- 0:15Speaker 2: So on today's episode.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I am thrilled to be alive and thrilled to be
- 0:20Speaker 1: here because I have a guest.
- 0:22Speaker 2: She's unbelievable. Her name is Zoe Marshall.
- 0:24Speaker 1: If you haven't heard of her, fuck it well, you're
- 0:28Speaker 1: going to find out very soon who she is what
- 0:30Speaker 1: she's about.
- 0:31Speaker 2: But this entire episode is talking.
- 0:34Speaker 1: About manifestation from a perspective that I think will make
- 0:38Speaker 1: a lot more people look at manifestation is something that
- 0:41Speaker 1: is accessible and realistic for anybody.
- 0:44Speaker 2: The way she talks about it, the way she describes it.
- 0:46Speaker 1: This is heavily based on her book, which comes out
- 0:49Speaker 1: one day after my book comes out. So her book
- 0:51Speaker 1: comes out on the second of April. My print version
- 0:54Speaker 1: of my book comes out on the.
- 0:55Speaker 2: First, and the book is called A Rise Brilliant book.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Definitely purchase it in April, get your hands on it.
- 1:04Speaker 1: It's the best. But I just you're gonna love this
- 1:07Speaker 1: conversation that I have with her. We go deep into
- 1:10Speaker 1: so many different topics and we also answer a bunch
- 1:12Speaker 1: of your questions. We spoke for so long that we
- 1:14Speaker 1: had to break this up into a two part episode.
- 1:16Speaker 1: So the first part is us chatting all things manifestation,
- 1:21Speaker 1: and the second part is answering your questions. So settle in,
- 1:26Speaker 1: get comfortable, grab yourself for much, and get ready to
- 1:30Speaker 1: start manifesting the correct way.
- 1:33Speaker 2: I'm pumped. You're gonna love it. Thank you so much.
- 1:36Speaker 1: And yeah, actually thank me later for such a great episode.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Anyway, I love you so much.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Enjoy all right, So I'm so excited to have you on.
- 1:44Speaker 1: We literally spoke for an hour an hour before we
- 1:47Speaker 1: sat down because we're so excited.
- 1:49Speaker 2: But welcome to do your fucking mind. Zoe.
- 1:52Speaker 3: God, I'm so excited. I'm a big fan and I
- 1:54Speaker 3: actually manifested this moment. Oh I love the ideas. Such
- 1:59Speaker 3: a gift on the side. But yeah, I'm really honored
- 2:02Speaker 3: to be here.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Thank you. I just so I've received your book.
- 2:06Speaker 1: So before we even go into the podcast episode, your book.
- 2:09Speaker 2: When's the launch actually day after yours?
- 2:11Speaker 1: Oh perfect second? Oh my god, this is so a
- 2:15Speaker 1: looted so your book arise. If you're watching the video
- 2:18Speaker 1: version of this, I'm holding it up so you can
- 2:20Speaker 1: see it, but it is. I've started reading it. I'm
- 2:23Speaker 1: loving it. So I've read so many different manifestation books,
- 2:28Speaker 1: and you know, there's ones that are so just two
- 2:31Speaker 1: surface level airy fairy and they didn't resonate, and then
- 2:35Speaker 1: there's other ones that I'm like, this really talks to
- 2:38Speaker 1: me about how it's actually because the.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Scientist did me, how it's realistic, you know what I mean.
- 2:44Speaker 3: And that's why it's so exciting to talk to you
- 2:46Speaker 3: because having someone skeptical read this book was really important
- 2:52Speaker 3: to me. Having a curious mind and not just being
- 2:56Speaker 3: in the.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Woo woo yes was important.
- 2:58Speaker 3: So you're even me today, this conversation is going to
- 3:01Speaker 3: be really exciting for me to get your mind.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Yeah, Because for me, I've obviously always loved science, but
- 3:07Speaker 1: from a really like I think when I was eighteen
- 3:10Speaker 1: years old, my mom bought me The Secrets, like the
- 3:13Speaker 1: book The Secret because she's like, watch this documentary and
- 3:16Speaker 1: read this book. She's like, I don't know, but like
- 3:19Speaker 1: just look like it's quite interesting and I loved the
- 3:22Speaker 1: idea behind it. So I've always kind of carried that
- 3:27Speaker 1: in the back of my mind, of this idea of
- 3:29Speaker 1: like your thoughts kind of kind of they like predetermine
- 3:35Speaker 1: or can really like pre establish what's going to happen
- 3:37Speaker 1: for you to an extent, So I always loved that.
- 3:40Speaker 1: But then studying Europe, it's almost.
- 3:43Speaker 2: Like you've got the best of both worlds. Yeah, yeah
- 3:45Speaker 2: it is.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And instead of thinking at first, I thought, does this clash?
- 3:50Speaker 1: But it doesn't actually clash at all if you look
- 3:54Speaker 1: at it the way it should be, the way I
- 3:55Speaker 1: think it should be looked at, and probably you'd like
- 3:57Speaker 1: go into it a lot deeper.
- 3:59Speaker 2: But yeah, so I alway love that I had this
- 4:01Speaker 2: fascination in like the universe and attraction.
- 4:03Speaker 1: And you know, my friends, my best friend she is like,
- 4:06Speaker 1: you are the master manifesto in our friendship group. She's like,
- 4:10Speaker 1: and there've been time and I want to talk to
- 4:11Speaker 1: you about this as well. I'm going on so many tangents.
- 4:13Speaker 1: But there's been so many times in my life where
- 4:15Speaker 1: I'm on a manifesting spree. Yes, and I'm on one
- 4:20Speaker 1: like I am just this one thing's happening after the
- 4:22Speaker 1: next happening opportunities left, right and center, Yes, and then
- 4:28Speaker 1: things will turn not bad, like things especially for the
- 4:31Speaker 1: last five years, have been on.
- 4:32Speaker 2: A relatively great trajectory.
- 4:34Speaker 1: But then things will just slow down or just plateau
- 4:36Speaker 1: all together, and then something will happen and you'll pick
- 4:38Speaker 1: up again, and then it'll slow down.
- 4:40Speaker 2: So it's almost like I wonder what's.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Causing these lulls versus when you're on like this absolute
- 4:46Speaker 1: like trajectory.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Do you want to start there with a question? I'd
- 4:50Speaker 2: love to start okay?
- 4:51Speaker 3: So can I just preface that my version of co
- 4:55Speaker 3: creation or manifestation isn't the same as many people would understand,
- 5:01Speaker 3: which is you get a vision board, or you write
- 5:03Speaker 3: down your goals, or you just wish for think and
- 5:06Speaker 3: then things appear right. I think that that disempowers the person.
- 5:12Speaker 3: The coen cocreation is you also need to do things
- 5:15Speaker 3: yes right. You need to turn up, you need to
- 5:17Speaker 3: take aligned action. You need to have your head right.
- 5:20Speaker 3: You need to be doing practices, your rituals and routines
- 5:23Speaker 3: need to be aligned with the thing that you're calling in.
- 5:26Speaker 3: So if your dream man rocks up and bumps into
- 5:30Speaker 3: you at the coffee shop, you have done all of
- 5:34Speaker 3: the work prior to be ready for this moment. You're
- 5:39Speaker 3: not just getting gifts. You're not like I think we
- 5:41Speaker 3: have this illusion that will walk through life and someone
- 5:44Speaker 3: will save us, someone will pluck us out of obscurity
- 5:47Speaker 3: and make us famous and rich. And it's like that
- 5:51Speaker 3: kind of Delulu will keep you so stuck. There are
- 5:54Speaker 3: so many things, and you know this as a neuroscientist,
- 5:57Speaker 3: how you can change your life with your mind. Yeah,
- 6:02Speaker 3: so it's marrying that with your higher power. And that
- 6:06Speaker 3: could be mother Nature, that could be God, that could
- 6:08Speaker 3: be sourced, that could be energy, that could be angels.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Write whatever feels right for you. But that alignment of
- 6:16Speaker 3: you doing the work and your higher power being ready
- 6:21Speaker 3: is what makes it magnetic. So you'll see it. I
- 6:24Speaker 3: get shippers, but you'll see it when you start to
- 6:26Speaker 3: go I really want to have an incredible podcast that
- 6:32Speaker 3: reaches thousands of people. Right, you're thinking that, but you're
- 6:37Speaker 3: also practical and you're smart, and you're like, Okay, that's
- 6:40Speaker 3: going to require this amount of outgoings, this kind of
- 6:43Speaker 3: upfront cost.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Me going to feel.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Personally couch for the first maybe five ten eggs fucking up.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Things are going to be clunky. I'm gonna have to research,
- 6:51Speaker 3: I'm gonna have to do all of the things right.
- 6:53Speaker 3: I'm have to put myself out that photoshoot. I need
- 6:56Speaker 3: a photocolate like all of the things right, But what
- 6:59Speaker 3: you're doing in that practice, is every step the universe
- 7:02Speaker 3: is going like, okay, oh this is interesting. Oh yes,
- 7:05Speaker 3: I'm going to just bump this person to be a
- 7:08Speaker 3: guest as in your DMS, or I'm going to show
- 7:10Speaker 3: you this person that's going to like start this train
- 7:13Speaker 3: of thought for this next thing or the location we're in. Now,
- 7:16Speaker 3: do you know like you would have seen the way
- 7:18Speaker 3: your life processes.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Definitely.
- 7:20Speaker 1: And I feel like with one thing that really helped
- 7:23Speaker 1: me with the growth of the podcast and how quickly
- 7:26Speaker 1: it actually grew was because initially, in the initial stages
- 7:31Speaker 1: of launching it, I actually wasn't aware that apart from
- 7:34Speaker 1: like the top top three podcasters, I wasn't aware that
- 7:37Speaker 1: the general public could make an income of podcasting. So
- 7:40Speaker 1: my intention initially wasn't I want this to be in
- 7:42Speaker 1: my full time job.
- 7:43Speaker 2: But I thought, I want an outlet to talk about
- 7:45Speaker 2: what I love. That's what I and that is it.
- 7:48Speaker 2: That was it. It's the why.
- 7:50Speaker 3: You weren't like I need to be rich, I need
- 7:52Speaker 3: to look cool, I want my parents to accept me.
- 7:54Speaker 3: All of that coming from a lack of mentality. You
- 7:56Speaker 3: were like, I truly am being driven by purpose, So
- 7:59Speaker 3: all of these. I mean, this is going to be
- 8:02Speaker 3: a very new, once tangented conversation that's not even a word.
- 8:06Speaker 3: We're going to go everywhere, and the actual practice of
- 8:10Speaker 3: how to do it, like in pattern, is in the book.
- 8:14Speaker 3: But sometimes it doesn't work like that in life. Sometimes
- 8:17Speaker 3: you'll be given the opportunity and your self sabotage it
- 8:21Speaker 3: because you're like, I don't feel worthy enough to take
- 8:24Speaker 3: up space there.
- 8:25Speaker 2: That's right.
- 8:26Speaker 3: I need to deal with my blocks. I need to
- 8:28Speaker 3: deal with my limiting beliefs. And you know all about this.
- 8:30Speaker 1: Of course, And if you're jumping into a field where
- 8:34Speaker 1: you are the beginner and there's all these other people
- 8:37Speaker 1: that have experienced more knowledge than you everything, it's very
- 8:40Speaker 1: easy for you to feel like whether it's an impost
- 8:43Speaker 1: or that you just don't belong altogether. So I think
- 8:46Speaker 1: that's starting off with this, like what's your initial What's
- 8:50Speaker 1: something I can feel good about when I enter this thing?
- 8:52Speaker 1: Because if I talk about I'm going to be the
- 8:55Speaker 1: top podcaster in Australia, I make X amount of money,
- 8:58Speaker 1: I don't feel good about that right now because I
- 9:00Speaker 1: don't love the first episode I just put down, and
- 9:02Speaker 1: all these people have all this experience behind.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Now I'm actually going to start questioning if I should
- 9:06Speaker 2: even upload that episode.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Well, there's two things there. There's humility and there's service.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Are you doing this to be of service to your community,
- 9:15Speaker 3: to the greater good, to the world, or are you doing
- 9:17Speaker 3: this to feed something selfish? Right, And there's nothing wrong
- 9:21Speaker 3: with self centeredness, like you actually need to be very
- 9:25Speaker 3: self centered to be able to create beautiful work and
- 9:29Speaker 3: have a beautiful life. But if you're doing it for
- 9:32Speaker 3: the wrong reasons, you will quickly start to see what
- 9:35Speaker 3: you said maybe before about plateaus or redirections, because them
- 9:40Speaker 3: divine redirects. When something isn't for you, you may think
- 9:45Speaker 3: it's for you. And you'll see people do this in relationships.
- 9:49Speaker 3: They'll be with this guy that's a drop kick and
- 9:51Speaker 3: they'll break up and I'm definitely going to do it different,
- 9:53Speaker 3: but they'll get the same guy, get the same guy,
- 9:56Speaker 3: and until you're like why, Like why am I what
- 10:00Speaker 3: is it here? And it could be you know, those
- 10:03Speaker 3: ural pathways developed in childhood. They could be lurt beliefs,
- 10:07Speaker 3: they could be inherited. But you start to go, hang on,
- 10:10Speaker 3: I subconsciously, I don't even know, so can I start
- 10:14Speaker 3: to practice. Can I start to be curious, can I
- 10:16Speaker 3: start to look into things that are scary, because this
- 10:19Speaker 3: isn't just like a practice, this is a lifestyle.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Sense sense.
- 10:31Speaker 1: So funny that you say that because I was, we're
- 10:33Speaker 1: not even joke, but always say that I manifested tyrone,
- 10:36Speaker 1: I manifested my husband like that was a full hot
- 10:39Speaker 1: with him.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Isn't it the best? But you just adore, adore your
- 10:44Speaker 2: partner door.
- 10:46Speaker 3: And I had, I had, I had terrible partners.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Guys, read the book, because yeah, I was read it
- 10:52Speaker 2: was terrific. Fucked up, it was so fucked up.
- 10:54Speaker 3: And that's I think. Something else I want to say
- 10:56Speaker 3: is this isn't just for the privileged. This isn't just
- 10:59Speaker 3: for people looking at you and I.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Let's go, let's talk about that, because I think when
- 11:05Speaker 1: it comes to the typical mainstream version of law of
- 11:09Speaker 1: attraction manifestation, I think a lot of people think it's
- 11:12Speaker 1: applicable to just a popular, a certain like category of
- 11:16Speaker 1: the population where you kind of like you were saying,
- 11:18Speaker 1: where you've got your primary needs met?
- 11:21Speaker 3: And I think we have to say this. There are
- 11:24Speaker 3: women globally teaching this that this is true. They're making it.
- 11:28Speaker 3: It's they are privileged, white pretty girls. Their rock bottom
- 11:32Speaker 3: was taking too many drugs in their twenties and partying hard.
- 11:36Speaker 3: So it's given at a bad rap, right, So we
- 11:39Speaker 3: can't discredit that there are teaching this that do have
- 11:43Speaker 3: very surface.
- 11:46Speaker 1: I know what you're saying, where a lot of people
- 11:48Speaker 1: can't relate because they feel like trauma or have gone
- 11:52Speaker 1: through like really abusive situations or really like disorganized attachment
- 11:57Speaker 1: growing up and things like that.
- 11:59Speaker 3: So I think it's important to put that out there first.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Then yes, well, yeah, so I think that one thing
- 12:05Speaker 1: that I'd love to talk about, and I think a
- 12:07Speaker 1: lot of people find it hard to They like the
- 12:11Speaker 1: idea of manifesting and co creation, but they think, well,
- 12:16Speaker 1: it's easy if you've started off like in a really
- 12:19Speaker 1: healthy you're loved, you're safe, you've got if things fail
- 12:22Speaker 1: for you, you've got people that will probably support you.
- 12:24Speaker 1: How do you do it If that's not the case
- 12:26Speaker 1: for you, like it does it still apply?
- 12:28Speaker 2: You know?
- 12:28Speaker 3: And that wasn't the case for me. So I found
- 12:32Speaker 3: myself in an incredibly horrific domestic violent relationship, but I
- 12:41Speaker 3: had also lost my mother to breast cancer, only child
- 12:47Speaker 3: and then found myself in just a horrible situation with
- 12:52Speaker 3: my extended family. Another betrayal happened, and there was just
- 12:57Speaker 3: I found myself in a place that was very dangerous
- 13:00Speaker 3: and isolating and lonely, and I couldn't find a way out.
- 13:05Speaker 3: I had no resources, no money, no job, no self esteem,
- 13:10Speaker 3: and I didn't know which way was for it. It
- 13:13Speaker 3: seemed easier to die than to live in these in
- 13:17Speaker 3: the circumstance.
- 13:18Speaker 2: And then got into that car accident.
- 13:20Speaker 3: And then I got into this car. I mean, I
- 13:22Speaker 3: was just I got into this car accent and I
- 13:24Speaker 3: was just so mentally obliterated, and so for all the
- 13:31Speaker 3: people that were like me. I had watched The Secret
- 13:34Speaker 3: before that, and I had read books, and I was like,
- 13:38Speaker 3: so you're telling me I manifested this, this complete destruction
- 13:45Speaker 3: of self. And I'm still in this horrible relationship and
- 13:48Speaker 3: I can't get out, and I'm scared that he'll kill
- 13:50Speaker 3: me or I'll kill him. I brought this upon myself,
- 13:55Speaker 3: And other teachers will say yes, like teachers in the
- 13:58Speaker 3: eighties will be like, yes, yes, energetically, you did.
- 14:01Speaker 2: You thought bad thoughts, And this is what's saying.
- 14:04Speaker 3: More and more and more came and so for me
- 14:06Speaker 3: to be in that situation, not knowing if I wanted
- 14:09Speaker 3: to die, actually wanting to die, and then coming full
- 14:13Speaker 3: circle and writing this book, I had me in the
- 14:17Speaker 3: back of my mind going, you're not alone here. There
- 14:19Speaker 3: are people that are completely deteriorated, that are in dangerous situations,
- 14:25Speaker 3: that are unsafe, that are eaten DV or have an
- 14:28Speaker 3: illness or can't make ends meet. You know, cost of
- 14:31Speaker 3: living is fucked. Are you going to put out this
- 14:35Speaker 3: book or a version of a person that can access
- 14:40Speaker 3: it already through this kind of mcappy mill you know
- 14:44Speaker 3: option that's out there, or are you going to be
- 14:45Speaker 3: honest and be like no, no, no. Actually, from that
- 14:48Speaker 3: state that I was in at survival, I could not manifest.
- 14:53Speaker 3: I could only work on getting.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Myself to neutral.
- 14:56Speaker 3: There is a place in which you need to be
- 14:59Speaker 3: physically safe. Ah, it's okay to have residual trauma, but
- 15:04Speaker 3: you need to be like physically safe and not in
- 15:08Speaker 3: a trauma response to be able to start to feed yourself,
- 15:13Speaker 3: to start to process, to start to go for walks,
- 15:16Speaker 3: to start to breathe. Like I remember when I left him,
- 15:20Speaker 3: I moved into this ting ting tiny studio apartment. It
- 15:23Speaker 3: was filled with mold It was an absolute shithold, but
- 15:27Speaker 3: it was my heaven. I've never felt more free, more happy,
- 15:31Speaker 3: more joyful in my whole life. That was the feeling
- 15:35Speaker 3: of like the neutrality was like I'm now okay, we
- 15:39Speaker 3: can explore. But I didn't know at that point co
- 15:43Speaker 3: creation went out the door. It wasn't about that.
- 15:44Speaker 2: I was just.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Living in true joy and gratefulness and gratitude that this
- 15:51Speaker 3: was I got here, and I think that place is
- 15:54Speaker 3: the place that people that are really struggling in in
- 15:57Speaker 3: rock Bottom. It's that kind of very slow experience to
- 16:04Speaker 3: safety and then to.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Neutral Yeah, like how do I get to that starting
- 16:08Speaker 1: platform where I feel?
- 16:10Speaker 3: And can I tell you that to me, that safety
- 16:14Speaker 3: was the greatest manifestation in my life. Yeah, you know,
- 16:17Speaker 3: getting when you have been in that horrible place that
- 16:22Speaker 3: in your tiny mold field apartment alone safe is like
- 16:26Speaker 3: You're the richest woman in the world. And so that
- 16:28Speaker 3: feeling then has momentum of course, right, But it was
- 16:32Speaker 3: really important for me in the book to discuss starting
- 16:36Speaker 3: at all levels, yeah, and getting really honest with yourself,
- 16:39Speaker 3: Like I knew that there was some big stuff for
- 16:41Speaker 3: me to love Benji my husband. Now there was some
- 16:46Speaker 3: stuff I needed to fix from the trauma.
- 16:49Speaker 2: You do, though, you have.
- 16:51Speaker 1: To, like, you have to look at that stuff, and
- 16:56Speaker 1: it's not fair.
- 16:57Speaker 2: I know.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I'm not into relationships with what can you give me?
- 17:00Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 17:01Speaker 3: Or what's this job going to do for me? And
- 17:02Speaker 3: what's this podcast going to do for me? It's like, no,
- 17:04Speaker 3: what are you going to do for them? It's kind
- 17:06Speaker 3: of the personal are you're going to be you?
- 17:09Speaker 1: When you Because the funny thing is, Tyrone's the person
- 17:13Speaker 1: that I've by far loved the most I've loved before,
- 17:15Speaker 1: but because I'd never loved at the capacity that I
- 17:18Speaker 1: love now, I thought that was my capacity for love.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Now it's obviously on that next level. But even then,
- 17:23Speaker 2: I've never.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Wanted to do more for my partner than I do
- 17:27Speaker 1: with Tyrone. I mean, and not because it's reciprocated, because
- 17:30Speaker 1: it very much is. This man is like the ultimate
- 17:32Speaker 1: acts of service person you'll ever meet. But because I
- 17:36Speaker 1: want to give, I want to give in the relationship
- 17:38Speaker 1: and I feel like it just builds and builds and builds.
- 17:42Speaker 1: But prior to that, I was in a very emotionally
- 17:45Speaker 1: abusive relationship and I was single for nearly like two
- 17:48Speaker 1: and a half three years, and I was like, I
- 17:50Speaker 1: very scorned at the start, but then I did a
- 17:53Speaker 1: lot of I was like, I don't want to be
- 17:54Speaker 1: that person I'm like, and I was very into I
- 17:56Speaker 1: was looking at you know, I was doing my masters,
- 17:59Speaker 1: I was learning all the and I thought, this is
- 18:01Speaker 1: the opposite of what I'm preaching. You cannot have this
- 18:04Speaker 1: underlying negativity towards one half the population men.
- 18:08Speaker 2: I'm like, this is I don't want to be that person.
- 18:10Speaker 2: I hate that, So you know, I've got to shake that.
- 18:13Speaker 1: And I did by looking at really positive male examples
- 18:15Speaker 1: in my life. There's so many, so then I started
- 18:17Speaker 1: to really feel good about it. But then where I
- 18:19Speaker 1: think I really manifested him was I was having these
- 18:23Speaker 1: small crushes on people along the way, but it wasn't happening.
- 18:25Speaker 2: They weren't reciprocating. It just wasn't right, and.
- 18:27Speaker 1: I was thinking, why why isn't it working with this
- 18:29Speaker 1: person that I like, or why isn't it working with
- 18:31Speaker 1: that So then one day I thought, I'm just going
- 18:34Speaker 1: to imagine what my perfect partner would be like.
- 18:37Speaker 2: I just want to have that image. So instead of
- 18:39Speaker 2: fixating fixating on an individual.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I'm going to fixating on the image of what that
- 18:43Speaker 1: would look like and what that would feel like.
- 18:45Speaker 2: And it was exactly Tyrone later, it's.
- 18:48Speaker 3: What you feel, yes, so you can have it in
- 18:51Speaker 3: your head until you have it in your body. It
- 18:55Speaker 3: will not be that kind of energetic.
- 18:58Speaker 2: It's a feeling.
- 18:59Speaker 1: It is a feeling, and I was like the feeling
- 19:02Speaker 1: of being adored, the feeling of deep trust, the feeling
- 19:06Speaker 1: of no insecurities whatsoever, the feeling of just this lighthearted
- 19:10Speaker 1: fun and it was all this. It was all emotional
- 19:12Speaker 1: primarily the whole list I wrote. I mean, I wanted
- 19:16Speaker 1: like a Woggi looking man because that's always in my type.
- 19:19Speaker 2: But apart from that sex, yeah, yeah, it's the good sex,
- 19:22Speaker 2: you know.
- 19:23Speaker 1: But yeah, ultimately most of the things that I was
- 19:25Speaker 1: imagining and less than a week later, we've been five
- 19:28Speaker 1: days later.
- 19:28Speaker 2: I met Tyrone five days later. And another thing that
- 19:31Speaker 2: I acknowledged is.
- 19:33Speaker 1: I want to feel calm because I was always going
- 19:36Speaker 1: for the butterflies, where it's to the extent of anxiety of.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Like this must be.
- 19:42Speaker 1: The one, because I feel this this huge bewhelming it's overwhelming,
- 19:46Speaker 1: which is more fear than anything else.
- 19:47Speaker 2: It's like you probably don't. It's not, is it not?
- 19:50Speaker 2: And so then that rollercoaster of hearts and laws.
- 19:53Speaker 3: That kind of like that feeling of taking you into
- 19:55Speaker 3: a nervous system of like you know, whether you go
- 19:57Speaker 3: fully limbic or you're like fin of flighty, or you're
- 19:59Speaker 3: like full of passion or you're not in your head,
- 20:02Speaker 3: you know, when you're like super obsessed with someone and
- 20:04Speaker 3: you're just like you can't drive properly company Yet that
- 20:08Speaker 3: isn't sustainable, right, It's kind of like all the other
- 20:11Speaker 3: things that we're dealing with exactly. If you're feeling that
- 20:14Speaker 3: level of you can definitely have that passion and that excitement,
- 20:18Speaker 3: but you're in that kind of like really deep rooted trust. Yes,
- 20:24Speaker 3: that's when you're like yes, yeah, and.
- 20:27Speaker 2: So it's not.
- 20:29Speaker 3: This is why it's so funny because I speak to
- 20:31Speaker 3: scientists and there are so many things that we can't explain,
- 20:35Speaker 3: but they can't deny the serendipity of moments like this.
- 20:40Speaker 3: They can't deny the I don't you can call it
- 20:45Speaker 3: whatever you want, being at the right place luck, all
- 20:48Speaker 3: of these things where I'm like, why don't you take
- 20:51Speaker 3: a bit more ownership of that. Why are you handing
- 20:54Speaker 3: your power away? If you can look back and you've
- 20:57Speaker 3: got evidence of a multitude of things that have happened
- 21:00Speaker 3: every time you felt that way, wouldn't you use that,
- 21:04Speaker 3: just like you use all of your abilities in your mind,
- 21:06Speaker 3: your rath systems, your oupha states, all of these things.
- 21:09Speaker 3: Wouldn't you start to go, Oh, instead of my mind
- 21:12Speaker 3: working me, I'm going to work my mind.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Everyone else is super successful, does it? Oprah does it?
- 21:18Speaker 3: Athletes do it, entrepreneurs do it, surgeons do it. All
- 21:21Speaker 3: of these people do. But we normal folk, Yeah, just
- 21:25Speaker 3: have to ride the wave of life. Seems bananas to me,
- 21:29Speaker 3: it does?
- 21:30Speaker 2: It does?
- 21:31Speaker 1: And yeah, because and like you were saying, you know,
- 21:34Speaker 1: just because a lot of it's not fully locked in
- 21:38Speaker 1: or proven, there's a big understanding of like the essence
- 21:41Speaker 1: behind that, I feel and.
- 21:43Speaker 2: Even like science, even in science, you know.
- 21:45Speaker 3: And that's why I think it's taken me twenty years
- 21:47Speaker 3: to write the book, because I felt so much shame
- 21:50Speaker 3: around being in the media, being a TV and a
- 21:55Speaker 3: radio host. What would my peers think of me coming
- 21:58Speaker 3: out as like a witch? And I'm you know, like
- 22:01Speaker 3: a de Lulu WU were spiritual being that is still mainstream,
- 22:05Speaker 3: looking like.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Could I cross over?
- 22:08Speaker 3: Can I listen to gangster rap and turn up and
- 22:12Speaker 3: do my affirmations or do my meditation or whatever it is.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Do you know what I mean?
- 22:16Speaker 3: Can I combine these parts? And it just had to
- 22:20Speaker 3: be Like it came to me when I still have
- 22:25Speaker 3: this beautiful podcast, but fuck it's heavy. It's called The
- 22:28Speaker 3: Deep and it was number one everywhere and a global
- 22:31Speaker 3: leader with subscriptions on Apple. But it was hurting me
- 22:35Speaker 3: holding trauma for people every day. And I started to
- 22:41Speaker 3: go back to my practice and I was looking around
- 22:43Speaker 3: at my life like why were things going really hard?
- 22:46Speaker 3: And I was carelessly holding all this trauma and this
- 22:50Speaker 3: is big stuff. This is children that were sex traffic
- 22:52Speaker 3: that are now adults. You know, people's in the lint siege.
- 22:57Speaker 3: It's heavy, and so I was like, you're a queen
- 23:02Speaker 3: co creator, but now you're constantly feeling heavy and you
- 23:06Speaker 3: can't shift it. We need to shake things up. And
- 23:09Speaker 3: it got into a really bad spiral where I went
- 23:12Speaker 3: into like a full on existential crisis. My husband shipped
- 23:15Speaker 3: me away with my best friend to the bush to
- 23:19Speaker 3: get clear. I'd found myself triggers in life, like I
- 23:25Speaker 3: found a breast lump and our house flooded, spiraled me
- 23:29Speaker 3: back to old traumatic defenses that were like I need safety.
- 23:35Speaker 3: To be safe, I need money. I don't trust anyone,
- 23:38Speaker 3: So I'm gonna work, work, work, I'm gonna overwork myself.
- 23:40Speaker 3: With the Deeper and with content creation, I was overworked.
- 23:43Speaker 3: I was making so much money, never been more unhappy,
- 23:47Speaker 3: and I was like, what's the point of life?
- 23:49Speaker 2: It's a purpose.
- 23:49Speaker 3: And that turning point was the reason I had to
- 23:51Speaker 3: write the Boom. So I was like, you're doing this
- 23:54Speaker 3: privately because you're scared of what people say or think.
- 23:58Speaker 3: But this changed your life life, and it will change
- 24:01Speaker 3: it again, and now you're going to keep it to yourself.
- 24:04Speaker 3: That feels really rude.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, that's right, that's right one hundred percent.
- 24:09Speaker 3: And so going through these rock bottoms, and we may
- 24:12Speaker 3: have multiple, they are such like a rock bottom is
- 24:16Speaker 3: such a great opportunity. It's where you get the hungriest
- 24:20Speaker 3: we know through COVID, Manifestation was googled six hundred and
- 24:23Speaker 3: sixty percent more than any other time because people were
- 24:26Speaker 3: finally open to other ways, to what can I do
- 24:29Speaker 3: for myself? What can how can I take back something
- 24:34Speaker 3: when I'm stuck at home and I've only got my mind?
- 24:36Speaker 2: And this is what I said to a lot of
- 24:37Speaker 2: people as well. You look at and you know how
- 24:39Speaker 2: many people.
- 24:40Speaker 1: Changed career trajectories, started studying something. Did all of this
- 24:43Speaker 1: during COVID, And I always say to people, that's amazing,
- 24:46Speaker 1: but it took.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I don't have to wait for a.
- 24:50Speaker 1: Rock bottom you can, because that's when you're most likely
- 24:52Speaker 1: to get pushed because you're like, I can't go further down.
- 24:55Speaker 2: There's nothing to lose.
- 24:57Speaker 1: People like to be in a position where there's nothing
- 24:59Speaker 1: to lose fair enough because we're not threatened, you know.
- 25:03Speaker 1: And once you've lost it all or most of you know,
- 25:05Speaker 1: that's so you're like, okay, well now it's not even
- 25:07Speaker 1: I feel safe. It's like I have no other option.
- 25:09Speaker 1: I can do pretty much whatever from here. But you
- 25:11Speaker 1: don't have to wait for it to get to that point.
- 25:13Speaker 3: I think what's really hard is people think that they
- 25:18Speaker 3: can be uncomfortable, but the level of discomfort that is
- 25:22Speaker 3: required is disgusting, you know. And I've just been through
- 25:28Speaker 3: this last six months. I turned forty in June and
- 25:32Speaker 3: I launched the business the day of my birthday, and
- 25:35Speaker 3: then I had the breast lump removed the next day,
- 25:37Speaker 3: and it was just this really confronting time of I
- 25:43Speaker 3: call it energy or source or God bringing forward to
- 25:46Speaker 3: me people that could no longer be in my life.
- 25:48Speaker 3: And I asked for that. I said, show me what
- 25:51Speaker 3: needs to be released. It showed me seven people within
- 25:54Speaker 3: a month, and I mean in ways of a staff
- 25:58Speaker 3: member sending me a twelve minute voice note about me
- 26:01Speaker 3: but for her best friend by accident, like things that
- 26:04Speaker 3: I couldn't explain.
- 26:05Speaker 2: But also so grateful so about, and.
- 26:09Speaker 3: Then losing two soulmates and I was like, but I
- 26:12Speaker 3: realized the codependency hooks in those that.
- 26:15Speaker 2: I'd never seen before.
- 26:17Speaker 3: The grief it took to release that, but now my
- 26:21Speaker 3: life after I let it go, after I was truly grieving, uncomfortable,
- 26:27Speaker 3: like the anxiety, the new ways of being in the
- 26:30Speaker 3: world that my life has like blown up in the
- 26:35Speaker 3: most positive way. Yeah, it requires that, and so it's
- 26:39Speaker 3: not for the faint hearted, and that's why majority of
- 26:41Speaker 3: people like to stay safe, and even if they bitch
- 26:45Speaker 3: and complain.
- 26:45Speaker 1: And also you've got to look at it from that like, yes,
- 26:49Speaker 1: it's hard, but also from like how short period?
- 26:52Speaker 2: How are we wired?
- 26:52Speaker 1: As well, like why do people hate starting your routine
- 26:57Speaker 1: because it's uncomfortable, but you do it for you know,
- 26:59Speaker 1: it's so fun.
- 27:00Speaker 2: I was watching a TikTok and this this.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Guy was like, I am horrified and shocked to come
- 27:07Speaker 1: to the realization that the really boring things actually work,
- 27:10Speaker 1: because I'm horrified because you know, he did something for
- 27:13Speaker 1: three weeks straight, which was getting up at the same time,
- 27:15Speaker 1: just going outside in the sunlight.
- 27:17Speaker 2: It was like he was the most basic thing that
- 27:19Speaker 2: he did.
- 27:19Speaker 1: His is those four simple things I've changed years and
- 27:23Speaker 1: years and years because I'm like, surely it can't surely,
- 27:25Speaker 1: And then when I do it, I'm actually uncomfortable.
- 27:27Speaker 2: I'd rather be in bed, I could, you know, So
- 27:29Speaker 2: what's the point?
- 27:30Speaker 1: And then he actually stuck to it and he says,
- 27:31Speaker 1: I am so embarrassed and horrified.
- 27:33Speaker 2: To admit that was the solution, because.
- 27:35Speaker 1: Sometimes it's these little, tiny things, but it's uncomfortable at
- 27:38Speaker 1: the time, and the brain is so good at saying no,
- 27:41Speaker 1: Like it's so good at tempting us into the comfort
- 27:45Speaker 1: of yes, what we know, even if it's not scary,
- 27:48Speaker 1: because I don't want to say, oh you're scared. No
- 27:50Speaker 1: one's scared to wake up earlier. They just don't want
- 27:53Speaker 1: to if there's a more comfortable option.
- 27:56Speaker 3: And we have a whole section in that and habits
- 27:59Speaker 3: and cis around habits and incremental habits. Like you're saying,
- 28:04Speaker 3: you your identity is linked to your habits, and your
- 28:08Speaker 3: habits are linked to your identity. And as soon as
- 28:10Speaker 3: you're the girl that wakes up and goes for a
- 28:11Speaker 3: walk first thing in the morning, you're the girl that
- 28:13Speaker 3: looks after her health like you just are. So it's
- 28:16Speaker 3: it's like we the brain is so powerful and it's
- 28:21Speaker 3: beautiful and interesting, but it has this incredible ability to
- 28:25Speaker 3: keep us stuck. And until you do these really small
- 28:29Speaker 3: things and wait to see that there is change, there
- 28:32Speaker 3: is benefit. Like I haven't drunk for four months. The
- 28:35Speaker 3: way that I've been able to access my memory has
- 28:40Speaker 3: been a game changer. So many my sleep I wear
- 28:44Speaker 3: the ORRA ring, So it was the ORR ring that changed.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm able to be like, oh my god, this
- 28:49Speaker 2: is and I.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Love her cheeky shamps and I love a lot of that.
- 28:53Speaker 3: But now that I want to live my life at
- 28:56Speaker 3: this quality, there are things that are nonable now. And
- 29:01Speaker 3: you realize that when you look at people we call rises, right,
- 29:05Speaker 3: that inspire you, that make you want to be better,
- 29:10Speaker 3: you know, and you watch their routines, like you see
- 29:13Speaker 3: Taylor Swift having her concept, but she trained on a
- 29:15Speaker 3: treadmill for three hours saying every song, do you think
- 29:20Speaker 3: the greatness that is required? So I don't think we
- 29:23Speaker 3: should be delusional that we want to have these big,
- 29:26Speaker 3: beautiful lives if we're not willing to do some of
- 29:29Speaker 3: the stuff to get there. Yeah, and we have to
- 29:31Speaker 3: be hard on people, like I hold these retreats and
- 29:34Speaker 3: I'm I will push you need like we need to
- 29:37Speaker 3: face the shit that has been keeping us stuck.
- 29:40Speaker 1: We do and one thing that I do for myself
- 29:43Speaker 1: it's we think it's it's it's.
- 29:45Speaker 2: Always going to be the harder option in the long term.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Like if I want to stay in bed, that's not
- 29:50Speaker 1: the easier option in the long term, because if I
- 29:52Speaker 1: then look back in six months time and said, all
- 29:54Speaker 1: this stuff I could have done if I had just
- 29:56Speaker 1: got up at the earlier time and then felt better
- 29:58Speaker 1: and then had more energy and carry on effect boundaries.
- 30:02Speaker 3: Yeah right, You're like, oh, that's really uncomfortb I don't
- 30:05Speaker 3: want to tell them that they're always running late for me,
- 30:06Speaker 3: they always meet me late. And you have your relationship
- 30:10Speaker 3: goes on with a friend for three years and you're like,
- 30:12Speaker 3: fuck you, you don't care about me, and you have this
- 30:15Speaker 3: I'm not being friends with you didn't even have an
- 30:16Speaker 3: opportunity to set a boundary where they were like, oh
- 30:20Speaker 3: you don't care. I mean, so you care that I'm late.
- 30:23Speaker 3: I thought you never cared about that. I've just been
- 30:25Speaker 3: doing it because you're so easy, breezy, beautiful, like, oh no,
- 30:28Speaker 3: I want to extend our friendship. I want to know you.
- 30:30Speaker 3: I want to know what matters to you, and that
- 30:32Speaker 3: rippling onto your relationship where you're like, this matters to me.
- 30:35Speaker 1: That boundaries are huge for even just like what you
- 30:38Speaker 1: bring into your life, Like I've got one of my friends.
- 30:40Speaker 1: She's the nicest, warmest heart ever. So if anyone deserves
- 30:44Speaker 1: good people in their life, it's her. She attracts energy, vampires,
- 30:50Speaker 1: toxic people.
- 30:50Speaker 2: All the time.
- 30:51Speaker 1: And I know it's because she doesn't I don't know
- 30:55Speaker 1: if it's about valuing herself enough, but she will never
- 30:57Speaker 1: set a boundary ever.
- 31:00Speaker 2: So you are a magnet.
- 31:01Speaker 1: To these people who have their you know you're gonna
- 31:04Speaker 1: listen to them, You're gonna put up with their shit,
- 31:05Speaker 1: You're gonna take their calls at any hour.
- 31:08Speaker 2: You said, yes, So this is what's beautiful.
- 31:11Speaker 3: And I think that I can connect with your friend
- 31:14Speaker 3: on this is until I started to go, what is
- 31:19Speaker 3: my relationship or what do I gain from being available
- 31:22Speaker 3: to everyone? What do I get from fixing everyone's problems?
- 31:25Speaker 3: What do I get from having no boundaries? But you
- 31:28Speaker 3: can take all of me, but you don't know if
- 31:30Speaker 3: I need anything back. And it was this old pattern
- 31:33Speaker 3: of abandoning myself for others. So you'll stay around like
- 31:37Speaker 3: my dad, right, Like I'll take crumbs. You can treat me, however,
- 31:41Speaker 3: because I'll just be there for you, because you'll just
- 31:44Speaker 3: give me a little bit. And if I don't look
- 31:46Speaker 3: at my relationship that I grew up with and I go,
- 31:51Speaker 3: oh no, still, I'll take I'll find codependency and I'll
- 31:53Speaker 3: take crumbs instead of actually healthy boundaried friendship. I am
- 32:01Speaker 3: complicit in this, I am enabling it. And I had
- 32:04Speaker 3: to be like, oh my god, that was so hard
- 32:07Speaker 3: for me to be like, I find value in that. Yeah,
- 32:09Speaker 3: even though it sucks me. Try I find value in that,
- 32:11Speaker 3: and no longer is that helpful and I can no
- 32:13Speaker 3: longer be friends with them. How heartbreaking that is? Yeah,
- 32:18Speaker 3: because some friendships have that dynamic and cannot be changed. No,
- 32:22Speaker 3: And so I'd rather be alone than be in that.
- 32:26Speaker 3: And That's changed my life.
- 32:28Speaker 1: And that is I think the biggest step for a
- 32:30Speaker 1: lot of people. It's that fear of being alone, whether
- 32:32Speaker 1: it be friends or romantically.
- 32:35Speaker 2: In order to prioritize themselves.
- 32:36Speaker 1: It's like, sometimes you've got to take that leap before
- 32:39Speaker 1: the next opportunity is available. You know when people people
- 32:42Speaker 1: write to me and said, but I live in a
- 32:43Speaker 1: small town and I've got this really toxic group of friends.
- 32:45Speaker 2: But then who would I be friends with? And who?
- 32:47Speaker 1: I said, But you're limiting yourself because you're only looking
- 32:49Speaker 1: at this friendship group that you have.
- 32:50Speaker 2: I know it's a small town, but you've got to
- 32:52Speaker 2: cut them out first. You can't wait for something better
- 32:55Speaker 2: to come around because you're in that. It's bace of
- 32:57Speaker 2: entertaining this and thinking that's a friend that takes up
- 32:59Speaker 2: all your space.
- 33:00Speaker 3: Do yeah, I do now that I don't have those
- 33:02Speaker 3: people because those people that I had to cut out
- 33:05Speaker 3: with the people you know, and you get in the
- 33:06Speaker 3: car and you call them from place I don't have
- 33:08Speaker 3: them now. So I was like, what, I listen to podcasts.
- 33:12Speaker 3: I educate myself. I listen to my gangster app. I
- 33:14Speaker 3: hype myself up, like, you will find ways to grow yourself.
- 33:19Speaker 3: Without that, you will be able to sleep better, your
- 33:22Speaker 3: nervous system will be more balanced. You will I cannot
- 33:26Speaker 3: express how the world will open up. You will meet.
- 33:29Speaker 3: You meet people immediately at the moment, yes, an energy gone.
- 33:34Speaker 2: You're like this space and.
- 33:36Speaker 1: You think, oh my god, these people just magically appeared
- 33:38Speaker 1: in my life, it feels.
- 33:40Speaker 3: And I guess that feels like of the co creation.
- 33:43Speaker 3: It is also the letting go. It is as much
- 33:45Speaker 3: of the no as it is the yes.
- 33:47Speaker 2: Yeah. I think people think, well, if co create, what
- 33:49Speaker 2: do I have to do?
- 33:50Speaker 1: And I knock knock on people's doors and like message
- 33:51Speaker 1: people constantly to try and hang out with them and
- 33:53Speaker 1: make new friends. A lot of it is not necessarily that,
- 33:55Speaker 1: because people don't realize the different energy that they put
- 33:58Speaker 1: out when they're still entertained these like unhealthy relationships. It's
- 34:02Speaker 1: their difference show up completely differently once you get rid.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Once you start prioritizing that you KLMA. Like you said,
- 34:07Speaker 1: you sleep better, your nervous system relaxes. You are a
- 34:10Speaker 1: completely different person. If I hang out with someone and
- 34:13Speaker 1: the energy is really good, I'm like, let them hang
- 34:16Speaker 1: out again.
- 34:17Speaker 2: Like, you know, I think about that's all the time.
- 34:19Speaker 3: Do you know I've met some of my favorite people
- 34:21Speaker 3: on my podcast.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Yeah, but I'm like yeah, Like after, I'm like, I've
- 34:25Speaker 1: got answer.
- 34:25Speaker 2: I swear yah.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Because it's this, it's this pull in which the aligned
- 34:32Speaker 3: action of doing the thing as well as being in
- 34:34Speaker 3: the right condition to allow it to match. And I
- 34:38Speaker 3: think that's what's missing for so many people, is it's
- 34:43Speaker 3: inability because it's it's it's so nuanced that when you
- 34:49Speaker 3: are alone and without the chaos of the toxic people,
- 34:53Speaker 3: right and you're just sitting with self or you're going
- 34:55Speaker 3: for a long walk, and there are things that are
- 34:57Speaker 3: going to drop in because you have space when you
- 34:59Speaker 3: get rid of your addictions and you're scrolling or you're eating,
- 35:02Speaker 3: or you're fucking, or you're drinking or you're smoking or
- 35:04Speaker 3: your drugs, the fact that you can go like there
- 35:07Speaker 3: are huge epiphanies that go off when you give yourself space.
- 35:10Speaker 3: We're constantly not just avoiding doing the hard thing of
- 35:15Speaker 3: releasing people, but we're not even comfortable with not binging
- 35:19Speaker 3: on anything right like you're It was so funny no
- 35:22Speaker 3: one sent me the address today and I was like
- 35:24Speaker 3: trying to chase your last time, I was like, this.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Girl is not social media? Where is she? Like I
- 35:29Speaker 2: was her boundaries huge chunks.
- 35:33Speaker 1: Like in the evenings, not on socials or not so impressed.
- 35:36Speaker 3: But that's you turn on for me to see people
- 35:39Speaker 3: with boundaries.
- 35:40Speaker 2: And then this morning I'm like, oh my god, I
- 35:42Speaker 2: know where I was going. But do you know what
- 35:45Speaker 2: I mean?
- 35:46Speaker 3: When I am not on my phone, when I'm not drinking,
- 35:51Speaker 3: when I am not in a toxic kind of spiral,
- 35:55Speaker 3: I am so much more available to what's happening in
- 35:59Speaker 3: my head, in my body. Yes, and I'm able to
- 36:02Speaker 3: connect with Like god, why does that feel so easy?
- 36:06Speaker 3: Why do I have more time in that field? Or
- 36:07Speaker 3: why am I so bored my dopamine is like addicted
- 36:11Speaker 3: to this?
- 36:12Speaker 2: Or like why am I struggling to just sit in
- 36:15Speaker 2: peace all of it?
- 36:16Speaker 3: So I think that's just it's a true sense of
- 36:20Speaker 3: connecting with yourself and giving yourself, that gift that we
- 36:24Speaker 3: I'm forty, I don't want to be seventy. Yeah, and
- 36:28Speaker 3: living my truth like I've had an exceptional life co
- 36:32Speaker 3: creating for the last twent years. Like my life from
- 36:35Speaker 3: that girl that wanted to kill herself on the bathroom floor,
- 36:38Speaker 3: crying every day, not knowing how to survive to what exists.
- 36:42Speaker 3: To be here with you, like healthy children is beautiful.
- 36:47Speaker 3: Look how much he loves me.
- 36:48Speaker 2: He loves you so much. She has such good energy. Yeah,
- 36:51Speaker 2: he likes your energy.
- 36:53Speaker 3: To have this beautiful, supportive, loving partner. To be living
- 36:58Speaker 3: my career and not in a sense of the success
- 37:02Speaker 3: in which society tells me needs to be successful for
- 37:07Speaker 3: me to thrive, living in true success. Yeah, all of
- 37:10Speaker 3: that is like I've arrived, I'd landed in my life.
- 37:14Speaker 3: It's taken me all this time to land in my life,
- 37:16Speaker 3: even though it was beautiful and exciting and what people
- 37:20Speaker 3: would called successful outside, it had to take all of
- 37:24Speaker 3: this unraveling to be like, no, this is my life.
- 37:28Speaker 2: Yeah, this is what I want. Guys.
- 37:30Speaker 1: I had to cut this one short because we ended
