Any Creative Ideas to Make a Stable $200-300/wk?

Hello, I'm looking for something I can do that maybe someone else here has had success in that would fit in with my particular skillset and schedule. I'm a loan originator and I work until 6pm M-T and until 3:30 on Fridays. This job has the potential to pay very good money, but it's a mostly commission-based role and the earnings can vary quite a bit. I'm just looking for something I can or some sort of mini business I can build to supplement my income when months are slow. I wish I could drive for uber/uber eats but unfortunately due to my previous driving record I'm not allowed to work on…
