醋飯是將煮熟的白米飯加入「壽司醋」調和後拌勻、放涼的一種壽司專用飯。口感應該是粒粒分明、微酸帶甜、略黏不爛，能很好地襯托魚生或其他壽司配料的鮮味。今天來和小朋友來分享來剖開韓國人的胃，看透韓國的社會。
