- 0:01Hey everyone, welcome back to Eye Opener Society.
- 0:05My name is Gary Dean and Lizzie has the day off today. So I'm just doing this, uh,
- 0:12episode solo, and I wanted to express my absolute appreciation to everybody
- 0:19that's been standing by waiting for us to gather everything and put everything together,
- 0:25whether it be through this show or through the church.
- 0:29I know people probably have millions of questions,
- 0:32but we are extremely excited
- 0:36for everything that is happening and moving forward we have our new website
- 0:41and that link is going to be down the synopsis it's a little bit of a longer
- 0:46website that's why i don't really recall it uh but it's through wix and i want
- 0:51to give wix a big shout out because.
- 0:53It's amazing how i could put together an entire website with everything that
- 0:59i need in it for absolutely free.
- 1:02So I enjoyed building the site and it's a work in progress.
- 1:07It always will be as the church grows, so will the website.
- 1:11So if you're looking at it and you're probably thinking, yeah,
- 1:14it's missing like the staff pages,
- 1:16the about pages and stuff like that, it's going to be built and it takes some
- 1:20time because there's a lot of work that goes on, you know, with these things,
- 1:24But it is there and I hope everybody uses it.
- 1:29We're going to put up any events that come up or any information,
- 1:34anything that changes, all of our social media, all of our friends and associates.
- 1:39Again, that'll all start to come together and we'll put it all together on that website.
- 1:44As it builds, you will see us build along with it.
- 1:48And I hope everybody can be a part of this in some way. That's one of our biggest goals.
- 1:55And we'll discuss that once things are back on track. So again, in Lizzie's absence.
- 2:02We've been busy with like our own lives on top of the church and this show.
- 2:12And because of that, it's just, we're looking for space and not space in a physical
- 2:20sense, but space in a mental way.
- 2:23See, Lizzie taught me that when we hit the brakes and we pause,
- 2:27that pause is when things expand.
- 2:33And I think this is a valuable lesson that we should
- 2:36all learn we could run ourselves
- 2:39ragged every single day and we try to do everything which is great it's great
- 2:44to have that sort of motivation where we just move forward and we want to get
- 2:47things done and we want to get them done right and we pour our hearts our souls
- 2:52and our energies into these things that's fantastic.
- 2:57But you see when we do it all and we're trying
- 3:00to get it done and if we have these type a personalities or or maybe we don't
- 3:06and maybe we don't have that sort of aggression things can get kind of messy
- 3:10because we're tripping over ourselves trying to do things completely right but
- 3:15we're doing them either a too fast or we're trying to do too much all at once,
- 3:21And so Lizzie had taught me You know When we take these breaks And we take these
- 3:25moments And we take these moments,
- 3:27that creates a brand new space.
- 3:31The space opens up more because we don't have the, you know,
- 3:37the conflict of doing all of these things.
- 3:41So when we stop and we take a moment and we remove all the things that we were
- 3:47trying to get done, now it's kind of like a clean slate and things start to open up.
- 3:53They open up more creatively and it allows your mind to start saying,
- 3:59okay, well, now I could start doing something else.
- 4:02Maybe this is a better idea.
- 4:05And all of that rest that you're taking builds this creativity.
- 4:10And then we could move forward when we're ready and take these newfound thoughts
- 4:16and ideas and starting to apply them with the things that we're trying to get done.
- 4:22While we're in this space of relaxation, everything opens up.
- 4:28It becomes a wide open field.
- 4:31And that wide open field encompasses us and the direction that we want to go in.
- 4:40And it's wild because when Lizzie was explaining this, I was able to actually
- 4:45take that moment and I meditated and I said, okay, I'm not going to worry about
- 4:50the church. I'm not going to worry about the show. I'm just going to be for a while.
- 4:55And then there was a lot more clarity and focus because I removed those thoughts
- 5:02that were occupying all of my time.
- 5:05And as important as they are And I don't want to forget them,
- 5:11It still worked out beautifully because I was able to start seeing new things.
- 5:17And I had new ideas that came in.
- 5:21And creating the website was one of them. And I said, that's a great thing I
- 5:25need to do. And I sat down and I started to do that.
- 5:28And it took away from all the other things that I was doing.
- 5:32But it gave me more creative control for doing all the stuff that I'm doing.
- 5:43It's easy. I mean, it's a little bit harder to explain sometimes,
- 5:47but honestly, if you take all of the chaos that's going on,
- 5:53right, because you want to get something done and you're trying to get it moving
- 5:57forward, sometimes it's not going to get forward because you're pushing it too hard,
- 6:03and things could collapse.
- 6:04It's kind of like a shopping cart that's just so overflowed because you got
- 6:09everything in it and you're pushing it fast and all the stuff that you put into
- 6:12it is starting to fall out and it's going all over the place and you got to
- 6:16stop and pick it up and redo it.
- 6:19The moment you stop and you just put that shopping cart off to the side and
- 6:26you just start looking around at all the other things that are in the grocery store,
- 6:32you start to say, hey,
- 6:35this is another direction I want to go in.
- 6:38Oh, I like this brand better than this brand.
- 6:43That's the concept of what goes on when you take that moment to stop and rest.
- 6:49You also start to pick up on things that you might have forgotten about because
- 6:54you've been so overwhelmed thinking about doing the things you wanted to do.
- 7:00And that is why we need to rest.
- 7:06Rest is a creative space.
- 7:11And your creative space will grow the longer that you rest.
- 7:18There's never a time limit, honestly. If you feel you need to get back because
- 7:25you had enough rest and you found new creativity, it's great. you can move on.
- 7:31But if you haven't found it and you feel, hey, I'm going to take a whole year
- 7:34off, take a year off, it's fine.
- 7:38Rest is wonderful.
- 7:43Sleep as well. You sleep on things, you dream about things.
- 7:49And if you're too busy worrying about what you got going on,
- 7:54those dreams then become complex.
- 7:56They become more anxiety-driven rather than just creative dreams.
- 8:04So, let's all remember that we have goals that we want to set.
- 8:13We want to do things right, but we're not always able to do them right,
- 8:19or they don't come out the way that we planned them to because we just moved way too fast.
- 8:27So what we need really in the
- 8:30long run is to have these
- 8:33moments where we can stop kind of
- 8:36smell the roses you know i like to smell the wide open fields because there's
- 8:41so much more energy and you get so much more excitement and you start to build
- 8:48up a new found excitement to move forward.
- 8:54But you're moving forward in this big empty field and you start planting more
- 8:59seeds and more flowers and new trees.
- 9:01And that starts to expand yourself, expands your mind, that expands your ideas,
- 9:07your thoughts, and it'll guide you throughout your future.
- 9:12Because sometimes during that rest period, you might actually change to a new direction.
- 9:20You might want to try something else rather than the direction you were going
- 9:24in because you have these moments of clarity and you have these moments where
- 9:30you see things from a period of rest rather than a period of work.
- 9:37These are the things that Lizzie
- 9:39explained to me, and I just took it and I expanded it a little bit more.
- 9:46And the fact that these things actually do work, that's what I wanted to express to you.
- 9:54Because you may be in that moment where you are really, you know,
- 10:00so wound up tight because you're trying to get all these things done.
- 10:05And all of these things that you're thinking about are probably beautiful.
- 10:11But if we're painting too fast and the brush strokes start to,
- 10:16you know, bleed or you put too much paint on there and it starts to drip,
- 10:20that's because you're rushing.
- 10:21That's because you're trying to get things, you know, done too fast.
- 10:27Stop and just look at the canvas. Study what you already have there. And just wait.
- 10:36Don't make it a priority now to move forward and keep painting over that.
- 10:41What you're doing is taking a break, resting, and you're going to look at that painting.
- 10:45And you're going to see things that you haven't noticed before.
- 10:50And you're going to see the creativity that you have. And then you're saying,
- 10:52I might want to add this color. or this color contrasts better with that,
- 10:56or this matches the mood much better.
- 11:00And then you start to build from there. Once you get out of that break period
- 11:05and you start moving forward, you're moving forward at a slower pace,
- 11:10but you have so many more brilliant ideas that are going on.
- 11:14And that, that is the power of creativity.
- 11:19That is the power of the human mind when we can actually stop,
- 11:26live in a moment, and rest.
- 11:31So my dear friends, my dear audience, everybody out there, it's time for you to rest as well.
- 11:38And again, that rest could be a couple minutes. That rest could be a couple of years.
- 11:44You do what feels right.
- 11:47Before the new year, I had spoken about how I made some changes where I was
- 11:53listening to myself more, listening more to my intuition.
- 11:57And I was only going to do what felt right at the time.
- 12:03And I have not strayed from that.
- 12:06But I was reminded by a dear friend, Lizzie, that you do need to rest.
- 12:13And maybe I wasn't listening to that. Maybe because my body was telling me and
- 12:17my mind was telling me, yes, let's keep moving forward because I have so much
- 12:22wonderful things and I want to get them done.
- 12:27So, what that did was drown out the fact that I probably needed to take a break
- 12:33for a little while so I can expand on everything that I got going on.
- 12:40So, Lizzie, you have the day off, but I thank you so much for that.
- 12:44That's great wisdom, and that's something that I'm going to always remember now.
- 12:49And I'm hoping you, the audience, have a little takeaway with this.
- 12:54And we could build on our own dreams, all of us, together.
- 12:58That's the purpose. That's the purpose for us here at Eye Opener Society,
- 13:03for the church, once it starts going and once you start coming into this church,
- 13:07once it's ready and you start listening to us, the things we're going to teach
- 13:12you, it's not about religion, it's about us.
- 13:16And it's about how we can control our destinies, how we can see things in a
- 13:22much different perspective, higher awakening.
- 13:26We're very excited about this. But again, it's going to take some time because
- 13:31we have some thoughts and ideas and I have some things in my own personal life
- 13:36that need to be taken care of first as well.
- 13:40And once those things are taken care of, I can move forward.
- 13:44And one of the big things right now is just the legalities of the church.
- 13:49It's very easy for me to form the LLC and all, but I want to make sure it's
- 13:53done correctly because this is going to be a worldwide church.
- 13:57I don't want it to be referenced just in one area where I live.
- 14:02Lizzie lives, you know, I think like 3,000 miles away from me.
- 14:07But that space in between is also the church, the space outside of that,
- 14:13outside of the country, into other countries.
- 14:18That's all the church. And it's all of us.
- 14:22So, again, we're not going to limit ourselves to just one area.
- 14:26And that's what I'm looking into. And that's why I'm taking a break.
- 14:29And I'm still working on everything. But it's going at a different pace.
- 14:33And more ideas are coming forward. And speaking of other countries, listen,
- 14:38for everybody else that's listening outside of the United States,
- 14:42we welcome you and we thank you so much for tuning in because it's amazing when
- 14:49we have an audience that's so diverse.
- 14:53That's wonderful. That diversity is wonderful.
- 14:58Really brings in so much more ideas and understanding of people in life.
- 15:04And we appreciate you here at Eye Opener Society. We appreciate everybody that
- 15:08tunes in, but we certainly appreciate everybody that's listening from other countries.
- 15:13And we're going to, you know, give you something real soon to be a part of.
- 15:20And you're not going to listen just to us. You're going to listen to others
- 15:25and you're going to hear from your own self too. I want to hear about everybody.
- 15:30And that's going to be the purpose of this church that we are starting.
- 15:34So we're looking forward to it. And I can't thank everybody enough for tuning in.
- 15:40Everybody that does tune in,
- 15:41the people that have been with us for a long time. Don't forget, share us.
- 15:45Don't keep us all to yourself. If you feel that you know somebody that could
- 15:49benefit from us or would like our show or like the idea of our spiritual church, spread the word, okay?
- 15:56Okay, like I said in the synopsis, I'm going to have the brand new website,
- 16:00spread that around, don't forget too, we got a Facebook page as well,
- 16:04you can follow us there at, you know, Eye Opener Society, just search Eye Opener Society on Facebook,
- 16:10join us, follow us, that's great,
- 16:13I'm on TikTok under Eye Opener Society, you can find Lizzie Energy.
- 16:20Dot, buy, dot, Lizzie, and that's L-I-Z-Z-I-E.
- 16:25You'll find her on TikTok as well. I'll have that all down in the synopsis.
- 16:29We're also on YouTube, but the other thing, BitChute.
- 16:32And again, those of you that are tuning in on BitChute, I can't thank you enough.
- 16:36We've got so many more listens on BitChute than we got on any other platform,
- 16:39and that's amazing, and I thank you so much.
- 16:41I want to thank everybody that tunes in, downloads, and listens.
- 16:46We love you all here, and we will see you on the next episode and we'll have
- 16:51Lizzie back and we could talk about so much more.
- 16:54Don't forget about our Wednesday night guided meditation series as well and
- 16:58my solo episodes that are also on Saturday mornings and hopefully Thursdays,
- 17:04we're going to start getting some kind of sermon nights, but they're going to be fun.
- 17:08They're not going to be like religious sermons where we're forcing things down your throat.
- 17:12We're going to talk about some really cool things and we got some great episode
- 17:15ideas. So stay tuned every week, every Monday. We'll see you soon.
