- YLN Election Fraud review v2: This morning we're announcing that the Department of Justice has charged 28 foreign nationals across the state of California with various voting and registration crimes, among others. In particular, they're charged with some combination of unlawful voting by an alien, a false claim of U.S. citizenship in order to vote or register to vote, and knowingly depriving the residents of California of a fair and impartial election process. At least eight of these defendants allegedly voted more than once. Illegally, including some in the twenty twenty six primary. This Department of Justice will not look the other way while non citizens vote in federal elections. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for California and LA County. So remember in 2020 and throughout the entire Joe Biden administration, we were told that the 2020 election was the most secure election in U.S. history. I didn't believe it then, and I certainly do not believe it now. Remember earlier this year, officials in Georgia admitted that 315,000 votes should not have been counted. In the presidential election, because they had not been certified under Georgia law, but they were counted in Fulton County, a heavily Democrat county, that Trump would have won had those votes not been counted per Georgia law, which means he would have won the state of Georgia. How about more recently, the state of New Jersey? The governor there finally had to admit that at least 6600 non-citizens were registered to vote, at least that we know of at this point. And now it's unraveling in California. If you like the content that you hear on this channel, please subscribe right now where you're watching, and please share this with your friends. I want to be very clear what the lawsuit's about. It's about preventing voter fraud. That cancels out the votes of US citizens. Enforcing federal law increases the integrity of elections. It increases confidence in elections. And we didn't just start with this lawsuit, to be clear. Over the course of the summer, DHS and DOJ repeatedly tried to enlist the assistance of the state of California to ensure that their voter rolls are clean and include only US citizens. We ask California to work collaboratively in that process. We never heard anything back. If California is so sure that voter fraud is not occurring in their state, and more specifically, illegal aliens are not voting in their state, why wouldn't they collaborate with the federal government? Why wouldn't they help disprove the claim of the federal government? We all know exactly why. It's because the Democrat voting machine and the elected officials. And the bureaucrats in California know exactly what's going on and they want to protect the fraud that they have created in that state. Do you believe for one second that if Democrats in California thought that somehow 20 or 30 or 40 or 100,000 Republicans were illegally voting in their state, that they wouldn't do anything about it? We all know exactly what the answer to that question is. All we ask in our lawsuit, including in the emergency motion we just filed, is that the court order that the ballots of those individuals be segregated so we can determine whether they are citizens. If they are, great, they have a right to vote, it will be counted. If they are not, they do not have a right to vote and they have committed a federal crime by attempting to do so. Enforcing a federal law, as I said, actually bolsters confidence in elections. Despite what some of the pundits may say. And every illegal vote cancels out the vote of a US citizen. So think about that. Twenty thousand, and to be clear, that's just the floor. We're doing rolling, review, DHSs, so the number is likely to grow. Imagine twenty thousand people, twenty thousand citizens, enough to fill a small stadium. You go and talk to every one of them and say, Well, congrats on voting, but your vote got cancelled out by someone who's not allowed under federal law to vote. This is such an important point for all of us to consider. Illegal voting is not just something that happens over there or somewhere else and doesn't affect me. This is an infringement upon your individual right to a free and fair election. Because just as that attorney said, someone who votes illegally is canceling out the vote of someone who is here legally a US citizen of this. Country. This is something each of us has to take to heart. Your rights are being cancelled out when someone else in this country votes illegally. Whether they're a U.S. citizen or not, every illegal vote is an attack on your individual right. Instead of respecting the laws of this nation, they violated the sacred trust by falsely claiming. To be US citizens when they're not, registering to vote and some of them voting, and lying about it under oath when sought when they sought another exercise of grace naturalization. Lies have consequences. Voting is the essence of our citizenship. Illegally attempting to infiltrate and influence our political determinations is a crime. It is a state crime and a federal crime. And in California, it's a state crime that won't be prosecuted. But here, the federal government is doing exactly what it should be doing. And here is what that is. It is deterrence. Even an aggressive federal government is not going to find every or maybe even the majority of people who are here illegally and illegally casting votes. But it's just like driving down the highway. You may not get a ticket. You probably won't get a ticket, but there's always a possibility that you will if you're violating the law. If you're speeding, riding without a seatbelt, whatever it may be. It's these 28 people that are now under indictment that send a message to everybody else voting illegally in this country that you may be next. And I think this is going to have the effect that it should on this fraud across. the country in so many too many states. For your Leonation, I am the chief Mark Garrett.
