- 0:00Speaker 1: All right kyle what do you got what's his big
- 0:01Speaker 1: story okay target just announced they have their new target.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Beauty studio and i feel like the beauty section it's
- 0:07Speaker 2: been under construction for a while and now we know
- 0:09Speaker 2: why because they're putting more than 1600 products from 90
- 0:12Speaker 2: beauty brands into 600 plus stores after ending its ulta
- 0:16Speaker 2: shop partnership and now.
- 0:17Speaker 1: They're just like here's all the beauty stuff no all
- 0:20Speaker 1: of the beauty shop is done yeah so but but
- 0:23Speaker 1: they have like Great brands like Dyson, Tula, Billie Eilish fragrances,
- 0:27Speaker 1: Ariana Grande fragrances. So they're adding a whole bunch of
- 0:30Speaker 1: new stuff. And they're like, just know it's going to
- 0:33Speaker 1: be amazing. And I'm like scared to walk into Target
- 0:36Speaker 1: now because I know I will not walk out of
- 0:38Speaker 1: there without spending like two hundred dollars.
- 0:40Speaker 3: Isn't that the ongoing joke with Target? How you say
- 0:43Speaker 3: you're going for one thing and you go for, you
- 0:45Speaker 3: come out with more.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Or you walk into Target and Target tells you what
- 0:48Speaker 2: you need.
- 0:49Speaker 4: Now it's worse now because of all this makeup.
- 0:52Speaker 5: Oh my goodness. Especially if they put in some like
- 0:54Speaker 5: really big time name brands. Like if they get a
- 0:57Speaker 5: sponsorship with Hailey Bieber and you put road in there.
- 0:59Speaker 6: Yeah. Oh yeah.
- 1:00Speaker 7: Gosh.
- 1:01Speaker 5: Rare beauty.
- 1:02Speaker 6: All of it.
- 1:03Speaker 5: I need it all.
- 1:03Speaker 4: That's so exciting.
- 1:04Speaker 3: So now your husband is going to say, no, Kyle, don't.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Go to Target. I'm telling myself that.
- 1:08Speaker 5: There's going to be a lot of Target bans, I'm sure,
- 1:10Speaker 5: going on.
- 1:12Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:12Speaker 4: You think you really are going to not go into Target?
- 1:15Speaker 4: I will avoid it. You will really? Yeah, I'm trying
- 1:17Speaker 4: to save money right now. What about a try it Tuesday?
- 1:19Speaker 4: I do want to check.
- 1:20Speaker 2: It out, but stop trying to make me go in
- 1:21Speaker 2: there because I don't spend money.
- 1:23Speaker 3: That's how I feel sometimes when I find a certain
- 1:26Speaker 3: cool store. Like if I go to a Walgreens and
- 1:29Speaker 3: I walk down those aisles, we have all the cool
- 1:31Speaker 3: stuff that you don't normally see that's seen on TV.
- 1:33Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. I buy all that stuff. Your life could
- 1:35Speaker 4: change in that aisle.
- 1:36Speaker 3: If there was an actual building that was a TikTok store,
- 1:39Speaker 3: you could buy all the stuff on TikTok.
- 1:40Speaker 4: For sure.
- 1:40Speaker 5: That's literally five below. You could literally, you would have
- 1:44Speaker 5: a field day.
- 1:45Speaker 4: Really five below is amazing.
- 1:47Speaker 2: But everything adds up really fast because you're like it's.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Five below and then you're gonna check out you're like
- 1:51Speaker 4: it's what i get excited the dollar store because it's
- 1:53Speaker 4: so amazing.
- 1:54Speaker 8: Five below though has like things that don't exist elsewhere
- 1:57Speaker 8: like if say they're gonna try out like a new
- 1:59Speaker 8: candy they'll stick it in five below yeah but.
- 2:01Speaker 5: They also have some really cool like knickknacks and like
- 2:04Speaker 5: yeah gadgets hey ricky what's a store you can't go
- 2:07Speaker 5: into you just can't be trusted because it's so good Well.
- 2:10Speaker 7: I mean, this is, I think, pretty common for a
- 2:12Speaker 7: lot of people, but, you know, I cannot be trusted
- 2:14Speaker 7: in the grocery store if I'm hungry.
- 2:16Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 2:18Speaker 7: True.
- 2:19Speaker 4: So true, Ricky.
- 2:20Speaker 7: I just went in one time for, like, eggs, you know,
- 2:22Speaker 7: eggs and milk, and I left with, I think, a
- 2:24Speaker 7: rotisserie chicken, a birthday cake. Two bottles of champagne and, like,
- 2:30Speaker 7: one of those little pre-made charcuterie boards. I don't know.
- 2:32Speaker 7: Somewhere in there, I decided I was having a social
- 2:35Speaker 7: gathering of just me. But, yeah, I just ended up
- 2:39Speaker 7: eating the charcuterie board in the car on the way home,
- 2:40Speaker 7: and I was really hungry.
- 2:42Speaker 4: You may want to change my answer now. For me,
- 2:44Speaker 4: it's Sprouts. Oh, yeah. I love going out.
- 2:47Speaker 3: They have so many healthy things, and I want to
- 2:49Speaker 3: try everything, but I'm also just afraid.
- 2:51Speaker 4: I was just there yesterday. I wanted to buy all
- 2:53Speaker 4: this dark chocolate. It looks so good.
- 2:54Speaker 8: That's why Whole Foods, I think, is smart, because now
- 2:56Speaker 8: they just put eating booths right there. You could buy
- 2:58Speaker 8: your groceries and just sit in a booth and chow down.
- 3:01Speaker 1: But in Sprouts, when you see treats like that, you
- 3:03Speaker 1: think they're healthy.
- 3:04Speaker 4: That's what I'm saying. I feel that they're healthy. It's
- 3:06Speaker 4: like a mind game. Thanks, Ricky. Hey, Renee, what's a
- 3:09Speaker 4: store you can't be trusted in?
- 3:11Speaker 6: Oh, good Lord.
- 3:12Speaker 9: It's Costco. It's really bad.
- 3:15Speaker 8: Oh my gosh.
- 3:15Speaker 2: Actually, that's so valid.
- 3:17Speaker 1: I literally am out of toilet paper right now and
- 3:19Speaker 1: I like to get the toilet paper at Costco so you.
- 3:21Speaker 8: Don't have to go.
- 3:22Speaker 1: And I'm like avoiding it because I'm like, what else
- 3:24Speaker 1: is Costco going to make me buy?
- 3:26Speaker 9: Oh, my gosh. OK, so my last trip, I kid
- 3:30Speaker 9: you not, was a week ago Sunday. And I am
- 3:34Speaker 9: a sucker for a good sale. I was buying stuff
- 3:37Speaker 9: I should not be buying. And I'm like coming up
- 3:40Speaker 9: with reasons why I should buy things. So, yeah, it
- 3:43Speaker 9: was really bad.
- 3:44Speaker 4: What did you get?
- 3:45Speaker 8: Like what's a big ticket item that you didn't need
- 3:47Speaker 8: that you got anyway because it was on sale?
- 3:49Speaker 9: I think, yeah, I bought a dolly, like a moon dolly.
- 3:54Speaker 4: Yeah, dude. You will go into Costco.
- 3:58Speaker 9: I'll need something like that someday.
- 4:00Speaker 6: For sure.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Did you put the dolly on the dolly at Costco?
- 4:05Speaker 9: Yeah, and I think another time I bought one of
- 4:11Speaker 9: those vacuum mop things, and it actually ended up being
- 4:15Speaker 9: really useful. But yeah, the dolly is still sitting in
- 4:18Speaker 9: its wrapper in the garage. I don't know when I'll
- 4:20Speaker 9: use it.
- 4:21Speaker 1: There is like a weird Costco effect. You'll like go
- 4:23Speaker 1: in for dish soap and you'll come out with like
- 4:25Speaker 1: a canoe. You're like, what just happened?
- 4:27Speaker 4: It's Costco.
- 4:28Speaker 6: Yep, yep, yep.
- 4:30Speaker 9: It's horrible. And then you'll go in and want to
- 4:33Speaker 9: buy a bunch of food and you'll end up buying
- 4:35Speaker 9: food that you'll never eat.
- 4:38Speaker 4: There's no room for it either.
- 4:39Speaker 6: Yeah, the freezer is chock full.
- 4:42Speaker 9: It's like, yeah, I was like, I don't have room
- 4:44Speaker 9: in my freezer.
- 4:45Speaker 6: What am I doing?
- 4:46Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Thanks, Renee. Thanks for calling in. Boy, everyone's calling for this. Kayla,
- 4:49Speaker 4: what's a store you can't be trusted in?
- 4:52Speaker 6: Oh, my gosh. I cannot be trusted in a TJ Maxx.
- 4:56Speaker 5: Oh, my gosh.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Everyone calling is my spirit animal.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:02Speaker 6: Literally. A few days ago, I went in for a toothpaste,
- 5:06Speaker 6: and I'm not even kidding you. I am looking right
- 5:09Speaker 6: now at two giant bags. You know those bags in
- 5:12Speaker 6: the checkout that you have to buy for 99 cents
- 5:14Speaker 6: when you buy too much shit?
- 5:15Speaker 4: Mm-hmm.
- 5:17Speaker 6: I got two of those right in front of me
- 5:18Speaker 6: that were supposed to be toothpaste, which is why I
- 5:20Speaker 6: didn't bring a bag in. I came out. This is
- 5:24Speaker 6: so crazy. But right now I'm looking at, I don't
- 5:26Speaker 6: think it's that crazy, actually. I justify it to myself.
- 5:28Speaker 6: There is a kayak paddle. And a six foot skeleton.
- 5:36Speaker 6: Because apparently my brain will justify buying anything with a
- 5:40Speaker 6: clearance red tech.
- 5:41Speaker 4: You need to connect with Kyle and get her canoe.
- 5:44Speaker 4: Because all you have is a paddle. She's got the canoe.
- 5:47Speaker 6: My boyfriend asked me why I bought the skeleton. And
- 5:50Speaker 6: I told him, well, it's 70% off.
- 5:53Speaker 9: And Halloween is.
- 5:54Speaker 6: Going to be lit.
- 5:55Speaker 4: All right, Kayla, thanks for calling in.
- 5:58Speaker 6: He was kind of annoyed because we don't even have
- 6:01Speaker 6: a kayak. And I get that. But maybe we can
- 6:04Speaker 6: start kayaking.
- 6:05Speaker 4: There you go. Have a great day.
