It is a hard line. And it is a specific one. They tortured us for nothing. For boredom. So what we do back, we do for something. For freedom.
That is the logic of justified violence. Every act of power carries a justification. The people who hold power always have a reason for what they do. The justification is how power dresses itself up as something righteous.
