- 0:23chickens. Hey everybody.
- 0:28Good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:30And it is noisy out here this morning, because apparently, we
- 0:33have a lot of irritation around, who's using.
- 0:37What box? Always find that very funny
- 0:40since they have a boatload of them.
- 0:41Are only want one. Okay.
- 0:43So today, what we are talking about is what you think about
- 0:48you. Bring about so very simple.
- 0:50Cute little phrase. What you think about you bring
- 0:52about really? It boils down to where is your
- 0:56energy? What you ruminate on you bring
- 0:59into the world? It man.
- 1:00Anna fests and what seeds you plant grow.
- 1:04So we often focus a lot on things that are wrong, it's
- 1:11hardwired into us to look at what's wrong in our world and
- 1:16that's it. That is actually a very useful
- 1:19tool. I want to be really clear about
- 1:20this. That is a very useful tool
- 1:22because it helps us see what's wrong.
- 1:24So we can fix it. It helps us understand certain
- 1:28things in our world always need to be worked on and Debated and
- 1:31that helps us survive. You know, if you didn't see what
- 1:34was wrong, you would be bumbling and having a lot more problems
- 1:38than you do. But where this goes awry is when
- 1:41we use that tool too much and we stay focused on all the things
- 1:45that are wrong rather than using them as information.
- 1:49The kicker here is that you have to take that tool that useful
- 1:54tool and of seeing what's wrong, and collecting information from
- 1:59it figuring out. What is this trying to show me?
- 2:02Asking a better question, what is this trying to show me?
- 2:06So this whole theory of what you think about you bring about Is a
- 2:11great little way for you to decide.
- 2:15Where is my pattern of thought going right now?
- 2:19Where am I spending the preponderance of my time?
- 2:23And what am I growing? What am I cultivating?
- 2:26What am I putting my energy to? And this is an exercise that I
- 2:31would love for you guys to be able to do, you know, every at
- 2:34the end of every day, asking yourself well, where did I put
- 2:37my energy today? Where did I put my thought
- 2:39today? What did I spend my?
- 2:41Time putting really solid thought energy into, which I
- 2:46spend my day worrying. Did, I spend my day, just having
- 2:49moments of worry. Sure you can have a moment of a
- 2:52thought, you can have a moment of of negativity that nothing's
- 2:56wrong with that. That's human.
- 2:57That's called being human. But the trick is not to spend
- 3:00your time there so that you cultivate it and grow it and
- 3:03turn it into something because where you put your energy, it
- 3:06goes. So if you want to make something
- 3:08wonderful, you actually have to Put your thoughts on that.
- 3:12And believe me, this is something that I have had to
- 3:15learn myself because I am a natural worrier.
- 3:19I was brought up by someone who is a big worrier and I had to
- 3:23learn that whirring did not help me pass the information but that
- 3:28was years before I figured that out and again, there's nothing
- 3:32wrong with it. It's just that you can't stay in
- 3:35it because the phrase is what you think about you bring about.
- 3:40So if you think about It too much and you ruminate on it too
- 3:42much and you give it too much energy, you will make it happen
- 3:45in your world and that I am certain of when you spend your
- 3:49time, putting your energy into that you positive or negative,
- 3:55you can make it happen. You know.
- 3:57It took me a long time in my world to get to this point.
- 4:00I've been in this business since 1996.
- 4:04I have spent years working on myself and continue to work on
- 4:07myself because I still have those things.
- 4:10This is not not something that you just master and say, oh, I'm
- 4:13done, I don't have to do this, I don't worry anymore.
- 4:15No, that is not true. No matter how great you are, no
- 4:18matter what initials you have after a name, no matter how many
- 4:21certifications you have, you still cannot get past the fact
- 4:26that you have your humanness to deal with.
- 4:28We are all human and we are on this human plane having this
- 4:33Human Experience. Therefore, we will act as humans
- 4:37and we will worry and we will have moments of anger and we
- 4:40will have Moments of Despair, the choice of our training comes
- 4:44into how long will we stay in those thoughts?
- 4:47How long will we put ourselves in that position before we say
- 4:51no, this is not the way I want to go.
- 4:52I want to pull myself out and I want to do a better job right
- 4:56now and I want to say know what we think about we bring about.
- 4:59So I'm not going to do that. I'm going to go in another
- 5:02Direction and by going in another Direction.
- 5:05Well, that's what serves us because we can choose that
- 5:09direction and we can Cultivate that direction but it all comes
- 5:13down to one thing, you have to be aware of it first.
- 5:16And you have to realize that those thoughts are happening.
- 5:19So this is a mission for you to start going off and recognizing,
- 5:24where am I putting this energy? And if you spend any amount of
- 5:28time listening to this podcast, you're going to recognize that I
- 5:32do. A lot of this talk about this in
- 5:35different ways in different formats and it's a Common Thread
- 5:38because it's the most difficult thing.
- 5:40That Human beings that we will have to do.
- 5:42So will you hear me say this again in a different way?
- 5:45Yes. Will you hear me say it multiple
- 5:47times in different ways? Yes, because it is the most
- 5:50common thing. We struggle with hands down.
- 5:54We this is an internal job. Everything is an inside job and
- 5:58we cannot ignore the tools that we have that we're using
- 6:04improperly, which is our Focus. So our Focus can get hyper
- 6:09focused on the things that we actually.
- 6:11We don't want to do. Our focus is like someone said
- 6:13to me. Oh, I have I have really great
- 6:15focused. Well yes this person has intense
- 6:17Focus, but it all that energy goes to the wrong thing.
- 6:21It always goes to what's wrong. So, that intensity is bringing
- 6:25about. I don't understand why it wrong
- 6:27things, keep showing up well, because you keep focusing on
- 6:29wrong things. You take the information,
- 6:32they're trying to deliver to you, you get clear on what it
- 6:35is, and then you move your energy into a different
- 6:38direction of solving. Those Has or doing something
- 6:42different. You cannot stay in that energy
- 6:44and expect something to be different.
- 6:46So hopefully this was helpful today for you to see again, what
- 6:51we think about we bring about. So please choose your thoughts
- 6:56carefully, and I will see you tomorrow.
- 6:58My friends have a blessed day.
