- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:04In this episode, we're going to pick up where we
- 0:06left off with the allegations made by Lisa Doe number
- 0:10one against the Epstein estate Number eighty one. After the
- 0:15initial sexual encounter, plaintiff was fraudulently lured by members of
- 0:19Jeffrey Epstein's enterprise, including Jeffrey Epstein himself, to visit Defendant
- 0:24niney's property on a regular basis to engage in commercial
- 0:28sex acts with Jeffrey Epstein eighty two. At the direction
- 0:32of Jeffrey Epstein, Plaintiff was paid hundreds of dollars in
- 0:35cash to participate in each commercial sex act by various
- 0:38employees or associates of the sex trafficking enterprise between the
- 0:43time that she met Jeffrey Epstein and twenty ten. In
- 0:47addition to cash, other values were conferred upon plaintiff for
- 0:51participation in commercial sex acts, including but not limited to,
- 0:55money for dance attire, dance classes, living expenses, and educational courses,
- 1:00among other things. Eighty four Payment for dance classes, educational courses,
- 1:06and other expenses were made at the direction of Jeffrey Epstein.
- 1:10Defendant nes and defendant HBRK in furtherance of the venture
- 1:14and in exchange for the commercial sex acts eighty five.
- 1:18In addition to regularly engaging in commercial sex acts with
- 1:22Jeffrey Epstein, from the times that she met him through
- 1:25and including twenty ten, Jeffrey Epstein would direct plaintiff to
- 1:29engage in commercial sex acts with other females while he
- 1:33pleasured himself or acted for his own gratification, also in
- 1:37exchange for money or other financially valuable forms of compensation
- 1:42eighty six. As part of his scheme planner pattern, Jeffrey
- 1:45Epstein needed to transform plaintiff into a recruiter of young girls.
- 1:49Given that despite her very young appearance, she was aging
- 1:52out of his sexually desired age range. Eighty seven, Jeffrey
- 1:57Epstein and his associates demanded that Plaintiff other girls to
- 2:01Jeffrey Epstein to engage in commercial sex acts with. Eighty eight.
- 2:06Jeffrey Epstein and his associates specifically instructed plaintiff to go
- 2:10to her dance studio and find other dancers to bring
- 2:12to the property owned by the defendant. Nineis to provide
- 2:16Jeffrey Epstein with a massage eighty nine In addition to
- 2:20complying with the demands to bring other girls to meet
- 2:22Jeffrey Epstein, Plaintiff continued to engage in commercial sex acts
- 2:26herself with Jeffrey Epstein because of his continued promise to
- 2:30use his power and connections to help her become a
- 2:33professional dancer. Ninety Additionally, plaintiff had seen Jeffrey Epstein very
- 2:38angry and very forceful and talk about wielding his power
- 2:42in threatening ways, thereby causing plaintiff to be afraid to
- 2:46refuse Jeffrey Epstein's demands because she knew that he was
- 2:49a powerful man with many connections who could and would
- 2:53cause her a serious harm financially, reputationally, and in other ways,
- 2:58including in the dance world, if she did not strictly
- 3:01comply with his sexual demands. Ninety one, Jeffrey Epstein and
- 3:05members of his enterprise, at his direction, would provide plaintiff
- 3:09with things of lesser value, such as dance attire, dance classes,
- 3:13living expenses, and educational courses, among other things, so that
- 3:18she could continue to engage in commercial sex acts with
- 3:21Jeffrey Epstein in reasonable reliance upon his knowingly false promise
- 3:25to get her a job as a professional dancer. Jeffrey
- 3:27Epstein intentionally dangled this ultimate promise in front of plaintiff
- 3:31to induce her into complying with his demands ninety two. Furthermore,
- 3:36plaintiff continued to engage in commercial sex acts with Jeffrey
- 3:40Epstein through twenty ten because, based on his previous behavior,
- 3:44she reasonably believed that her failure to do so would
- 3:47result in serious reputational and other harm given Jeffrey Epstein's
- 3:52vast knowledge of the New York dance community. Ninety three.
- 3:55For as long as plaintiff can remember, her dream was
- 3:58to become a professional dancer. Because she had not ever
- 4:01considered an alternative career path. Plaintiff did not have any
- 4:04formal education, nor did she have any technical training. Plaintiff
- 4:09only had her dance career and the promises made to
- 4:12her by Jeffrey Epstein. Ninety four. Jeffrey Epstein knew that
- 4:17plaintiff only had her dream of becoming a professional dancer
- 4:20when he first met her. Being the controlling and deliberately
- 4:24manipulative person in that he was, Jeffrey Epstein knowingly and
- 4:27intentionally seized on Plaintiff's vulnerability by exploiting that dream ninety five.
- 4:33As he always did, Jeffrey Epstein engaged in his typical scheme,
- 4:37plan or pattern in order to compel her to commit
- 4:40commercial sex acts ninety six. In order to ensure compliance
- 4:45from her and cooperation as a victim of his indoctrination
- 4:48into his commercial sex acts scheme, Jeffrey Epstein made false
- 4:52promises to her to the effect that so long as
- 4:54she cooperated, she would use his money, connections, and resources
- 4:58to fulfill her dream of becoming a professional dancer, and
- 5:02that he would provide her with the life that she
- 5:04had always wanted. Ninety seven. Those promises, along with the
- 5:08obvious appearance demonstrating that he had the ability to fulfill
- 5:11those promises, compelled plaintiff to engage in commercial sex acts
- 5:15she never otherwise would have engaged in ninety eight. In
- 5:19furtherance of causing her reasonable reliance on those promises, Jeffrey
- 5:23Epstein did indeed have significant connections in the dance profession,
- 5:27including connections with the best dance companies, dance instructors, and
- 5:31dance professionals in the world. As a result, plaintiff reasonably
- 5:35believed that if she did not engage in the commercial
- 5:37sex acts, she would be seriously harmed ninety nine. On
- 5:41July twenty second, two thousand and eight, Jeffrey Epstein went
- 5:45to jail in Florida for sexual crimes that he had
- 5:47committed against minor children one hundred in her About August
- 5:52two thousand and eight, defendant HBRK Associates, Incorporated was incorporated
- 5:58in New York, New York one oh one. Upon information
- 6:01and belief, defendant HBRK employed numerous individuals whose primary, if
- 6:05not exclusive, objective was to commit violations of US Code eighteen,
- 6:11Section fifteen ninety one. Specifically, HBRK employees were designated to
- 6:16fulfill different roles in recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, providing, obtaining, maintaining, patronizing,
- 6:23or soliciting by any means young females, including plaintiff, knowing
- 6:27that fraud or coersion would be used to cause that female,
- 6:31including plaintiff to engage in a commercial sex act. One
- 6:35O two. At all times material here too, employees of
- 6:39defendant HBRK worked for and that the direction of Jeffrey Epstein.
- 6:44One O three. Certain employees of defendant HBRK were one
- 6:48recruiters who spent their time and energy developing ways in
- 6:52which to recruit young females for Jeffrey Epstein who were
- 6:55enticed to commit commercial sex acts with him as a
- 6:58result of coercion or fraud. Two schedulers responsible for maintaining
- 7:04the schedule of the dates and times when young girls
- 7:07would be maintained on call for the purpose of committing
- 7:10commercial sex acts. Three other employees of defendant HBRK responsible
- 7:15for paying the victims of US codes to eighteen fifteen
- 7:19ninety one crimes to conceal the criminal enterprise. And four
- 7:22certain employees responsible for providing valuable services or items of
- 7:27value to victims of sex trafficking offenses, such as money gifts,
- 7:31living quarters, housing, dental treatment, food, medical treatment, hair and
- 7:36beauty treatments, as well as living arrangements, travel arrangements, educational
- 7:41arrangements furthering the commercial sex act in five other employees
- 7:45who concealed the criminal sex trafficking enterprise Sec. One oh four.
- 7:50Between approximately two thousand and two and twenty ten, Jeffrey Epstein,
- 7:54in concert with and through the assistance of numerous other
- 7:57individuals and related corporate entities, including corporate defendants and employees
- 8:02thereof recruited, enticed, harbored, transported, obtained, maintained, or solicited Plaintiff
- 8:08knowing that means of fraud and coercion were being used
- 8:11to cause plaintiff to engage frequently in commercial sexual acts
- 8:16that were continual and frequent during each of those years
- 8:20one O five. In implementing his scheme, plan, or pattern,
- 8:24Jeffrey Epstein made clear to plaintiff that there were many
- 8:27powerful people behind them. In fact, some of the most
- 8:29powerful people in the world were his best friends. He
- 8:33not only surrounded himself with these types of people, he
- 8:36also bragged about how he controlled them one O six.
- 8:39In order to cause plaintiff to engage in each commercial
- 8:42sex act, Jeffrey Epstein and his co conspirators, associates, employees,
- 8:47and related corporate entities, including corporate defendants, used coercion and
- 8:51knew that coercion would be used in order to cause
- 8:54plaintiff to engage in such acts. One oh seven. Jeffrey
- 8:59Epstein and various associates, employees, and related corporations and employees,
- 9:04including corporate defendants, worked in concert together as an enterprise
- 9:08with extraordinary power, wealth, and resources capable of impacting Plaintiff's
- 9:12life in positive or negative ways depending on her level
- 9:17of cooperation, a fact known to plaintiff. On eight, Jeffrey
- 9:21Epstein and others associated with Jeffrey Epstein, including employees of
- 9:25defendant HBRK, bragged about Epstein's unusual political and powerful connections
- 9:31and his ability to obtain education, housing, medical needs, or
- 9:35other things of value for young females who cooperated with
- 9:39Jeffrey Epstein's sexual demands one oh nine. In addition of
- 9:43being explicitly reminded by Jeffrey Epstein or one of his
- 9:47associates of his extraordinary power to reward and punish, his
- 9:52power to do so was apparent to plaintiff inasmuch as
- 9:55she visited Epstein many times at his New York townhouse
- 9:59located at ninety seventy first Street, New York, New York,
- 10:02owned by the defendant nine East, which has been reported
- 10:06as the largest single residence in Manhattan, and knew that
- 10:09this was where Jeffrey Epstein resided when in New York.
- 10:14Under Jeffrey Epstein's control were numerous companies with many employees
- 10:19and obvious resources, each of whom worked for the Jeffrey
- 10:22Epstein Enterprise While the individuals were employees of various Jeffrey
- 10:27Epstein related companies, including defendant corporations, it was clear, through
- 10:31explicit words and appearances that all such employees acted at
- 10:36Epstein's direction and for his protection. This team of individuals
- 10:40included chefs, butlers, receptionists, schedulers, secretaries, flight attendants, pilots, housekeepers, maids,
- 10:47sex recruiters, drivers, and other staff members. One eleven. Each
- 10:51of his employees and associates were paid through companies believed
- 10:55to have been funded by Jeffrey Epstein, and regardless of
- 10:58such funding, were disciples of Jeffrey Epstein, constantly informing plaintiff
- 11:03and other victims of Jeffrey Epstein's power and ability to
- 11:06improve or destroy a victim's life depending on our level
- 11:10of cooperation. All right, folks, we're gonna wrap up this
