I have talked about it.
- 1:24:29Speaker 8: But so I wonder where I'd end up after this
- 1:24:32Speaker 8: is all done.
- 1:24:32Speaker 2: But just the top of your mind, you said, you know,
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: not in the United States. So where Portugal, Italy, somewhere
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: like that, maybe South America. I don't know, like I don't.
- 1:24:42Speaker 8: We don't have like a set place. All we know
- 1:24:44Speaker 8: is like I think we want to just do something different.
- 1:24:47Speaker 8: And I won't go on house Hunters, well, house Hunters
- 1:24:51Speaker 8: International both it's the worst one.
- 1:24:54Speaker 6: It is.
- 1:24:56Speaker 3: Yeah, well they buy stuff, but it's just not to
- 1:24:59Speaker 3: our standards.
- 1:25:00Speaker 5: No, no, no, no, all right, Question number ten ten
- 1:25:04Speaker 5: questions with Jef g. If you kid have anyone in
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: the world as a dinner guest, who would it be?
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: I would pick Adam Sandler.
- 1:25:13Speaker 8: And I know you could say everybody out of everybody, yeah,
- 1:25:15Speaker 8: why not someone that could teach you how to be rich,
- 1:25:17Speaker 8: like Warren Buffett or whatever. But Adam Sandler in my
- 1:25:20Speaker 8: house household is the goat because I mean, I think
- 1:25:24Speaker 8: of all of our movie nights and all the things
- 1:25:25Speaker 8: I did with my kids and you know whatever, and
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: we're always watching Adam Sandler and all the movies that
- 1:25:30Speaker 8: he did, and it's just the laughs and the sense
- 1:25:32Speaker 8: of humor. And the great part is I wouldn't have
- 1:25:34Speaker 8: to get dressed up for dinner because he and we
- 1:25:37Speaker 8: could talk sports, which is awesome. And he just seems
- 1:25:39Speaker 8: like a really good dude man. And if you you know, again,
- 1:25:42Speaker 8: I would like to have all the advice on how
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: to get rich, but I'd like to laugh more and
- 1:25:46Speaker 8: you know, and just thank him for all the great
- 1:25:49Speaker 8: memories that he provided for our Family's cool.
- 1:25:51Speaker 7: I know it's funny, but what's your favorite Adam Sandler?
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: So many I think just go with it.
- 1:25:56Speaker 2: We like the best because, yeah, it's just funny.
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: We're were Billy Madison people.
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: That's a great movie.
- 1:26:03Speaker 5: Follow up question. Uh, you talked about some of the
- 1:26:05Speaker 5: stuff you got into when you were a kid, like,
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: you know, get in trouble stuff. What was the worst
- 1:26:09Speaker 5: trouble you've ever been in?
- 1:26:10Speaker 6: Well?
- 1:26:10Speaker 2: That was it? That was was that just the bottom?
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: Was that like the rock bottom moment? Or is that
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: just like the final straw? That was the worst trouble. Yeah,
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: that was the worst trouble. Having your mom drop you
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: off at you know, at jail sucks. You know what
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: I mean, Like, so, how to turn myself in? Okay?
- 1:26:29Speaker 8: So yeah, so you know so she and she said,
- 1:26:32Speaker 8: figure it out, figure out how to get them on
- 1:26:34Speaker 8: your own.
- 1:26:35Speaker 2: Yeah, so was the cops because so I had to
- 1:26:38Speaker 2: turn myself in once for like this assault charge I
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: was getting and then they read me. Yeah, I remember
- 1:26:44Speaker 2: when I I got in that fight guy's nose. So
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: the cops were coming to my house looking for me,
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: and my mom told me so then I had to
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: go turn myself in and then they read me my
- 1:26:55Speaker 2: rights and did all that stuff process. But were they
- 1:26:59Speaker 2: looking for you? Like, how do you know to turn
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: yourself someone that? Yeah, someone that said like, yeah, I don't.
- 1:27:02Speaker 2: I don't remember who it was.
- 1:27:03Speaker 8: To be honest with you, I tried to block out
- 1:27:05Speaker 8: of stuff was possible, but yeah someone Yeah, someone kind
- 1:27:08Speaker 8: of said, hey, you know, were either going to come
- 1:27:10Speaker 8: pick you up or you could turn yourself in.
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: It was probably the sheriffs at that point.
- 1:27:13Speaker 7: So yeah, did you have to turn your head and cough?
- 1:27:16Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: I did the fit A little bit of that, Yeah,
- 1:27:18Speaker 2: a little bit of that. Yeah. You see stuff on
- 1:27:21Speaker 2: TV and you're like, is that real? Yeah? Did they
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: really do stuff like that wasn't fun. Yeah, at least
- 1:27:26Speaker 2: I lucked out because my friends videotaped it and they
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: showed that the guy hit me first. So oh, good
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: for you.
- 1:27:30Speaker 3: I got out of it.
- 1:27:32Speaker 5: So you said you had a bunch of different jobs
- 1:27:34Speaker 5: and things, but like, say radio hadn't worked out for you,
- 1:27:38Speaker 5: what do you think you would have ended up doing.
- 1:27:40Speaker 8: I always wanted to be a teacher for some teacher,
- 1:27:43Speaker 8: I don't know, like I liked I like history. I
- 1:27:46Speaker 8: like history and stuff like that. I could probably be
- 1:27:48Speaker 8: a decent pe coach. Yeah, if they take overweight ones.
- 1:27:51Speaker 8: But yeah, probably a teacher. I actually did like some
- 1:27:56Speaker 8: stuff in college. Took some precursor courses for that.
- 1:27:59Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:28:00Speaker 5: Yeah, alver Sea Best Sets is really easy.
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's why I heard.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:28:06Speaker 2: Yeah, really any other follow up questions for Jeff? Jeff, Like,
- 1:28:11Speaker 2: I know you had a relationship, a loose relationship with
- 1:28:15Speaker 2: Kobe Bryant, and like did that start like right when
- 1:28:18Speaker 2: he moved to Los Angeles? Like how did that even happen?
- 1:28:21Speaker 8: No, it happened through a great friend of mine, jac
- 1:28:24Speaker 8: who works for or worked for Nike, and we kind
- 1:28:28Speaker 8: of became friends and he would do like his shoe drop,
- 1:28:31Speaker 8: So the Kobe five or six or whatever shoes would drop.
- 1:28:35Speaker 2: And they would do like a debut and someone would
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: hoist it. And that ended up being me for quite
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: a few which is pretty awesome.
- 1:28:41Speaker 8: And then I did some of his other events, like
- 1:28:42Speaker 8: his thirty thousand points celebration at Venice Beach and just
- 1:28:45Speaker 8: like the nicest human being ever. And his family was
- 1:28:48Speaker 8: just the nicest human beings ever. And we you know,
- 1:28:51Speaker 8: once when I was covering the team, she introduced me
- 1:28:53Speaker 8: to him and we would, you know, have conversations. We
- 1:28:55Speaker 8: talk about everything but basketball, right, We talk about kids
- 1:28:58Speaker 8: and you know, in soccer and everything else. And that's
- 1:29:01Speaker 8: kind of how we bonded in you know, we built
- 1:29:03Speaker 8: a little trust there and had a good working relationship.
- 1:29:05Speaker 8: But he was he was great man, just a great
- 1:29:07Speaker 8: dude of pro sent flowers and my wife had my
- 1:29:10Speaker 8: first baby, like you know, just a good dude man,
- 1:29:13Speaker 8: just a really good dude.
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: I miss him a lot.
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: That was tough.
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: This has nothing to do with Kobe, but just a
- 1:29:18Speaker 3: behind behind the scenes follow up question. You seem like
- 1:29:22Speaker 3: a total manly man. So when and why and how
- 1:29:27Speaker 3: did your nuclear obsession with hand sanitizer starting it's as
- 1:29:32Speaker 3: you do it everything the microphone. And I didn't want
- 1:29:37Speaker 3: to know this for a while.
- 1:29:38Speaker 2: Okay, I haven't noticed that yet. Oh yeah, it's really bad.
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: It seems like something you would not have about.
- 1:29:44Speaker 8: I have OCD for sure, Like that's a guarantee self,
- 1:29:47Speaker 8: you know, diagnosed of course.
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: Web.
- 1:29:50Speaker 8: But what happened was is my mom, uh probably about
- 1:29:54Speaker 8: fourteen years ago, had a kidney transplant, so her kidneys
- 1:29:59Speaker 8: went out, and when she started to go through all
- 1:30:02Speaker 8: that stuff, she started doing that. And then every time
- 1:30:06Speaker 8: I would go visit her, she'd be like, make sure
- 1:30:08Speaker 8: you do that, Make sure you do that, make sure.
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: You do that. So I kind of got you know,
- 1:30:11Speaker 2: how doctors do it?
- 1:30:12Speaker 8: Probably like yeah, if you've watched in a pit or whatever,
- 1:30:16Speaker 8: so I've kind of you know, when that happened.
- 1:30:19Speaker 2: I just kept doing it and doing it and doing it,
- 1:30:21Speaker 2: doing it and doing it, and I just yeah.
- 1:30:23Speaker 3: Hands aren't bleeding, I know, so drunk actually soft creak
- 1:30:26Speaker 3: you can hold them in.
- 1:30:28Speaker 7: What what was your favorite party favorite to partake in?
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: I never really did.
- 1:30:32Speaker 7: Oh you didn't get hired?
- 1:30:35Speaker 2: No?
- 1:30:35Speaker 8: No, no, no, I no, definitely. I only spoke weed
- 1:30:38Speaker 8: and drank, and I really do hardly either of those now.
- 1:30:40Speaker 7: And do your kids know about your past?
- 1:30:42Speaker 8: Some of them, some of it they didn't know. They
- 1:30:45Speaker 8: didn't know I had another wife, so they don't now.
- 1:30:48Speaker 8: I never reason this day they really, I just never
- 1:30:53Speaker 8: really had a reason to tell them.
- 1:30:54Speaker 9: I do have a question though, what we talked about
- 1:30:57Speaker 9: you having a previous wife, When and how did you
- 1:30:59Speaker 9: meet your current My.
- 1:31:01Speaker 8: Brother had a party of like his thirtieth birthday or something,
- 1:31:05Speaker 8: I remember, and she went with She went with her
- 1:31:08Speaker 8: friend who happened to work with my brother, and that's
- 1:31:11Speaker 8: how we met.
- 1:31:12Speaker 2: Yeah, she had no idea what I did. She had
- 1:31:14Speaker 2: she could care less.
- 1:31:15Speaker 14: You know.
- 1:31:15Speaker 2: We just kind of vibed and everything was cool.
- 1:31:17Speaker 7: I have to ask, because of your previous story, were
- 1:31:19Speaker 7: you married at the time.
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: No, Yeah, I learned my lessons and she knows about
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: the the other chick with like the apartment, the like
- 1:31:29Speaker 2: things getting cleared out. As far you said, you still
- 1:31:32Speaker 2: keep in touch with her from time to time.
- 1:31:33Speaker 8: Yeah, but light stuff like I think we follow each
- 1:31:35Speaker 8: other on Instagram and she's just like he, I hope
- 1:31:37Speaker 8: you're doing well whatever, blah blah blah.
- 1:31:39Speaker 2: Congrats, you know, like and stuff like that. But yeah,
- 1:31:41Speaker 2: my wife would cut that out.
- 1:31:42Speaker 7: Yeah, I was going to ask you how your wife
- 1:31:44Speaker 7: feels about that.
- 1:31:45Speaker 2: I don't know. She's very secure, Like she doesn't really,
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: I mean, I don't know she knows a lover.
- 1:31:50Speaker 13: Man.
- 1:31:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not doing it anymore. I'm washed now, you know,
- 1:31:54Speaker 2: like I'm super washed. Like I'm not going anywhere. Man,
- 1:31:58Speaker 2: you can find me. I'm at worker at home.
- 1:32:00Speaker 5: I'm looking at the list of the full thirty six
- 1:32:02Speaker 5: questions and things. One that sticks out that I think
- 1:32:04Speaker 5: this sounds like something Greg would do. I don't know
- 1:32:07Speaker 5: if we've asked this question to any of the ten
- 1:32:09Speaker 5: questions people. But before making a telephone call, do you
- 1:32:14Speaker 5: ever rehearse what you're going to say and why?
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: I bet you Greg does.
- 1:32:19Speaker 3: Yeah, if I have to make the call, I will
- 1:32:22Speaker 3: avoid ordering dinner if it requires a phone call. I'll
- 1:32:26Speaker 3: do anything.
- 1:32:27Speaker 2: Before making a telephone call. Do you rehearse what you
- 1:32:30Speaker 2: are going to say and why? Sometimes? Yeah?
- 1:32:32Speaker 8: Sometimes I because sometimes when I get nervous, I'll just
- 1:32:35Speaker 8: talk a lot or whatever. So like I just try
- 1:32:37Speaker 8: to get my word straight, you know, let's try to
- 1:32:39Speaker 8: get my word straight.
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: All right, Well, there is Jeff G. Yeah, I'm surprised
- 1:32:45Speaker 2: questions the Woody Show. All right, welcome back.
- 1:32:53Speaker 5: I have some audio that the one Sea Bass to hear,
- 1:32:57Speaker 5: but I'd like to Sea Bats first. He's like, where's Waldo?
- 1:33:04Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: Do you find him? All right?
- 1:33:07Speaker 3: Coming in nice?
- 1:33:08Speaker 2: I wanted you to, well, first, what would you think
- 1:33:12Speaker 2: like if if Jeff G became a teacher? Do you
- 1:33:14Speaker 2: think he'd be a good teacher?
- 1:33:16Speaker 3: Sea Bass?
- 1:33:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I think he's got a jack together.
- 1:33:18Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, okay, I didn't know that was a requirement.
- 1:33:22Speaker 2: I will not be insane, right right, you're not be insane,
- 1:33:25Speaker 2: not be lazy. I think he's got the right attitude.
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: And as our good friend Nor McDonald has always said,
- 1:33:31Speaker 2: to teach third graders.
- 1:33:34Speaker 5: Have a more great education.
- 1:33:36Speaker 2: Cool, I qualify, So yeah, even easier. Easier would be
- 1:33:39Speaker 2: like if you, like I said, it could be like
- 1:33:41Speaker 2: a gym teacher or something like yeah, yeah, athletics. I'd
- 1:33:44Speaker 2: be sad because you know, Sea Bess wouldn't respect me though.
- 1:33:46Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:33:46Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's that's an oversimplification.
- 1:33:51Speaker 5: Any phone or an Android, oh, iPhone of course iPhone.
- 1:33:54Speaker 5: All right, Well, that's another point of contention with Sea Bass.
- 1:33:57Speaker 5: He is very much in the Android amp. There's the
- 1:34:01Speaker 5: there's the Android iPhone thing. There's always battles. Yeah, you know,
- 1:34:05Speaker 5: people they they decide, you know what the what they
- 1:34:08Speaker 5: want to rep and it's not in pointant what.
- 1:34:11Speaker 2: Not a point of contention. I just pointed out for
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: years that iPhones were more expensive and excluded you intentionally
- 1:34:19Speaker 2: thinking about charging cables and all that kind of stuff.
- 1:34:22Speaker 2: You buy stuff on your end the iTunes store, it
- 1:34:24Speaker 2: costs more than you buy that subscription, let's say, for
- 1:34:26Speaker 2: you're getting like a YouTube member share for something. They're
- 1:34:29Speaker 2: up charging and excluding and overcharging you in all different ways.
- 1:34:32Speaker 2: The whole texting thing that wasn't you know menace would
- 1:34:35Speaker 2: argue for years when see Beest sends me photos, they're
- 1:34:37Speaker 2: all guarbable, not because androids take bad photos, but because
- 1:34:41Speaker 2: iTunes iPhones were intentionally throttling the data transmission.
- 1:34:45Speaker 7: I did not know that. That's interesting.
- 1:34:47Speaker 2: I will disagree on the photo thing because by the
- 1:34:50Speaker 2: time it gets on social it looks terrible. The specs
- 1:34:53Speaker 2: on and the processing is all there, like right on
- 1:34:58Speaker 2: your own phone.
- 1:34:58Speaker 5: So what you're saying, men it's like and you have
- 1:35:00Speaker 5: an Android to get picture you post on Instagram that
- 1:35:03Speaker 5: photo is not going to look as good on Instagram
- 1:35:05Speaker 5: as it did, as it would if it was taken
- 1:35:07Speaker 5: with an iPhone.
- 1:35:08Speaker 2: Yes, back and forth or whatever, but it just won't
- 1:35:12Speaker 2: right regardless. My point was always that i've i've iPhones
- 1:35:15Speaker 2: were again intentionally more expensive and intentionally exclusionary. I agree,
- 1:35:19Speaker 2: I mean, nobody can, but they're worth it. Well yeah,
- 1:35:23Speaker 2: and a but it's not like androids are impossible.
- 1:35:26Speaker 14: It's like I'm not have to items every single event
- 1:35:29Speaker 14: we go to and people want to take photos, like
- 1:35:33Speaker 14: even sometimes they can't figure out.
- 1:35:36Speaker 2: How to take a photo.
- 1:35:37Speaker 5: It's one bud regardless, they ask you, good, you have
- 1:35:40Speaker 5: some kind of like do you do you have a
- 1:35:42Speaker 5: profile of people who have iPhones?
- 1:35:44Speaker 2: I mean, it's it's so ubiquitous these days, not not anymore,
- 1:35:48Speaker 2: but it is, you know, it is the easier, simpler, Uh,
- 1:35:52Speaker 2: person say something about it. Yeah, as a person there,
- 1:35:54Speaker 2: it doesn't really say anything these days because it's just
- 1:35:56Speaker 2: so easy to get. I mean it's you know, because I.
- 1:35:59Speaker 5: Wanted to bring up to Maudio that we found where
- 1:36:02Speaker 5: this is a landlord and he owns a number of
- 1:36:06Speaker 5: properties and he won't rent, like straight up will not
- 1:36:09Speaker 5: rent to Android users. Why can you do that, Igal, No,
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: it's not you actually can because like whether you have
- 1:36:17Speaker 5: an Android or an iPhone is not.
- 1:36:18Speaker 7: A protected You're not a protected class.
- 1:36:21Speaker 5: Yeah, which she explains here is as of October of
- 1:36:25Speaker 5: last year, we have not placed any Android using tenants
- 1:36:28Speaker 5: in any of my portfolios across four different states, seven hundred.
- 1:36:30Speaker 13: And fifteen properties. They are disproportionately evicted. They get incarcerated
- 1:36:34Speaker 13: at a much higher rate. Combined with the fact that
- 1:36:36Speaker 13: they un alive or get on alive at a much
- 1:36:39Speaker 13: higher rate than iPhone users.
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: These are just statistics.
- 1:36:41Speaker 13: This is empirical data that I have in my portfolio
- 1:36:44Speaker 13: that me and my property managers review on a quarterly basis.
- 1:36:46Speaker 13: I don't care if you've got a Google Samsung as
- 1:36:49Speaker 13: twenty four as two thousand.
- 1:36:50Speaker 2: With v Tech, it doesn't matter if it was fifteen
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: hundred dollars.
- 1:36:52Speaker 13: The vast majority of Android users, they have these twenty
- 1:36:55Speaker 13: four dollars box flip phones with Boost Mobile that they
- 1:36:57Speaker 13: can't even keep on month to month. They make for
- 1:36:59Speaker 13: two parable tenants. They get evicted at a much higher rate.
- 1:37:02Speaker 13: So we only put iPhone users in my portfolio. Fortunately,
- 1:37:05Speaker 13: the vice text is not a protected class in the
- 1:37:07Speaker 13: United States, so federally.
- 1:37:08Speaker 2: You're not protected.
- 1:37:09Speaker 13: So I can discriminate you between Android iPhone, doesn't matter
- 1:37:12Speaker 13: what it is. If you don't have iPhone, you're not
- 1:37:14Speaker 13: in my portfolio.
- 1:37:15Speaker 2: Super simple.
- 1:37:16Speaker 7: Oh so does he just check it out by like
- 1:37:18Speaker 7: texting them and if it comes back green.
- 1:37:22Speaker 2: Comes in the Yeah, right, I went through as a
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: text message. That's the mess crazy And he's lying because
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: if you have like a like a twenty six Ultra,
- 1:37:32Speaker 2: you have a very expensive phone.
- 1:37:33Speaker 7: But he doesn't care.
- 1:37:34Speaker 5: He said he knows that.
- 1:37:35Speaker 2: Yeaheah, but he's those are not the people getting arrested,
- 1:37:38Speaker 2: et cetera, et cetera. But he's he's correct in that
- 1:37:40Speaker 2: any kind of disposable flip phone, et cetera isn't going
- 1:37:43Speaker 2: to be Well, you can buy iPhone, you could buy
- 1:37:45Speaker 2: go phone that are iPhones like the iPhone thirteen. I
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: think I saw it either at Walmart or Target or whatever. Yeah,
- 1:37:52Speaker 2: it was with all the other like prepaid phone you
- 1:37:55Speaker 2: know the option. Yeah there's an iPhone. Well yeah, but
- 1:37:57Speaker 2: it's not it's not the goat, it's not the standard.
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: You got your way to do that. Yeah, I'm saying,
- 1:38:01Speaker 2: but it's with all those other prepaid you know it's
- 1:38:04Speaker 2: phone options, it's definitely not the top selling right exactly. Yeah,
- 1:38:08Speaker 2: so he's not wrong that that is the the operating
- 1:38:12Speaker 2: system of your you know, track phone, crack phone. And
- 1:38:16Speaker 2: I share a phone, and I shared this story one
- 1:38:19Speaker 2: hundred times. When I was sitting with some app developers
- 1:38:21Speaker 2: who were developing a dating app and I go, hey,
- 1:38:26Speaker 2: so are you going to release the Android version? They're like,
- 1:38:28Speaker 2: we'll get to it. But ugly people have androids. Wow,
- 1:38:34Speaker 2: that's not wrong either, And that's basis. If you're a
- 1:38:38Speaker 2: hot twenty two year old girl, you're not going to
- 1:38:41Speaker 2: buy an Android. You're you're just going to get an
- 1:38:43Speaker 2: iPhone because it's the easy thing to do and all
- 1:38:45Speaker 2: your friends have it. That's not wrong.
- 1:38:47Speaker 5: Yeah, I just tell why people get so personally invested
- 1:38:49Speaker 5: in what other people have. Like, if you like the
- 1:38:52Speaker 5: Android and you like the iPhone, well then who cares
- 1:38:55Speaker 5: if you like Xbox and you like PlayStation. I mean
- 1:38:57Speaker 5: even like in this business when it comes to audio
- 1:39:01Speaker 5: editing software, people are so territorial. Oh I'm a pro
- 1:39:04Speaker 5: Tools guy. Oh, I'm a I'm an Adobe guy. I'm
- 1:39:07Speaker 5: a whatever there's a thousand different programs, and they'll they'll
- 1:39:10Speaker 5: sit there and like think less of you. Yeah, it's
- 1:39:13Speaker 5: like it's taken so personally, dude, who cares.
- 1:39:16Speaker 7: Well, I'm telling you that I'm a hero because I'm
- 1:39:19Speaker 7: married Andy knowing he had an Android.
- 1:39:20Speaker 2: Yeah, and and everybody's perfect look and that's that's largely
- 1:39:25Speaker 2: gone over the past year or two. You know, they've
- 1:39:27Speaker 2: Apple has been forced to essentially unlock their messaging thing now. Yeah,
- 1:39:31Speaker 2: videos and photos and stuff like that. They're not throttling
- 1:39:33Speaker 2: them anymore. Cool and and Apple moved to the USBC
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: adapt Adapts finally because that was also another challenge, right well,
- 1:39:40Speaker 2: yeah exactly because you had to hit that sucked, Yeah exactly.
- 1:39:43Speaker 2: They were intentionally locking you out, over charging you. So
- 1:39:47Speaker 2: that's people like myself are just saying, hey, we want freedom.
- 1:39:50Speaker 2: If you don't like freedom, that's text us over to
- 1:39:55Speaker 2: two to nine eighty seven more. What he shows next,
- 1:39:59Speaker 2: it's a bit I tell the security, I call the
- 1:40:02Speaker 2: cops excuse me.
- 1:40:06Speaker 3: This show.
- 1:40:09Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like I mentioned, uh, when you want to
- 1:40:12Speaker 2: let us know about something. Even after the show, that
- 1:40:15Speaker 2: same number works eight seven seven four Woodie, like.
- 1:40:18Speaker 5: You leave us like an alfter hour's voicemail. You can
- 1:40:21Speaker 5: send us a text with whatever you got over to
- 1:40:24Speaker 5: two to nine eight seven. Dude, people send us a
- 1:40:27Speaker 5: little bit of everything.
- 1:40:27Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah.
- 1:40:29Speaker 5: We get love, we get we get hate, we get
- 1:40:31Speaker 5: the criticism, we get help, we get random ass thoughts.
- 1:40:36Speaker 5: So it says Better Goods has a cookie dough in
- 1:40:39Speaker 5: the refrigerated section, Great jelly stuffed peanut butter cookies, chocolate
- 1:40:44Speaker 5: fudge stuffed chocolate chip cookies, et cetera. Yeah, thank you
- 1:40:47Speaker 5: seven oh two texting over see that's super helpful.
- 1:40:50Speaker 2: So they saw it, but they didn't send it.
- 1:40:54Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, see something send.
- 1:40:59Speaker 2: I will buy it at some points. And how lucky
- 1:41:01Speaker 2: you like? You break out that illegal pizza oven. Then
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: we got we've got that. We also got an illegal
- 1:41:05Speaker 2: illegal office air for now.
- 1:41:07Speaker 3: That's right. Good for cookie.
- 1:41:09Speaker 2: There's a in the frozen food section of the grocery.
- 1:41:11Speaker 2: There's a cheese It pizza. I thought cheese it.
- 1:41:17Speaker 3: Chemical aids.
- 1:41:18Speaker 2: No, it's so good. I'm just reading like random random
- 1:41:21Speaker 2: textas just most recently came through. Uh this one, okay,
- 1:41:25Speaker 2: here we go.
- 1:41:25Speaker 5: Another one says uh after the right after the cookie
- 1:41:28Speaker 5: dough Better Goods thing this one, says Gina. Yeah, I
- 1:41:31Speaker 5: texted Woody about ten years ago. My god, we get it,
- 1:41:34Speaker 5: Kathy Lee, you have kids, because Kathley was always talking
- 1:41:36Speaker 5: about our kids. I love you, but I was hoping
- 1:41:39Speaker 5: when you got a dog, we'd hear more about that
- 1:41:43Speaker 5: tamp camp than about the kid.
- 1:41:46Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:41:47Speaker 5: So you know, people always said to know their preferences
- 1:41:49Speaker 5: of what they want to hear more or less. We
- 1:41:50Speaker 5: all look, we all we all get that, uh, that same.
- 1:41:54Speaker 7: Kind of fee to be fair when I refer to
- 1:41:56Speaker 7: the kid, now it's the dog.
- 1:41:58Speaker 2: Oh is that right?
- 1:41:58Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:41:59Speaker 7: They just didn't realize that.
- 1:42:00Speaker 2: Oh I didn't know that. Is that?
- 1:42:01Speaker 3: Is that true?
- 1:42:01Speaker 2: Should be? Okay?
- 1:42:03Speaker 3: All see is playing soccer.
- 1:42:05Speaker 5: It's that's been a weak spot for me recently. Sometimes
- 1:42:09Speaker 5: I don't know. Like we have one friend, you know,
- 1:42:11Speaker 5: our friend Eileen. Her husband is one of those guys
- 1:42:15Speaker 5: who will say something you're not sure if he's serious
- 1:42:18Speaker 5: or if he's a kidding. It's kind of like your
- 1:42:20Speaker 5: husband's like Andy's that way too, Like I can't tell
- 1:42:23Speaker 5: sometimes if Andy is being serious, like you serious Clark,
- 1:42:29Speaker 5: he is like that. Yeah, Ernest, Uh, he sent over
- 1:42:32Speaker 5: a message whenever what he starts talking about playing related stuff.
- 1:42:35Speaker 2: I zone out. Can we stop that please? So, like, yeah,
- 1:42:37Speaker 2: we're making notes. He's been pretty good about that.
- 1:42:39Speaker 6: I have been.
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: I haven't.
- 1:42:40Speaker 3: I think we haven't talked about that.
- 1:42:42Speaker 5: I've left so much stuff out of the mix like that.
- 1:42:44Speaker 5: I was like, oh, even like I didn't participate in
- 1:42:46Speaker 5: cheers and jeers because like I had my the only
- 1:42:49Speaker 5: thing I really had to share was something plain related.
- 1:42:52Speaker 2: I would have I would have clocked that, as they say,
- 1:42:54Speaker 2: if he were doing it. But I think he's he's
- 1:42:56Speaker 2: been quite good. You haven't been extra about it.
- 1:42:58Speaker 3: I feel like there's too little to be honest.
- 1:43:00Speaker 5: Well, I know a lot of people don't care to
- 1:43:02Speaker 5: hear about it. But look, we're we're paid to talk
- 1:43:05Speaker 5: about share our life, and this is our life. You know,
- 1:43:08Speaker 5: like you got this new dog. That's a big thing
- 1:43:10Speaker 5: we talked about. You know what's been going on with
- 1:43:12Speaker 5: Morgan MENACE's dog and my dog? Are you know different things,
- 1:43:15Speaker 5: these common experiences as they as they come up.
- 1:43:19Speaker 7: You know, so many people can relate.
- 1:43:20Speaker 2: We just we can't. We can't please everybody.
- 1:43:23Speaker 11: Oh.
- 1:43:23Speaker 2: I also meant to mention as we were talking about
- 1:43:26Speaker 2: those pimple stickers.
- 1:43:28Speaker 5: Yeah, walked to my house yesterday after having that conversation
- 1:43:32Speaker 5: on the show, and what does my daughter have on
- 1:43:34Speaker 5: her face sticker? Yeah, a little star pimple sticker because
- 1:43:39Speaker 5: she's got a big social event coming up next week
- 1:43:42Speaker 5: and oh yeah, she's telling my wife what they need
- 1:43:45Speaker 5: to buy and anticipation. It's like a sleep away retreating
- 1:43:50Speaker 5: that she's doing as part of like her school, Like
- 1:43:53Speaker 5: they do a thing over the summertime, and it's like
- 1:43:55Speaker 5: all her little girlfriends are going and stuff and so
- 1:43:58Speaker 5: but here's the thing she had, the little pimple. She
- 1:44:00Speaker 5: fourteen and a girl, so it made sense she's supposed to. Yeah,
- 1:44:03Speaker 5: like if I walked in and you know, Menace had
- 1:44:05Speaker 5: one of those things, I want one. But like that
- 1:44:08Speaker 5: you want one? Why would you want one? That's kind
- 1:44:10Speaker 5: of the point, like when you know we used to
- 1:44:12Speaker 5: get zits or pimples. You do everything just to make
- 1:44:14Speaker 5: it so was it noticeable?
- 1:44:15Speaker 4: See?
- 1:44:16Speaker 5: This is everything, uh to like put a spotlight on it.
- 1:44:19Speaker 2: I don't believe you don't want one, Menace, because who
- 1:44:21Speaker 2: spends more time in the makeup stores news than anyone else?
- 1:44:24Speaker 2: Shout out to alta man that, yeah, I think he's menace.
- 1:44:28Speaker 5: Wants to be a part of whatever. It's like, you
- 1:44:30Speaker 5: know the thing right now?
- 1:44:32Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:44:33Speaker 2: You know what do you mean? I want to be
- 1:44:34Speaker 2: a part of it. I want to be aware of it. Yeah,
- 1:44:38Speaker 2: I just want I would like to like know what's happening.
- 1:44:41Speaker 2: So see menace. I'm aware that Hello, Kitty and Alta
- 1:44:44Speaker 2: are things. That's that's a fair point going in there
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: and see what's popular. I like being aware of it.
- 1:44:54Speaker 5: But when not in your wheelhouse, like like makeup and
- 1:44:58Speaker 5: purses and things like that, you that you know admittedly you.
- 1:45:01Speaker 2: Know what conversation, I'll know something about it. You know
- 1:45:03Speaker 2: a lot about it. Yeah, do you have a skincare routine?
- 1:45:08Speaker 12: Me?
- 1:45:08Speaker 2: Personally? No, says the man who bought the stupid face
- 1:45:13Speaker 2: got that stuff. I wanted to try it, right, I
- 1:45:22Speaker 2: mean they all have it right, it's just cool getting
- 1:45:24Speaker 2: cares and stuff. But I do. I do have a
- 1:45:29Speaker 2: a lotion that I really like. I always forget the
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: name of it. What is it that you know? Yeah,
- 1:45:34Speaker 2: first a beauty shout out to them.
- 1:45:36Speaker 5: That's awesome, dude, I know so little about all that stuff,
- 1:45:39Speaker 5: and for no other reason. It's not like I'm trying
- 1:45:41Speaker 5: to be manly or whatever. It's just it's of no thought,
- 1:45:44Speaker 5: it's of no concern until until you would like need
- 1:45:48Speaker 5: something like that. But Greg, I got I don't like lotion.
- 1:45:50Speaker 5: I don't like the way it feels. And I'm convinced,
- 1:45:53Speaker 5: as we've talked about before, even though they'll say it
- 1:45:55Speaker 5: is unsensed, there's no such thing as unscented lotion.
- 1:45:58Speaker 7: It's like plastics.
- 1:45:59Speaker 5: And I don't like the way it smells. My wife
- 1:46:01Speaker 5: buys that. You like the hand sanitizer, Yes, my wife
- 1:46:05Speaker 5: buys these hand sanitizers that the minute you open just
- 1:46:08Speaker 5: a little flip top of it will stink up the
- 1:46:11Speaker 5: entire room. It's so crazy strong that I don't even
- 1:46:16Speaker 5: know how you even use it like, and even the
- 1:46:19Speaker 5: unscented lotion will stink. But long story longer, I got
- 1:46:22Speaker 5: a little thumburn and skin was like doing that whole
- 1:46:26Speaker 5: like peeling thing, and uh, and so I had to no,
- 1:46:29Speaker 5: so I had to put some lotion on it. So
- 1:46:31Speaker 5: I dug through the chores at my house and I
- 1:46:33Speaker 5: found the aveno.
- 1:46:35Speaker 3: Uh what is this stuff?
- 1:46:36Speaker 5: Yeah, because it said it was uh it was unscented. Yeah,
- 1:46:42Speaker 5: And I'm fragrance free, soothing oat and putting the putting
- 1:46:47Speaker 5: lotion on Greg.
- 1:46:48Speaker 3: That's kind of fragrance free.
- 1:46:49Speaker 5: But it felt so awkward to.
- 1:46:51Speaker 7: Me, and it is so weird.
- 1:46:54Speaker 13: Right.
- 1:46:55Speaker 7: You take like a like a dropper, like a little liquor.
- 1:46:58Speaker 5: Oh yeah, the smallest amount, flip.
- 1:47:00Speaker 7: That in half and then you just go get that.
- 1:47:02Speaker 7: You're like, I'm all lotioned up.
- 1:47:03Speaker 2: I don't want to smell, but that's something it's important
- 1:47:07Speaker 2: that I feel greasy that in it. It feels good.
- 1:47:11Speaker 5: Look I put it because my forearm was like peeling
- 1:47:14Speaker 5: and stuff. And so I did that for a couple
- 1:47:15Speaker 5: of days and now now I'm good. But you don't
- 1:47:18Speaker 5: want to be You're supposed to be able to look
- 1:47:20Speaker 5: it up.
- 1:47:21Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 1:47:21Speaker 2: I don't know what to do, dude. I gotta tell
- 1:47:24Speaker 2: you what I did last night. So I'm having like
- 1:47:27Speaker 2: this just issue with ear hair. And it's like piano wire.
- 1:47:31Speaker 2: It's super thick and right, and I don't know, I
- 1:47:33Speaker 2: don't know how to like take it out. I see
- 1:47:35Speaker 2: on the internet like people have like I don't know,
- 1:47:37Speaker 2: like wax or whatever they put in your ear and
- 1:47:40Speaker 2: then you pull it out.
- 1:47:41Speaker 3: Is it on the ear or coming out of coming
- 1:47:43Speaker 3: out of the ear?
- 1:47:43Speaker 2: Right, So then I got that. Yeah, and I was
- 1:47:46Speaker 2: just like and so I looked online, like how to
- 1:47:50Speaker 2: get that that wax that you put in your ear
- 1:47:52Speaker 2: and then pull it out. I couldn't find it. So
- 1:47:54Speaker 2: I did find these wax strips from Target. They're they're
- 1:47:59Speaker 2: like little pieces of paper that have wax in them
- 1:48:01Speaker 2: and other chicks are supposed to use for their mustache. Yeah,
- 1:48:04Speaker 2: all kinds of stuff. But I was like, oh, they'll
- 1:48:06Speaker 2: work for my ears. Not really. So I stuck these
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: things in my ear right and it looks like it
- 1:48:13Speaker 2: looks like, uh like tissue paper, tissue paper coming on
- 1:48:17Speaker 2: my ear with the wax in it. And then I go, okay, cool,
- 1:48:20Speaker 2: and so I shoved them in there and I wait
- 1:48:22Speaker 2: and I wait and I pull them out. Dude, did
- 1:48:25Speaker 2: not work. The hair is still there, and now like
- 1:48:28Speaker 2: that that's sick. That sticky stuff is like all over
- 1:48:31Speaker 2: my ears. It's been like twenty four hours. I still
- 1:48:33Speaker 2: can't get that stuff.
- 1:48:34Speaker 5: You have bought something, use it. Oh those are for
- 1:48:37Speaker 5: the nose.
- 1:48:37Speaker 2: No, you can use that user, and I would recommend
- 1:48:39Speaker 2: using it on your ear because it they melted, wax
- 1:48:42Speaker 2: will will forward into the contours of your ear, which
- 1:48:45Speaker 2: is obviously all kinds of curvy much better than a
- 1:48:48Speaker 2: strip will Yeah, and also I've used it for that
- 1:48:51Speaker 2: and it works.
- 1:48:52Speaker 3: You get that though, Yes, I love though.
- 1:48:55Speaker 7: You can get it literally any any Sally's Beauty supply, right,
- 1:48:59Speaker 7: how is that target?
- 1:49:00Speaker 2: Dude? They didn't have it go online Amazon, Walmart dot com?
- 1:49:03Speaker 5: Does Okay? Does ear hair serve any purpose? I know
- 1:49:07Speaker 5: that you're not supposed to remove your nose.
- 1:49:09Speaker 7: Hairs right, like that is duff?
- 1:49:12Speaker 5: Oh yeah, yeah, like you will end up you know
- 1:49:14Speaker 5: there there, you're so much more susceptible to infection and
- 1:49:18Speaker 5: like getting sick.
- 1:49:21Speaker 4: Of it.
- 1:49:21Speaker 5: But poking out is one thing. Trimming it is one thing.
- 1:49:23Speaker 5: Removing it, like pulling it out is a different thing.
- 1:49:26Speaker 5: Well also yeah, but like even trimming, like if something's
- 1:49:29Speaker 5: coming out of your nose, yes, it's like down onto
- 1:49:31Speaker 5: your upper lip, then yeah, you can trim that, but
- 1:49:33Speaker 5: you're not supposed to like trim it down.
- 1:49:34Speaker 2: Where it can't act as that filter or whatever. The
- 1:49:38Speaker 2: ear hair, though, does that serve any real purpose? I
- 1:49:41Speaker 2: know they say ear.
- 1:49:41Speaker 5: Wax serves a purpose, and they say that it's not
- 1:49:44Speaker 5: really necessarily a good idea to remove all you don't
- 1:49:47Speaker 5: want to remove all the wax from your ears, even
- 1:49:49Speaker 5: though like you would think that you would want to,
- 1:49:51Speaker 5: but I thought duching would be a good idea.
- 1:49:53Speaker 2: You're not supposed to do that either. That messages with
- 1:49:55Speaker 2: a bunch of stuff. This ear hair, man, I'm telling you,
- 1:49:57Speaker 2: it's thick, it's strong. I tried to tweezers and like,
- 1:50:00Speaker 2: pull out it. It doesn't come out.
- 1:50:02Speaker 3: There are some species of bamboo that grows one and
- 1:50:05Speaker 3: a half inches a day. My ear hair grows four
- 1:50:08Speaker 3: inches a day. I could trim that with the little
- 1:50:10Speaker 3: trimmer thing.
- 1:50:11Speaker 2: Yeah, that doesn't very next day.
- 1:50:14Speaker 5: What how do you guys have anything like their partner
- 1:50:17Speaker 5: does for you? You're like, wow, this is some real
- 1:50:19Speaker 5: married stuff.
- 1:50:19Speaker 7: Dude, I beg andy to let me tweeze, Like if
- 1:50:23Speaker 7: he has ear hair and it's my favorite thing, I'll
- 1:50:25Speaker 7: do it for any of you. Yeah, he hates it.
- 1:50:27Speaker 7: He won't allow it. I think he told me it
- 1:50:30Speaker 7: hurts by really, which it does. Thinks it's like emasculine.
- 1:50:32Speaker 5: No, it does, it does. I mean depending, there's certain
- 1:50:35Speaker 5: areas like the ones that are more inside, but the
- 1:50:37Speaker 5: ones that are kind of right on the outside, almost
- 1:50:39Speaker 5: by your ear lobe, those can hurt.
- 1:50:41Speaker 7: But what about if it's like on top, like on
- 1:50:43Speaker 7: top of the ridge, No, that doesn't hurt. Yeah. I
- 1:50:45Speaker 7: will pull anybody's hair at anytime.
- 1:50:47Speaker 2: But to go to your original cross question, Greg, it
- 1:50:49Speaker 2: is to keep roaches from crawling in your ear heat
- 1:50:52Speaker 2: because you might as well be illegal because before you know,
- 1:50:56Speaker 2: I found that place and they'll they'll do like your hair,
- 1:51:00Speaker 2: nose hair waxing kind of things like so like if
- 1:51:03Speaker 2: they're given like the straight razor shave or they're doing
- 1:51:06Speaker 2: the ear hair thing, like, I'll do that then and
- 1:51:08Speaker 2: then in between I just kind of clean it up
- 1:51:10Speaker 2: on my barn. He'll see it and he'll like get
- 1:51:12Speaker 2: the surface, but I want it pulled out.
- 1:51:15Speaker 5: Yeah, but like before that, Jen used to like pluck
- 1:51:18Speaker 5: him out from it. Like here, I hint her a
- 1:51:19Speaker 5: pair of te users and I just like sit there
- 1:51:21Speaker 5: and she'd be like, I'm like, this is this is
- 1:51:24Speaker 5: so awkward and weird. But this is only stuff that
- 1:51:26Speaker 5: could happen between a husband and a wife. Yeah, the
- 1:51:28Speaker 5: same way that you might do something for your you know,
- 1:51:31Speaker 5: wife that would be otherwise like hey.
- 1:51:32Speaker 2: Can you take it.
- 1:51:32Speaker 5: There's been times just like can you take a look
- 1:51:34Speaker 5: at this? And it's like, you know, something on her
- 1:51:36Speaker 5: butthole or you know, like you're taking a look at something. Yeah,
- 1:51:40Speaker 5: well you do it because you love him and you
- 1:51:42Speaker 5: want to be helpful.
- 1:51:43Speaker 7: I asked him one time if just just hypothetically, because
- 1:51:46Speaker 7: I knew I was going to have to do it,
- 1:51:48Speaker 7: but I asked him if he'd be willing to do
- 1:51:51Speaker 7: to help me with the enema, and he said absolutely not.
- 1:51:54Speaker 2: What would be the help Why would you need help
- 1:51:56Speaker 2: jam it up there?
- 1:51:57Speaker 12: What?
- 1:51:57Speaker 2: Why would you.
- 1:51:58Speaker 3: Need help with that?
- 1:51:59Speaker 7: Because it's an awkward an angle, like you can't see
- 1:52:01Speaker 7: it's hot, Yeah, but you can feel it, trust me.
- 1:52:05Speaker 7: And when you're dealing with what you're dealing with, it's
- 1:52:07Speaker 7: just there's a lot happening.
- 1:52:09Speaker 2: It's like when they refuel airplanes, they drop that pose
- 1:52:11Speaker 2: down and you gotta get just on the target and
- 1:52:13Speaker 2: like all right, you're.
- 1:52:14Speaker 7: Good to go and feel like a straight shot. And
- 1:52:17Speaker 7: I asked him to help me, and he said, under
- 1:52:18Speaker 7: no circumstances, yes, I don't think I have.
- 1:52:21Speaker 5: I mean, like, if it was a medical thing.
- 1:52:23Speaker 7: It's a medical thing. I wasn't doing it for fun.
- 1:52:27Speaker 7: It was because I hadn't gone to the bathroom, like
- 1:52:29Speaker 7: five days.
- 1:52:30Speaker 5: Okay, morgane you can't reach your Morgan will tell you.
- 1:52:35Speaker 5: And we've had more people here even recent I know,
- 1:52:37Speaker 5: I put it an email somewhere. I'm not going to
- 1:52:39Speaker 5: dig for it live on the air. But another woman
- 1:52:42Speaker 5: hit us up saying that they heard our conversation. Ladies,
- 1:52:45Speaker 5: if you're constipated, you can put a thumb on your
- 1:52:47Speaker 5: vadge and you can push down towards your your anal
- 1:52:50Speaker 5: area and that will that will release the demon.
- 1:52:53Speaker 2: It working.
- 1:52:54Speaker 5: Yeah, so like instead of doing an enema or doing
- 1:52:57Speaker 5: one of these other things. I mean, it's your own stuff.
- 1:53:00Speaker 5: So you put a you put a thumb in there,
- 1:53:02Speaker 5: and yeah, again you go how those people break in,
- 1:53:05Speaker 5: Like say they want to break into the hair extension place,
- 1:53:08Speaker 5: but they go in through the coffee shop next door
- 1:53:10Speaker 5: and they go through the wall.
- 1:53:12Speaker 2: Yeah, very detailed they go that, they go down in
- 1:53:15Speaker 2: some some other, some other unconventional way right to get
- 1:53:18Speaker 2: to what they're trying to do. Same thing to see.
- 1:53:21Speaker 2: Yeah with that, now, fellas, we don't have that same uh,
- 1:53:23Speaker 2: we don't have that same luxury of being able.
- 1:53:25Speaker 3: To do that.
- 1:53:25Speaker 7: But aren't you supposed to just press behind it?
- 1:53:28Speaker 12: That?
- 1:53:28Speaker 2: See that part. I don't know.
- 1:53:29Speaker 5: You'd have to Morgan did it.
- 1:53:31Speaker 7: So you'll have to uh demonstrate.
- 1:53:34Speaker 5: Yeah, have her show you.
- 1:53:37Speaker 2: Eight four wooding text us with whatever or other dumb
- 1:53:41Speaker 2: stuff you want to hit us up with. Nice.
- 1:53:42Speaker 5: Yeah, someone is super satisfying. When you get a long one,
- 1:53:44Speaker 5: like a nose hair that is that is true, like
- 1:53:47Speaker 5: especially like you know fellas, you'll get that little tickle
- 1:53:50Speaker 5: from a big nose hair coming out and when you
- 1:53:52Speaker 5: grab have you ever grabbed one that's so thick it
- 1:53:54Speaker 5: looks like a piano wire.
- 1:53:55Speaker 3: Not from my nose or ear, but from my actual face.
- 1:53:58Speaker 3: There's one that's so thick. And then when you pull
- 1:54:00Speaker 3: it out, it comes out so easily.
- 1:54:01Speaker 2: Or sometimes on your neck. Yeah, get it easy like
- 1:54:04Speaker 2: how like so like it's it's like three times the
- 1:54:09Speaker 2: density or whatever you want to call it of of
- 1:54:12Speaker 2: the other stuff.
- 1:54:13Speaker 5: But yeah, people say, yeah, man, the ear hair is
- 1:54:16Speaker 5: the same as any like the you know, any of it.
- 1:54:18Speaker 5: It's meant to protect, so the same with your your nose.
- 1:54:21Speaker 7: It's supposed to be there.
- 1:54:23Speaker 3: Braid mine show.
- 1:54:28Speaker 2: I know we've heard about these kind of things before.
- 1:54:32Speaker 2: There's a couple of little pieces of animal news that
- 1:54:36Speaker 2: Jeff g found And this one is.
- 1:54:41Speaker 3: Do I have Do I have the clip of it?
- 1:54:43Speaker 5: I think hold on, let me uh, let me double
- 1:54:46Speaker 5: check here, I might need to find it. Do you
- 1:54:50Speaker 5: have the seagull one?
- 1:54:52Speaker 10: Yes?
- 1:54:53Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know how you mean. I guess you
- 1:54:54Speaker 5: do it once you're like, oh wow, I guess I'm
- 1:54:56Speaker 5: pretty good at this, like for people sound like seagulls.
- 1:54:58Speaker 3: Oh yeah, they have that.
- 1:55:00Speaker 5: Hold on, I might I might have it. No, you
- 1:55:03Speaker 5: can't find it, can't find it, jet, Sorry, I do
- 1:55:08Speaker 5: have I do have this other clip the other end
- 1:55:10Speaker 5: while he's while he's looking for while he's looking for that,
- 1:55:13Speaker 5: I mean double check, Yeah, I don't have it.
- 1:55:16Speaker 3: Was it one of those contests?
- 1:55:18Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:55:19Speaker 2: Those people are well.
- 1:55:20Speaker 5: You see the one kid, the the autistic kid who
- 1:55:23Speaker 5: was doing the presentation and he was like doing the
- 1:55:26Speaker 5: sounds of all the different birds and he had a
- 1:55:28Speaker 5: stuffed a stuffed version, like a stuffed animal version of
- 1:55:31Speaker 5: that bird and talking about like you know what it
- 1:55:34Speaker 5: is and this is how it sounds.
- 1:55:35Speaker 7: And I follow him on Instagram and he'll do like
- 1:55:38Speaker 7: personal like requests if you want to hear a certain bird.
- 1:55:41Speaker 5: Dude, you have the other special special person that does
- 1:55:43Speaker 5: some pretty cool stuff. It's gotten account. Do you ever
- 1:55:46Speaker 5: see the guy people will send like requests for like
- 1:55:50Speaker 5: little drawings and he's got sharp market what's Oh yeah,
- 1:55:55Speaker 5: it's incredible, like the stuff that he just does these
- 1:55:58Speaker 5: quick drawings with the sharpie marker. I forget the I
- 1:56:02Speaker 5: forget the due's name, but his parents. He lives with
- 1:56:05Speaker 5: his parents, I mean severely.
- 1:56:06Speaker 3: I've seen those videos.
- 1:56:08Speaker 2: Yeah, he's severely impaired. He'll appearances, but man, he draws.
- 1:56:13Speaker 2: He's like real quick. Uh hey, it's a draw me
- 1:56:15Speaker 2: a pigeon carrying a briefcase and anything.
- 1:56:18Speaker 7: And he's like just like basically in one stroke drawings
- 1:56:21Speaker 7: by Trent.
- 1:56:22Speaker 5: Trent and he's like okay, and then it's just draws. Yeah,
- 1:56:26Speaker 5: it could be anything. It's it's really good.
- 1:56:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:56:28Speaker 2: I'm always impressed by stuff like that. Since we're talking
- 1:56:31Speaker 2: about birds. Our friend Randy, he's a birdwatcher now and
- 1:56:36Speaker 2: he like is an admin a hobby like a legit. Yeah,
- 1:56:39Speaker 2: Like there's some website appting that he's part of that
- 1:56:42Speaker 2: he's admin on. I'm like, how do you have the time?
- 1:56:45Speaker 3: Way too young for that.
- 1:56:46Speaker 5: I thought he had nothing but time.
- 1:56:48Speaker 2: And he's like logging all these were hanging out and
- 1:56:50Speaker 2: he's like logging all these birds that he's seeing. And
- 1:56:52Speaker 2: then and then that's old timey Greg bird watching. Oh
- 1:56:57Speaker 2: my god, Like I hope I never get into that.
- 1:57:00Speaker 2: Are in this are like are you sure that you
- 1:57:02Speaker 2: saw this certain bird? And he has to, like, you know,
- 1:57:04Speaker 2: show proof that he saw the birds going for the
- 1:57:07Speaker 2: big year?
- 1:57:08Speaker 5: Yeah, oh here I think I think Jeff found it.
- 1:57:10Speaker 3: And also speaking of birds, I was watching an HG
- 1:57:12Speaker 3: TV show the other night and there was a bird
- 1:57:14Speaker 3: flying around this like opening to a house, and the
- 1:57:17Speaker 3: contractor said, oh, that's a cold tit and that that's
- 1:57:20Speaker 3: the name of a bird. And then they have the
- 1:57:24Speaker 3: blue tit, the cold tit, great tip.
- 1:57:26Speaker 2: There's a cockatoo.
- 1:57:28Speaker 3: There's that. Yeah, but how many for you? I don't
- 1:57:30Speaker 3: know cockatoo? And then the client kept saying what kind
- 1:57:33Speaker 3: of bird cult it?
- 1:57:34Speaker 12: What?
- 1:57:34Speaker 2: What is it?
- 1:57:35Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 1:57:36Speaker 5: This is from the annual seagull screeching contest in Belgium
- 1:57:40Speaker 5: and this is what uh, this is what they sound like.
- 1:57:50Speaker 3: People.
- 1:57:50Speaker 2: And then and then the other doors they're going.
- 1:57:53Speaker 7: Wow, but what do you do in your mouth to
- 1:57:58Speaker 7: get that noise?
- 1:57:59Speaker 2: I don't know what you've been asking you.
- 1:58:01Speaker 5: You know what I wish you know what I wish
- 1:58:03Speaker 5: I was able to do. I wish I was able
- 1:58:05Speaker 5: to whistle where you put your fingers like might agreed.
- 1:58:09Speaker 5: My dad can do it without even.
- 1:58:10Speaker 2: Using his fingers.
- 1:58:12Speaker 5: And because he's a trainer for race horses and stuff
- 1:58:15Speaker 5: and so they use that, like down the final stretch,
- 1:58:17Speaker 5: they he could like do this crazy loud whistle and
- 1:58:19Speaker 5: it kind of get some like you know, there's a
- 1:58:22Speaker 5: little like a little jolts.
- 1:58:23Speaker 3: This will sound fake, but as you just said it,
- 1:58:25Speaker 3: but that's kind of been a lifelong desire of mind.
- 1:58:27Speaker 3: Is it like to be able to whistle like that
- 1:58:29Speaker 3: when you like the fingers?
- 1:58:31Speaker 2: Yeah, that from across like something real manly, like across
- 1:58:34Speaker 2: a construction site or something.
- 1:58:36Speaker 7: People say the fingers are because you're supposed to press
- 1:58:38Speaker 7: your tongue down. But I still can't get it.
- 1:58:40Speaker 2: It's funny that bringing up because it has been a
- 1:58:42Speaker 2: social media trying to like teach people how to do that.
- 1:58:45Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I would love to learn.
- 1:58:47Speaker 4: Uh.
- 1:58:48Speaker 6: Oh.
- 1:58:48Speaker 5: And then one more piece of animal news of family
- 1:58:50Speaker 5: in New Jersey attacked by an aggressive beaver. Oh no,
- 1:58:54Speaker 5: I mean not to be confused with that bird.
- 1:58:56Speaker 3: I could probably do damage.
- 1:58:58Speaker 2: Yeah, they were.
- 1:58:58Speaker 5: They were hanging out and it's aggressive. Beaver charged out
- 1:59:01Speaker 5: of the water at them, and it bit this eight
- 1:59:04Speaker 5: year old.
- 1:59:04Speaker 7: Boy on the thigh, those big giant teeth.
- 1:59:07Speaker 5: The dad fought it off. The beaver captured tested positive
- 1:59:12Speaker 5: for rabies. Yeah, boy taking the hospital. He's uh, he's
- 1:59:16Speaker 5: doing fine. Here's a little bit audio and you're attacked
- 1:59:18Speaker 5: by beaver, a rabid beaver. Claire's holy.
- 1:59:33Speaker 2: Laughing about it. Well, you didn't know it was it.
- 1:59:35Speaker 7: Was you know, their teeth are so gross. They're like giant,
- 1:59:40Speaker 7: long orange teeth beavers. Yeah, they're pretty gross.
- 1:59:44Speaker 2: We've all seen what a beaver's teeth look like. A
- 1:59:48Speaker 2: lot of them usually orange actually inside other orange. Yeah,
- 1:59:53Speaker 2: I didn't know they were like I've just seen the
- 1:59:55Speaker 2: BUCkies logo.
- 1:59:56Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:59:56Speaker 5: Yeah, and little cartoon guys.
- 1:59:58Speaker 3: Those are cute.
- 1:59:58Speaker 2: Yeah, real life one cousins in Montana. They had like
