YMCA Gets Major Expansion Boost | Wilmington News
The Midtown YMCA is undergoing a massive $15 million expansion, thanks to a $4 million boost from the New Hanover Community Endowment and over $11.5 million already raised from donors, government, and local partners. The new facilities will include more classrooms, senior spaces, group workout zones, an outdoor “Airnasium” with basketball and pickleball courts, and expanded parking — all while staying open during construction.
