- 0:01SPEAKER_01: If you felt lonely, isolated, disconnected, with an empty feeling inside and just yearning for more, knowing something is missing, then this podcast is for you.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: So here's your host, Joe Mittigan.
- 0:27SPEAKER_02: Hello and welcome to We.
- 0:31SPEAKER_02: Have you ever reached a point in your life when you began questioning everything you once believed would make you happy?
- 0:40SPEAKER_02: The career you wanted, the money you wanted to earn, the success you wanted to achieve, even the life you spent years working so hard to create.
- 0:51SPEAKER_02: And suddenly you begin wondering, why don't I want those same things I used to want?
- 0:57SPEAKER_02: That's confusing, isn't it?
- 1:00SPEAKER_02: Because from the time we were children, the world has been telling us what a successful life is supposed to look like.
- 1:09SPEAKER_02: You know what I'm talking about.
- 1:11SPEAKER_02: A good education, find a good job, make plenty of money, buy a beautiful home, build a family, become successful, and if we accomplish all those things, we're supposed to be happy.
- 1:27SPEAKER_02: But what happens when we begin realizing that the life the world taught us to want isn't necessarily the life we were created to live.
- 1:41SPEAKER_02: What happens when we begin healing emotionally, growing spiritually, and discovering who we really are, only to realize that so much of what we've been pursuing may never have been what we truly wanted.
- 1:59SPEAKER_02: And that's where I want to start today's episode.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: I want to begin with that topic.
- 2:07SPEAKER_02: Because something extraordinary can happen when we begin discovering our authentic self.
- 2:15SPEAKER_02: The more we understand who we really are, the more we begin questioning why we've spent so much of our lives trying to become who the world wanted us to be?
- 2:29SPEAKER_02: Think about that for a moment.
- 2:32SPEAKER_02: How many of our decisions have been influenced by what the people around us expected from us?
- 2:39SPEAKER_02: How many of our dreams were shaped by society's definition of success?
- 2:45SPEAKER_02: How much of our happiness have we sacrificed trying to build a life that looks successful to everybody else?
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: I know I've spent a great deal of my life doing exactly that.
- 2:59SPEAKER_02: For years, I mean, literally years, I believed success was something I needed to achieve, something I needed to prove, something that would finally make me feel good enough.
- 3:12SPEAKER_02: But as I began healing my emotional wounds and developing a deeper relationship with my higher power, my understanding of success started changing.
- 3:24SPEAKER_02: The things I thought I wanted weren't always the things that brought me peace.
- 3:30SPEAKER_02: The accomplishments I believed would make me happy didn't always bring me joy.
- 3:37SPEAKER_02: And the more I grew spiritually, the more I began realizing that perhaps I had spent much of my life pursuing someone else's definition of happiness.
- 3:50SPEAKER_02: And that realization, quite honestly, can be truly frightening.
- 3:56SPEAKER_02: Because when we begin letting go of the life we thought we wanted, we don't always know what we're supposed to replace it with.
- 4:05SPEAKER_02: We can feel confused, we can certainly feel lost.
- 4:10SPEAKER_02: We can even begin questioning whether we're making a terrible mistake.
- 4:16SPEAKER_02: But I've been wondering something lately.
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: What if that confusion isn't a sign that something's wrong with our lives?
- 4:25SPEAKER_02: What if it's a sign that we're finally beginning to discover what really matters to us?
- 4:32SPEAKER_02: Maybe our higher power isn't asking us to abandon everything we've created.
- 4:38SPEAKER_02: Maybe we're simply being invited to examine why we created it in the first place.
- 4:45SPEAKER_02: Was it because we loved it?
- 4:48SPEAKER_02: Or because we believed it would make us worthy of love?
- 4:53SPEAKER_02: Was it because it gave our lives meaning?
- 4:57SPEAKER_02: Or because we thought it would make other people admire us?
- 5:02SPEAKER_02: And perhaps that's the most important question of all.
- 6:28SPEAKER_02: Maybe that's how we begin changing not only our own lives, but the world we live in too.
- 6:38SPEAKER_02: And the world we share with everybody else.
- 6:41SPEAKER_02: Just maybe.
- 6:43SPEAKER_02: Just maybe.
- 6:44SPEAKER_02: That's how the world moves from living as a me and begins becoming a we.
- 6:53SPEAKER_02: My name is Joe Mittigan, and this is we.
- 6:57SPEAKER_02: Welcome everybody to the We podcast.
- 7:00SPEAKER_02: It's a great night here in Atlanta, Georgia, and I want to welcome everybody to the to this episode.
- 7:07SPEAKER_02: You know, this these episodes, just so everybody knows, I predetermine about 20 titles well in advance.
- 7:16SPEAKER_02: So when I come up with the titles, I work with AI, we create an environment where my titles kind of hook to each other.
- 7:26SPEAKER_02: And, you know, I give ideas and then I use technology to create the titles to a framework, and then I put my feeling per title.
- 7:36SPEAKER_02: Well, I have to tell you, when I saw this title today, Why Life Can Feel So Confusing, I almost fell over.
- 7:43SPEAKER_02: I don't really know the titles.
- 7:44SPEAKER_02: You know, I don't look at the title for episode 65 before I've done 64.
- 7:49SPEAKER_02: So when I saw that, I said, wow, this is just the perfect title for tonight.
- 7:54SPEAKER_02: Because this past 10 days or so, and especially a seven-day period in there, very confusing for me, really, really confusing.
- 8:03SPEAKER_02: And I'm gonna talk about that in in the later part when I share my experience.
- 8:08SPEAKER_02: So I want to just kind of introduce the idea of where did the whole concept of us humans creating a world based on what everybody else thinks?
- 8:23SPEAKER_02: Where did that come from?
- 8:24SPEAKER_02: And we're gonna talk about that.
- 8:26SPEAKER_02: Where are the emotional origins of that entire concept?
- 8:30SPEAKER_02: You know, you can put great big titles on it.
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: It's codependence and it's narcissistic and it's addictive and all of that.
- 8:37SPEAKER_02: But like, where did it come from?
- 8:39SPEAKER_02: Like, truly, how did we develop into human beings, adults, whose perspective of success was based on what other people thought?
- 8:49SPEAKER_02: Where did it start?
- 8:50SPEAKER_02: We're gonna talk about that today.
- 8:52SPEAKER_02: And of course, we're gonna talk about the what do we do about it so we don't live there anymore.
- 8:57SPEAKER_02: We're gonna talk about that also.
- 8:59SPEAKER_02: And it's just as this particular title came up today, Why Can Life Be So Confusing?
- 9:05SPEAKER_02: I had to I had to just grin.
- 9:08SPEAKER_02: Because I talk about it all the time.
- 9:10SPEAKER_02: This is not the man speaking here, this is my divinity speaking to all of you around the globe.
- 9:16SPEAKER_02: And the explosive growth of the Wii podcast has been something I've been following and something I've been celebrating.
- 9:25SPEAKER_02: And every time I think about another country, what it really brings my heart so much joy is that there it's continuing to bring factual, actual understanding that we as a humanity are waking up.
- 9:41SPEAKER_02: And I say it all the time, that's what's happening in humanity.
- 9:45SPEAKER_02: We are moving from a male-dominated energy pattern to a female-dominated energy pattern.
- 9:52SPEAKER_02: And in that female side, we're waking up to the feminine side of ourselves.
- 9:57SPEAKER_02: And it doesn't matter where you live, it doesn't matter the color of your skin, it doesn't matter your nationality.
- 10:02SPEAKER_02: It certainly has nothing to do with religion.
- 10:05SPEAKER_02: Literally, spiritual growth really has nothing to do, they aren't, they can be completely separate.
- 10:14SPEAKER_02: Your religious beliefs and your spiritual growth, they're come, they can be completely separate.
- 10:20SPEAKER_02: I say that, and I'm gonna say it here.
- 10:22SPEAKER_02: I always say it that the Wii podcast is about teaching people to acknowledge, to embrace, and to follow a power greater than themselves in your today and your tomorrow, where most religions have more of a fashion of guidance so that the end result of you got being guided by the systems of different religions cause you an eternal life that you can look forward to.
- 10:53SPEAKER_02: Well, I ain't talking about no eternal life, folks.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: I'm not.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: Don't know a whole bunch about that.
- 10:57SPEAKER_02: And you know, someday when all of us see each other on the other side and we're close to the pearly gates, we'll kind of decide and discern the rights and the wrongs.
- 11:05SPEAKER_02: And but there is no right and wrong.
- 11:07SPEAKER_02: We're all on a spiritual path.
- 11:08SPEAKER_02: And that's why every time I see a new country, it's just fascinating to me.
- 11:12SPEAKER_02: It's just fantastic.
- 11:14SPEAKER_02: It validates deeply the whole idea of why the concept for Joe of the generation of change and technology is the top of it, because with a click of a button, I'm here in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and people in France and people in China, people in Malaysia, people in Nigeria, let alone the United Kingdom and Australia and New Zealand.
- 11:38SPEAKER_02: I go on and on.
- 11:39SPEAKER_02: Oman in the Middle East to the United Kingdom in Europe.
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: With a click of a button, the technology is already in place to where this message that's being divinely guided through me here is being heard by people around the globe that get it.
- 11:59SPEAKER_02: You could not be on a podcast like mine for any length of time if you weren't on a spiritual path, if you weren't a true spiritual warrior.
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: Most of you are probably even more practiced at it than myself.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: I just picked up a microphone and here we are.
- 12:14SPEAKER_02: But that whole concept of generational change, and that's the foundation of what we do here at the We Podcast.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: My ultimate goal, the intention of this experience, is to mirror back to a hundred million people around the globe that you are a spiritual being having a human experience, and the veil, the literal, your availability as a human being to commune with a power greater than yourself, that ability is becoming more.
- 12:47SPEAKER_02: You have the capability and the capacities to identify it and be guided by it more and more every day, not only by your own personal self-discovery, but as humanity is shifting and growing and vibrationally, we as an essence are waking up.
- 13:05SPEAKER_02: My message is to teach the how-to's guide and guide people into different day-to-day practice, day-to-day recognition, day-to-day acceptance that you are already an awakened being.
- 13:22SPEAKER_02: You are already a spiritual being.
- 13:24SPEAKER_02: You are already living large portions of your life as oneness with your power, a power greater than yourself.
- 13:32SPEAKER_02: And that's why I am somebody that will challenge human, the human conscious norm and the delusion of if I was one with God, then everything would be blissful.
- 13:45SPEAKER_02: Falsehood.
- 13:46SPEAKER_02: And you know, quite honestly, a lot of that comes from this most people 50 years ago, really the only perspective they had of a God or power greater than themselves, they gained it in church.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: And the truth of the matter is, per large religion, each of them have an entity that was uniquely special, truly.
- 14:10SPEAKER_02: And I always say to the Christian religion, because that's the one I'm the most familiar with, was Jesus different than all of us?
- 14:17SPEAKER_02: No.
- 14:19SPEAKER_02: Yes, yes, yes, and yes.
- 14:21SPEAKER_02: And he was divinely guided.
- 14:25SPEAKER_02: The difference between Jesus and the rest of us was he, did he have his human flesh?
- 14:30SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 14:31SPEAKER_02: Did he have an ego?
- 14:32SPEAKER_02: I believe no.
- 14:33SPEAKER_02: I don't.
- 14:34SPEAKER_02: That's where he was different.
- 14:35SPEAKER_02: But what did he say?
- 14:36SPEAKER_02: Ye shall do what I have done in grander things.
- 14:38SPEAKER_02: What did he mean?
- 14:40SPEAKER_02: He means that the same consciousness that guided him is available in all of us.
- 14:46SPEAKER_02: Well, now, here in 2026, October the 12th, 2026, our availability, the rest of us, our availability to be guided by that spirit that is called us, and to be guided by it, is more readily available.
- 15:04SPEAKER_02: You are consciously able to do it more grandly.
- 15:07SPEAKER_02: And why is that important?
- 15:09SPEAKER_02: Because when you're guided by, and guided means how do you make your action steps?
- 15:15SPEAKER_02: How do you make decisions on a Tuesday morning or a Sunday afternoon or a Friday night or a Wednesday at noon?
- 15:21SPEAKER_02: How do you do that?
- 15:22SPEAKER_02: What part of you is helping you make those decisions?
- 15:27SPEAKER_02: We grew up in a society, an unconscious society that says we make our decisions for our action steps to make sure everybody else is happy first.
- 15:37SPEAKER_02: And then we wonder why we wake up later in life feeling empty, vacant, and not okay.
- 15:42SPEAKER_02: And I'm going to talk about here later in the episode the five different stages of consciousness.
- 15:49SPEAKER_02: And why that's important is because as we awaken, we are literally guided by a grander part of ourselves.
- 15:58SPEAKER_02: And why the heck do we want to do it?
- 16:00SPEAKER_02: Because the truth of the matter is, when you are guided by a grander you, the end result is a grander life.
- 16:06SPEAKER_02: And what does that mean?
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: A grander life is going to mean you're going to feel better, you're going to be have more peace, you're going to be more prosperous, you're going to just have a grander sense of okayness, is what I call it all the time.
- 16:19SPEAKER_02: Does it mean you're going to make more money?
- 16:21SPEAKER_02: Yes, if you're entrepreneurial.
- 16:24SPEAKER_02: If you're not entrepreneurial, maybe not.
- 16:26SPEAKER_02: Probably not.
- 16:27SPEAKER_02: Does it mean you're never going to challenge with money?
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: No, heck no.
- 16:29SPEAKER_02: It's what the heck?
- 16:31SPEAKER_02: You've been at the grocery store lately?
- 16:32SPEAKER_02: It cost a bunch of money just to live, let alone gas, and blah, blah, blah.
- 16:37SPEAKER_02: But the truth of the matter is, here in Georgia, when gas was four bucks a gallon, now it's$320.
- 16:42SPEAKER_02: But when it was four bucks a gallon, when you're pumping a gas at the quick trip for four bucks a gallon and you feel a oneness of a god of your understanding, you're still paying four bucks a gallon.
- 16:53SPEAKER_02: But there's a sense of okayness, anyways.
- 16:56SPEAKER_02: There's zero difference of okayness in Joe if the gallon is four dollars or three dollars.
- 17:02SPEAKER_02: It's the same.
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 17:04SPEAKER_02: Because I'm pretty practiced at all this.
- 17:06SPEAKER_02: And that's the why you want to do it.
- 17:09SPEAKER_02: The question is the how.
- 17:11SPEAKER_02: And that's what we're going to talk about here, of course, the how to.
- 17:14SPEAKER_02: And for me, what I'm really starting to understand is that I literally forever thought that living as a higher purpose meant a particular group of action steps that I would take on a particular given day.
- 17:33SPEAKER_02: And as I'm taking those action steps, I'm living as my higher purpose.
- 17:36SPEAKER_02: I'm pursuing a higher purpose, i.e., like I'm doing here with the Wii podcast and the intention of helping awaken 100 million people.
- 17:46SPEAKER_02: And of course, that is part of the higher purpose.
- 17:49SPEAKER_02: But that's the smallest part of it, quite honestly.
- 17:52SPEAKER_02: What I'm becoming aware of is every time we are living from a grander us, we're already living as the purpose you were born.
- 18:07SPEAKER_02: And the true purpose in which you were born is to go from some level of humanity in the extreme for most, and start adjusting the extreme consciousness of human only into the awakened position of more and more divinity guided.
- 18:27SPEAKER_02: Now, again, I will go back to Jesus and the Christianity, the entire philosophy of Christianity, which I believe in 100%.
- 18:35SPEAKER_02: Jesus, in my opinion, was born purely with a pure divine, divinely guided only perspective.
- 18:46SPEAKER_02: He didn't have the rest of the nonsense the rest of us have.
- 18:49SPEAKER_02: And I could go on and on for the wise.
- 18:51SPEAKER_02: First off, we're still talking about the human 2,000 years later.
- 18:55SPEAKER_02: If nothing else, that should say it was pretty special.
- 18:58SPEAKER_02: The walk on water, the miracles, the poofo, the breath, you know, all of the things the man did who he showed it into the world, I believe divine.
- 19:09SPEAKER_02: No unconsciousness anywhere.
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: Now, come to the rest of us, right?
- 19:14SPEAKER_02: With the rest of us, we start in a place of unconscious, and then we start waking up to the minuscule positions of conscious awakening, which allows us to be consciously living from a place of divine.
- 19:32SPEAKER_02: And what for myself, what I'm starting to realize more and more, my definition of living as a higher purpose has changed.
- 19:42SPEAKER_02: It just has.
- 21:05SPEAKER_02: This is my early 20s.
- 21:07SPEAKER_02: I will never forget.
- 21:08SPEAKER_02: We had a business together and she'd come in, whoever, she probably heard about Wayne Dyer four or five years before me.
- 21:15SPEAKER_02: I'll never forget yelling at her, say, you take your psycho babble be blank and get the heck out of my office.
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: Now, of course, when I was doing it, because I'm not cussing here on this podcast, there's about 37 cuss words.
- 21:28SPEAKER_02: Your psycho babble, blah, blah, blah.
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: What was she trying to do?
- 21:32SPEAKER_02: She was basically trying to tell me that, hey, you know, Joe, you can hear your own thoughts.
- 21:36SPEAKER_02: Well, she's in town, and we have a great relationship, and she's been on a conscious path four or five years longer than me.
- 21:44SPEAKER_02: So when we talk, it's about conscious talk, critical thinking, talk beyond the obvious, pursue depth of conversation, pursue the whys and any of the ifs and the it's out there.
- 21:58SPEAKER_02: And it's just it's Fun, it really is.
- 22:01SPEAKER_02: So, and when we're talking, I notice for myself just kind of the style in which I live.
- 22:10SPEAKER_02: And today I can say, regardless of what somebody says, regardless of somebody's emotion, regardless of the unconsciousness of the comment, I have so much more availability to take the information in, not filter it and then immediately judge, which is tolerance, not filter it and immediately make it wrong, which is acceptance, and then discern whether I'm going to say anything back or not.
- 22:40SPEAKER_02: And I was just having that awareness this past literally 24, 48 hours.
- 22:44SPEAKER_02: And I've known about my ability to do it for a while, but it's just becoming clearer.
- 22:50SPEAKER_02: So, what does Joe call that?
- 22:52SPEAKER_02: My ability in any random conversation to have more tolerance, to have more acceptance, and then to discern if I'm going to engage or not, I call that all part of living as a higher Joe.
- 23:05SPEAKER_02: And as we live as a higher Joe, our life purpose is being lived every time you do that.
- 23:14SPEAKER_02: I say the simplest thing when you're walking into a grocery store, hold the door for somebody else, be kind to somebody else.
- 23:21SPEAKER_02: Every time we're kind to somebody else, we're putting somebody else's, we're putting a smile on somebody else's face.
- 23:28SPEAKER_02: We're literally, as we're doing that, living as a higher us, as a grander us.
- 23:35SPEAKER_02: And what's the opposite?
- 23:37SPEAKER_02: The opposite is the us who thinks of self first, the me, the ego, the arrogance.
- 23:43SPEAKER_02: And if you're a me-based human, you get to that door, you're thinking about getting through the door first.
- 23:49SPEAKER_02: That's a me perspective.
- 23:52SPEAKER_02: Satiate me and mine first, and for a lot of people only.
- 23:56SPEAKER_02: Well, as you transcend out of that and you transcend beyond that, every time you hold the door for somebody is an example of living a higher purpose, living a higher you.
- 24:08SPEAKER_02: And that's why we're here is to learn how to live as a higher us.
- 24:13SPEAKER_02: And why do I bring that to our awareness?
- 24:15SPEAKER_02: Because if you think about, I want people to personally grow and their esteem to raise and their self-worth to multiply.
- 24:28SPEAKER_02: Because if you really start perceiving yourself, describing yourself, this is sacred conversations, folks.
- 24:36SPEAKER_02: This isn't, hey, look at me.
- 24:37SPEAKER_02: I'm so spiritually awoken.
- 24:40SPEAKER_02: No, that's a no.
- 24:41SPEAKER_02: This is you and you with your brush when your teeth when you're brushing your teeth.
- 24:45SPEAKER_02: If you look at every action step you do on a daily basis, where you're giving to somebody else, and you start describing those action steps as you living as a higher you, as part of your life purpose to live as a higher you, you'll start describing yourself to self as more of a godly person, as more of a higher vibrational us, as more of a higher power us, as more of a communion with a higher power.
- 25:15SPEAKER_02: Now, does that mean you hold the door when you go?
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: And then when you're there, you start complaining to the waitress?
- 25:21SPEAKER_02: Yeah, sometimes, of course.
- 25:23SPEAKER_02: We're still human.
- 25:24SPEAKER_02: There's still plenty of human.
- 25:25SPEAKER_02: There's still plenty of stuff we do we wish we wouldn't.
- 25:28SPEAKER_02: There's still plenty of stuff that our ego and our arrogance and our wound is going to project it onto people around.
- 25:34SPEAKER_02: Yeah, why?
- 25:35SPEAKER_02: Because we're human.
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: I'm not saying that stuff isn't there, but I want you to start becoming aware of how frequently you already are living from a higher you.
- 25:48SPEAKER_02: And every time you give back, any way, shape, or form, that's you living a grander reason you were born, the purpose you were born, which is to live from that higher place.
- 25:59SPEAKER_02: Ultimately, what are we all pursuing?
- 26:02SPEAKER_02: Living that 100%.
- 26:04SPEAKER_02: Will we?
- 26:05SPEAKER_02: Don't have any idea.
- 26:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I really don't.
- 26:07SPEAKER_02: Did Jesus?
- 26:08SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 26:09SPEAKER_02: Did others?
- 26:10SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 26:10SPEAKER_02: Will will I?
- 26:12SPEAKER_02: Probably not.
- 26:13SPEAKER_02: Maybe.
- 26:13SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 26:14SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 26:15SPEAKER_02: Not going to say that anymore.
- 26:16SPEAKER_02: Do I live it now?
- 26:17SPEAKER_02: No.
- 26:18SPEAKER_02: 100%?
- 26:18SPEAKER_02: No.
- 26:19SPEAKER_02: I don't.
- 26:19SPEAKER_02: Do I live it a lot?
- 26:20SPEAKER_02: I do, I have to tell you.
- 26:22SPEAKER_02: But from that perspective, what's the goal here at The We Podcast?
- 26:26SPEAKER_02: Help 100 million people understand.
- 26:29SPEAKER_02: You're already, you make it through a podcast like this, you're a spiritual being.
- 26:33SPEAKER_02: You're already living portions of your life as a spiritual being.
- 26:37SPEAKER_02: And there isn't a right and wrong.
- 26:39SPEAKER_02: There's not a quantity associated.
- 26:41SPEAKER_02: There's not a, oh, I live this much and then I am.
- 26:44SPEAKER_02: No.
- 26:45SPEAKER_02: When you just start becoming aware, then you are literally on a spiritual path.
- 26:50SPEAKER_02: And when you are consciously awakened, when you consciously become aware that you're on a spiritual path and you live that awakening by the giving back, that helps build your self-description of you.
- 27:05SPEAKER_02: And I'm going to talk about the different developments of consciousness, the different connections to how we become more consciously aware of the grander us.
- 27:17SPEAKER_02: On the personal side, I have just been an absolute glory this past week because my book, Filling the Void, and Joe Mittiga.com, Joe Mitiga.com is my website where you can download my book for free.
- 27:31SPEAKER_02: And please do, please tell everybody.
- 27:34SPEAKER_02: Put it out on social media for me, please.
- 27:36SPEAKER_02: My domain name, Joe Midtiga, you know, Joe J-O-E-Midiga, M-I-T-T-I-G-A.com.
- 27:43SPEAKER_02: Put it out there for me.
- 27:44SPEAKER_02: I want people to have it.
- 27:46SPEAKER_02: It was channeled through me by a power much greater than me 30 plus years ago.
- 27:52SPEAKER_02: This has been a this has been an adventure, 30 years in the making, and literally last week, last Wednesday, seven days, you know, so five, six days ago, it's actually working how I wanted it to work.
- 28:06SPEAKER_02: So it can be downloaded now effortlessly.
- 28:09SPEAKER_02: So please do, joemitica.com and tell people about it, put it out on social media for me.
- 28:17SPEAKER_02: And what's the reward for Joe?
- 28:19SPEAKER_02: It just feels good.
- 28:21SPEAKER_02: It feels good that something that was given to me, that's why God can only do for us what God can do through us.
- 28:29SPEAKER_02: And when comes to a book, God can only God can't pick up the pencil.
- 28:33SPEAKER_02: Joe had to do all that part, and God can't get it edited, and God can't find blah blah blah.
- 28:38SPEAKER_02: You know, I've done my part.
- 28:39SPEAKER_02: But the content of the information is not Joe's, it's Joe's story.
- 28:44SPEAKER_02: But you'll see when you read it that, and that whole thing was written 30 years ago.
- 28:48SPEAKER_02: I literally, there's parts of that book that describe my life today, as if I was living it 30 years ago.
- 28:55SPEAKER_02: Now, when I'm writing this book, I'm two years into my seven years of darkness, literally.
- 29:01SPEAKER_02: 22 of those months I'm writing this book.
- 29:03SPEAKER_02: This is probably about year, probably three years in.
- 29:11SPEAKER_02: And so I'm living on$250 a month while I'm writing that book.
- 29:15SPEAKER_02: And all I'm doing is listening, and I'm writing as fast as I could hear it.
- 29:20SPEAKER_02: Pencil, legal size paper, 275 pages, page one to page 275, 106,800, some odd words, channeled through.
- 29:31SPEAKER_02: And why is it exciting for me to get it out?
- 29:34SPEAKER_02: Because I made a commitment 30 years ago that when the time is right, God, Father, I call, you know, when I'm talking personally to God, I call my higher power, I call God Father sometimes.
- 29:47SPEAKER_02: And I say, Father, I will get it out there.
- 29:49SPEAKER_02: I will do my part.
- 29:51SPEAKER_02: Well, that was accomplished.
- 29:52SPEAKER_02: And I want all of you to benefit.
- 29:55SPEAKER_02: And how are you going to benefit?
- 29:56SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 29:57SPEAKER_02: What part of you gonna benefit?
- 29:58SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 29:58SPEAKER_02: I have no idea.
- 30:00SPEAKER_02: It's 275 pages.
- 30:02SPEAKER_02: There might just be one paragraph in there somewhere where you go, oh my God.
- 30:06SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 30:08SPEAKER_02: I just know there's something much grander than me.
- 30:10SPEAKER_02: And if you're on this podcast and you can make it 30 minutes into my podcast, let alone all my other podcasts, that you're a warrior.
- 30:18SPEAKER_02: And the things that I teach there were taught to me.
- 30:23SPEAKER_02: Very little of it is quote unquote original.
- 30:25SPEAKER_02: None of it's original idea.
- 30:27SPEAKER_02: None of it.
- 30:27SPEAKER_02: It was taught to me by people.
- 30:29SPEAKER_02: It's my story, but I don't take claim to the inner child work and the dual-hand journaling and the writing of the first step.
- 30:37SPEAKER_02: The writing of the first step is AA stuff, first step.
- 30:40SPEAKER_02: The inner child stuff was all learned by a man named John Bradshaw years ago.
- 30:46SPEAKER_02: So I don't, none of it is mine.
- 30:48SPEAKER_02: I'm passing it on freely, and that's why I'm super excited.
- 30:52SPEAKER_02: I hope everybody on this podcast will take the time to download the book because it's just it's something that's really important.
- 30:59SPEAKER_02: And you're gonna benefit.
- 31:01SPEAKER_02: I can promise you you will benefit.
- 31:03SPEAKER_02: Do I know how?
- 31:04SPEAKER_02: No, I just know you will.
- 31:06SPEAKER_02: And I go back to the whole thing.
- 31:08SPEAKER_02: If I can, you can.
- 31:11SPEAKER_02: And you know, if you got a book in you, it's time.
- 31:13SPEAKER_02: Write it.
- 31:14SPEAKER_02: If you got a book that's out there in the world, keep talking about it.
- 31:18SPEAKER_02: And you'll know that it's supposed to be out there because your heart will always be thinking about it.
- 31:26SPEAKER_02: You know, your gut will always be guiding you to tell talk about it.
- 31:30SPEAKER_02: Your inspiration is not of you.
- 31:33SPEAKER_02: Imagination's of you, but the next phase of creation is not imagination and inspiration.
- 31:39SPEAKER_02: Your inspirations are sourced from a power greater than you.
- 31:44SPEAKER_02: And it's in the creation phase where humanity and divinity come together because divinity gave me the idea, divinity gave me the content, divinity gave me the context of the manuscript.
- 31:58SPEAKER_02: But me as the man had to write it.
- 32:01SPEAKER_02: And that's where in the creation phase, divinity and humanity come together, right there.
- 32:07SPEAKER_02: We're living in unison.
- 32:09SPEAKER_02: And once it reaches the place where it goes out into the world, that's the manifestation stage.
- 32:15SPEAKER_02: And what is the foundational spiritual experience of the manifestation stage?
- 32:21SPEAKER_02: It's not NOT, a monetary reward for the writer.
- 32:28SPEAKER_02: Manifestation stage is the reward, the people that are reading the book, they feel the reward in their belly.
- 32:36SPEAKER_02: Whatever you get out of reading the book, that reward.
- 32:40SPEAKER_02: And every time somebody feels better, becomes more aware, has a conscious awakening, has an aha, gets supported with new emotional growth.
- 32:49SPEAKER_02: Whatever the it is in your world, I feel fantastic.
- 32:53SPEAKER_02: And I want 100 million people to get that reward because I want to feel fantastic a hundred million times.
- 33:00SPEAKER_02: And that's where the manifestation stays.
- 33:02SPEAKER_02: That's where so many people get lost.
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: I got my hot power, and I'm gonna write a book and I'm gonna put it out there and I'm gonna make a million bucks.
- 33:09SPEAKER_02: Now you might make a million bucks, but if you're doing it for the million bucks, that's not your higher power.
- 33:14SPEAKER_02: Period.
- 33:14SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 33:15SPEAKER_02: Because your higher power didn't even know money exists.
- 33:17SPEAKER_02: Your higher power is about putting things out so the value is in the recipient.
- 33:23SPEAKER_02: What you gain back might be monetary, but the majority of the gain back is being given while you're giving.
- 33:31SPEAKER_02: I feel great that it now is being given.
- 33:34SPEAKER_02: I'm already in the reward, a 30-year process in the reward now, because it's going out there.
- 33:43SPEAKER_02: And for new people here, welcome everybody.
- 33:47SPEAKER_02: The podcast is literally exploding.
- 33:49SPEAKER_02: And I'm gonna talk about that here later because I had some amazing confusion, personal, spiritual, and to welcome everybody.
- 33:59SPEAKER_02: But I had an experience where a couple weeks ago it could work, but you had to do about 40 different action steps.
- 34:05SPEAKER_02: Well, gentlemen out of Nigeria downloaded my book, and out of nowhere, I see on his LinkedIn page my book.
- 34:13SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, that is absolutely unbelievable.
- 34:16SPEAKER_02: I I kept looking, I was just enamored that, and this man, I I can't pronounce his name.
- 34:23SPEAKER_02: He's got one of these beautiful African names.
- 34:25SPEAKER_02: It's just fantastic, truly.
- 34:27SPEAKER_02: The feeling of grace, the feeling of fullness, the feeling of wow is all I could say, was fantastic.
- 34:37SPEAKER_02: Was it monetary based?
- 34:38SPEAKER_02: No, that's part of the human delusion.
- 34:42SPEAKER_02: Make enough money, you'll feel fantastic.
- 34:44SPEAKER_02: That's a load of crap.
- 34:46SPEAKER_02: I'm all about making money.
- 34:47SPEAKER_02: I am entrepreneurial as I can be.
- 34:50SPEAKER_02: But the delusion that money fills your belly is just a falsehood.
- 34:53SPEAKER_02: It just isn't true.
- 34:55SPEAKER_02: It's just not.
- 34:56SPEAKER_02: And with all that being said, it's time for a lot of you to keep doing it and then putting it out there, whatever your it is.
- 35:05SPEAKER_02: And that's the more you do it, the fuller you're gonna feel in your belly.
- 35:10SPEAKER_02: And the fuller you fill in your belly, the more you're gonna do it.
- 35:13SPEAKER_02: And quite honestly, I've got two more books already written.
- 35:16SPEAKER_02: So Filling the Void is the first book, Why We Feel Alone is the second book, and the third book, which is already written.
- 35:23SPEAKER_02: We don't have a title yet, but we're gonna get there.
- 35:25SPEAKER_02: So over this next year, there'll be two more.
- 35:28SPEAKER_02: So in a very short period of time, I'll have two books out.
- 35:30SPEAKER_02: I've got six books to write right now, and I'm just creating the audience to get it out there.
- 35:36SPEAKER_02: And I say, Me, I'm the facilitator.
- 35:39SPEAKER_02: God is the source, I'm the one that writes, my divinity is the one that that that dictates.
- 35:46SPEAKER_02: And working together, that's the oneness.
- 35:49SPEAKER_02: God can only do for us what God can do through us, and living from that position feels really, really good.
- 35:56SPEAKER_02: There's a sense of abundance, a sense of fullness, a sense of glory that can only be described as amazing, truly.
- 36:06SPEAKER_02: So the whole concept of the world being our guidance system, life can feel so confusing when our life changes because it doesn't, we no longer want to create our life based on what the world tells us it should be.
- 36:22SPEAKER_02: What does that mean?
- 36:24SPEAKER_02: And the unconscious world lives from a perspective of the outside in.
- 36:57SPEAKER_02: Powerful meaning it feels really good, and you're guided by you in you.
- 37:02SPEAKER_02: That still means there's 99% of the world that is clueless.
- 37:06SPEAKER_02: They just don't know.
- 37:07SPEAKER_02: And that's okay.
- 37:08SPEAKER_02: It really is.
- 37:10SPEAKER_02: So the unconscious world, and most of us lived from that position of get enough money in the bank, we'll be okay.
- 37:19SPEAKER_02: Marry the right person, we'll be okay.
- 37:22SPEAKER_02: Have the right job, we'll be okay.
- 37:24SPEAKER_02: Build the right family, we'll be okay.
- 37:26SPEAKER_02: Have the right career, have the right location, go to church and whatever the action steps of the it are, do enough of it, then we'll be okay.
- 37:37SPEAKER_02: And I can tell you, for most of you, a lot of you, the okayness wasn't in the action.
- 37:42SPEAKER_02: The okayness was in the gratitude you acquired by taking the action.
- 37:48SPEAKER_02: Hear what I just said.
- 37:50SPEAKER_02: The okayness wasn't in the action step itself, it was in the gratitude you felt by taking the action step.
- 37:58SPEAKER_02: You're doing a job, you're working hard, you spend a bunch of hours, you feel good, you make a bunch of money.
- 38:04SPEAKER_02: And as you make the money and you receive the money, it's gratitude.
- 38:08SPEAKER_02: Fabulous.
- 38:09SPEAKER_02: But gratitude's an ever-chasing event.
- 38:12SPEAKER_02: Gratitude fills nothing.
- 38:14SPEAKER_02: Literally.
- 38:15SPEAKER_02: Gratitude is an ever-chasing event.
- 38:18SPEAKER_02: Does that make it a bad thing?
- 38:19SPEAKER_02: No, it makes it a human thing.
- 38:21SPEAKER_02: Gratitude, the pursuit of gratitude, is your humanity living.
- 38:26SPEAKER_02: Is that a bad thing?
- 38:27SPEAKER_02: No, of course, not a bad thing.
- 38:29SPEAKER_02: But it's not your divinity.
- 38:31SPEAKER_02: It's not.
- 38:32SPEAKER_02: It's truly not.
- 38:33SPEAKER_02: And I'll never forget.
- 38:35SPEAKER_02: I really thought heal my wound and live in gratitude, because prior to living in gratitude, what is there?
- 38:40SPEAKER_02: Is living in something other than gratitude.
- 38:42SPEAKER_02: So my whole perspective was let's just heal enough so I don't hurt all the time and just get to gratitude.
- 38:48SPEAKER_02: Because if I'm in gratitude, then everything's going to be great.
- 38:51SPEAKER_02: No, I thought that was the end point.
- 38:54SPEAKER_02: It's not.
- 38:54SPEAKER_02: That's the launch point.
- 38:56SPEAKER_02: That's the launching board.
- 38:57SPEAKER_02: That's the diving board to jump you into the ocean of grace.
- 39:01SPEAKER_02: And so the world, the consciousness of the world, will teach us to do the outside world in such a way that creates a bunch of abundance and gratitude.
- 39:19SPEAKER_02: And if you've got a bunch of abundance and gratitude in your external world, then your internal world's going to be okay.
- 39:26SPEAKER_02: Falsehood.
- 39:28SPEAKER_02: Doesn't.
- 39:29SPEAKER_02: Now I'll tell you, you have more money than month?
- 39:32SPEAKER_02: Does it feel better?
- 39:33SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 39:34SPEAKER_02: Is it safer?
- 39:34SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 39:35SPEAKER_02: Is it more comfortable not having to worry about your bills?
- 39:38SPEAKER_02: Of course.
- 39:38SPEAKER_02: It's yes, yes, yes, yes.
- 39:40SPEAKER_02: But does it heal anything?
- 39:42SPEAKER_02: No, it doesn't.
- 39:43SPEAKER_02: In fact, in my opinion, at least when I was sitting there broke with nothing, a car that didn't work, no money in Hungary, I could at least blame.
- 39:53SPEAKER_02: I feel like crap because my external world is horrible.
- 39:56SPEAKER_02: I have deep empathy for the human being that wakes up at 56 years old, kids launched, business sold, husband and wife still together, living in their$2 million house with$10 million in the bank and feeling empty.
- 40:09SPEAKER_02: I have deep empathy for that person because they lived a life their entire life believing that fix the outside world and then grow it and then make your outside world grand, then I'll feel better inside.
- 40:23SPEAKER_02: And you just don't.
- 40:24SPEAKER_02: You don't, because that's not how it works.
- 40:27SPEAKER_02: And quite honestly, the pursuit of being guided by the outside world first, which means your internal world second, every time you take that action, you're actually adding to the vacancy in your belly.
- 40:44SPEAKER_02: Let me say that again.
- 40:47SPEAKER_02: 100% of the time, when you take an action step, regardless of the result, that is being guided because of an external stimulus versus an internal guidance, every time you take that action, you are abandoning, neglecting, and quite honestly, abusing yourself emotionally, spiritually, mentally, even though the physical reward might be making money, even though the physical reward might be living in a beautiful house and having a great family.
- 41:22SPEAKER_02: Am I saying any of that is wrong?
- 41:24SPEAKER_02: No, I'm not.
- 41:27SPEAKER_02: I'm saying it's time now that we shift into how we are guided to make our external decisions.
- 41:38SPEAKER_02: And that's where we have to go to the root.
- 41:42SPEAKER_02: How did we get to that place where we say, do what the external world says first, and then everything will be okay.
- 41:51SPEAKER_02: And that starts as a kid.
- 41:53SPEAKER_02: The emotional side, when we are children, we are in constant need as a child, a baby, a six-year-old, an eight-year-old, a 10-year-old, 12-year-old, 20 year old, whatever.
- 42:04SPEAKER_02: You're in constant need initially of external support, love, praise, acknowledgement, and pride, being proud of, because emotionally you're not developed yet.
- 42:17SPEAKER_02: You're not.
- 42:18SPEAKER_02: You're a kid.
- 42:19SPEAKER_02: Kids aren't emotionally, they're not their own resource yet.
- 42:22SPEAKER_02: They're not.
- 42:23SPEAKER_02: So kids to emotionally grow are 100% dependent on their parents for emotional support.
- 42:33SPEAKER_02: Sounds fantastic.
- 42:35SPEAKER_02: The problem is, for most of us, when we were parents, and we were parented by unconscious people, so we then parent our kids unconsciously, then we're just passing on the same wound generation after generation after generation.
- 42:52SPEAKER_02: And what is the wound?
- 42:54SPEAKER_02: Is it, are we doing it on purpose?
- 42:56SPEAKER_02: No.
- 42:57SPEAKER_02: But if you're not consciously aware of how to embrace and empower your offspring, your kids, your family, the community around you, how to empower and embrace their emotional sense of self.
- 43:12SPEAKER_02: Then when they grow up, they've got the vacancy in their heart, and the society says, go get a job, go get a house, go get a career, go get a wife, and you'll be fine.
- 43:20SPEAKER_02: No, you can have a job, a career, a house, and a wife, and still be vacant inside.
- 43:27SPEAKER_02: Well, that whole vacancy is because we were not emotionally nurtured.
- 43:33SPEAKER_02: We weren't, we never learned how to emotionally grow.
- 43:36SPEAKER_02: And that's where the inner child work comes in today.
- 43:40SPEAKER_02: And that whole concept, some of the beliefs, the social beliefs, and I challenge social beliefs all the time.
- 43:49SPEAKER_02: I do.
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 43:50SPEAKER_02: Because the social beliefs of our yesterday don't work anymore in our today's and tomorrow.
- 43:56SPEAKER_02: It doesn't.
- 43:57SPEAKER_02: It just doesn't.
- 43:58SPEAKER_02: It worked in the past, it doesn't work in.
- 44:00SPEAKER_02: The future.
- 44:00SPEAKER_02: Think about it.
- 44:01SPEAKER_02: 200 years ago, social belief was owning a human perfectly fine.
- 44:06SPEAKER_02: Doesn't work.
- 44:07SPEAKER_02: Didn't work then, atrocity now.
- 44:10SPEAKER_02: Well, the same idea happens just in different ways.
- 44:13SPEAKER_02: Years ago, I grew up in a family, literally, big boys do not cry.
- 44:22SPEAKER_02: Period.
- 44:23SPEAKER_02: So every time you said, now what do you do?
- 44:26SPEAKER_02: Nothing.
- 44:27SPEAKER_02: You deny it, you push it down, you stuff it.
- 44:30SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 44:31SPEAKER_02: Because who gave me that belief in this particular example is my dad.
- 44:35SPEAKER_02: What am I trying to do as a kid?
- 44:36SPEAKER_02: I'm trying to please my father.
- 44:38SPEAKER_02: How would I please my father?
- 44:39SPEAKER_02: He says, don't cry, don't cry, pleases him.
- 44:42SPEAKER_02: So think about that.
- 44:45SPEAKER_02: Was he right?
- 44:47SPEAKER_02: No.
- 44:47SPEAKER_02: Was he trying to hurt me?
- 44:48SPEAKER_02: No, he's just unconscious.
- 44:50SPEAKER_02: But his literal social belief was big boys don't cry.
- 44:56SPEAKER_02: What was he trying to do?
- 44:57SPEAKER_02: He's trying to make me tough.
- 44:58SPEAKER_02: He's trying to make me strong, face the world, be fierce.
- 45:01SPEAKER_02: I get it.
- 45:02SPEAKER_02: Did it work?
- 45:03SPEAKER_02: No, it turned me into a rageholic alcoholic, literally.
- 45:07SPEAKER_02: But was that his fault?
- 45:08SPEAKER_02: No, it wasn't.
- 45:10SPEAKER_02: And how do we change it?
- 45:12SPEAKER_02: We're the generation of change.
- 45:14SPEAKER_02: How do I change it?
- 45:15SPEAKER_02: How do I know so much different?
- 45:16SPEAKER_02: Well, I've been in therapy for, I was in therapy for 40, 30 years, literally, healing all of that stuff.
- 45:22SPEAKER_02: So the belief systems, the social belief systems in from the emotional perspective, was never honored.
- 45:30SPEAKER_02: It just wasn't.
- 45:33SPEAKER_02: The whole the belief of little girls are to be seen, not heard.
- 45:37SPEAKER_02: You know, little girls don't get mad.
- 45:39SPEAKER_02: Oh, you're a bad little girl.
- 45:41SPEAKER_02: If you get angry, don't you dare talk back to me.
- 45:45SPEAKER_02: Like, how do you, how dare you have an opinion that's not mine?
- 45:50SPEAKER_02: All those types of beliefs.
- 45:52SPEAKER_02: They were social belief systems that we grew up in as kids.
- 45:56SPEAKER_02: And if you haven't grown beyond it, you're teaching your kids the same thing now.
- 46:01SPEAKER_02: Now, am I suggesting that you allow your kids to take their emotion out any way they want?
- 46:10SPEAKER_02: No, that's not healthy.
- 46:12SPEAKER_02: I'm suggesting that you teach them that emotions are okay from now.
- 46:17SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 46:18SPEAKER_02: Because we want our kids to be different than we were.
- 46:21SPEAKER_02: And then how do we heal the void in us?
- 46:25SPEAKER_02: That's where the dual-hand journaling comes into play.
- 46:28SPEAKER_02: It is.
- 46:29SPEAKER_02: Because so very often, what happens is one of the ways that the external world guides us, and one of the ways that we live and make decisions is that we're still acting out, trying to get approval from our father with the big boys don't cry.
- 46:48SPEAKER_02: The difference is the approval, you're trying to still get an approval from a boss or a partner or somebody at church or somebody that you work with or a buddy that you drink with, or whatever.
- 47:00SPEAKER_02: So you're literally still living today the wounded belief system you were persecuted with as a child.
- 47:11SPEAKER_02: Now, do we think about it being persecuted?
- 47:14SPEAKER_02: No, we didn't even know any different.
- 47:16SPEAKER_02: Most people don't even know.
- 47:18SPEAKER_02: And so, how do what do we do about it?
- 47:21SPEAKER_02: We want to start thinking about and writing down all of the limiting belief systems that your family unit was created around 50 years ago that caused a sense of okayness 50 years ago.
- 47:38SPEAKER_02: Somebody get mad in my house.
- 47:40SPEAKER_02: I don't know what my dad would have done.
- 47:42SPEAKER_02: He wouldn't have tolerated it, that's for sure.
- 47:44SPEAKER_02: And I've said in my book, I literally felt like I took, no, I take my life in my own hands.
- 47:50SPEAKER_02: Again, get my book, filling the void, joemitica.com, please download it.
- 47:54SPEAKER_02: It's for free.
- 47:55SPEAKER_02: And because it'll help you.
- 47:57SPEAKER_02: You literally read it, you read all my stuff.
- 48:00SPEAKER_02: So where you start is you think back on all of the different belief systems that you were taught to, which the ones that are unhealthy are the ones that would deny you.
- 48:15SPEAKER_02: And 95% of them was denying an emotional you.
- 48:20SPEAKER_02: Now, there are a lot of people, most, that if a kid talks back to their parent, in other words, a kid has a belief system different than their parent, they'll get scolded.
- 48:31SPEAKER_02: They might even get spanked.
- 48:33SPEAKER_02: How dare you talk back to me?
- 48:37SPEAKER_02: That there's a fine line there, folks, and you gotta find it.
- 48:41SPEAKER_02: You have to find it because there is a if we do not allow our kids to have belief systems different than ours, then we're creating the same robot that we went to therapist for 20 years to heal.
- 49:00SPEAKER_02: Am I saying let your kid be disrespectful?
- 49:03SPEAKER_02: No.
- 49:04SPEAKER_02: But I am saying it is okay for your kids and people around you to have a different belief than yours.
- 49:11SPEAKER_02: And you do not want to make them wrong because they have a different belief.
- 49:16SPEAKER_02: Now, just because they have a different belief doesn't mean they get their way.
- 49:20SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 49:21SPEAKER_02: Because you're the parent, and you make the decision of what you believe is the most safe and productive thing for the child.
- 49:31SPEAKER_02: And just because they don't get their way doesn't mean that their belief has to be squashed.
- 49:37SPEAKER_02: And I'll give you a perfect example.
- 49:40SPEAKER_02: We've got neighbors around, and there's a neighbor girl who now is grown out, but when she was little, if she talked back, like say no to her parents, she get grounded for a week.
- 49:53SPEAKER_02: And I'm thinking to myself, if they don't let her say no at 6, 7, 9, 12, 14, then what happens when she's in the car with a freshman football player who's got all the hormones raging and wants something other than her conversation, if she doesn't know how to say no, now what happens?
- 50:19SPEAKER_02: She ends up getting herself in a physical situation because is it right or wrong?
- 50:25SPEAKER_02: No.
- 50:26SPEAKER_02: Should the boy be able to be in control?
- 50:28SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 50:29SPEAKER_02: And if a young girl isn't taught how to say no, isn't validated how to say no, isn't supported 100% to say no.
- 50:40SPEAKER_02: A lot of times young girls get themselves in positions where the end result is not what they want.
- 50:46SPEAKER_02: And in this particular, in that particular type of example, that didn't happen to our neighbor friend, but it sure could have.
- 50:53SPEAKER_02: Could you want your kids to have the ability to say no?
- 50:58SPEAKER_02: That does not mean they're going to have the ability to do what they want, but they can say no.
- 51:04SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 51:04SPEAKER_02: Because that's them creating their own sense of autonomy, their own sense of space.
- 51:10SPEAKER_02: They're identifying themselves different than you.
- 51:14SPEAKER_02: And for a lot of you, that's going to be a stretch.
- 51:16SPEAKER_02: It's going to be an absolute stretch.
- 51:18SPEAKER_02: A lot of marriages will agree to disagree, which I love the concept.
- 51:23SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 51:24SPEAKER_02: Because there's two of you.
- 51:26SPEAKER_02: And Johnny might like it hot, and Susie might like it cold, and Freddie might like yellow, and Susie might like orange, and somebody might be whatever, you know?
- 51:38SPEAKER_02: And that's okay.
- 51:39SPEAKER_02: You can love each other, anyways, and disagree.
- 51:41SPEAKER_02: And where arguments come in is not I like red, you like blue, we disagree, let's move on.
- 51:50SPEAKER_02: Where arguments come in is I like red, you like blue, you're wrong for liking blue, you need to like red.
- 51:56SPEAKER_02: I'm not wrong for liking blue is better, you're wrong for liking red, blue, whatever.
- 52:00SPEAKER_02: You know what I'm talking about.
- 52:02SPEAKER_02: And it's in the need to control and change somebody else's mind, is where arguments come into play.
- 52:08SPEAKER_02: And why do we do that?
- 52:09SPEAKER_02: Because we're trying to get approval.
- 52:10SPEAKER_02: Why are we trying to do that?
- 52:11SPEAKER_02: Because as a kid, the only way we get approval from our parents is to do what the heck our parents say.
- 52:17SPEAKER_02: And that's why we grow up vacant inside.
- 52:21SPEAKER_02: Every time 50 years ago, you were not able to express mad, glad, sad, or scared, and that got suppressed inside of you, there's a hurt and there's a wound inside of you.
- 52:31SPEAKER_02: Does that mean it has to dominate your life?
- 52:34SPEAKER_02: No.
- 52:34SPEAKER_02: But does it mean that for most of you it's been dominating your external decisions?
- 52:41SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 52:42SPEAKER_02: And that's the whole idea.
- 52:46SPEAKER_02: How and where, what happened that causes us to have to make decisions because the way the world wants us to see it, the way the world defines us as okay.
- 53:00SPEAKER_02: And where it starts is as a kid.
- 53:02SPEAKER_02: Where it starts literally is we will do what our parents tell us to do, which is the denial of self, the denial of emotion, the denial of empowerment.
- 53:16SPEAKER_02: Big boys don't cry, denial of emotion.
- 53:19SPEAKER_02: Don't you dare get mad at me, denial of self, don't you ever say no to me, denial of empowerment, literally, and then we grow up with that whole emotional capacity not there.
- 53:37SPEAKER_02: And what does that cause?
- 53:38SPEAKER_02: Internal angst.
- 53:39SPEAKER_02: How do we solve it?
- 53:41SPEAKER_02: X seeking external approval by being the good boy, seeking external approval by agreeing, never saying no, seeking external approval or external abundance by producing and creating gratitude.
- 54:01SPEAKER_02: Is there anything wrong literally with any of it?
- 54:04SPEAKER_02: No.
- 54:06SPEAKER_02: Well, then why are we talking about it, Joe?
- 54:08SPEAKER_02: Well, because for a lot of you, it doesn't work anymore.
- 54:11SPEAKER_02: It just doesn't.
- 54:12SPEAKER_02: You're looking at your lives right now and saying, my external world is good, but I've got a hole in my belly.
- 54:17SPEAKER_02: Now what?
- 54:18SPEAKER_02: You know, you've been in therapy for 15 years, five years, 10 years, whatever the it is, and you just can't do it the way you used to do it anymore.
- 54:26SPEAKER_02: Well, the how-to is identify the old beliefs, embrace the old emotions that are stuffed.
- 54:34SPEAKER_02: So we kind of start moving out of and we identify the internal emotion.
- 54:40SPEAKER_02: And then the more we identify our own internal emotion, then our need to take external action steps in the pursuit of approval from somebody outside, it just goes away more and more and more.
- 54:54SPEAKER_02: And it's very, very interesting because there's a lot of people out there that what happens is because they're not taught when there's something uncomfortable to go inside, they then just blame the external world.
- 55:11SPEAKER_02: And then they either cut the external world off or make the external world wrong or make somebody else wrong or try to fix somebody else.
- 55:18SPEAKER_02: But when in reality, the only reason they're trying to fix somebody or make the world wrong or whatever is because they're hurting themselves, because the act of the external world is causing an angst in their inside world.
- 55:32SPEAKER_02: And that's where we want to look at when you're when you get when you see a peaked emotion, when you see a heightened emotion, instead of acting on it, slow down and get with your emotional sense of self.
- 55:45SPEAKER_02: And that's where we literally can move from unconscious acting out of behavior patterns to conscious.
- 55:53SPEAKER_02: And that's the same type of thing.
- 55:55SPEAKER_02: When you catch yourself, when you see yourself taking actions, pursuing the approval of somebody else, whatever it might look like.
- 56:05SPEAKER_02: I bought a new jag and my buddy's got a new Porsche, and I'm trying to impress him with my Jag over his Porsche, whatever the it is.
- 56:12SPEAKER_02: When you start seeing, whenever you have somebody else's name in your decision-making process, that's codependence.
- 56:22SPEAKER_02: That's an outside influence guiding your internal decisions.
- 56:29SPEAKER_02: And the reason you're doing that, hold patterns, and the reason you're living it is you're trying to create an okayness by the external world.
- 56:39SPEAKER_02: So what we want to do is create an okayness in the internal world, and then those external behaviors naturally change.
- 56:47SPEAKER_02: How we can start right now, and part of my belief of all of us, the generation of change, and why are we the generation of change?
- 56:56SPEAKER_02: Because we're already at a different level of consciousness.
- 56:59SPEAKER_02: Some of the stuff I say for a lot of you, it's routine.
- 57:02SPEAKER_02: You already know it, you're living past it forever.
- 57:05SPEAKER_02: Some of you, you're hearing it for the first time.
- 57:08SPEAKER_02: Well, the whole idea we help empower our kids, that's part of the generation of change.
- 57:17SPEAKER_02: We give to our children what our parents did not give to us, that availability because we are more consciously awake, we're more consciously practiced, we're more consciously, we're more consciously spiritually living it already.
- 57:32SPEAKER_02: And one of the techniques to do is start teaching your kids and people around you that are willing that they can hear their own thoughts.
- 57:43SPEAKER_02: Unless the conversation comes up, a youngster doesn't sit back and say, Oh my gosh, I hear my glass, empty voices.
- 57:52SPEAKER_02: No, they don't even know that it is, but as their parent, you can start teaching your kids to hear their own thoughts right now.
- 58:06SPEAKER_02: We did it this is not long ago.
- 58:08SPEAKER_02: My friend, my my son has this amazing young female that's a great friend.
- 58:14SPEAKER_02: Now, this is a genius woman.
- 58:17SPEAKER_02: She's I don't want to call her kid, she ain't she's 18.
- 58:21SPEAKER_02: Everybody, anybody under 40 is a kid to me, just so you know.
- 58:24SPEAKER_02: But her dominant language, her primary language is Spanish.
- 58:29SPEAKER_02: She's never gotten to be in her entire life.
- 58:31SPEAKER_02: Complete genius.
- 58:33SPEAKER_02: And my son asked her, he said, so when you're reading something, do you read it in English, interpret it in Spanish, and then put it back out there?
- 58:44SPEAKER_02: And the first time he asked her the question, no one had ever asked her that question.
- 58:48SPEAKER_02: She didn't know.
- 58:49SPEAKER_02: So, you know, he didn't change it, went on, whatever.
- 58:52SPEAKER_02: Well, now she has a consciousness because the question was asked, and she said, you know what?
- 59:00SPEAKER_02: I took a test, she got like a 1580 on the SAT or something.
- 59:04SPEAKER_02: And she said, The only reason I got I missed a couple, she got uh 800 in math, she missed a little in the English part because it was in English.
- 59:13SPEAKER_02: If it had been in Spanish, she'd have aced both of them.
- 59:15SPEAKER_02: She's that kind of genius.
- 59:17SPEAKER_02: And she said, it was in the interpretation.
- 59:20SPEAKER_02: I'm reading it, right?
- 59:22SPEAKER_02: And then I have to put it in Spanish in my head, and then I have to interpret the Spanish and then put it back out in English.
- 59:28SPEAKER_02: She said, and she's now aware of the process that it goes on in her own brain.
- 59:33SPEAKER_02: Before she just intuitively did it, never even knew, didn't no one asked, no one thought.
- 59:37SPEAKER_02: Well, you can do that with your own kids right now, literally, right now, tomorrow morning.
- 59:42SPEAKER_02: Ask them what they're thinking.
- 59:45SPEAKER_02: Ask them.
- 59:46SPEAKER_02: And they're gonna say, Well, I don't know.
- 59:48SPEAKER_02: And then you say, Well, you've got a test coming up, right?
- 59:52SPEAKER_02: What are your thoughts about the test?
- 59:54SPEAKER_02: What are you thinking about the test?
- 59:56SPEAKER_02: And then whatever they say, honor it.
- 59:59SPEAKER_02: Doesn't mean whatever it is.
- 1:00:00SPEAKER_02: You get them thinking about their own thoughts.
- 1:00:03SPEAKER_02: The other thing you can do right now, I do it, I've done it with my kids their entire lives.
- 1:00:08SPEAKER_02: You can teach them that their gifts are of God, their literal gifts, their abilities, their ability to add one plus one is a God-given gift.
- 1:00:22SPEAKER_02: You can teach your children that there is a higher presence.
- 1:00:27SPEAKER_02: They are a spiritual being, and they might think you're wacky, they're gonna think you're crazy, whatever.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_02: I don't care what they think, quite honestly.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_02: I care that you start the dialogue with them now.
- 1:00:38SPEAKER_02: And does this have anything to do with religion?
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_02: No, not at all.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_02: You can teach your kids that Jesus, you're following Jesus, the the teachings of Jesus, or the consciousness of Jesus is inside of you.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_02: How do you do it?
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_02: How do you truly follow what Jesus wants you to follow?
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_02: Well, that voice is in you too.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_02: You can teach your kids that.
- 1:01:01SPEAKER_02: You can also teach your kids that their instinct, their gut instinct, is something to be aware of.
- 1:01:10SPEAKER_02: If something feels uncomfortable, be aware of the uncomfortable feeling.
- 1:01:17SPEAKER_02: Don't deny it, don't dismiss it, don't act like it's not there.
- 1:01:22SPEAKER_02: And most kids deny, dismiss, and act like it's not there because there's never been conscious conversation around it in the first place.
- 1:01:30SPEAKER_02: So at the dinner table, at the at breakfast or whatever, especially you listeners out here that have young females in your world, their bellies are open.
- 1:01:42SPEAKER_02: Their gut instinct is already in them.
- 1:01:46SPEAKER_02: And for a lot of them, it's there and they don't know it.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_02: They're just not aware of it.
- 1:01:51SPEAKER_02: You can start that conversation right now.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 1:01:55SPEAKER_02: Because the more you bring their awareness that it's in them, as they get older, then they learn to follow it.
- 1:02:04SPEAKER_02: I've used this example before.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_02: My oldest son, he always has an arm guard on.
- 1:02:08SPEAKER_02: A couple two or three years ago, he goes out there.
- 1:02:11SPEAKER_02: I see no arm guard.
- 1:02:12SPEAKER_02: He got rushed on his elbow.
- 1:02:14SPEAKER_02: And he gets plucked right on the elbow, 90 mile an hour fastball, right on that spot where he would have had an arm guard.
- 1:02:21SPEAKER_02: And I said to him later, because it hurt.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_02: He never hurt.
- 1:02:25SPEAKER_02: And he muscled through it.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_02: And I said, Why no arm guard?
- 1:02:30SPEAKER_02: He says, Well, I got rushed.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_02: He said, and he said it to me.
- 1:02:35SPEAKER_02: I heard a part tell me I should go put it on, but I ignored it.
- 1:02:38SPEAKER_02: And I said to him, I said, Well, you know, in the future, you probably don't want to ignore that voice.
- 1:02:43SPEAKER_02: Everybody will wait.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_02: The 23 seconds it would have taken him to put the arm guard on.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_02: And I'm not saying you have to have extreme experiences, but bring your bring the people around you the awareness of their gut instincts because it's in them.
- 1:03:01SPEAKER_02: And they just need someone to talk with it about.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_02: How are we, the generation of change?
- 1:03:07SPEAKER_02: Just doing those two things, helping young people know that they can hear their thoughts, you awaken them much earlier.
- 1:03:17SPEAKER_02: Unconscious, we don't know we can hear our thoughts.
- 1:03:20SPEAKER_02: Conscious, we know we can hear our thoughts.
- 1:03:22SPEAKER_02: When did you do it for the first time?
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_02: Know the date, know the era of time, and then measure it.
- 1:03:28SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 1:03:29SPEAKER_02: Because when you can sit brushing your teeth and you say, you know what, this is 2026, and I had my first conscious thought in my high school prom uh in 1994, you do the math.
- 1:03:43SPEAKER_02: That puts you on a conscious path for 32 years, unconscious, conscious.
- 1:03:49SPEAKER_02: And you know what?
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_02: The more we do that, the more we become consciously aware of how aware we are personally, each one of us, it raises the vibration all the way around.
- 1:04:00SPEAKER_02: You have the ability to teach your youth and people around you just those general ideas, and then you start their process much earlier than yours, typically.
- 1:04:14SPEAKER_02: And that's a really, really powerful thing.
- 1:04:18SPEAKER_02: The whole concept also of the right brain, left brain, right brain is the creative side of self, left brain is the analytical side of self.
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_02: More and more and more and more people are coming into this world with more of a right-brained approach.
- 1:04:37SPEAKER_02: And the challenge with that is that most school systems, it's there's just too many kids.
- 1:04:44SPEAKER_02: There's just too many.
- 1:04:45SPEAKER_02: This isn't a judgment at all, not a shaming at all.
- 1:04:49SPEAKER_02: But a lot of school systems are not designed around for to educate for the right brained person.
- 1:04:58SPEAKER_02: And no, you're not stupid, you're not dumb, you're none of that stuff.
- 1:05:02SPEAKER_02: Your brain works different.
- 1:05:05SPEAKER_02: If you're the person on this call right now, and what are on this episode right now, if you're the person and somebody asks you to add six plus nine plus four, if that takes you longer than four seconds, you're probably right brained.
- 1:05:21SPEAKER_02: Does that make it wrong?
- 1:05:23SPEAKER_02: No.
- 1:05:23SPEAKER_02: But what I want you to understand, for a lot of adults right here on this podcast, a lot of you are right brained.
- 1:05:32SPEAKER_02: And a lot of you have had a challenge your entire adult life, adding numbers or processing things fast or interpreting information quickly.
- 1:05:41SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 1:05:42SPEAKER_02: Because the right brain functions differently.
- 1:05:45SPEAKER_02: For the right brain human, one plus one plus one a lot of times is a triangle, not three.
- 1:05:52SPEAKER_02: Now, for the left brain human that has the mental capacity to add, one plus one plus one is three.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_02: My oldest memorized the presidents, George Washington, John Adams, all the way through to whoever the president was at the time when he was 10.
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_02: In two days, my youngest, who's extremely right-brained, one plus one plus one plus one equals two, Ryan.
- 1:06:18SPEAKER_02: One plus one equals two.
- 1:06:20SPEAKER_02: He would repeat.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_02: Blank.
- 1:06:28SPEAKER_02: You see his eyes looking.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_02: The answer wasn't in his head yet in a third grade.
- 1:06:35SPEAKER_02: It wasn't.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_02: So we did all sorts of things to educate his brain, which learns different than a left brain person.
- 1:06:46SPEAKER_02: Now, my youngest, who's an absolute modern-day Mozart, he sees patterns, he can play anything on the piano he wants.
- 1:06:55SPEAKER_02: His capacity to remember, because we took the time when he was young to educate him from a right brain perspective is really, really powerful.
- 1:07:06SPEAKER_02: I wish, I don't, I wish right now I could give you a website to go to if you've got right brain kids, because they are going to learn differently than your left brain kids.
- 1:07:18SPEAKER_02: And if most of us, you know, our kids have to be in public school, the public school, they just do it differently.
- 1:07:25SPEAKER_02: Public school is more about memorization.
- 1:07:27SPEAKER_02: And the right brain kid has a challenging time memorizing.
- 1:07:30SPEAKER_02: They just do.
- 1:07:31SPEAKER_02: Not because there's anything wrong with them, their brain works differently.
- 1:07:36SPEAKER_02: And quite honestly, that's why my kids have been homeschooled here at the house since my oldest, my youngest was in the third grade.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_02: He's in the ninth grade now.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_02: And it worked.
- 1:07:47SPEAKER_02: Ryan has to read things out loud.
- 1:07:49SPEAKER_02: He always did.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_02: Couldn't do that in the middle of a classroom.
- 1:07:52SPEAKER_02: Couldn't.
- 1:07:53SPEAKER_02: So I bring that up because a lot of you on this podcast, you yourself, you're playing cards and you got three cards, and you got a nine, you got a jack, and you got a four.
- 1:08:05SPEAKER_02: And it takes you a while to add those numbers.
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_02: You want to count them on your fingers.
- 1:08:08SPEAKER_02: Anything wrong with it?
- 1:08:09unknown: No.
- 1:08:10SPEAKER_02: But I want you to understand the right brain and the right brain person, that right brain learner, the right brain is also connected to the feminine side of self.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_02: And the feminine side of self is the part of self that's opening up to humanity in a huge way.
- 1:08:27SPEAKER_02: So right brain people are also deeply compassionate, deeply loving, typically very kind, very spiritual, truly.
- 1:08:37SPEAKER_02: You might have a challenge adding three numbers at the same time, but your ability to empathize and have compassion is off the charts.
- 1:08:44SPEAKER_02: Well, if you're that person and you have people in your life who are those people, know that there are learning systems out there, and it's going to be happening more and more, where the right-brained learner has to be taught differently than most school systems, than most school systems have the ability to teach.
- 1:09:06SPEAKER_02: I talked about there are guidance systems, and I'm going to briefly go through them.
- 1:09:11SPEAKER_02: The next couple of podcasts, I'm going to talk about them in length, and then I want to tell you so my this how it fits so perfect, confusing.
- 1:09:20SPEAKER_02: So the whole idea of being guided outside in is the unconscious world, literally.
- 1:09:30SPEAKER_02: The unconscious world, the entire pursuit of okayness is based on the belief of if I accomplish outside, I'll feel better inside.
- 1:09:42SPEAKER_02: The unconscious world is the world that says that they don't even know they can hear their own thoughts.
- 1:09:47SPEAKER_02: The unconscious world is a world that's kind of you live in absolute repeat patterns.
- 1:09:54SPEAKER_02: Most of your pleasures are based on addiction, satiation, and that's just where people are.
- 1:10:01SPEAKER_02: Everybody on this podcast knows dozens of people.
- 1:10:05SPEAKER_02: They see it every day, and that's just where they are.
- 1:10:07SPEAKER_02: Good or bad?
- 1:10:08SPEAKER_02: No, just the facts.
- 1:10:10SPEAKER_02: The next phase is where you go from completely unconscious to conscious, and conscious means you can hear your own thoughts.
- 1:10:19SPEAKER_02: My first true, my second true conscious thought was the police officers are not trying to get me to stop drinking.
- 1:10:29SPEAKER_02: They're trying to get me to stop drinking and driving.
- 1:10:33SPEAKER_02: It's 40 years ago, literally, 20, uh, 30 years ago.
- 1:10:37SPEAKER_02: And from that position, I started to be able to hear my own thoughts.
- 1:10:43SPEAKER_02: And that's way back when the whole positive affirmation concept was like fantastic, because I'd hear all these crazy thoughts and I wanted to fix them.
- 1:10:51SPEAKER_02: Because the next phase after going from conscious to unconscious, I mean from unconscious to conscious, and then you start that the voices you hear are going to be glass empty voices.
- 1:11:03SPEAKER_02: They're going to be fear-based, hate-based, hurt-based voices, voices that are always pursuing and making decisions based on afraid of not getting what you want or afraid of losing what you have.
- 1:11:14SPEAKER_02: Hear what I said.
- 1:11:15SPEAKER_02: When you're living from the guidance system of your fear, 99% of your decisions are based on the fear of not getting what you want or the fear of losing what you have.
- 1:11:27SPEAKER_02: And that's kind of that position.
- 1:11:30SPEAKER_02: You can hear them, so you're not unconscious.
- 1:11:34SPEAKER_02: And it's more than just hearing thoughts.
- 1:11:36SPEAKER_02: Now you start hearing phrases and you start associating emotion with the phrases.
- 1:11:43SPEAKER_02: That's kind of the next level.
- 1:11:45SPEAKER_02: That's kind of the next position.
- 1:11:47SPEAKER_02: Well, after that, then we start healing a little bit, and we want to start moving from fear-based voices guiding us to our glass empty voices to glass full.
- 1:11:59SPEAKER_02: How do we do that?
- 1:12:00SPEAKER_02: We write down the glass empty voices, which is called a first step, bullet point, bullet point, and again get the book at um joemitiga.com because I go through, I have hundreds of them.
- 1:12:13SPEAKER_02: And in the book, I've got, I don't know, 50.
- 1:12:16SPEAKER_02: And why do I say it?
- 1:12:18SPEAKER_02: Because as you read my voices, you're gonna say, oh my God, I have that one, I have that one, I have that one, I have that one.
- 1:12:22SPEAKER_02: It just helps.
- 1:12:23SPEAKER_02: And write them down yourself.
- 1:12:25SPEAKER_02: And then we go from glass empty, and then why do we want to shift from glass empty voices to glass full voices?
- 1:12:33SPEAKER_02: Because our glass empty voices is hurt guiding us.
- 1:12:36SPEAKER_02: Glass full voices are which are gonna be more inclusive, if you will.
- 1:12:41SPEAKER_02: More glass empty voices are gonna be all or nothing, red or black or white, where an all-inclusive voice, which is gonna be more of a higher you, a different you, a grander you, a more okay you, it's gonna be more of an inclusive voice.
- 1:12:57SPEAKER_02: It's gonna sound like, well, maybe we can go on a trip, or maybe we're gonna get this new job, or maybe we can make more money, or the maybes, the possibilities, and that's the glassful voice.
- 1:13:10SPEAKER_02: Well, eventually with the glassful voices, a guidance system that comes into play is emotion.
- 1:13:17SPEAKER_02: And we say, if it feels right emotionally, then it's right.
- 1:13:24SPEAKER_02: It's a great place.
- 1:13:26SPEAKER_02: It's much better than being completely unconscious, and it's much better than being guided by your glass empty voices.
- 1:13:33SPEAKER_02: But your emotional guidance system is the most fragile, unpredictable, set you up for challenge that there is.
- 1:13:42SPEAKER_02: Is it better than the others?
- 1:13:44SPEAKER_02: Better meaning, is it a higher vibrational you in pursuit?
- 1:13:50SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 1:13:52SPEAKER_02: And I have an amazing story that happened to me literally 25 years ago, where I was truly following my feelings, and I followed them right into a brick wall.
- 1:14:04SPEAKER_02: And I'll tell that story when I do that later.
- 1:14:07SPEAKER_02: The next place after that is we get into discernment.
- 1:14:11SPEAKER_02: And from a place of discernment, what beyond emotion, and then we discern the possibilities of okayness.
- 1:14:21SPEAKER_02: We discern the possibilities of result and possibility, and there's not a whole lot of time associated with it, and it's more discernment than emotion.
- 1:14:35SPEAKER_02: And all of that, when you get to discernment, discernment of decision-making process removes emotion.
- 1:14:44SPEAKER_02: When you make the decision based on discernment, there's going to be an afforable emotion, andor the emotion because you might discern it's not the right time to go on a trip.
- 1:14:56SPEAKER_02: So because of the facts of you don't have enough money and blah, blah, blah, whatever it is.
- 1:15:04SPEAKER_02: So there's going to be emotional consequence to your discernment, but the emotion isn't what's making the decision.
- 1:15:11SPEAKER_02: Discernment is.
- 1:15:12SPEAKER_02: And when we get to discernment, that is the that is the most stable and self-loving because it brings in all possibilities.
- 1:15:24SPEAKER_02: And we discern the pros, we discern the cons, we talk it through, we allow time to be part of the creation of the decision.
- 1:15:31SPEAKER_02: And once we discern and make a decision, then there's going to be emotional consequence.
- 1:15:38SPEAKER_02: Highs, lows, greats, not anger, fear, mad glad, sad, or scared somewhere, somehow.
- 1:15:44SPEAKER_02: All of that is all part of the human development.
- 1:15:48SPEAKER_02: Unconscious to conscious, conscious voices to glass, conscious, being able to hear your thoughts, being conscious, then being aware that your glass empty voices are guiding you, going from glass empty voices guiding you to glass full voices guiding you.
- 1:16:05SPEAKER_02: Then from glass full voices guiding you, you go to does it feel right?
- 1:16:09SPEAKER_02: We start bringing in emotion, again, all human.
- 1:16:12SPEAKER_02: Then we transcend emotion, we go to discernment.
- 1:16:15SPEAKER_02: And I thought that was the end point.
- 1:16:20SPEAKER_02: It's not, that's the launch.
- 1:16:22SPEAKER_02: Because what's the next place?
- 1:16:24SPEAKER_02: It's called following your knowings.
- 1:16:26SPEAKER_02: And a knowing is not of your humanity, a knowing is of your divinity.
- 1:16:32SPEAKER_02: And I'm not going to talk more much about that now.
- 1:16:35SPEAKER_02: In future podcasts, I'm going to go through each one of those things and give stories and experiences of just the guidance system development in consciousness, how we do it.
- 1:16:45SPEAKER_02: And from a place of knowings, emotion is removed, humanity is removed, quite honestly, literally, because your knowings are of your divinity.
- 1:16:54SPEAKER_02: Now, your divinity can have the knowing, it's so your humanity that has to take the action step.
- 1:16:59SPEAKER_02: That's where the communion comes in.
- 1:17:02SPEAKER_02: But when you're following your knowings, emotions are not part of the equation.
- 1:17:07SPEAKER_02: And that whole experience of following your knowings, as you get practiced with it, it's cool.
- 1:17:13SPEAKER_02: It's a great feeling.
- 1:17:14SPEAKER_02: It really is.
- 1:17:16SPEAKER_02: Now, does it satiate your humanity?
- 1:17:19SPEAKER_02: Sometimes.
- 1:17:21SPEAKER_02: A lot of times, no, it doesn't.
- 1:17:22SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 1:17:23SPEAKER_02: Because your divinity isn't here to satiate your humanity.
- 1:17:26SPEAKER_02: Your divinity is here to bring your humanity's perspective equal to your divinity so you can live as one truly.
- 1:17:36SPEAKER_02: Where humanity is always trying to pursue an action step that satiates itself.
- 1:17:42SPEAKER_02: Is that a bad thing?
- 1:17:43SPEAKER_02: No.
- 1:17:44SPEAKER_02: But it's a limiting thing, just is.
- 1:17:49SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 1:17:50SPEAKER_02: Because it's self-satiating self.
- 1:17:53SPEAKER_02: And a lot of times, you know, gratitude, and that's not arrogant or ego, but it is human.
- 1:18:00SPEAKER_02: When you shift out of your human being guided, and you move into knowings, your knowings are of your divinity, and your knowings are clearer, they're stronger, they're they have more of a foundation to them.
- 1:18:13SPEAKER_02: And then learning how to follow it is learning how to live from faith.
- 1:18:18SPEAKER_02: And that's easy as long as what you believe you're knowing is the direction you're knowing is taking you, as long as it just keeps unfolding.
- 1:18:29SPEAKER_02: And that's where this past week the Wii podcast started November the 11th, I think, 2025.
- 1:18:37SPEAKER_02: So we're right now 11 months old.
- 1:18:39SPEAKER_02: Well, it has exploded.
- 1:18:42SPEAKER_02: Because of all of you, the Wii Podcast has exploded.
- 1:18:45SPEAKER_02: And as I'm watching it explode, how do I know it explodes?
- 1:18:48SPEAKER_02: I see the numbers periodically, but I see rankings.
- 1:18:52SPEAKER_02: And you know, four million active podcasts when the Wii podcast with no not one characteristic of every, unlike every other podcast that's on the top chart, every other podcast had a massive amount of money, a massive amount of support, a massive amount of business behind, a massive amount of people behind.
- 1:19:21SPEAKER_02: The We Podcast was a man in a microphone.
- 1:19:24SPEAKER_02: That's why the story is so unique.
- 1:19:26SPEAKER_02: And because of all of you, the Wii Podcast ranks in the top 200.
- 1:19:32SPEAKER_02: And for two months, three months, it was in the top 50, reached up to the 34th ranking of four million websites.
- 1:19:42SPEAKER_02: So, why do I say all that?
- 1:19:43SPEAKER_02: Because my knowing of my higher purpose and a grander me of healing humanity by mirroring back consciousness and sharing people, how did I become one with a power greater than myself?
- 1:19:57SPEAKER_02: It wasn't by pursuit of a relationship with God, it was by healing the depths of my emotions.
- 1:20:03SPEAKER_02: Every time I healed deeper, my awakening of a grander me became the consequence.
- 1:20:10SPEAKER_02: And it all kind of clicked together over these past four or five years.
- 1:20:14SPEAKER_02: And that all fits because the emotional side or the female side of self is emotion and spirit.
- 1:20:21SPEAKER_02: Well, following, following, following, right?
- 1:20:24SPEAKER_02: And the knowing is being represented by the rankings, by the numbers, by all of you that I'm on the path.
- 1:20:32SPEAKER_02: Because we're talking now, because the man has to make the decision.
- 1:20:36SPEAKER_02: The man is the one following my knowings, following a grander me.
- 1:20:42SPEAKER_02: And again, it's easy when you see the result.
- 1:20:47SPEAKER_02: Well, October the 5th, the Wii podcast for three, two and a half months was in the top charts, went from the top charts to gone, out of the top charts.
- 1:21:01SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, like, what happened?
- 1:21:04SPEAKER_02: I just didn't know, right?
- 1:21:05SPEAKER_02: And then the top the Wii podcast was the number three ranked podcast in education.
- 1:21:11SPEAKER_02: And for the two or three days in a row, it went from three to 27 to 50.
- 1:21:16SPEAKER_02: I'm literally watching it go down and then eventually off the education charts.
- 1:21:22SPEAKER_02: And I say all of this because my humanity, the man, I say it all the time.
- 1:21:27SPEAKER_02: There's a man here, my divinity speaking, but there's a man here talking.
- 1:21:33SPEAKER_02: It was giving the human man in me comfort to see that I'm following and knowing and doing what I'm being guided to do.
- 1:21:42SPEAKER_02: But there was still for my humanity, it brought me comfort and celebration to see the rankings because it was something my humanity could put my hands on.
- 1:21:51SPEAKER_02: I could see it.
- 1:21:52SPEAKER_02: It was a physical thing.
- 1:21:54SPEAKER_02: And when it was just removed out of nowhere, it's all computer, right?
- 1:21:58SPEAKER_02: I don't know how the heck I got there.
- 1:22:00SPEAKER_02: And then it's just removed.
- 1:22:02SPEAKER_02: I went through a four-day period of time where disappointed emotions, of course, confused, like what happened?
- 1:22:11SPEAKER_02: And then because I just don't know this world, I thought, like, did I do something?
- 1:22:16SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 1:22:17SPEAKER_02: I didn't know at all.
- 1:22:20SPEAKER_02: And what I found over that four-day period of time, the first day, there was a lot of emotion.
- 1:22:26SPEAKER_02: And then eventually the emotions away.
- 1:22:28SPEAKER_02: So I'm in my sacred silence, which five, six hours a day.
- 1:22:33SPEAKER_02: Remember, everybody, do your five minutes, work up to an hour.
- 1:22:37SPEAKER_02: Why?
- 1:22:38SPEAKER_02: Because you want to get guided by a power greater, you'll find it in your silence, the soft voice in your silence.
- 1:22:43SPEAKER_02: I'm still doing five or six hours every day, and about probably 7,000 pieces into a 40,000-piece puzzle.
- 1:22:51SPEAKER_02: I do puzzles in my silence.
- 1:22:54SPEAKER_02: Well, it was after that first day, and I wrote my voices that I realized that I had to go deeper in me to find the faith that I'm still okay.
- 1:23:06SPEAKER_02: I'm on the path.
- 1:23:08SPEAKER_02: There was a silence because there wasn't external stimulus with the rankings gone.
- 1:23:15SPEAKER_02: And for a four-day period of time, I'm in this complete state of blankness, not questioning whether I'm right or wrong, but simply not knowing.
- 1:23:30SPEAKER_02: And in the not knowing, I was able to identify, and I felt a surrender in me saying, I don't have to know, because it's all in God's hands.
- 1:23:45SPEAKER_02: And just because I don't see the we podcast on the Apple charts doesn't mean it's not in God's hands.
- 1:23:52SPEAKER_02: And after about that three days, and believe me, it's uncomfortable.
- 1:23:56SPEAKER_02: It is easy to have faith when everything internal and external is the same.
- 1:24:01SPEAKER_02: But the external has was such a heightened uniqueness.
- 1:24:07SPEAKER_02: And my goal of helping 100 million people is unique.
- 1:24:11SPEAKER_02: Well, when the visual was away and there wasn't external stimulus of celebration, which is me with me, and a three-day, four-day place of just deep silence with no guidance, with no take this action, take that action, just silence.
- 1:24:32SPEAKER_02: And in that silence, there was a part of me that went from concern, the human in me that went to concern that said, I'm good.
- 1:24:42SPEAKER_02: This is a God thing.
- 1:24:44SPEAKER_02: This is not a Joe thing.
- 1:24:45SPEAKER_02: God's, I don't know how it's going to end up.
- 1:24:48SPEAKER_02: I don't know if I'll ever be on the charts again, an apple.
- 1:24:50SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 1:24:51SPEAKER_02: I just don't know.
- 1:24:52SPEAKER_02: And and I don't see numbers, so I don't know.
- 1:24:55SPEAKER_02: I didn't have any external validation, but I just felt this okayenness come over me because I and I felt myself having to go into a deeper place of faith that there's a God and it's not Joe.
- 1:25:09SPEAKER_02: And I don't know why this was happening.
- 1:25:11SPEAKER_02: And that happened.
- 1:25:12SPEAKER_02: The very next day, I wake up and I get this inspiration to start pursuing, and I've been feeling this for a while.
- 1:25:21SPEAKER_02: It's time for me to come out from behind the microphone and get on stages.
- 1:25:26SPEAKER_02: It's time for me to come meet every one of you face to face, shake your hands, hug your necks, look eye to eye, become friends with all of you to get out there on stages.
- 1:25:36SPEAKER_02: And so that was a guidance system, and I've started that process.
- 1:25:41SPEAKER_02: And then about four days in, the part of me says, you know, you're the top trending podcast on Spotify.
- 1:25:50SPEAKER_02: And I was like, Oh.
- 1:25:53SPEAKER_02: And why is that important?
- 1:25:55SPEAKER_02: I keep talking about the rankings as if the rankings have something to do with me.
- 1:25:58SPEAKER_02: Nada.
- 1:25:59SPEAKER_02: The rankings mean all of there's just more and more of us listening.
- 1:26:03SPEAKER_02: And the more I'm putting it out there and the more people are listening, there's just a grander sense.
- 1:26:08SPEAKER_02: And I was like, oh, well, that's change.
- 1:26:13SPEAKER_02: For 11 months, my focus was Apple.
- 1:26:17SPEAKER_02: In that four-day period of blankness, then I saw Spotify.
- 1:26:21SPEAKER_02: I didn't even notice how Spotify was two months ago.
- 1:26:25SPEAKER_02: And I hear that there's more people on Spotify than Apple, which is fabulous.
- 1:26:29SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 1:26:29SPEAKER_02: I just don't know.
- 1:26:31SPEAKER_02: But that change from one focus of celebration to the other, it takes time.
- 1:26:38SPEAKER_02: In the gap between an old familiar and a new familiar, even though it's wonderful.
- 1:26:45SPEAKER_02: And that's where I realized that your external accomplishments have zero to do with your internal guidance.
- 1:26:55SPEAKER_02: Nothing.
- 1:26:56SPEAKER_02: It's the other way around.
- 1:26:58SPEAKER_02: And in those four days, five days, my internal guidance was silent.
- 1:27:03SPEAKER_02: The old celebratory experience was blank in zero.
- 1:27:09SPEAKER_02: So deep loss in the zero, in the not there anymore, the emotion I had to go through.
- 1:27:15SPEAKER_02: And then as the new awareness of Spotify came up, that felt good, but it didn't, it was a difference because there's change, both amazing, both extraordinary, all of it because of all of you, all of it because of what we're doing together here.
- 1:27:32SPEAKER_02: None of it, Joe.
- 1:27:33SPEAKER_02: But I just want to explain the differences because you can be having something go on in your life and get a great new job and feel deeply sad because you're losing the old job.
- 1:27:46SPEAKER_02: And the great new job might be$400,000 a year, and the old job was only$150,000.
- 1:27:51SPEAKER_02: And the world, so you should be happy, but you're not because you're sad of losing the old job.
- 1:27:58SPEAKER_02: Yes, that's the huge.
- 1:28:00SPEAKER_02: Human emotional experience with the whole thing.
- 1:28:03SPEAKER_02: And that experience of change, it doesn't matter when even when you go from grand to grandeur, which in this case is a I'm describing a grand to grandeur experience, there was still loss, there was still emotion, there was still void.
- 1:28:24SPEAKER_02: And that's why it was still confusing.
- 1:28:26SPEAKER_02: That's why when I say why life can feel so confusing, it fit me so perfectly this past week.
- 1:28:34SPEAKER_02: And I'm wise enough to know, even though I'm so blessed, and the Wii Podcast is blessed to have a massive audience going on in Spotify, it did not negate the confusion of the other stuff.
- 1:28:48SPEAKER_02: And that's the point here.
- 1:28:50SPEAKER_02: As your world changes, as your world shifts, as your world becomes grander, just because your world becomes grander because you're following a grander you doesn't mean there's going to be immediate clarity, doesn't mean there's going to be immediate wonderment.
- 1:29:05SPEAKER_02: That doesn't mean there's not going to be loss and sadness and fear.
- 1:29:08SPEAKER_02: It means you're going to have all of it.
- 1:29:12SPEAKER_02: Literally all of it.
- 1:29:13SPEAKER_02: And is that a bad thing?
- 1:29:14SPEAKER_02: No.
- 1:29:15SPEAKER_02: I just want you to be aware of as you spiritually are growing, there's emotional consequences.
- 1:29:21SPEAKER_02: And those emotional consequences, they're uncomfortable.
- 1:29:24SPEAKER_02: Bottom line, they're uncomfortable.
- 1:29:27SPEAKER_02: And in this particular experience, that's what I literally just went through.
- 1:29:31SPEAKER_02: And this morning, out of nowhere, poofo, the Wii podcast back on education charts.
- 1:29:40SPEAKER_02: And it goes like it's 157 out of 200.
- 1:29:44SPEAKER_02: And then two hours later, 72, two hours later after that, this is all yesterday.
- 1:29:49SPEAKER_02: And then I wake up this morning, we podcast, number four back in education, right where it left from.
- 1:29:55SPEAKER_02: And then about midday, poofo.
- 1:29:58SPEAKER_02: We podcast ranked 185 on top charts.
- 1:30:02SPEAKER_02: And right now, 120, 121 on top charts.
- 1:30:06SPEAKER_02: So literally, why did all that have to happen?
- 1:30:10SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 1:30:11SPEAKER_02: What actually happened?
- 1:30:12SPEAKER_02: Clueless.
- 1:30:13SPEAKER_02: What does Apple do?
- 1:30:14SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 1:30:15SPEAKER_02: Apple has a Apple's techno.
- 1:30:16SPEAKER_02: I don't have any idea what Apple's doing, but what did it do for Joe?
- 1:30:21SPEAKER_02: In a place of silence, there was a codependence in Joe that was using a visual of a ranking to cause me pleasure.
- 1:30:33SPEAKER_02: Period.
- 1:30:33SPEAKER_02: That's what it was.
- 1:30:35SPEAKER_02: And when that was removed, I felt loss.
- 1:30:38SPEAKER_02: Did I think that all of y'all stopped listening?
- 1:30:40SPEAKER_02: No, I knew for a fact everybody was still listening.
- 1:30:43SPEAKER_02: It was my own codependence.
- 1:30:44SPEAKER_02: It was my own using of an external visual, in this case, a ranking, and looking and seeing that ranking caused me pleasure.
- 1:30:54SPEAKER_02: It just did.
- 1:30:55SPEAKER_02: It feels freaking good to see it.
- 1:30:58SPEAKER_02: And the underlying reason it feels so good for Joe is because it just means more and more of us are doing it, more and more of us are healing.
- 1:31:06SPEAKER_02: And that's all part of my higher purpose.
- 1:31:09SPEAKER_02: But there was a human part of me that when it was gone, I was deeply disappointed.
- 1:31:14SPEAKER_02: Did I push the disappointment away?
- 1:31:16SPEAKER_02: No.
- 1:31:17SPEAKER_02: Did I make the disappointment wrong?
- 1:31:18SPEAKER_02: No.
- 1:31:19SPEAKER_02: Did I write out the voices of the disappointment?
- 1:31:21SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 1:31:22SPEAKER_02: The exact things I share with each of you, they're going to have things in your life you're going to be disappointed about.
- 1:31:28SPEAKER_02: Write the voices down and feel the feelings.
- 1:31:30SPEAKER_02: Just write them down and feel the feelings.
- 1:31:33SPEAKER_02: And unlike what might be a human belief system that says, well, when I go more spiritual, everything's going to be grander.
- 1:31:42SPEAKER_02: No.
- 1:31:44SPEAKER_02: There's the gap between old spiritual and new spiritual, there's a gap.
- 1:31:49SPEAKER_02: And in that gap, there's a human experience.
- 1:31:51SPEAKER_02: And in that human experience, there's all sorts of emotions.
- 1:31:54SPEAKER_02: What are they going to be?
- 1:31:55SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 1:31:56SPEAKER_02: Don't know.
- 1:31:57SPEAKER_02: A lot of times it's lost because it's this the shedding of the skin, the snake, shedding of the skin.
- 1:32:03SPEAKER_02: And on the other side, and you start filling in the new place of grandness.
- 1:32:09SPEAKER_02: Is it all grander?
- 1:32:11SPEAKER_02: Yes, it is.
- 1:32:12SPEAKER_02: So literally, where do I sit today?
- 1:32:14SPEAKER_02: Where do I, the human, the man, sit here today?
- 1:32:17SPEAKER_02: Very grateful.
- 1:32:18SPEAKER_02: Because I experienced and found the capacity to have a deeper sense of faith in a very deep, dark, no guidance, completely silent place, four days of complete silence.
- 1:32:34SPEAKER_02: And I mean silence, external and internal.
- 1:32:37SPEAKER_02: And comes out the other side, and here we are.
- 1:32:40SPEAKER_02: So for all of us, we're growing, the process of growing.
- 1:32:46SPEAKER_02: And I want you to understand that some of you are just waking up to the idea of I've lived my whole life doing this, and I've just outgrown it.
- 1:32:56SPEAKER_02: And that's a confusing thing.
- 1:32:59SPEAKER_02: Understand whatever you've done your whole life, just because you've outgrown it, doesn't make any of it wrong.
- 1:33:05SPEAKER_02: It just means you're growing into something else.
- 1:33:07SPEAKER_02: And you'll be amazed at all the growth you had and the techniques you use to acknowledge and to have the original successes.
- 1:33:15SPEAKER_02: You'll use that in whatever your next adventure is.
- 1:33:18SPEAKER_02: You just will.
- 1:33:19SPEAKER_02: And as we all grow and we shift and we go through that void, the vacant, the dark, that that space and the space between old conscious and new conscious, when we're in the between the middle of, it's confusing.
- 1:33:33SPEAKER_02: And you will feel lost.
- 1:33:34SPEAKER_02: And I just want you to hear that in your place of lost, instead of believing there's something wrong, ask for strength and courage.
- 1:33:43SPEAKER_02: Instead of thinking you've done something wrong, ask for guidance.
- 1:33:47SPEAKER_02: Instead of feeling like, like, you know, the sadness and everything, write out the voices, embrace the emotion, and then ask for the courage to just sometimes sit in it.
- 1:34:00SPEAKER_02: And that's what I did for four days.
- 1:34:02SPEAKER_02: I sat in a blankness and had all the experiences.
- 1:34:07SPEAKER_02: And now I'm on the other side.
- 1:34:09SPEAKER_02: And I don't know what the next things will be, but whatever it is, I'll share with you.
- 1:34:15SPEAKER_02: On the next episodes and all that, we're moving more and more into development of consciousness.
- 1:34:21SPEAKER_02: We're talking about emotional growth.
- 1:34:24SPEAKER_02: That was my path.
- 1:34:25SPEAKER_02: And soon, hopefully, I'm going to be out there on the out the in the world and I'll get to meet you face to face.
