- 2:12Speaker 2: didn't want her to think like, oh, these people are slumps.
- 2:15Speaker 2: I wanted her to walk in and think this is
- 2:16Speaker 2: going to be so easy.

- 2:32Speaker 2: Oh you did, yes, Oh nice, that works out. It
- 2:35Speaker 2: was a reasonable price. Yeah, great price, and she'll begin
- 2:39Speaker 2: in a couple of weeks. It's a dream, I'm telling you, Greg.
- 2:42Speaker 2: There's no going back. It's like having a laundry in unit.
- 2:45Speaker 2: There's no going back out.
- 2:47Speaker 5: I am pretty surprised by this because you have knocked
- 2:50Speaker 5: having a cleaner.
- 2:51Speaker 3: He's ripped it for so many years, I know, a decade.
- 2:54Speaker 2: I'm easing into it because I told her we only
- 2:57Speaker 2: want her once a month. Okay.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Yeah, And that's just basically bathroom or to do everything
- 3:00Speaker 3: bathrooms and floors, and that's it. That's good.
- 3:03Speaker 2: That is it.

- 3:27Speaker 3: thousand dollars one.
- 3:29Speaker 4: What's funny?
- 3:30Speaker 2: People?
- 3:31Speaker 3: Yeah, it's so weird how that happens.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Right, I haven't seen you in a while.
- 3:34Speaker 3: All of a sudden, you're pulling chicks.
- 3:36Speaker 6: You got friends?
- 3:37Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:41Speaker 3: One fourth of couples enter into marriage without knowing their
- 3:45Speaker 3: spouse's salary. I've heard about this, and I don't know
- 3:49Speaker 3: how that's possible, Like it's never come up.
- 3:53Speaker 2: I believe this. Yeah, I don't think Mario knows my salary.
- 3:58Speaker 3: Are you serious? You guys, well you got first of all,
- 4:01Speaker 3: you guys aren't marriage, so you don't have joint accounts, right,
- 4:03Speaker 3: we have one joint account. Yeah, I'm saying like, it's
- 4:06Speaker 3: not like my mom had never knew what my dad made.
- 4:09Speaker 4: It's kind of old school.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I know.
- 4:12Speaker 3: So does your wife know what you make?
- 4:14Speaker 2: Jeff?
- 4:15Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 4:15Speaker 3: Yeah, do you know what she makes?
- 4:17Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 4:17Speaker 3: Okay, do you know what your wife makes?
- 4:19Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 4:19Speaker 3: I have a rough idea, a rough idea. Yeah, she's
- 4:22Speaker 3: pretty much she told you and forgot. I'm sure. I'm
- 4:24Speaker 3: sure it's it's like, I'm sure it's come up. Yeah, yeah, Yeah,
- 4:27Speaker 3: I thought it was interesting.
- 4:28Speaker 7: It gets to have houses, Greg, I don't think that'd
- 4:30Speaker 7: be part of that whole process.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Yeah, well yeah, he doesn't know the exact number.
- 4:36Speaker 3: According to studies, the top five most hated names in America,
- 4:40Speaker 3: the most hated names Karen, Yeah, stupid Internet.
- 4:46Speaker 2: It should have never been Karen. It should have been Carol.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Chad, oh yeah, dake it, Chad, Donald, Donald, Damien, and
- 4:57Speaker 3: then John John do just boring. Those are the most
- 5:01Speaker 3: hated names in America. And Karen, Chad, Donald, Damien, and John.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Poor John, I know, I know, Sonya John.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Let's see fun fact number four, the average person goes
- 5:14Speaker 3: gray four years sooner than compared to forty years ago.
- 5:18Speaker 4: Really, yeah, that's interesting.
- 5:21Speaker 3: What would that be like? Why how do you how
- 5:24Speaker 3: do you evove that? How do you revolve that one? Yeah?
- 5:27Speaker 2: Yeah, stress, they say stress.
- 5:31Speaker 3: But people weren't stressed way down by the way compared
- 5:34Speaker 3: to ever.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I wouldn't expect the internet drama.
- 5:38Speaker 3: My friend, we're just softer now, so the stress feels
- 5:41Speaker 3: feels like more.
- 5:43Speaker 4: I would buy that.
- 5:43Speaker 2: My friend Mike started going gray in high school.
- 5:46Speaker 5: Ye.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Any people like that weird now, See, that's that's what
- 5:50Speaker 3: they need to figure out. They need to figure out
- 5:51Speaker 3: like something that you could do or something you could take,
- 5:53Speaker 3: some procedure you can have where it re uh replaces
- 5:57Speaker 3: the grave. Yeah, the color in your in your hair follicles,
- 6:01Speaker 3: I can see that happening.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Work on your future, or just be Steve Martin and
- 6:04Speaker 4: always be like forty.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Two, because there's think about all the chicks out there,
- 6:08Speaker 3: you know, who do that just to cover up the
- 6:10Speaker 3: roots and things like that, or guys with you know,
- 6:13Speaker 3: I mean, we boss simpler hair color.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Like using Yeah, all right.
- 6:19Speaker 3: Fun fact number five, Almost one in four of us
- 6:23Speaker 3: never use deodorant.
- 6:25Speaker 4: One in four.
- 6:25Speaker 5: That's I can't even go outside with that deodorant on it.
- 6:29Speaker 3: Yeah, we knew, we knew a guy. We worked with
- 6:31Speaker 3: a guy, remember Tray.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Oh, I thought you're going somebody else? Ben? Oh god
- 6:36Speaker 2: Ben Reek.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Yeah, Ben's another guy never wore deodorant. But yeah, so Trey.
- 6:40Speaker 3: He would also only wash his hair like once every
- 6:42Speaker 3: two weeks.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Yeah, oh, I think less than that. If you're home alone,
- 6:46Speaker 2: do you put deodorant on?
- 6:47Speaker 6: Yes?
- 6:48Speaker 3: Yeah too, deodorant and colone me too, Yeah, because I'm
- 6:52Speaker 3: just in the habit of it.
- 6:53Speaker 2: I put deodorant colone even if I'm showering to go
- 6:56Speaker 2: to bed.
- 6:57Speaker 4: Do you like smelling?
- 6:58Speaker 3: Absolutely when I'm going to bed, No like. But I
- 7:01Speaker 3: get up in the morning, you know, even if I'm
- 7:03Speaker 3: not gonna shower in the morning, I'm gonna go run
- 7:06Speaker 3: and do an a couple of errands before a shower.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Yoderan cologne.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Wow.
- 7:11Speaker 5: I also can't go outside without taking a shower never,
- 7:14Speaker 5: I don't even wow.
- 7:16Speaker 3: All right, and then this is something you'll be one
- 7:18Speaker 3: more a little six pack of fun facts. You know,
- 7:21Speaker 3: everyone's going to save money on streaming services except for me. Apparently, Hulu, Netflix,
- 7:26Speaker 3: and Amazon Prime let you cancel anytime, So simply activate
- 7:30Speaker 3: a subscription when there's something you want to watch, and
- 7:32Speaker 3: then cancel it immediately after. Who could have told you
- 7:35Speaker 3: that I did, But I thought like it was like
- 7:38Speaker 3: after I didn't realize it was like I could watch
- 7:40Speaker 3: a show on Netflix right now, and as soon as
- 7:43Speaker 3: the show's over, like ninety minutes later, just cancel. Who
- 7:45Speaker 3: has said that for five years now, But I thought
- 7:47Speaker 3: it was a month at a time. That's that's what
- 7:49Speaker 3: I interpreted what you were saying. So at the end
- 7:51Speaker 3: of the month, Yeah, it doesn't immediate.
- 7:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Yeah, let's say, Greg, you've run into it. There's a
- 7:57Speaker 3: show on Peacock with the one that I don't to
- 8:00Speaker 3: watch right now, so sign in my mind, you sign
- 8:04Speaker 3: up for watching one. As soon as that is over,
- 8:06Speaker 3: you cancel it right then and there, like you know,
- 8:08Speaker 3: you can.
- 8:09Speaker 2: Cancel it, Watson going on, it doesn't matter, but then
- 8:11Speaker 2: you've paid for that one month. The rest of the money.
- 8:15Speaker 3: Everybody knows the fun fact idiot made this list like
- 8:19Speaker 3: the saving the saving of money would because it's a
- 8:21Speaker 3: free trial. You don't end up getting dinged for the
- 8:23Speaker 3: right the following the seven days there is when they
- 8:26Speaker 3: would charge you, and then it'd be a monthly from
- 8:28Speaker 3: that point, right. Yeah, that's the first time only though,
- 8:31Speaker 3: so it wouldn't work a second time. Like let's say
- 8:33Speaker 3: next week you want to watch something else on Netflix, you'd.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Have to unless you got to do email, email, blah blah.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 8:39Speaker 6: See, there make a bunch of Gmail accounts.
- 8:42Speaker 4: Good baby.
- 8:43Speaker 3: I probably still need a credit card number though. There's
- 8:46Speaker 3: your what do you show fun facts here on this
- 8:49Speaker 3: Monday time? For your birthdays?

- 12:28Speaker 9: a long time. And sometimes you don't realize either how
- 12:31Speaker 9: long it's been. And one of my friends was like, oh,
- 12:33Speaker 9: we all have to take a picture together because if
- 12:35Speaker 9: I don't see you again for another.
- 12:37Speaker 10: Eight years, I'll be fifty by then.
- 12:39Speaker 9: And it was like, it hasn't been eight years, and
- 12:41Speaker 9: it had been eight years, and it's really weird to
- 12:45Speaker 9: just you walk away from people you grew up with
- 12:47Speaker 9: and go like, don't.
- 12:49Speaker 10: Know when I'll see you again.
- 12:51Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 12:51Speaker 9: So it was really great seeing everyone, and it was
- 12:54Speaker 9: also extra great because when we flew there, we flew
- 12:58Speaker 9: first class on the late.
- 13:02Speaker 3: So you and Morgan both experiences. Morgan's going to Japan
- 13:10Speaker 3: with this new boyfriend of hers, uh, the the dude
- 13:14Speaker 3: that she was talking about when she went to d C.
- 13:17Speaker 3: The whole thing. But now they're officially boyfriend and and
- 13:20Speaker 3: girlfriend and he's.
- 13:22Speaker 4: Flying official Yeah what you mean?
- 13:25Speaker 3: Okay, And so he's flying her to Japan for some
- 13:28Speaker 3: fight that's happening. It's same thing. It's like the laid
- 13:30Speaker 3: down She doesn't know how to act, so she's like
- 13:33Speaker 3: a dress code. Yeah, the dress code?
- 13:37Speaker 4: And what did you wear?
- 13:39Speaker 10: I wore sweats and a sweatshirt divers.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Yes, how much did that flight cost you?
- 13:46Speaker 4: Nothing?
- 13:49Speaker 10: You know, but well he has points.
- 13:51Speaker 9: He flies a lot for work, so he has a
- 13:53Speaker 9: lot of points.
- 13:54Speaker 10: He's a frequent flyer.
- 13:55Speaker 3: He goes to Japan a lot.
- 13:56Speaker 4: Yeah he does.
- 13:57Speaker 10: Yeah, he's been four times already this year.
- 13:59Speaker 4: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 14:00Speaker 10: Yeah, but it really does rule to have the lay.
- 14:03Speaker 4: Down beds really, like, yeah, tell us why that would be.
- 14:10Speaker 10: They give you these little like bags that like, oh,
- 14:12Speaker 10: here are.
- 14:12Speaker 9: Some socks to put on, and here's slippers for when
- 14:15Speaker 9: you go to the bathroom, and here's you know, the
- 14:16Speaker 9: little I'm asked for when you sleep with the earbuds
- 14:18Speaker 9: in your ears and everything.
- 14:20Speaker 10: It rules.
- 14:23Speaker 3: The first class experience. It does ruin you, Yeah it does.
- 14:27Speaker 3: It's like, God, there's no going back. But then you
- 14:31Speaker 3: end up going back.
- 14:32Speaker 4: Does it lay back so far that you could sleep
- 14:34Speaker 4: on your side?
- 14:35Speaker 2: It's flat?
- 14:36Speaker 3: Lay flat, Like I'm.
- 14:37Speaker 4: Having a hard time wrapping mind.
- 14:38Speaker 10: You're gonna pillow and a blanket, a little mattress that
- 14:40Speaker 10: goes over.
- 14:41Speaker 3: At least a picture of these podcasts.
- 14:42Speaker 4: When I think of flat, I think like it just
- 14:45Speaker 4: goes right, lay flat. No, I just don't trust it.
- 14:51Speaker 4: It's amazing.
- 14:52Speaker 3: Yeah, it's true.
- 14:54Speaker 9: My gears is that coming home there was hours delay
- 15:01Speaker 9: on the tarmac.
- 15:01Speaker 3: We're on the tarmac and your lay flat seat.
- 15:04Speaker 10: I wasn't laying flat yet.
- 15:07Speaker 9: I was waiting for takeoff because we're on the tarmac
- 15:09Speaker 9: and the pilot's like, hey, sorry, there's weather issues not
- 15:13Speaker 9: where we are, but somewhere else. And now they're not
- 15:16Speaker 9: letting us take this path, and air traffic controls telling
- 15:19Speaker 9: us that we need to wait. So they're telling us
- 15:21Speaker 9: now it's going to be two hours. I mean I
- 15:23Speaker 9: was that plane for eight hours.
- 15:25Speaker 3: You could at that point put your seat flat.
- 15:27Speaker 10: That's exactly what I did.
- 15:30Speaker 4: You got she got.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Through it, So you guys heard it. What just happened?
- 15:33Speaker 2: Right?
- 15:34Speaker 3: My tears is we got stuck in the tarmacaid, oh,
- 15:36Speaker 3: when You're like, no, I couldn't lay flat because of
- 15:42Speaker 3: blah blah. But we were still like waiting for takeoff,
- 15:44Speaker 3: and then she went to the whole story about how
- 15:45Speaker 3: is gonna be two hours? Well, then if two hours
- 15:47Speaker 3: to lay flat, I did, Yeah, I.
- 15:49Speaker 10: Did once the pilot told us. I knew it would
- 15:52Speaker 10: be two hours.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Years Yeah, she had to wait us. Do they have
- 15:57Speaker 2: a drink service selling?
- 15:59Speaker 3: Like my kids? What do you complaining about?
- 16:02Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 16:02Speaker 4: But the problem right?
- 16:05Speaker 2: Did they serve drinks in those two hours?
- 16:07Speaker 10: They did? But I didn't have any?
- 16:14Speaker 3: Greg pretty much sounds like what you have the share right,
- 16:16Speaker 3: cheers and jeers?
- 16:17Speaker 2: Yeah, basically an identical weekend. Yeah, freel first class. Yeah,
- 16:22Speaker 2: I was just lying down on a plane all weekend.
- 16:25Speaker 2: Uh No. I got to give cheers Tomorrio for handling
- 16:29Speaker 2: the home front. We have so much happening right now
- 16:31Speaker 2: with painting and stuff, and it's a bigger job than
- 16:33Speaker 2: I thought it would be, and he is project managing
- 16:36Speaker 2: the hell out of it. So it was really uh
- 16:40Speaker 2: major cheers Tomorrio because I couldn't do this. Jeers to
- 16:44Speaker 2: the acid, the razor blades and a broken glass that
- 16:48Speaker 2: I apparently swallowed. I have the worst sore throat I've
- 16:50Speaker 2: ever had.
- 16:51Speaker 3: And I think maybe.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Menace got me sick because I had asked me the
- 16:57Speaker 2: other day, do you have a cold? And he said, no,
- 16:59Speaker 2: I'm just not sleeping well. But you sounded stuffy and
- 17:02Speaker 2: you sounded sickly.
- 17:03Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 17:04Speaker 5: I wasn't feeling well. I mean I wasn't sleeping really, yeah,
- 17:08Speaker 5: I was like exhausted.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 17:09Speaker 4: Because I thought that too, I was like, oh, is
- 17:11Speaker 4: this just making its way down the line of my.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Greg has We've talked before. Greg has the immune system
- 17:16Speaker 3: of Tom Hanks's character.
- 17:19Speaker 2: That's not wrong.
- 17:20Speaker 12: He does like the wind and he gets sick. Yeah,
- 17:25Speaker 12: if I had, I think you get sick so easy.
- 17:29Speaker 12: That's true, and I think there's a lot of truth
- 17:31Speaker 12: to that. I will have what I think is a
- 17:33Speaker 12: sore throat and I think about, do I have a
- 17:35Speaker 12: sore throat? Let me check again, and I swallow. I
- 17:37Speaker 12: think I do, and then I manifest it.
- 17:40Speaker 4: Yeah, you bring it's weird.
- 17:42Speaker 3: And do you take anything for allergies?
- 17:44Speaker 9: No?
- 17:47Speaker 3: Sometimes that's sometimes like any kind of like uh, you know, stuff,
- 17:51Speaker 3: because then that starts leaking down in your throat. That
- 17:53Speaker 3: makes the throat swallowed.
- 17:56Speaker 4: Razor blades. You got to call yeah something.
- 17:58Speaker 2: I mean, we did make out. I know, Oh we
- 18:00Speaker 2: shouldn't have done that. I told you we shouldn't have
- 18:02Speaker 2: doaune that.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Yeah, Gina, what do you got? Cheers and jeers?
- 18:04Speaker 10: All right?
- 18:04Speaker 4: So you know, I've been sort of battling my sleep demons,
- 18:07Speaker 4: and I thought, you know, I'm gonna do something about it.
- 18:09Speaker 4: And I'm not just gonna like wish it away or
- 18:11Speaker 4: do something lame like meditate. I went for a swim,
- 18:16Speaker 4: and I really really tried. I wasn't just going to
- 18:18Speaker 4: float there and pretend I was swimming, but I went
- 18:20Speaker 4: for an actual swim. I swam ten laps, which means
- 18:24Speaker 4: twenty you know, one, two, three, back and forth. And
- 18:27Speaker 4: I was pretty tired, and I slept pretty well. Oh okay,
- 18:32Speaker 4: weady because you're in the water.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Yeah. I can't speak from you know, literal experience the exercise,
- 18:37Speaker 3: but I've read and I've heard and people have mentioned
- 18:39Speaker 3: to me that exercise, if you do exercise, it will
- 18:42Speaker 3: help you sleep.
- 18:45Speaker 4: I walk a lot, and I love walking the puppy
- 18:48Speaker 4: and I love all that, but this was like, this
- 18:50Speaker 4: is something you hear about, like, but that seems like
- 18:52Speaker 4: effort and you got to go to a pool and
- 18:53Speaker 4: you got But I did it. I loved it. I
- 18:57Speaker 4: may do it again.
- 18:58Speaker 3: Like you went to a pool, Well, I went in
- 19:00Speaker 3: a pool in a pool, yes, Like it's a lap pool.
- 19:03Speaker 3: So you say twenty laps, like there's some like you
- 19:06Speaker 3: could push off from one side and without taking one
- 19:09Speaker 3: stroke you touch the other side from.
- 19:11Speaker 4: I'm not Michael Phelps.
- 19:12Speaker 11: Let's not get it twisted.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Yeah, it was an Olympic.
- 19:15Speaker 3: I'm saying twenty laps. I'm you know, I'm trying to
- 19:17Speaker 3: get an idea of how much she swam.
- 19:20Speaker 4: Reeal in your expectations. This is what we're talking about.
- 19:23Speaker 4: But I did my best and it was it wasn't
- 19:25Speaker 4: one back forth two back forth, and I really was
- 19:29Speaker 4: gassed and it really made a difference. And sometimes I'll
- 19:31Speaker 4: like lift weights and stuff i'm watching the TV doesn't
- 19:34Speaker 4: do the same thing. This this swimming thing, somebody's really
- 19:36Speaker 4: got it figured out. So that was great. I may
- 19:39Speaker 4: just to that again. Uh cheers. As you guys know,
- 19:42Speaker 4: I'm not a big like pop culture person, and I'm
- 19:44Speaker 4: like not really interested. It's not really my thing. But
- 19:47Speaker 4: I gotta tell you not to be dramatic. But I
- 19:50Speaker 4: really think Ariana Grande is like dying before our eyes.
- 19:54Speaker 6: It.
- 19:55Speaker 4: It's freaking me out pretty good.
- 19:56Speaker 10: She's pretty skinny, yeah.
- 19:57Speaker 4: I mean that.
- 19:59Speaker 8: No.
- 20:02Speaker 4: I was getting this targeted like algorithm like videos and
- 20:05Speaker 4: like all these nutritionis and stuff, and one of them
- 20:08Speaker 4: was talking about the kind of unbelievably severe muscle waste
- 20:12Speaker 4: you have to have to be able to see someone's
- 20:14Speaker 4: chest plate, which is just like featured prominently in her
- 20:17Speaker 4: new music videos.
- 20:18Speaker 3: I know, Greg asking for a friend. Are we supposed
- 20:21Speaker 3: to care about any of this? I've seen a lot
- 20:24Speaker 3: of headlines about her, and she's gonna be stepping away
- 20:26Speaker 3: from the as the public people who aren't her friends
- 20:30Speaker 3: or family. She wouldn't know us from anybody. Are we
- 20:32Speaker 3: supposed to care?
- 20:33Speaker 4: That's my point. I don't ever talk about this stuff
- 20:35Speaker 4: because I don't care about it. And seeing somebody that
- 20:38Speaker 4: skinny is like kind of freak me out so much
- 20:43Speaker 4: humorous bones, Yeah, her.
- 20:45Speaker 2: Pools just eat whatever she wants.
- 20:46Speaker 4: Look, you know, usually it's like someone gets so skinny,
- 20:49Speaker 4: like Greg, Like there are times where you're like, oh damn,
- 20:51Speaker 4: I would give anything for that, and then they go
- 20:53Speaker 4: a little farther and you're like uh h, becomes like
- 20:55Speaker 4: it's gross. That's that's kind of like I think that's
- 20:58Speaker 4: where we're at. So, yeah, she's canceling her to her
- 21:00Speaker 4: or she's pausing it and she's not doing this show
- 21:03Speaker 4: in London, and I'm like, you know what, good because
- 21:06Speaker 4: I don't know. I don't know how much longer a
- 21:08Speaker 4: person could survive like that.
- 21:11Speaker 2: I'm looking at a picture from like a few days
- 21:13Speaker 2: ago shopping and she looks the same. Yes, you got
- 21:19Speaker 2: to watch the videos of a recent to.
- 21:21Speaker 4: Be able to see inside somebody's chest plate is pretty groosy, lucky,
- 21:27Speaker 4: very halloweeny. This is not something I would usually comment on,
- 21:35Speaker 4: but it's freaky enough that I had to say something.
- 21:38Speaker 2: It's way less freaky than.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Well, that's stepping away from the public. I'm're really mishearing
- 21:44Speaker 3: about her all the time, how she gonna pay her
- 21:46Speaker 3: bills if she's not working. Let's do it, do it,
- 21:49Speaker 3: We're doing it, We're doing it. I show Well, time
- 21:58Speaker 3: to check in with Gina Grant. He's got the trending
- 22:01Speaker 3: news headlines.
- 22:02Speaker 4: All the weekend belonged to Spider Man brand New Day.
- 22:04Speaker 4: It made almost a billion dollars worldwide, which is good
- 22:09Speaker 4: for the second biggest opening weekend of all time. The
- 22:12Speaker 4: first biggest was Avengers Endgame. Spider Man Brand New Day
- 22:15Speaker 4: has a ninety percent Rotten Tomatoes score and a ninety
- 22:18Speaker 4: eight percent Verified audience score. So this is a hit,
- 22:22Speaker 4: and I know a couple people went to see it
- 22:24Speaker 4: like the ass crack of dawn, So we can't wait
- 22:27Speaker 4: to get those reviews. And two people were killed and
- 22:30Speaker 4: another seven injured when some a hole started shooting outside
- 22:34Speaker 4: an in and out burger in Twin Falls, Idaho. The
- 22:37Speaker 4: shooter killed himself after the shooting at an armed off
- 22:41Speaker 4: duty Idaho State trooper was shooting back at him as
- 22:44Speaker 4: well as another dude. Cops say the security guard and
- 22:46Speaker 4: the other guy are heroes because that pushed the shooter
- 22:49Speaker 4: away from the restaurant and prevented even more casualties. So
- 22:53Speaker 4: five out of the seven injured people are still in
- 22:54Speaker 4: the hospital. Two of them are in critical condition. Nobody
- 22:57Speaker 4: knows why this piece of ish decided to do this,
- 22:59Speaker 4: but the shooter's family is cooperating with police. Here's some
- 23:03Speaker 4: of the coverage from ABC seven TV where they talk
- 23:05Speaker 4: to the parents of one of the employees who was there.
- 23:08Speaker 13: Her family says she crawled out of the restaurant, hid
- 23:10Speaker 13: next door and then later called them using a manager's phone.
- 23:13Speaker 13: But now they say they have no direct way to
- 23:15Speaker 13: reach her.
- 23:15Speaker 4: We have no access to her.
- 23:17Speaker 2: We don't even know. I don't know what to.
- 23:19Speaker 14: Tell you that.
- 23:20Speaker 13: Because the company requires employees to stow away their phones
- 23:23Speaker 13: while at work, their daughter left her phone behind as
- 23:25Speaker 13: she ran, and it's now part of the crime scene.
- 23:28Speaker 13: They've had to rely on occasional calls from a manager's
- 23:30Speaker 13: phone just to know that she's okay. Now they say
- 23:33Speaker 13: that In and Out has arranged a flight home, but
- 23:34Speaker 13: they don't know the details or when she'll be back.
- 23:37Speaker 13: They also say they haven't received direct updates or support from.
- 23:40Speaker 7: The company being able to like be in contact with
- 23:42Speaker 7: your family, like you're taking my family out of state
- 23:45Speaker 7: to better your business.
- 23:46Speaker 13: For now, they're just waiting to hug their daughter again.
- 23:48Speaker 13: But they say she's so traumatized by what she went
- 23:51Speaker 13: through she can barely speak.
- 23:53Speaker 3: Ye Jeff and I were talking about this, these parents,
- 23:58Speaker 3: they're totally setting up for a lossuit. YEA, this is
- 24:00Speaker 3: we're coverage from this story, and they're going to try
- 24:03Speaker 3: to point the finger at In and out, like as
- 24:04Speaker 3: if in and out had anything to do with it.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Some random whack job comes in or steps up and
- 24:09Speaker 3: starts like shooting the place, Like I doubt they have
- 24:13Speaker 3: a protocol.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Yeah, I doubt that in and out Burner is preventing
- 24:17Speaker 5: your daughter from calling you exactly.
- 24:19Speaker 3: That's what we were saying. We're saying it sounds like
- 24:22Speaker 3: you have terrible communication skills, like Okay, your daughter gets
- 24:25Speaker 3: a hold of you, all right, from this other manager's
- 24:28Speaker 3: phone and go, hey, so do me a favor, give
- 24:31Speaker 3: me a call later, tell me where you're staying, where
- 24:34Speaker 3: you're going to be something.
- 24:36Speaker 6: Yeah, go buy a burner phone, do something so we
- 24:39Speaker 6: can communicate it.
- 24:39Speaker 3: Mean what we hear from you, Call us before you know,
- 24:45Speaker 3: call us before you go to bed tonight. Let us
- 24:48Speaker 3: know what what what the update is? Uh, you know,
- 24:51Speaker 3: when you get some more information about uh, when you're
- 24:53Speaker 3: gonna be able to come home, let us know. Because
- 24:58Speaker 3: they can't get a hold of her because the phone
- 24:59Speaker 3: is now part of the investigation. Because like when you
- 25:02Speaker 3: work it in and out, you have to stow your
- 25:03Speaker 3: phones away so you're not distracted while you're working. Okay,
- 25:06Speaker 3: so the phone is in the restaurants.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Do you not know your parents' number?
- 25:09Speaker 6: No?
- 25:09Speaker 3: No, she can call.
- 25:10Speaker 4: What I'm saying, Maybe she's just not interested in calling them.
- 25:13Speaker 3: Maybe there's terrible communicators, but like it just sounds like
- 25:16Speaker 3: they're really setting up to blame or point the finger
- 25:18Speaker 3: in and out which blows. Yeah, you know, it's not
- 25:21Speaker 3: it's not their fault. Sometimes bad things just happen and
- 25:23Speaker 3: it's it's in this case, it's the fault of the
- 25:26Speaker 3: shooter and the shooter alone. It's not in and out's fault.
- 25:29Speaker 2: No.
- 25:29Speaker 6: Yeah, the line where the dad says something like you know,
- 25:33Speaker 6: uh there, she's up there to help you make money
- 25:36Speaker 6: for your billings.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Yeah, well they're also they're also providing her a job
- 25:40Speaker 3: that she can support herself and keep her out of
- 25:42Speaker 3: your house.
- 25:43Speaker 4: Yeah, she's not part of the Red Cross, she's place.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 25:47Speaker 4: Well, very very sad news for a lot of us.
- 25:50Speaker 4: Actor Vincent Pastori, who is best known for playing Big Pussy,
- 25:53Speaker 4: Bump and Sero on The Sopranos, has died. He is one.
- 25:57Speaker 4: Here is one of Big Pussy's best lines of all time.
- 26:00Speaker 3: There's two things I'm good at. Just pulling dense and
- 26:02Speaker 3: spoting good jobs. That's sweetie, world class job lips.
- 26:07Speaker 4: That's right, doctor Melfie. Friends and family hadn't heard from
- 26:12Speaker 4: him in a few days and they got suspicious, so
- 26:14Speaker 4: they went to his house. They found him dead. He
- 26:16Speaker 4: just turned eighty a couple of weeks ago. Yeah, And
- 26:19Speaker 4: besides sopranos, Vincent was also in movies. I'm sure you
- 26:22Speaker 4: recognize Goodfellas Carlito's Way, Shark Tail and two thousand and
- 26:26Speaker 4: nine's Oive My Son is Gay with carl Electra and
- 26:30Speaker 4: Bruce Flance, which I can't believe I've never heard of.
- 26:32Speaker 3: It sounds like a birth title. Yes, my son is gay. Yeah,
- 26:36Speaker 3: Oh my god, Yeah I was. I was thinking about you, Greg,
- 26:41Speaker 3: because you know, we have this whole conversation every once
- 26:44Speaker 3: in a while. Greg thinks about death a lot. Yeah.
- 26:47Speaker 3: But in part of the coverage, I saw some video
- 26:50Speaker 3: from Vincent's birthday and he looked great. It's just great,
- 26:55Speaker 3: he's eighty years old. But I mean, he looked skinnier
- 26:57Speaker 3: than I had seen him in a long time. Like
- 26:59Speaker 3: he looked like he was in better shape and like
- 27:01Speaker 3: looked healthier, didn't look like he was on his last
- 27:03Speaker 3: Like it just happens. I guess he died peacefully in
- 27:05Speaker 3: his sleep.
- 27:06Speaker 4: Yeah, we're saying.
- 27:07Speaker 3: They're saying natural causes. Really the guy's eighty. Yeah, yeah,
- 27:10Speaker 3: you know.
- 27:11Speaker 4: We've lost a lot of Sopranos cast members. It's getting
- 27:13Speaker 4: pretty sad.
- 27:14Speaker 3: It's just weird, you know. It's just weird that you
- 27:16Speaker 3: see a guy and then you go, dude within, gone
- 27:19Speaker 3: within like a couple of weeks. This guy is going
- 27:21Speaker 3: to be gone, so weird.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Having not watched the Sopranos, why did they call him
- 27:26Speaker 2: that big pussy?
- 27:28Speaker 4: It never really gets explained, but don't but don't get
- 27:30Speaker 4: him confused because there's big Pussy and little Pussy Malanga
- 27:33Speaker 4: and big pussy bombin Sero. So there was a lot
- 27:35Speaker 4: of getting those, a lot of pussying.
- 27:37Speaker 3: Yeah, so dump so pussy on the Sopranos.
- 27:42Speaker 7: Well.
- 27:42Speaker 4: Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo he's getting a little
- 27:45Speaker 4: time out from TV after CBS Sports placed him on
- 27:48Speaker 4: leave after his recent o w I arrest in Wisconsin.
- 27:52Speaker 4: So while he's on leave, former NFL star JJ Watt
- 27:55Speaker 4: is going to slide into the analyst chair alongside Jim Nance.
- 27:58Speaker 4: CBS has not said how long this leave is going
- 28:01Speaker 4: to last, and Roma has not publicly commented. He's scheduled
- 28:04Speaker 4: to beer in court on September twenty first, And we
- 28:07Speaker 4: kind of knew that was coming, right because they're like, oh,
- 28:09Speaker 4: no comment, no comment. Well, this is their comment.
- 28:11Speaker 2: That's surprising.
- 28:12Speaker 4: And this dude named Simon O'Connor, he's in the news,
- 28:15Speaker 4: or should I say he was in the news. He
- 28:18Speaker 4: was the guitarist for the band Modest Mouse. I don't
- 28:20Speaker 4: know if you've heard about him, but he's been kicked
- 28:22Speaker 4: off the tour for sending inappropriate messages to an underage fan.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Oh good.
- 28:27Speaker 4: Yeah, so, according to reports, he even sent the girl
- 28:30Speaker 4: a photo of Barry Wood and if you don't know
- 28:32Speaker 4: the name, you definitely know the pick.
- 28:33Speaker 3: That's the giant dog the bed.
- 28:37Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly.
- 28:37Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 28:38Speaker 4: He also referenced her bikini picks in her profile and
- 28:41Speaker 4: by the way, the girls Instagram bio literally says she's seventeen.
- 28:45Speaker 4: And when the dms were made public, he apologized, but
- 28:47Speaker 4: that didn't matter to the rest of Modest Mouse. He's
- 28:49Speaker 4: off the tour. And finally, the Woman's Pro Baseball League
- 28:54Speaker 4: just had their inaugural game over the weekend and the
- 28:57Speaker 4: only thing anyone is talking about was nashion anthem.
- 29:01Speaker 3: Dude, dude, what a performance. And this woman's a professional.
- 29:04Speaker 4: This is Martha Reeves, Martha Reeves and the Vandelas. Here
- 29:07Speaker 4: she is singing the anthem with some help.
- 29:11Speaker 3: You but.
- 29:16Speaker 10: Bye so broad.
- 29:20Speaker 3: Sounds like an s and l skis Yes, why why
- 29:24Speaker 3: nice Jesus age.
- 29:31Speaker 9: Wow, she's eighty five, so maybe you know now she
- 29:34Speaker 9: sounds like July a child trying to see.
- 29:37Speaker 6: The background sing singers were struggling to get on time
- 29:40Speaker 6: with her.
- 29:41Speaker 3: They were right on time, and she.
- 29:42Speaker 6: Was all.
- 29:46Speaker 2: This is a professional.
- 29:50Speaker 3: You'll see Hammer and Hank of the motown.
- 29:52Speaker 4: He has a knee background singers.
- 29:54Speaker 3: Yeah, he just goes out there and handles business all
- 29:56Speaker 3: by himself.
- 29:56Speaker 10: That's right, last.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Anybody.
- 30:05Speaker 2: And guess what he keeps on getting asked to come
- 30:07Speaker 2: back to I know, Oh yeah, lady won't.
- 30:15Speaker 3: So terrible, sweet.
- 30:21Speaker 10: Wors so good.
- 30:26Speaker 2: And the walk, I mean it's painful. She put passion
- 30:37Speaker 2: behind it.
- 30:38Speaker 4: Yeah, she try clearly wanted to make this.
- 30:41Speaker 2: Damn that was terrible. This is the show man.
- 30:47Speaker 3: Here's a dumb lawsuit. This guy in West Virginia. He
- 30:51Speaker 3: is now the first to file a lawsuit against Taco
- 30:54Speaker 3: Bell for the diarrhea. His lawyers say he wouldn't beaten
- 31:00Speaker 3: the products or would not have paid the price he
- 31:02Speaker 3: had paid had he known the lettuce was contaminable. Guess what,
- 31:06Speaker 3: dumb ass like, they wouldn't have served it had they
- 31:09Speaker 3: had known. If you didn't, you don't know about that stuff.
- 31:12Speaker 3: It's not like they run it.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Through the lab.
- 31:14Speaker 5: Also, it hasn't even been tied to Hocko Bell yet.
- 31:16Speaker 5: It's just they it's the farms. Yeah, the tailor farms.
- 31:20Speaker 2: They self pulled the lettuce. Yeah, good luck with that. Yeah.
- 31:24Speaker 3: The class action suit was filed and lawyers hope to
- 31:27Speaker 3: represent affected customers all across the country. Man, these lawyers,
- 31:31Speaker 3: they're looking for damages of at least two hundred dollars. Oh,
- 31:34Speaker 3: I bet you are, Wow, for anyone who did buy
- 31:37Speaker 3: the bad lettuce, and considering there have been at least
- 31:39Speaker 3: six thousand confirmed cases, Uh, it's going to be a
- 31:43Speaker 3: big lawsuit. Well, so they hope this thing's gonna get
- 31:45Speaker 3: thrown right out. It's not like they knowingly or.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Right, that's the thing you have.
- 31:49Speaker 3: You would have to prove that the negligence negligence of
- 31:52Speaker 3: some kind, do you though.
- 31:55Speaker 4: Because like we always talked about. But big corporations like
- 31:58Speaker 4: here just take a little money and get don't get
- 32:00Speaker 4: the f out of here.
- 32:01Speaker 3: Well that's why a lot of people they'll they'll file something,
- 32:04Speaker 3: they'll go, Okay, well we're just hoping for we're just
- 32:06Speaker 3: hoping for a quick pay the settlement. Yeah yeah, yeah yeah.
- 32:09Speaker 2: In a class action you get what fourteen because.
- 32:12Speaker 3: If you push it beyond that, if they and if
- 32:14Speaker 3: they tell you like oh no, and you push it bury,
- 32:16Speaker 3: well not only will they bury you, but now just
- 32:19Speaker 3: the expense that you go through and you may end
- 32:22Speaker 3: up with nothing but a bill for all the all
- 32:24Speaker 3: the lawyers fees and everything else. The only people that
- 32:26Speaker 3: ever make any money in these things are the lawyers.
- 32:28Speaker 2: Yep. Yeah.
- 32:29Speaker 3: Lawyers are scumbags, yep. You know most of them, right,
- 32:32Speaker 3: I mean there are some decent ones, but I mean
- 32:34Speaker 3: the ones who the ones who like just try to
- 32:37Speaker 3: cobble everybody together and they put the ads on TV
- 32:39Speaker 3: about like do you or anybody you know? Blah blah
- 32:42Speaker 3: blah blah blah. It's like, all right, man. A lot
- 32:44Speaker 3: of the fish of the time, I would say a
- 32:46Speaker 3: lot these are like a glorified ambulance chasers Yeah, they're
- 32:50Speaker 3: just trying to hope to get some kind of settlement.
- 32:52Speaker 3: They're they're the saws.
- 32:55Speaker 4: Exactly. It's good with the American flag.
- 32:59Speaker 2: Waving in the back.
- 33:01Speaker 3: Exactly. My best friend growing up, man, my buddy Joe,
- 33:04Speaker 3: he became a lawyer, and he tells me that, like,
- 33:06Speaker 3: you know, everybody just assumes that, oh, you went to
- 33:08Speaker 3: law school, you become a lawyer, have all the money.
- 33:12Speaker 3: I mean, no, he's you know, he's searching for Yeah,
- 33:15Speaker 3: he's not loaded because there's so many lawyers. Because everybody
- 33:17Speaker 3: was sold that. Yeah, everybody was sold that whole bill
- 33:20Speaker 3: of goods of go to college, graduate with a college degree,
- 33:23Speaker 3: and you're gonna be making all this money. Yeah, you're
- 33:26Speaker 3: gonna be guaranteed the job and have all this money.
- 33:28Speaker 3: That's what they were selling be a doctor or a lawyer.
- 33:30Speaker 3: But now everybody just got a bunch of debt. Yeah,
- 33:32Speaker 3: and they can't find a job, and the jobs they
- 33:34Speaker 3: can find are way for way less than what they were,
- 33:37Speaker 3: you know, thinking they were going to get because they
- 33:39Speaker 3: went to college. Same thing with lawyers. Doctors are a
- 33:42Speaker 3: little bit different, but lawyers. There's a billion lawyers because
- 33:46Speaker 3: all these kids, all these kids went to law school
- 33:49Speaker 3: and you come out there's only so many billable hours
- 33:51Speaker 3: out there. So that's why you get these lawyers who
- 33:53Speaker 3: take everything. They'll take everything and anything and throw it
- 33:57Speaker 3: up against the wall. See what sticks. Because guess what,
- 34:00Speaker 3: if it sticks, you get some kind of payout or
- 34:02Speaker 3: you win the case. They're the ones walking away. What
- 34:04Speaker 3: for if it's taken on contingency? I think, soucky, there's
- 34:10Speaker 3: a reason that all these lawyers live like the personal
- 34:13Speaker 3: injury guys, but they all live super fat. Yeah yeah,
- 34:16Speaker 3: because yeah, you're the one who broke your neck in
- 34:18Speaker 3: a car accident.
- 34:19Speaker 4: But dude, we got you.
- 34:20Speaker 3: Yeah exactly, But I mean that. But that's the business. Yeah,
- 34:23Speaker 3: that's the way the business works. It's all about billable hours.
- 34:25Speaker 3: I saw a TV commercial for a class action lawsuit.
- 34:28Speaker 3: I can't remember what it was, a medical thing, and
- 34:31Speaker 3: it starts with did you or someone you know die
- 34:34Speaker 3: from using this product?
- 34:36Speaker 2: Did you die? Yes, I'll call you that was me.
- 34:39Speaker 2: I died. I died, you guys, guess what.
- 34:44Speaker 3: I would like to be part of the lawsuit because
- 34:46Speaker 3: I died?
- 34:47Speaker 2: Really, someone you know died?
- 34:51Speaker 4: Yes, everyone's just gotten insane. I mean, I've given greg
- 34:55Speaker 4: two examples already this morning. Oh yeah, believe.
- 34:58Speaker 3: Well, these two dudes and North Carolina, they're suing the
- 35:01Speaker 3: hospital where they were born, claiming the hospital royally effed
- 35:04Speaker 3: up and switched them at birth.
- 35:06Speaker 15: It's January twenty sixth, nineteen eighty eight. Only Kyle and
- 35:09Speaker 15: I were born in that hospital that day. It's the
- 35:12Speaker 15: only time we've ever been together.
- 35:14Speaker 16: My aunt Mark and I were on ancestry dot com.
- 35:18Speaker 16: I had done further DNA testing on my raising mom
- 35:24Speaker 16: that came out conclusively that she was biologically my brother's mom,
- 35:29Speaker 16: but she didn't match with me. On the platform, we
- 35:33Speaker 16: kind of concluded and say, basically, look, Kyle, you were
- 35:35Speaker 16: switched at birth.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Yeah, so they figured it out two years ago, but
- 35:39Speaker 3: it's been nearly forty years and the records there at
- 35:43Speaker 3: the hospital no longer exist. The hospital is saying they
- 35:46Speaker 3: didn't do anything wrong, but these guys say the hospital
- 35:49Speaker 3: is responsible for robbing them of the lives they were
- 35:51Speaker 3: supposed to lead.
- 35:52Speaker 2: How do you know.
- 35:54Speaker 6: They know the difference.
- 35:56Speaker 3: One of them might have had a really good life.
- 35:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I was looking at the other.
- 36:00Speaker 4: There's definitely one that's spearheading.
- 36:02Speaker 3: They're asking for a jury trial. Okay, so how much
- 36:05Speaker 3: do they want? So figure on this, like what is
- 36:08Speaker 3: all this going to be worth? Like forty years?
- 36:10Speaker 2: The way they phrased that robbed us of the lives
- 36:13Speaker 2: we were supposed to have. Uh huh ten million?
- 36:17Speaker 3: Okay, five ten million, fifty thousand dollars? What we're talking about?
- 36:25Speaker 3: These guys, they're like, hey, man, you know how we
- 36:27Speaker 3: can make a quick buck. I'm sure that like if
- 36:29Speaker 3: we said something like it's good money but also super
- 36:31Speaker 3: low in the grand scheme of things.
- 36:33Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you're gonna go.
- 36:34Speaker 3: Fifty thousand because they're probably these guys want billions.
- 36:37Speaker 4: You said that with an edible for your entire life.
- 36:40Speaker 3: Yeah, Roby fifty thousand. Where do we write the check?
- 36:44Speaker 4: Yeah you want two of them?
- 36:45Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 36:45Speaker 3: I figured i'd be making one thousand per year. Now
- 36:49Speaker 3: it's sound like the dude Dumb and dumber. Yeah, eight
- 36:52Speaker 3: seven seven forty four. Wooding text us over to two
- 36:55Speaker 3: to nine, eight seven more. What he shows next?
- 37:00Speaker 2: Woodie Show.
- 37:02Speaker 4: In a time of luxury? Why wouldn't you.
- 37:04Speaker 3: Use it nostalgia?
- 37:06Speaker 2: I do want to do it outdoors.
- 37:11Speaker 3: It's the Witty Show, It's another hour, It's the Woody Show. Yeah,
- 37:18Speaker 3: Woodie Greg minus Gino grand phones at eight seven seven
- 37:22Speaker 3: four Wooding text us over to two two nine eight
- 37:26Speaker 3: seven menace cheers and jeers.
- 37:29Speaker 2: Well, cheers is.
- 37:30Speaker 5: I decided to hit a vapen like a hundred times,
- 37:34Speaker 5: and then I went to go see uh spider Man.
- 37:37Speaker 5: But I went about an hour early, so I enjoyed
- 37:41Speaker 5: some food and I got myself a rice ball was in.
- 37:44Speaker 3: That vaypen menace nicotine. I don't see Greg vaping all
- 37:51Speaker 3: morning times?
- 37:52Speaker 2: Yeah, no, no, no, there were uh there was marijuana
- 37:55Speaker 2: in vay.
- 37:57Speaker 5: So then I decided, oh, I'm kind of hungry, so
- 37:59Speaker 5: I get a rice bowl and then I get some
- 38:02Speaker 5: uh some chicken on top of barbecue chicken and some
- 38:06Speaker 5: chow maine, and dude, it was so good. And then
- 38:09Speaker 5: I decide, still got time, so I want some ice cream.
- 38:13Speaker 5: But I found like a frozen yogurt spot and then
- 38:15Speaker 5: it's like one of those self served so you know,
- 38:17Speaker 5: just put like all the cookie crumbs up on it.
- 38:23Speaker 3: What were you doing this year?
- 38:24Speaker 4: There an hour early? Did you just have time to kill?
- 38:26Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 38:26Speaker 2: I had time to kill. I just got there pretty quick.
- 38:28Speaker 2: I thought I would it would take a lot longer.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Tough it's tough, yeah, stressful.
- 38:35Speaker 2: Yeah, so I get that.
- 38:37Speaker 5: But then I get inside the movie theater and I said, okay,
- 38:41Speaker 5: well I'll get a small popcorn, right, small soda and dude.
- 38:47Speaker 5: So like with these movie theaters, they have like the
- 38:50Speaker 5: you know, the VIP line, and then they have the
- 38:52Speaker 5: regular line. I was looking at the VIP line and
- 38:54Speaker 5: it was like packed, and then the regular ass line
- 38:57Speaker 5: that I went into, there was nobody in line.
- 39:00Speaker 4: Greg Like, that's what I've been saying about the airport.
- 39:02Speaker 5: Everybody's like paying for all these premium services and I, dude,
- 39:06Speaker 5: I just walked right up and got my stuff, and
- 39:09Speaker 5: everybody else is waiting in the line.
- 39:10Speaker 3: Dude, he vaped right about this.
- 39:16Speaker 7: I've never been to a movie theater. I haven't noticed
- 39:17Speaker 7: that they have a VIP members What do you get? Yeah,
- 39:25Speaker 7: so yeah, you can pre order on it or you're
- 39:27Speaker 7: supposed to have like priority in the line.
- 39:31Speaker 3: And then when you get a list whatever it's called
- 39:33Speaker 3: the get you X number of movies per whatever to
- 39:37Speaker 3: the theater at the concession stand, there's a line for
- 39:41Speaker 3: those members, and then there's a line for people who
- 39:43Speaker 3: don't have that membership, and the line without the membership
- 39:46Speaker 3: is the one that had like nobody in it. All
- 39:48Speaker 3: these other people who are there, they're all the people
- 39:50Speaker 3: that signed up for I'm.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Chairs on that man.
- 39:54Speaker 7: Especially the line just to get in the theater, like
- 39:56Speaker 7: has never been a problem for anybody. I mean, the
- 39:59Speaker 7: reason that was that way, I'm sure it's not like
- 40:00Speaker 7: that most of the time. It's because it's the biggest
- 40:02Speaker 7: movie of the year. It's all these movie freaks.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Why they have the membership, so they're there all the
- 40:07Speaker 3: same time, like on any given day. It's probably not
- 40:11Speaker 3: that way. Madhouse, Yeah, it was crazy concessions.
- 40:14Speaker 17: It was.
- 40:15Speaker 2: It was packed.
- 40:16Speaker 5: But I watched the movie in three D, which was
- 40:18Speaker 5: awesome by the way, after hitting the vapen because it
- 40:21Speaker 5: felt like I was inside the movie.
- 40:24Speaker 2: So that was cool. When you give the movie, I'll
- 40:27Speaker 2: give the movie probably like it eight out of ten.
- 40:31Speaker 5: I know people are giving it like eleven, but I'll
- 40:34Speaker 5: give it eight. You know, it's very lovey dovey, and
- 40:36Speaker 5: then I mean, yeah, but anyways, my jeers is like,
- 40:41Speaker 5: you know, younger people like to say, oh, you're a boomer,
- 40:44Speaker 5: and everybody's a boomer, but like I feel like if
- 40:46Speaker 5: young people actually had to deal with actual for reels
- 40:49Speaker 5: boomers in the age range what a boomer is that.
- 40:53Speaker 4: They would be reels boom, yeah, seventies and eighties, eight thirty.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Years labeled boomer.
- 40:58Speaker 5: I don't they would have the mental capacity of handling
- 41:01Speaker 5: like an actual boomer, because actual boomers they don't listen.
- 41:06Speaker 5: They get butt hurt very easily, and just like dealing
- 41:09Speaker 5: with them is just a pain in the ass, man.
- 41:12Speaker 5: And I got like quite a few that I have
- 41:14Speaker 5: to deal with, and like they don't want to listen
- 41:17Speaker 5: about finances, they don't want to listen about their health.
- 41:20Speaker 5: They won't again, won't take advice on the parents and
- 41:24Speaker 5: and anything. Yeah, Like I just recently had one that
- 41:26Speaker 5: has to called me right after like they just got
- 41:30Speaker 5: a warning that they had to do evacuation with fires,
- 41:33Speaker 5: right yeah. So I said, oh, I'll go find your
- 41:37Speaker 5: nearest like hotel and go like get a hotel room
- 41:41Speaker 5: because you don't know when you're gonna be able to
- 41:42Speaker 5: go back to your to your house. And they're like,
- 41:45Speaker 5: oh no, just like wait it out. I'm like no,
- 41:47Speaker 5: like it's gonna like get full soon, so immediately go there.
- 41:51Speaker 5: Doesn't listen to me, has to be in a church
- 41:53Speaker 5: parking lot all night and then I'm like talking to
- 41:55Speaker 5: them and they, oh, we got to get on the phone.
- 41:58Speaker 5: Don't don't have any more battery on. I'd fallen and
- 42:01Speaker 5: you can't charge it in your car, haven't.
- 42:03Speaker 2: Uh, haven't heard from them for probably like fourteen hours.
- 42:06Speaker 2: So so car that's in the way. Yeah, like I
- 42:09Speaker 2: don't know, dude.
- 42:10Speaker 4: Yeah, And just for everyone who needs a refresher, actual
- 42:13Speaker 4: boomers are sixty two to eighty years old. Yeah, that's
- 42:16Speaker 4: what a boomer is.
- 42:17Speaker 2: And they're stubborn as like, don't call me. Yeah, if
- 42:23Speaker 2: you're not gonna listen to anything I have to say.
- 42:26Speaker 3: So yeah, cheers a dealing with like for real's boomers,
- 42:30Speaker 3: Morgan cheers and jeers.
- 42:32Speaker 11: Okay, cheers menace. We'll get what I'm saying here, all right.
- 42:35Speaker 10: Cheers to the mall.
- 42:37Speaker 3: Oh my god, I wish the.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Mall yesterday it happened.
- 42:43Speaker 3: Have you not been to them all in a while,
- 42:44Speaker 3: I've been.
- 42:45Speaker 11: I guess it was a different mall than I usually
- 42:47Speaker 11: go to. It wasn't by my house.
- 42:48Speaker 2: Because there's some that are just dead af but some
- 42:50Speaker 2: I just also just recently went packed.
- 42:53Speaker 11: I mean, I know it's back to school shopping time, right,
- 42:55Speaker 11: but yeah, that place was popping man, Like, oh my god,
- 42:59Speaker 11: it was great, and then the sale racks. Like I
- 43:02Speaker 11: have a weird rule when I go shopping because I
- 43:03Speaker 11: don't go a lot. I go straight to the sale
- 43:06Speaker 11: always because usually I can find cute stuff there and
- 43:08Speaker 11: I don't even do full price stuff. I spent so
- 43:11Speaker 11: much damn money, Oh my god, but it was all
- 43:13Speaker 11: sales stuff. So to think of how much I would
- 43:16Speaker 11: have actually spent, is that why you went?
- 43:19Speaker 2: Okay? Yeah?
- 43:20Speaker 11: So and also I'm gonna start dressing better, so don't
- 43:22Speaker 11: act weird. Okay, Okay, yeah, like not today, so don't
- 43:27Speaker 11: look at me now.
- 43:28Speaker 3: But it's a very nice sweat.
- 43:33Speaker 4: It can be yours for lolo price.
- 43:34Speaker 11: It can. But no, like, starting tomorrow, maybe I'm gonna
- 43:38Speaker 11: like just start looking nicer, So don't treat me. And
- 43:41Speaker 11: why because I need to level up my life.
- 43:43Speaker 4: But well, she's got a bunch of new clothes.
- 43:46Speaker 9: Yeah, no, I know, caring more about how I appear.
- 43:49Speaker 9: So are we talking about like nicer sweat outfits? Are
- 43:53Speaker 9: we talking jeans?
- 43:54Speaker 2: Okay?
- 43:54Speaker 10: So still sweat outfits?
- 43:55Speaker 11: Yeah, y'all not going to see me in jeans and
- 43:57Speaker 11: heels in here. Okay, but like you know, maybe like
- 43:59Speaker 11: a you top with some sweats or something. I'm just
- 44:02Speaker 11: gonna look less.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Numby all brought on by going shopping kind of.
- 44:06Speaker 11: Yeah, now I have like some cute clothes, right, so
- 44:09Speaker 11: just don't treat me different, Okay, all right, I don't
- 44:11Speaker 11: want it to be awkward when I come in.
- 44:14Speaker 10: Don't get you distracted by my eyes are.
- 44:17Speaker 3: Up here right the rest for the life, I mean,
- 44:19Speaker 3: the wife you want to be.
- 44:20Speaker 11: Absolutely SeaBASS is right. I'm trying to level up. But
- 44:23Speaker 11: cheers to them all because it's been a while and
- 44:25Speaker 11: now I get what Minutes has been saying.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Yeah, jeers.
- 44:28Speaker 11: There is this fly that's in my house. Oh my god.
- 44:32Speaker 11: One of my pet peeves is like, I keep the
- 44:34Speaker 11: screen door closed twenty four to seven. I hate when
- 44:36Speaker 11: bugs get in my house. I got this fly in
- 44:39Speaker 11: over the weekend and I cannot get it out. It's
- 44:41Speaker 11: still alive. I saw it this morning. Like if I
- 44:44Speaker 11: had cameras, you'd see me swatting all day, going crazy
- 44:47Speaker 11: trying to get this thing and I can't get it.
- 44:49Speaker 4: There's a full breaking Bad episode dedicated to this.
- 44:51Speaker 11: It's driving me. Effie insane sating with what everything with
- 44:56Speaker 11: vinyl like vinyl albums because I'm just.
- 44:58Speaker 3: Eating electric later.
- 45:01Speaker 11: I tried a regular five swater.
- 45:03Speaker 3: It wasn't big enough.
- 45:04Speaker 11: This thing is fast.
- 45:05Speaker 7: You're describing the exactly the solution we have the electric
- 45:08Speaker 7: I need it.
- 45:09Speaker 2: Yeah, you can get a like home depot lows.
- 45:11Speaker 5: It's like I love I love the free one here
- 45:14Speaker 5: in the kitchen and they sap them and it's cool
- 45:17Speaker 5: because it is sound.
- 45:18Speaker 4: The sound is great.
- 45:19Speaker 11: Yea, oh my god, I would orgasm if I could
- 45:22Speaker 11: kill it right now. But it has been driving. And
- 45:24Speaker 11: then when you lay down and go to bed and
- 45:26Speaker 11: all you hear is like, yeah, and I know it's
- 45:29Speaker 11: spitting on all of my.
- 45:30Speaker 2: Stuff when you mark them.
- 45:32Speaker 5: Dude, it's awesome because it like lights up and it
- 45:34Speaker 5: makes the popping smells cool.
- 45:36Speaker 11: I want to try it, Okay, yeah, but yeah, gears
- 45:38Speaker 11: to that damn fly I can't get.
- 45:40Speaker 3: So it's true that, uh you've discovered z quill.
- 45:43Speaker 11: Oh my god, yeah, okay, so this is a big
- 45:46Speaker 11: weekend for me.
- 45:47Speaker 3: So she discovered z quill. Yeah, and she made the
- 45:50Speaker 3: comment to somebody. I'm not going to disclose who, she said.
- 45:53Speaker 3: I I already know I'm going to get addicted.
- 45:55Speaker 2: Well, oh the ze quill like.
- 45:59Speaker 11: Yeah, but it's with out the medicine part. Last night,
- 46:02Speaker 11: I just wanted to get good sleep and not wake
- 46:05Speaker 11: up A lot.
- 46:05Speaker 2: Problem is with our schedules. Equal is like it has
- 46:08Speaker 2: to be like a weekend thing.
- 46:10Speaker 4: Yeah, is it out of your sister? Feel crazy right now?
- 46:12Speaker 11: I took it last night. I feel great. But I
- 46:15Speaker 11: didn't know that there was a version that came without
- 46:17Speaker 11: the medicine.
- 46:18Speaker 2: There's gonna be there's gonna be a day where we
- 46:20Speaker 2: go where's Morgan? Oh yeah, yeah we can't. You won't
- 46:23Speaker 2: even pick up your phone?
- 46:24Speaker 4: Are you going to do like a scissor like nightcap?
- 46:27Speaker 4: Like like I had a little sprite or make a
- 46:30Speaker 4: drink out of it because I know someone who does
- 46:32Speaker 4: it every night.
- 46:33Speaker 6: Double cup.
- 46:33Speaker 11: It not about idea at all. I've never tried melatonin
- 46:36Speaker 11: and stuff like that. I don't know if it works.
- 46:38Speaker 3: Equal is not melotonin. It's the well.
- 46:40Speaker 11: Whatever it is, I love it. I was laying in
- 46:44Speaker 11: bed like, I don't even need to watch TV. I
- 46:46Speaker 11: could just fall asleep right now.
- 46:47Speaker 2: How long did it take to kick in?
- 46:49Speaker 11: I'd say maybe like an hour for me and do
- 46:52Speaker 11: you feel like it took it at the right time
- 46:54Speaker 11: or well, I took it at my friend's house and
- 46:56Speaker 11: then I drove home, which probably wasn't smart, but I
- 46:59Speaker 11: was like, I got to get home fast. I was
- 47:02Speaker 11: just so excited. So yeah, probably about an hour before
- 47:04Speaker 11: I knocked out.
- 47:05Speaker 3: I know, you have like four hours of sleep that
- 47:07Speaker 3: you could get at the at best, it's probably the
- 47:10Speaker 3: best time to do it. But if you know you
- 47:12Speaker 3: have like, you know, seven seven hours.
- 47:15Speaker 11: I got five and a half last night, which is
- 47:16Speaker 11: more than I ever get.
- 47:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 47:19Speaker 11: Ever, I feel amazing.
- 47:21Speaker 3: Yeah, shout out to show. Yeah, and Morgan's new addiction.
- 47:28Speaker 3: I mean, what could go wrong? You know your life
- 47:30Speaker 3: is ruling right now.
- 47:31Speaker 4: Yeah, it really is on top of the world.
- 47:35Speaker 3: The ship we were uh talking about those those guys
- 47:42Speaker 3: they say they were switched to birth. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 47:45Speaker 3: I remember that. I get the clip here. They're SiO
- 47:47Speaker 3: in the hospital.
- 47:48Speaker 15: January twenty sixth, nineteen eighty eight. Only Kyle and I
- 47:51Speaker 15: were born in that hospital that day. It's the only
- 47:54Speaker 15: time we've ever been together.
- 47:56Speaker 16: My aunt Mark and I were on ancestry dot com.
- 48:00Speaker 16: I had done further DNA testing on my raising mom
- 48:05Speaker 16: that came out conclusively that she was biologically my brother's mom,
- 48:11Speaker 16: but she didn't match with me on the platform. We
- 48:14Speaker 16: kind of concluded and said basically, look, Kyle, you were
- 48:17Speaker 16: switch at it for.
- 48:19Speaker 3: So that's how they found out. But that's how that goes.
- 48:23Speaker 3: You know, people go with the twenty three and me
- 48:27Speaker 3: and ancestry dot com. You learn all kinds of stuff,
- 48:29Speaker 3: some stuff, but what do they say if you don't
- 48:31Speaker 3: want the answers, don't ask me. Yeah, people found out
- 48:35Speaker 3: what was like your story, Sea Bass?
- 48:37Speaker 7: Well, I know you've told her before the story of
- 48:40Speaker 7: my children, which I've told, of course many times. But
- 48:43Speaker 7: how that got found was through twenty three and me.
- 48:45Speaker 3: Yeah, because Sea Bass was you know, selling a bunch
- 48:48Speaker 3: of his seed. Yes, throughout college, I was making donations
- 48:52Speaker 3: to create a world. Yeah and yeah, but that was
- 48:56Speaker 3: right before.
- 48:57Speaker 7: Twenty three and meters ancestry et cetera became a thing.
- 49:00Speaker 7: So I kind of figured and those the idea is that, Okay,
- 49:03Speaker 7: eighteen years from now they can maybe send you a
- 49:05Speaker 7: letter or find your name, because that was the deal.
- 49:07Speaker 7: They you're anonymous until eighteen years later. Well, in the meantime,
- 49:11Speaker 7: here comes twenty three and me an ancestry and now
- 49:13Speaker 7: you are not anonymous at all.
- 49:14Speaker 2: Now did they.
- 49:16Speaker 5: Reverse engineer it and find narrow you down or did
- 49:19Speaker 5: you have an account when twenty three and me? I, Well,
- 49:21Speaker 5: that's how my mom found out.
- 49:22Speaker 7: That was part of the thing is I was never
- 49:24Speaker 7: intending to tell them, and you know what, I honestly
- 49:26Speaker 7: I didn't really have a plan for that.
- 49:29Speaker 2: But no, what did she do?
- 49:31Speaker 7: Well, taught out that she had a random grand kid
- 49:34Speaker 7: somewhere and she and then she called me, I'm driving back,
- 49:37Speaker 7: you know, from wherever, and.
- 49:38Speaker 3: She's like, oh, hey, just a fy, what are you
- 49:40Speaker 3: up to?
- 49:41Speaker 7: I just got to agree because she knows maybe that
- 49:43Speaker 7: could be, you know, something else or a false hit
- 49:45Speaker 7: or something like that. But yeah, she's because she's all
- 49:48Speaker 7: into that kind of stuff. So that popped right up
- 49:50Speaker 7: for her. And actually, I'm looking at my twenty three
- 49:52Speaker 7: me right now and that's the only one that popped
- 49:54Speaker 7: up for whatever reason. You can keep it private if
- 49:56Speaker 7: you want to. You can either keep it with share
- 49:58Speaker 7: it with certain people, not have your family tree on there.
- 50:01Speaker 4: But somebody wanted to meet Papa or they.
- 50:04Speaker 3: Just didn't even well actually not even because they don't
- 50:06Speaker 3: even have their name in there. It's just initials.
- 50:08Speaker 7: So they just wanted to do it, see because it's
- 50:11Speaker 7: if I was a sperm donor kid, I would want
- 50:13Speaker 7: to know because you got all kinds of you know.
- 50:15Speaker 7: They they didn't test me at the time. They just
- 50:17Speaker 7: had to take my word for it, which luckily I
- 50:19Speaker 7: was pretty imagin You found out your dad is the partner.
- 50:24Speaker 3: Cool, kind of cool.
- 50:27Speaker 2: That was the last finding out Tom Hanks is your dad, because.
- 50:31Speaker 4: No, like Batman exactly.
- 50:33Speaker 7: That's what Kevin Smith said. Yeah, that was part of
- 50:35Speaker 7: the last sit down I had with one of these kids,
- 50:37Speaker 7: was he was, let's you know the elephant in the
- 50:39Speaker 7: room car arcs. Uh So, yeah, because now there's a
- 50:44Speaker 7: set for for folks who don't know. It goes into
- 50:46Speaker 7: a deeper dive here. If you're if you are a
- 50:49Speaker 7: genetically genetically engineered child, if you are the product of
- 50:53Speaker 7: in vitro, in insemination or whatever fertilization. Uh, there's a
- 50:57Speaker 7: special website just for you. And they actually did reverse
- 51:01Speaker 7: engineer me through that because I have a donor number
- 51:05Speaker 7: that they that they have and they can kind of
- 51:07Speaker 7: figure to put two and two together and cross reference
- 51:10Speaker 7: it with some twenty three and me stuff, et cetera.
- 51:11Speaker 5: So yeah, that's how they're catching all these criminals because
- 51:15Speaker 5: even though, like let's say a criminal didn't sign up
- 51:17Speaker 5: for twenty three and me or donate anything, they just
- 51:19Speaker 5: go through their family check and they just go back.
- 51:23Speaker 5: Let's just go backwards. Let's be clear about that.
- 51:24Speaker 7: I know twenty three and me and whoever just declared bankruptcy,
- 51:27Speaker 7: but that's not not exactly that way. There's an open
- 51:30Speaker 7: source DNA reference d and that's how they're catching these criminals.
- 51:34Speaker 7: So now they're not they don't subpoena twenty three and
- 51:36Speaker 7: me for all genetic information.
- 51:37Speaker 3: It's the same reason I have never not once, I
- 51:40Speaker 3: have never had a Facebook account.
- 51:42Speaker 4: I don't want to know.
- 51:43Speaker 3: I don't want to know, like I'm not I'm not interested,
- 51:46Speaker 3: like the twenty three and me stuff, I don't I
- 51:49Speaker 3: don't know. I don't care like I you know, people
- 51:52Speaker 3: I didn't know. I knew my grandparents cool beyond that,
- 51:55Speaker 3: not interested. Really don't care about great grandparents or who
- 51:59Speaker 3: came before the war, did they come here from?
- 52:01Speaker 11: Really?
- 52:01Speaker 3: Yeah, I've never I've never had any interest in it.
- 52:04Speaker 3: Sorry suckers. Yeah, I know it's super your kids it's
- 52:08Speaker 3: super important too. They didn't they didn't know me. I
- 52:11Speaker 3: don't know them. They were as strangers as anybody else
- 52:14Speaker 3: could be. I've just never I've never had that natural
- 52:17Speaker 3: curiosity about that. Yeah, so I just never. I never
- 52:20Speaker 3: signed up for it the same way like Facebook came about.
- 52:22Speaker 3: They're like, oh, well, you can reconnect with all these
- 52:24Speaker 3: people that went to elementary school with I'm like, no,
- 52:26Speaker 3: thank you.
- 52:28Speaker 2: I try to avoid them.
- 52:29Speaker 3: I'm not interested in that either.
- 52:31Speaker 2: I did twenty three and me and what do you
- 52:33Speaker 2: will not believe this? It didn't work. I got a
- 52:37Speaker 2: letter back. I said the results came back and I
- 52:39Speaker 2: was like, oh boy, I'm so excited to see this.
- 52:42Speaker 2: And it said, yeah, we couldn't analyze it because the
- 52:46Speaker 2: sample the spins. All you do is you open a
- 52:49Speaker 2: plastic tube and you why did you send a sample
- 52:55Speaker 2: you couldn't have ean for like a certain amount of time.
- 52:57Speaker 2: There was like I followed the directions. They probably spit
- 53:00Speaker 2: in the thing.
- 53:00Speaker 3: We've got a Hispanic man seamen.
- 53:02Speaker 2: Yeah. That more than like, yeah, there's too now we
- 53:08Speaker 2: asked for a there's too much DNA for the.
- 53:11Speaker 3: Reason that's unusual. It's interesting.
- 53:15Speaker 7: This just came up recently where I had no idea
- 53:17Speaker 7: that a very small percentage of men actually leave behind offspring. Greg,
- 53:22Speaker 7: it's historically it's like forty percent, like because they go
- 53:26Speaker 7: back and they looked at like the different X and
- 53:27Speaker 7: Y chromosomal DNA and the varieties of that. Dude, I mean,
- 53:30Speaker 7: it's like eighty percent of women have offspring and it hire,
- 53:33Speaker 7: I know, so meaning that more like that that I
- 53:37Speaker 7: only only the top tier of men are banging more
- 53:40Speaker 7: with fewer men with oh yeah, right, right right, And
- 53:43Speaker 7: it's but it was dramatically low like historically. Now it's hire.
- 53:47Speaker 7: It's like sixty percent, but historically like forty percent of
- 53:49Speaker 7: men have offspring. The rest of them may either die,
- 53:52Speaker 7: you know, kill.
- 53:55Speaker 6: Themself, right, yes, Jeff g So I did one of
- 53:59Speaker 6: those tests before too, and I'm opposite of you. I
- 54:01Speaker 6: kind of like learning about this stuff and it's kind
- 54:03Speaker 6: of cool.
- 54:03Speaker 3: Well, I mean, look, most people do, I understand most
- 54:05Speaker 3: most people have an interest in that, just it's just
- 54:09Speaker 3: not for me.
- 54:09Speaker 6: So I found a sixth cousin named Willie six cousins deep.
- 54:14Speaker 6: He's from the Democratic Republic of Congo, and yes he's black.
- 54:18Speaker 6: Oh wow, Vicky, there we go man, which is kind
- 54:20Speaker 6: of cool. Yeah, from the waist down. Another story that
- 54:24Speaker 6: happened in my family. One of my relatives actually hooked
- 54:26Speaker 6: up with a chick when he was eighteen, had no
- 54:28Speaker 6: idea he got her pregnant. She kept it a secret, right,
- 54:31Speaker 6: and he found out he had a son when he
- 54:33Speaker 6: was seventy years old?
- 54:34Speaker 3: Oh wow?
- 54:35Speaker 6: Yeah, the unknown kid found one of my cousins twenty
- 54:38Speaker 6: three and me connected the dots then eventually found my
- 54:41Speaker 6: relative And imagine having to explain to your wife that
- 54:44Speaker 6: you had a secret kid when you're seventy.
- 54:46Speaker 3: God damn, Oh you didn't know.
- 54:48Speaker 6: Yeah, I didn't know, And you know, he had to say, Hey,
- 54:50Speaker 6: this was before our marriage. Don't worry. Everything's fine. I
- 54:52Speaker 6: didn't cheat on.
- 54:53Speaker 4: You and anything like that, right, But did he feel like, wow,
- 54:55Speaker 4: I could have had all this time with a son.
- 54:57Speaker 6: Yeah. And they've reconnected, which is cool. I've actually met him,
- 54:59Speaker 6: met some family fortunes and stuff, and it is kind
- 55:01Speaker 6: of cool to bring any relative in and all that stuff.
- 55:04Speaker 2: But it's so weird that they lived the whole life.
- 55:07Speaker 2: That's crazy, having no idea what was going on.
- 55:09Speaker 6: That's common. That's very, very common with the ancestry thing.
- 55:12Speaker 5: They also, I don't know if they had anymore, because
- 55:15Speaker 5: I know when I first signed up, they had a
- 55:16Speaker 5: thing where it will show like what celebrity you're related
- 55:20Speaker 5: to in some weird way through DNA. Oh really, yeah,
- 55:24Speaker 5: as mine was Stephen Colbert, but like like by I
- 55:28Speaker 5: don't know, trillionth cousin or something.
- 55:30Speaker 4: It's funny you should say that, because the only interesting
- 55:33Speaker 4: thing that because we took the test, and it's what
- 55:36Speaker 4: you think it is. It's all like peasant Jews from
- 55:39Speaker 4: Russia or whatever. But we did find out that we
- 55:42Speaker 4: were related to Leonard Nimoy, mister Spotts Jack.
- 55:47Speaker 2: Hell yeah, Here's what I've never understood about it. Though.
- 55:49Speaker 2: Let's say, Jeff, you do twenty three and me and
- 55:51Speaker 2: nobody else in your family did twenty three and me.
- 55:54Speaker 2: Wouldn't you find out nothing? No, you would find like
- 55:57Speaker 2: your sixth cousin, But how would they know if they didn't,
- 56:00Speaker 2: because you're a strand of DNA?
- 56:01Speaker 7: Right, percentages, the percentages and you see that when they
- 56:04Speaker 7: break give you the reports are very consistent. So your
- 56:07Speaker 7: mom and dad is going to be like either forty
- 56:08Speaker 7: nine point nine percent or fifty point one percent and
- 56:11Speaker 7: then same thing for it'll break out grandmother's nephews, et cetera,
- 56:14Speaker 7: et cetera. So those percentages because like what Jeff was saying,
- 56:17Speaker 7: that's sixth cousin, that's point zero five percent. And by
- 56:21Speaker 7: the way, when you're when you're a second cousin, you
- 56:24Speaker 7: only have like one percent DNA shared, which is why
- 56:26Speaker 7: it should be and is here we go cousin, second
- 56:34Speaker 7: cousin is only like one that you sure well second
- 56:37Speaker 7: cousin twice removed. It's like less than one percent.
- 56:39Speaker 3: Okay, But you can also use the argument, okay, so
- 56:42Speaker 3: like it's only whatever percent what percentage of like that
- 56:45Speaker 3: does that of the population? Does that leave? So why
- 56:49Speaker 3: that small percentage do you have to go for not
- 56:51Speaker 3: saying you're not going for it all the other fish
- 56:55Speaker 3: that are you're not. Why can't you just ignore it's
- 56:59Speaker 3: such a small number, like that's not that's not what
- 57:03Speaker 3: you're put in your sight? I said, freak Jerry Lee.
- 57:05Speaker 3: But if it happens.
- 57:06Speaker 7: But if it happened, I'm just don't be worried first cousin,
- 57:09Speaker 7: but second and beyond she's just too.
- 57:11Speaker 6: Hot and Greg, it only depends too, Like Seba said,
- 57:14Speaker 6: if people are also sharing that information, right seve baths.
- 57:17Speaker 2: If they're not like their stuff public, you may not
- 57:19Speaker 2: ever know.
- 57:20Speaker 7: In that case, you're you get like you get your
- 57:22Speaker 7: like Gino is saying your ethnic origin.
- 57:25Speaker 3: Yeah, so that ask you to resubmit.
- 57:28Speaker 2: They didn't. I just didn't bother and gave up on it.
- 57:31Speaker 2: I forget it. Yeah, although I did find out because
- 57:36Speaker 2: my family is now down to four people total, like
- 57:39Speaker 2: my entire family, and I found out that we have
- 57:42Speaker 2: more family. My dad just met them on they he
- 57:47Speaker 2: just met them. It's his aunts granddaughter, so it's my
- 57:51Speaker 2: dad's I don't know what cousin.
- 57:53Speaker 4: That would be, but like you know, answer, I can't
- 57:56Speaker 4: do that.
- 57:56Speaker 3: Granddaughter sounds like more obligation of people to keep in
- 57:59Speaker 3: touch with.
- 58:00Speaker 2: Your distance cousin.
- 58:01Speaker 4: Are you gonna meet them?
- 58:03Speaker 2: Maybe someday.
- 58:04Speaker 4: I guess you're not dying to meet her.
- 58:06Speaker 2: I always wonder like, what was my cousin's kids to me?
- 58:09Speaker 2: Like how do you address them? And they say online
- 58:12Speaker 2: it says your.
- 58:13Speaker 5: Nephew, no second cousin, No, it's not your I have second.
- 58:18Speaker 5: My second cousins are my my parents cousins.
- 58:22Speaker 3: Your cousin's children are your first cousin once.
- 58:25Speaker 2: Removed, first cousin wants removed.
- 58:28Speaker 7: And Greg, your your aunt's granddaughter is your second cousin,
- 58:31Speaker 7: once removed, once removed, so you can bang her, no problem.
- 58:38Speaker 2: Further, it's my dad's aunt's granddaughter like that.
- 58:43Speaker 3: So we're gonna take a quick break. All open up
- 58:46Speaker 3: the phones. I'm not sure we'll get anything interesting. But
- 58:50Speaker 3: have you ever discovered something through this stuff like the
- 58:54Speaker 3: twenty three and me the ancestry dot com. Have you
- 58:56Speaker 3: ever say some kind of like, uh, you know, fun
- 59:00Speaker 3: that you didn't know maybe not so fun. Fact you
- 59:04Speaker 3: realize that you know your parent, whoever it is your
- 59:07Speaker 3: mom or dad, Well, kind of hard to fake the mom, right, Yeah,
- 59:10Speaker 3: but like you find out that you're the person you
- 59:12Speaker 3: thought was your dad not your dad, or happens all
- 59:14Speaker 3: the time you had all that right, or like you know, Hey,
- 59:17Speaker 3: I'm seventy years old and I just found out that
- 59:19Speaker 3: I have a son. What, Yeah, that'd be mind blowing.
- 59:23Speaker 6: Listen, if your parents travel to different countries, chances are
- 59:25Speaker 6: they got a secret family in that country, I can promise,
- 59:28Speaker 6: especially the black and brown bro that is traditionous. It
- 59:31Speaker 6: is tradition I have.
- 59:33Speaker 5: I have family members have second families in Mexico for sure,
- 59:37Speaker 5: guarantee no like legit.
- 59:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 59:38Speaker 3: So if you ever made some kind of like crazy discovery,
- 59:41Speaker 3: you've had the surprise thanks to twenty three and meters
- 59:44Speaker 3: or ancestry dot com one of those things, or the
- 59:46Speaker 3: criminal database. Yeah, hit us up eight seven seven forty four.
- 59:50Speaker 3: What if we can find any cool stories, We'll share
- 59:52Speaker 3: those after the break, but call in with them eight
- 59:54Speaker 3: seven seven forty four.
- 59:56Speaker 2: What he would be right.
- 59:56Speaker 3: Back, so'll be right back. It will happen.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: Whatity show next?
- 1:00:01Speaker 14: And now more of the Whitie Show.
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: All right, welcome back everybody. Hey, all right, so what
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: did you discover through twenty three and me or ancestry
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: dot com. Yeah, there's all kind of stories coming in
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: on the text. Give me one off the text here, Gina.
- 1:00:20Speaker 4: We found out this from the seventy to three. We
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: found out my dead brother had a son. No one
- 1:00:24Speaker 4: knew about it, And now he's in his twenties and
- 1:00:26Speaker 4: I have a new nephew. Wow, god crazy.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: I think my uncle found out that he had a
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: daughter well into his like fifty, like late fifties, early sixties.
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: I forget how old he was when he found out
- 1:00:38Speaker 3: about it.
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: Was it one of those cases where he didn't know
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: the woman was pregnant.
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: Yeah, had no idea. And then later found out about
- 1:00:44Speaker 3: his daughter and it turns out the daughter had kids,
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: so he was a grandfather. He went from having no
- 1:00:48Speaker 3: kids and nothing to all of a sudden, he has
- 1:00:50Speaker 3: got a daughter. And dude, this loser. He he launched
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: so hardcore into the whole grandfather thing.
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: Oh I bet yeah, it was all the loser.
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: Well, it's my uncle Dan.
- 1:01:00Speaker 4: He's a douche Okay, hear that guy.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: It's a douchebag.
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: It's weird to me that the women keep it secret.
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: I'm like, nah, it's like, uh, where's yeah, yeah, where's
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: my monthly payment or size?
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: So what what did you discover? Let's say hi to James, Yo, James,
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: it's good yo.
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: Whatever what do you show? So what did you what
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: did you learn?
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: What did you discover?
- 1:01:20Speaker 14: So me and my older sisters took a twenty three
- 1:01:22Speaker 14: and me, uh and found out that the three of
- 1:01:25Speaker 14: us all had different dads.
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: Oh wow, that's got to be a lil Yeah.
- 1:01:32Speaker 14: Yeah, I'm glad we found out. We did it because
- 1:01:34Speaker 14: my mom had cancer, so we wanted to see what
- 1:01:36Speaker 14: kind of genetic makeup and good thing we found out
- 1:01:38Speaker 14: because she passed like three months later after she told us.
- 1:01:41Speaker 3: Wow, and then so like, so what happened that? How
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: did you confront uh you know, the people involved? I
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: mean how like, did you bring it up or did
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: just kind of you had the information did nothing with it.
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:01:53Speaker 14: So we were all on a FaceTime call with me
- 1:01:55Speaker 14: and my sisters and my mom, and I pulled up
- 1:01:58Speaker 14: the results kind of showing it and I was like, wait,
- 1:02:02Speaker 14: it says I'm half Mexican, not Salvadorian. And my mom
- 1:02:05Speaker 14: like kind of panicked and dropped off the call, and
- 1:02:08Speaker 14: we all talked to him. We all pulled it up,
- 1:02:12Speaker 14: and two days later she kind of sat us all
- 1:02:16Speaker 14: down and was like, I was afraid to bring this up.
- 1:02:18Speaker 14: I didn't know this would ever come up thirty years ago.
- 1:02:21Speaker 14: I didn't know you guys would have DNA testing.
- 1:02:23Speaker 3: In your hands.
- 1:02:23Speaker 14: Yeah, and uh yeah, so I don't know my biological
- 1:02:28Speaker 14: father and I haven't told my other father. Same thing
- 1:02:33Speaker 14: with my sisters. We just thought that now she's passed,
- 1:02:35Speaker 14: there's no point.
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: In bringing it up.
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: Well no, but I'm thinking, like, you know, did you
- 1:02:39Speaker 3: say anything with the guy who raised you, who he
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: thought was your dad, and who he thought you were
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: his son, that's crazy.
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: Yeah, that's yead for the dad. Yeah, well I knew
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: you would say that. Greg. I'm sorry, but you know
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: it is.
- 1:02:54Speaker 14: I think now I'm thirty three and you know, kind
- 1:02:56Speaker 14: of have my own life away from him, and I
- 1:02:59Speaker 14: just think it's this point in time. You know, it's
- 1:03:01Speaker 14: not something to bring up because I'm not using him
- 1:03:03Speaker 14: for anything.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: I'm not getting any money from him.
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: No, I understand, And what's the point. What's the point
- 1:03:07Speaker 3: of bumming him out too?
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: Exactly?
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: It's a big yeah.
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, hey James, Man, I appreciate the call.
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 1:03:13Speaker 14: Yeah, I guys have a going number one out here.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: Yeah, hey man, thank you. Did you find out like
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: your mom is hoeing around? Yeah, that's tough for you,
- 1:03:22Speaker 3: know it.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: But here's the thing.
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: It's one thing like, oh, your dad took off and
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: you never knew anything about your dad and just there
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: was no male figure in your life. This poor other
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: dude who thought he was Yeah.
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: I think that's the right thing though, that he's not
- 1:03:34Speaker 6: telling him. Yeah, I really think the right decision. But
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: it's the right thing.
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: No, I I agree with that.
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: I would think about that non stop. All separate dads.
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: That's pretty crazy, right, that's a mean moms out there
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: putting it you know, put it down. He's living life,
- 1:03:50Speaker 3: yeah a brook, Hi, Hi, all right, So what'd you learn?
- 1:03:56Speaker 18: So my mom did twenty three many years ago and
- 1:03:59Speaker 18: found out she had a long lost brother on her
- 1:04:02Speaker 18: dad's side.
- 1:04:04Speaker 19: Her dad had.
- 1:04:04Speaker 18: Passed away already, so she confronted her mom about it,
- 1:04:08Speaker 18: and my grandma just was like, oh, yeah he did.
- 1:04:13Speaker 6: Wow.
- 1:04:13Speaker 18: It was mary shocking to all of us that she
- 1:04:16Speaker 18: has this long lost brother nobody knew about.
- 1:04:20Speaker 3: You gotta wonder, like, how do these guys pull this off?
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: Who have secret families? Well, think back in the day
- 1:04:25Speaker 3: it was way easier wall yeah, but even like how
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: but how do you manage that even back in the
- 1:04:30Speaker 3: day before, Just from a I don't know, an operational standpoint.
- 1:04:35Speaker 4: Yeah, when I said I found out my dad had
- 1:04:39Speaker 4: a second family in the Czech Republic, like, how are
- 1:04:42Speaker 4: you doing? Do you go out once a year by
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: yourself for work? That's what I said, Like, yeah.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: It's one thing if you have you you know, the
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: different country thing.
- 1:04:51Speaker 3: I don't know you skipped town, you got some chick pregnant,
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: you were with them whatever, skipped town and you've never
- 1:04:55Speaker 3: seen or heard from again. But the people who are
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: who are you know? Got got plate spinning in both places?
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: Like how and does the secret family know about the
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: quote normal family? I think, well, the.
- 1:05:07Speaker 5: People that I know that have like their other family
- 1:05:09Speaker 5: in Mexico that their American family does and know about.
- 1:05:12Speaker 5: I think the family in Mexico knows that.
- 1:05:15Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:05:16Speaker 10: I almost think it's easier for them to be out
- 1:05:18Speaker 10: of the country.
- 1:05:18Speaker 9: I know someone who did DNA testing after their parents
- 1:05:21Speaker 9: had already passed away found out that she had a
- 1:05:23Speaker 9: half sister who lived down the street from her.
- 1:05:25Speaker 11: Her.
- 1:05:27Speaker 3: Yeah, so brooke like like, how did your grandma find out?
- 1:05:32Speaker 18: Well, I think my grandpa and this other woman put
- 1:05:36Speaker 18: they put their son up in for adoption, and I
- 1:05:39Speaker 18: guess it just was a conversation that they had together
- 1:05:42Speaker 18: and they just never told my sister or her five
- 1:05:44Speaker 18: other siblings. Yeah, so my mom actually reached out to
- 1:05:49Speaker 18: this new brother and they met up. They I gets
- 1:05:53Speaker 18: hung out one time and that was it and they
- 1:05:56Speaker 18: just kind of keep in touch here and there.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: H crazy, Did I ever tell you thank you, Brooke.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: Thanks Brook.
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: I think I told you the story Woody about how
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: my best friend had three, not one, three extra families
- 1:06:09Speaker 6: that his dad had in Nicaragua show up at his
- 1:06:12Speaker 6: dad's funeral. His current wife was there, and the American
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: family was there. It was the most awkward thing ever, man,
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: and the mom was all pissed, wouldn't let him, you know,
- 1:06:21Speaker 6: see the dad. And do you know, it was a
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: whole thing, three different families, no fighting, no fighting, but
- 1:06:29Speaker 6: it was a mess.
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: No fighting fight. Let's say hi to Amanda, what's up
- 1:06:36Speaker 3: Amanda Morning Show?
- 1:06:39Speaker 14: Hey?
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: Hey, all right, So through twenty three meter or ancestry
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: dot com, like, what kind of surprise.
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: Did you get?
- 1:06:46Speaker 19: Well? I never knew my biological father. He left when
- 1:06:49Speaker 19: I was like two months old. So I eventually did
- 1:06:52Speaker 19: a twenty three meters just to find, you know, where
- 1:06:55Speaker 19: he's from, that kind of thing background, what is he?
- 1:06:59Speaker 19: And I found that I had a half sister that
- 1:07:03Speaker 19: I had no idea about. And funny enough, her name
- 1:07:07Speaker 19: also starts with an A. Her birthday is four days
- 1:07:10Speaker 19: before mine, but she's two years older than I.
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: Am, four days before he was really putting Johnny Applesey.
- 1:07:20Speaker 19: Is years older than I am, but so like the
- 1:07:24Speaker 19: timing is kind of funny.
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: Okay, okay, so not the same year.
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: I thought this dude had like, you know, one daughter
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: going over here, the other kid over here within like
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: a few days of each a couple of years. Okay,
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: got that one.
- 1:07:37Speaker 19: But come to find out, he wasn't. Never he never
- 1:07:39Speaker 19: divorced her mother before he ever married my mother.
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: So yeah, interesting question for all you guys who have
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: done this stuff. So you find out, Okay, so you
- 1:07:48Speaker 3: finally you have this this half sister, how do you
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: contact them?
- 1:07:52Speaker 2: Because people like.
- 1:07:53Speaker 19: They contacted me on Facebook, it's.
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: Always it's always DM.
- 1:07:59Speaker 2: Yeah. Sometimes on the side, hey do you know this person?
- 1:08:05Speaker 19: And it was like, no, I've never met him, but
- 1:08:08Speaker 19: I know of him.
- 1:08:09Speaker 4: Yes, are you available for a chat?
- 1:08:14Speaker 19: And the funny thing how you guys say about how
- 1:08:16Speaker 19: it tells you like this person's your second cousin or
- 1:08:19Speaker 19: whatever on it it said that we were cousins, that
- 1:08:23Speaker 19: we weren't sisters, but we were cousins, which isn't the case.
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: That's weird.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: All right, well, Amanda, thank you for the call, appreciate
- 1:08:29Speaker 3: you listening a great time. Number one, Hell yeah, thank you, Amanda,
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: thank you. Some other text air Gina.
- 1:08:39Speaker 4: Yeah, this one's crazy because it happened in high school.
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: This poor thing is in high school. We were learning
- 1:08:43Speaker 4: about genetics and the teachers started talking about eye color
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: and this girl said she was the only one in
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: her family with her color eyes. So the teacher was like,
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: you're adopted, and then she they didn't see her for
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: a week. She didn't show up at school and she
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: was in fact adopted. The teacher being like, you can't
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: have those crazy. And there's another one from the seven
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: one to four says twenty three and me. We found
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: out we have a half sister in California. We found
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: out seven years ago. She's now sixty two and retired,
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: but we spent the weekend with her and her family.
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: So stoked my dad kept her a secret for fifty
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: five years. That tight lip, dirty old goat fifty five years.
- 1:09:21Speaker 3: I saw one in here. It's a see nine one.
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: Three found out through ancestry research that my grandmother lied
- 1:09:27Speaker 3: to us about her father having passed away when she
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: was a baby. In actuality, her parents got divorced. Her
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: dad moved to another city and lived into his seventies.
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: My grandma was too embarrassed to say her parents divorced.
- 1:09:39Speaker 2: Shake, I get that.
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: Back in the thirties, it was such a different time. Yeah,
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: so you made up this whole story. Now my dad
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: died as a baby.
- 1:09:45Speaker 4: No, I get it. My grandmother's parents were divorced and
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: it was like the biggest shame and scandal you could
- 1:09:50Speaker 4: think of. Yeah, so you'd rather tell them that they did.
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: Eight seven seven forty four warning text us over to
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: two two nine eight seven more what he show next time.
- 1:10:00Speaker 2: I found myself recently telling myself in my head, God,
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: you're really happy, Like I'm just really happy. So I'm
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: stoked that I'm happy. I'm stoked of how my life
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: is going. So yeah, overall, for sure, there's elements in
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: my life it's that are complete shame.
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: But the Woody Show we heard some pretty interesting stories
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: and some more stories. Keep yes coming on the text
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: about you know twenty three and me or ancestry dot
- 1:10:33Speaker 3: Com surprises that you got yep, you know? And what
- 1:10:37Speaker 3: are a couple of other ones?
- 1:10:38Speaker 4: Oh my god. This one from the five six two
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: says my mom was contacted on ancestry. Apparently the person
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: she thought was her grandpa is not her grandpa. Turns
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: out her grandparents were swinging with another couple, yes, and
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: Grandma ended up getting pregnant with the other dude's baby.
- 1:10:53Speaker 2: Oh my god.
- 1:10:53Speaker 4: They ended up leaving Oklahoma and moving to California. Her
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: mom was the only one that looked different from everybody else.
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: Old timey sludding throwback dude.
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, because I think you know a lot of
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: the stuff like Grandma's and whatever. I'm sure you know
- 1:11:08Speaker 3: it's always been acceptable for dudes to kind of be
- 1:11:10Speaker 3: out there more. Yeah, but like for the grandmothers back
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: in the day, you couldn't be how you see now,
- 1:11:18Speaker 3: the proud slut, the woman who that's a form of empowerment.
- 1:11:21Speaker 3: It's like, I'm out here and I'll do it. I'm
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: getting mad, like you couldn't. You couldn't do that back
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: in the day, So you had to do like I
- 1:11:28Speaker 3: on the d L sludding. Yeah, yeah, you know exactly
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: what I just said about.
- 1:11:32Speaker 7: There are twice as many women who have kids as
- 1:11:35Speaker 7: men who have kids, because women, it makes sense.
- 1:11:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: Another one said in the two o six, I found
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: out at forty years old that my dad, who passed
- 1:11:42Speaker 4: away six years ago, wasn't my real dad thanks to ancestry.
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: And then about a year ago some chick reached out
- 1:11:47Speaker 4: to me on ancestry saying she thinks she's my sister.
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: Turned out she was, and I found my real dad
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: at age forty four. But they're super white trash, so
- 1:11:54Speaker 4: I opted out.
- 1:11:58Speaker 3: Not classy, but like, man, people's grandparents are out there swinging.
- 1:12:02Speaker 4: Yeah, what's crazy.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: I know in the old timy days that they were
- 1:12:07Speaker 2: like into sixty nine and stuff like that, likes just
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: that missionary Yeah, like, who's the first person to think,
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: you know, if you turn around, if we go at
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: the same time.
- 1:12:17Speaker 3: I think the moments started that, like they turned on
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: the giant room and they crank the record player that
- 1:12:28Speaker 3: big lampshade looking like speaker.
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: Why don't you turn around and face the bottom of
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: the bad gramophone? Or was it the Greeks? I think
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: pubes are a problem in that case, pull down your bloomer.
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: Somebody out there in the world thought of it first,
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: like somebody did it, Yeah, and apparently based on these stories,
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: a lot of whores.
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: Oh it's so much woring, dude, and.
- 1:12:57Speaker 3: There was a lot less to do. They didn't have
- 1:12:58Speaker 3: the internet, you know, there was nothing to do.
- 1:13:00Speaker 4: Yeah, go down to the soda shop and come home and.
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: Red movies. Now I know.
- 1:13:06Speaker 3: The news is that a Fresno, California police arrested a
- 1:13:09Speaker 3: grandmother and several teenagers connected to a string of violent crimes.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: No I mean speaking of white trash.
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: The first incident happened at the middle school. Her name
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: is Alita Morales. She drove her three grandkids, ages fourteen, fifteen,
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: and seventeen to go kick this other kid's ass. Oh
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: please say. Two of the teens attacked the thirteen year
- 1:13:29Speaker 3: old while another one recorded it, and when the victims
- 1:13:32Speaker 3: grandparents stepped in to stop it, that's when Grandma Morales
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: and the seventeen year old pepper sprayed them. My grandma
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: would have never jumped in on something like that.
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: My girl wasn't down.
- 1:13:42Speaker 3: Yeah, you think about that, dude.
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: Yeah, the worst thing my grandma did was let us
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: eat sugar cereal.
- 1:13:48Speaker 3: You're a badass, Yeah, but you wonder about like, dude,
- 1:13:52Speaker 3: think about, man, what kind of stuff if you really
- 1:13:54Speaker 3: knew everything, Like what did your grandparents get into? You know,
- 1:14:00Speaker 3: whether it was sixty nine ing like I said, you know,
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: or like like they're crime in or because you have
- 1:14:07Speaker 3: this idea of you know, or this image of like
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: your sweet old grandma.
- 1:14:13Speaker 2: But I don't think that's like being like a romantic
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: notion of what it was.
- 1:14:17Speaker 19: Like.
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: I think they didn't do anything.
- 1:14:20Speaker 3: Well, what do you mean they're stillman's.
- 1:14:23Speaker 2: They pro created, sure, yeah, but I don't think they
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: were adventurous or shop lying or.
- 1:14:30Speaker 3: There wasn't crime then not like there's I mean that
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: the numbers they'll tell you that.
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: Yeah. I think they were just focused on work.
- 1:14:36Speaker 7: And it's very much the Overton window, which is the
- 1:14:40Speaker 7: window of acceptable procedures. You know, we like we talk
- 1:14:44Speaker 7: about like gay marriage was just not even thought of.
- 1:14:47Speaker 7: Barack Obama said he didn't like gay marriage until recently,
- 1:14:49Speaker 7: and then these acceptable procedures criming just as for fun Yeah.
- 1:14:53Speaker 4: Smoking eighteen packs of cigarettes a day, that was.
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: Goes both ways exactly.
- 1:14:58Speaker 4: Well the funny thing about my family.
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: But do you think there were sixty nine ing?
- 1:15:02Speaker 6: Yeah, that's.
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: Window whatever they Yeah, you say, like the Larst window
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: was did you do you see that through the window?
- 1:15:09Speaker 3: That were they sixty nine sea bass? In the Kamma Sutra,
- 1:15:13Speaker 3: it was called it's called the Congress of the Crow.
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: Do you think like in the thirties they were sixty
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: nine perhaps, but at much lower rates, just because it
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: wasn't part of conversation and pop culture.
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: Like it is today. Like word had to spread some
- 1:15:26Speaker 2: other way, like via telegram. I just thought of something,
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: That's what I did. Stop.
- 1:15:33Speaker 5: But you think everybody is all like you know, how
- 1:15:35Speaker 5: you put shoes in a box to stop. It's like
- 1:15:37Speaker 5: that they're all pure and everything. But my my grandmother
- 1:15:40Speaker 5: met my grandfather because he was super wasted in the
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: Air Force, and like Martin McFly that her family just
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: found him out on the street and took him in
- 1:15:49Speaker 5: and let him sleep.
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: On the couch.
- 1:15:51Speaker 4: Back to the future.
- 1:15:52Speaker 7: Yeah, Also, getting getting super wasted was much more acceptable
- 1:15:55Speaker 7: back it was the big deal.
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: Okay, but you take randos into your house.
- 1:15:59Speaker 3: All right, much more you were super wasted, yeah right,
- 1:16:03Speaker 3: there was a lot more of being super wasted.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 1:16:05Speaker 3: Oh yeah able. So with super wasted comes secret.
- 1:16:09Speaker 4: Secret yep, yep, yep. That's how you fall on the
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: bed when you're wasted, when she's already on it.
- 1:16:20Speaker 2: Yeah, right.
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: My mother's dad was. I grew up with all the
- 1:16:24Speaker 4: mafia guys, all of them in Chicago, and they stayed
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: best friends. But my grandfather was a doctor, super respected,
- 1:16:30Speaker 4: and they'd be like, come on, you want a full fridge,
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: we can have it in your house before you even
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: get home, like all this stuff. He's like, nah, he didn't.
- 1:16:37Speaker 4: He didn't still like run with them, but they were
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: all best friends, so he could have done any of that.
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: My mom would come on with all this jewelry and
- 1:16:44Speaker 4: he'd be like, nope, throw it away, Like throw it away.
- 1:16:48Speaker 4: So they were around. It just depends if they partook
- 1:16:51Speaker 4: in it or not. All right, It's pretty cool though,
- 1:16:54Speaker 4: Like he could have been on Mom douve.
- 1:16:57Speaker 3: Yeah, like you man, you really know, you know, like
- 1:16:59Speaker 3: you like all you know, all you know of what
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: they've told you.
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: But I would you know, this is the era where
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: you said the word hell you would get in trouble.
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: So I think just societal norms are completely different. Everything
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: kept everything under the rug.
- 1:17:14Speaker 3: That's the point. Like what was really going on.
- 1:17:17Speaker 2: Well, what would they be shoplifting? For example? Nothing?
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: Well, like Heroin was around.
- 1:17:22Speaker 6: Ye think about Peaky Blinders, right, took place back in
- 1:17:26Speaker 6: the day, and they were they were doing big things.
- 1:17:29Speaker 6: So it's like gangsters or mafia. Yeah, and then normal people.
- 1:17:34Speaker 3: Like, so you think, like, uh, you know, let's assume
- 1:17:37Speaker 3: for the sake of argument, like okay, like everybody was
- 1:17:39Speaker 3: just for pro creation for the most part, Right, So
- 1:17:43Speaker 3: how do you explain is like all late in life waring,
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: Like how you hear about these nursing homes and senior
- 1:17:49Speaker 3: communities where all these STDs break out because now they're
- 1:17:52Speaker 3: just like now that it is acceptable, they're like, oh man,
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: this all this repressed slooting.
- 1:17:59Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just it's just.
- 1:18:00Speaker 3: Coming out and they're getting wild.
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: That might be the case. Yeah, great, refuses to think
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: that his did anything. I don't think they did.
- 1:18:09Speaker 3: They were well the same with parent wars and crap
- 1:18:11Speaker 3: like that. He's convinced that his parents only had sex twice,
- 1:18:14Speaker 3: once for his brother's conception, once for.
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: His I mean it's pretty much accurate.
- 1:18:18Speaker 4: It was like through a sheet. I mean birth control
- 1:18:21Speaker 4: for people forget that plays a giant part in all
- 1:18:24Speaker 4: of this.
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:18:25Speaker 6: Yeah, but you think about like Tombstone, right, they go
- 1:18:28Speaker 6: to the bars, all kinds of horning going on upstairs,
- 1:18:30Speaker 6: like in prostitution. That's true, it was very normal.
- 1:18:33Speaker 3: It's the second time you're using like movies and TV
- 1:18:36Speaker 3: shows reference as historical reference. There's not any books in
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: this room.
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: The bar. The barkeeper lived upstairs, and she would welcome
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: all the guys in. Yeah, they would undo the flaps
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: on their long John.
- 1:18:54Speaker 3: All right, cheers and jeers bass well, cheers to bird watchers. Yeah,
- 1:19:03Speaker 3: something I never expected, you said, maybe either.
- 1:19:06Speaker 7: I had no idea was so popular, but I was, Oh, yeah,
- 1:19:09Speaker 7: driving around Sunday morning, six thirty, I'm driving by this
- 1:19:14Speaker 7: like nature.
- 1:19:14Speaker 3: Preserve, some marshland or whatever, blah blah.
- 1:19:17Speaker 7: Blah blah blah, Like why are there's all these cars
- 1:19:19Speaker 7: on the side of the road. And then I see
- 1:19:22Speaker 7: at least a minimum sixty different again, mostly old people. Yeah,
- 1:19:27Speaker 7: with tripods and telephoto lenses. Okay, thousands and thousands of
- 1:19:32Speaker 7: dollars of camera level stuff.
- 1:19:34Speaker 5: Something's going on. I don't think you were in the room.
- 1:19:36Speaker 5: But Randy, who used to work on the show, is
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: into this thing now. And I was birdwatching and the
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: bird watching and there's like some kind of app and
- 1:19:43Speaker 5: he logs it and he's like admin on the app
- 1:19:46Speaker 5: and they like.
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: How it and they like chat about it. Like I
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: don't understand. Is it like taking off?
- 1:19:52Speaker 3: I could say, where are they gamifying?
- 1:19:54Speaker 9: It.
- 1:19:55Speaker 3: Bird watching seems to like it would be one of
- 1:19:57Speaker 3: those things like hipsters all of a sudden, no sense
- 1:20:01Speaker 3: for Randy.
- 1:20:03Speaker 5: This is why I don't think the hips are thing.
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: I think it's like there's some kind of like gamification
- 1:20:07Speaker 5: of this, like.
- 1:20:10Speaker 3: A Pokemon.
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: Yeah, something like that. There has to be well, because it's.
- 1:20:15Speaker 7: Weird and Toy's point, these were what you'd expect middle
- 1:20:18Speaker 7: aged to elderly people just standing at sunrise on a
- 1:20:22Speaker 7: Sunday morning looking for a crane or something. You know, Yeah,
- 1:20:29Speaker 7: I mean it's it's spectacularly boring. But I can't I mean,
- 1:20:33Speaker 7: but cheers to them to find things. You know what
- 1:20:35Speaker 7: This goes to your question of once AI takes over
- 1:20:38Speaker 7: and like produces everything for us cheaply and efficiently, basically
- 1:20:41Speaker 7: at no cost, what are people going to do with
- 1:20:43Speaker 7: their time?
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: There you go.
- 1:20:50Speaker 3: I've been meaning to ask you because this keeps popping up.
- 1:20:52Speaker 3: I think because you know, we follow Charlemagne. You know,
- 1:20:56Speaker 3: he's the friend of the show, and so you know,
- 1:20:58Speaker 3: I see all of his stuff and he posts a
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: lot about Elon making the statement or the claim that
- 1:21:06Speaker 3: money won't matter. Yeah, that was pretty bold of him
- 1:21:09Speaker 3: to do it, and to do it in such a
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: I think he said, in like ten years or so,
- 1:21:12Speaker 3: and so you'll have nothing but time, because like it's
- 1:21:16Speaker 3: gonna be like the the goods and services you know
- 1:21:19Speaker 3: that you need money for are going to be so
- 1:21:23Speaker 3: cheap because of how the robots and all the artificial
- 1:21:27Speaker 3: intelligence stuff makes them. You know, it's gonna make it
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: so it's not any you won't you won't then you
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: don't need the money won't be a factor.
- 1:21:35Speaker 7: And I think I tend to agree with him in general.
- 1:21:38Speaker 7: I think the ten years thing is insane. But who
- 1:21:40Speaker 7: would know better than Elon He's the one making these
- 1:21:42Speaker 7: robots because they think about it this way that I
- 1:21:44Speaker 7: heard this stat recently. The amount of hours that a
- 1:21:47Speaker 7: person needs to work to afford their weekly food is
- 1:21:51Speaker 7: now like two if you know, like because we did
- 1:21:54Speaker 7: that demonstration in here a couple of weeks ago about
- 1:21:56Speaker 7: how it's like you can get a you can get
- 1:21:57Speaker 7: five pounds of food seven days a week for thirty
- 1:22:00Speaker 7: five dollars. And that's with the insane inflation we've had
- 1:22:03Speaker 7: over the past five six years.
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: And what's the what's the other stack greg that we
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: love about how much of the year, like half the
- 1:22:09Speaker 3: year just to pay your taxes. Yeah, just to make.
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: Mid May work.
- 1:22:15Speaker 3: Every day that you woke up and you went to
- 1:22:16Speaker 3: work from January first until May whatever it was, every
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: dime of that went to what you pay in taxes.
- 1:22:23Speaker 7: And it's interesting too because that's that's actually a secondary
- 1:22:25Speaker 7: side of this coin. But but that, but that applies
- 1:22:28Speaker 7: to a lot of things, clothing, food. Now, we we
- 1:22:31Speaker 7: of course do ridiculous things. It's like the fish, the
- 1:22:33Speaker 7: goldfish you put in the small or the big and
- 1:22:35Speaker 7: the bigger thing. We we do ridiculous Greg buys, not buys.
- 1:22:39Speaker 7: Someone bought for Greg Gucci ice ice cue literally dollars.
- 1:22:45Speaker 7: So we were like, we find ways to blow money
- 1:22:47Speaker 7: and waste money. But when it comes down to what
- 1:22:48Speaker 7: Elon's saying, the necessities, that's always been the past one
- 1:22:52Speaker 7: hundred and fifty you know years industrial revolution.
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: Yeah, but I agree with everything that he's saying, and
- 1:22:57Speaker 5: it's absolutely true that it's going to make everything easier
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: to produce and all this kind of stuff, but there's
- 1:23:02Speaker 5: going to be people that are going to get in
- 1:23:04Speaker 5: the way, like well, the actual like real tesla, like
- 1:23:08Speaker 5: he wanted his dream is to give everybody free energy,
- 1:23:11Speaker 5: but like the people that are like in the energy business,
- 1:23:14Speaker 5: figure out a way to stop them.
- 1:23:15Speaker 7: That goes to what and Greg just brought up is
- 1:23:18Speaker 7: there will be because when governments will see this and say, oh,
- 1:23:21Speaker 7: free stuff, give give, give, give, take, take, take, take
- 1:23:24Speaker 7: take now. And that's why Elon moved, you know, not
- 1:23:27Speaker 7: to get political, but that is specifically why he moved
- 1:23:30Speaker 7: his When they first started SpaceX in a desert in California,
- 1:23:33Speaker 7: they had a billion red tape things they couldn't deal
- 1:23:35Speaker 7: It's say so, nope, sorry, going to Texas easier. So
- 1:23:39Speaker 7: but that's the other side of the coin is that
- 1:23:40Speaker 7: AI will, he believes, will circumvent that is, all these
- 1:23:44Speaker 7: people government especially will step in the way. Rent seekers
- 1:23:48Speaker 7: is the popular term people who just want to manage
- 1:23:50Speaker 7: something and then take take a piece when they didn't
- 1:23:52Speaker 7: provide anything to it. Right, He's saying that AI will
- 1:23:55Speaker 7: make it so they can't lie to you. They can't
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: say I need to do this, I need to do this.
- 1:23:59Speaker 3: It'll say no, you don't. You don't look at this
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: is yeah, right and just and that's the check and
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: balance essentially a because well.
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: The yeah, the searching of like so much fraud and
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: you know the right inflation.
- 1:24:15Speaker 7: Wait, why do I need this X Y Z layers
- 1:24:17Speaker 7: of why does it take me five years to get
- 1:24:19Speaker 7: a permit to do this thing?
- 1:24:20Speaker 3: When I can do it?
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: They'll say, al site, Well, I mean, you're right, he doesn't.
- 1:24:23Speaker 3: Elon's notorious for someone tells him it's going to take
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: eight years. He's like, how about eight days? Yeah, I
- 1:24:28Speaker 3: forget what it was like. It was like to move
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: a server farm, right, And they told him it was
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: going to be this is a real story and the numbers.
- 1:24:35Speaker 3: I may be misquoting, but something like that. I was like, oh, no,
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: it's going to take you know, eight months to do that,
- 1:24:40Speaker 3: and he goes, no, we can get it done in
- 1:24:41Speaker 3: eight days. And it was done in eight days.
- 1:24:43Speaker 7: And that's that's essentially the story of SpaceX is. He
- 1:24:47Speaker 7: wanted he wanted to make rockets. He went to NASA.
- 1:24:49Speaker 7: They're like, here's twenty thousand requirements. He said, no, is
- 1:24:53Speaker 7: this actually necessary? Who made this requirement? Why is this
- 1:24:56Speaker 7: in here?
- 1:24:56Speaker 3: And it's oh, it's not necessarily. That's the way it is.
- 1:24:58Speaker 5: That also started with uh buying of Tesla cars online
- 1:25:03Speaker 5: because the initial part that's why they became so successful
- 1:25:07Speaker 5: because they figured out like, wait, you got to go
- 1:25:09Speaker 5: through forty eight pages of paperwork and this.
- 1:25:12Speaker 3: Sales things and then yeah, tell me everything.
- 1:25:14Speaker 2: They figured out a way to get it down to
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: like three or four.
- 1:25:17Speaker 3: This was supposed to be like the whole thing about
- 1:25:18Speaker 3: about Elon Musk. It was more about the idea that
- 1:25:21Speaker 3: you know, money was not going to be necessary in
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: the future. Like, so there was like all this worry
- 1:25:26Speaker 3: about money and putting money away and saving money won't
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: be a thing. You won't need to worry about it.
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: So I still don't really understand it.
- 1:25:33Speaker 2: And I get to see evil and you want to
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: glaze them all day, but come on, I don't.
- 1:25:37Speaker 3: I don't necessarily I don't fully understand.
- 1:25:41Speaker 2: Yeah, well financially reckless now.
- 1:25:44Speaker 5: Yeh, the producing of food and like all the robots
- 1:25:48Speaker 5: that are like pretty much going to do everything.
- 1:25:50Speaker 7: It's just like, yeah, we're still stuff, right, that's gonna
- 1:25:54Speaker 7: that's going to follow the same thing as you're gonna have.
- 1:25:56Speaker 7: It'll be easier to produce materials, it'll be easier to
- 1:25:58Speaker 7: design things. You have to go through all these layers
- 1:26:00Speaker 7: oft and we're gonna.
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: Be like children that are basically just being taken care of.
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: Wait.
- 1:26:04Speaker 3: Wait, so like, okay, I own a house, right, and
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: we're talking about these robots and everything. Right, I want
- 1:26:09Speaker 3: to have a new fence for my property, right, I
- 1:26:14Speaker 3: call the company. The company is most certainly going to
- 1:26:16Speaker 3: be interested in making a profit off of me. Right,
- 1:26:18Speaker 3: So I'm gonna need money to put this fence up. Now,
- 1:26:21Speaker 3: how the fencing material and the robot that comes up
- 1:26:24Speaker 3: to you know, a hole, put the posts in the
- 1:26:26Speaker 3: ground and put the fensive. That's that's gonna be different.
- 1:26:29Speaker 3: It's still gonna it's still gonna cost money. I'm still
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: gonna need money for that.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: Stay for all goods.
- 1:26:34Speaker 7: And I was looking at I was talking to a
- 1:26:35Speaker 7: guy recently. He kind of said, like, this is something
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: we've dealt with before. You know, I said, industrial revolution,
- 1:26:39Speaker 7: agricultural revolution, et cetera, et cetera. And it always has
- 1:26:42Speaker 7: come out where we had we produce more jobs than
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: we get rid of so far. Now this might ai
- 1:26:48Speaker 7: might be the thing that bucks that trend. But he
- 1:26:50Speaker 7: said he's not worried because it's always you. You know,
- 1:26:54Speaker 7: who was gonna what was it happened to the people
- 1:26:55Speaker 7: who repair carriages In eighteen ninety nine, what are those
- 1:26:59Speaker 7: people a gonna do. Is the mechanics, the new the
- 1:27:02Speaker 7: new technologies that we don't even know about yet will
- 1:27:04Speaker 7: create more jobs. And now also this might be a
- 1:27:06Speaker 7: good thing for the population collapse. We're gonna we're gonna
- 1:27:10Speaker 7: have a whole lot of less people soon in the
- 1:27:12Speaker 7: next two hundred years and more food.
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: I did see a video of an AI quote expert,
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: and he seemed to know what he was talking about.
- 1:27:18Speaker 2: He said, the number one job, the very first job
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: that will probably become completely eliminated, not just unnecessarily eliminated,
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: is radiologist. Because said that the AI days is so
- 1:27:33Speaker 2: much more accurate, much more and it's like that, he's like,
- 1:27:36Speaker 2: mark my words, the first job that will go away
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: is ray.
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: I was, you're gonna say horrent.
- 1:27:42Speaker 2: To get you in there. It's funny.
- 1:27:45Speaker 3: I guess that's just an assistant, right, I mean, I
- 1:27:46Speaker 3: thought the radiologist that that you know stands behind the wall.
- 1:27:51Speaker 2: Yeah, and they can just the physically do it.
- 1:27:53Speaker 7: But that has to do with we talked about this
- 1:27:55Speaker 7: with legal stuff and a lot of medical stuff. I
- 1:27:57Speaker 7: was listening to a guy who he said, a lot
- 1:27:59Speaker 7: of the medical like hurdles to let's say, for instance,
- 1:28:01Speaker 7: in his case, provide mental health services in rural counties.
- 1:28:05Speaker 7: Is I need to find someone who can understand this
- 1:28:06Speaker 7: person's medical history and blah blah blah blah blah. Oh,
- 1:28:08Speaker 7: with AI, I can get to summary of that that
- 1:28:10Speaker 7: anybody can read. So it's much easier to train up,
- 1:28:12Speaker 7: like in home care givers and stuff before they get
- 1:28:15Speaker 7: replaced by robots.
- 1:28:16Speaker 3: I'm gonna say, as someone who works with the medical facility,
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: go break this down and explain it to me as
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: if I'm a five year old child, and then yeah,
- 1:28:23Speaker 3: and it'll give you your your your doctor will get
- 1:28:26Speaker 3: the summary right.
- 1:28:27Speaker 7: And doctors are even doing that now where they are
- 1:28:28Speaker 7: not taking notes. You know, a doctor can become a
- 1:28:30Speaker 7: doctor to write on a sketch pad. It's all now
- 1:28:33Speaker 7: done in audio, instantly transcribed and summarized. He's still checking it,
- 1:28:37Speaker 7: and he's still providing expertise. But it's you know, it's
- 1:28:39Speaker 7: a lot less of the busy work.
- 1:28:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm here for it. Now here's the bird watching.
- 1:28:44Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:28:45Speaker 3: Also, you have a lot of time.
- 1:28:46Speaker 2: To look at birds in a marsh.
- 1:28:47Speaker 5: Take the planes faster. They figured out how to make
- 1:28:50Speaker 5: the planes faster and quieter too. To get you, you know,
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: overseas that new boom.
- 1:28:57Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, so let's do more of that.
- 1:29:02Speaker 3: You'll have all that free time to travel, you know,
- 1:29:04Speaker 3: and it won't matter because like you just be able
- 1:29:06Speaker 3: to get them and plane with no money.
- 1:29:08Speaker 2: Well that's what he said.
- 1:29:09Speaker 3: He even said it that.
- 1:29:09Speaker 7: He's like, yeah, yeah, for the you know, you'll be
- 1:29:11Speaker 7: you'll be able to own a yacht or a jet,
- 1:29:12Speaker 7: but you'll be just jump on one whenever you want.
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: Sounds good.
- 1:29:15Speaker 3: I would love it. I would love it.
- 1:29:16Speaker 7: Where if it were the Jetsons, if it were Star
- 1:29:18Speaker 7: Trek next generation, that'd be great. And that's what I'm
- 1:29:20Speaker 7: hoping for.
- 1:29:22Speaker 3: We'll see. Uh did you have a jeer? I know
- 1:29:23Speaker 3: it was like there was cheers to uh to bird watchingeers.
- 1:29:28Speaker 4: He always comes back to cheers to Elon.
- 1:29:30Speaker 7: And jeers well you know, some people are amazing jeers
- 1:29:33Speaker 7: to TEAMU, which I don't really use, but I was
- 1:29:35Speaker 7: on there. I was like, man, I'm gonna be doing
- 1:29:37Speaker 7: I'm gonna, for instance, gonna be at the jet gathering
- 1:29:38Speaker 7: and the Juggalos and that's still very much a hand on.
- 1:29:40Speaker 3: Hey, I can't replace that. He plays boofing so like
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: it's so it's gonna be They changed the venue this year.
- 1:29:47Speaker 3: It's going to be so hot. And last year I
- 1:29:48Speaker 3: almost passed out because it was just so bad.
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:29:50Speaker 3: I had a big sun shady hat.
- 1:29:52Speaker 7: So I went on and I got like, oh, that's
- 1:29:54Speaker 7: a big kind of hat thing, and I got shipped
- 1:29:57Speaker 7: what I think is a Chinese space blankets.
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: Considered. They don't want to nice genghist con that's crazy.
- 1:30:11Speaker 3: That is very cape on the back. Oh that's dope
- 1:30:13Speaker 3: made out of like reflective Yeah, that's dope that.
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: It's perfect for the occasion.
- 1:30:18Speaker 6: It looks like a car sunshape yea liket, Yeah, but
- 1:30:22Speaker 6: like it.
- 1:30:22Speaker 7: So it's got a little mesh thing on the underneath
- 1:30:25Speaker 7: it that zips on your back of your head.
- 1:30:28Speaker 2: You got to say that for a Coachella too.
- 1:30:30Speaker 7: I mean I guess. I guess it's designed it for
- 1:30:31Speaker 7: like literally bending over and picking. You know, crops could
- 1:30:36Speaker 7: have used these hundred and fifty years ago.
- 1:30:37Speaker 6: No, I'm sorry, probably.
- 1:30:39Speaker 3: Made us some kind of material that the sun will
- 1:30:41Speaker 3: be hot enough to ignite it. It's super flammable. He'll
- 1:30:44Speaker 3: die under that.
- 1:30:45Speaker 2: All the trees near him will burst into.
- 1:30:48Speaker 3: Yeah, give everybody around him cancer. It seems like it
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: would just flow it fly away in the small slightest.
- 1:30:55Speaker 4: Are you going to bring it?
- 1:30:56Speaker 2: That's pretty bad ass. I think you're right.
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: I did get I bought like a cooling vest, which
- 1:30:59Speaker 7: I so basically you just soak it in water and
- 1:31:02Speaker 7: put it on. Dude, we're gonna be in like below
- 1:31:06Speaker 7: the lake of the ozarks and ticks are also apparently
- 1:31:09Speaker 7: a huge problem.
- 1:31:09Speaker 3: So a lot of lime disease I get. Yeah, it's
- 1:31:15Speaker 3: super cool, dude. Yeah, thanks, you sent me some plastic
- 1:31:18Speaker 3: craft that's going to go in the landfill. Eight seven
- 1:31:21Speaker 3: seven four Wooding, you could wear that bird watching. Send
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: us a text over to two to nine eighty seven
- 1:31:25Speaker 3: more Woodies shows next, So.
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: Wood you show ricas.
- 1:31:31Speaker 14: Now all right, welcome back.
- 1:31:38Speaker 3: Uh see cheers and jeers, Jeff G.
- 1:31:42Speaker 6: Cheers to my son who got himself in the athletic
- 1:31:46Speaker 6: scholarship for college and basketball.
- 1:31:48Speaker 3: Oh it's yours to your bank account.
- 1:31:51Speaker 6: Yeah, exactly, Well I was gonna go next. Yeah, it
- 1:31:54Speaker 6: was not a full ride, but it's good enough and
- 1:31:56Speaker 6: it will help us tremendously nice, which is an awesome
- 1:31:59Speaker 6: bad as. Yeah, so he's gonna be playing with his
- 1:32:01Speaker 6: brother as well, which is nice. They will be together.
- 1:32:04Speaker 3: It's gonna be overseas.
- 1:32:05Speaker 2: Yes, awesome, You're like ball, yeah, except without the horrible shoes.
- 1:32:11Speaker 3: How's how's it gonna be? How do you think it's
- 1:32:12Speaker 3: gonna be for for you and your wife with both
- 1:32:15Speaker 3: kids out of the house.
- 1:32:16Speaker 6: I'm sure I'll figure out ways to piss her off
- 1:32:18Speaker 6: even more than I do now, you know, get on
- 1:32:20Speaker 6: her nerves, I'm sure.
- 1:32:22Speaker 3: And people like get weirded out about the idea. They're
- 1:32:25Speaker 3: like empty nest for my wife and I God, man
- 1:32:28Speaker 3: like that. That's the best foreplay. Yeah, I go, hey, babe,
- 1:32:33Speaker 3: guess what. At some point, these kids are gonna move
- 1:32:35Speaker 3: out of the house and she's like, oh yeah.
- 1:32:42Speaker 6: I think I think for her it's gonna be hard
- 1:32:44Speaker 6: because she's always been involved in everything they do with
- 1:32:46Speaker 6: high school and she's always team mom and all that stuff.
- 1:32:49Speaker 6: So for her, I think it's gonna be there's gonna
- 1:32:51Speaker 6: be a big gap in her busyness, and it'll be
- 1:32:53Speaker 6: interesting to see how she feels it.
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I can do that.
- 1:32:56Speaker 3: They can't do the pop in, you know, with their
- 1:32:58Speaker 3: laundry or like I mean, they're overseas, man, your kids
- 1:33:01Speaker 3: can't That's not even a fly. It's a long flight.
- 1:33:03Speaker 3: Might just bird watching.
- 1:33:05Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, I'm left.
- 1:33:08Speaker 6: Is he going to be living with He's he's gonna
- 1:33:10Speaker 6: start a senior year in about two weeks. Okay, so
- 1:33:12Speaker 6: we got plenty of Yeah, but trust me, about December grade,
- 1:33:15Speaker 6: she'll start counting it down and crying. Yeah, jeers, jeers,
- 1:33:20Speaker 6: speaking of my wife is her honeydew list.
- 1:33:23Speaker 2: It's got to stop.
- 1:33:24Speaker 6: Every free moment I have, there's something on the list
- 1:33:26Speaker 6: that I got to repair in some way or fix,
- 1:33:29Speaker 6: or something that needs to be addressed. Like Sunday morning early,
- 1:33:32Speaker 6: I'm chopping down ten foot high birds of paradise plants
- 1:33:35Speaker 6: because she wants to get rid of them, and she
- 1:33:38Speaker 6: wants to redo the landscaping in.
- 1:33:40Speaker 3: The backyard and it had to be done in that moment.
- 1:33:44Speaker 6: Her words were, it's not very hot right now.
- 1:33:46Speaker 2: So if I was you, I always get started and
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: I'll get it.
- 1:33:52Speaker 3: She's looking out for you.
- 1:33:53Speaker 6: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: Does she ever used the word we I think we
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: need to have these removed? Yes, meaning go do it.
- 1:33:59Speaker 6: In other words, gets outside.
- 1:34:01Speaker 2: I think we should do that.
- 1:34:03Speaker 5: Social media brings us up a lot, and I mean
- 1:34:06Speaker 5: you're talking about the exact thing. It's like when a
- 1:34:09Speaker 5: woman asks you to do things, do something, it's in
- 1:34:12Speaker 5: that moment, and guys always want to be like, Okay,
- 1:34:14Speaker 5: I put it, I made a mental note. I will
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: handle it, but on my timeline. But when a woman
- 1:34:20Speaker 5: asks you, it's like it needs to be done now.
- 1:34:22Speaker 4: Does that happen to you?
- 1:34:24Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:34:26Speaker 3: As you to do though, because it seems like she
- 1:34:27Speaker 3: does the majority of stuff, all the important stuff at least.
- 1:34:30Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's like by her own design.
- 1:34:36Speaker 5: I mean, like clean up the dog crap or you know,
- 1:34:39Speaker 5: let the dog out to go to the bathroom or yeah,
- 1:34:43Speaker 5: you know, I take out the garbage now kind of thing. Yeah, Yeah,
- 1:34:47Speaker 5: I guess that's pretty much it. I don't know a
- 1:34:51Speaker 5: few things, a couple of things here and there.
- 1:34:52Speaker 3: To level chores I'm willing to do.
- 1:34:59Speaker 6: To get an allow.
- 1:35:01Speaker 2: I do.
- 1:35:01Speaker 5: Actually, again, I lived on my own for many many years.
- 1:35:06Speaker 5: I can pay my own bills. I can do pretty
- 1:35:09Speaker 5: much anything I need to do. It's just I just
- 1:35:12Speaker 5: don't do it the way that she wants to do it.
- 1:35:13Speaker 5: And if she wants to do it her own certain way,
- 1:35:16Speaker 5: she feel free to do that.
- 1:35:18Speaker 3: Yeah, and I understand that.
- 1:35:20Speaker 2: Yeah, go for it.
- 1:35:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I have met technically menace. Yes, he stayed alive
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: when he was singing, but also that was back in
- 1:35:31Speaker 3: the time where he literally could not get a bank account.
- 1:35:34Speaker 3: They wouldn't give one to him.
- 1:35:35Speaker 2: Yeah, but that was like what I was like. First,
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: Sorry he ended up, but then.
- 1:35:38Speaker 5: I ended up owner. He lived in his Yeah, but
- 1:35:42Speaker 5: that's not That's not how it was when she met me. Like,
- 1:35:44Speaker 5: I had my own place, I got on my own,
- 1:35:46Speaker 5: I was paying my own.
- 1:35:47Speaker 3: He threw out his own dirty dishes.
- 1:35:49Speaker 2: Throughout my own this public rest and.
- 1:35:55Speaker 4: Was this model, this legit fitness model that I worked with,
- 1:35:59Speaker 4: and he was super hot, and so I thought like
- 1:36:02Speaker 4: it would be the ultimate power move to bang him,
- 1:36:04Speaker 4: and I did. And then instead of him telling everyone,
- 1:36:08Speaker 4: I told everyone because I thought that would make me
- 1:36:10Speaker 4: look cool, and it caused a ton of problems and
- 1:36:13Speaker 4: then he got fired.
- 1:36:17Speaker 2: So I think that the.
- 1:36:20Speaker 3: We're all getting thrown off the scent by Sammy. What
- 1:36:24Speaker 3: this trip all that she went on was all about.
- 1:36:27Speaker 3: I think she's scoping out wedding venues. Oh, because she
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: came back and she was saying, like, you know, she's
- 1:36:34Speaker 3: realizing that brides field way too much pressure to have
- 1:36:36Speaker 3: the perfect wedding, like we didn't ask, yeah, you know,
- 1:36:40Speaker 3: and she went back to Massachusetts, which is where she's
- 1:36:42Speaker 3: from originally. So, yeah, chicks want to get married and
- 1:36:45Speaker 3: stuff like that. And so it was this whole thing
- 1:36:47Speaker 3: about like, no, I'm meeting up with old friends, Yeah,
- 1:36:49Speaker 3: to tell them all the chicks they're going to be bridesmaids.
- 1:36:51Speaker 9: Well, there was a wedding marriage. Well what happened was
- 1:36:58Speaker 9: it was in The wedding was in Cape Pa and
- 1:37:00Speaker 9: it was raining. It rained the whole time we were there.
- 1:37:03Speaker 9: And the wedding was at this house that was an
- 1:37:05Speaker 9: outdoor venue and chairs and everything. And the bride, her sister,
- 1:37:10Speaker 9: had got married at this house in twenty seventeen.
- 1:37:12Speaker 10: It was one that they grew up going to in
- 1:37:14Speaker 10: the summer, and.
- 1:37:15Speaker 9: So she had a very specific vision in her mind
- 1:37:18Speaker 9: of what this wedding was going to be. They had
- 1:37:19Speaker 9: to put a tent out over the reception area, and
- 1:37:22Speaker 9: she refused to have the ceremony under the tent. It
- 1:37:25Speaker 9: needed to be where she had decided it was going
- 1:37:27Speaker 9: to be. But it's pouring rain out, so they had
- 1:37:29Speaker 9: to hand out clear umbrellas to everyone. They didn't have
- 1:37:32Speaker 9: enough people are sharing umbrella. She's walking down in the
- 1:37:35Speaker 9: mud in the pouring raining her like vision of what
- 1:37:39Speaker 9: she had been planning and what I think she thought
- 1:37:41Speaker 9: she wanted it to be.
- 1:37:43Speaker 3: What's what's I mean, what's the difference between being under
- 1:37:45Speaker 3: a tent and being under umbrellas?
- 1:37:48Speaker 11: No?
- 1:37:49Speaker 10: Well, because she allocation in the in the backyard.
- 1:37:54Speaker 2: In a different spot, guy, and then.
- 1:37:56Speaker 10: No one could see anything because everyone had umbrellas in
- 1:37:58Speaker 10: front of her.
- 1:37:59Speaker 3: Right, she didn't have it the week Closset Resort and
- 1:38:01Speaker 3: golf club.
- 1:38:02Speaker 2: Yeah, how gross?
- 1:38:04Speaker 3: Yes, I mean, Greg, I.
- 1:38:06Speaker 2: Mean you should have told her like, Okay, this is
- 1:38:09Speaker 2: what you're in a vision, but you have to be flexible.
- 1:38:11Speaker 4: A lot of I think she had one friend that
- 1:38:14Speaker 4: was like, girl, we need to get serious walk through.
- 1:38:17Speaker 9: But it did get to the point where it was
- 1:38:18Speaker 9: like nobody make any suggestions because she wasn't having any suggestion.
- 1:38:23Speaker 11: It was like, no, this is what we're gonna do.
- 1:38:24Speaker 9: We're going to try and wait out the rain. So
- 1:38:26Speaker 9: now it's a two hour delay for the wedding. We
- 1:38:28Speaker 9: at least it was an early wedding. It was supposed
- 1:38:30Speaker 9: to start at three, But then it's like trying to
- 1:38:32Speaker 9: wait out the rain and like people are hungry and
- 1:38:34Speaker 9: getting annoyed.
- 1:38:35Speaker 3: Right all the guests. Yeah, like it's just an immediate
- 1:38:38Speaker 3: family thing.
- 1:38:39Speaker 10: She had a vision, man, and you can't. And I
- 1:38:42Speaker 10: don't think it's her specific.
- 1:38:43Speaker 9: I know it sounds like, oh my gosh, but I
- 1:38:45Speaker 9: do really think that brides just get this vision if
- 1:38:48Speaker 9: everything needs to be perfect, and then it needs to
- 1:38:50Speaker 9: be this way, and they're trying to.
- 1:38:51Speaker 2: I mean if they're high maintenance bitches. Yeah.
- 1:38:54Speaker 4: The one thing I will the one thing I will
- 1:38:56Speaker 4: give it is if you're a bride and you're planning
- 1:38:58Speaker 4: all this stuff and you have a thousand jillion decisions
- 1:39:01Speaker 4: to make that are so minute and so detailed, you
- 1:39:04Speaker 4: are being asked a lot of things, so you're expecting
- 1:39:07Speaker 4: those things to happen. I understand that, but that's the thing.
- 1:39:10Speaker 4: It's like, if you're having an outdoor wedding, Sorry, bitch,
- 1:39:14Speaker 4: you gotta be ready to pivot.
- 1:39:15Speaker 11: Sure.
- 1:39:16Speaker 10: I mean the tent for the reception itself was.
- 1:39:19Speaker 3: The backup right sack taking all our notes.
- 1:39:23Speaker 2: Your beach clob.
- 1:39:29Speaker 3: Is it going to be like indoors?
- 1:39:31Speaker 4: Is it gonna be like a Disneyland.
- 1:39:34Speaker 3: That you're planning?
- 1:39:35Speaker 5: Did you did you have this trip just to be
- 1:39:38Speaker 5: at this wedding, or just this wedding happened to be
- 1:39:41Speaker 5: happening when you went on the trip.
- 1:39:43Speaker 9: No, I went on the trip for the wedding and
- 1:39:46Speaker 9: then but it was a midweek wedding too, so then
- 1:39:48Speaker 9: it was extended.
- 1:39:49Speaker 3: And this girl, as if the Friday weddings weren't bad enough,
- 1:39:54Speaker 3: this girl everybody else.
- 1:39:57Speaker 10: Yeah, so that's what I found out.
- 1:39:58Speaker 9: So when we were checking into our hotel, the lady
- 1:40:00Speaker 9: checking us in asked us what we were there for.
- 1:40:02Speaker 10: We said a wedding. She was like, oh, I knew
- 1:40:04Speaker 10: it was going to be a wedding.
- 1:40:05Speaker 9: She was like, Thursday weddings are the new thing because
- 1:40:08Speaker 9: everything is booked out solid on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- 1:40:15Speaker 4: I'm getting married on Monday.
- 1:40:16Speaker 9: They've now opened up Thursdays as well, because vendors everything,
- 1:40:20Speaker 9: you know, photographers, whatever, If everyone's booked and it's who
- 1:40:22Speaker 9: you want, they've opened up Thursdays.
- 1:40:24Speaker 7: Left because you were like in the bridal party, but no,
- 1:40:27Speaker 7: she's just a selfish, cheap person, this bride.
- 1:40:30Speaker 3: Yeah, and put it on everybody else to have to
- 1:40:32Speaker 3: work your friends during It was even during a holiday
- 1:40:35Speaker 3: week either Yeah, your friend sounds kind of miserable from.
- 1:40:40Speaker 4: Let me guess she's the one that like they throw
- 1:40:42Speaker 4: the rice and she goes right into the car on
- 1:40:44Speaker 4: her honeymoon.
- 1:40:45Speaker 9: No, it was at a It was at a house,
- 1:40:47Speaker 9: so everyone a lot of people are staying at that house.
- 1:40:50Speaker 4: Sammy, when is she going on her honeymoon? It's like now,
- 1:40:55Speaker 4: isn't It's like for somebody who has such a tradition
- 1:41:00Speaker 4: thing like nobody does that anymore. It's like, oh and
- 1:41:02Speaker 4: maybe we'll have a honeymoon next year or honeymoon in
- 1:41:04Speaker 4: six months.
- 1:41:05Speaker 2: But people I left the next day.
- 1:41:06Speaker 10: No, really.
- 1:41:09Speaker 4: Really that seems so old school.
- 1:41:11Speaker 2: We were the old school is like you said, you
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: leave the ceremony, get in the car.
- 1:41:15Speaker 10: Yeah, yeah, no, they had everyone was at the house
- 1:41:17Speaker 10: they partied with. Once it was over, she was super chill,
- 1:41:21Speaker 10: waiting for the moment to relax.
- 1:41:22Speaker 3: I got married. Next day was like a breakfast with
- 1:41:25Speaker 3: all our out of town family who was there and
- 1:41:27Speaker 3: just hung out for the day. And then it was
- 1:41:29Speaker 3: the day after that that we left for the honeymoon.
- 1:41:31Speaker 4: That's so like very traditional.
- 1:41:34Speaker 3: That is yeah, I think more like what Greg says,
- 1:41:37Speaker 3: like you had the car with all the cans.
- 1:41:40Speaker 4: Campy like that's a little bit like but leaving within
- 1:41:42Speaker 4: like the week of the wedding.
- 1:41:44Speaker 3: Wow, because I took time off to get married, right,
- 1:41:47Speaker 3: and we got married next week in a city where
- 1:41:51Speaker 3: yeah I didn't live. Yeah, So we did that and
- 1:41:54Speaker 3: then went the thing and it was done.
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: Yeah that breakfast you had the next day, I was
- 1:41:59Speaker 2: so hungry over over. I think that might be the
- 1:42:02Speaker 2: last time I was hungover.
- 1:42:03Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 1:42:03Speaker 2: Probably.
- 1:42:04Speaker 3: Well you know Greg's sins open bar.
- 1:42:07Speaker 5: Yeah, did you see himself up that timar what he
- 1:42:10Speaker 5: posted on his Instagram just the other day. It was
- 1:42:13Speaker 5: a uh it was a car, I said, just married,
- 1:42:16Speaker 5: and it was on the back of a flatbed like
- 1:42:19Speaker 5: tow truck and it said.
- 1:42:20Speaker 2: Starting off Trump.
- 1:42:21Speaker 3: Yeah, car broke down.
- 1:42:23Speaker 2: That suck.
- 1:42:24Speaker 3: Okay, Well we did a cameo on the Cheap Oh
- 1:42:27Speaker 3: while you were gone and you missed out on one.
- 1:42:30Speaker 3: Oh yes, yeah, I'm glad you're here. And it's a
- 1:42:33Speaker 3: bonus cameo. And this has to do with wedding gift.
- 1:42:36Speaker 3: It's an early wedding give both things.
- 1:42:37Speaker 7: It's early wedding gift and maybe something that will help
- 1:42:39Speaker 7: you make sure your wedding actually happens. I'm not even
- 1:42:42Speaker 7: going to tell you the category, but I think especially
- 1:42:44Speaker 7: Woody and especially Greg will recognize this voice.
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: Okay, hell no, I'm doing ks. So I hope they're
- 1:42:51Speaker 1: doing well.
- 1:42:51Speaker 3: Yes, oh my god, for six pound life.
- 1:42:56Speaker 4: Seem like you don't know.
- 1:42:59Speaker 3: You show my six hundred pounds life.
- 1:43:01Speaker 10: I've heard of it.
- 1:43:02Speaker 3: That's the doctor who does all the surgeries for the
- 1:43:04Speaker 3: big fat people. And because he's like a little old elderly,
- 1:43:15Speaker 3: can we all like not talk at the same time?
- 1:43:17Speaker 3: How about one at the time. Thanks.
- 1:43:18Speaker 2: Truth be told, he's not exactly thin. He's kind of
- 1:43:21Speaker 2: a hypocrite.
- 1:43:22Speaker 3: He's not six pounds, he's not six.
- 1:43:24Speaker 2: Pounds, he's not six hundred punds.
- 1:43:26Speaker 3: Yeah, all right doctor now, hell.
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: No, Hey you all doing Thanks Sammy, I hope you're
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: doing well and staying safe.
- 1:43:34Speaker 2: Well.
- 1:43:35Speaker 1: Your friend Sea Bass is telling me that you have
- 1:43:38Speaker 1: gained a lot of weight, and you're working with a
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: lot of Opie's people and you adopt it their lifestyle.
- 1:43:47Speaker 1: And even your new boyfriend if he tried to take
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: your mac and cheese away, you yell at him. So, Sammy,
- 1:43:56Speaker 1: it looked like you're not an impact that is going
- 1:44:01Speaker 1: to be healthy with you. So man suggest that you
- 1:44:05Speaker 1: follow a healthy eating habit and cut back on your eating,
- 1:44:09Speaker 1: eat only two or three times, but they take some vitamin,
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: do some exercites, and lose some weight and stay healthy.
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: So you can't live long enough, Sammy. I wish you
- 1:44:19Speaker 1: best of luck with your eating habit and your wig
- 1:44:23Speaker 1: and your head. And if you need anything, give me
- 1:44:26Speaker 1: a call.
- 1:44:29Speaker 3: Yeah right, let's just say, let's just say the eating
- 1:44:31Speaker 3: really gets out of control and you need doctor now's help. Yes,
- 1:44:35Speaker 3: I don't watch life either. Is that what he does
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: on the show, you know, just to eat less?
- 1:44:39Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:44:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, pretty much.
- 1:44:42Speaker 3: Because a lot of people who go on that show,
- 1:44:44Speaker 3: they're so overweight, they're so fat that they have to
- 1:44:47Speaker 3: lose weight before they can even get the surgery.
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: That's what happened to Tammy and Amy.
- 1:44:54Speaker 3: Well, part of it is because he wants to know
- 1:44:56Speaker 3: that you're going to be able to follow the post operation,
- 1:44:59Speaker 3: you know, lifestyle of you know, eating less and exercising,
- 1:45:03Speaker 3: because it won't matter you eat it correct if he
- 1:45:06Speaker 3: does the surgery. So he wants to see that it's
- 1:45:07Speaker 3: even gonna be worth doing if you're not going to
- 1:45:10Speaker 3: do anything after you're not going to change your lifest
- 1:45:12Speaker 3: All the way you're eating it doesn't do it. So
- 1:45:14Speaker 3: it's more of a challenge to see if they can
- 1:45:16Speaker 3: do it.
- 1:45:17Speaker 2: And he catches them and lies all the time.
- 1:45:20Speaker 10: Sammy, only three meals a day.
- 1:45:22Speaker 3: I don't know how I'll do it, well, Sammy. Now
- 1:45:25Speaker 3: you have doctor now who's looking out for you as well?
- 1:45:28Speaker 3: Breaking advice lesson gets some interesting in the Welcome on.
- 1:45:35Speaker 2: The Woody Show, there is a.
- 1:45:39Speaker 3: Zillow listing that has gone viral. Uh huh because the
- 1:45:42Speaker 3: listening Greg says that if you're interested in this house,
- 1:45:46Speaker 3: you can't take pictures of it, you can't go inside
- 1:45:49Speaker 3: or check it out for yourself. You just have to
- 1:45:51Speaker 3: buy it as you see it from the outside.
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: Though, Now, why why.
- 1:45:57Speaker 3: Because there's a woman still living inside of the house
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: and she's not leaving, so she'll basically tell your problem.
- 1:46:03Speaker 4: What do you want?
- 1:46:05Speaker 2: Well, you want to lave squadtern.
- 1:46:06Speaker 3: There's there's there's a wrinkle to the story. And let's
- 1:46:10Speaker 3: see how you guys feel about it after you hear
- 1:46:12Speaker 3: more about it. This is from the report on the
- 1:46:14Speaker 3: local News.
- 1:46:15Speaker 17: Tory mcmeetchen is the occupant mentioned in a bizarre and
- 1:46:18Speaker 17: startling Zillo listing, which tells people, I.
- 1:46:21Speaker 3: Wouldn't call it start down. Yeah, they take it easy there,
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: but what are the news not the editor?
- 1:46:27Speaker 17: Bizarre and startling Zillo listing, which tells people, if you
- 1:46:31Speaker 17: buy it, it's your job to get them out. Tory's
- 1:46:35Speaker 17: husband died in a car crash.
- 1:46:36Speaker 4: This is the last thing that my husband bought for
- 1:46:38Speaker 4: me before he asked. This is where I raised my children.
- 1:46:42Speaker 17: This property has been part of foreclosure cases for more
- 1:46:45Speaker 17: than fifteen years. Tory says her husband's name was on
- 1:46:48Speaker 17: the loan agreement and claims the bank wouldn't speak to
- 1:46:51Speaker 17: her or accept her payment because of it, so she
- 1:46:54Speaker 17: hasn't paid rent.
- 1:46:55Speaker 4: Since I'm staying, they can come on in, but I'm
- 1:46:58Speaker 4: not leaving. It's okay, okay, this makes more sense now.
- 1:47:02Speaker 4: I it does because I thought it was like I'm
- 1:47:04Speaker 4: trying to sell my home willingly. But also you can't
- 1:47:07Speaker 4: be around it.
- 1:47:08Speaker 3: I just find it hard to believe that if you
- 1:47:10Speaker 3: sent a payment in gets a project to the loan
- 1:47:13Speaker 3: that they would reject it.
- 1:47:14Speaker 2: Right, couldn't I make a mortgage payment for Gina and
- 1:47:17Speaker 2: they were just oh, sorry.
- 1:47:18Speaker 4: No, yeah, give her money.
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: Yeah, as long as there was like a memo on
- 1:47:22Speaker 3: there about this is for loan number blah blah blah
- 1:47:24Speaker 3: blah blah. I don't think they care where it comes from.
- 1:47:27Speaker 9: I think that they do because they won't let you
- 1:47:29Speaker 9: access the information or give you any information on account.
- 1:47:32Speaker 3: If I sent that, maybe not. But if I sent
- 1:47:34Speaker 3: the payment and it said this is for loan number
- 1:47:37Speaker 3: blank blank blank blank at this address, it would get
- 1:47:40Speaker 3: applied to that to that account. Yeah, yeah, like they
- 1:47:44Speaker 3: if you called and you weren't on it, maybe they
- 1:47:47Speaker 3: wouldn't give you any information.
- 1:47:48Speaker 7: You know what the bat loves is having to go
- 1:47:50Speaker 7: through the foreclosure process. They'll take good money, right theyn't
- 1:47:53Speaker 7: reject that right away?
- 1:47:54Speaker 2: Yeah, it's for fifteen But let's just test it, Greg,
- 1:47:58Speaker 2: I'll give you my bab let's test. Yeah, all right.
- 1:48:01Speaker 3: So if she was smart, and I'm guessing that she's not.
- 1:48:05Speaker 3: But if she was smart, and let's say they for
- 1:48:08Speaker 3: the sake of argument, they weren't taking those payments while
- 1:48:11Speaker 3: she was fighting them on that, I would have opened
- 1:48:13Speaker 3: an account and put every month of my mortgage payment
- 1:48:18Speaker 3: into that account, saying, hey, they haven't accepted them, but
- 1:48:22Speaker 3: for the last year's here's a documented here's a documented
- 1:48:25Speaker 3: account that I opened the account on this date, and
- 1:48:27Speaker 3: I'm making the mortgage payments to this account. They've chose
- 1:48:31Speaker 3: not to accept them, but they're right here, they can
- 1:48:34Speaker 3: have them. They're right, I've been six percent or whatever
- 1:48:37Speaker 3: the hell you got. Yeah, right, exactly, So I'm not
- 1:48:40Speaker 3: necessarily buying this.
- 1:48:41Speaker 2: I also have another question on the reporter. Does he
- 1:48:45Speaker 2: have pubes yet? Well, that's the.
- 1:48:51Speaker 3: Cutting costs.
- 1:48:52Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, like basically like softwores in high school.
- 1:48:56Speaker 3: Yeah, And it was weird. I saw a reporter out
- 1:48:59Speaker 3: and and I mean, they don't send a cameraman, they
- 1:49:01Speaker 3: don't send anybody. It's just the it's the reporter and
- 1:49:04Speaker 3: then your tripod and that's it.
- 1:49:07Speaker 7: If you had a guess how much of a supermodel
- 1:49:09Speaker 7: is this woman? Squatter always super Now she's got a thumbhead.
- 1:49:19Speaker 7: Your head looks like a thought.
- 1:49:20Speaker 4: Like Mamma June thumbhead, like the neck.
- 1:49:28Speaker 3: You know she raised your kids.
- 1:49:29Speaker 5: Know.
- 1:49:29Speaker 3: I'm really enjoying the the clips from and what pisses
- 1:49:33Speaker 3: me off about it is that you don't get any
- 1:49:34Speaker 3: kind of resolution because you want they want you to
- 1:49:36Speaker 3: watch the show. But that squatter hunter it Yeah, yeah, Like,
- 1:49:40Speaker 3: there's a bunch of the clips that are popping up
- 1:49:42Speaker 3: on my Instagram and it's so funny. These people are
- 1:49:46Speaker 3: so obnoxious where he shows up and he goes, hey,
- 1:49:50Speaker 3: I'm your new roommate, and they go, get the hell
- 1:49:53Speaker 3: out of my house. You know, you're squatting, And he
- 1:49:56Speaker 3: didn't even get out of.
- 1:49:57Speaker 7: My hand, and he produces the exact same actually for real,
- 1:50:00Speaker 7: he produces a for real lease, but legally it has
- 1:50:02Speaker 7: the exact same effect as theirs.
- 1:50:04Speaker 3: So he is their new roommate. Yeah, yeah, that's just
- 1:50:07Speaker 3: as much as they are. Yeah he was, hey, he goes,
- 1:50:09Speaker 3: you know, we could do this the easy way or
- 1:50:10Speaker 3: the hard way, but here we're living together and still
- 1:50:13Speaker 3: out of my house. You have no right to be here.
- 1:50:16Speaker 19: Yeah.
- 1:50:18Speaker 4: Did you see did the one pop up on your
- 1:50:20Speaker 4: feet where the squatters come back in after going somewhere
- 1:50:23Speaker 4: and the other people set up a full like petting
- 1:50:25Speaker 4: zoo and oh.
- 1:50:26Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, they found they found out that the was
- 1:50:30Speaker 3: it the woman or what she was afraid of?
- 1:50:32Speaker 2: Snakes and so.
- 1:50:34Speaker 14: Animals.
- 1:50:35Speaker 3: It was great, all kinds of snakes and this now
- 1:50:37Speaker 3: this seems like something right up your alley.
- 1:50:39Speaker 7: Yeah, I've watched a few of the episodes, and it's
- 1:50:42Speaker 7: he has no he has no formal training, but he
- 1:50:44Speaker 7: knows what he's doing, he knows the rules in it.
- 1:50:45Speaker 7: For each particular his story was he like the victim,
- 1:50:48Speaker 7: I believe that's right. Yeah, I forget. I believe that's correct.
- 1:50:50Speaker 2: You go through it.
- 1:50:51Speaker 3: Well, we had that one friend that we talked to
- 1:50:53Speaker 3: on the era, his dad died. People wouldn't get out
- 1:50:57Speaker 3: of the house. He couldn't sell it until he get
- 1:50:58Speaker 3: out of the house and then had to do I
- 1:51:01Speaker 3: forget that cash to keys program. So you there's there
- 1:51:05Speaker 3: are programs out there where a person who has no
- 1:51:08Speaker 3: legal right to your house you have to pay them
- 1:51:11Speaker 3: in order to get them.
- 1:51:12Speaker 2: Out, so you have to give into the extortions. Basically, no,
- 1:51:15Speaker 2: not going to do it.
- 1:51:16Speaker 3: I'm sorry that's the But why do we have like
- 1:51:18Speaker 3: no shoe, no shirt, no shoes, no service and that's
- 1:51:21Speaker 3: enforceable or you can say, yeah, you can say, oh,
- 1:51:25Speaker 3: someone's trespassing. I had to sign up and they can
- 1:51:28Speaker 3: enforce that. But you can steal a house, but yeah,
- 1:51:31Speaker 3: you can just like move in and set up shop
- 1:51:34Speaker 3: in a place you're not supposed to be and they
- 1:51:36Speaker 3: like the how is it the cops don't go in
- 1:51:38Speaker 3: there and drag you out by your ear?
- 1:51:39Speaker 4: Yeahs, and if you try to get them out, you'll
- 1:51:42Speaker 4: be arrested.
- 1:51:42Speaker 2: But could you write yourself a lease? If you're the
- 1:51:44Speaker 2: owner of the house, could you just say, hey, I
- 1:51:46Speaker 2: have a lease to be here. That's what he does
- 1:51:49Speaker 2: for your own property.
- 1:51:51Speaker 3: But why would you need one? You have all this
- 1:51:53Speaker 3: stuff for your property, the.
- 1:51:54Speaker 2: Paper you own it seems to be the magic solution,
- 1:51:58Speaker 2: So write a lease.
- 1:51:59Speaker 7: For your think Well, I see what you're saying, but
- 1:52:02Speaker 7: I think they're not willing to perhaps deal with the
- 1:52:04Speaker 7: violence that these squad hunters And because the one I watched,
- 1:52:08Speaker 7: he hired like just two randoms off Craigslist could be
- 1:52:10Speaker 7: his like enforcers or assistants, and they were just kind
- 1:52:12Speaker 7: of there to stand around and they didn't know what
- 1:52:14Speaker 7: the hell was going on. But it's very fun, like
- 1:52:15Speaker 7: what he's saying, because he does, because you have at
- 1:52:17Speaker 7: that point, you have all kinds of creative ways to
- 1:52:19Speaker 7: with the squatters.
- 1:52:21Speaker 3: Very fine, and so I guess they got to make
- 1:52:23Speaker 3: sure that everybody there's no other people in the house
- 1:52:26Speaker 3: and then once the person, like there was one episode
- 1:52:30Speaker 3: that I saw the teaser video for where the squatter
- 1:52:34Speaker 3: wasn't even in the house, and so my first thought was, well,
- 1:52:36Speaker 3: why do they just lock them out and meet they
- 1:52:38Speaker 3: changed the locks, Well, because they didn't have enough time
- 1:52:41Speaker 3: from the time they arrived to go through all the
- 1:52:44Speaker 3: rooms and make sure that the house was clear quote
- 1:52:46Speaker 3: unquote right before they changed the locks. So they can't
- 1:52:48Speaker 3: change the locks if somebody's already in there, because that
- 1:52:52Speaker 3: becomes what we've talked about before, false imprisonment. Right, So
- 1:52:56Speaker 3: I've got a this is a and this woman came
- 1:52:58Speaker 3: home as they were clearing the house, and so you know,
- 1:53:01Speaker 3: now they have to go through the whole room.
- 1:53:03Speaker 7: To your question, Greg, this obviously varies by location. This
- 1:53:06Speaker 7: is a real estate lawyer who works in the Greater
- 1:53:08Speaker 7: LA area. These are actual things that he was given
- 1:53:12Speaker 7: that dismissed evictions. He's going through the legal process and
- 1:53:14Speaker 7: judges found these things and dismissed the eviction notice saying nope,
- 1:53:18Speaker 7: got to start over. Didn't include the number of bedrooms,
- 1:53:21Speaker 7: was not filed with the LA Housing Department. Well, landlord
- 1:53:25Speaker 7: didn't credit the tenant a dollar twenty six for interest
- 1:53:27Speaker 7: on a security deposit. Oh my god, landlord gave an
- 1:53:30Speaker 7: extra day of the three days notice to pay the
- 1:53:32Speaker 7: rent everything because because that's sorry, that's not the letter
- 1:53:35Speaker 7: of the law. Because again it's it's the it's local
- 1:53:37Speaker 7: ordinances combined with judges who are jackasses.
- 1:53:40Speaker 3: Like why do we have laws and things that benefit
- 1:53:43Speaker 3: the bad the bad people?
- 1:53:44Speaker 4: That's the question always pointed out.
- 1:53:47Speaker 3: Why are we protecting the squatters?
- 1:53:49Speaker 2: Why is every politician not making this.
- 1:53:51Speaker 7: A huge I know gig like you would run on
- 1:53:54Speaker 7: this here, you guys, you guys are bringing up the
- 1:53:58Speaker 7: exact thing that works against these local politicians. And it
- 1:54:01Speaker 7: was pointed out recently about two percent are voters in
- 1:54:06Speaker 7: like in areas like this are homeowners. The other ninety
- 1:54:08Speaker 7: eight are the winners don't care.
- 1:54:10Speaker 3: So who's who's going to vote for you.
- 1:54:13Speaker 7: The back out, the back excuse or the responsible person
- 1:54:17Speaker 7: who's putting up all their capital.
- 1:54:18Speaker 3: To create You also figured, like you know, a common
- 1:54:21Speaker 3: sense person would say, okay, well, yes I don't own
- 1:54:23Speaker 3: a house, but I do own things, and people you know,
- 1:54:27Speaker 3: can just claim ownership, use or right of my things
- 1:54:32Speaker 3: that I own because of tenants rights. Grew your car,
- 1:54:35Speaker 3: you know, No, what's to stop somebody you know.
- 1:54:37Speaker 7: Well, they don't care because a scumbag's point of view
- 1:54:40Speaker 7: is about six inches in front of his face.
- 1:54:42Speaker 2: True, yeah, they don't have That's why a lot of
- 1:54:44Speaker 2: these ballot initiatives that raise property taxes. If you're a renter,
- 1:54:48Speaker 2: go ahead, do it.
- 1:54:49Speaker 18: Eight.
- 1:54:49Speaker 3: I'm literally kicking my X out today using a cash
- 1:54:52Speaker 3: for keys contract.
- 1:54:54Speaker 7: And there's these real loyals will tell you like, man,
- 1:54:58Speaker 7: it's just gonna it's gonna be you know, twenty thousand
- 1:55:00Speaker 7: dollars if to go through, because you're gonna have to
- 1:55:02Speaker 7: hire me.
- 1:55:03Speaker 3: I'm gonna go through this. Maybe there's this loop, Paul
- 1:55:05Speaker 3: that's gonna.
- 1:55:05Speaker 2: Get you kicked back. Just step one.
- 1:55:07Speaker 3: I hope steam boat Willie's listening. Very slippery, slow peace.
- 1:55:13Speaker 2: I belave it in sensitivity training for a politically correct
- 1:55:18Speaker 2: world show. I don't care about your feelings.
- 1:55:24Speaker 3: Oh well, that's gonna do it for Monday. Wrapping up,
- 1:55:28Speaker 3: getting out of here. Thanks for spending the morning with us.

- 1:55:52Speaker 3: for us there at the Woody Show. Yeah all right,
- 1:55:55Speaker 3: Greg Gory parting words of wisdom.
- 1:55:57Speaker 2: Please, Yeah, we here at the Woody Show. Are we perfect?
- 1:56:00Speaker 8: No?
- 1:56:00Speaker 2: But are we always trying to be better? Also?
- 1:56:03Speaker 3: No, what do they call that? Not quiet quitting? It's
- 1:56:07Speaker 3: it's just enough not to get fired yet work good enough.
- 1:56:11Speaker 2: That's all it is.
