- 0:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're well on our way to reaching and helping 3 billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
- 0:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thank you again for joining us.
- 0:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I just wanted to call out our website, voices4voices.org, is uh being transformed at this current moment.
- 1:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So you'll be seeing uh are seeing uh some of those uh updates, upgrades that are uh occurring on our website.
- 1:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh we haven't uh uh done that in quite a while, um, but uh wanted to let everybody know that yep, that's the right website, voices for voices.org and the four is spelled out four.
- 1:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So voices for voices.org because our uh our X account is voices the number four and then voices.
- 1:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So while we got all that out of the out of the way, uh upgrading is the topic of the show.
- 1:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh it's uh pretty pretty fitting that we're uh upgrading our website uh and everything uh around the organization is getting uh an upgrade.
- 2:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so we have a pretty aggressive schedule, and we thank you for your patience and kindness.
- 2:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we're gonna talk about upgrading our mental health.
- 2:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now, before we can upgrade anything, we have to start with something, and so I'll give, I guess, an analogy, and then I'll step back into the mental health aspect of upgrading.
- 2:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So a car, a motor vehicle, right, starts out with basic features.
- 2:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe it's power steering, maybe there's air conditioning, maybe uh the windows don't have to be hand rolled down like they used to used to be.
- 2:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh maybe the seats are cloth.
- 3:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh maybe there is no sunroof.
- 3:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that's kind of like a basic look, right?
- 3:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So like the base value.
- 3:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So whatever a base car without any of the fancy upgrades, uh, what would be.
- 3:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So let's just call that fifteen thousand dollars.
- 3:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now, if you or I want that car motor vehicle to have a sunroof, to have 20-inch wheels, uh, to have uh leather seating, to have uh navigation and all these things.
- 3:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe that takes the price tag up to maybe 21, 22, 23,000.
- 3:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And again, this is hypothetical, so don't quote me on prices or specific model of cars.
- 3:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I have to say that uh just so uh everybody understands that aspect.
- 4:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now their mental health, right?
- 4:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We all have mental health, we have a brain, we have uh a lot of us have uh the the ability to make our own decisions to some extent, to most extent.
- 4:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I feel God is guiding me, us.
- 4:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so I feel he's given the options of you know free will, uh, but I would think that God would have specific things that He He would be hoping that we do.
- 4:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But nonetheless, let's let's get in there, right?
- 5:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's all about you know having a brain, being able to choose, like, oh this is with everything being equal.
- 5:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know there's people with maybe different allergies and different things going on, but let's just let's just say that eating that basic eating, you know, bread, milk, water, drink, um, you know, as our basics.
- 5:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and then we have uh you know, fillet steaks, we have lobster, uh, we have all kinds of different levels, right?
- 5:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we start with something, and then we can potentially increase that.
- 6:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So with that mental health, we all have it, we all have the brain.
- 6:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know there's some in in individuals that there are deviations, differences, uh, and so I want to be cognizant of that of everybody.
- 6:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so being able to you know make our own decisions, you know, hypothetically, we're able to do that, and that we're able to have the ability to do that.
- 6:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm blessed to have two arms, two legs, ten toes, ten fingers, two eyes, two ears.
- 6:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm very blessed to have that, these uh so we have this that basic set of things.
- 7:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now when we talk about upgrading, each of us are at different points in time where maybe if somebody's experiencing stress, anxiety, they go to the gym, they do a workout, maybe they have a gym at their house or their uh condominium or apartment complex, or uh but go going to the gym uh two, three, four, or five days a week, maybe doing the workouts at those times and at those cadences, maybe that helps particular individuals handle that stress and anxiety.
- 8:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I can I can understand where individuals are like just go to the gym, just work out, like that'll that'll make everything better.
- 8:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not the case for everybody, but there are so there are people like that, um so that's their upgrade.
- 8:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Another person's upgrade may be getting the say the appropriate amount of sleep each night, rest, and that number, we we've heard all kinds of numbers.
- 8:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, but whatever that number is for you, for me, around eight hours is usually where I don't say I'm at more of a peak level of energy of being able to process and handle stress the best I can without some of the other upgrades we're gonna get to.
- 9:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so that might be another area that an individual says, oh, it could be I go to the I go work out the gym, I get X amount of hours of sleep each night, and that helps them battle stress and anxiety, and it might not really show up on like a radar screen, like it might be like a stealth, a stealth uh fighter, fighter jet, fighter plane, where the stress and anxiety just don't show up as as often because of those.
- 10:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now, an injury could change that.
- 10:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're talking about like the gym aspect.
- 10:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh one of one of the individuals that's been very kind at the gym to me uh had underwent some form of surgery on his his one arm, and and so he he's only able to lift and work out his one of the two arms.
- 10:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And he said uh it's humbled himself because he knows that there's there's people out there that every single day have to work through those challenges, and he just has a few weeks, and and he'll be able to get back to using both of his arms.
- 11:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it could be that it could be the working out at the gym and getting the rest, or it could be just getting the rest, uh sleep, I say rest, just I don't know, I just like you know, we're resting overnight.
- 11:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh so those are two things that individuals could have their stress and anxiety kind of canceled out.
- 11:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we all have mental health, so we're at that base where we're all in mental health, no matter what.
- 11:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're just at different, we're just at different levels, and so one person could be just the gym, next person could be just getting their proper amount of sleep.
- 12:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And sleep, another level might be the counselor, and that's where we get into these hard, harder areas, you know.
- 12:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're talking about our lives, we're talking about intimate details.
- 12:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, and it's hard to talk about, you know.
- 12:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: As an introvert, I thought I was an extrovert.
- 12:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: My uh longtime psychiatrist proved me otherwise that I'm an introvert.
- 12:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So introverts, we like to keep to ourselves a lot.
- 13:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um, what where there's you know, there's times like this where I'm speaking to you, you're watching and listening, and you go, wait a minute, you can't be an introvert.
- 13:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that's what I was I was telling my psychiatrist.
- 13:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I said, I'm not an introvert.
- 13:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, we we have the organization, we have the podcast, uh, I teach university, uh, in person, online, created classes, courses.
- 13:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and he asked me a series of questions, and I was like, Oh yeah, uh I guess I am an introvert.
- 13:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So, an introvert, if you or somebody you know is, it's almost doubly as hard, so twice or three times as hard to talk to somebody about you know what's going on in our lives.
- 14:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because we're so used to keeping that to ourselves, we're so used to just shutting down and the thought of talking to somebody else in person or even on uh you know audiovisual, you know, conferencing software is like, well, wait a minute, I'm definitely gonna be judged, and then you know, all these things start coming into play, additionally come into play.
- 14:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: However, if yeah, it's when he's if if question uh if statements, if we're doing the gin thing and if we're doing the sleep thing, and we're still having a tough time, first off, is just noticing it, recognizing it.
- 15:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's hard because we have the stigma of mental health, mental illnesses still to this day, it's still out there.
- 15:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There um, there just is.
- 15:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, we talk about politics, we talk about different areas where mental health is still a taboo.
- 15:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Nobody wants to not everybody wants to talk about it.
- 15:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: People will say they want to talk about it, but when it comes down to it, do they really?
- 15:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And if somebody needs help or wants to talk to somebody, they should be able to.
- 15:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They shouldn't have to worry about the cost of it.
- 16:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're talking about people's lives here.
- 16:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: One day they could be here, one day they could not be here.
- 16:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're all not promised another day.
- 16:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And especially when we're talking about mental health and mental illness, some of us we don't have much time left.
- 16:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not speaking in the first person, I'm just saying in general across the world, uh, you know, veterans from the military.
- 16:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think the last count is 22 die by S side, you can kind of put that together every day.
- 16:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it's heart shattering.
- 17:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's where that basic level is, and then we work up from the gym to rest, sleep, slash, sleep, to maybe we can talk to somebody.
- 17:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't feel comfortable about it.
- 17:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I spent so many years trying to handle things on my own.
- 17:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe you have too.
- 17:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe nothing's working, or it's not working.
- 17:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like it's not like if you do the all these things, it it is going to increase everything exponentially.
- 17:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's just gonna take things and inch by inch are gonna help.
- 17:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So getting the right amount of sleep for you, whatever that is, that's gonna inch you above a little bit.
- 18:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you're able to go to the gym and work out, go for a walk, whatever.
- 18:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I was told, oh, that's you just do that, and then you'll be fine.
- 18:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, no, that's just that's just another tool in the tool belt.
- 18:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we got rest, we got uh we've got rest, we got exercise.
- 18:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We got maybe talking to somebody.
- 18:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's three things.
- 18:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that'd be three inches or three millimeters or three centimeters in the positive, they got positive direction.
- 18:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You don't have to do all these things, but these are just upgrades.
- 18:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because that's what we're doing.
- 18:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're talking about upgrades, like mental health upgrades.
- 18:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So let's say we talk to a counselor, and maybe you talk to a counselor, and you're like, we just don't, we just don't say we don't jive, we don't connect, like some counselors, you know, that they want you to do a lot of homework.
- 19:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, you know, be between now and next visit, I'd like you to do XYZ.
- 19:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, when somebody, you know, speaking by myself and anybody else out watching, listening, either themselves or know somebody, or may run into somebody down the road.
- 19:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's just it's just very, very personal connection.
- 20:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so we might go, okay, well, I tried the counselor, but we just didn't get along.
- 20:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's okay.
- 20:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Call another one, get a referral, talk to talk to a couple different ones.
- 20:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's okay.
- 20:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's you and I taking control as much as we can of that that particular situation.
- 20:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Don't let that be something that detracts you or me, and so we just don't do it and go, you know what, like it.
- 20:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not this one, I'm not a person that's like, oh, trust me on this, but there's a lot of counselors out there, there's a lot of need, so there's a lot of jobs out there.
- 20:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Check out the Voices for Voices, Career Center.
- 21:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We have jobs for across the gamut, a lot of different industries.
- 21:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But all that being said, is there's people with all kinds of backgrounds, and you and I just have to find that one and go, you know what?
- 21:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They want me to do homework each time.
- 21:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's just adding additional stress, just thinking about that, and so that's what I like about my council right now.
- 21:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It doesn't force that on me.
- 21:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We talked, I think it was like a first visit or so.
- 21:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: First or second?
- 21:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Pretty sure it was the first one, but it may have been the second.
- 21:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Don't quote me on it.
- 21:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, I was ass, you know, you You get what you put in, you know, like as much as you share is going to be how much I'm gonna be able to help you uh or guide you.
- 22:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh if you want homework, I'll give you homework.
- 22:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you don't want homework, you don't have to have homework.
- 22:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that's okay.
- 22:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: For me, that's what I want.
- 22:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I I don't want homework.
- 22:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't.
- 22:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: With all the schooling and all different things, I mean there's gonna be times where there will be things that I will have to do homework for, like prepping for shows when we're interviewing guests and like that.
- 22:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But I don't mind that because that's what I feel like I'm called to do.
- 22:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I feel like God's called me to do that and to do what we're doing.
- 23:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if one counselor doesn't work out, don't give up.
- 23:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Don't don't have that be why you give up.
- 23:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean don't have I hope you never ever give up.
- 23:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I was at that point at a time.
- 23:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I think the only reason I know I still I was spared not taken from earth is because God had other plans.
- 23:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I don't know what all those are.
- 23:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I think voices for voices is part of it.
- 23:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There might be others.
- 23:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There might not be voices for voices, but right now it is.
- 24:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is my way of now we're into kind of a little bit of nuts and bolts of journaling.
- 24:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So journaling can upgrade your mental health.
- 24:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What do I mean by that?
- 24:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't like to write things down, like physically write things down.
- 24:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I still remember I'll do cursive and that, and that's anyways.
- 24:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The show, this podcast that we have going, where we're almost at 600 episodes.
- 24:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is this is a form of my journal.
- 24:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is a journaling, you know, especially solo episodes.
- 24:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's a lot of journaling about me and my background, my past, my future, my current state.
- 25:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so journaling can be a way to upgrade your mental health.
- 25:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And again, you don't have to write it out.
- 25:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some people you can write it out and then you can throw it away.
- 25:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Just getting it out of the mind and the head is the the deal.
- 25:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So whether you're speaking it, whether you're writing it, whether you're sign using sign language to have somebody help help you with that, or any other way, that's a way to upgrade your mental health.
- 25:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Another way, and this is if you know if you're able to get a piece of paper, doesn't matter how small, how big, doesn't matter what color, pen, pencil, color, mark, it doesn't matter.
- 26:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The key is to just make a lowercase l and keep it going all the way to the end of the page, and then start the next line and make L L L L L.
- 26:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's as if you're spelling a name, a scene, a place that also gets some stress out of the mind because it might seem very small, but when you're just focusing on that, and then it's just so repetitive, our mind is focusing on that, the L's and the L's and the L L.
- 27:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You can do it slow, you can do it fast, you can do it for a half of a line, a full line, five lines, 25 lines.
- 27:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you have a notebook paper, you just get printer copy paper.
- 27:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Doesn't matter.
- 27:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's a way to upgrade your mental health.
- 27:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So all these things that I've been talking about are little increases that on the surface, again, are very small, may seem very small, but when you start adding them together, then they start increasing.
- 27:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's a compounding effect.
- 27:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like if you talk to a financial advisor, talk about the compounding of money.
- 28:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're compounding things, choices, the compound, the positives of mental health.
- 28:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And now for me, at this point, I know the stigma's still out there.
- 28:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Nothing I can do about that.
- 28:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But I'd like to think I've gotten past that because there are so many other things, and I'm not perfect at all.
- 28:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not, but there's a bunch of things they're called coping mechanisms.
- 28:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So those are just a fancy word.
- 28:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I call it upgrading mental health.
- 28:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I've also called it coping mechanisms, whatever you want to call it, you don't have to call it anything.
- 28:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: All you have to call it is I'm compounding my mental health positives, so that when I do the next thing it's positive, it compounds and then it increases the amount from where we were to where we are and then to where we're going.
- 29:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Now, what are some things that can impact that traveling, right?
- 29:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if a gym's a going to the gym is a big deal.
- 29:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Finding a gym that has the same equipment or relatively the same, uh that could be a tough thing.
- 29:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh if you're traveling like flight-wise, different time zones, if you're on a plane for like 8, 10, 12, 15 hours, that can put that that can really affect sleep, the quality of sleep, the quality of rest.
- 30:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um and so we have to be okay with that for that amount of time.
- 30:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that's an area that I wasn't good at before, meaning like 20 years ago.
- 30:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If I was traveling, I had to I had to I had to locate a gym before I went on whatever trip I was going on, because I was so ingrained and I was such a big part of my life at the time that that's what I had to do.
- 30:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm getting into that point now.
- 30:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But most hotels, most motels, most places where we would stay have some kind of workout facility.
- 31:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It might not be the exact same thing, but you do the best you can with what what uh tools and resources that you're given and I'm given.
- 31:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So if I'm able to, then I'll work out.
- 31:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If not, I need to just not let that negativity creep in on that aspect.
- 31:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: For the sleep could be the same thing.
- 31:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe it takes it depending on how many time zones and uh and all you know how much time you're on a plane or a train or uh it could be different quality of sleep.
- 31:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sleeping on a bed to sleeping on a cot to sleep on the floor, just all those things.
- 31:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um those could impact.
- 32:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we s I think you're seeing how each individual upgrade to our mental health.
- 32:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just mentioned it, I'll mention it.
- 32:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Each little element is small on its own, but it grows positive and more positive, more positive.
- 32:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Maybe for two days you're not able to do two things, so it goes down here, and then when you get back, then you get back up here, and then you maybe go a little higher.
- 32:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: The last but not least is so there's counselors that are prescribers, meaning they can prescribe medication if need be.
- 32:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh for me, psychiatrist, uh nurse practitioner, psychiatrist having visits, and if there's medication, they're able to do that.
- 33:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And if there's refills that are needed, they're able to call in and use whatever system on the computer or on their smartwatch on their watch or on their device.
- 33:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Say, oh, Justin has a request for this, and we're gonna approve it because he's got two days supply left.
- 33:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So again, that that would be another that would be another upgrade.
- 34:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because for the most part, a lot of the counselors, they're not prescribers.
- 34:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They may be, but my my experience is a lot of them aren't.
