- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: A.I.
- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: is moving so fast.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what's real and what's not real.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody sent me a song and this song has been on replay.
- 0:11[SPEAKER_00]: So I google her to see what other music she has and this is an A.I.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_00]: artist.
- 0:15[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, because on one hand we have to adapt.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_00]: But also on the other hand, the world is craving authenticity.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: Ask any music artist, ask any door-driver, ask any Uber driver.
- 0:26[SPEAKER_00]: how they feel about the possibility of their jobs and their roles being replaced.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_02]: God need to really put down whatever bad habits you have that are like taking over your life.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_02]: You need to lock in because I'm telling you, this world is not designed for you to win.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: This is not a recommendation, this is urgent.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to another episode of the social proof podcast.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, we usually don't date our episodes, but today I have to welcome you into
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: This is the first time in several years that I really feel like this is going to be a winning season for so many people.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_00]: Do you feel that energy day?
- 1:01[SPEAKER_02]: Um, are you saying this the first time you felt it?
- 1:05[SPEAKER_00]: This is the first time that I have felt universally, like there's about to be an upward shift, like a positive shift, things going on, wins, wins, wins.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, maybe it was just because I had a tough season the last two years, but so many other people around me had tough seasons too.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_00]: I just feel like we've walked out of that season.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, and I wanna just align with the positivity, but I don't like that.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: No?
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: Tell me why?
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: What do you feel?
- 1:33[SPEAKER_02]: Trump is out here Trump is here me so I do believe these he's going to start that work that war and they're not just going to sit back and just chill and take it I think Russia's going to be involved trying to go and get in the game I believe right now the service space industry is having a challenge they're struggling
- 2:01[SPEAKER_02]: because I mean, you had a struggling.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_02]: Because you can't, once an industry has a certain price point, it doesn't come down.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_02]: You can't bring the prices down.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_02]: You feel me?
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: I agree with that.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_02]: That's a challenge.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_02]: AI is moving so fast.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what's real and what's not real.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody sent me something yesterday.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, is this real, is this actually happening?
- 2:27[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, let me tell you something.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: I'm in the middle of a fast right now.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_00]: And so all I'm really listening to is gospel music, right?
- 2:34[SPEAKER_00]: And somebody sent me a song.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: And this song has been on replay.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: And then I'm like, let me go and see what else she has.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_00]: So I Google her to see what other music she has.
- 2:47[SPEAKER_00]: And this is an AI artist, and I'm like, No way, is it?
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and the song is that deal.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, the song, I'm like, wow.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: The song has me in a house, like, yes, God, yes.
- 3:01[SPEAKER_00]: And then I went and Google did it in this AI.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_00]: And I just don't know how to feel about it.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: Because on one hand, we have to adapt.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: We have to adjust, right?
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: AI is going to do.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_00]: what AI is going to do.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: There's no way around it.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: We cannot avoid it.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: But also on the other hand, we're still very much in a place, especially now more than ever, which is why I think people have an opportunity to win, where the world is craving authenticity, like people are getting frustrated with not knowing what's real and what's not.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: I know every single day somebody sends me
- 3:34[SPEAKER_00]: somebody else's AI video that's using my voice.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_00]: And oh my god, every single, you see it?
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, every single day now, like it started out very, every now and then, but it's to the point where I believe now that these AI platforms have been programmed.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_00]: with my voice.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_00]: Chance, literally every single day.
- 3:52[SPEAKER_00]: Tracy Ellis Ross is one of my favorite people in the whole world, right?
- 3:56[SPEAKER_00]: And literally somebody sent me a video the other day of an AI, Tracy Ellis Ross using my voice.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: I said, I'm mad at that.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not mad at that one, but I think that people are craving authenticity, but when I heard that song, it's like, okay,
- 4:19[SPEAKER_02]: Does it make it not a good song?
- 4:21[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, no, the song is phenomenal.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_02]: That's what I'm saying.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_00]: The song is phenomenal.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's just, it's still, I've been playing the song every day all day.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_00]: I just had to post it the song because I also on the flip side, I understand.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_00]: how performing artists are feeling right now.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: They have these AI artists that are literally getting tens of millions of downloads and some of them now are making a significant amount of money in any time.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_00]: And especially under this video, this particular video of this particular artist when I found the AIG page, there were artists that was saying, somebody, some human go and read and do a cover on this, so you can get the streams, you can get the views, you can make the money, like they're really, really hurting and is there, is there a way that we predict that balance can be found or will AI, music and artist shut down real entertainment.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, wait, that's something to like think about.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: That's something to think about, right?
- 5:28[SPEAKER_02]: You found something that you really liked.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_02]: You found out that it was made by an AI artist.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_02]: And now you feel what you feel conflicted.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_02]: You know, really, a lot of the food that we eat now wasn't real food.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_02]: It was like bio-engineered.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_02]: trust to eat now.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_02]: Like 30 years ago, a lot of food that was created right now is in real, right?
- 5:54[SPEAKER_02]: But it's delicious.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_02]: It's deleted.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_00]: And we eat it.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_00]: Did you see that I think it's the president or vice president of Campbell suit.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_00]: He was recorded in a private conversation and he was saying,
- 6:06[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, people are crazy for eating this.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's not even real food.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_00]: This is 3D printed chicken, 3D printed food.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't eat, I haven't eaten food out of cans in years, or a foods that have preservatives in cans in years.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_00]: But I literally told everybody that I knew, I sent them this private conversation that was leaked about the Campbell Soup.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_00]: And I said, I know you guys are using the cream of mushroom to make your pot roast and all the things.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_00]: You're feeding the babies the chicken noodle soup.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: Here's what the vice president had to say.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_00]: And they said, it still tastes delicious though.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_02]: Ramen noodles are saved my life.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_02]: And we know that, that's not real.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_00]: That's not real, that's plastic.
- 6:47[SPEAKER_00]: We're eating particles.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's delicious though.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: Ramen, listen, I could have ramen noodles all the time.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: Come on.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: The way I spice mine up, it's just not a ramen noodle anymore, it becomes a delicacy on my dinner table.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_02]: So the thing is, we're now just accustomed to it, right?
- 7:08[SPEAKER_02]: I see all that to say, we will eventually just get accustomed to it.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_02]: And on a side note, should we still not listen to our Kelly's music, even though it's wonderful?
- 7:21[SPEAKER_00]: Y'all be listening to our Kelly.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_00]: I will say this.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_02]: You'll listen to this in our.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_02]: The moment is passed already.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: All night was done when stepping a name of love comes on you don't step so what here's what I will say you know I used to be a recording artist way back in the day right and I was a songwriter specifically and.
- 7:40[SPEAKER_00]: Our Kelly was like, my first musical distant mentor, right?
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: I didn't necessarily know him for real in real life.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: I did have an opportunity to sit in a writer session with him.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_00]: But I did not know him for real in real life.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, where are you at the top?
- 7:57[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember day.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: I was too old because he didn't look twice at me.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_00]: Well, he honestly wasn't even in the studio.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: It was a group of writers here in Atlanta that we're writing for one of his albums.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_00]: So no, that didn't happen.
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: But anyway, so he was like a mentor to me.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: Like I studied his writing.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_00]: I studied his style.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_00]: I studied his play on words and all these things.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_00]: And so when all this came out,
- 8:26[SPEAKER_00]: I was heartbroken.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't heartbroken at the original allegations, the original allegations I'm thinking, okay, here go people doing what people do and you know, all the things but then when evidence started to come out and truth started to come out, I was heartbroken.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_00]: I was shattered.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know that I don't listen to his music anymore because of what he did.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_00]: I think I don't listen to it anymore because of how it actually impacted me.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I was heartbroken and shatter.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: I looked up to this man so much.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I thought I was gonna be a part of our Kelly's writing team.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: I was gonna write like kills.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: I played on words like kills, heartbroken.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_00]: So no, I don't step in the name of love, but I'm also not mad at anybody who does.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_00]: I just don't.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_00]: I haven't.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_00]: I understand.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_02]: This music isn't credible.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, I understand.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_02]: Step, step, let it be.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_02]: If you end the club, you're not going to stop dancing.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: No, I have been at events where we're doing the, like, the Tamia line dance, the Beyonce line dance, and then our Kelly come on, and I'd be like, ah, I gotta step off the floor for this one.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_00]: I have, I have consciously made that choice.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_02]: One, eight times a year for one, four, five, two.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_00]: Listen, I'm a, I love his music.
- 9:49[SPEAKER_00]: I do.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: But I don't, it's not on my Pandora, it's not on my YouTube, it's not on my Apple music.
- 9:55[SPEAKER_00]: And I can't say that that will be the thing forever.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_00]: I can't say that I wouldn't, I just haven't to date.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know how many years now this has been going on.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_00]: I have not to date been listening to his music and it's unfortunate because he has incredible music.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_00]: Like you mean to tell me, I can't listen to best of both worlds with him and Jay Z.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_00]: ever again in life.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 10:15[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_00]: Cal, what would you do us like this?
- 10:19[SPEAKER_00]: We look up to you.
- 10:20[SPEAKER_00]: Cal, we love you.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_00]: Cals, but also with him is different than a lot of other stuff that's been going on like these reminders.
- 10:33[SPEAKER_00]: And it's a little different.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's why it's a little different.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I guess the the point of this part of the conversation is Can we separate the music from the artists?
- 10:44[SPEAKER_02]: I like the music that music had you feel in a certain way empowered inspired motivated But then we find out the artists who created the thing is like I I I feel away Do you mind if I give you some of my
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: 12.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm late.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_00]: Where are you talking to a 12-year-old like now it now you're telling the place now right but it's are the are the number of plays inspired by the age of the person at this point I don't know like now when I hear certain lyrics is like now when I hear certain lyrics is
- 11:21[SPEAKER_00]: like some of some of the lea songs that he produced and wrote for her.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm listening to the words like age ain't nothing but a number.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_02]: That was crazy.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_02]: That was crazy.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_00]: Going down ain't nothing but a thing.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 11:40[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even know why we're here.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_00]: Listen for clarity.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: I love our Kelly's music catalog, but I have not been able to myself, myself to listen to any of it right now.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_02]: Well, let's get into the conversation at hand today.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_00]: So, what about this AI thing?
- 12:01[SPEAKER_00]: There's also arguments that, what do you think, have you ever heard somebody say that AI is evil?
- 12:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think so.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: You think it's evil.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but I can't tell the difference between real fake what people are doing.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_02]: I just don't.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_02]: It makes me uncomfortable.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_02]: It makes me uncomfortable.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_00]: It makes me uncomfortable.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_00]: So here's the thing.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_00]: Like I think AI is a great tool when it is supporting like a human beings desire to learn something faster, learn skills faster.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_00]: have a couple of shortcuts.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: But now when it gets to creating people in fake images, like they got the one girl, the first girl who went super viral for being an R&B AI artist.
- 12:45[SPEAKER_00]: I saw something pop up on my timeline yesterday where she's doing the Chris Brown dance challenge.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_00]: So now people are in the comments like, y'all got her doing challenges now?
- 12:54[SPEAKER_00]: Like, and it's crazy because people don't know what's real.
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: I look at the comments and I see people who say things like, oh, I drink your bath water.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: No, you'll be electrocuted.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_00]: She's not real.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: Like, this is, you won't.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's a machine.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_00]: This is not real and that's the part.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_00]: At first, I thought it was funny that AI was using my voice, but now is AI using my voice every single day and these videos are getting millions of views, hundreds of thousands of views and there's nothing that I found yet that I can do about it.
- 13:28[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not comfortable with it.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_02]: I can't say that I'm so upset that I have to leave it alone because if you don't use AI, your miles behind people that are using AI.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I'm not going to get into, I can't say that I wouldn't get into a pocket.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_02]: If we can make it look like this,
- 13:55[SPEAKER_02]: If we could do this at the career.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_02]: If we could do this at the career.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_00]: If we could do this at the career.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_00]: But here's what that goes back to supporting a human's interest to do whatever they're doing.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_00]: So if these artists were making AI versions of themselves, that would be a little different.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_00]: Like, Donny Wiggins decides to drop a record, but I'm going to let the AI version of me do all the work, right?
- 14:19[SPEAKER_00]: I did the work.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_00]: I sat with AI.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_00]: I wrote the songs.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_00]: I programmed it to look like me.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: But when we start to impersonate other people, and now we're starting to put information out there as fact, when it's literally AI, you got videos now showing people doing all kinds of crazy things in their lives.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_00]: And the comments, people are going for it.
- 14:40[SPEAKER_00]: They're believing these stories.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_00]: And until finally somebody says, no, look, he has five fingers.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: And it's just taking away.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_00]: I think that,
- 14:50[SPEAKER_00]: We still have an opportunity to win.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: I think that the people who learn how to leverage AI to welcome it and figure out how to use it in some way are going to win at the highest level.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: And listen, AI doesn't have to be utilized to create images in your likeness.
- 15:07[SPEAKER_00]: It can literally just be used for deep research.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: It can literally just be used to help you proofread something, edit something, to help you deep dive and make your ideas better.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_00]: That's how I use AI.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_00]: Make my ideas better, optimize me.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_00]: And I asked AI something the other day, based on all the information that I have given you, based off of the questions that I'm asking you, the scenarios that I'm asking you to help me figure out, what type of woman do you think I am, what type of business owner do you think I am, what type of leader do you think I am?
- 15:40[SPEAKER_00]: And it was just like mind blowing the information that it gave me, but it opened up so much clarity, like, wow, you're right.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, there's this young lady, Nia, Nia, Nour, who on TikTok has 2.3 million followers.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_02]: She's super dark skin, super duper dark skin, and like people love her.
- 16:03[SPEAKER_00]: She's AI.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_02]: She's AI.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_02]: So it looks beautiful.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_02]: Like the darkest person I've ever seen in my life.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_00]: That girl is AI?
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know how many times I have seen her pop up on my timeline?
- 16:20[SPEAKER_02]: Look at She's lit She's lit here than me so that's what I'm saying like we can
- 16:33[SPEAKER_02]: Picking, here's the, I don't think we could pick and choose the moral line.
- 16:37[SPEAKER_02]: We could use it for helping us with information.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_02]: There's somebody that's using it to build a particular channel.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_02]: They're using that person as a tool.
- 16:46[SPEAKER_02]: They've done excellent with it.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_02]: It's just, it gets so far.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what's real and what you didn't know, I've seen her pop up before and I don't stay on TikTok that long.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_00]: I've seen her pop up so many times when I'm scrolling and I think I think there can be a moral issue connected to or an immoral issue connected to AI.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_00]: But as I was about to make that point,
- 17:11[SPEAKER_00]: People use things in immoral ways every single day that weren't designed necessarily to do harm, right?
- 17:19[SPEAKER_00]: Like people have taken airplanes that was intended for transportation to run into buildings, right?
- 17:24[SPEAKER_00]: So can we really be riled up about this or do we just welcome, I've welcomed AI into my every day, honestly, there's not a day that I'm not on some AI platform thinking through something.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_00]: But there is a line, there is a line.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_00]: And I think when we start now to impersonate and replicate real people, take their voices, take their images, or we're trying to pass something off that's fake as real.
- 17:55[SPEAKER_00]: The owner, not the owner, but I see the CEO of Instagram, most, most, most, most, I don't know.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_00]: I believe he's a CEO of Instagram.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_00]: He comes on Instagram and he gives updates.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_00]: And he was letting us know.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_00]: that they do their best to identify AI sources on Instagram.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_00]: If you look at like where the song plays, it'll say like AI something something right.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_00]: So you'll know it's AI.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_00]: But he was saying that it's getting harder and harder and harder for them to track.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_00]: and they're trying to do, you know, stuff about it, but as fast as they put measures in place to do something about it, AI is being programmed to beat that even.
- 18:34[SPEAKER_02]: 100% of the percent is, it's tough, man.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_02]: But, yes, we're gonna have to welcome it.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_02]: We just got to manage it, and I'm sure with the internet coming about, there were some people that looked at it the same way.
- 18:46[SPEAKER_02]: Like, oh my gosh, internet is nothing.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they're nothing.
- 18:48[SPEAKER_00]: Internet was devil.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, sure.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's a part of world, so let's just, we gotta use it.
- 18:54[SPEAKER_02]: We gotta live in this world.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_02]: We've got to live in this way.
- 18:56[SPEAKER_00]: We can't get out of here.
- 18:57[SPEAKER_00]: We can't get out of here.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_02]: That's a part of why I am real nervous about the future, what's happening like for humans because things can change so fast and we've got a president that's just out here still in presence.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_02]: Presence.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_00]: He's just out here scooping up presidents.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they used to, there were nations that will conquer a nation, right?
- 19:27[SPEAKER_02]: Let's just say Babylon was conquered by media pressure, the Persian Empire, and then they just expanded land.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 19:35[SPEAKER_02]: We don't do that here now.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
- 19:38[SPEAKER_02]: But it feels like, Pete ought to be on his, like, like, I'm just going to conquer, and then now it's ours.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_02]: And then it's like, I'm going to steal Canada, just give me that.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_00]: Did you hear what he said to the vice president?
- 19:50[SPEAKER_00]: He said, Yo, if she don't march to the beat of my drum, what's going to happen to her is going to be worse than what happened to him.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_00]: How can you just say that?
- 20:01[SPEAKER_02]: He's gangster, y'all think these Chicago kids with the mask.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_00]: Y'all watch and Biggie.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, uh, Diddy documentaries talking about Diddy was doing this.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_00]: That any other Trump is different.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_00]: He said, he said that President of Venice, the vice president of Venezuela, she has X amount of time.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_00]: to collaborate.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_00]: And if she chooses not to, then what will happen to her will be worse than what happened to O boy.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my gosh.
- 20:27[SPEAKER_00]: What?
- 20:28[SPEAKER_02]: And first of all, why was the president wearing a Becky Tech?
- 20:31[SPEAKER_02]: Why?
- 20:32[SPEAKER_02]: The fit was hard.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what is that?
- 20:35[SPEAKER_02]: What you got going on?
- 20:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, flip flops was doing a flip flop, and you hear me My boy was out here.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_02]: He was at home.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_02]: She ain't like that.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_02]: That's great.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_02]: It's all fit though.
- 20:45[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I'll fit make you join All right, so anyway, yeah, we're gonna have to do something about this You and I We're discussing what we were going to discuss today Right Or do you want to keep talking about this?
- 21:02[SPEAKER_00]: We're here now.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: We're here now.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_00]: We're here now.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and we got some time to discuss the other thing, but what we need to talk about is how, like, what's your plan?
- 21:14[SPEAKER_00]: What's your plan to, welcome AI, utilize AI, but not be put out of business by AI.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_02]: How do we utilize AI, but not be put out of business by AI?
- 21:30[SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm.
- 21:30[SPEAKER_02]: I think it depends on the business model.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yo, so there's a guy who, he came to bring some some green juices, not can't drink them because it's like, it got a lot of fruit in it and I want the fruit to spike my blood sugar.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: But I was having a conversation with him and I'm like, yo, bro, I'm going to be 100% honest with you.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_02]: This may be one of the worst business models that I've seen.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's just, there's absolutely no way to scale this joint.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_02]: So, and there's no shortage of someone who can get a smoothie or a juice, so is that a crib?
- 22:05[SPEAKER_02]: He makes the juices in the morning, bottles them up.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_02]: He said, they only last a day, so he goes out, he tries to make the money.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_02]: Not worst business model in terms of like a, it's a bad business model, only because there's no shortage of where I can find juice.
- 22:19[SPEAKER_02]: Two, you have to make this juice every single morning, three.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_02]: The margin on this is just...
- 22:26[SPEAKER_02]: I don't really know how you're ever going to get out of what you're doing right now because you could package it and I don't know, send it to a store and say, hey, I want to start putting this in the stores, but you don't know to preserve this game because for something to sit in that shelf for a week, that's 100% juice, how do you do that without preserving this?
- 22:47[SPEAKER_02]: You don't understand that.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_02]: You don't do that.
- 22:49[SPEAKER_02]: And there's so many, there's a lot of competition.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_02]: you got to like add something to the story.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_02]: He's saying, you want some fresh juice?
- 23:06[SPEAKER_02]: Come see me, I got you.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_02]: But you're going to have to create some sort of concoction that helps with erectile dysfunction or something.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_00]: Because now it's like, I have this, what, what do your mind be going to in these random, hear me out?
- 23:24[SPEAKER_02]: There's a person that makes juices, cold, press juices, fresh in the morning.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_02]: You're not gonna call the guy and say, yo, bring me a cold, press juice.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_02]: You're gonna go down to wherever you go.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_02]: Whole foods, you're gonna go to wherever you go and get a juice, right?
- 23:41[SPEAKER_02]: Am I right?
- 23:42[SPEAKER_02]: It's not hard to find.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_02]: So you're not top of mine where I call the guy, say yo, give me a juice.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_02]: However, if he has a special concoction,
- 23:50[SPEAKER_02]: That it helps a man with erectile dysfunction because you understand the properties and there's some special Blins and seasonings and leaves and sea moss or whatever it is Well, now I'm calling you because I have a problem.
- 24:06[SPEAKER_02]: I can't get it up And if I can't get it up, I will call you for this particular solution But just juice is not going to make you any money
- 24:17[SPEAKER_00]: I agree.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_00]: I agree with that.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_00]: Like everybody's offer has to solve a problem right now like everybody's offer.
- 24:24[SPEAKER_00]: has to solve a problem and anything that you are delivering one on one by hand is in jeopardy.
- 24:30[SPEAKER_00]: Like it is in jeopardy.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_00]: We've got these, I don't remember what they're called, those little robots that's rolling around.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_00]: That can deliver fresh fruit and fresh juice too.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: They don't, we don't have to worry about you getting stuck in traffic, we don't have to worry about you being late.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: Wait, no, that waymo is the cars, right?
- 24:46[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so there, what's the little robots called?
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: Little robots.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_00]: The delivery, you don't know.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_00]: The calm little robots.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, anybody who has something that is hand delivered, that's a dangerous model to be in.
- 25:04[SPEAKER_00]: Anybody who has something that expires quickly, that is a high risk, I'll say high risk before dangerous, business model to stay in, and I want you to think about where you can utilize AI in your business.
- 25:24[SPEAKER_00]: For the gentleman, just in case you're watching this, who has the fresh juices, I would encourage you, there's an orange juice brand that I drink,
- 25:34[SPEAKER_00]: orange juice and it's able to sit on the shelf.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_00]: I want to say two to four weeks.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't know what ingredient because she's lying.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_00]: Well, what I want you to do is go to chat GPT and figure out how Natalie's juice is processed, right?
- 25:54[SPEAKER_02]: It's about creative.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_02]: Just think about this.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, how is it what ingredient oranges you put it in a cup?
- 26:02[SPEAKER_02]: and that orange that arduous can just sit on a shelf for two to four weeks.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_00]: It can so I think it has something to do with like oxidizing like as long as you pressure seal it.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_00]: It does not spoil because let me tell you what happens with my Natalie's juice.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry Natalie.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_02]: I love you.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry because I didn't consider your real person.
- 26:22[SPEAKER_02]: Is it a big company?
- 26:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's pretty big.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_00]: It's in grocery stores.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_00]: So I would assume.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_02]: Well, she doesn't have the knowledge.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_00]: What now what happens is I'll buy Natalie's juice and if I leave it in my refrigerator on open for a week and then go and drink it is fine.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_00]: But once I open that thing and then go back after like
- 26:42[SPEAKER_00]: six days or so, you want to throw Natalie's juice away.
- 26:44[SPEAKER_00]: It literally will, you can taste the spoil.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_00]: So when you have those expiration days, it's not saying that you can open it and it's good through these dates all the time.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_00]: And out any ladies who are here, I want you to think about like your edge control.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_00]: There's something that happens when oxygen touches certain products that will make them go back.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_00]: Can you ever left like a jar of edge control open?
- 27:05[SPEAKER_00]: And then you come back home and you like dang.
- 27:08[SPEAKER_00]: It's turned white.
- 27:09[SPEAKER_00]: this turn like a break is not pasty and tacky anymore is hard and you can throw it like you know it's not sticky anymore is the same concept with with any other consumable product that doesn't expire like that in that way which you got.
- 27:26[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just I'm GPT because I wanted I want to be wrong so I feel like you got to put something in there but have a high pressure
- 27:36[SPEAKER_02]: This bottles are put into a chamber and blasted with extreme water pressure.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_02]: What it does, it kills harmful bacteria, preserves color, taste and nutrients, and extends shelf life 10 to 30 days refrigerated.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_00]: But the thing is, once you open it.
- 27:52[SPEAKER_00]: Once you've opened it, all of that pressure rising and all of the like you're letting bacteria in, just simply opening it and pouring a cup, you're letting bacteria in now, you're letting oxygen in now is outside of the pressure chamber and the life cycle of it will start to decrease.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so it's temperature as everything juices kept just above freezing from bottling to transport to shelf.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_02]: Any break in the cold chain is creates rapid spoilage and it stores that do this well can safely sell juices for weeks.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yep.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're going by bottle and Natalie's right now, believe us a four-week expiration, but you only got about six days to drink that.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_02]: Are you taking out the oxygen?
- 28:34[SPEAKER_02]: So it's the oxygen that causes it to spoil?
- 28:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_00]: So it's the yes.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_00]: So they're going, they're sucking the oxygen out.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_00]: Just like think about like how you vacuum seal the bag.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_00]: Pressurization works very similar to that.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_00]: So they're taking out all of the bacteria, any additives, all the oxygen, and they're just, it's like juke stored under a high amount of pressure, but once you open it, that's why sometimes you feel like a bottle once you open it kind of like breathe.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_00]: You're letting that stuff out and you're letting new bacteria in new oxygen, new air.
- 29:06[SPEAKER_00]: So it's gonna impact the formula a little differently.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I tell people, it's so important.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_00]: Make sure you're closing your shampoo bottles, make sure you're closing your body washes,
- 29:17[SPEAKER_00]: any products that's consuming or going on to your body because air and water changes formula, you can't even drip water in your edge control.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's ruined if you get that wet.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_00]: There are certain things that air and water are going to change and you have to do your best to manage your products at home.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_02]: Got it.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_02]: Um, yeah.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, Nelly.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_02]: You're right.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_02]: I call you a liar.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_02]: And so do they just said that.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, your house is 100% Jews would know other Additives, but it just stays like that.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_00]: It stays like that.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_00]: So to the point to that young man who has the Jews in company and so many other people who have the Jews in company, like I would utilize AI and say,
- 30:00[SPEAKER_00]: How is Natalie running this business?
- 30:02[SPEAKER_00]: Can you help me reverse engineer the business model?
- 30:05[SPEAKER_00]: How are they creating the products?
- 30:06[SPEAKER_00]: How are they packaging it?
- 30:08[SPEAKER_00]: What supplies can you find that they're using?
- 30:10[SPEAKER_00]: Are there any other people who are making juices that are just one ingredient?
- 30:14[SPEAKER_00]: Fresh juice, no preservatives, no additives?
- 30:16[SPEAKER_00]: And then here's what I have.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_00]: Based on the information that we found by analyzing my competitors, how can I implement the same bottling process, the same caring process, the same pressurizing processes?
- 30:29[SPEAKER_00]: in my own business so that I can now stop being so hand to hand delivering juices every morning and instead I can now ship worldwide.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_00]: I can now have orders coming in on the internet.
- 30:41[SPEAKER_00]: I can now apply to be in big box retailers and things like that.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_00]: That's how I would use AI in that case.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm.
- 30:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I should pay more attention to science class because not a readless kind of existence.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_02]: But even in that sort of model that he has, right?
- 30:56[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, it's a hard competition because it's like, I just have juice and then, like, everyone else, where else?
- 31:04[SPEAKER_02]: it's no shortage of juice, right?
- 31:07[SPEAKER_02]: So I think with these types of models, if you're not selling something else other than the product, meaning healing, transformation, the solution.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: You have to have the solution.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_02]: Very difficult to build something.
- 31:19[SPEAKER_00]: My favorite question from my clients right now, all of them, and it's probably working their nerves.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_00]: Donnie, what do you think about this?
- 31:27[SPEAKER_00]: What's the outcome?
- 31:28[SPEAKER_00]: What outcome are you offering?
- 31:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's no longer about, do I think your modules look good?
- 31:33[SPEAKER_00]: Do I think the aesthetics look great?
- 31:35[SPEAKER_00]: Do I think, you know, what your intent is is amazing?
- 31:38[SPEAKER_00]: What is the outcome to the end user, which is your buyer, your customer or your client?
- 31:43[SPEAKER_00]: And so we really, really have to dial in now on what the outcome is.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_00]: And I know anybody who works with me right now is annoying because they'd be like, or Donnie, what do you think we should be doing in 2026?
- 31:54[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_00]: What was the outcome of 2025?
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: Tell me what the data said, what did we achieve, what did we accomplish there?
- 32:01[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I'm not just a guessing coach.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a data driven coach, right?
- 32:05[SPEAKER_00]: So I cannot emphasize, I implore you in fact.
- 32:11[SPEAKER_00]: In this season, it is going to be so important for you to have a clear understanding of what your outcomes are.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_00]: And then when you decide what that outcome is, when you learn what your outcomes are, I really want you to then take it another step and say, is this outcome valuable?
- 32:25[SPEAKER_00]: Is this a valuable outcome?
- 32:27[SPEAKER_00]: Is this outcome worth what I am charging?
- 32:30[SPEAKER_00]: Is this outcome important to people?
- 32:32[SPEAKER_00]: Is this outcome important enough that a multitude of people are going to want that outcome?
- 32:38[SPEAKER_00]: Because unfortunately, people are not just looking for refreshing drinking anymore.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: They want energy.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_00]: They want to balance their vitamin D. They want to balance their hormones.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_00]: They want a pre-workout.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_00]: They want so they want
- 32:52[SPEAKER_00]: They want drinks with the function, right?
- 32:55[SPEAKER_00]: They want drinks with functionality.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, somebody use that.
- 32:58[SPEAKER_00]: I've never seen that anywhere.
- 33:00[SPEAKER_00]: But, you know, they want consumable products that produce an outcome for them.
- 33:04[SPEAKER_00]: They're not just, you know, because otherwise, they can get it cheaper at the grocery store for what they, these guys charge and for their individual juices.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_00]: Why would I pay that when I can go write the art in the art and write the publics or write the croaker and get what you already make?
- 33:17[SPEAKER_00]: If I am buying your juices, 100% the only reason why is because I want to support your small business.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_00]: But then that's going to become inconvenient for me or you at some point.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_00]: And now I need my juice when you're traveling.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_00]: I need my juice when you're in Cali.
- 33:31[SPEAKER_00]: I need my juice when you're in Jamaica.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_00]: I need my juice when there's a shortage of fruit and you can't get your stuff from wherever you're getting your stuff from.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_02]: Is there a juice out here that can be concocted that will help with ED?
- 33:44[SPEAKER_00]: I know that there are, I know the gas station sells, like, the little shots of stuff.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_00]: They do.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_00]: At the gas station, like, rock hard hours.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_00]: That's what it'd be saying.
- 34:02[SPEAKER_00]: And I see people buy that stuff when I'm in certain gas stations.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_00]: These days, if you walk into a BP, they understand their customer profile.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yo, okay, because Doddy and I were still like going back and forth when trying to figure out what business we are going to start.
- 34:20[SPEAKER_02]: Um, I think we are not.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not interested in solving the erectile.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_02]: What do you mean that there's a lot of it.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, there's a lot of people, like Jay, he came to me and confident, I saw just, what just, what just, what just, what just, what just, what just, what just, what just, what just, there's, there's, there's, there's a problem, and here's the thing, there's somebody already solving that problem.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_00]: Well, no, no, seriously, I don't know why you're fixated on this problem, but somebody is already solving this problem.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_00]: You should pull up to a BP and check and check it out for a friend.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_02]: Did those work?
- 34:58[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, so I got it because me and Dr. Yaki talked about he said he dealt with that he dealt with ED and he solved it through herbs.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sure he said he's not as good as he saw crazy but he said he did a 40 day liquid fast and I said maybe South Korea is going to work my liquid fast
- 35:27[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, he said after the 20 of day, he woke up.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_02]: How are you?
- 35:33[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, first of all.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_00]: Because it starts happening around.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_02]: My wife knows I don't deal with these issues.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_02]: But he was saying it was, he did a 40 day in the 20 of day in health.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_02]: So this is how he saw, he saw the real problems.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_02]: Even after that episode, like people hit me like, y'all.
- 35:52[SPEAKER_02]: I need to connect with him because I'm dealing with this and I'm dealing with that.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_02]: You're saying so I think he's solving a real problem and he'll forever be lit because that's something that you can't just go to the store and solve.
- 36:07[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
- 36:08[SPEAKER_02]: But we don't have to do that.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, but this is my point while you were saying this.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_00]: Get to the point.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_02]: There's two outcomes that need to be addressed.
- 36:16[SPEAKER_02]: One is the outcome, like Donnie said, if a client says, hey, what should I do?
- 36:22[SPEAKER_02]: Donnie's answer is, okay, what is the outcome?
- 36:24[SPEAKER_02]: What is the outcome for the client?
- 36:26[SPEAKER_02]: That is one.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_02]: But two, what is the outcome for you?
- 36:30[SPEAKER_02]: And do you wanna live this life of waking up every morning, juicing a juice, bottling the juice, and trying it this street to make money?
- 36:39[SPEAKER_02]: This model, it seems like good.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_02]: I want to make this, this is a cool business, and I think I can help some people, but the business model may not be the lifestyle that you want to build.
- 36:51[SPEAKER_02]: So I think we got to consider two things as we figure out what we're going to do in 2026 as a business model.
- 36:57[SPEAKER_02]: What does the outcome for the client, if I do this, but also what is the lifestyle I'll lead by even building this business?
- 37:03[SPEAKER_00]: And it's so important, like yes, the outcome always has to be aligned for your end user and for yourself.
- 37:11[SPEAKER_00]: And this is why I think they're still, you know, like they're still success outside of AI.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_00]: You can literally build any business that you want on on chat, GPT, Claude, all of the de-proplexity, all of the different platforms, right?
- 37:26[SPEAKER_00]: But there's something about a person being disconnected from the idea.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_00]: You just did something to put something out there.
- 37:33[SPEAKER_00]: You saw somebody else do a, you heard somebody tell you to go on AI and create an e-book and it doesn't feel good ever in your spirit.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_00]: And when you're building your business in 2026 like whatever you're building, the beauty about being an entrepreneur is that you have the opportunity to do a hard stop, a just and pivot anytime you want to.
- 37:53[SPEAKER_00]: And you want to make sure that whatever you're building, it is aligned with the outcome that you want for yourself.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_00]: If you want to travel the world all day every day, then maybe right now is not the time for you to have.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_00]: A product based business that has to ship packages all day every day and you don't have a team for that right you have to really think about what life do I want okay and that might even be the first thing that you need to think about what life do I want what lifestyle do I want how do I see my future self living in five years 10 years 20 years from now who do I have to take care of what retirement funds do I have to be responsible for maybe you should start there and then you go and say okay will based on this
- 38:37[SPEAKER_00]: And my gifts, my skillsets, my talents, how can I make these two things align?
- 38:42[SPEAKER_00]: Based on my skillsets, my talents, how can I make this align with the lifestyle that I want to use?
- 38:48[SPEAKER_00]: So we're talking about AI.
- 38:49[SPEAKER_00]: I would then go to AI and say, hey, AI, let's paint the picture of my future self in the next five years.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_00]: Or my future self in the next 10 years.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the life that I want to be living.
- 38:59[SPEAKER_00]: I want to do this.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_00]: I want to have that.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_00]: I want to live here.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_00]: I want to have this amount of money.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_00]: invested into different types of portfolios.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_00]: I want to have this amount of money in the bank.
- 39:09[SPEAKER_00]: I want to be able to contribute this amount of money.
- 39:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm responsible for these people, and this is what their cost of living is, and this is what my cost of living will be based on this lifestyle.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_00]: Now, considering that and my gifts, my skillsets, my talents, the information that I have, can you help me create a business model where the two align?
- 39:30[SPEAKER_00]: That's how it will leverage AI.
- 39:32[SPEAKER_02]: right, it's some people getting this going to get cooked by AI.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_02]: I taught I I was looking to write a book right now the book but I was using a book as like this other ecosystem offer, whatever.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_02]: And we had a conversation with a guy that said, yeah, I will write your book for $10,000.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_02]: We took down the go through the story, things in the nature.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_00]: That's what he said in teen pricing.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_02]: Huh?
- 39:59[SPEAKER_00]: Said that sound like 2017.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_02]: So real before check.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_02]: It sounds real before.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_00]: Proplexity AI.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm, you know, here's the thing, as I'm having a conversation.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, okay, this is dope.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_02]: He's he understands storytelling at all.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_02]: I kind of stuff and then I go back to one of my partners.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_02]: And he put in the chat.
- 40:14[SPEAKER_02]: He said 10 grand in 2025 this last year.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_02]: It's kind of crazy to write a book for 2000.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_02]: He said, in the age of AI, and I thought, I thought about it.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_02]: I said, man, you're showing up right.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_02]: This is, yo, there were people who would make money.
- 40:31[SPEAKER_02]: I remember hiring someone for three grand a month to write emails for sure.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_00]: For sure.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_00]: And that was a steal.
- 40:38[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_00]: Three grand a month?
- 40:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, okay, I hire you for three grand a month.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_00]: As long as we can three X that, you're locked in.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_02]: Bro.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_00]: not today, not this day, not this day, not this day, not this day.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_00]: I got a VA who's typing up some props and mad effects.
- 40:55[SPEAKER_00]: I don't even really meet that.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_00]: I got down time every single day chat right me 30 days worth of emails in my voice based on the information.
- 41:02[SPEAKER_00]: It takes 30 seconds.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_02]: fronters, so the y'all, listen man, y'all entrepreneur, self-employed, I need y'all to wake up because AI is here, and we can be mad about it, or we could do something about it, like the whole conversation we're having with barbers, and I'm saying, bro, yours, you're mad at me for saying,
- 41:23[SPEAKER_02]: What everybody in the community is saying, these haircuts cost too much for maybe not for you.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody sent me something where his guy charged $300 for his hair cut, but he did the haircut.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_02]: He put some sort of exfoliation on his face.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_02]: He was massaging his face and like popping the pimples and scraping his face in a whole hours I brought.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_02]: You earned every dollar at that.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_02]: But for the most part, it's just, it's a tough industry that we're in right now.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_02]: You can get mad at it.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_02]: Or you can figure out, okay, what am I going to do?
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: Somebody's been a barber for 20 years and you're mad at how the industry is and you sit in the barber shop all day and complain about the world and the way it is and how it shouldn't be and what it should be.
- 42:07[SPEAKER_02]: Or you can start to think, oh my gosh, I've been buying this chair for the last 20 years.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_02]: Do I wanna spend the next 20 years?
- 42:14[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, bondage chair or am I going to figure something out because the world is changing and the world always changes.
- 42:24[SPEAKER_00]: But the question becomes, what do I figure out?
- 42:26[SPEAKER_00]: I've been doing this for 20 years.
- 42:28[SPEAKER_00]: This is my gift.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_00]: This is my skill set.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_00]: What the end and I'm a local barber.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have a huge following.
- 42:34[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a local hair stylist.
- 42:36[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have a huge following.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_00]: So me.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_00]: Creating a digital product sounds good, but who am I selling it to?
- 42:41[SPEAKER_00]: Where's that audience coming from like you want me to rebuild my life?
- 42:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, from scratch.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_02]: What if you started rebuilding your life from scratch two years ago?
- 42:51[SPEAKER_02]: What if you started learning a skill set that you are frustrated about what if you started learning AI three years ago and how to use it and you went on chat and said okay what are some of the hey chat I'm a barber for the last 20 years and I see the industry is shaky right now I need to figure out a way to make somebody what are some suggestions and you're talking to this AI thing that scours the world of information to give you an answer
- 43:19[SPEAKER_02]: What if you started that process two years ago, three years ago, you'd be lit today, or you'd release it.
- 43:26[SPEAKER_02]: Be replacing your income if you liked it.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_00]: And to that point, I would encourage everybody.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_00]: You and me included start learning new information.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_00]: A hundred percent.
- 43:37[SPEAKER_00]: Start figuring out what your next move is.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like I sit down and I pray on I'm fasting for clarity on my next move right now.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_00]: Because I know that as it is right now,
- 43:49[SPEAKER_00]: can be replaced.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_00]: As it is right now, we'll come with an expiration date.
- 43:53[SPEAKER_00]: Look at all the businesses that have gone out of business.
- 43:56[SPEAKER_00]: This isn't because I don't know what I'm doing or Dave doesn't know what I'm doing.
- 43:59[SPEAKER_00]: This is the natural evolution of business.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_00]: The end, that's how that happens.
- 44:04[SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, I see people talking about, oh, such and such isn't in business anymore.
- 44:08[SPEAKER_00]: I guess that didn't work out.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_00]: Like,
- 44:11[SPEAKER_00]: That's just not how that works.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_00]: That's not how that works for everybody.
- 44:15[SPEAKER_00]: Some businesses have life cycles.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_00]: Most businesses have life spans.
- 44:19[SPEAKER_00]: There's a beginning date and your expiration date will soon come.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_00]: And we see that even happening with legacy businesses that have been around for a hundred years at some point.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_00]: is going to end, but the reason that these people are still sharp, the reason that they're still winning is because they have their next move figured out and they're not waiting until they need the next move to start figuring it out.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_00]: Like I said, I'm already
- 44:43[SPEAKER_00]: My business does well and I'm still I'm here now was what's my next thing was my next move.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_00]: I'm always thinking about what my next move is therefore I'm never really afraid of new technology that's coming out.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care what people can do with chat GPT and I tell people all the time you can try to build a business with chat GPT if you want to most people.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_00]: don't even know how to talk to chat GPT.
- 45:07[SPEAKER_00]: So they're still a need for what we do.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of people want to be in a community and in a community and surrounded by other people who are doing what they're doing.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_00]: So I don't want anybody to feel like you should be afraid of completely getting wiped out.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_00]: You need to go and ask chat GPT.
- 45:24[SPEAKER_00]: Hey chat.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_00]: How do I keep AI from taking my job and they're going to tell you?
- 45:30[SPEAKER_02]: 100%.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_02]: That's the man.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_02]: I hope this was a lot.
- 45:34[SPEAKER_02]: I don't even have to title this episode.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_00]: It's a lot.
- 45:37[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to 2020's Six.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: We're in the middle of a cluster.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_02]: Right, this is the same.
- 45:45[SPEAKER_02]: Things are moving fast.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_02]: Things are changing.
- 45:47[SPEAKER_02]: There's no way to even know what to expect almost.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_02]: It's tough.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_02]: Y'all got to get in tune.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_02]: Y'all need to get off of these social media platforms all day.
- 45:57[SPEAKER_02]: You ought to need to really put down whatever bad habits you have that are like that are taking over your life You need to lock in because I'm telling you this world is not designed for you to win It's not it's not set up for you to win I don't want you to get left behind you need to lock in listen don't listen don't listen to all these gurus if I don't listen aren't by solely
- 46:21[SPEAKER_02]: you need to take all the information and start to synthesize this stuff to make it make sense for you to figure out what path you're going to go on because there's so there's so much advice you taught the 10 lawyers about a topic that give you 12 different answers or that's why me and Dining aren't saying this is you should do this this and this.
- 46:40[SPEAKER_02]: So my answer to your question is what you do?
- 46:42[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 46:43[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about it.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_00]: Let's reverse engineer this thing and figure it out and everything that we're sharing here with you especially this this
- 46:51[SPEAKER_00]: really sit down and don't delay and start figuring some things out.
- 46:55[SPEAKER_00]: This isn't.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_00]: This isn't.
- 47:01[SPEAKER_02]: All right, so y'all, I'm on this liquid only cleans right now, okay?
- 47:05[SPEAKER_02]: And when you do a liquid only cleans.
- 47:08[SPEAKER_00]: No, when you do a liquid only cleans and never experience this, you probably got too much
- 47:16[SPEAKER_02]: So, you'll experience flu-like symptoms because the toxins have to get out of your body.
- 47:23[SPEAKER_02]: So, my nose will not stop running, but it's clear, it's like water- No, David, nobody, listen, what I was saying was- So, if you're out every here like, wow, daddy, it's all here, hello.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_00]: That's me blog about those and I'm trying to talk louder and louder and louder and louder That's how you just stopped Right because that was that was obnoxiously loud I'm trying to get stuff in it.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't just a clear path Yeah, it was stuff.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_00]: That has stuff and stuff and stuff and stuff and Oh, let's end this episode.
- 47:53[SPEAKER_00]: What I was trying to say is this is not just a recommendation Find it your next move learning how to integrate AI Understanding what your outcomes are understanding how
- 48:05[SPEAKER_00]: you cannot be replaced and why you can't be replaced.
- 48:09[SPEAKER_00]: Right, you gotta really figure that out.
- 48:10[SPEAKER_00]: What's my differentiating factor that doesn't make me replaceable?
- 48:14[SPEAKER_00]: Because ask any music artist, ask any door-driver, ask any Uber driver, how they feel about the possibility of their jobs and their roles being replaced.
- 48:24[SPEAKER_00]: This is not a recommendation, this is urgent, get on it, now.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_00]: with that set.
- 48:30[SPEAKER_00]: This has been another episode of the social proof podcast.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_00]: My name is Donny Wiggins, your favorite business coach.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm sitting over here.
- 48:36[SPEAKER_00]: We're running those David Shands.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_00]: Another one of your favorite entrepreneurs.
- 48:40[SPEAKER_00]: And we are going to be bringing you guys the heat all 20, 26 for the executors.
- 48:46[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, we'll see you next week.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_01]: Bye.
