- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice. Hello, Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm
- 0:16Speaker 1: your host, Rob Shooter. Joining us today is a special friend.
- 0:20Speaker 1: So let me explain. Our dear dear friend, Mr Delia
- 0:23Speaker 1: Dixon is traveling today. So Delna, I think she's in Columbia.
- 0:27Speaker 1: She might be in Miami. She's somewhere fabulous. And so
- 0:31Speaker 1: I texted my dear friend Greg literally and he was
- 0:34Speaker 1: kind enough to jump in. Hello, Greg, how are you Hello?
- 0:39Speaker 1: I'm ready. I love the show. Happy to be a
- 0:41Speaker 1: part of it today. Thank you. So Greg's like a
- 0:43Speaker 1: social media expert, if the truth be told. We've been
- 0:46Speaker 1: friends for probably a decade now. Greg set up my
- 0:49Speaker 1: Twitter page at Bottino we were drinking. I didn't have Twitter,
- 0:53Speaker 1: and Greg, I think Instagram your Instagram indeed, so it
- 0:59Speaker 1: is be tweeting, I promise. But Greg does probably still
- 1:02Speaker 1: have that password. I think the password his body and knows. No, no, no,
- 1:06Speaker 1: it's something else. Hey, Greg, let's jump in the show.
- 1:08Speaker 1: We've got so much to get to. There's lots of
- 1:09Speaker 1: audience participation on this show. I'm going to ask everybody
- 1:13Speaker 1: what time it is and we all say together tea time?
- 1:15Speaker 1: Are you ready? Greg? What time is it? It is
- 1:20Speaker 1: tea time. Thank you, Greg, I heard you a big
- 1:23Speaker 1: exclusive at the top of the shows. When Kim Kardashian
- 1:26Speaker 1: decided to move on and get divorced from Kanye West,
- 1:30Speaker 1: fans started to speculate that she might in fact date
- 1:34Speaker 1: Van Jones. So on social media people went nuts. He's
- 1:37Speaker 1: very handsome, he's a c ann personality, He's very smart.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Did I say he was handsome? Yes? I did. Well,
- 1:44Speaker 1: she is pursuing a lord degree and people think maybe
- 1:47Speaker 1: he could help her out. So rumors started about these
- 1:51Speaker 1: two back in January, right when she was breaking up
- 1:54Speaker 1: with Kanye, but their friendship actually goes back to two
- 1:57Speaker 1: thousand and eighteen when they were both he notes speakers
- 2:01Speaker 1: Rolling Stones Criminal Justice Reforce Summit. The two of them,
- 2:06Speaker 1: at least on paper, look as if they're the perfect fit. However,
- 2:10Speaker 1: they are not dating yet. What do you think about
- 2:13Speaker 1: these two, Greg, I mean, I've kind of been watching
- 2:16Speaker 1: this coupling for a while now. I did also speculate
- 2:19Speaker 1: that they were dating. It makes a lot of sense.
- 2:21Speaker 1: He has such a huge presence in the legal world,
- 2:24Speaker 1: and we know that Kim Kay is definitely pursuing that route.
- 2:29Speaker 1: So I'm kind of shocked to hear that they're not dating.
- 2:32Speaker 1: They're not dated, but the key word is yes. So
- 2:35Speaker 1: I called every single one of my Kardashian sources and
- 2:38Speaker 1: the people I know over at CNN, and they do
- 2:40Speaker 1: say they're sparks. They do talk, they text each other,
- 2:45Speaker 1: they do flirt. But get this, it's actually Van Jones
- 2:49Speaker 1: who's not as into her as she is into him.
- 2:52Speaker 1: He's the one that isn't sure if he wants to
- 2:54Speaker 1: data reality star. When you data Kardashian, it takes over
- 2:58Speaker 1: your entire life. And if Kanye West had trouble keeping
- 3:02Speaker 1: up with Kim, Van Jones is going to have trouble too.
- 3:05Speaker 1: You've seen miss Gregg. You've followed the Kardashians for years
- 3:08Speaker 1: like I have. You're a social media expert, you do Indeed,
- 3:12Speaker 1: it takes a lot to join the Kardashians. Do you
- 3:15Speaker 1: think anybody's up for this? Yes? I do. I think
- 3:18Speaker 1: Van Jones is up for the job, and I think
- 3:20Speaker 1: that he is definitely someone that would be perfectly matched
- 3:25Speaker 1: with Kim Kardashian. I think it's a good idea. I mean,
- 3:27Speaker 1: he's he's a good choice. He's stable, he's smart, he's
- 3:30Speaker 1: got his own money. He's very family man. He is
- 3:34Speaker 1: indeed very respectable in the legal community. He's single. They're
- 3:40Speaker 1: not together yet, so I've got to keep saying that
- 3:43Speaker 1: because there's no reports out there, but they are now
- 3:45Speaker 1: a couple. That is not true, but it could be true,
- 3:48Speaker 1: which brings us to our pole question of the day.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian and Van Jones are not currently dating, but
- 3:56Speaker 1: should these two get together? See it's your choice on
- 3:59Speaker 1: this Go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice
- 4:02Speaker 1: Rob or on Facebook page is Naughty Gossip and this
- 4:05Speaker 1: year to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Gregg,
- 4:10Speaker 1: what are you working on that? Well? Rob? Or all
- 4:13Speaker 1: a Twitter of the Oscar ratings Now, now I have
- 4:16Speaker 1: to ask you, did you watch on Sunday? Of course
- 4:19Speaker 1: I was on TV all day talking about it, so
- 4:22Speaker 1: I always used to tune in because I loved it.
- 4:25Speaker 1: I'm afraid to say. On Sunday, I tuned in for
- 4:29Speaker 1: work and it really was work. I was just exactly Rob,
- 4:33Speaker 1: I mean, you turned in, you tuned in because you
- 4:36Speaker 1: had to. But unfortunately, the Oscars, the ratings, they hit
- 4:40Speaker 1: an all time low. Early numbers are finally in for
- 4:44Speaker 1: Sunday's ninety three Academy Awards, and yikes, they're pretty dismal.
- 4:49Speaker 1: The viewership reached an all time low, with Sunday show
- 4:54Speaker 1: averaging just shy of nine point nine million viewers. That's
- 4:59Speaker 1: how like a lot. But oh, it's a huge plummet
- 5:03Speaker 1: Rob Rob. It's a it's a fifty eight percent decline
- 5:08Speaker 1: from Oscars. Now, if you remember the Oscars, it was
- 5:12Speaker 1: kind of like the final big show before the world
- 5:16Speaker 1: went into shutdown. So that was kind of like the
- 5:18Speaker 1: final time that we could kind of enjoy the glitz
- 5:22Speaker 1: and the glamour before things got super super serious. But
- 5:25Speaker 1: the Oscars drew about twenty three point six million viewers,
- 5:31Speaker 1: and that was that was actually the worst ratings to date.
- 5:36Speaker 1: So it's it's been pretty dismal right there. But I'll
- 5:39Speaker 1: say that, um I, okay, I have to make a confession.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I watched clips online, but I did not watch the
- 5:48Speaker 1: full show. But I'll say this, you know, listen, they
- 5:51Speaker 1: did so they put so much effort into they did
- 5:53Speaker 1: a big pivot. But it kicked off with Regina King
- 5:56Speaker 1: and things were going really well, but it kind of
- 5:59Speaker 1: quickly fell flat and there were no clips from any
- 6:02Speaker 1: of the nominated films, there were no live musical performances,
- 6:06Speaker 1: and the decision to change the order of those last
- 6:09Speaker 1: three awards. It kind of turned into a disaster, it
- 6:12Speaker 1: really did. We talked about it on yesterday's show. So
- 6:15Speaker 1: I's terribly disappointed. Back in the day, not so long ago,
- 6:18Speaker 1: about ten years ago, the Oscars were getting over forty million,
- 6:23Speaker 1: four million. Last year, when it got twenty three million,
- 6:29Speaker 1: everybody was saying, it's the end of the Oscars now
- 6:32Speaker 1: vision it's down to less than ten million. What did
- 6:37Speaker 1: they do with this show? I should remind everybody it's
- 6:40Speaker 1: not a popularity contest. The Oscars are about excellence, and
- 6:45Speaker 1: often the type of films that the Oscar voters find
- 6:48Speaker 1: excellent are not Mission Impossible or Jurassic Park, the movies
- 6:52Speaker 1: we love and Godzilla's the number one movie in America
- 6:56Speaker 1: at the moment, it's not going to win an Nobody.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Is an interesting debate. It's such an interesting thought. What
- 7:02Speaker 1: do we celebrate? Do we accelebrate artistic excellent or commercial success?
- 7:08Speaker 1: And I think this is something a lot of stars
- 7:11Speaker 1: struggle with all the time. Abber, one of my favorite
- 7:14Speaker 1: pop groups, has never ever been nominated for a Grammy
- 7:18Speaker 1: forget win, They'll never be nominated. Britney Spears, who I love,
- 7:23Speaker 1: She's not going to really be winning any Grammys either.
- 7:26Speaker 1: She has one, she does she does have one. Where
- 7:31Speaker 1: do you fall? I'm not a snub about my art
- 7:34Speaker 1: and my films and my music. I like pop culture.
- 7:37Speaker 1: I really do even down to like you know, the
- 7:39Speaker 1: Kardashians are never going to win an Emmy. The Housewives
- 7:43Speaker 1: are never gonna win an award. But he's winning having
- 7:46Speaker 1: the most amount of viewers, the most amount of box
- 7:50Speaker 1: office or do you want the award to I guess
- 7:52Speaker 1: you want both. But what would you pick? Greg? You
- 7:54Speaker 1: could either be a huge financial success, you could be
- 7:56Speaker 1: the number one movie in America, or you can win
- 7:58Speaker 1: an Oscar. What do you want financial success? Give me
- 8:01Speaker 1: that number one at the bo Honey, Oh you want
- 8:04Speaker 1: the money. I think I'm going to pick that too,
- 8:06Speaker 1: although I do have some friends Ms. Steve would probably
- 8:08Speaker 1: pick the awards. It's interesting, isn't it? Moving along? So
- 8:11Speaker 1: soon Harry and Megan might be fully detached from the
- 8:16Speaker 1: royal family for good. So a new royal biographer predicts
- 8:21Speaker 1: that they might actually be dumped completely by the family
- 8:24Speaker 1: because the royals are going through an exercise in cost cutting.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I know there worth billions of dollars, but a lot
- 8:32Speaker 1: of the money they receive each year comes from the government.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Prince Charles has made it very clear that when he's
- 8:38Speaker 1: the king, he will be one day the Queen's may
- 8:42Speaker 1: she live forever, but you know what I'm saying, Prince
- 8:44Speaker 1: Charles has made it clear that he wants to save money,
- 8:47Speaker 1: cut the costs, and now this royal biographer believes that
- 8:51Speaker 1: that will be the time when they finally ditch Harry
- 8:54Speaker 1: and Megan. Her name is Angela Levin. She's very very respected,
- 8:58Speaker 1: and she said the Queen has was this, did these
- 9:00Speaker 1: big cuts really because of sentimental reasons. But when Charles
- 9:04Speaker 1: is on the throw and he's going to cut the firm,
- 9:07Speaker 1: the family down to really just him, his wife, William Kate,
- 9:12Speaker 1: their kids and all dare I say the hangers on?
- 9:15Speaker 1: That's not a nice way of putting it. But there's
- 9:16Speaker 1: a lot of royals out there that get money from
- 9:19Speaker 1: the government and you don't really know what they do,
- 9:21Speaker 1: So that might be the time they cut Harry and Megan.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Where are you on this, Greg? Do you think they
- 9:27Speaker 1: should keep getting their allowance or cut them off. Honestly, Rob,
- 9:30Speaker 1: I always take your lead when it comes to the
- 9:32Speaker 1: Royals because you are a man number one source for
- 9:36Speaker 1: knowing everything that's happening with the family and all of
- 9:39Speaker 1: the inside secrets from the firm. So I looked to
- 9:43Speaker 1: you on this, Honey, Thank you, But you have to
- 9:44Speaker 1: have an opinion. It's that sort of show in your family.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Would your mom and dad? Could you often keep your brother?
- 9:51Speaker 1: Do you have an older brother or a younger I'm
- 9:53Speaker 1: an only child, but let's say this, I'm teen Megan
- 9:56Speaker 1: all the way, So I don't want them to be
- 9:58Speaker 1: cut off. She's always going to be around that, always
- 10:02Speaker 1: going to be around. What's happening with Brad Pitt. Well,
- 10:06Speaker 1: we did touch upon the oscars, and though no one
- 10:10Speaker 1: tuned in, there were a few viral moments that really
- 10:13Speaker 1: kind of came out of something from Sunday Show, and
- 10:16Speaker 1: one of which was Minari's Best Supporting Actress when young
- 10:19Speaker 1: John June won Best Supporting Actress for Manari and actually
- 10:25Speaker 1: Brad Pitt was the presenter and a lot of the
- 10:28Speaker 1: conversation and the press hub when they were asking her
- 10:31Speaker 1: about meeting brad Pitt revolved around what he smelled like.
- 10:35Speaker 1: And you know how she responded to the reporters. She said,
- 10:39Speaker 1: I didn't smell him. I'm not a dog. I loved it.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Now here's a little titbit, um. Brad Pitt was actually
- 10:47Speaker 1: a producer, a manari and through his plan, Yeah, his plan,
- 10:51Speaker 1: the Entertainment Production House. Now, Rob, here's a fun fact
- 10:55Speaker 1: or maybe a little trivia for you. Do you know
- 10:57Speaker 1: who one of the original founding members with Brad Pitt
- 11:01Speaker 1: of the planned the Entertainment production I think she still
- 11:03Speaker 1: I think she still owns it. His ex wife, Jennifer Anderson,
- 11:07Speaker 1: for this company together. And I actually I might be
- 11:10Speaker 1: wrong here, but I still I still think she participates
- 11:13Speaker 1: in the profits. So when they got divorced, they continued
- 11:16Speaker 1: to work together. So Jenna is making a fortune from
- 11:19Speaker 1: this too. It was interesting when Brad gave out that
- 11:21Speaker 1: award Best Supporting. I wondered why he was doing it.
- 11:24Speaker 1: You would think Brad would give out the Best Actor
- 11:27Speaker 1: or Best Movie, the big awards, not the supporting awards.
- 11:30Speaker 1: But now it makes sense. We were talking yesterday on
- 11:33Speaker 1: the show. I've met Brad and he smells like heaven.
- 11:37Speaker 1: He smells good, so have I and he did not.
- 11:42Speaker 1: He did not smell like heaven a week and move on?
- 11:46Speaker 1: Did he smell neutral or not good? Um? He smelled
- 11:51Speaker 1: like a man who had been working outside for a while, Bradley,
- 11:57Speaker 1: and he was all primpt and primpt And yeah, I
- 12:02Speaker 1: saw the glamor version. It's good to say. Shocking news.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Carry Ann and Arbor has left the Talk. She said
- 12:09Speaker 1: the following crede, I want to tell you personally that
- 12:12Speaker 1: I've decided to take a leave of absence from the
- 12:14Speaker 1: Talk to focus on by well being. I know you
- 12:17Speaker 1: guys understand health is the most important thing. Obviously, this
- 12:20Speaker 1: comes after Sharon quit the show. What's going on here?
- 12:24Speaker 1: Is it Sharon related? We know she had COVID nineteen
- 12:28Speaker 1: and there can be lingering effects from that. So we're
- 12:31Speaker 1: wishoud't you the best? Carry on? But you've gotta give
- 12:34Speaker 1: us more than that statement. That's not enough. That's not
- 12:37Speaker 1: going to satisfy anybody. There's such a shake up on
- 12:41Speaker 1: CBS as the talk. I mean, I first of all,
- 12:44Speaker 1: I'm obsessed with two things in terms of gossip. I'm
- 12:46Speaker 1: obsessed with gossip about the view, and now I'm obsessed
- 12:50Speaker 1: with gossip about the talk. It's these daytime talk shows
- 12:54Speaker 1: that what's going on behind the scenes tend to be
- 12:57Speaker 1: a little bit more interesting than what we're actually seeing
- 13:00Speaker 1: on camera and watching as the viewers. So I mean,
- 13:03Speaker 1: I'm here for this. I am to I'm calling all
- 13:06Speaker 1: my sources over at CBS and trying to figure out
- 13:09Speaker 1: what is going on. This is a moment, This is
- 13:12Speaker 1: a moment when the show's vulnerable. So the last thing
- 13:15Speaker 1: they want is any change. So you know it's serious
- 13:18Speaker 1: because the producers, everybody that works on the show has
- 13:21Speaker 1: been told, let's steady the ship. I've worked on shows,
- 13:24Speaker 1: We've all been on shows. They get a little bit dramatic.
- 13:28Speaker 1: When Matt Lauer left the Today Show or was asked
- 13:31Speaker 1: to leave the Today Show, they wanted to stabilize things
- 13:34Speaker 1: very quickly. They don't strayhand leaving really left Kelly. They
- 13:41Speaker 1: wanted to stabilize that ship as quickly as possible. Even
- 13:45Speaker 1: if the show became a little bit boring. They don't care.
- 13:48Speaker 1: They just don't want any more drama. This is drama.
- 13:51Speaker 1: We're all calling. We're all trying to find out what
- 13:53Speaker 1: happened to carry Anne. Obviously, two, we're a nice show here,
- 13:56Speaker 1: We're wishing you the best. But carry Anne if you
- 13:58Speaker 1: want to call in and tell us the real reason
- 14:00Speaker 1: you've got my email. Hey, we're going to take a
- 14:03Speaker 1: quick break and we will be right back. Welcome back
- 14:11Speaker 1: to the morning but night show, your host shooting with
- 14:13Speaker 1: our friend Greg literally jumping in today. Hello Greg, thanks
- 14:17Speaker 1: for doing this here. Hello darling. So let's get to
- 14:21Speaker 1: the polls that the dark A little fanfare there. Yesterday
- 14:25Speaker 1: we talked about the oscars being called the worst oscars
- 14:29Speaker 1: ever ever. Do you agree. Let's have a look at
- 14:33Speaker 1: the results. Wow, ninety in said, yes, it was terrible.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I agree with the majority. It was pretty pretty bad.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Don't forget to vote on today's poll. Go to our
- 14:47Speaker 1: Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rang facebook page is Lady
- 14:51Speaker 1: Gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 14:53Speaker 1: your results. And now it's time for and nicest of
- 14:57Speaker 1: the day. What do you got Greg? Oh, well, we
- 15:01Speaker 1: have the nicest of the day. We have a Brittney
- 15:03Speaker 1: Spear spotting Yes, I know, right, which is is very
- 15:06Speaker 1: few and far between nowadays. I mean, Britney is not
- 15:09Speaker 1: really you know, out and about as we'd like her
- 15:11Speaker 1: to be. Britney Spears actually attended her boyfriend, Sam's best
- 15:16Speaker 1: friend's wedding, so Julia Roberts of her. He actually posted it.
- 15:21Speaker 1: He took to Instagram on on Sunday, and Sam shared
- 15:25Speaker 1: a series of snaps on their Instagram stories of their
- 15:27Speaker 1: evening out, and he captioned it, get this, I love
- 15:30Speaker 1: it about last night, hashtag vaccinated, hashtag thank you science.
- 15:37Speaker 1: I love it. I'm actually pulling for them, and this
- 15:39Speaker 1: is why. So I'm a huge Brittney fan. And Sam
- 15:42Speaker 1: and Brittney Spears met on the set of Slumber Party
- 15:47Speaker 1: from her Glory a Glory Days when I was like, gosh,
- 15:50Speaker 1: four or five years ago at least, actually, so, I
- 15:54Speaker 1: love seeing little moments of them together, and I loved
- 15:58Speaker 1: in the one snap she had the like brown boyfriend
- 16:01Speaker 1: blazer has something to keep her warm, and it's actually
- 16:04Speaker 1: Sam's blazer. I love just like pure and innocent she is.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I do too. We never get to see her outside
- 16:10Speaker 1: of her own compound. All those videos she makes are
- 16:13Speaker 1: always in her own house. I like the thought to
- 16:16Speaker 1: that Brittany and Sam have friends. I like that go
- 16:19Speaker 1: for drinks together, if they have date nights together. I
- 16:23Speaker 1: like this Brittany to have a bottinos kinds of bottinos
- 16:27Speaker 1: you'll see Greg and either I want Brittany to have
- 16:29Speaker 1: a normal, lovely life. You're out nicest of the day,
- 16:32Speaker 1: and now it's time for and Naughtiest of the Day.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Nor Noughty Elamsque is joining s n L and that
- 16:39Speaker 1: is a little bit of a backlash. So sn ALIS
- 16:41Speaker 1: decided to tap Elon Musk to be one of the
- 16:44Speaker 1: final hosts for season forties six, and it's caused a
- 16:47Speaker 1: little bit of internal drama with a few cast members
- 16:51Speaker 1: actually lashing out on social media. So Bowen Yang, who
- 16:56Speaker 1: I love in the cast quote? What the f does this?
- 17:01Speaker 1: Even Lean costar Andrew Dismukes, I don't know who he is.
- 17:06Speaker 1: That's not a good thing, but hello Andrew, he said
- 17:09Speaker 1: the following quote. Only CEO I want to sketch with
- 17:13Speaker 1: is Sherry. Oh Terry. That's a reference to the former
- 17:16Speaker 1: SNL star Terry. I love her so and naughty Naughtiest
- 17:22Speaker 1: of the Day. For several reasons, I'm not sure Elon
- 17:25Speaker 1: Musk should be doing this, and also to Honey's if
- 17:29Speaker 1: you work at s n L, you went in the
- 17:30Speaker 1: booking department, you're cast member. It ain't smart, It's not smart,
- 17:35Speaker 1: and they took those stories down eventually till you better
- 17:37Speaker 1: believe it. I know we careful, don't bite behind the
- 17:40Speaker 1: feed you. And now it's time for a moment of Rob.
- 17:43Speaker 1: You gotta Rob, You gotta Robbie Rob. Thank you Greg.
- 17:47Speaker 1: We try to make your laugh or giggle with celebrity gossip,
- 17:49Speaker 1: but for a minute or a moment where a little
- 17:51Speaker 1: bit more serious. Today's Moment of Rob sponsored by the
- 17:55Speaker 1: Fourword Answer. My new book, Isn't That Nice? Who Are You?
- 17:59Speaker 1: In all words? Now available on Amazon dot com. There
- 18:03Speaker 1: is nothing anyone can say to you that will hurt
- 18:07Speaker 1: you when you know the truth about yourself, know the
- 18:11Speaker 1: truth about yourself admitted, and once you have, nobody can
- 18:15Speaker 1: hurt you anymore. I think that you better give me
- 18:19Speaker 1: an autograph copy of that book dollars on Amazon dot com.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Thank you very much. Hey everyone, that's it for say Greg,
- 18:27Speaker 1: thank you for jumping in, and thank you for listening.
