  Speaker 1: Alchemy Circle is about. And so I want to answer
• 0:41
  Speaker 1: a few questions that I'm commonly asked about the membership
• 0:45
  Speaker 1: and the experience itself. So what I will say, just
• 0:49
  Speaker 1: very quickly. It started in twenty twenty as a weekly
• 0:56
  Speaker 1: actually no daily. We met daily for a month, the
• 0:59
  Speaker 1: month of Ma, and the whole intention was to keep
• 1:04
  Speaker 1: us grounded in our practice while the world was erupting
• 1:07
  Speaker 1: around us, and so I called it Reiki May, and
• 1:11
  Speaker 1: we met every day online via Zoom, and we engaged
• 1:15
  Speaker 1: in reiki practices and as you can imagine, it really
• 1:19
  Speaker 1: did support us in dealing with our emotions and again
• 1:24
  Speaker 1: what we were all encountering at that time with the
• 1:28
  Speaker 1: dramatic changes and shifts going on in the world. And
• 1:31
  Speaker 1: so when the month of May was over, all of
• 1:35
  Speaker 1: the members who were joining me daily for reiki wanted
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: to continue in quite frankly, so did I, and that
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: is how the Reiki Circle of Practice evolved into the
• 1:48
  Speaker 1: Alchemy Circle in twenty twenty. So since then I have
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: offered it as a year long membership program, and the
• 1:58
  Speaker 1: members are reiki practitioners. It does not matter what lineage
• 2:04
  Speaker 1: you are. It doesn't matter if you just took your
• 2:07
  Speaker 1: reiki class yesterday, your experience, where you are in your
• 2:11
  Speaker 1: spiritual path. None of that should deter you. Which should
• 2:17
  Speaker 1: invite you into the circle is literally just your own
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: curiosity and desire to learn more, to expand your own
• 2:26
  Speaker 1: understanding of what it means to work with energy and
• 2:30
  Speaker 1: what it means to be both physical and non physical
• 2:34
  Speaker 1: in our expression and so reiki, as many of you know,
• 2:39
  Speaker 1: I keep as the foundation of my practice. I still
• 2:44
  Speaker 1: teach reiki and practice it. However, I also know from
• 2:49
  Speaker 1: years of experience and working with other people that a
• 2:53
  Speaker 1: lot of times our questions really emerge after our reiki
• 2:57
  Speaker 1: classes are complete, even master level, and all of us
• 3:00
  Speaker 1: have different experiences with reiki training and of itself, and
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: that some will continue to practice immediately after, some don't
• 3:10
  Speaker 1: practice at all after the classes are complete. Some students
• 3:14
  Speaker 1: walk away not having a connection with whomever they may
• 3:19
  Speaker 1: have trained with. There are just so many different experiences
• 3:23
  Speaker 1: we have as reiki students and practitioners, and so I
• 3:27
  Speaker 1: do realize how important it is for all of us
• 3:31
  Speaker 1: to have safe space to go deeper into our relationship
• 3:36
  Speaker 1: to energy period and reiki class in of itself is
• 3:42
  Speaker 1: the most incredible foundation that really gets us started and
• 3:46
  Speaker 1: points us in the right direction. But it is only
• 3:50
  Speaker 1: through our own practice and our own personal diligence and
• 3:55
  Speaker 1: exploration do we develop confidence deeper understand our own processes
• 4:02
  Speaker 1: of self healing, very important components to being in relationship
• 4:07
  Speaker 1: to ourselves, to life and to energy work, whether that
• 4:11
  Speaker 1: be reiki or other things that you study in practice.
• 4:15
  Speaker 1: And so the Alchemy Circle has evolved over these years
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: where we do focus on some aspects of reiki, reiki
• 4:24
  Speaker 1: practice and techniques, but again it's more about the embodied
• 4:28
  Speaker 1: relationship to ourselves as humans, including our work and relationship
• 4:35
  Speaker 1: to our own energetic expression, our consciousness, our intuition, our frequency.
• 4:43
  Speaker 1: This all comes from and what I share is from
• 4:47
  Speaker 1: my personal practice, my personal study, but also all of
• 4:51
  Speaker 1: the members in the Alchemy Circle. So one of the
• 4:54
  Speaker 1: things that ended up being unexpected but so incredible is
• 4:59
  Speaker 1: that everyone who shows up to join every year is
• 5:03
  Speaker 1: so unique because the members are part of this energetic
• 5:09
  Speaker 1: soup of us saying yes an agreement to working together
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: for an entire year. So everyone who is a part
• 5:16
  Speaker 1: and who participates also adds to the beautiful experiences and
• 5:22
  Speaker 1: expressions of the work we do together. So I just
• 5:27
  Speaker 1: want to make it very clear because I'm asked. It
• 5:30
  Speaker 1: doesn't mean that I think reiki training is incomplete. I
• 5:33
  Speaker 1: do not at all. I think it is the beautiful
• 5:35
  Speaker 1: initiation into our curiosities, and reiki class can introduce us
• 5:41
  Speaker 1: to certain principles and practices that only can be developed
• 5:46
  Speaker 1: through our personal experience. So the Alchemy Circle is a
• 5:49
  Speaker 1: space where you have ongoing study, practice, experimentation, mentoring, and
• 5:56
  Speaker 1: community where your own express and experience can only evolve immature.

  Speaker 1: So question number one that I commonly get is what
• 6:07
  Speaker 1: is the Alchemy Circle and is it only about reiki?
• 6:11
  Speaker 1: So again, reiki is the foundation. So I do recommend
• 6:16
  Speaker 1: in order to be a member of the Alchemy Circle
• 6:18
  Speaker 1: that you at least have had an attunement to reiki
• 6:22
  Speaker 1: level one. You have some knowledge about energy, energy work,
• 6:27
  Speaker 1: energy healing at least level one. And again the lineage
• 6:31
  Speaker 1: doesn't matter, and you don't have to be, you know,
• 6:35
  Speaker 1: an expert, or you don't have to have a certain
• 6:37
  Speaker 1: level of knowledge or experience. I'm not going to test you.
• 6:41
  Speaker 1: This work that we do together, it really does meet
• 6:44
  Speaker 1: you where you are. And every year we have people
• 6:47
  Speaker 1: in the group who are coming in from different spaces
• 6:52
  Speaker 1: in terms of how long they've worked with energy, how
• 6:56
  Speaker 1: experienced or knowledgeable that they may be. None of that matter.

  Speaker 1: We come in together and I as the facilitator, provide
• 7:06
  Speaker 1: instruction and guidance and work and all of the things
• 7:09
  Speaker 1: that meet us all where we're at, and so you
• 7:12
  Speaker 1: are fine wherever you are in your process. And the
• 7:16
  Speaker 1: alchemy circle will also expand beyond just what is typically
• 7:21
  Speaker 1: taught in wiki classes because my interest is energetic alchemy
• 7:25
  Speaker 1: as a whole. So it will include work around your
• 7:29
  Speaker 1: development of intuition, relationship to frequency, again, your consciousness, our mind,
• 7:35
  Speaker 1: body energy unification, and other aspects of energetic arts that
• 7:40
  Speaker 1: you don't have to worry about knowing or not knowing.
• 7:43
  Speaker 1: We go through this work together and it's incredible for
• 7:48
  Speaker 1: me to witness the way people come in and then
• 7:52
  Speaker 1: the development and where they land at the end of
• 7:55
  Speaker 1: the year. It's always phenomenal to watch, and in fact,
• 7:58
  Speaker 1: there are even some people who have still been a
• 8:01
  Speaker 1: part of the Alchemy Circle since twenty twenty and they
• 8:04
  Speaker 1: continue to develop as do I. So you will be
• 8:09
  Speaker 1: welcome in part of a community that also I believe
• 8:13
  Speaker 1: really supports interestingly a lot of people developing comfort and
• 8:19
  Speaker 1: just feeling more seen, more heard, more understood. Whereas there
• 8:23
  Speaker 1: are certain areas in our lives, or certain communities in
• 8:27
  Speaker 1: our lives, where we keep a lot hidden and we
• 8:30
  Speaker 1: may wear a lot of different masks. And so this
• 8:33
  Speaker 1: is your space, a safe space to really be open
• 8:38
  Speaker 1: and expressive about your desire and curiosity around energetic development
• 8:44
  Speaker 1: and energy work. So you don't have to come from
• 8:47
  Speaker 1: a particular background. Again, the common thread within the group
• 8:51
  Speaker 1: is just a curiosity and desire to deepen your relationship
• 8:56
  Speaker 1: to yourself and your own inherent nature. Okay, So the
• 9:01
  Speaker 1: second class, the second question that I'm often asked for
• 9:05
  Speaker 1: people who want to come and join us in the
• 9:07
  Speaker 1: Alchemy Circle is they've already taken reiki classes. Again, even
• 9:12
  Speaker 1: some have already taken master level, and so they wonder
• 9:16
  Speaker 1: why they should join the Alchemy Circle. So if that
• 9:19
  Speaker 1: is you. Again, Reiki training gives us an incredible foundation,
• 9:24
  Speaker 1: incredible practices and teachings and techniques. But I know from
• 9:29
  Speaker 1: personal experience and again working with people for years and
• 9:33
  Speaker 1: all over the world that have had all different backgrounds
• 9:36
  Speaker 1: and lineages, our deepest understanding often begins after class when
• 9:42
  Speaker 1: we actually get to experiment and question and explore different
• 9:51
  Speaker 1: ways of being in relationship to energy. And again it's
• 9:54
  Speaker 1: a safe space where you don't have to question if
• 9:57
  Speaker 1: you're right or wrong, if what you're doing is good
• 9:59
  Speaker 1: or bad. It's just a way to really really further
• 10:04
  Speaker 1: develop your understanding. And then a default of that is
• 10:07
  Speaker 1: that people do become more confident, not just in their
• 10:10
  Speaker 1: energy work, but then just in who they are. So
• 10:15
  Speaker 1: the Alchemy Circle we have had, as I've mentioned, many
• 10:20
  Speaker 1: members who have been in for years, and then every
• 10:22
  Speaker 1: year there are people who are brand new to the space.
• 10:26
  Speaker 1: And no matter what I notice, even people who have
• 10:31
  Speaker 1: already taken riky classes always say that they have learned
• 10:36
  Speaker 1: something new, many things new, have had many new experiences
• 10:40
  Speaker 1: in the Alchemy Circle, have come to understand themselves and
• 10:44
  Speaker 1: energy work in ways they hadn't even considered before. So
• 10:48
  Speaker 1: being able to hold that space and witness people awakened
• 10:52
  Speaker 1: to all of these AHA moments and to have these
• 10:54
  Speaker 1: incredible experiences for themselves is a gift for me. But
• 10:58
  Speaker 1: admittedly I go through the same thing every year. I
• 11:02
  Speaker 1: continue to develop, and I continue to have AHA moments,
• 11:04
  Speaker 1: and I continue to learn so much even through what
• 11:09
  Speaker 1: everyone that is a part of the group is learning
• 11:12
  Speaker 1: for themselves. So it really is a space where many
• 11:17
  Speaker 1: people feel like after taking reiki classes, they're like, Okay,
• 11:20
  Speaker 1: so now what do I do? Do I become a practitioner?
• 11:24
  Speaker 1: How do I do that? Do I just practice on
• 11:26
  Speaker 1: friends and family? Do I just work on myself? How
• 11:28
  Speaker 1: do I do any of this? If you've questioned any
• 11:33
  Speaker 1: of that, this is a space where you can really
• 11:36
  Speaker 1: come into clarity and recognition of what this work means
• 11:41
  Speaker 1: for you and what it can look like in your
• 11:44
  Speaker 1: life personally. So to support all of our development, we
• 11:49
  Speaker 1: actually meet twice a week throughout the entire year, and
• 11:54
  Speaker 1: I encourage you to come live because again, the contributions
• 11:59
  Speaker 1: that everyone makes to each gathering really is significant. It's
• 12:04
  Speaker 1: incredible how many times I say what our point of
• 12:09
  Speaker 1: focus is for each class when we begin, and almost
• 12:13
  Speaker 1: every time there is at least one person, if not
• 12:16
  Speaker 1: multiple people in that class that says this is what's
• 12:20
  Speaker 1: been coming up for me lately. I was just thinking
• 12:21
  Speaker 1: about this today. The work in the Alchemy Circle literally
• 12:26
  Speaker 1: meets us where we're at, and it's one of the
• 12:29
  Speaker 1: most profound experiences. It's one of my favorite ways of
• 12:33
  Speaker 1: being able to work with others. So we meet twice
• 12:37
  Speaker 1: a week. We study, you can ask questions, I take
• 12:41
  Speaker 1: you through guided experiences, guided journeys we do explore throughout
• 12:45
  Speaker 1: the year, reiki and other energetic arts. And the goal
• 12:50
  Speaker 1: is just so that you can allow yourself to broaden
• 12:56
  Speaker 1: and deepen what it means for you to be in
• 12:59
  Speaker 1: relationship to again life and energy, work and all of
• 13:02
  Speaker 1: these things. So the goal of the Alchemy Circle isn't
• 13:05
  Speaker 1: just to know more. You will learn more, and many
• 13:09
  Speaker 1: people tend to expand on what they thought they already knew.
• 13:13
  Speaker 1: Always happens, However, it more importantly is becoming more confident
• 13:18
  Speaker 1: in applying and trusting what it is that you've already
• 13:22
  Speaker 1: learned and what you will continue to learn as we
• 13:24
  Speaker 1: work together. So the third question most commonly asked is
• 13:29
  Speaker 1: what I can't expect to experience as a member again,
• 13:34
  Speaker 1: two live Zoom calls every week and recordings are available
• 13:38
  Speaker 1: when you know, life doesn't allow you to come live,
• 13:42
  Speaker 1: and we have a variety of time zones even within
• 13:46
  Speaker 1: the United States. There are members that are sometimes in
• 13:49
  Speaker 1: other countries, and so it is understandable that you can't
• 13:52
  Speaker 1: always come live, but you always have access to the
• 13:56
  Speaker 1: recordings while you are a member, and so you can
• 14:01
  Speaker 1: watch at your own convenience. These classes aren't cookie cutter lessons,
• 14:06
  Speaker 1: and so each class is also unique and informed by
• 14:11
  Speaker 1: you know, downloads, connections with my own guides and the
• 14:14
  Speaker 1: way that I work with higher consciousness, which I will
• 14:17
  Speaker 1: also share with you. This I allow information and transmissions
• 14:23
  Speaker 1: to come in to really support where we are as
• 14:25
  Speaker 1: a group. However, there is curriculum for the year itself.
• 14:30
  Speaker 1: So whatever year you are deciding to join the Alchemy Circle,
• 14:35
  Speaker 1: you can look on my website and go to the

  Speaker 1: page that is dedicated to the Alchemy Circle and you

  Speaker 1: can see what the primary focus will be for that

  Speaker 1: particular year. But all of these other components are added in.

  Speaker 1: It's just we tend to have a particular area of

  Speaker 1: focus in terms of the curriculum for the year, so

  Speaker 1: in the group is space for your own personal development,

  Speaker 1: dedicated space and commitment to practicing for an entire year.

  Speaker 1: That's a big deal. A lot of people intend to practice,
• 15:20
  Speaker 1: but don't necessarily make the time or actually commit to
• 15:25
  Speaker 1: doing it. So this allows you to do that. It's
• 15:29
  Speaker 1: space for your personal development. You're not doing it alone,
• 15:31
  Speaker 1: You're being guided. I share with you so much of
• 15:35
  Speaker 1: what I've learned along the way, and it also will
• 15:38
  Speaker 1: support intuitive development and other aspects again of energetic alchemy.

  Speaker 1: So over time, in these years, let's see, since twenty twenty,
• 15:50
  Speaker 1: I have experienced and witnessed members becoming more comfortable in
• 15:56
  Speaker 1: just owning their own authenticity, their own curiosities, their own
• 16:03
  Speaker 1: desires of how to work with energy. A lot of
• 16:06
  Speaker 1: them don't even know coming in on what it is
• 16:10
  Speaker 1: exactly they want, but something calls them for it anyway,
• 16:13
  Speaker 1: and then they end up pleasantly surprised by what they
• 16:17
  Speaker 1: recognize and realize about themselves and their relationship to energy
• 16:20
  Speaker 1: and what it all means and the bigger scheme of
• 16:23
  Speaker 1: life itself. So it is common that members of the
• 16:28
  Speaker 1: group also begin questioning their old assumptions and ideas and
• 16:33
  Speaker 1: making room allowing themselves to be open and receptive to
• 16:38
  Speaker 1: understanding in higher ways, recognizing what they're actually capable of
• 16:43
  Speaker 1: understanding how energy work is so much bigger than what
• 16:48
  Speaker 1: their idea of it may have been. And I believe
• 16:53
  Speaker 1: personally from what I've witnessed, community is a big key
• 16:57
  Speaker 1: in this. We work together and community for an entire year,
• 17:02
  Speaker 1: and we tend to blossom more when space is held
• 17:06
  Speaker 1: allowing us to be witnessed in this precious, sacred work
• 17:10
  Speaker 1: and allowing each other to hold space for each other
• 17:14
  Speaker 1: through our own personal transformation and development. So many people
• 17:19
  Speaker 1: have developed lifelong friendships in the Alchemy circle. I mean
• 17:24
  Speaker 1: people whether they are still in the group or out
• 17:28
  Speaker 1: of the group. There have been connections and friendships that
• 17:31
  Speaker 1: have been genuine and develop every single year. So that's
• 17:36
  Speaker 1: one of my favorite parts is watching people blossom as
• 17:41
  Speaker 1: they feel supported through their own experience. So if you
• 17:45
  Speaker 1: have taken REAKI at least level one, there is already
• 17:49
  Speaker 1: more for you to understand. Even if you have taken
• 17:52
  Speaker 1: Master level, even if you've studied many things as have I,
• 17:56
  Speaker 1: there's always more for us to recognize, witness and understand
• 18:01
  Speaker 1: in higher ways. And so you are invited to be
• 18:04
  Speaker 1: a part of this community, committing to a year of
• 18:08
  Speaker 1: your own personal development in practice. And again you don't
• 18:12
  Speaker 1: have to know anything. You're not going to be tested
• 18:15
  Speaker 1: to come into the Alchemy Circle. No one is going
• 18:18
  Speaker 1: to shame you or be curious about really where you're at.

  Speaker 1: I mean, we get to know each other at a
• 18:27
  Speaker 1: very genuine baseline space that is really only focused on
• 18:31
  Speaker 1: and about our development and evolving from where we're at
• 18:35
  Speaker 1: personally and as a group. One thing I will say
• 18:39
  Speaker 1: though the Alchemy Circle it is group work. We meet
• 18:42
  Speaker 1: collectively together twice a week throughout the year. If you

  Speaker 1: are someone who wants to add the element of personalization,

  Speaker 1: you can register instead for the Path of Self Mastery.
