A two-year-old girl, Cindy Sanders, is missing after being taken by her father, Jesseph Sanders, in a high-stakes, nationwide search. Cindy, small for her age with blond hair and blue eyes, was last seen in a blue outfit. Jesseph, 31, is described as 5’5” and 155 lbs, with brown hair and eyes.
