- 0:47Speaker 1: If you bald Don't go to the barbershop The hell
- 0:50Speaker 1: with you bro.
- 0:50Speaker 3: Somebody said that They don't want y'all In.
- 0:52Speaker 2: The barbershop No no I mean that.
- 0:55Speaker 4: Would Kinda irritate me Like y'all wasting The barber time.
- 0:57Speaker 2: No but they get Their beards done Yeah but.
- 1:00Speaker 4: They be In their plan Like the barber Be trying
- 1:02Speaker 4: to rub They head And make them feel Like they
- 1:04Speaker 4: getting A real haircut Cause they charging Them the same
- 1:06Speaker 4: price For the haircut So yeah That would irritate me
- 1:10Speaker 4: Like I could be getting cut and he over here playing.
- 1:12Speaker 5: I would feel terrible if I lose my barbershop experience
- 1:15Speaker 5: just because I lost my hair.
- 1:16Speaker 4: Aw.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Yeah. You know.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Where can you go?
- 1:21Speaker 3: You can't go to the club, no chain. Where can
- 1:23Speaker 3: you go?
- 1:24Speaker 2: You can't do it. And I can't. What Rob does
- 1:28Speaker 2: for my beard, I can't do at home.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Yeah, Rob be snapping.
- 1:31Speaker 2: He do.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:32Speaker 2: I can't. I can't.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Rob be doing his thing.
- 1:34Speaker 2: So I talked to a barber.
- 1:35Speaker 5: A barber told me that beard people come in more
- 1:38Speaker 5: than people with hair.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 1:39Speaker 5: So they can get more of their clientele, their consistent
- 1:42Speaker 5: money come from somebody who just got a beard because
- 1:44Speaker 5: they continue to get it tightened up.
- 1:46Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying? More than people we got here. So,
- 1:50Speaker 2: I mean. They ain't kicking us out. We helping the economy.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Yes, y'all are.
- 1:55Speaker 2: We helping the economy. Let's go ahead and get to it, man.
- 1:58Speaker 1: The reason we did not pop is because Kiki went
- 2:02Speaker 1: to some hole-in-the-wall joint to go eat and have a
- 2:06Speaker 1: Sunday dinner.
- 2:07Speaker 2: And I have no idea. I ain't never heard of
- 2:10Speaker 2: this place. Why you go to some place called Perry's?
- 2:13Speaker 4: Hey, don't shout them out because they are a known restaurant.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Just because y'all are uncultured and never been.
- 2:21Speaker 2: If they did you wrong, why you protecting them?
- 2:23Speaker 3: Because I don't want any smoke.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I don't want any lawsuits or anything like that.
- 2:26Speaker 5: Okay, we're not going to do nothing about Perry's.
- 2:29Speaker 4: What happened was I tried to be nice to a man,
- 2:31Speaker 4: and that's really where I went wrong. Trying to go
- 2:34Speaker 4: celebrate Swedish Day. And I was buying a meal for
- 2:38Speaker 4: a man. And that's why I ended up sick. You
- 2:40Speaker 4: never do that. That's the problem.
- 2:42Speaker 3: So, yeah.
- 2:43Speaker 2: No, I know what happened.
- 2:44Speaker 3: We ain't celebrating no more.
- 2:45Speaker 2: You got that food from Burlington.
- 2:47Speaker 3: No.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Burlington Coke Factory.
- 2:49Speaker 3: No, guys.
- 2:50Speaker 4: It was just, I was down bad for two days.
- 2:53Speaker 4: You know, nobody checked on me. Shout out to the
- 2:55Speaker 4: Pie FM. They just want to know where they episode at.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Right What an episode Where's our episode at.
- 3:01Speaker 4: They tagging us About pips and everything I'm like Damn
- 3:05Speaker 4: Could y'all make sure We was alive You know.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Yeah Kiki was under the weather If anybody has ever
- 3:10Speaker 1: Had food poisoning I have Zach have you ever had
- 3:13Speaker 1: it What It's the worst thing ever Oh it's the
- 3:15Speaker 1: worst I knew what you was going through It's the
- 3:16Speaker 1: worst type of.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Death Yeah Yes You feel like death Yes.
- 3:20Speaker 5: It's coming every way Out of every way You don't
- 3:23Speaker 5: know when to stop Then you get nervous You can't
- 3:25Speaker 5: eat nothing But you hungry But you weak It's a process.
- 3:30Speaker 2: It's terrible.
- 3:30Speaker 3: But I think I'm, like, five pounds down. So, you know,
- 3:33Speaker 3: a win is a win.
- 3:33Speaker 2: You know?
- 3:36Speaker 3: Hey, it is what it is. But, yeah.
- 3:38Speaker 2: It cleansed your own colon out.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Okay.
- 3:42Speaker 4: It did. And then, you know, another thing that made
- 3:44Speaker 4: me sick, too, was people was telling me I needed
- 3:46Speaker 4: to apologize to you. And just the thought of coming
- 3:49Speaker 4: in here apologizing to Tom, it just made me nauseous
- 3:53Speaker 4: to my stomach. I said, oh, oh, I can't. So,
- 3:58Speaker 4: you know, that's another reason.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Well, why did they say you needed to apologize to me?
- 4:03Speaker 4: Because Usher commented on our post, and he is now
- 4:07Speaker 4: officially a friend of the show.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Yes.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Shout out to Usher. Oh, my God.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Shout out to Usher. That just made my entire weekend.
- 4:19Speaker 4: And I knew he was coming. Once I saw Eric
- 4:21Speaker 4: Bellinger get in the comments, who is an actual friend
- 4:24Speaker 4: of this show. We've interviewed him. We've partied with him.
- 4:28Speaker 4: We have photos with him. We love Eric in this house.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Yes.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Then when I saw Tank come in the comments, I said,
- 4:35Speaker 3: I know Tank's snitching.
- 4:36Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying?
- 4:37Speaker 1: Think about it.
- 4:37Speaker 3: They're all on tour with Usher right now.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Right.
- 4:39Speaker 3: So I knew we was in a group chat.
- 4:41Speaker 4: So I went up and put up a little disclaimer like, hey,
- 4:43Speaker 4: our friend, our good friend, I just want you to
- 4:46Speaker 4: know we weren't saying that you couldn't make money. We
- 4:49Speaker 4: were really just saying that streaming is not fair for
- 4:52Speaker 4: any artist. I don't care who you are. You're not
- 4:54Speaker 4: eating like you should be off streaming. That's what we
- 4:56Speaker 4: were saying.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:58Speaker 3: And so I wanted to clear that part up. Right. But, yeah,
- 5:01Speaker 3: how do you feel after....
- 5:04Speaker 4: You know, your good personal friend, Usher, came into our comments.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I felt vindicated. This life I've lived is very cool.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And one day I'm going to write a book about it.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Oh. But, you know, I guess shout out to the
- 5:16Speaker 2: pod fam.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Shout out to everybody that jumped in them comments and
- 5:19Speaker 1: ran that damn thing up the way they ran it up.
- 5:22Speaker 1: But when I was in Atlanta and I was doing
- 5:25Speaker 1: a party with Jay Weave. Now, Jason Weave's first cousin
- 5:27Speaker 1: is Tricky Stewart. Tricky Stewart and Usher are in studio.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Yeah, legendary producer and writer.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Tricky sent it to Usher.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Oh, he sent it? And he sent it to J. Weave. Okay.
- 5:41Speaker 1: So I'm sure he was getting it. Then my fraternity
- 5:44Speaker 1: brother works with Usher. So I'm sure he saw it.
- 5:47Speaker 1: He's like, yeah, I'm going to send it to him too.
- 5:49Speaker 1: So I figured he was getting it from everybody and
- 5:51Speaker 1: was just like, all right, let me go ahead and
- 5:54Speaker 1: throw one up, man, and show some love. So shout
- 5:56Speaker 1: out to Usher, man. And then I had to put
- 5:59Speaker 1: my own interview. So you saw the interview.
- 6:04Speaker 3: So, like, so, okay.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Let's... Okay. I'm going to tell you the same. If
- 6:08Speaker 2: you want me to tell you the Usher story, I
- 6:09Speaker 2: will tell you the Usher story.
- 6:10Speaker 3: I would love for you to tell me the Usher story.
- 6:12Speaker 1: So, okay, ask the question first.
- 6:14Speaker 3: Wait, so, okay, so, you and Usher are really friends.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I don't want to say friends, but we know each other.
- 6:22Speaker 1: And that's the best way to say it. Like, if
- 6:24Speaker 1: he says.
- 6:27Speaker 1: He said, like, if they say, hey, I'm coming to Chicago,
- 6:29Speaker 1: he's like, man, I'm only going to do a couple interviews.
- 6:30Speaker 2: They're like, yo, we got Tom Capone. He's like, I'll bet.
- 6:32Speaker 1: I got it.
- 6:33Speaker 2: We got to do Tom.
- 6:33Speaker 3: That's what you're going to say.
- 6:34Speaker 2: He's going to do it. That's what, ask Norjohn.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Okay.
- 6:38Speaker 2: You got to ask Norjohn.
- 6:39Speaker 3: You know I ask Norjohn.
- 6:40Speaker 2: You ask Norjohn?
- 6:41Speaker 1: Yes. Because I actually have a video where Norjohn is
- 6:45Speaker 1: walking him in. Yes.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Norjohn, ask Baby Sam. I will. Shout out to Baby Sam.
- 6:51Speaker 4: Yes.
- 6:52Speaker 1: But I can tell you the quick version of it.
- 6:55Speaker 1: We go to Atlanta, me, we, we going to hang
- 6:58Speaker 1: out at Red Zone.
- 6:58Speaker 2: That's Tricky Studio. This is a long time.
- 7:02Speaker 1: This is when he had Bone Crusher and Soleil and
- 7:06Speaker 1: all of them, Sam Salter, all of them outside in
- 7:08Speaker 1: the Red Zone. A bunch of other people. We go,
- 7:11Speaker 1: we hanging out. We go see Keith, who is Kiki
- 7:16Speaker 1: from Subway. Kiki from Subway and Usher are great.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Super cool.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Kiki is like, was at that time Usher's right-hand man,
- 7:25Speaker 1: basically his assistant.
- 7:27Speaker 2: You don't remember Subway?
- 7:28Speaker 1: You don't remember Subway? It's a group from Chicago. Google them.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Oh, they had a good run. Look them up.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Tell me what they sing.
- 7:37Speaker 1: I forgot at this point, but it's a good run.
- 7:39Speaker 1: We're going to look it up after this. And I'm
- 7:41Speaker 1: sure the pop fam know.
- 7:43Speaker 3: So we go.
- 7:44Speaker 2: We go over there.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Kiki's like, man, I'm going to go over to Usher's house.
- 7:48Speaker 1: Jay's like, yeah, let's go. We go over there. Usher,
- 7:50Speaker 1: at this time, is a young man. And we get
- 7:54Speaker 1: over there. We hooping, hanging out.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Usher, regular guy.
- 7:58Speaker 1: This happens to be the same day that Usher's You
- 8:01Speaker 1: Make Me Wanna is going against a masterpiece song. I
- 8:04Speaker 1: don't remember which one on the radio. So You Make
- 8:07Speaker 1: Me Wanna wins.
- 8:09Speaker 2: It wins.
- 8:10Speaker 1: It wins because it was an incredible record. We go
- 8:13Speaker 1: out that night to celebrate. We go out that night
- 8:16Speaker 1: to celebrate. We all hanging out. This is the first
- 8:18Speaker 1: time I see BMF in the club. I see BMF
- 8:21Speaker 1: in the club. I forgot the club we went to.
- 8:24Speaker 1: And we went there. I'm hanging out, doing what I do.
- 8:26Speaker 1: I end up talking to a girl. They think I'm
- 8:30Speaker 1: in the car, another car with somebody else.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Everybody leave me. I'm walking around the club like, where
- 8:35Speaker 2: everybody at? I hit weave. He's like, yeah, man, we
- 8:38Speaker 2: at another spot, man. Damn, we thought you was in
- 8:40Speaker 2: the car. Okay, cool.
- 8:42Speaker 1: Usher, he's like, Usher coming back to pick you up.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Usher came back, pick me up.
- 8:48Speaker 2: Like, hey, come on, G.
- 8:49Speaker 1: And then we went to 112, 112 the club in Atlanta,
- 8:52Speaker 1: and all met up at 112 and kicked it that
- 8:54Speaker 1: night to celebrate that he had Make You Wanna. And
- 8:58Speaker 1: ever since then, we've been cool. I've seen him. I've
- 9:01Speaker 1: interviewed him a bunch of times. I've seen him. So
- 9:04Speaker 1: that is the Usher story.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Well, look, anybody who picked me up is my friend.
- 9:10Speaker 2: I don't give a damn.
- 9:12Speaker 3: Y'all crazy.
- 9:13Speaker 2: Once you came back, picked you up, what was he driving?
- 9:16Speaker 2: I forgot what he was driving. Something slick. You know
- 9:18Speaker 2: what I'm saying? Something slick. So it was just him
- 9:19Speaker 2: driving or he had his driver drive? No, it was
- 9:21Speaker 2: just him driving. This is like right before everything.
- 9:24Speaker 3: So it was seven o'clock on the day and you
- 9:27Speaker 3: was in your jump time.
- 9:28Speaker 2: Is that what you're telling me? No. That sounds way
- 9:31Speaker 2: fucked up. I can see Tom coming out of the
- 9:36Speaker 2: club not opening the door.
- 9:37Speaker 3: So you was cruising the streets with us.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Okay. All right, Tom. That's lit. I was one of
- 9:41Speaker 2: the homies in the you don't have to call video.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 9:44Speaker 2: You don't have to call.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Yeah, so I mean, you know, that's why when you
- 9:49Speaker 1: see the video, he be like, hey, man, what's up?
- 9:51Speaker 2: How you been?
- 9:51Speaker 1: Like, is that week cool? It's not like we call
- 9:55Speaker 1: each other. Right.
- 9:56Speaker 2: But we know each other when we see each other. Okay.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Of course not. If he kicked you up, that's your friend.
- 10:03Speaker 3: We need Usher on the pod.
- 10:05Speaker 2: We got to get him on the pod.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Yes, I have questions.
- 10:07Speaker 1: But I definitely was like, when I saw all of
- 10:10Speaker 1: the people laughing at it, that was probably the clip
- 10:14Speaker 1: that I watched the most of our pod. Maybe it's
- 10:17Speaker 1: another one. But I watched that clip an awful... No,
- 10:20Speaker 1: but I was.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Watching and laughing.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:24Speaker 2: I was laughing like I wasn't in it. Yeah.
- 10:26Speaker 5: Like this wasn't... Like I ain't seen it. Like I
- 10:28Speaker 5: didn't participate and see it 50 times. I was cracking up.
- 10:32Speaker 5: And then when somebody else, some other blue check or
- 10:34Speaker 5: celebrity would come in there and comment or.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Like it, I would rewatch it and laugh again with them.
- 10:39Speaker 3: Because....
- 10:41Speaker 2: It was classic. It was funny. It was so funny.
- 10:44Speaker 4: The manifesting powers in this room is incredible. You said
- 10:48Speaker 4: you brought up Jesus Christ, friend of the show. And
- 10:51Speaker 4: that was one of my favorite parts of the video.
- 10:53Speaker 4: And I woke up to Jerry Lorenzo in the chat.
- 10:56Speaker 4: And you know I think that Jesus is amongst us.
- 11:00Speaker 4: I think Jerry is truly Jesus walking amongst us.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I really do believe that. Kiki, I got a question.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Was Jennifer Hudson or.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Jasmine Sullivan was one of them.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Did I see one of them? Jasmine Sullivan watched it
- 11:13Speaker 3: and laughed.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Jasmine Sullivan, that's who it was.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Yes, Jasmine Sullivan.
- 11:16Speaker 4: And then my favorite, you know, the most important celebrity
- 11:20Speaker 4: in my book that saw the clip was Omarion. This
- 11:24Speaker 4: morning we woke up to him liking the video.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Oh, Omarion liked it too? Yes. He like all Kiki's stuff.
- 11:30Speaker 3: A true friend of the show.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Omarion is a true friend.
- 11:32Speaker 4: Yes.
- 11:33Speaker 2: He is a friend of the show. Jerry Lorenzo is
- 11:35Speaker 2: a friend of the show. Yes, he is.
- 11:36Speaker 1: Well, he's my friend.
- 11:37Speaker 2: He's your friend. And he's our producer.
- 11:39Speaker 3: And I think he's a friend of Jesus.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Of who? Jesus. You think he's Jesus?
- 11:45Speaker 1: I do.
- 11:45Speaker 4: Just think of, you got to look at Jerry Lorenzo.
- 11:48Speaker 4: Look at how Jesus is described. He got the fear
- 11:52Speaker 4: of God line. It's like, I feel like Jesus is
- 11:56Speaker 4: right here in our face.
- 11:57Speaker 3: So when I saw it.
- 11:58Speaker 2: I said, oh. That's hilarious.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Yeah. Shout out to the good noob, Jay Lorenzo, man.
- 12:03Speaker 1: The pod needs to fear God, big dog. We need
- 12:05Speaker 1: to fear God, big dog.
- 12:07Speaker 3: You've done enough for me.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Jesus.
- 12:10Speaker 3: You paid it all. You know, I don't mind paying
- 12:16Speaker 3: for my fear, God.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Because, you know, he didn't pay the price. He didn't
- 12:20Speaker 2: pay the price. The ultimate price. I can't stand you.
- 12:23Speaker 3: I'm for real. I told Ryan, I'm like, y'all don't
- 12:26Speaker 3: even know y'all got Jesus in y'all family. That is
- 12:28Speaker 3: crazy to me.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:29Speaker 3: I think, you know.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Ryan's related to him through marriage. Y'all try producing Ryan.
- 12:34Speaker 2: That's hilarious. Um, Let's go ahead.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Let's go ahead and get to the pod though. Again,
- 12:38Speaker 1: thanks y'all for running those numbers up. That was really
- 12:40Speaker 1: cool to see. And shout out to any of the
- 12:43Speaker 1: blue checks that are now pod fam that now check
- 12:46Speaker 1: the pod out. We appreciate you too.
- 12:48Speaker 4: Yes. It was so many people like instant follow, instant follow. Like,
- 12:51Speaker 4: I don't know y'all, but I'm, I'm pod fam now too.
- 12:53Speaker 4: So like, I'm a friend of the show too. We
- 12:55Speaker 4: got to get some friend of the show merch out.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Yeah, we do. For the people. We do.
- 12:59Speaker 4: Yes, that was just an iconic moment that is just,
- 13:03Speaker 4: if you're new here, that is what this is. That's
- 13:06Speaker 4: how this show happens, just organic conversation like that. Yeah.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I had a it's me, baby moment in Atlanta.
- 13:16Speaker 1: Again?
- 13:16Speaker 2: Again, yeah. Who was it? But this was a kind
- 13:18Speaker 2: of aggravating moment.
- 13:20Speaker 1: This one wasn't funny. It was an aggravating moment. So
- 13:23Speaker 1: I was like, yo, my man. They're like, yeah, let's
- 13:26Speaker 1: go to this club. I was like, who promoting that, man?
- 13:29Speaker 2: I don't really know. I got to know who I'm going.
- 13:31Speaker 2: I'm not finna ride.
- 13:32Speaker 1: It's like, no, it's Buddy from Chicago, and then it's
- 13:35Speaker 1: a DJ from Chicago.
- 13:36Speaker 2: I'm not saying no names. So it's like, I'm like, oh, Beck,
- 13:39Speaker 2: them two? I'm gone.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I text the DJ, like, hey, man, I'm about to
- 13:44Speaker 1: pull up. He's like, Beck, you know, tell the promoter
- 13:47Speaker 1: you pulling up. I'm like, oh, matter of fact, I
- 13:50Speaker 1: see him right there.
- 13:52Speaker 2: I see him. I got the glasses on. I'm coming.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I'm feeling good. I just hung out with one of
- 13:56Speaker 1: my best friends in the world, Jay Weave. I'm having
- 13:59Speaker 1: a great night. This is it. I got girls with me. Y'all,
- 14:04Speaker 1: we good.
- 14:05Speaker 2: And in my mind, if I got to pay for them,
- 14:07Speaker 2: I'm going to pay for the girl.
- 14:08Speaker 1: But we good.
- 14:08Speaker 2: We finna walk right in. Hey, these my people. I
- 14:11Speaker 2: see him.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I'm like, hey, say his name. He giving me the
- 14:16Speaker 1: promoter look pass look. You know, like he don't see me.
- 14:19Speaker 1: He right by me, but he just like giving me
- 14:22Speaker 1: the look. I said, all right, maybe he said, hey, yo,
- 14:27Speaker 1: it's Tom Capone. He like, look pass look. I said, okay,
- 14:37Speaker 1: maybe he trying to, he don't want to try to
- 14:40Speaker 1: get nobody in free.
- 14:41Speaker 2: He want to tell me on the low. I'm going
- 14:43Speaker 2: to still be cool.
- 14:45Speaker 1: He comes right by me. Literally not looking at me.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I grab his arm. Hey, it's Tom Capone. The security
- 14:55Speaker 1: looks at me grabbing. When I say Tom Capone, he
- 14:57Speaker 1: looks at me. And he still does not look at me.
- 15:01Speaker 1: I don't grab him and pull him. I just kind
- 15:02Speaker 1: of like put my hand like, hey, it's Tom Capone, man.
- 15:06Speaker 1: And I almost took the glasses off like, it's me.
- 15:10Speaker 2: But I.
- 15:12Speaker 1: I'm like, yo, it's Tom Capone, man. I say, I
- 15:15Speaker 1: give it one more chance. Now, mind you, this is
- 15:18Speaker 1: people now. It's girls behind me that I like. They're like, damn, Tom.
- 15:24Speaker 2: Oh, no. Oh, my God. I'm nervous. I'm cringing.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I got to say, I'm not going to make no scene.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I'm not going to get nobody that type of love.
- 15:32Speaker 1: So I just turn around and I walk away. And
- 15:35Speaker 1: I still would have gave Buddy the benefit of the doubt. Like,
- 15:38Speaker 1: he got people trying to get in. He probably would
- 15:41Speaker 1: have had to make me wait or whatever the case
- 15:42Speaker 1: may be. I think you should acknowledge me. But then
- 15:45Speaker 1: the girl comes back because she.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Want to go.
- 15:48Speaker 1: She didn't drove. The girls want to go. She's like, hey, Tone,
- 15:52Speaker 1: he just said you go over to the other side.
- 15:54Speaker 2: He saw you. He said go over to the other side.
- 15:56Speaker 2: I said, so wait a minute.
- 15:58Speaker 1: He did all of that and he seen me and
- 16:00Speaker 1: he didn't acknowledge me.
- 16:02Speaker 2: I said, no, y'all can do it. I'm gone. I'm gone.
- 16:05Speaker 1: So I was like, you know, that was an interesting moment.
- 16:08Speaker 1: It's somebody that has known me Since I was doing weekends.
- 16:12Speaker 1: And I've known them since they've been doing small promoting activity.
- 16:17Speaker 2: They weren't the big promoter that they are now.
- 16:20Speaker 1: And I was just like, although not friends like that,
- 16:24Speaker 1: we have always showed each other love.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Right.
- 16:28Speaker 1: And that was the crazy thing. Because perfect example, rewind
- 16:32Speaker 1: to the early part of the night. Earlier part of
- 16:35Speaker 1: the night, there was a promoter that was outside, a
- 16:37Speaker 1: legendary promoter that's done stuff here in Chicago that was
- 16:40Speaker 1: outside of the J.
- 16:41Speaker 2: Weed Prize. I was like, hey, man, I got to
- 16:42Speaker 2: go get him in.
- 16:43Speaker 1: He can't stand outside.
- 16:44Speaker 2: They was like, oh, him? Oh, come on, go get him,
- 16:46Speaker 2: go get him, go get him. And I go get him.
- 16:48Speaker 1: People that we didn't came up in this class, although
- 16:53Speaker 1: not friends with everybody, but if it's somebody that's a
- 16:56Speaker 1: part of this, they've been doing it at a high
- 16:58Speaker 1: level for you, you look out.
- 17:00Speaker 2: You got to make sure they're straight.
- 17:02Speaker 1: So it was weird.
- 17:02Speaker 2: It was a weird situation.
- 17:03Speaker 3: Is that promoter from Chicago?
- 17:05Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Are they still in Chicago?
- 17:07Speaker 3: You got to see him again.
- 17:07Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. I'm going to see him again. But I'm
- 17:11Speaker 1: not going to do what I know. I know.
- 17:12Speaker 2: It won't happen. I will tell him, like, that was
- 17:15Speaker 2: kind of weird, bro. I understand.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Let him give me whatever BS excuse he give me.
- 17:19Speaker 1: And I'm going to be like, it won't happen twice.
- 17:22Speaker 1: That'll never happen. That won't happen twice. You won't get
- 17:24Speaker 1: a chance to do it twice. I'll never go to
- 17:26Speaker 1: nothing you got going on. Not a big deal, but
- 17:28Speaker 1: I won't.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Right, right, right. That is crazy.
- 17:30Speaker 1: It was crazy.
- 17:30Speaker 3: You are so weird.
- 17:31Speaker 1: It's crazy. It was a crazy situation. But shout out
- 17:34Speaker 1: to all the other people in Chicago that I saw, man.
- 17:36Speaker 1: It was a beautiful thing down in Atlanta. But this
- 17:41Speaker 1: kind of bothers me a little bit, this next story. What?
- 17:45Speaker 2: Because my goat was just lying to everybody the whole time.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Who? All?
- 17:50Speaker 2: All entertainers lie, man.
- 17:53Speaker 1: Jay-Z has chosen himself to headline the Super Bowl halftime show.
- 17:59Speaker 1: Nothing has been officially confirmed by the NFL, Apple Music,
- 18:02Speaker 1: or Roc Nation, but that has been the report.
- 18:05Speaker 2: And if he chose himself, for God's sake, man, you're
- 18:08Speaker 2: lying to us.
- 18:09Speaker 3: What did I tell y'all?
- 18:10Speaker 2: Kiki said this, though.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 18:12Speaker 2: She said this a long time ago.
- 18:14Speaker 3: And shout out to the pie fam who hit me
- 18:16Speaker 3: up all day yesterday.
- 18:18Speaker 5: He's been saying this, that he's going to perform. And
- 18:21Speaker 5: you said it before. I know a lot of people
- 18:23Speaker 5: online are saying that Cam'ron.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Said it first.
- 18:26Speaker 1: No.
- 18:26Speaker 2: Kiki said it first. Thank you. She said it first.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 18:30Speaker 5: And I think that we need our credit over here
- 18:32Speaker 5: to What More Can I Say podcast. Because that definitely happened.
- 18:35Speaker 5: And he's going to perform at halftime. And you know
- 18:38Speaker 5: why I think it is? Because this rumor's been going
- 18:41Speaker 5: around for a whole day. And nobody has came out. Usually,
- 18:45Speaker 5: if it's a false rumor about Jay-Z, somebody from Roc
- 18:48Speaker 5: Nation puts out a statement telling you it's false.
- 18:52Speaker 2: I ain't seen nothing come out yet denying it. Yep.
- 18:54Speaker 2: Ain't nothing confirmed it, but ain't nothing denied it either.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Okay, Kiki, since you are a part of Roc Nation,
- 19:02Speaker 1: when are we getting the album?
- 19:03Speaker 4: Well, the album is going to drop right after the
- 19:06Speaker 4: Super Bowl performance.
- 19:08Speaker 3: He'll announce the album and a tour. But here's the thing. I.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Allegedly.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Allegedly.
- 19:16Speaker 4: But I also am, you know, I really want this
- 19:19Speaker 4: to be host time. And I think it's the perfect setup.
- 19:22Speaker 4: I think it's the perfect rollout. I think it's time.
- 19:25Speaker 4: I also think the hate train that comes with the
- 19:28Speaker 4: Super Bowl announcement every year, don't matter who you, who
- 19:31Speaker 4: they select. It's going to be a hate train after
- 19:33Speaker 4: that about you. I don't know if Ho feels like
- 19:37Speaker 4: dealing with that right now.
- 19:38Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 19:39Speaker 4: So he might have been lined up to do it,
- 19:41Speaker 4: but the hate train that's coming from the, even the
- 19:43Speaker 4: way they position the headline pissed me off jay-z selects
- 19:47Speaker 4: himself to perform at the super bowl halftime show like
- 19:51Speaker 4: first of all the halftime show is not one person's
- 19:53Speaker 4: decision you know what i'm saying yes he helps curate
- 19:56Speaker 4: it yes he brings the list of performers names up
- 19:59Speaker 4: but also he's jay-z and he's earned the right to
- 20:02Speaker 4: perform at the super bowl so it could have just
- 20:03Speaker 4: been jay-z's gonna perform but jay-z selects himself like i
- 20:07Speaker 4: just don't like how people are like trying to position
- 20:10Speaker 4: it that way that's.
- 20:10Speaker 5: Fair because when jay-z picked kendrick when it went jay-z
- 20:15Speaker 5: picks kendrick well when jay when they he gets when
- 20:18Speaker 5: we like the when we like it when it was
- 20:21Speaker 5: rihanna we praised jay-z we was like jay-z that's what
- 20:23Speaker 5: i'm talking about we saw that you picked rihanna you
- 20:27Speaker 5: know what i'm saying we We praised it when it
- 20:28Speaker 5: was Dr. Dre, and it was like, we like that
- 20:30Speaker 5: you making it black. We praised him for picking it,
- 20:32Speaker 5: so he kind of did pick himself.
- 20:34Speaker 3: But it's the shade of it all. It's not coming
- 20:36Speaker 3: from a good place.
- 20:36Speaker 4: Because you could just say Jay-Z's going to, it's his
- 20:39Speaker 4: time to perform at Super Bowl. No, he picked himself.
- 20:42Speaker 4: And I just know the hate train is coming. And so, Hope,
- 20:44Speaker 4: I just want you to know, because I know you probably...
- 20:47Speaker 4: A friend at a show.
- 20:48Speaker 2: I want you to watch.
- 20:50Speaker 4: I want you to not care what they're talking about
- 20:53Speaker 4: and just do you.
- 20:54Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying? Like, do you. I don't
- 20:56Speaker 3: care what the haters got to say. They're going to
- 20:57Speaker 3: hate either way.
- 20:58Speaker 1: I don't think he gives a... Now, that I don't
- 21:00Speaker 1: think he cares about what people say. Anytime you... Have
- 21:04Speaker 1: an eight-part documentary about the lyrics that you wrote. You
- 21:07Speaker 1: don't care what people are going to say. You are
- 21:10Speaker 1: one of the most highly skilled rappers of all time.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I listen to, you know, and I get it. Academics
- 21:15Speaker 1: is cool with Drake, and Drake's not cool with Jay-Z.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I get that whole thing. But like I said, like,
- 21:21Speaker 1: Jay got physical sales on his side.
- 21:24Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 21:25Speaker 2: When you.
- 21:26Speaker 1: When you sell out Yankee Stadium three times in a
- 21:29Speaker 1: row and then you pop up and say, oh, yeah,
- 21:31Speaker 1: I'm going to do Paris. That sell out. Oh, yeah,
- 21:33Speaker 1: I'm going to do L.A. That sell out. I mean, like,
- 21:36Speaker 1: the numbers are there. All the numbers are there. Y'all
- 21:40Speaker 1: can hate and say he old and say whatever. And, yes,
- 21:43Speaker 1: people can be, other artists can do it. But why
- 21:47Speaker 1: y'all got such a problem with him doing it is crazy.
- 21:50Speaker 1: And he got a crazy Rolodex. You know he going
- 21:53Speaker 1: to have wifey come out. You know the wife coming.
- 21:56Speaker 1: You already know Pharrell probably going to come out.
- 21:58Speaker 3: It might be a problem not to have her perform.
- 21:59Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 22:01Speaker 1: I think Beyonce, these are the people that I think.
- 22:04Speaker 1: I think Beyonce, Pharrell, and then possibly a Justin Timberlake
- 22:10Speaker 1: makes a return back to the Super Bowl.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Who knows?
- 22:13Speaker 1: But I definitely think Beyonce and Pharrell for sure.
- 22:18Speaker 3: We don't need Justin Timberlake.
- 22:20Speaker 2: He don't like Justin.
- 22:21Speaker 3: I love Justin. We just don't need him for this moment.
- 22:22Speaker 2: You know I don't mess with Justin.
- 22:23Speaker 4: We just don't need him, especially with the controversy that
- 22:25Speaker 4: he had involving the Super Bowl and then Jay-Z needs
- 22:27Speaker 4: to be, he don't need to stand next to Jay-Z
- 22:29Speaker 4: in this moment. Jay-Z needs to own this moment as
- 22:33Speaker 4: Hove and get everything that's just due to him. But also,
- 22:37Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 22:38Speaker 2: The Sim and Kanye make up and they go.
- 22:40Speaker 3: That would be an iconic moment that ain't happening.
- 22:42Speaker 4: Okay.
- 22:42Speaker 3: But that would be iconic, but I don't think it's happening.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Do they make up right there?
- 22:46Speaker 1: No.
- 22:47Speaker 2: I don't think.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Unfortunately, I think Kanye has pissed off all the wrong people.
- 22:50Speaker 5: I know you want everybody to be making up at
- 22:52Speaker 5: the Super Bowl, but that's not where you make up at.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Okay, all right.
- 22:55Speaker 4: Not in front of all them advertisers. Kanye got a lot.
- 22:57Speaker 4: You know, if Ye didn't have that stain, I do
- 23:00Speaker 4: think just their personal. I think Jay-Z is smart enough
- 23:03Speaker 4: to understand how big that would have been for the culture.
- 23:05Speaker 4: to come back together. So I think Hov would be
- 23:08Speaker 4: on board to do it. I just think the powers
- 23:09Speaker 4: that be would not allow Kanye on that stage right now.
- 23:12Speaker 2: That's fair.
- 23:13Speaker 4: But my other theory is, and y'all know I love
- 23:16Speaker 4: a theory, is that the NFL threw that headline out
- 23:20Speaker 4: yesterday to distract us from Jalen Hurts.
- 23:24Speaker 3: And I'm going to just leave that right there.
- 23:25Speaker 2: You on one today.
- 23:26Speaker 1: Okay. Oh.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Because all of a.
- 23:29Speaker 4: Sudden, the timeline went from Jalen Hurts to Jay-Z announced himself,
- 23:34Speaker 4: and Jay-Z, notice, ain't said a word. And I feel
- 23:36Speaker 4: like Jay-Z would have just came out and gave us
- 23:38Speaker 4: the official announcement when he's ready to do it. But
- 23:41Speaker 4: I feel like, allegedly, in my opinion, that the NFL
- 23:44Speaker 4: was like, whew, we got to distract him.
- 23:46Speaker 3: What we about to do? Okay, throw that out there.
- 23:48Speaker 2: That could be allegedly the reason.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Because what is going on with Jalen Hurts is insane.
- 23:54Speaker 2: I honestly, I think it's allegedly insane. All of this
- 23:59Speaker 2: is all alleged.
- 24:00Speaker 1: I just think that the NFL is, I think some
- 24:04Speaker 1: sports are becoming, the NFL in particular, just because of
- 24:07Speaker 1: some things that I've been seeing.
- 24:08Speaker 2: Feels a bit WWE-ish. It feels a little WWE-ish, allegedly.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I'm not trying to get into it with the NFL,
- 24:17Speaker 1: but when I see what the Eagles look like, and I.
- 24:20Speaker 2: Say, hmm, the Eagles.
- 24:24Speaker 1: The people that hop Philly, there's certain people that run
- 24:27Speaker 1: the Eagles. Do I say they not going nowhere? Do
- 24:30Speaker 1: we say, hey, we put Jalen on the shelf. We
- 24:34Speaker 1: put Jalen on the shelf.
- 24:36Speaker 2: You think they tank it?
- 24:36Speaker 1: We put Jalen on the shelf. Jalen, you got blood clots, allegedly. Well,
- 24:41Speaker 1: that's what they say he has. But I'm just saying
- 24:42Speaker 1: this theory that I have is allegedly. We put him
- 24:45Speaker 1: on the shelf. We get a high draft pick. We draft.
- 24:48Speaker 1: We draft a quarterback. Maybe a manning that's coming out.
- 24:52Speaker 1: We trade Jalen Hurts to another market that needs a quarterback,
- 24:57Speaker 1: that needs a quarterback for that.
- 24:59Speaker 2: Just seems like something. It seems, it just, all of
- 25:03Speaker 2: a sudden they say.
- 25:04Speaker 1: We not, the NFL says that we're not going to
- 25:09Speaker 1: punish the Eagles. What the Eagles did, if you look
- 25:13Speaker 1: at it, all alleged, this is all alleged, but if
- 25:15Speaker 1: you look at what happened with Jalen Hurts and you
- 25:18Speaker 1: look at what happened, You kind of want to punish
- 25:20Speaker 1: the Eagles because it looks crazy that you let a
- 25:23Speaker 1: dude fly with blood clots.
- 25:25Speaker 2: So that's what we need to do.
- 25:26Speaker 5: Let's tell the pod fam who don't know what's going
- 25:30Speaker 5: on of what happened. Okay, so basically Jalen Hurts allegedly
- 25:36Speaker 5: had blood clots that the Eagles knew about. The Eagles
- 25:38Speaker 5: organization that he plays for knew about and they ignored
- 25:41Speaker 5: it and let him fly across the country. And, you know,
- 25:46Speaker 5: playing that game, was it in Brazil or something?
- 25:48Speaker 2: I forgot where the game was.
- 25:50Speaker 1: London.
- 25:50Speaker 2: It was an out-the-country game.
- 25:52Speaker 5: And as you know, anybody who's dealt with blood clots,
- 25:54Speaker 5: one of the things that you're not allowed to do
- 25:55Speaker 5: is fly at all. So if they were small, if
- 25:58Speaker 5: they knew, that would be medical negligence. And Jalen Hurts
- 26:03Speaker 5: would have a major lawsuit if they knew and they
- 26:05Speaker 5: could prove that they knew. The NFL not taking accountability
- 26:10Speaker 5: does not surprise me. The NFL has never took... accountability
- 26:14Speaker 5: for any of their wrongdoing. They always just be quiet.
- 26:18Speaker 5: Even the stuff that they have taken accountability for, they
- 26:20Speaker 5: do very quietly and they'll be like, okay, we'll give
- 26:22Speaker 5: you some money and go away. You know, I've never
- 26:24Speaker 5: seen them loudly punish. The NFL, I've never seen them
- 26:26Speaker 5: punish the NFL. I just don't watch. We don't never
- 26:29Speaker 5: see that. These are all theories, NFL. These are all alleged.
- 26:32Speaker 2: We don't know. This is what we think and this
- 26:34Speaker 2: is our opinion.
- 26:35Speaker 5: From the theatrical aspect of it, The NFL, in my opinion,
- 26:39Speaker 5: we are really, this is really a led show.
- 26:42Speaker 1: Yes.
- 26:42Speaker 2: In my opinion, because we done went all off the
- 26:44Speaker 2: deep end. I'm getting ready to take us deeper.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Come on.
- 26:46Speaker 2: I believe that the NFL hates the NBA. Okay?
- 26:50Speaker 3: Okay.
- 26:51Speaker 1: I do.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Now he done brought the NBA.
- 26:52Speaker 2: I done brought the NBA into it.
- 26:54Speaker 5: And I believe that the NFL has done tricky things
- 26:57Speaker 5: to diminish the NBA. started playing on Thursdays when the
- 27:01Speaker 5: NBA played. You know, we already know the NFL. They
- 27:04Speaker 5: took Christmas. They was like, we playing Christmas games now.
- 27:06Speaker 5: And then at the time when the New York Knicks,
- 27:08Speaker 5: one of the biggest moments, the New York Knicks ain't
- 27:10Speaker 5: won a championship in 50-something years, okay?
- 27:14Speaker 2: 53 years.
- 27:14Speaker 5: At the time that they are getting ready to get
- 27:16Speaker 5: their ring ceremony, who is sitting in the front row.
- 27:20Speaker 2: At the game? Roger Goodell.
- 27:24Speaker 5: Roger Goodell was in the front row of the NBA game.
- 27:29Speaker 5: of the Knicks game at the the one last night
- 27:33Speaker 5: where they played the Sixers he was trolling yes yes
- 27:36Speaker 5: he was trolling I said and he was not smiling
- 27:39Speaker 5: it wasn't like he was celebrating he was looking like
- 27:41Speaker 5: this I said oh this is I know y'all gonna
- 27:46Speaker 5: see to me I look at it like all these
- 27:48Speaker 5: billionaires playing chess with each other I know you gonna
- 27:50Speaker 5: be there Adam Silver I know what's the name I
- 27:52Speaker 5: know everybody's gonna be in New York for this first
- 27:55Speaker 5: game I'm gonna be there in the front row say
- 27:56Speaker 5: it to my face Oh, I'm coming to look you
- 27:58Speaker 5: in the eye.
- 27:59Speaker 3: Now, why are they beefing?
- 28:00Speaker 2: Say what to his face?
- 28:00Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 28:01Speaker 2: I just think. That's billionaire conversation. I don't know, but
- 28:04Speaker 2: it's definitely. Isn't that a little.
- 28:05Speaker 5: Tricky, though, that Roger Goodell was in the front row?
- 28:08Speaker 5: They was like, NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell is here.
- 28:10Speaker 2: I said, I know you, huh? Thank. Oh, it's like that.
- 28:14Speaker 2: On the ring ceremony?
- 28:16Speaker 5: You pulled up on him to let you know I'm
- 28:18Speaker 5: in your trap and I'm coming to take over your trap.
- 28:21Speaker 2: That's what it's like to me.
- 28:22Speaker 5: Wow.
- 28:22Speaker 2: It looks crazy.
- 28:24Speaker 1: It looks crazy.
- 28:25Speaker 2: That's alleged to.
- 28:26Speaker 1: That's all alleged. But let's go ahead and jump to
- 28:27Speaker 1: this story. None of this is alleged. Well, first, let's
- 28:31Speaker 1: go get to it. Speaking of the ring ceremony, Tracy
- 28:35Speaker 1: Morgan was saying some stuff about LeBron James Jr. kind
- 28:39Speaker 1: of said he should be in Juco. Now, nobody was
- 28:43Speaker 1: asking about Bronny. He brought Bronny up because the Philadelphia
- 28:47Speaker 1: 76ers came in and basically.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Beat up on The Knicks. That was before that.
- 28:52Speaker 1: It was before.
- 28:53Speaker 2: No, I thought this was post-game. Was it post-game or pre-game?
- 28:55Speaker 2: I thought it was post-game.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Maybe. Okay, we'll check. I thought it was post-game, but
- 28:58Speaker 1: double-check it. And he bringing up Bronny James. My whole
- 29:02Speaker 1: thought is stop bringing up people kids, man. You're going
- 29:04Speaker 1: to bring out the worst in them. LeBron is 6'9, 240, 250.
- 29:10Speaker 1: And you bringing up that man's son, you see what
- 29:12Speaker 1: happened when Stephen A brought up his son. And, you know,
- 29:17Speaker 1: why y'all bringing up people kids? I'm confused about that.
- 29:20Speaker 4: Well, I think in this case, Tracy Morgan is a
- 29:23Speaker 4: huge basketball fan, right? So we know that Bronny is
- 29:27Speaker 4: a professional basketball player.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Not playing that day.
- 29:32Speaker 3: True.
- 29:32Speaker 4: But it kind of comes with the territory when you
- 29:35Speaker 4: get into that profession.
- 29:38Speaker 3: You're going to have to die hard.
- 29:40Speaker 4: Sports fans who don't give a damn who your daddy
- 29:43Speaker 4: is they are judging you like they would judge any
- 29:45Speaker 4: other basketball player and throw shade like they would throw
- 29:48Speaker 4: it to any other basketball player and I think that
- 29:50Speaker 4: is like I don't think Tracy's intent was like I'm
- 29:54Speaker 4: gonna talk about kid.
- 29:56Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 29:56Speaker 4: I think he is a true basketball fan. Like, every
- 29:59Speaker 4: time I see Tracy Morgan, he's sitting at a game.
- 30:01Speaker 1: I think he was trolling LeBron. I think he was
- 30:03Speaker 1: trolling LeBron because he knew what would make him mad
- 30:04Speaker 1: because he beat his team, the LeBron James team, beat
- 30:09Speaker 1: his Knicks on their ring night.
- 30:11Speaker 4: And see, that probably is. And that's what happens in
- 30:14Speaker 4: sports talk. So, you know, I just, I don't want
- 30:17Speaker 4: LeBron or Bronny to give, like, true sports fans that
- 30:20Speaker 4: much power to upset them when they say stuff about Ronnie,
- 30:24Speaker 4: because I think it just comes with the territory.
- 30:26Speaker 5: I want to let y'all know that everybody who's in
- 30:29Speaker 5: the NBA is somebody's son.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Hello.
- 30:34Speaker 5: Everybody in the NBA is somebody's son. So if I'm
- 30:38Speaker 5: going to talk about LeBron, when we talk about LeBron,
- 30:41Speaker 5: we're talking about Gloria's son. When we talk about any
- 30:44Speaker 5: player in the NBA, we're talking about somebody's son. It's
- 30:46Speaker 5: just the fact that we know LeBron, and that's what
- 30:48Speaker 5: it is. Once you become a pro, you are subject
- 30:52Speaker 5: to ridicule. It ain't nobody who ain't, everybody who, and
- 30:56Speaker 5: it's people younger than Bronny in the league that we
- 30:59Speaker 5: will talk about.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Like a dog. But that's somebody's child. He wasn't playing.
- 31:03Speaker 2: But even if it wasn't, that's still somebody's child.
- 31:05Speaker 5: We've done stuff where they, NBA, what's the show that
- 31:08Speaker 5: we used to like with Charles Barkley now?
- 31:11Speaker 1: Inside the NBA.
- 31:11Speaker 2: Inside the NBA, made fun of JaVale McGee and whether
- 31:14Speaker 2: he was playing or not. He played and they'll do
- 31:16Speaker 2: a whole, that's somebody's child. We don't be like, oh,
- 31:18Speaker 2: you're talking about somebody's child. No, we looking at them
- 31:20Speaker 2: as a pro. And you judging a pro.
- 31:24Speaker 1: I just think that's just you going to keep talking
- 31:27Speaker 1: about people, kids, like that.
- 31:28Speaker 2: You're going to have to face LeBron. You're sitting front row.
- 31:30Speaker 1: LeBron coming back to that Madison Square Garden after hearing that.
- 31:34Speaker 1: He come to Madison Square Garden at least two more times.
- 31:37Speaker 1: You're going to have LeBron coming at least once. When
- 31:41Speaker 1: you say stuff, you got to be able to look
- 31:43Speaker 1: the person in the eye, too.
- 31:44Speaker 2: That's cool, too.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Because you know LeBron. We've already seen it. When you
- 31:48Speaker 1: say something about his son... He coming to see you.
- 31:51Speaker 4: But, like, saying something like, like, one, like, what Tia
- 31:54Speaker 4: Kim said and stuff like that, that's, like, personal attacks.
- 31:57Speaker 4: I think what, when we talking sports and, you know,
- 32:01Speaker 4: people talking about what you're able.
- 32:03Speaker 3: To do on the court, that just comes with it.
- 32:05Speaker 4: Like, you can't, and that, if I'm Bronnie, I would
- 32:08Speaker 4: be like, Dad, please don't react to people saying stuff
- 32:11Speaker 4: about me when it comes to the sport because then
- 32:14Speaker 4: you just look emotional and it makes me look like
- 32:16Speaker 4: a baby more even than they already look at me.
- 32:19Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying?
- 32:19Speaker 5: The line was, Bronny looked like he got Juco ball
- 32:22Speaker 5: written all over him.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Saying he a weak basketball player.
- 32:27Speaker 1: He was not playing. He took a moment. So this
- 32:30Speaker 1: is where it becomes a little, I get it. If
- 32:33Speaker 1: Bronny's playing the Knicks that night, if Bronny playing like
- 32:38Speaker 1: a Juco player, We understand that comment.
- 32:41Speaker 2: Bronny's somewhere in L.A.
- 32:42Speaker 1: Getting ready for the tip-off of the Lakers season. He
- 32:46Speaker 1: mad at Bron beating on his Knicks on ring night,
- 32:52Speaker 1: and then you bring up my son. That's a little different.
- 32:55Speaker 1: That's why I feel like it's a little different. You
- 32:57Speaker 1: could make fun of Bron going ball, like he finally
- 33:00Speaker 1: ball head. Say something, make a joke. But you went
- 33:03Speaker 1: to my shorty. That means you're trying to play with me.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Because I beat your team.
- 33:07Speaker 2: I get what you're saying. You trolling me. You trolling
- 33:09Speaker 2: me now. So when I see you again. I'm going
- 33:11Speaker 2: to troll you. I'm going to troll you. And if I, honestly,
- 33:14Speaker 2: if I was Bronny, if I was Bronny, I'd be like, Dad,
- 33:17Speaker 2: don't say nothing. I got him when I see him.
- 33:19Speaker 2: I got him when I see him. But you know
- 33:21Speaker 2: what to do?
- 33:21Speaker 5: Bronny need to go out there and bust somebody, bust
- 33:24Speaker 5: the Knicks ass, and then be like, I thought somebody
- 33:27Speaker 5: said I was a Juco.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Exactly. That's how you handle that. You know what I'm saying?
- 33:31Speaker 2: That kind of stuff.
- 33:32Speaker 1: But speaking of Tia Kemp, Kiki, Tell the Pop fan
- 33:35Speaker 1: what's going on between Tia Kemp, 50 Cent.
- 33:40Speaker 2: And, yeah, this Tia Kemp and 50 Cent because it's
- 33:42Speaker 2: really nice.
- 33:42Speaker 3: You got crazy.
- 33:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Well, according to what I saw online.
- 33:48Speaker 2: This is alleged according to. Okay.
- 33:50Speaker 4: Rick Ross' son was allegedly pistol whipped and approached by
- 33:54Speaker 4: a guy on his college campus. The guy pulled a
- 33:56Speaker 4: gun on him, pistol whipped him, and allegedly it was
- 33:59Speaker 4: over a girl.
- 34:00Speaker 3: So the guy got arrested.
- 34:03Speaker 4: And 50 being 50 and he's also promoting a movie.
- 34:06Speaker 4: He took the picture of Rick Ross and the son
- 34:09Speaker 4: standing next to each other and made a joke basically
- 34:12Speaker 4: saying like he would get the bail money to get
- 34:14Speaker 4: the kid out that pistol with Rick Ross son. What
- 34:17Speaker 4: I think 50 didn't put together is that that is
- 34:20Speaker 4: the son that Ross has with Tia Kim. And we
- 34:24Speaker 4: know how Yonty gets about anything. So I don't know
- 34:28Speaker 4: why he did that. So it took her no time
- 34:32Speaker 4: to hop on her life and let 50 have it
- 34:35Speaker 4: about her son. And in her letting him have it,
- 34:38Speaker 4: she then took shots at 50's son, Sire, which is
- 34:42Speaker 4: his youngest boy. And she talked about, I won't repeat
- 34:46Speaker 4: the things she said, but it was some wild stuff
- 34:49Speaker 4: that was said about the child.
- 34:50Speaker 1: She actually put videos of his baby mama.
- 34:52Speaker 2: Too, on her page.
- 34:53Speaker 4: Yes. she did that I didn't see that but I
- 34:57Speaker 4: also saw that 50 was putting videos and pictures of
- 35:00Speaker 4: when she did what she did.
- 35:01Speaker 2: With him yeah that was a great one so I
- 35:04Speaker 2: was just.
- 35:04Speaker 4: Like this is getting crazy but when she started talking
- 35:07Speaker 4: about the child I was like oh my goodness like
- 35:11Speaker 4: yeah and allegedly what I also saw is that 50's
- 35:15Speaker 4: lawyer sent her a c-synthesis now to me that's what
- 35:20Speaker 4: y'all think about that.
- 35:22Speaker 1: Now if 50 Cent put The cease and desist out.
- 35:26Speaker 1: That's crazy. That's crazy because you started it. Only because
- 35:31Speaker 1: you started it. Like when people come in fifth and
- 35:33Speaker 1: he take it to hell, I get it.
- 35:37Speaker 2: He take it to.
- 35:37Speaker 1: Hell, but he started it and then he found somebody
- 35:42Speaker 1: that's going to take it to hell. She going to
- 35:45Speaker 1: sit next to the devil and take it. That's how
- 35:50Speaker 1: it's going to hell. I watched every piece of that
- 35:53Speaker 1: and I was like, damn, I don't know if this
- 35:55Speaker 1: the one you should have.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Yikes.
- 35:57Speaker 3: No, I would never.
- 35:58Speaker 2: I didn't like any of it. I thought it was terrible.
- 36:01Speaker 2: That lady is crazy. I thought it was terrible to 50.
- 36:03Speaker 5: Even if it wasn't Tia's son, if it was just Ross,
- 36:06Speaker 5: I felt like that was low. You know, son got
- 36:09Speaker 5: pistol whipped. You know what I'm saying? I felt like
- 36:12Speaker 5: that was really low of 50. And then I thought
- 36:15Speaker 5: it was low of... I mean, I think Tia went
- 36:17Speaker 5: low too. You know what I'm saying? But after you
- 36:19Speaker 5: go low, she went low too. So it's no whole bars,
- 36:22Speaker 5: but At the end of the day, I think both
- 36:23Speaker 5: of them was nasty. I don't like it.
- 36:25Speaker 2: I don't.
- 36:27Speaker 5: I would stay away from that. That could get dangerous.
- 36:30Speaker 5: That's something that could get dangerous.
- 36:31Speaker 1: But the kids, the kids stuff, right? Again, when you
- 36:34Speaker 1: start playing with people, kids, it's a different thing. But see,
- 36:37Speaker 1: that's playing with somebody, kids. Talking about somebody hooping and
- 36:41Speaker 1: playing with their kids.
- 36:42Speaker 3: It's two different things.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 36:43Speaker 2: Like, your kid.
- 36:44Speaker 5: Went through a real thing when you went pistol whipped
- 36:48Speaker 5: in the hospital and you overheard about, I'm going to
- 36:49Speaker 5: bail the dude who did it out.
- 36:51Speaker 2: Ha ha. That's tough. That ain't.
- 36:55Speaker 5: Fifth, come on. Obviously, fifth don't care because he feels
- 36:58Speaker 5: like lines have been crossed. He don't have no boundaries
- 37:01Speaker 5: for him at all, obviously. So ain't nobody going to
- 37:03Speaker 5: have no boundaries when it comes to your child either.
- 37:06Speaker 2: And that's dangerous. Because even Tracy Morgan was in the
- 37:09Speaker 2: context of. The game. Of the game. Basketball. The sport.
- 37:12Speaker 1: The sport.
- 37:13Speaker 2: I think your son can't hoop. Okay, that ain't going
- 37:15Speaker 2: to hurt nobody's feelings.
- 37:16Speaker 3: He's all ready to march.
- 37:18Speaker 2: He ready to.
- 37:19Speaker 3: Ready to whoop Tracy's ass.
- 37:20Speaker 1: No, I just like, for me, if my son ain't
- 37:22Speaker 1: saying nothing to you and he all on the other
- 37:24Speaker 1: side and you mad at me and you bring my
- 37:25Speaker 1: son in.
- 37:26Speaker 2: Talk about me.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Talk about me, bro. Don't bring my son in. So
- 37:30Speaker 1: we bring my son in. So I'm like, what you mean?
- 37:31Speaker 1: It's going to change. It's going to change. And that's
- 37:35Speaker 1: the same way that like what happened. Like you talk,
- 37:38Speaker 1: you and Ross mad at, you know, you mad at Ross.
- 37:41Speaker 1: You and Ross got beat forever, right? But then when
- 37:44Speaker 1: you bring his son in there, it's crazy. But Ross
- 37:47Speaker 1: done brought some stuff in. So, Lines have all been
- 37:50Speaker 1: crossed in this whole thing.
- 37:52Speaker 2: So it really is.
- 37:53Speaker 5: Ross has talked about his son in a wild way before.
- 37:58Speaker 5: So 50 in a sense is he looking for a
- 38:01Speaker 5: way to get back.
- 38:02Speaker 1: But this is what I was saying this when I
- 38:03Speaker 1: saw this. And this is 50 second do what he
- 38:06Speaker 1: want to.
- 38:06Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 38:07Speaker 1: But when you got what you got going on. Got
- 38:12Speaker 1: going on as far as your kids, my everybody going
- 38:14Speaker 1: to go to that. You didn't show it. It's a
- 38:17Speaker 1: chink in your armor. That's a nasty chink in the armor.
- 38:19Speaker 1: And I said, bring up the lunch table. Zach, we
- 38:21Speaker 1: all know what the lunch table like. I remember somebody
- 38:25Speaker 1: used to always crack jokes and would get me and
- 38:28Speaker 1: get me and talk crazy.
- 38:29Speaker 2: I was like, damn, keep getting me.
- 38:31Speaker 1: And so that one day, that one day, his ugly
- 38:34Speaker 1: ass mama came to school. And I was like, aww.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Now I found out you got an ugly mama and
- 38:42Speaker 1: your daddy is handsome. So your ugly-ass mama trapped. Your
- 38:47Speaker 1: mama was your daddy's sad chick, and she trapped. That's
- 38:49Speaker 1: how you got here. And yet I had at least
- 38:53Speaker 1: a 15-minute routine on this dude's ugly-ass mama. So when
- 38:58Speaker 1: you get a chick in your armor, then you the bully?
- 39:02Speaker 1: You got to chill. You got to chill. Now, what
- 39:05Speaker 1: you mean? Why?
- 39:06Speaker 2: What happened?
- 39:07Speaker 5: The fact that you saw his mom and said, oh,
- 39:11Speaker 5: I got something.
- 39:12Speaker 2: I've been waiting. But that's how it go, though.
- 39:17Speaker 1: Because if I'm 50 Cent and you can't control her,
- 39:21Speaker 1: but you connected to this woman for the rest of
- 39:23Speaker 1: your life because she's your son's, you got to pick
- 39:27Speaker 1: and choose now who you can go with because everybody
- 39:31Speaker 1: going there.
- 39:32Speaker 2: They ain't got, they can't talk, what?
- 39:33Speaker 1: They can't what? 50 Cent is one of the most
- 39:35Speaker 1: successful people on the planet, bro. You can't go at
- 39:39Speaker 1: him no other way, at him no other way, any
- 39:41Speaker 1: bigger than he'll beat you up.
- 39:43Speaker 2: The only thing that you can do is talk about this.
- 39:46Speaker 2: Talk about that.
- 39:47Speaker 4: He talk about her though, so I don't know how
- 39:49Speaker 4: much that, you know. He dog cut more than anybody.
- 39:51Speaker 2: But they took it to hell when talking about his son.
- 39:53Speaker 3: Now, that's different.
- 39:54Speaker 4: Right, talking about the baby is different, but the baby mama,
- 39:57Speaker 4: he don't know.
- 39:58Speaker 3: He talk about her like a dog.
- 39:59Speaker 1: Man, she said, she was like, he probably, I ain't
- 40:02Speaker 1: going to say it. It's one piece of it.
- 40:04Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, she said some wild stuff about the child.
- 40:07Speaker 2: She said some wild, wild stuff.
- 40:08Speaker 3: Yeah, so.
- 40:09Speaker 2: Yeah, man. Oh, man.
- 40:11Speaker 1: You got to leave the kids out of it.
- 40:13Speaker 2: How about it, though? What do you think?
- 40:14Speaker 1: Who do you think is going to win the next versus?
- 40:17Speaker 1: Carl Thomas versus Case. God damn it.
- 40:21Speaker 2: This is a close one, but I got Carl Thomas
- 40:23Speaker 2: in seven. Really? Yes. Okay.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Yes.
- 40:26Speaker 2: Yes.
- 40:27Speaker 5: Um, that first Carl Thomas album was crazy. Don't get
- 40:30Speaker 5: me wrong. This is not cases not to be taken lightly.
- 40:35Speaker 5: Case got it. Case got bangers. I mean, um, so
- 40:42Speaker 5: many missing you. Um, Faded Pictures, the one with R.L.,
- 40:48Speaker 5: the song he got with Faith Evans. He got hits.
- 40:53Speaker 5: I got Carl Thomas. I think after you go, they're
- 40:56Speaker 5: going to go back and forth like five records, right?
- 40:59Speaker 5: Five records they can go back and forth, back and forth,
- 41:01Speaker 5: back and forth. And I just think that Case will
- 41:05Speaker 5: run out a little quicker than Carl Thomas. But it
- 41:08Speaker 5: also matters, as we've seen in Versus, who... Can still sing.
- 41:14Speaker 1: Yep.
- 41:14Speaker 5: Who's going to have the stage performance? Who's going to
- 41:17Speaker 5: bring somebody out that can kind of tip the scale?
- 41:20Speaker 5: That's kind of where it goes to.
- 41:22Speaker 3: I'm going Case.
- 41:24Speaker 2: You got Case?
- 41:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm going Case.
- 41:26Speaker 4: Ooh. Yeah. My favorite Carl Thomas song is Summer Rain.
- 41:30Speaker 4: After that, it's all right. But Case got it. Case
- 41:35Speaker 4: got it. I'm Missing You, K's got Livin' It Up
- 41:38Speaker 4: with Ja Rule. You know, that's bonus points on my list.
- 41:41Speaker 4: K's got Best Man I Can Be. That's all he
- 41:43Speaker 4: did with Genuine and Tyrese. And if he bring them out,
- 41:47Speaker 4: you know Tyrese gonna come out.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Tyrese coming. And Genuine. All of them. After they have
- 41:53Speaker 2: an after.
- 41:53Speaker 3: If Ja pop out and he, ooh.
- 41:55Speaker 2: It's gonna be tough. Touch Me T. It's tough. Faded Pictures.
- 41:59Speaker 2: Faded Pictures is crazy.
- 42:01Speaker 3: Like, K's, I got my money on K's.
- 42:03Speaker 1: With Joe. Yep.
- 42:05Speaker 2: And that was.
- 42:06Speaker 5: You think he gonna bring Joe out?
- 42:09Speaker 1: In 99, that was a crazy thing. When Case and
- 42:12Speaker 1: Joe had a song together, that was... They went crazy
- 42:15Speaker 1: on that.
- 42:15Speaker 2: Yeah, he gonna bring Joe out.
- 42:17Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 42:18Speaker 2: Joe ain't... Joe chillin'. You know what I'm saying?
- 42:21Speaker 4: Carl Thomas gotta join with Faith, so she'll probably pop out.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 42:25Speaker 3: But that's really it for Carl Thomas.
- 42:27Speaker 1: And in Chicago, I don't want to go against the
- 42:30Speaker 1: Chicago one, but if... Case was a huge, a huge deal. No,
- 42:38Speaker 1: Case got the ones.
- 42:39Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying.
- 42:39Speaker 1: I don't know how you picking it because Case was
- 42:43Speaker 1: a huge deal.
- 42:44Speaker 5: Because when you go, because I think y'all are sleeping.
- 42:47Speaker 5: Here's what I'm, and I feel y'all.
- 42:49Speaker 1: Like I'm torn.
- 42:50Speaker 2: It ain't like I'm like, hell no. I don't feel
- 42:52Speaker 2: that way at all.
- 42:53Speaker 5: But when I think of emotional, okay, emotional can go
- 42:58Speaker 5: with one of Case's records. You know, when he do
- 43:01Speaker 5: faded pictures, he can play some rain. He can play emotional.
- 43:05Speaker 5: He can play, I wish he can do. Can't believe
- 43:08Speaker 5: the can't believe record with faith is huge. It's going to,
- 43:12Speaker 5: once you get past, they are locked even for at
- 43:16Speaker 5: least six to seven songs, in my opinion. And then
- 43:19Speaker 5: after that, who got, who has the better album cuts
- 43:24Speaker 5: that we remember? And I think that's where it's going to,
- 43:27Speaker 5: that's where the winner is going to come out.
- 43:29Speaker 1: And I think case has the, the, Case has more
- 43:33Speaker 1: of the album cut.
- 43:34Speaker 2: I think Case has the stronger lead singles that.
- 43:37Speaker 3: Case got them once.
- 43:39Speaker 2: Crooked Letter, bro. I'm sorry. Who did Crooked Letter? That's
- 43:42Speaker 2: Case or Carlton? How did that go?
- 43:45Speaker 1: I had to play it for you.
- 43:47Speaker 3: Case going to win, y'all.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Woo-wee. It's a good matchup. That's a good matchup.
- 43:50Speaker 4: They both still tour and perform, so I hope it's good.
- 43:53Speaker 4: I hope they come out and do their thing. Don't
- 43:55Speaker 4: be too cool. Come out, perform.
- 43:58Speaker 2: I want them to be singing out there.
- 43:59Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 44:00Speaker 2: It's going to be great.
- 44:02Speaker 3: I'm here for this one.
- 44:03Speaker 2: I'm out here looking at that. Yeah, that's... Mm-hmm.
- 44:08Speaker 1: Missing you. The best man I could be.
- 44:12Speaker 2: That's going to be the one.
- 44:14Speaker 1: Best man I could be. You forgot about that one
- 44:16Speaker 1: in 99.
- 44:16Speaker 3: The proposal song that all the girls.
- 44:18Speaker 2: That's from the best man soundtrack, bro. Guess what I
- 44:19Speaker 2: did today.
- 44:21Speaker 3: Yeah, nobody's touching me.
- 44:22Speaker 2: Happily ever after. Yeah. Like, nigga, like, these are reasons.
- 44:27Speaker 4: Everybody would be living it up and saying, what do
- 44:31Speaker 4: I do?
- 44:32Speaker 2: Okay, that one ain't gone. That's not the one.
- 44:34Speaker 3: My love.
- 44:34Speaker 1: Think of you.
- 44:35Speaker 2: Come on. Think of you is crazy. Kiki. What?
- 44:39Speaker 3: I want y'all to pop out.
- 44:41Speaker 2: Yeah, that was one of them. That was one of them.
- 44:44Speaker 2: But they both super solid artists, so it's going to
- 44:45Speaker 2: be a good one. Can they sing?
- 44:48Speaker 3: When he hit that summer rain, that's my song.
- 44:51Speaker 2: I ain't going to. Summer rain is dope. Emotional is
- 44:54Speaker 2: the one.
- 44:55Speaker 3: I can see that for you. I can see that
- 45:00Speaker 3: being your one.
- 45:02Speaker 2: I'm trying to look at the cheat sheet. Wait a
- 45:04Speaker 2: goddamn minute. Emotional was the one. But how is that
- 45:08Speaker 2: my one?
- 45:09Speaker 3: Because I can just see you loving that song.
- 45:12Speaker 1: But why?
- 45:13Speaker 3: It's about a relationship. It's about emotions. I can see.
- 45:18Speaker 2: So are you saying I'm emotional? No, no, no.
- 45:21Speaker 3: I would never call you emotional. I would never, ever
- 45:27Speaker 3: say that.
- 45:28Speaker 4: You?
- 45:29Speaker 2: Emotional? Never. Carl Thomas come out in that turtleneck. Okay. See,
- 45:36Speaker 2: I think.
- 45:36Speaker 3: Go ahead and change your answer. It's not too late.
- 45:38Speaker 2: Come on. Go ahead. Go ahead.
- 45:39Speaker 3: You want to say Case.
- 45:40Speaker 2: Go ahead.
- 45:40Speaker 1: I know.
- 45:40Speaker 2: You want to say. I don't want to go against
- 45:42Speaker 2: Carl Thomas. He's pretty clear. I don't want to go
- 45:44Speaker 2: against Carl. I don't, but. I think Case got the
- 45:46Speaker 2: stronger record.
- 45:46Speaker 1: Yeah, he got it.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Case, Case. And like you said, though, but if Case
- 45:49Speaker 2: can't sing, that hurts it. If Case can't sing like
- 45:53Speaker 2: he used to be.
- 45:54Speaker 5: From what I've heard, they said that Carl Thomas just
- 45:56Speaker 5: performed in Naperville recently. Wasn't it recently at some festival?
- 46:00Speaker 5: They said Carl Thomas sound amazing.
- 46:02Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 46:03Speaker 5: So if Case sound like what we think we gonna
- 46:06Speaker 5: get from Case, he got it.
- 46:07Speaker 2: But if he come out there.
- 46:10Speaker 3: Case, let the crowd sing the songs.
- 46:12Speaker 2: Okay.
- 46:13Speaker 3: If you can't hit the note, just let the crowd
- 46:15Speaker 3: sing it.
- 46:16Speaker 2: I'm so sick of it. Case just performed at one
- 46:17Speaker 2: music fest two years ago. He did a great job.
- 46:19Speaker 2: How'd he sound? He sounded good. Okay, then we even then.
- 46:23Speaker 2: It's going to be a good show. It's going to
- 46:24Speaker 2: be a great show. All right. How about it?
- 46:28Speaker 1: While we were out, Diddy was transferred to a Pennsylvania
- 46:32Speaker 1: prison after reports of a luxury lifestyle fights and more
- 46:36Speaker 1: in New Jersey.
- 46:38Speaker 2: Okay. I'm tired of reporting on Diddy from inside the jail.
- 46:41Speaker 1: What are they talking about? A luxury lifestyle and fights.
- 46:45Speaker 1: Diddy finna live another luxury lifestyle in Pennsylvania too.
- 46:49Speaker 5: His money go everywhere. Unless they cut off his commissary.
- 46:53Speaker 5: That's the only way you can get him to be regular.
- 46:55Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:57Speaker 3: Even then, he's not going to be regular. He's ditty.
- 47:00Speaker 4: He has the charisma and the persuasion skills to turn
- 47:05Speaker 4: any room into his office.
- 47:07Speaker 3: He's not going to be a normal prisoner. Diddy walk in.
- 47:11Speaker 2: Any room, they're going to be like, oh!
- 47:13Speaker 3: Yeah, that's Diddy. Let's not act like he's not who
- 47:16Speaker 3: he is.
- 47:17Speaker 4: He's going to always have some type of favor in
- 47:19Speaker 4: the room and figure out how to finesse people. That's
- 47:21Speaker 4: just who he is. But I am tired of us
- 47:24Speaker 4: reporting on it. However, I do think it's going to
- 47:26Speaker 4: be a very entertaining documentary when he gets out. I
- 47:29Speaker 4: would love to hear from all the other prisoners their
- 47:31Speaker 4: experience about being in jail with Diddy.
- 47:33Speaker 2: Oh, it's coming.
- 47:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:35Speaker 2: It's coming.
- 47:35Speaker 3: I can't wait for that.
- 47:37Speaker 2: It's coming. A number of them interviews are happening probably now.
- 47:40Speaker 2: They boxing that up.
- 47:41Speaker 1: It's coming.
- 47:42Speaker 2: I'm going to watch it. That's good TV. And if I'm.
- 47:45Speaker 4: A prisoner, like, I ain't going to lie, if I
- 47:46Speaker 4: go to jail and I know I'm getting out at
- 47:48Speaker 4: some point, like, I'm going to cause chaos every day.
- 47:50Speaker 3: Why not? You know what I'm saying?
- 47:52Speaker 4: Like, what can I do today to stir up something
- 47:54Speaker 4: up in here? And I think that's how Diddy wake up, like.
- 47:56Speaker 2: Wait a minute. I'm bored. What you going to do?
- 47:59Speaker 4: I would just be doing stuff, like trying to have
- 48:01Speaker 4: a cell phone, trying to get people to cook for me,
- 48:03Speaker 4: trying to persuade the officers.
- 48:06Speaker 3: I would be doing all kinds of stuff.
- 48:07Speaker 2: You'd be on there every day. Every day I'm on
- 48:10Speaker 2: a mission.
- 48:10Speaker 3: Like, what can I do today?
- 48:11Speaker 4: You know, especially to keep my name in the public.
- 48:13Speaker 5: And it's entertaining to him, too. He's got to keep
- 48:15Speaker 5: himself entertained. And I got to make the best out
- 48:17Speaker 5: of this.
- 48:17Speaker 3: The situation, yes.
- 48:19Speaker 2: So I get it.
- 48:20Speaker 1: Yeah. All right, here we go. According to TMZ, Tyler
- 48:24Speaker 1: Perry has purchased a Puerto Rico, Puerto Rico, purchased a
- 48:29Speaker 1: home in Puerto Rico.
- 48:31Speaker 2: A Puerto Rican home. He got a Puerto Rican house.
- 48:37Speaker 1: He purchased a Puerto Rican, because it said, purchase a
- 48:40Speaker 1: Puerto Rico home.
- 48:41Speaker 2: I didn't like how that sounded. He said he purchased
- 48:44Speaker 2: a Puerto Rican. A Puerto Rican. Yeah, it's racist. Take
- 48:48Speaker 2: it back. I mean, I was just playing. You know
- 48:51Speaker 2: you can't purchase people. That's illegal and wrong.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Yes, that is.
- 48:56Speaker 1: Well, yeah, he purchased a home in Puerto Rico for
- 48:58Speaker 1: $ 30 million in clues.
- 49:01Speaker 2: You can buy the whole Puerto Rico for that now. Now, look, again.
- 49:05Speaker 3: That's not. Puerto Rico is a beautiful place. I was
- 49:08Speaker 3: just there.
- 49:09Speaker 2: Yeah, you got to chill.
- 49:10Speaker 3: Beautiful, beautiful land.
- 49:12Speaker 2: So y'all don't think.
- 49:12Speaker 4: No.
- 49:17Speaker 2: 30 million in Puerto Rico. And they said he only
- 49:20Speaker 2: got how many bedrooms?
- 49:22Speaker 1: No, he got 14,000 square feet.
- 49:25Speaker 2: But in the thing, they said it was only five bedrooms.
- 49:27Speaker 1: Five bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. 14,000 square feet. Those five
- 49:34Speaker 1: rooms are humongous. You got to have at least. He
- 49:39Speaker 1: probably had about 4,000 square feet of room.
- 49:42Speaker 5: I had two rooms and a shower for a week
- 49:47Speaker 5: for $ 1, 300.
- 49:49Speaker 2: You mean tell me. What are we talking about? I
- 49:52Speaker 2: don't know.
- 49:53Speaker 5: All-inclusive Puerto Rico, $ 1, 500. You mean tell me Tyler Perry
- 49:57Speaker 5: came over there to the actual market with.
- 50:00Speaker 2: $ 30 million and don't own it? Okay.
- 50:03Speaker 1: Okay.
- 50:04Speaker 3: I don't know what Zach is talking about.
- 50:05Speaker 2: Tyler Perry just bought Puerto Rico is what I'm saying. No,
- 50:08Speaker 2: he didn't. I don't know. That's a big house. I
- 50:11Speaker 2: guess that's going to be his retirement house, huh?
- 50:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 50:14Speaker 4: I don't understand why this is such big news. Tyler
- 50:18Speaker 4: Perry is going to Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico is America.
- 50:21Speaker 4: It's not that far.
- 50:23Speaker 2: It is what it is.
- 50:25Speaker 3: I just hope he doesn't take the film studio from Atlanta.
- 50:28Speaker 2: No, they said he's not taking it.
- 50:30Speaker 5: That's going to still run, but he is going to expand.
- 50:33Speaker 2: And start doing stuff out there.
- 50:34Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 50:34Speaker 4: And I think that Puerto Rico can use the economy
- 50:39Speaker 4: boost that comes with Tyler Perry's name and his production
- 50:42Speaker 4: and jobs and opportunities.
- 50:44Speaker 3: And Puerto Rico is beautiful.
- 50:45Speaker 4: And there are big, beautiful homes in Puerto Rico. I
- 50:47Speaker 4: did see a lot of mansions there when I was there.
- 50:50Speaker 3: So, you know, it's gorgeous.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Let me see. I'm finna Google how much.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Maybe he does Tyler Perry films. I'm going to Zillow
- 50:56Speaker 1: and find me some millions. Maybe he focuses on Hispanic content.
- 51:00Speaker 1: He does Tyler Perry Studios and focuses on Hispanic content.
- 51:04Speaker 2: That would be lit. If he does that. That would
- 51:06Speaker 2: be so lit.
- 51:06Speaker 1: That's a huge market.
- 51:08Speaker 2: Yeah, that's.
- 51:09Speaker 3: You better brush up on your Duolingo.
- 51:12Speaker 2: You can go over there and get all the roles
- 51:13Speaker 2: over there.
- 51:14Speaker 1: You sure can.
- 51:14Speaker 2: I ain't going to lie.
- 51:15Speaker 3: You his type. I mean like his type of act.
- 51:20Speaker 3: Like you.
- 51:21Speaker 2: And you look a little Puerto Rican. Like.
- 51:27Speaker 5: If you went over there with them and you said
- 51:29Speaker 5: it and you spoke Spanish, they wouldn't be like, no,
- 51:31Speaker 5: he black.
- 51:32Speaker 2: No, they would be like, okay, fine. I crack myself up. Okay,
- 51:36Speaker 2: hold on.
- 51:36Speaker 4: But you really are like the Tyler Perry, like, standard
- 51:41Speaker 4: for the movies.
- 51:41Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. The guys that be in them.
- 51:43Speaker 2: I'm sorry.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Tom.
- 51:47Speaker 2: Kiki.
- 51:49Speaker 1: We on 398 episodes of Disrespect, you bastard.
- 51:53Speaker 2: Okay, hold on. I know I'm on thin ice, Usher.
- 51:55Speaker 3: I know I'm on thin ice.
- 51:56Speaker 2: Hold on, here we are. Now let me tell you something.
- 51:59Speaker 2: I'm on Zillow right now. Y'all think I'm crazy. Yes.
- 52:03Speaker 2: The most you, you can't even get.
- 52:05Speaker 5: How many square feet is here?
- 52:09Speaker 1: 14,475 square feet.
- 52:10Speaker 2: The most they got on here is 7,500. That's the
- 52:13Speaker 2: most you can get.
- 52:14Speaker 5: And the price, the price 10 million is the most
- 52:17Speaker 5: that you can buy a house for.
- 52:19Speaker 2: That's the far as they let you go. 30 million.
- 52:23Speaker 5: This ain't all house is what I'm trying to say.
- 52:25Speaker 5: Some of this is, Probably about 10 million a house.
- 52:29Speaker 5: 20 million is land for this studio he getting ready
- 52:31Speaker 5: to build.
- 52:32Speaker 2: That makes sense.
- 52:33Speaker 4: Yeah, and he has his own plane and stuff. He
- 52:35Speaker 4: gonna have planes.
- 52:36Speaker 3: It's a runway probably for him to land on his property.
- 52:39Speaker 2: He got an island over there he own. He getting
- 52:41Speaker 2: ready to turn it up.
- 52:43Speaker 1: I mean, Todd Perry's a savvy businessman. You never know
- 52:46Speaker 1: what he's thinking until it just pops out. He keeps
- 52:48Speaker 1: it to himself. Alright, Young Miami, first solo album. Watch this.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Drops Friday with features from Quavo, Trina, Trick Daddy, Bryce Attila,
- 52:57Speaker 1: and a bunch more. I'm excited about it.
- 53:00Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm excited for Young Miami. I want to hear it.
- 53:02Speaker 4: I definitely want to give it a listen. And there's
- 53:05Speaker 4: a speculation that she might have a song on the
- 53:08Speaker 4: album about JT or dedicated to JT.
- 53:10Speaker 2: I think that would be That's dope.
- 53:12Speaker 4: Interesting to hear. Yeah, I want to hear it. I
- 53:15Speaker 4: want to see what they put together.
- 53:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I like the feature list. The feature list.
- 53:20Speaker 5: At first, I said nobody needs 20 songs from Young Miami.
- 53:22Speaker 5: I did think that. But then I saw the feature list,
- 53:26Speaker 5: and I was like, this might actually be well put together.
- 53:28Speaker 2: Herbo's on there. Who else?
- 53:31Speaker 5: It was a lot of, like, tote people. It's kind
- 53:35Speaker 5: of like you must have put some time into this.
- 53:37Speaker 3: And she's doing a rollout, like a real rollout.
- 53:40Speaker 2: So I think it's real.
- 53:41Speaker 1: I mean, her star power has the potential to be
- 53:44Speaker 1: one of the biggest albums out.
- 53:46Speaker 2: Quavo. She's a bona fide star.
- 53:49Speaker 1: But if she matches the star power with hit records
- 53:54Speaker 1: like Spin That, it's over.
- 53:56Speaker 2: She got Rick Ross, Trina, and Trick Daddy all on
- 53:58Speaker 2: the same song called Day Cannon. A Miami record?
- 54:00Speaker 5: She's got Travis Scott on here. She's got Bryson Tiller.
- 54:03Speaker 5: She's got Summer Walker. She got Pleasure P. That song
- 54:06Speaker 5: probably going to be crazy. She got Lil Baby and
- 54:08Speaker 5: Kodak Black, DeVito.
- 54:10Speaker 2: She got Vito on there too?
- 54:11Speaker 5: The Vito, Shinsia, and Vibes Cartel, they got like, it's
- 54:14Speaker 5: a spin that, oh, okay. I see what she did.
- 54:17Speaker 5: Hold on, some of this, some of this, hold on now.
- 54:19Speaker 5: She really got about 15 songs down here. Because some
- 54:22Speaker 5: of this is spin that remix, spin that remix again,
- 54:25Speaker 5: spin that international remix. Freak me interlude, put it together interlude.
- 54:32Speaker 5: So I don't think, I think it is what, this
- 54:35Speaker 5: may be good.
- 54:37Speaker 2: Intro. Some of this is interludes.
- 54:39Speaker 5: I see about three interludes and two spin-dads on here.
- 54:43Speaker 2: So that takes it down to about... How many tracks
- 54:46Speaker 2: is it?
- 54:46Speaker 5: It says 21, so it'll probably be 14, 15 of
- 54:50Speaker 5: actual songs.
- 54:52Speaker 1: I'm with it.
- 54:53Speaker 2: That's not bad. I'm with it. That's not bad. I'm
- 54:54Speaker 2: with it.
- 54:55Speaker 1: I'm looking forward to it. I am looking forward to
- 54:57Speaker 1: hearing that the same way I was with Quavo. Quavo
- 55:00Speaker 1: record from Life is Crazy.
- 55:02Speaker 2: This is going to be good. I think this is
- 55:03Speaker 2: going to be good, and this is going to... Honestly,
- 55:06Speaker 2: I think this is what pushes people. You got Cardi.
- 55:12Speaker 1: It's going to push Cardi's next album to be great.
- 55:15Speaker 1: It's going to push all of the other artists to
- 55:17Speaker 1: want to be great. Are you saying it's going to
- 55:20Speaker 1: be a great album?
- 55:22Speaker 2: From the look of it, on paper, it looks great.
- 55:25Speaker 2: On paper, it looks good. What's your expectation?
- 55:30Speaker 3: I'm excited to hear.
- 55:31Speaker 2: What do you expect it to do? What do you
- 55:32Speaker 2: think it's going to be like? Great.
- 55:35Speaker 4: Yes, I think she has the potential to give us
- 55:38Speaker 4: a great product and I'm excited to hear it. I
- 55:42Speaker 4: can't wait to see y'all ride and listening to it.
- 55:48Speaker 2: Y'all ready to tell the truth.
- 55:50Speaker 1: Don't tell your truth.
- 55:51Speaker 2: That ain't my truth.
- 55:53Speaker 1: We got to get thoughts for the pod. We're trying
- 55:55Speaker 1: to act like this is getting ready to be a
- 55:56Speaker 1: Grammy award.
- 55:57Speaker 2: Let's be real.
- 55:58Speaker 5: It's going to be, we're going to get some bops.
- 55:59Speaker 5: We're going to get some Young Miami bops. Like, This
- 56:02Speaker 5: is going to be a success for me. Yeah, because
- 56:04Speaker 5: we over here talking about, like, it's going to push Cardi.
- 56:09Speaker 2: You know, Tony. How did I say that?
- 56:10Speaker 1: Let's relax.
- 56:11Speaker 2: It's going to push Cardi B, and it's going to
- 56:13Speaker 2: push this part. Ain't nothing coming out of your pushing. Like,
- 56:18Speaker 2: what I expect to be.
- 56:19Speaker 5: Successful, what I expect, two, three more good little bops,
- 56:22Speaker 5: and I'm going to be like, great job, Young Miami.
- 56:25Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. Like, where are we putting this?
- 56:26Speaker 1: That's what I'm asking. On paper, it looks like a no-skip.
- 56:33Speaker 1: On paper, it looks like no skip. Now watch it
- 56:38Speaker 1: be cold. It looks like no skip.
- 56:46Speaker 5: We got to have realistic expectations from our artists.
- 56:50Speaker 1: I'm looking at it. Okay, why wouldn't I have a
- 56:52Speaker 1: no skip? She came out with a hit single. She's
- 56:56Speaker 1: had other hit singles when she was a part of
- 56:58Speaker 1: a group. And then on paper, she's got an album
- 57:02Speaker 1: that's got everybody on it.
- 57:04Speaker 2: It's hard to do with no skips. No skips. No
- 57:07Speaker 2: skip is hard for everybody. No skips. Come on, let's go.
- 57:10Speaker 2: I'm putting my money. I'm there. Young Miami, no skips.
- 57:13Speaker 1: Let's go.
- 57:14Speaker 5: I just want to say that three, four bangers on there,
- 57:17Speaker 5: Young Miami, great job, and I'm going to take that.
- 57:19Speaker 5: You give me another gold or platinum record off that album,
- 57:22Speaker 5: that's successful.
- 57:24Speaker 2: That's where I'm going to put the expectation. Okay. You
- 57:27Speaker 2: want five mics from the source.
- 57:29Speaker 1: Yep. That's pretty tough. That's a pretty big laugh over there,
- 57:35Speaker 1: Big Mama.
- 57:36Speaker 4: Because you are funny, and I just, I've never met
- 57:38Speaker 4: somebody so hopeful.
- 57:40Speaker 3: You know, you have so much.
- 57:42Speaker 4: Hope in so many things that don't have a lick
- 57:44Speaker 4: of hope, and it's like, and I'm not talking about
- 57:46Speaker 4: Young Miami, because I actually am excited to hit an album,
- 57:48Speaker 4: but you be like, I mean.
- 57:51Speaker 2: This is going to push the culture forward. This is
- 57:53Speaker 2: going to push Cardi B. This is going to push Rhapsody.
- 57:56Speaker 2: This is going to push real MCs. This pushes hip hop.
- 57:59Speaker 2: Hold on.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Relax, though.
- 58:05Speaker 2: That is so funny.
- 58:08Speaker 3: If nobody believes in you, Tom Capone believes in you.
- 58:11Speaker 2: You could really start a side business. Tell me what's
- 58:14Speaker 2: going on and let me encourage you. Yes, yes. Let
- 58:17Speaker 2: me get off the phone with you like, I can
- 58:18Speaker 2: do it.

- 1:02:34Speaker 5: What?
- 1:02:36Speaker 2: I'm going to say it.
- 1:02:37Speaker 5: Didn't they just talk about Pretty Ricky for being. Freaky
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: and they making the grown folks music.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: The last two songs. What was the one before Freaky?
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Mileage.
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: Mileage.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: Didn't care about how much mileage you got. And now
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: you're freaky. They look like they freaky too.
- 1:02:53Speaker 4: As they should be because they're grown men. Pretty Ricky
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: been freaky all their life. Freaked out all our life.
- 1:03:00Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:03:01Speaker 4: And that is what they were saying. B2K made music
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: for the time period that was appropriate. when they were
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: young men, and now they are grown men, and this
- 1:03:11Speaker 4: music is going to be amazing.
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: I'm not going back and forth with you.
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: I would hope you wouldn't want to do that to yourself.
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: I don't want them proud.
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: Okay, because they get crazy about my guys. So can't
- 1:03:23Speaker 4: wait for the album. Now that's an album that's going
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: to push the culture.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: All right, with that being said, I'm going to wake
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: the goddamn, all right.
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: And what you say, make Cardi B wake up and
- 1:03:32Speaker 3: all this other stuff, now that's.
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: Going to be the album.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: This is just, I know Cardi B going to wake
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: up out of her sleep. Young Miami.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: To the studio.
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: So I'm saying, baby, Young Miami finna change the game.
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: And you know what?
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: I think she is. I think Carisha finna make people
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: put some respect on her name.
- 1:03:53Speaker 4: However, B2K is dropping November 6th.
- 1:03:56Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: With that being said, guys, what more can we say?
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: I'll let y'all.
