  this

  I
• 1:17
  had
• 1:17

• 1:18
  means
• 1:18
  I'll
• 1:18
  be
• 1:18

• 1:19
  these
• 1:19
  movies
• 1:19
  till
• 1:19
  the
• 1:20
  end
• 1:20
  of

  time.
• 1:21
  That's
• 1:21
  right.
• 1:21
  We're
• 1:22
  back
• 1:22
  on

  Star
• 1:24

• 1:25
  more
• 1:25
  Mandalorian
• 1:26
  Grogu,
• 1:26
  but
• 1:26
  more
• 1:27
  mostly
• 1:27
  the
• 1:27
  future
• 1:28
  of
• 1:28
  Star
• 1:28
  Wars.
• 1:28
  I'm
• 1:29
  Andy
• 1:29

• 1:30
  and
• 1:30
  I
• 1:30
  am

• 1:33
  Will,
• 1:33
  Evan,
• 1:33
  Kevin
• 1:34
  and
• 1:34
  Christian.
• 1:35
  We
• 1:35
  just
• 1:36
  finished
• 1:36
  in
• 1:36
  real
• 1:36
  time
• 1:37
  talking
• 1:37
  about
• 1:37
  the
• 1:38
  Mandalorian
• 1:38
  and
• 1:38
  Grogu.
• 1:39
  We
• 1:40
  took
• 1:40
  a
• 1:40
  little
• 1:40
  pause
• 1:40
  and
• 1:41
  then
• 1:41
  we're
• 1:41
  going
• 1:41
  to
• 1:41
  come
• 1:41
  back
• 1:42
  and,
• 1:42
  and
• 1:42
  talk
• 1:43
  about
• 1:44
  the
• 1:45
  future
• 1:45
  of
• 1:45
  Star
• 1:45
  wars
• 1:46
  where
• 1:46
  we
• 1:46
  think
• 1:46
  this
• 1:46
  movie
• 1:47
  is
• 1:47
  pointing
• 1:47
  to,
• 1:48
  where
• 1:48
  we'd
• 1:48
  like
• 1:48
  to
• 1:48
  see
• 1:49
  things
• 1:49
  going,
• 1:49
  all
• 1:50
  that
• 1:50
  good
• 1:50
  stuff.
• 1:51
  But
• 1:52
  yeah,
• 1:52
  so
• 1:52
  if
• 1:53
  you
• 1:53
  are
• 1:53
  just
• 1:54
  joining
• 1:54
  us,
• 1:54
  there
• 1:55
  should
• 1:55
  be
• 1:55
  an
• 1:55
  episode
• 1:55
  wherever
• 1:56
  you're
• 1:56
  Getting
• 1:56
  this
• 1:56
  on
• 1:57
  YouTube,
• 1:57
  on
• 1:57
  your
• 1:58
  podcast
• 1:58
  platform
• 1:59
  that
• 2:00
  is
• 2:00
  the
• 2:00
  first
• 2:00
  part
• 2:01
  of
• 2:01
  this
• 2:01
  episode
• 2:01
  with
• 2:01
  the
• 2:02
  same
• 2:02
  crew.
• 2:02
  So
• 2:03
  if
• 2:03
  you
• 2:03
  want
• 2:03
  to
• 2:03
  check
• 2:03
  that
• 2:03
  out
• 2:04
  to
• 2:04
  hear
• 2:04
  our
• 2:04
  thoughts
• 2:04
  on
• 2:04
  the
• 2:05
  movie,
• 2:05
  to
• 2:05
  hear
• 2:05
  what
• 2:05
  we're
• 2:05
  geeking
• 2:06
  out
• 2:06
  on
• 2:06
  right
• 2:07
  now,
• 2:07
  we're
• 2:07
  just
• 2:07
  going
• 2:07
  to
• 2:07
  dive
• 2:08
  in
• 2:08
  and
• 2:08
  talk
• 2:08
  about
• 2:09
  the
• 2:09
  future
• 2:09
  of
• 2:09
  Star
• 2:10
  Wars.
• 2:10
  But
• 2:11
  we
• 2:11
  would
• 2:11
  be
• 2:11
  happy
• 2:12
  while
• 2:12
  we
• 2:13
  were
• 2:13
  doing
• 2:13
  so
• 2:13
  if
• 2:13
  you
• 2:13
  would
• 2:14
  rate,
• 2:14
  like
• 2:15
  subscribe
• 2:16
  all
• 2:16
  those
• 2:16
  good
• 2:16
  things
• 2:17
  so
• 2:18
  that
• 2:18
  we
• 2:18
  can
• 2:19
  get
• 2:19
  recommended
• 2:20
  to
• 2:20
  other
• 2:20
  people,
• 2:20
  so
• 2:21
  that
• 2:21
  we
• 2:21
  can
• 2:22
  get
• 2:22
  more
• 2:22
  visibility
• 2:23
  so
• 2:23
  you
• 2:24
  can

  we'll

  forward
• 3:42
  to
• 3:43
  what
• 3:43
  Star
• 3:43

• 3:44
  has
• 3:44
  for
• 3:44
  us
• 3:45
  in
• 3:45
  the
• 3:45
  future.
• 3:47
  Yeah.
• 3:47
  Yeah,
• 3:47
  thanks.
• 3:48
  We
• 3:48
  are
• 3:49
  having
• 3:50
  fun
• 3:50
  here.
• 3:50
  And,
• 3:51
  and,
• 3:51
  and,
• 3:52
  and
• 3:53
  just
• 3:53
  that
• 3:54
  I
• 3:54
  wanted
• 3:54
  to
• 3:54
  bring
• 3:55
  up
• 3:56
  the,
• 3:57
  the
• 3:57
  way
• 3:58
  that
• 3:58
  it,
• 4:00
  that
• 4:00
  it
• 4:01
  paid
• 4:01
  homage
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  its.
• 4:03
  A
• 4:03
  legacy
• 4:04
  of
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  special
• 4:04
  effects
• 4:05
  and
• 4:07
  having
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  legendary
• 4:09
  Phil
• 4:09
  Tippet
• 4:10
  work
• 4:11
  on
• 4:11
  the,
• 4:11
  on
• 4:12
  the,
• 4:13
  the
• 4:14
  stop
• 4:14
  motion
• 4:15
  of
• 4:15
  some
• 4:15
  of
• 4:15
  these,
• 4:16
  on
• 4:16
  some
• 4:16
  of
• 4:17
  these
• 4:18
  characters.
• 4:19
  And
• 4:19
  it
• 4:20
  really
• 4:20
  touched
• 4:21
  me.
• 4:21
  I
• 4:22
  found
• 4:23
  myself
• 4:24
  in
• 4:24
  the
• 4:24
  middle
• 4:25
  of
• 4:25
  the
• 4:26
  fight
• 4:27
  with
• 4:27
  the,
• 4:28
  with
• 4:28
  the
• 4:29
  big
• 4:29
  droids
• 4:30
  that
• 4:30
  Amanda
• 4:30
  was
• 4:31
  trying
• 4:31
  to
• 4:31
  take
• 4:31
  down.
• 4:31
  I
• 4:32
  was
• 4:32
  getting
• 4:32
  kind
• 4:32
  of
• 4:32
  emotional.
• 4:33
  Like,
• 4:33
  why
• 4:33
  am
• 4:33
  I
• 4:34
  getting
• 4:34
  emotional?
• 4:36
  And
• 4:36
  I
• 4:36
  was
• 4:36
  talking
• 4:36
  to
• 4:37
  my
• 4:37
  wife
• 4:37
  about
• 4:37
  it
• 4:37
  and
• 4:38
  she
• 4:38
  goes,
• 4:38
  you
• 4:38
  know
• 4:39
  what
• 4:39
  it
• 4:39
  is?
• 4:39
  It's
• 4:40
  because
• 4:40
  the
• 4:41
  stop
• 4:41
  motion
• 4:41
  was
• 4:42
  done
• 4:42
  so
• 4:42
  well
• 4:43
  that
• 4:43
  it
• 4:44
  reminds
• 4:44
  you
• 4:45
  of
• 4:45
  your
• 4:46
  childhood
• 4:47
  and
• 4:48
  all
• 4:48
  these
• 4:49
  stop
• 4:49
  motion
• 4:49
  shows
• 4:50
  and
• 4:51
  the,
• 4:52
  in
• 4:53
  the
• 4:54
  special
• 4:54
  effects
• 4:54
  side
• 4:55
  of
• 4:55
  things.
• 4:55
  I
• 4:55
  was
• 4:56
  like,
• 4:56
  hot
• 4:56
  damn,
• 4:56
  that
• 4:57
  is
• 4:57
  on
• 4:57
  point.
• 4:58
  Like,
• 4:58
  thank
• 4:59
  you,
• 4:59
  babe.
• 4:59
  I
• 4:59
  was
• 4:59
  like.
• 5:00
  Because
• 5:01
  it
• 5:01
  just
• 5:01
  felt
• 5:02
  so
• 5:02
  bright
• 5:02
  and,
• 5:03
  and
• 5:03
  they
• 5:03
  just
• 5:04
  did
• 5:04
  it
• 5:04
  so
• 5:04
  well.
• 5:05
  So
• 5:06
  that,
• 5:06
  and
• 5:06
  the,
• 5:08
  and
• 5:08
  the
• 5:08
  Lex
• 5:08
  Wings
• 5:09
  coming
• 5:09
  to
• 5:09
  the
• 5:09
  rescue.
• 5:10
  I
• 5:10
  think
• 5:11
  that
• 5:11
  was
• 5:11
  a
• 5:12
  fun
• 5:13
  emotional
• 5:13
  ride
• 5:13
  and
• 5:14
  a
• 5:14
  good
• 5:14
  excuse
• 5:15
  to
• 5:16
  put
• 5:16
  Dave
• 5:16
  Filoni
• 5:17
  in
• 5:17
  there.
• 5:17
  And
• 5:18
  the
• 5:18
  other
• 5:18
  directors
• 5:19
  from
• 5:19
  the
• 5:19
  show
• 5:20
  like
• 5:21
  Deborah
• 5:21
  Chow
• 5:22
  and,
• 5:22
  and
• 5:23
  Ulrich
• 5:23
  from
• 5:23
  Uiwa
• 5:24
  were
• 5:24
  there.
• 5:25
  Oh,
• 5:25
  and.
• 5:25
  And
• 5:26
  a
• 5:26
  Doug
• 5:27
  Chain.
• 5:27
  I
• 5:28
  think
• 5:28
  that's
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  first
• 5:29
  time
• 5:29
  he
• 5:30
  was
• 5:30
  put
• 5:30
  on
• 5:30
  screen.
• 5:31
  So
• 5:31
  I
• 5:32
  think,
• 5:33
  I
• 5:34
  think.
• 5:35
  Yeah.
• 5:35
  So
• 5:35
  I
• 5:36
  just
• 5:36
  wanted
• 5:36
  to
• 5:37
  bring
• 5:37
  that
• 5:37
  up
• 5:37
  and
• 5:39
  how
• 5:39
  it
• 5:39
  pointed
• 5:40
  back
• 5:40
  to
• 5:41
  its
• 5:42
  past
• 5:42
  by
• 5:42
  still
• 5:43
  going
• 5:43
  forward.
• 5:44
  Yeah.
• 5:44
  So
• 5:45
  maybe
• 5:45
  folks
• 5:45
  who
• 5:46
  are
• 5:46
  not
• 5:46
  as
• 5:46
  familiar,
• 5:47
  who
• 5:47
  are
• 5:48
  younger
• 5:48
  than
• 5:49
  perhaps
• 5:49
  Will
• 5:50
  and
• 5:50
  myself.
• 5:51
  Can
• 5:51
  you
• 5:51
  or
• 5:52
  somebody
• 5:52
  remind
• 5:52
  us
• 5:53
  who
• 5:53
  Phil,
• 5:53
  you
• 5:53
  had
• 5:54
  one
• 5:54
  job
• 5:54
  Tippett
• 5:55
  is
• 5:55
  and
• 5:55
  maybe
• 5:56
  even
• 5:56
  what
• 5:56
  stop
• 5:56
  motion
• 5:57
  is?
• 5:58
  So
• 5:58
  Phil
• 5:58
  Tippett
• 5:59
  is
• 5:59
  a,
• 6:00
  He's
• 6:01
  a
• 6:01
  special
• 6:02
  effects
• 6:03
  master
• 6:04
  and
• 6:04
  he
• 6:05
  got
• 6:05
  his
• 6:05
  start
• 6:06
  in
• 6:06
  some
• 6:08
  short
• 6:08
  films
• 6:11
  around
• 6:11
  in
• 6:11
  the,
• 6:13
  in
• 6:13
  the.
• 6:14
  When,
• 6:14
  when,
• 6:15
  when
• 6:15
  Star
• 6:16
  wars
• 6:16
  first
• 6:16
  coming
• 6:17
  out.
• 6:17
  And
• 6:18
  he,
• 6:18
  and
• 6:19
  he
• 6:19
  focused
• 6:20
  on.
• 6:20
  On
• 6:21
  the
• 6:21
  creature
• 6:21
  designs
• 6:22
  and
• 6:22
  stop
• 6:22
  motion.
• 6:23
  Which,
• 6:24
  which,
• 6:24
  which
• 6:24
  stop
• 6:25
  motion
• 6:25
  is
• 6:26
  a
• 6:27
  type
• 6:27
  of
• 6:27
  animation
• 6:28
  where
• 6:29
  you
• 6:29
  have
• 6:29
  a
• 6:30
  model
• 6:31
  of
• 6:31
  a
• 6:31
  character
• 6:32
  and
• 6:33
  you
• 6:33
  move
• 6:33
  it
• 6:34
  and
• 6:34
  then
• 6:34
  you
• 6:35
  take
• 6:35
  a
• 6:35
  frame
• 6:35
  and,
• 6:36
  and
• 6:36
  then
• 6:36
  you
• 6:37
  move
• 6:37
  it
• 6:37
  again
• 6:37
  and
• 6:38
  you
• 6:38
  take
• 6:38
  a
• 6:38
  frame
• 6:39
  and
• 6:39
  do
• 6:40
  that
• 6:40
  about
• 6:41
  24
• 6:41
  times
• 6:41
  a
• 6:42
  second
• 6:42
  and
• 6:42
  you
• 6:42
  do
• 6:42
  that
• 6:43
  the
• 6:43
  whole
• 6:43
  film.
• 6:43
  So
• 6:44
  it's
• 6:44
  a
• 6:44
  lot
• 6:44
  of
• 6:45
  tedious
• 6:45
  work.
• 6:46
  But,
• 6:48
  but
• 6:48
  when
• 6:48
  it's,
• 6:48
  but
• 6:49
  when
• 6:49
  it's
• 6:49
  done
• 6:50
  right,
• 6:50
  it's
• 6:50
  very
• 6:51
  effective.
• 6:53
  Has
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  weight
• 6:54
  of
• 6:54
  a,
• 6:55
  of,
• 6:56
  of.
• 6:56
  Of
• 6:57
  kind
• 6:57
  of
• 6:57
  being
• 6:57
  tangible
• 6:58
  that
• 6:59
  the
• 6:59
  CG
• 7:00
  effects
• 7:00
  just
• 7:02
  usually,
• 7:03
  unless
• 7:03
  you're
• 7:04
  James
• 7:04
  Cameron
• 7:04
  and
• 7:05
  you
• 7:05
  have
• 7:05
  2,000
• 7:06
  bazillion
• 7:06
  dollars.
• 7:07
  You
• 7:07
  can,
• 7:08
  you
• 7:08
  can
• 7:08
  make
• 7:09
  it.
• 7:09
  Right.
• 7:10
  But
• 7:10
  the
• 7:10
  most,
• 7:11
  but
• 7:11
  most
• 7:12
  cgfx,
• 7:13
  they
• 7:13
  don't
• 7:13
  have
• 7:13
  the
• 7:13
  weight
• 7:14
  that
• 7:15
  can
• 7:15
  come
• 7:15
  from
• 7:16
  that.
• 7:16
  And
• 7:17
  so.
• 7:17
  Yeah,
• 7:18
  so,
• 7:18
  so,
• 7:20
  so,
• 7:21
  so,
• 7:22
  so,
• 7:23
  so
• 7:23
  Phil
• 7:23
  Tippet
• 7:24
  was
• 7:24
  able
• 7:25
  to
• 7:25
  pioneer
• 7:26
  a
• 7:27
  lot
• 7:27
  of
• 7:27
  that
• 7:28
  for,
• 7:29
  for
• 7:29
  the
• 7:30
  original
• 7:30
  trilogy
• 7:31
  and
• 7:31
  he.
• 7:32
  And
• 7:32
  he.
• 7:32
  And
• 7:32
  he
• 7:33
  became
• 7:34
  legendary.
• 7:34
  And,
• 7:35
  and,
• 7:36
  and
• 7:37
  so.
• 7:37
  Yeah.
• 7:38
  Yes.
• 7:39
  And
• 7:39
  then
• 7:39
  what
• 7:39
  was
• 7:39
  the
• 7:40
  name
• 7:40
  of
• 7:40
  the,
• 7:41
  the
• 7:41
  documentary
• 7:42
  series
• 7:42
  you
• 7:42
  and
• 7:42
  I
• 7:42
  both
• 7:43
  watched
• 7:43
  on
• 7:43
  Disney
• 7:43
  plus
• 7:44
  that
• 7:44
  goes
• 7:44
  into
• 7:45
  the
• 7:45
  history
• 7:45
  of
• 7:46
  Lucasfilm
• 7:47
  and
• 7:48
  all
• 7:48
  the
• 7:48
  special
• 7:48
  effects
• 7:49
  and
• 7:49
  everything.
• 7:50
  Oh,
• 7:52
  I
• 7:52
  have
• 7:52
  to
• 7:52
  look
• 7:52
  this
• 7:52
  up.
• 7:53
  Because
• 7:53
  Light
• 7:53
  and
• 7:53
  magic.
• 7:54
  There
• 7:54
  you
• 7:55
  go.
• 7:55
  That
• 7:55
  was.
• 7:56
  Yes.
• 7:57
  About
• 7:57
  fantastic
• 7:58
  series.
• 7:58
  Yeah.
• 7:58
  Where
• 7:59
  they,
• 8:00
  where
• 8:00
  they,
• 8:01
  where
• 8:01
  they
• 8:01
  point
• 8:01
  out
• 8:02
  the
• 8:02
  whole
• 8:02
  history
• 8:03
  of
• 8:03
  the
• 8:03
  creativity
• 8:04
  of
• 8:05
  ilm.
• 8:06
  So.
• 8:06
  Yeah.
• 8:07
  And
• 8:07
  I
• 8:07
  thought
• 8:08
  the
• 8:08
  movie
• 8:08
  did
• 8:08
  a
• 8:08
  good
• 8:08
  job
• 8:09
  mixing
• 8:09
  with
• 8:10
  cgi,
• 8:11
  computer
• 8:11
  animated,
• 8:12
  digital
• 8:13
  and,
• 8:14
  and
• 8:14
  practical
• 8:15
  effects.
• 8:15
  So
• 8:15
  I
• 8:15
  thought
• 8:15
  it
• 8:16
  was
• 8:16
  a
• 8:16
  good
• 8:16
  blend
• 8:16
  because
• 8:16
  you
• 8:17
  have
• 8:17
  like
• 8:17
  the
• 8:17
  practical
• 8:17
  effects
• 8:18
  from
• 8:18
  the
• 8:18
  original
• 8:18
  series,
• 8:19
  the
• 8:19
  prequels
• 8:20
  where
• 8:20
  like
• 8:21
  George
• 8:21
  Lucas
• 8:21
  dived
• 8:22
  right
• 8:22
  into
• 8:22
  like
• 8:22
  finally
• 8:23
  I
• 8:23
  can
• 8:23
  do
• 8:24
  the
• 8:24
  kind
• 8:24
  of
• 8:24
  CGI
• 8:25
  stuff
• 8:25
  that
• 8:25
  I
• 8:25
  want
• 8:25
  to
• 8:25
  do.
• 8:26
  And
• 8:26
  then
• 8:26
  the
• 8:26
  sequel
• 8:27
  trilogy
• 8:27
  did
• 8:27
  some
• 8:28
  of
• 8:28
  that.
• 8:28
  But
• 8:28
  I
• 8:28
  think
• 8:28
  this
• 8:28
  movie
• 8:29
  did
• 8:29
  a
• 8:29
  real
• 8:29
  good
• 8:29
  job
• 8:30
  balancing
• 8:31
  both
• 8:32
  practical
• 8:32
  effects
• 8:33
  and
• 8:33
  models
• 8:33
  along
• 8:34
  with
• 8:34
  using
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  technology
• 8:35
  of
• 8:36
  the
• 8:36
  day
• 8:36
  to,
• 8:36
  to,
• 8:37
  to,
• 8:37
  to
• 8:37
  illustrate
• 8:38
  it.
• 8:38
  You
• 8:38
  can
• 8:39
  see
• 8:39
  like
• 8:39
  in
• 8:40
  the
• 8:40
  original
• 8:40
  films,
• 8:40
  like
• 8:41
  how
• 8:41
  much
• 8:41
  someone
• 8:41
  like
• 8:41
  Harryhausen
• 8:42
  had
• 8:42
  an
• 8:42
  effect
• 8:43
  on,
• 8:43
  you
• 8:44
  know,
• 8:44
  some
• 8:44
  of
• 8:44
  the
• 8:44
  stop
• 8:44
  motion
• 8:45
  used
• 8:45
  and
• 8:45
  everything.
• 8:45
  If
• 8:46
  you
• 8:46
  haven't
• 8:46
  seen
• 8:46
  a
• 8:46
  Harryhausen
• 8:47
  film,
• 8:47
  like,
• 8:47
  I'm
• 8:48
  sorry,
• 8:48
  you're
• 8:48
  missing
• 8:48
  out.
• 8:49
  Like
• 8:49
  that
• 8:49
  man
• 8:49
  knew
• 8:50
  what
• 8:50
  he
• 8:50
  was
• 8:50
  doing.
• 8:51
  And
• 8:51
  from
• 8:51
  what
• 8:51
  I
• 8:51
  understand,
• 8:52
  that
• 8:52
  is
• 8:52
  a
• 8:52
  dying
• 8:53
  art
• 8:53
  in
• 8:53
  Hollywood.
• 8:54
  I
• 8:54
  read
• 8:54
  an
• 8:54
  article
• 8:55
  a
• 8:55
  couple
• 8:55
  years
• 8:55
  ago
• 8:55
  about
• 8:55
  how
• 8:56
  very
• 8:56
  few
• 8:56
  people
• 8:56
  know
• 8:57
  how
• 8:57
  to
• 8:57
  do
• 8:57
  it
• 8:57
  well
• 8:58
  anymore
• 8:59
  or
• 8:59
  actually
• 9:00
  are
• 9:00
  wanted
• 9:01
  to
• 9:01
  do
• 9:01
  it
• 9:01
  well
• 9:02
  because
• 9:02
  the
• 9:02
  studios
• 9:03
  focus
• 9:03
  on
• 9:03
  cgi.
• 9:03
  And
• 9:04
  CGI
• 9:04
  is
• 9:04
  not
• 9:04
  some
• 9:04
  bad
• 9:05
  thing
• 9:05
  that,
• 9:06
  you
• 9:06
  know
• 9:06
  that
• 9:07
  no
• 9:07
  film
• 9:07
  should
• 9:07
  ever
• 9:07
  have
• 9:08
  it
• 9:08
  in
• 9:08
  it.
• 9:08
  Like
• 9:09
  Star
• 9:09
  wars
• 9:09
  uses
• 9:10
  it
• 9:10
  to
• 9:10
  great
• 9:10
  effect.
• 9:10
  But
• 9:11
  there
• 9:11
  is
• 9:11
  still
• 9:11
  something
• 9:12
  very
• 9:12
  special
• 9:12
  about
• 9:13
  being
• 9:13
  able
• 9:13
  to
• 9:14
  not
• 9:14
  manipulate
• 9:15
  it
• 9:15
  with
• 9:16
  human
• 9:16
  hands.
• 9:18
  Yeah.
• 9:18
  And
• 9:19
  of
• 9:19
  course
• 9:19
  with
• 9:19
  the
• 9:19
  X
• 9:20
  wing
• 9:20
  thing
• 9:20
  you
• 9:20
  said
• 9:20
  earlier
• 9:20
  too,
• 9:21
  Evan,
• 9:21
  like
• 9:22
  I'm
• 9:23
  a
• 9:23
  six
• 9:23
  year
• 9:23
  old
• 9:23
  child,
• 9:23
  whenever
• 9:24
  I
• 9:24
  see
• 9:24
  an
• 9:24
  X
• 9:24
  Wing,
• 9:25
  you
• 9:25
  know,
• 9:25
  flying
• 9:25
  and
• 9:25
  blowing
• 9:26
  stuff
• 9:26
  up,
• 9:26
  like.
• 9:27
  Cool.
• 9:27
  Yeah.
• 9:28
  Is
• 9:28
  it
• 9:28
  like
• 9:28
  the
• 9:28
  greatest
• 9:28
  thing
• 9:29
  of
• 9:29
  substance
• 9:29
  ever?
• 9:29
  But
• 9:30
  you
• 9:30
  know
• 9:30
  what
• 9:30
  you
• 9:30
  don't
• 9:30
  have?
• 9:31
  Not
• 9:31
  everything
• 9:31
  has
• 9:31
  to
• 9:31
  be
• 9:31
  that.
• 9:32
  I
• 9:32
  could
• 9:32
  see
• 9:32
  an
• 9:32
  X
• 9:33
  wing
• 9:33
  blowing
• 9:33
  up
• 9:34
  a
• 9:34
  bunch
• 9:34
  of,
• 9:34
  you
• 9:35
  know,
• 9:35
  hut
• 9:36
  turbo
• 9:36
  lasers
• 9:37
  and
• 9:38
  organizations
• 9:38
  and
• 9:39
  stuff
• 9:39
  like
• 9:39
  that,
• 9:39
  causing
• 9:39
  a
• 9:40
  big
• 9:40
  fireball.
• 9:40
  And
• 9:41
  they
• 9:41
  said
• 9:41
  turbo.
• 9:42
  Yeah.
• 9:42
  And
• 9:42
  you
• 9:42
  get
• 9:43
  to
• 9:43
  see
• 9:43
  a
• 9:43
  bad
• 9:43
  guy
• 9:43
  get
• 9:44
  blown
• 9:44
  up,
• 9:44
  you
• 9:44
  know,
• 9:45
  that's
• 9:45
  all
• 9:45
  I
• 9:45
  need
• 9:45
  sometimes.
• 9:47
  That
• 9:48
  was
• 9:48
  a
• 9:48
  good
• 9:48
  one.
• 9:48
  Yeah.
• 9:50
  And
• 9:50
  can
• 9:50
  I
• 9:50
  just
• 9:51
  say
• 9:51
  it?
• 9:51
  Just
• 9:51
  wrapping
• 9:51
  up
• 9:52
  with
• 9:52
  this
• 9:52
  movie,
• 9:52
  like,
• 9:52
  I
• 9:53
  want
• 9:53
  to
• 9:53
  vacate.
• 9:53
  What
• 9:53
  is.
• 9:53
  Where's
• 9:54
  the
• 9:54
  rebel
• 9:54
  vase?
• 9:55
  Adelphi.
• 9:55
  Is
• 9:56
  that
• 9:56
  the
• 9:56
  rebel
• 9:57
  base?
• 9:57
  The
• 9:57
  Caribbean.
• 9:57
  Like,
• 9:58
  who.
• 9:58
  That
• 9:59
  sounds
• 9:59
  like
• 9:59
  a
• 9:59
  great,
• 9:59
  great
• 9:59
  place
• 9:59
  to
• 10:00
  vacation,
• 10:00
  to
• 10:00
  do
• 10:01
  a
• 10:01
  sabbatical,
• 10:01
  hang
• 10:01
  out
• 10:02
  on
• 10:02
  the
• 10:02
  beach,
• 10:02
  catch
• 10:02
  some
• 10:02
  waves.
• 10:03
  Like,
• 10:03
  I
• 10:03
  want
• 10:03
  some
• 10:04
  Star
• 10:04
  wars
• 10:04
  surfing.
• 10:05
  I
• 10:05
  need
• 10:05
  that,
• 10:06
  like,
• 10:06
  let's,
• 10:06
  let's
• 10:06
  have
• 10:06
  like
• 10:07
  a
• 10:07
  hovercraft,
• 10:08
  you
• 10:09
  know,
• 10:09
  in,
• 10:09
  in
• 10:09
  the
• 10:10
  ocean,
• 10:10
  doing
• 10:10
  some,
• 10:10
  some
• 10:11
  water
• 10:11
  sports.
• 10:11
  I
• 10:12
  need
• 10:12
  some
• 10:12
  Star
• 10:12
  wars
• 10:12
  water
• 10:13
  sports.
• 10:15
  We
• 10:15
  had,
• 10:15
  we
• 10:15
  had
• 10:15
  the
• 10:15
  Silver
• 10:16
  Surfer.
• 10:16
  Now
• 10:17
  we
• 10:17
  need
• 10:17
  some
• 10:17
  Star
• 10:17
  wars
• 10:17
  surfing
• 10:18
  sports.
• 10:19
  Full
• 10:19
  circle.
• 10:20
  They.
• 10:21
  They
• 10:22
  clearly
• 10:23
  jumped
• 10:23
  the
• 10:24
  shark.
• 10:25
  There
• 10:25
  we
• 10:26
  go.
• 10:28
  No,
• 10:28
  we
• 10:28
  got
• 10:28
  to
• 10:28
  save
• 10:28
  that
• 10:28
  for
• 10:29
  the
• 10:29
  X
• 10:29
  Men
• 10:29
  movies.
• 10:30
  The
• 10:30
  X
• 10:30
  Men
• 10:30
  have
• 10:30
  space
• 10:31
  sharks
• 10:31
  and
• 10:31
  space
• 10:31
  whales.
• 10:32
  There
• 10:33
  you
• 10:33
  go.
• 10:33
  There
• 10:34
  we
• 10:34
  go.
• 10:34
  But
• 10:35
  that's
• 10:36
  a
• 10:36
  whole
• 10:36
  other
• 10:36
  podcast.
• 10:39
  So
• 10:39
  looking
• 10:39
  ahead
• 10:40
  a
• 10:40
  little
• 10:40
  bit,
• 10:40
  maybe
• 10:41
  to
• 10:41
  get
• 10:41
  the
• 10:41
  ball
• 10:41
  rolling,
• 10:42
  we
• 10:43
  touched
• 10:43
  on
• 10:43
  this
• 10:43
  a
• 10:43
  little
• 10:43
  bit
• 10:43
  with
• 10:44
  Will's
• 10:45
  Star
• 10:45
  wars
• 10:45
  vs
• 10:46
  Star
• 10:46
  Monsters,
• 10:46
  Star
• 10:47
  Adventures
• 10:48
  comment.
• 10:49
  I'm
• 10:49
  going
• 10:49
  to
• 10:49
  throw
• 10:50
  out
• 10:50
  there
• 10:50
  that
• 10:51
  I
• 10:51
  think
• 10:52
  as
• 10:52
  the
• 10:53
  years
• 10:53
  have
• 10:53
  gone
• 10:53
  on,
• 10:53
  we've
• 10:54
  seen
• 10:54
  that
• 10:54
  there
• 10:54
  are
• 10:55
  a
• 10:55
  few
• 10:55
  different
• 10:55
  kinds
• 10:56
  of
• 10:56
  stories
• 10:57
  that
• 10:57
  Star
• 10:57
  wars
• 10:58
  can
• 10:58
  do
• 10:58
  well
• 10:58
  or
• 10:58
  that
• 10:58
  have
• 10:59
  been
• 10:59
  done
• 10:59
  well
• 10:59
  in
• 10:59
  the
• 10:59
  Star
• 11:00
  wars
• 11:00
  universe.
• 11:01
  And
• 11:01
  maybe
• 11:01
  you
• 11:01
  guys
• 11:02
  have
• 11:02
  other
• 11:02
  thoughts
• 11:03
  about
• 11:03
  whether
• 11:03
  I'm
• 11:04
  right
• 11:04
  or
• 11:04
  not,
• 11:04
  whether
• 11:04
  there
• 11:04
  are
• 11:04
  other
• 11:05
  kinds
• 11:05
  of
• 11:05
  stories.
• 11:06
  And
• 11:06
  then
• 11:06
  maybe
• 11:07
  should
• 11:07
  they
• 11:07
  keep
• 11:08
  telling
• 11:08
  these
• 11:08
  kinds
• 11:08
  of
• 11:08
  stories?
• 11:09
  Should
• 11:09
  they
• 11:09
  find
• 11:09
  new
• 11:09
  ways
• 11:09
  to
• 11:10
  tell
• 11:10
  stories?
• 11:11
  So
• 11:11
  I
• 11:11
  came
• 11:11
  up
• 11:12
  with
• 11:12
  three.
• 11:13
  I
• 11:13
  think
• 11:13
  the
• 11:14
  first
• 11:14
  one
• 11:14
  is
• 11:14
  the
• 11:14
  sort
• 11:15
  of
• 11:15
  rebelling
• 11:16
  against
• 11:16
  tyranny
• 11:17
  or
• 11:17
  authoritarianism
• 11:18
  story.
• 11:19
  And
• 11:19
  that's
• 11:20
  obviously
• 11:20
  right
• 11:20
  there
• 11:21
  from
• 11:21
  the
• 11:21
  get
• 11:21
  go,
• 11:22
  the
• 11:23
  rebelling
• 11:23
  against
• 11:23
  the
• 11:23
  Empire
• 11:24
  kind
• 11:25
  of
• 11:25
  thing.
• 11:25
  So
• 11:25
  that,
• 11:25
  you
• 11:26
  know,
• 11:26
  the
• 11:26
  original
• 11:26
  trilogy
• 11:27
  does
• 11:27
  that
• 11:27
  well
• 11:28
  and,
• 11:28
  or
• 11:29
  Rogue
• 11:29
  One.
• 11:29
  Those
• 11:30
  are,
• 11:30
  those
• 11:30
  are
• 11:30
  those
• 11:30
  kinds
• 11:31
  of
• 11:31
  stories.
• 11:32
  This
• 11:33
  film
• 11:33
  has
• 11:34
  some
• 11:34
  of
• 11:34
  that.
• 11:34
  And
• 11:34
  you
• 11:35
  know,
• 11:35
  all
• 11:35
  of
• 11:35
  them
• 11:35
  touch
• 11:36
  on
• 11:36
  different
• 11:36
  elements
• 11:37
  of
• 11:37
  these,
• 11:37
  but
• 11:37
  some
• 11:37
  of
• 11:37
  them,
• 11:37
  you
• 11:38
  know,
• 11:38
  kind
• 11:38
  of
• 11:38
  highlight
• 11:39
  different
• 11:39
  ones.
• 11:39
  So
• 11:40
  there's
• 11:40
  that
• 11:40
  one.
• 11:40
  And
• 11:40
  then
• 11:41
  you
• 11:41
  can
• 11:41
  see
• 11:41
  that
• 11:41
  the
• 11:41
  sequel
• 11:42
  trilogy
• 11:42
  really
• 11:42
  kind
• 11:42
  of
• 11:42
  bending
• 11:43
  over
• 11:43
  backwards
• 11:43
  to
• 11:44
  figure
• 11:44
  out
• 11:44
  how
• 11:44
  to
• 11:44
  tell
• 11:45
  a
• 11:45
  rebel
• 11:46
  against
• 11:46
  authoritarianism
• 11:47
  story,
• 11:48
  even
• 11:48
  though
• 11:48
  the
• 11:49
  anti
• 11:49
  authoritarians
• 11:50
  are
• 11:50
  ostensibly
• 11:51
  the
• 11:51
  ones
• 11:51
  in
• 11:52
  power.
• 11:54
  So
• 11:54
  you
• 11:54
  got
• 11:55
  that
• 11:55
  kind
• 11:55
  of
• 11:55
  story.
• 11:55
  You've
• 11:56
  got
• 11:56
  the
• 11:56
  let's
• 11:56
  just
• 11:57
  go
• 11:57
  on
• 11:57
  an
• 11:57
  adventure
• 11:57
  story.
• 11:58
  Right.
• 11:59
  So,
• 11:59
  you
• 11:59
  know,
• 11:59
  a
• 12:00
  lot
• 12:00
  of
• 12:00
  Mandalorian
• 12:01
  has
• 12:01
  been
• 12:01
  more
• 12:02
  in
• 12:02
  that
• 12:02
  mode.
• 12:02
  Will,
• 12:02
  you
• 12:03
  know,
• 12:03
  kind
• 12:03
  of
• 12:03
  highlighted
• 12:03
  that
• 12:04
  that's
• 12:04
  what
• 12:04
  a
• 12:04
  lot
• 12:04
  of
• 12:04
  this
• 12:04
  movie
• 12:05
  is
• 12:05
  about.
• 12:06
  Skeleton
• 12:06
  crew.
• 12:07
  Skeleton
• 12:08
  crew.
• 12:08
  Yeah.
• 12:09
  It's
• 12:09
  like
• 12:09
  that
• 12:09
  some
• 12:09
  of
• 12:10
  the
• 12:10
  Clone
• 12:10
  wars
• 12:10
  can
• 12:10
  Be
• 12:11
  like
• 12:11
  that,
• 12:11
  right?
• 12:11
  Because
• 12:11
  you're
• 12:11
  just
• 12:12
  kind
• 12:12
  of
• 12:12
  telling
• 12:12
  standalone
• 12:13
  stories
• 12:14
  or
• 12:14
  two
• 12:14
  episode
• 12:14
  arcs
• 12:15
  that
• 12:15
  are
• 12:15
  more
• 12:15
  just
• 12:15
  sort
• 12:15
  of
• 12:16
  a
• 12:16
  fun
• 12:16
  adventure,
• 12:18
  you
• 12:18
  know,
• 12:18
  And
• 12:19
  I'm
• 12:20
  sure
• 12:20
  there
• 12:20
  are
• 12:20
  others
• 12:20
  that
• 12:21
  I'm
• 12:21
  not
• 12:21
  thinking
• 12:21
  of
• 12:21
  off
• 12:22
  the
• 12:22
  top
• 12:22
  of
• 12:22
  my
• 12:22
  head.
• 12:23
  Maybe
• 12:23
  Obi
• 12:23
  Wan
• 12:23
  was
• 12:24
  a
• 12:24
  little
• 12:24
  bit
• 12:24
  like
• 12:24
  that,
• 12:24
  too,
• 12:24
  at
• 12:25
  times.
• 12:26
  And
• 12:26
  then
• 12:26
  the
• 12:27
  third
• 12:27
  story,
• 12:27
  which
• 12:27
  I,
• 12:27
  you
• 12:28
  know,
• 12:28
  increasingly
• 12:29
  find
• 12:29
  is
• 12:29
  the
• 12:29
  most
• 12:30
  interesting,
• 12:30
  but
• 12:30
  I
• 12:30
  feel
• 12:31
  like
• 12:31
  they
• 12:31
  have
• 12:32
  maybe
• 12:32
  shied
• 12:33
  away
• 12:33
  from
• 12:33
  a
• 12:34
  little
• 12:34
  bit
• 12:34
  more
• 12:34
  is
• 12:35
  the
• 12:36
  how
• 12:36
  do
• 12:36
  you.
• 12:37
  How
• 12:37
  do
• 12:37
  you
• 12:37
  keep
• 12:37
  the
• 12:37
  faith
• 12:38
  without
• 12:38
  becoming
• 12:38
  fooled
• 12:39
  Kind
• 12:40
  of
• 12:40
  story.
• 12:41
  I
• 12:41
  would
• 12:41
  say
• 12:41
  that
• 12:41
  the.
• 12:42
  The
• 12:42
  prequel
• 12:42
  trilogy
• 12:43
  really
• 12:43
  sort
• 12:43
  of
• 12:44
  especially
• 12:44
  highlighted
• 12:45
  that.
• 12:45
  Right.
• 12:46
  In
• 12:47
  Anakin's
• 12:48
  story,
• 12:50
  the
• 12:50
  Acolyte,
• 12:51
  I
• 12:51
  think,
• 12:51
  was.
• 12:52
  Was
• 12:53
  a
• 12:53
  story
• 12:53
  that
• 12:55
  was
• 12:55
  looking
• 12:55
  more
• 12:55
  in
• 12:55
  that
• 12:56
  direction.
• 12:56
  The
• 12:56
  Last
• 12:57
  Jedi
• 12:58
  was
• 12:58
  looking
• 12:58
  more
• 12:58
  in
• 12:58
  that
• 12:59
  direction.
• 12:59
  And
• 12:59
  so
• 12:59
  that,
• 12:59
  you
• 12:59
  know,
• 13:00
  since
• 13:00
  we've.
• 13:01
  We're
• 13:01
  not
• 13:02
  getting
• 13:02
  more
• 13:02
  of
• 13:02
  the
• 13:02
  acolytes,
• 13:03
  since
• 13:03
  they've
• 13:04
  declined
• 13:04
  to
• 13:04
  follow
• 13:05
  up
• 13:05
  on
• 13:05
  a
• 13:05
  lot
• 13:05
  of
• 13:05
  the
• 13:06
  things
• 13:06
  that
• 13:06
  I
• 13:06
  was
• 13:06
  interested
• 13:06
  in
• 13:07
  in
• 13:07
  Last
• 13:07
  Jedi,
• 13:07
  it
• 13:07
  feels
• 13:08
  like
• 13:08
  that's.
• 13:08
  That's
• 13:09
  a
• 13:09
  direction
• 13:09
  that
• 13:09
  they're
• 13:09
  not
• 13:10
  entirely
• 13:11
  interested
• 13:11
  in
• 13:11
  going.
• 13:12
  Although
• 13:12
  the
• 13:12
  Mandalorian,
• 13:13
  you
• 13:13
  know,
• 13:13
  with
• 13:13
  his,
• 13:14
  you
• 13:15
  know,
• 13:15
  progressivism
• 13:16
  versus
• 13:16
  conservatism
• 13:17
  and
• 13:17
  all
• 13:17
  that,
• 13:17
  does
• 13:18
  have
• 13:18
  some.
• 13:19
  Some
• 13:19
  elements
• 13:19
  of
• 13:19
  that
• 13:20
  as
• 13:20
  well.
• 13:21
  But,
• 13:21
  yeah,
• 13:22
  any.
• 13:22
  Any
• 13:23
  reactions
• 13:23
  to
• 13:23
  those
• 13:24
  story
• 13:25
  archetypes
• 13:26
  in
• 13:26
  Star
• 13:26
  wars
• 13:26
  and
• 13:26
  whether
• 13:27
  I
• 13:27
  miss
• 13:27
  them
• 13:28
  or.
• 13:28
  Yeah,
• 13:29
  I
• 13:29
  like.
• 13:29
  I
• 13:29
  like
• 13:29
  that
• 13:30
  those
• 13:30
  three
• 13:30
  categories
• 13:31
  are
• 13:31
  really,
• 13:32
  I
• 13:32
  think,
• 13:33
  strong
• 13:33
  and
• 13:33
  I
• 13:34
  think
• 13:34
  part
• 13:34
  of
• 13:34
  what
• 13:34
  the
• 13:35
  third,
• 13:35
  a
• 13:36
  little
• 13:36
  bit
• 13:36
  like
• 13:36
  in
• 13:36
  terms
• 13:37
  of
• 13:37
  the
• 13:38
  mysticism,
• 13:39
  the
• 13:39
  religion,
• 13:39
  the
• 13:39
  Force,
• 13:40
  the
• 13:43
  lore
• 13:43
  of
• 13:44
  the
• 13:44
  Jedi
• 13:45
  and
• 13:46
  the
• 13:46
  choices
• 13:47
  you
• 13:47
  make
• 13:47
  and
• 13:48
  whether
• 13:49
  you
• 13:49
  want
• 13:50
  to
• 13:50
  be
• 13:50
  a
• 13:50
  part
• 13:50
  of
• 13:50
  the
• 13:50
  light
• 13:51
  or
• 13:51
  dark
• 13:51
  side
• 13:51
  of
• 13:51
  the
• 13:51
  Force,
• 13:52
  I
• 13:52
  think
• 13:53
  are.
• 13:54
  That
• 13:55
  is
• 13:55
  a
• 13:56
  way
• 13:56
  to
• 13:56
  go.
• 13:56
  So
• 13:56
  I
• 13:56
  think
• 13:57
  for
• 13:57
  me,
• 13:57
  in
• 13:57
  terms
• 13:57
  of
• 13:57
  the
• 13:58
  future
• 13:58
  of
• 13:58
  the
• 13:58
  Star
• 13:58
  wars,
• 13:59
  what
• 13:59
  I
• 13:59
  would
• 13:59
  like
• 13:59
  to
• 14:00
  see
• 14:00
  is
• 14:01
  I
• 14:02
  would
• 14:02
  love
• 14:02
  that
• 14:02
  origin
• 14:03
  story
• 14:03
  of
• 14:04
  the
• 14:04
  Force
• 14:04
  and
• 14:05
  how
• 14:05
  you
• 14:05
  tap
• 14:05
  into
• 14:05
  it
• 14:06
  and
• 14:06
  the
• 14:06
  emergence
• 14:06
  of
• 14:07
  the
• 14:07
  light
• 14:07
  and
• 14:07
  the
• 14:07
  dark
• 14:07
  side
• 14:08
  thousands
• 14:09
  of
• 14:09
  years
• 14:09
  ago
• 14:09
  before
• 14:10
  everything.
• 14:10
  And
• 14:10
  I
• 14:10
  think
• 14:10
  you
• 14:11
  could
• 14:11
  create
• 14:11
  a
• 14:11
  cool
• 14:11
  movie
• 14:13
  that
• 14:13
  was
• 14:13
  still
• 14:14
  lean
• 14:15
  into
• 14:15
  kind
• 14:15
  of
• 14:15
  that
• 14:15
  lore
• 14:16
  and
• 14:16
  mysticism
• 14:17
  of
• 14:17
  the
• 14:17
  Star
• 14:17
  wars
• 14:17
  universe
• 14:18
  and
• 14:19
  even
• 14:19
  lean
• 14:20
  into
• 14:20
  kind
• 14:20
  of
• 14:20
  the
• 14:20
  first
• 14:21
  category
• 14:21
  talking
• 14:21
  about,
• 14:22
  like,
• 14:22
  rebelling
• 14:23
  against
• 14:23
  authoritarianism,
• 14:26
  that
• 14:27
  could
• 14:27
  be
• 14:27
  a
• 14:27
  part
• 14:27
  of
• 14:28
  that
• 14:28
  story,
• 14:28
  too,
• 14:28
  and
• 14:29
  kind
• 14:29
  of
• 14:29
  the
• 14:29
  way
• 14:30
  off
• 14:30
  in
• 14:31
  the
• 14:31
  past.
• 14:31
  This
• 14:32
  emergence
• 14:32
  of
• 14:32
  the
• 14:32
  light
• 14:33
  and
• 14:33
  dark
• 14:33
  side
• 14:33
  of
• 14:33
  the
• 14:33
  Force
• 14:34
  and
• 14:34
  people
• 14:34
  discovering
• 14:35
  what
• 14:35
  that
• 14:35
  means
• 14:36
  and
• 14:37
  how
• 14:37
  to
• 14:37
  be
• 14:37
  a
• 14:37
  part
• 14:38
  of
• 14:38
  it
• 14:38
  and
• 14:38
  wield
• 14:38
  it
• 14:39
  or
• 14:39
  abuse
• 14:40
  it,
• 14:40
  I
• 14:41
  think
• 14:42
  is
• 14:42
  a
• 14:42
  way
• 14:42
  to
• 14:42
  go.
• 14:42
  And
• 14:43
  then
• 14:43
  there's
• 14:43
  the
• 14:44
  other
• 14:44
  category
• 14:44
  of
• 14:44
  going
• 14:45
  way
• 14:45
  off
• 14:45
  into
• 14:45
  the
• 14:45
  future.
• 14:46
  Thousands
• 14:46
  of
• 14:46
  years
• 14:46
  in
• 14:47
  the
• 14:47
  future
• 14:47
  and
• 14:47
  seeing
• 14:47
  some
• 14:48
  things
• 14:48
  differently
• 14:48
  so
• 14:48
  that.
• 14:49
  That
• 14:49
  way
• 14:49
  you
• 14:50
  could
• 14:50
  avoid,
• 14:50
  you
• 14:51
  know,
• 14:51
  the
• 14:51
  legacy
• 14:51
  characters
• 14:52
  and.
• 14:52
  And
• 14:52
  people
• 14:53
  being
• 14:53
  upset
• 14:53
  of
• 14:53
  why.
• 14:54
  Why'd
• 14:54
  you
• 14:55
  treat
• 14:55
  my
• 14:55
  favorite
• 14:56
  character
• 14:56
  that
• 14:56
  way?
• 14:57
  Kind
• 14:57
  of
• 14:57
  thing,
• 14:57
  which
• 14:57
  I've
• 14:58
  been,
• 14:59
  you
• 14:59
  know,
• 15:00
  a
• 15:00
  part
• 15:00
  of
• 15:00
  that.
• 15:01
  That.
• 15:02
  That
• 15:02
  chorus
• 15:03
  as
• 15:03
  well.
• 15:03
  But.
• 15:04
  But
• 15:04
  I
• 15:04
  think
• 15:04
  those
• 15:05
  are
• 15:05
  some
• 15:05
  things
• 15:05
  that
• 15:06
  I'd
• 15:06
  love
• 15:06
  to
• 15:06
  see
• 15:06
  because
• 15:06
  it's
• 15:07
  just
• 15:07
  such
• 15:07
  low.
• 15:07
  I.
• 15:08
  I
• 15:08
  get
• 15:08
  it
• 15:09
  that,
• 15:09
  you
• 15:09
  know,
• 15:09
  is
• 15:09
  Star
• 15:10
  wars,
• 15:10
  you
• 15:10
  have
• 15:10
  good
• 15:10
  versus
• 15:11
  evil,
• 15:12
  rebels
• 15:13
  against
• 15:13
  the
• 15:14
  authoritarianism,
• 15:15
  fascism.
• 15:16
  But.
• 15:16
  But
• 15:16
  there's
• 15:17
  that
• 15:17
  under
• 15:17
  it.
• 15:17
  I
• 15:18
  just
• 15:18
  love.
• 15:18
  I
• 15:19
  love
• 15:19
  Jedi.
• 15:19
  I
• 15:20
  love
• 15:20
  the
• 15:20
  Force.
• 15:21
  I
• 15:21
  love
• 15:21
  seeing
• 15:22
  what
• 15:22
  that
• 15:22
  means
• 15:23
  as
• 15:23
  kind
• 15:23
  of
• 15:23
  a
• 15:23
  clergy
• 15:24
  myself.
• 15:25
  The
• 15:26
  bad
• 15:26
  and.
• 15:26
  And
• 15:27
  good
• 15:27
  and
• 15:29
  Breaking
• 15:29
  Bad
• 15:30
  of.
• 15:30
  Of
• 15:31
  Star
• 15:32
  wars
• 15:32
  clergy,
• 15:33
  Jedi.
• 15:33
  And
• 15:34
  whether
• 15:34
  it's
• 15:34
  the
• 15:34
  past
• 15:35
  or
• 15:35
  future,
• 15:35
  I
• 15:35
  think
• 15:35
  that's
• 15:35
  the
• 15:36
  category.
• 15:36
  Would
• 15:36
  that.
• 15:37
  Would
• 15:37
  that
• 15:37
  fall
• 15:37
  under
• 15:37
  two?
• 15:37
  Like
• 15:38
  your
• 15:38
  third
• 15:38
  category,
• 15:39
  you
• 15:39
  think,
• 15:39
  Andy?
• 15:40
  Or
• 15:40
  it's
• 15:40
  like
• 15:40
  a
• 15:40
  different
• 15:40
  fourth
• 15:41
  one,
• 15:41
  do
• 15:41
  you
• 15:41
  think?
• 15:42
  Yeah,
• 15:42
  I
• 15:42
  mean,
• 15:43
  these
• 15:44
  are
• 15:45
  arbitrary
• 15:46
  to
• 15:46
  some
• 15:46
  extent.
• 15:46
  Yeah,
• 15:47
  I
• 15:48
  would
• 15:48
  probably
• 15:48
  put
• 15:48
  that
• 15:48
  in
• 15:49
  my
• 15:49
  third
• 15:49
  category.
• 15:50
  I
• 15:50
  think
• 15:50
  that
• 15:51
  exploring
• 15:54
  what
• 15:54
  it
• 15:54
  means
• 15:54
  to
• 15:54
  be
• 15:54
  a
• 15:54
  faithful
• 15:55
  Jedi
• 15:55
  versus
• 15:55
  not
• 15:55
  a
• 15:56
  faithful
• 15:56
  Jedi
• 15:56
  or
• 15:57
  what
• 15:57
  other
• 15:58
  paths
• 15:58
  might
• 15:58
  even
• 15:58
  be
• 15:58
  out
• 15:59
  there
• 16:00
  besides
• 16:00
  Jedi
• 16:01
  and
• 16:01
  Sith
• 16:01
  and
• 16:01
  so
• 16:01
  forth,
• 16:02
  I
• 16:03
  would
• 16:03
  broadly
• 16:03
  lump
• 16:03
  into
• 16:04
  that
• 16:04
  category.
• 16:04
  But
• 16:04
  I
• 16:04
  can
• 16:04
  see
• 16:05
  where,
• 16:05
  if
• 16:05
  you
• 16:05
  push
• 16:05
  it,
• 16:06
  you
• 16:06
  can
• 16:06
  go
• 16:07
  in
• 16:07
  a
• 16:08
  lot
• 16:08
  of
• 16:08
  directions.
• 16:08
  It
• 16:08
  might
• 16:08
  get
• 16:08
  you
• 16:09
  into
• 16:10
  a
• 16:11
  different
• 16:11
  structure
• 16:11
  of
• 16:12
  story
• 16:12
  or
• 16:12
  a
• 16:12
  different
• 16:13
  theme
• 16:13
  as
• 16:13
  well.
• 16:13
  Well,
• 16:13
  yeah,
• 16:14
  I
• 16:15
  think
• 16:15
  if
• 16:15
  we're
• 16:15
  sticking
• 16:15
  to
• 16:15
  the
• 16:16
  films
• 16:16
  and
• 16:16
  TV
• 16:16
  shows,
• 16:17
  I
• 16:17
  think
• 16:17
  your
• 16:17
  categories
• 16:17
  are
• 16:18
  perfectly
• 16:18
  fine
• 16:18
  in
• 16:18
  that
• 16:19
  regard.
• 16:20
  When
• 16:20
  we
• 16:20
  go
• 16:21
  beyond
• 16:21
  that,
• 16:22
  there's
• 16:22
  way
• 16:22
  more
• 16:23
  out
• 16:23
  there
• 16:24
  and,
• 16:24
  you
• 16:24
  know,
• 16:24
  fewer
• 16:25
  people
• 16:25
  have
• 16:25
  seen
• 16:25
  it,
• 16:25
  so
• 16:26
  it's
• 16:26
  not
• 16:26
  their
• 16:26
  fault,
• 16:27
  but.
• 16:27
  Or
• 16:27
  read
• 16:27
  these
• 16:28
  stuff.
• 16:28
  Like,
• 16:28
  fewer
• 16:29
  people
• 16:29
  have
• 16:29
  played
• 16:29
  some
• 16:29
  of
• 16:29
  the
• 16:30
  video
• 16:30
  games,
• 16:30
  have
• 16:30
  read
• 16:31
  some
• 16:31
  of
• 16:31
  the
• 16:31
  books.
• 16:31
  Like
• 16:31
  we.
• 16:32
  We
• 16:32
  have
• 16:32
  four
• 16:33
  and
• 16:33
  what
• 16:34
  that
• 16:34
  means
• 16:34
  in
• 16:34
  the
• 16:34
  galaxy,
• 16:35
  you
• 16:35
  know,
• 16:36
  with.
• 16:36
  We
• 16:37
  got
• 16:37
  stuff
• 16:37
  like
• 16:37
  Red
• 16:37
  Harvest
• 16:38
  where
• 16:38
  we
• 16:38
  get
• 16:38
  kind
• 16:38
  of
• 16:39
  a
• 16:39
  zombie
• 16:39
  like
• 16:39
  kind
• 16:39
  of
• 16:40
  scenario
• 16:40
  and
• 16:41
  the
• 16:41
  Fate
• 16:42
  of
• 16:42
  the
• 16:42
  Jedi
• 16:42
  stuff.
• 16:43
  We
• 16:43
  got,
• 16:43
  you
• 16:43
  know,
• 16:44
  some
• 16:44
  Eldritch
• 16:44
  abomination
• 16:45
  kind
• 16:45
  of
• 16:46
  appearing
• 16:46
  to
• 16:46
  an
• 16:46
  extent
• 16:47
  there.
• 16:48
  Then
• 16:48
  when
• 16:48
  it
• 16:49
  comes
• 16:49
  to
• 16:49
  earlier
• 16:49
  stuff
• 16:50
  too,
• 16:50
  we
• 16:50
  have,
• 16:50
  like,
• 16:50
  Tales
• 16:50
  of
• 16:51
  the
• 16:51
  Jedi
• 16:51
  and
• 16:52
  of
• 16:52
  course,
• 16:52
  we
• 16:52
  have
• 16:52
  Timothy
• 16:53
  Zahn's
• 16:53
  Outbound
• 16:54
  Flight
• 16:54
  with,
• 16:54
  like,
• 16:54
  the
• 16:54
  idea
• 16:55
  of
• 16:55
  exploring
• 16:55
  what
• 16:55
  does
• 16:56
  it
• 16:56
  mean
• 16:56
  to
• 16:56
  be
• 16:56
  in
• 16:56
  a
• 16:56
  universe
• 16:57
  in
• 16:57
  a
• 16:57
  galaxy
• 16:58
  where
• 16:58
  we
• 16:58
  don't
• 16:58
  understand
• 16:59
  everything
• 16:59
  around
• 16:59
  us.
• 17:00
  That
• 17:00
  kind
• 17:00
  of
• 17:00
  would
• 17:01
  be
• 17:01
  an
• 17:01
  adventure
• 17:01
  to
• 17:01
  an
• 17:02
  extent,
• 17:02
  but
• 17:02
  more
• 17:02
  the
• 17:03
  idea
• 17:03
  of
• 17:04
  exploring
• 17:04
  and
• 17:05
  figuring
• 17:05
  out
• 17:05
  who
• 17:05
  we
• 17:06
  are
• 17:06
  and
• 17:06
  everything
• 17:06
  there,
• 17:07
  of
• 17:07
  course,
• 17:07
  the
• 17:07
  Knightsfield
• 17:08
  Republic
• 17:08
  games,
• 17:08
  it's
• 17:09
  like,
• 17:10
  what
• 17:10
  does
• 17:10
  it
• 17:10
  mean
• 17:10
  to
• 17:11
  follow
• 17:11
  the
• 17:11
  dogma
• 17:11
  of
• 17:11
  the
• 17:12
  Jedi
• 17:12
  and
• 17:12
  the
• 17:12
  Sith.
• 17:13
  What
• 17:13
  does
• 17:13
  it
• 17:14
  mean
• 17:14
  to
• 17:14
  be
• 17:14
  a
• 17:14
  member
• 17:14
  of
• 17:14
  the
• 17:14
  Republic
• 17:15
  Court
• 17:15
  of
• 17:15
  Sith?
• 17:16
  The
• 17:16
  new
• 17:16
  Sith
• 17:17
  wars
• 17:17
  stuff
• 17:17
  goes
• 17:18
  into
• 17:18
  that
• 17:18
  too.
• 17:18
  Darth
• 17:18
  Bane
• 17:19
  and
• 17:19
  all
• 17:19
  that.
• 17:20
  Trying
• 17:21
  to
• 17:21
  think
• 17:21
  of
• 17:21
  what
• 17:21
  else
• 17:22
  as
• 17:22
  far
• 17:22
  as
• 17:22
  branching
• 17:23
  out
• 17:23
  from
• 17:24
  that.
• 17:24
  I
• 17:24
  mean,
• 17:24
  there's
• 17:24
  plenty
• 17:24
  more.
• 17:25
  Like
• 17:25
  as
• 17:26
  a
• 17:26
  lover
• 17:26
  of
• 17:27
  legends,
• 17:27
  which
• 17:28
  unfortunately
• 17:28
  has
• 17:28
  to
• 17:28
  be
• 17:28
  called
• 17:29
  legends
• 17:29
  now,
• 17:29
  there's
• 17:30
  a
• 17:30
  hundred
• 17:31
  different
• 17:31
  things
• 17:31
  you
• 17:31
  could
• 17:31
  read.
• 17:32
  We've
• 17:32
  got
• 17:32
  crime
• 17:32
  stuff
• 17:33
  too,
• 17:34
  and
• 17:35
  people
• 17:35
  serving
• 17:36
  Empire
• 17:36
  not
• 17:37
  really
• 17:37
  caring
• 17:37
  about
• 17:37
  the
• 17:38
  Rebellion.
• 17:38
  And
• 17:38
  on
• 17:38
  like
• 17:38
  a
• 17:39
  Crimson
• 17:39
  Empire
• 17:39
  kind
• 17:39
  of
• 17:40
  series,
• 17:41
  we've
• 17:41
  got
• 17:41
  Kyle
• 17:42
  Katarn
• 17:43
  becoming
• 17:43
  ex.
• 17:44
  Imperial,
• 17:45
  becomes
• 17:46
  this
• 17:46
  rogue
• 17:46
  agent
• 17:47
  who
• 17:47
  becomes
• 17:47
  a
• 17:47
  member
• 17:47
  of
• 17:48
  the
• 17:48
  Rebellion,
• 17:48
  becomes
• 17:48
  a
• 17:49
  Jedi.
• 17:49
  And
• 17:49
  different
• 17:50
  stories
• 17:50
  told
• 17:50
  in
• 17:50
  those
• 17:51
  video
• 17:51
  game
• 17:51
  series.
• 17:52
  Like,
• 17:53
  I
• 17:53
  think
• 17:53
  we're
• 17:54
  limited
• 17:54
  with
• 17:54
  what
• 17:54
  we
• 17:55
  have
• 17:55
  now
• 17:55
  because
• 17:56
  there
• 17:56
  are
• 17:57
  fewer
• 17:57
  risks
• 17:58
  being
• 17:58
  made.
• 17:59
  And
• 17:59
  I
• 17:59
  think
• 17:59
  the
• 17:59
  acolyte
• 18:00
  was
• 18:00
  a
• 18:00
  risk
• 18:00
  that
• 18:00
  they
• 18:01
  made,
• 18:01
  but
• 18:01
  it
• 18:01
  was
• 18:01
  a
• 18:01
  poor
• 18:02
  risk
• 18:02
  and
• 18:02
  that
• 18:02
  they
• 18:03
  let
• 18:03
  the
• 18:03
  wrong
• 18:03
  people
• 18:04
  take
• 18:04
  the
• 18:04
  risk.
• 18:05
  And
• 18:05
  I
• 18:06
  know
• 18:06
  you're
• 18:06
  a
• 18:06
  little
• 18:06
  bit
• 18:07
  better
• 18:07
  on
• 18:07
  it
• 18:08
  than
• 18:08
  I
• 18:08
  was,
• 18:09
  but
• 18:09
  I
• 18:10
  see
• 18:10
  it
• 18:10
  as
• 18:10
  like
• 18:10
  an
• 18:10
  ultimate
• 18:11
  failure
• 18:11
  of
• 18:11
  how
• 18:11
  to
• 18:11
  actually
• 18:12
  tell
• 18:12
  a
• 18:12
  story
• 18:12
  and
• 18:13
  have
• 18:13
  us
• 18:13
  care
• 18:13
  about
• 18:13
  who's
• 18:14
  invol.
• 18:16
  I
• 18:16
  think
• 18:17
  the.
• 18:18
  The
• 18:18
  up.
• 18:18
  Breakdown
• 18:19
  of
• 18:19
  all
• 18:20
  those
• 18:21
  of
• 18:21
  the
• 18:22
  themes
• 18:22
  is.
• 18:23
  Is.
• 18:23
  Is
• 18:24
  a
• 18:24
  perfect
• 18:26
  description
• 18:27
  and
• 18:27
  a
• 18:28
  breakdown
• 18:28
  and,
• 18:29
  And
• 18:30
  a.
• 18:31
  And
• 18:31
  a.
• 18:32
  A.
• 18:32
  I
• 18:33
  think
• 18:33
  that's
• 18:33
  a
• 18:33
  good
• 18:33
  way
• 18:34
  for
• 18:34
  the
• 18:34
  franchise
• 18:34
  to.
• 18:35
  To
• 18:35
  move
• 18:35
  forward
• 18:36
  and
• 18:37
  to
• 18:37
  have
• 18:38
  its.
• 18:38
  And
• 18:39
  find
• 18:39
  its.
• 18:40
  Find
• 18:40
  its
• 18:41
  pockets
• 18:41
  and.
• 18:43
  And
• 18:43
  to.
• 18:44
  To.
• 18:46
  To
• 18:46
  continue
• 18:47
  what
• 18:47
  you
• 18:47
  were
• 18:47
  saying
• 18:47
  there,
• 18:48
  Christian.
• 18:49
  They
• 18:49
  need
• 18:49
  to
• 18:50
  take
• 18:50
  the
• 18:50
  risks
• 18:50
  because
• 18:51
  then.
• 18:53
  Then
• 18:54
  I
• 18:55
  don't
• 18:55
  know,
• 18:56
  I
• 18:56
  won't
• 18:56
  get
• 18:56
  bored
• 18:57
  of
• 18:57
  Star
• 18:57
  wars,
• 18:57
  but
• 18:58
  I
• 18:58
  think
• 18:58
  it
• 18:59
  needs
• 18:59
  to
• 18:59
  take
• 18:59
  risk
• 19:00
  and,
• 19:01
  And
• 19:01
  I
• 19:01
  think
• 19:02
  it's
• 19:02
  gotta
• 19:02
  change
• 19:03
  like
• 19:03
  the,
• 19:04
  The.
• 19:05
  The
• 19:06
  comparison
• 19:07
  that
• 19:07
  I'm.
• 19:08
  That
• 19:08
  I'm
• 19:08
  thinking
• 19:09
  now
• 19:09
  because
• 19:09
  I've
• 19:10
  been.
• 19:10
  I've
• 19:10
  been
• 19:10
  kind
• 19:10
  of.
• 19:11
  Of
• 19:11
  reading
• 19:12
  up
• 19:12
  on
• 19:12
  the
• 19:12
  like
• 19:13
  in
• 19:13
  between
• 19:15
  Christ's
• 19:17
  resurrection
• 19:18
  and
• 19:18
  kind
• 19:18
  of.
• 19:19
  And
• 19:19
  kind
• 19:19
  of.
• 19:19
  And
• 19:20
  kind
• 19:20
  of
• 19:22
  the
• 19:22
  time
• 19:23
  where
• 19:23
  Paul
• 19:23
  takes
• 19:24
  it
• 19:24
  and
• 19:25
  takes
• 19:25
  the
• 19:25
  religion
• 19:26
  and
• 19:26
  kind
• 19:26
  of
• 19:27
  like
• 19:27
  kind
• 19:27
  of
• 19:28
  kind
• 19:28
  of
• 19:29
  focuses
• 19:29
  more
• 19:29
  on
• 19:30
  the
• 19:30
  gentiles
• 19:31
  and
• 19:31
  stuff
• 19:31
  like
• 19:31
  that.
• 19:32
  We
• 19:32
  are
• 19:33
  in
• 19:33
  that
• 19:33
  transition
• 19:34
  phase,
• 19:34
  I
• 19:34
  think,
• 19:35
  of
• 19:35
  kind
• 19:35
  of
• 19:36
  Star
• 19:36
  wars
• 19:37
  and
• 19:37
  it's
• 19:38
  starting
• 19:38
  to
• 19:38
  become
• 19:39
  a
• 19:40
  pluralistic
• 19:42
  kind
• 19:42
  of.
• 19:45
  Genre.
• 19:46
  Right?
• 19:46
  Yeah,
• 19:47
  yeah,
• 19:47
  that,
• 19:48
  yeah,
• 19:48
  like
• 19:49
  that.
• 19:50
  That
• 19:50
  it's
• 19:50
  gonna
• 19:51
  have
• 19:51
  its
• 19:51
  own
• 19:51
  kind
• 19:51
  of
• 19:52
  genres
• 19:52
  within
• 19:53
  the
• 19:53
  genre
• 19:54
  of
• 19:54
  Star
• 19:54
  wars
• 19:55
  and,
• 19:56
  and.
• 19:56
  And.
• 19:57
  And
• 19:57
  with
• 19:58
  that
• 19:58
  it
• 19:59
  takes
• 19:59
  risks
• 19:59
  and
• 20:00
  stuff
• 20:00
  like
• 20:00
  that.
• 20:01
  So
• 20:01
  I
• 20:02
  love
• 20:02
  the.
• 20:03
  The.
• 20:04
  The.
• 20:05
  The.
• 20:06
  I,
• 20:07
  I
• 20:07
  don't
• 20:07
  think
• 20:08
  the
• 20:08
  fragmentation
• 20:09
  is
• 20:10
  a
• 20:10
  bug.
• 20:11
  I
• 20:11
  think
• 20:11
  it's
• 20:11
  a
• 20:11
  feature
• 20:12
  that.
• 20:12
  I
• 20:13
  think
• 20:13
  that.
• 20:15
  Now
• 20:15
  the
• 20:15
  only
• 20:16
  problem
• 20:16
  is,
• 20:16
  is
• 20:17
  that
• 20:17
  I
• 20:17
  hope
• 20:18
  that
• 20:18
  it
• 20:18
  makes
• 20:19
  money,
• 20:19
  you
• 20:19
  know,
• 20:19
  like
• 20:20
  so
• 20:22
  yeah,
• 20:22
  yeah.
• 20:22
  When
• 20:23
  I
• 20:23
  think
• 20:23
  of
• 20:23
  Star
• 20:23
  Wars,
• 20:23
  I
• 20:24
  think
• 20:24
  of
• 20:24
  the
• 20:24
  question
• 20:25
  is
• 20:26
  like,
• 20:26
  how
• 20:27
  do
• 20:27
  I
• 20:27
  exist
• 20:28
  in
• 20:28
  a
• 20:28
  violent
• 20:29
  and
• 20:29
  war
• 20:29
  torn
• 20:29
  universe?
• 20:30
  Right.
• 20:31
  So
• 20:31
  you
• 20:31
  had
• 20:31
  different
• 20:32
  ways.
• 20:32
  You
• 20:32
  have
• 20:32
  a
• 20:32
  small
• 20:32
  band
• 20:32
  of
• 20:33
  rebels,
• 20:33
  you
• 20:33
  have
• 20:34
  the
• 20:34
  people
• 20:34
  who
• 20:34
  join,
• 20:35
  you
• 20:35
  know,
• 20:35
  the
• 20:35
  authoritarianism,
• 20:36
  you
• 20:36
  have
• 20:36
  a
• 20:37
  religious
• 20:37
  aspect,
• 20:38
  you
• 20:38
  have
• 20:38
  like
• 20:39
  the
• 20:39
  bounty
• 20:39
  hunters
• 20:40
  are
• 20:40
  just
• 20:40
  trying
• 20:40
  to
• 20:40
  hustle
• 20:41
  and
• 20:41
  make
• 20:41
  some
• 20:41
  money
• 20:41
  in
• 20:42
  the
• 20:42
  universe.
• 20:42
  You
• 20:42
  know,
• 20:43
  you
• 20:43
  have
• 20:43
  the
• 20:43
  common
• 20:43
  person
• 20:44
  on
• 20:44
  the
• 20:44
  ground,
• 20:44
  like
• 20:44
  andor
• 20:45
  who
• 20:45
  are
• 20:45
  like,
• 20:45
  yeah,
• 20:45
  I'm
• 20:46
  just
• 20:46
  trying
• 20:46
  to
• 20:46
  make
• 20:46
  a
• 20:46
  living
• 20:47
  and
• 20:47
  I'm
• 20:47
  caught
• 20:48
  between
• 20:48
  the
• 20:48
  two.
• 20:48
  And
• 20:49
  then
• 20:49
  you
• 20:49
  have
• 20:49
  skeleton
• 20:49
  crew,
• 20:50
  like,
• 20:50
  like,
• 20:51
  how
• 20:51
  do
• 20:51
  I
• 20:51
  exist
• 20:52
  in
• 20:52
  a
• 20:52
  violent
• 20:52
  war
• 20:53
  torn
• 20:53
  universe
• 20:53
  that
• 20:53
  is
• 20:54
  like
• 20:54
  a
• 20:54
  Star
• 20:54
  wars,
• 20:55
  you
• 20:55
  know,
• 20:55
  in
• 20:55
  this
• 20:56
  war
• 20:56
  torn
• 20:56
  universe.
• 20:57
  And
• 20:57
  so
• 20:57
  there's
• 20:57
  different
• 20:58
  ways
• 20:58
  to
• 20:58
  do
• 20:58
  this.
• 20:58
  You
• 20:58
  have
• 20:59
  religion,
• 20:59
  you
• 20:59
  have
• 21:00
  crime,
• 21:01
  you
• 21:01
  have
• 21:01
  underground
• 21:02
  stuff,
• 21:02
  you
• 21:02
  have
• 21:03
  the
• 21:04
  rebels,
• 21:04
  you
• 21:04
  have
• 21:04
  military
• 21:06
  kind
• 21:06
  of
• 21:06
  thing.
• 21:07
  So
• 21:07
  all
• 21:07
  those
• 21:07
  kind
• 21:07
  of
• 21:07
  swirl
• 21:08
  around
• 21:08
  this
• 21:08
  question
• 21:09
  when
• 21:09
  I
• 21:09
  think
• 21:10
  about
• 21:10
  Star
• 21:10
  wars,
• 21:11
  like,
• 21:11
  how
• 21:11
  do
• 21:12
  these
• 21:12
  people
• 21:12
  exist
• 21:12
  and
• 21:12
  what,
• 21:13
  what
• 21:13
  do
• 21:13
  they
• 21:13
  do?
• 21:14
  What
• 21:14
  are
• 21:14
  the
• 21:14
  decisions
• 21:15
  they
• 21:15
  make
• 21:15
  in
• 21:15
  that
• 21:15
  universe
• 21:16
  and,
• 21:16
  and
• 21:16
  what
• 21:17
  do
• 21:17
  they
• 21:17
  care
• 21:17
  about?
• 21:17
  And
• 21:17
  so
• 21:17
  any
• 21:18
  kind
• 21:18
  of
• 21:18
  like
• 21:18
  apocalyptic,
• 21:20
  you
• 21:21
  know,
• 21:21
  genre
• 21:21
  where
• 21:22
  the
• 21:22
  zombies,
• 21:22
  aliens,
• 21:23
  robots,
• 21:24
  whatever,
• 21:25
  what
• 21:25
  it's
• 21:25
  revealed
• 21:26
  in
• 21:26
  that
• 21:26
  is,
• 21:27
  is
• 21:27
  people,
• 21:28
  what
• 21:28
  they
• 21:29
  care
• 21:29
  about.
• 21:29
  So
• 21:30
  yeah,
• 21:30
  do
• 21:30
  you
• 21:31
  care
• 21:31
  about
• 21:31
  freedom?
• 21:31
  Do
• 21:31
  you
• 21:32
  care
• 21:32
  about
• 21:32
  just
• 21:32
  like
• 21:32
  making
• 21:33
  your
• 21:33
  credits?
• 21:34
  Do
• 21:34
  you
• 21:34
  care
• 21:34
  about
• 21:34
  like,
• 21:35
  you
• 21:35
  know,
• 21:35
  I'm
• 21:35
  just
• 21:35
  like
• 21:36
  a
• 21:36
  Han
• 21:36
  Solo
• 21:36
  who
• 21:37
  then
• 21:37
  encounters
• 21:38
  some
• 21:38
  pretty
• 21:38
  cool
• 21:38
  people
• 21:39
  and
• 21:39
  in
• 21:39
  the
• 21:39
  forest
• 21:40
  and
• 21:40
  be
• 21:40
  like,
• 21:40
  maybe,
• 21:41
  maybe
• 21:41
  I
• 21:41
  shouldn't
• 21:41
  be
• 21:42
  a
• 21:42
  scoundrel.
• 21:42
  Maybe
• 21:43
  I
• 21:43
  should
• 21:43
  do
• 21:43
  something
• 21:43
  better
• 21:43
  with
• 21:44
  my
• 21:44
  life.
• 21:44
  So
• 21:44
  those
• 21:45
  kind
• 21:45
  of
• 21:45
  things
• 21:45
  swirl
• 21:45
  around
• 21:46
  struggle.
• 21:46
  So
• 21:46
  I
• 21:46
  think
• 21:47
  it's
• 21:47
  in
• 21:48
  this
• 21:48
  universe
• 21:48
  if
• 21:48
  they're
• 21:49
  still
• 21:49
  kind
• 21:49
  of
• 21:49
  reflecting
• 21:49
  on
• 21:50
  that
• 21:50
  question
• 21:50
  that
• 21:51
  George
• 21:51
  Lucas,
• 21:52
  yeah,
• 21:52
  he
• 21:52
  was
• 21:52
  a
• 21:52
  fan
• 21:52
  of,
• 21:53
  you
• 21:53
  know,
• 21:53
  Buck
• 21:54
  Rogers
• 21:54
  and
• 21:54
  Flash
• 21:54
  Gordon
• 21:55
  and
• 21:55
  the,
• 21:55
  and
• 21:55
  the
• 21:55
  serials
• 21:56
  and
• 21:56
  those
• 21:57
  kind
• 21:57
  of
• 21:57
  swashbuckling
• 21:58
  space
• 21:59
  adventures.
• 21:59
  But,
• 21:59
  but
• 22:00
  he
• 22:00
  still
• 22:00
  had
• 22:00
  like
• 22:00
  a
• 22:00
  foundation
• 22:01
  of
• 22:01
  like
• 22:02
  good
• 22:02
  versus
• 22:03
  evil.
• 22:03
  And
• 22:03
  he
• 22:03
  put
• 22:03
  in
• 22:04
  some
• 22:04
  mysticism,
• 22:04
  religion
• 22:05
  sprinkled
• 22:05
  that
• 22:06
  in
• 22:06
  along
• 22:06
  with,
• 22:07
  yeah,
• 22:08
  how
• 22:08
  do
• 22:08
  you
• 22:08
  exist
• 22:08
  in
• 22:09
  a
• 22:09
  violent
• 22:10
  world
• 22:10
  and
• 22:10
  universe?
• 22:11
  And
• 22:11
  as
• 22:11
  coming
• 22:11
  out
• 22:12
  of
• 22:12
  World
• 22:12
  War
• 22:13
  II
• 22:13
  and
• 22:13
  the
• 22:13
  Vietnam
• 22:14
  War,
• 22:14
  he
• 22:14
  was
• 22:14
  wrestling
• 22:15
  with
• 22:15
  those
• 22:15
  questions.
• 22:16
  And
• 22:16
  so
• 22:16
  I
• 22:16
  think
• 22:16
  we're
• 22:17
  in
• 22:17
  that
• 22:17
  setting
• 22:17
  too
• 22:18
  in
• 22:18
  our
• 22:18
  world.
• 22:20
  And
• 22:20
  I
• 22:20
  think
• 22:20
  aliens
• 22:21
  and
• 22:21
  robots
• 22:21
  and
• 22:22
  AI
• 22:22
  is
• 22:22
  a
• 22:22
  big
• 22:23
  part
• 22:23
  of
• 22:23
  how
• 22:23
  we
• 22:23
  relate
• 22:24
  to
• 22:24
  the
• 22:24
  other.
• 22:26
  And
• 22:26
  I
• 22:26
  think
• 22:26
  that
• 22:26
  Grant
• 22:27
  that
• 22:27
  Mandalorian
• 22:27
  Grogu.
• 22:28
  I
• 22:28
  think,
• 22:28
  you
• 22:29
  know,
• 22:29
  there
• 22:29
  wasn't
• 22:29
  there.
• 22:30
  I've
• 22:30
  heard
• 22:30
  some,
• 22:30
  some
• 22:31
  talk
• 22:31
  around
• 22:32
  things
• 22:33
  that
• 22:33
  I
• 22:33
  follow
• 22:33
  about
• 22:34
  there.
• 22:34
  There's
• 22:34
  not
• 22:35
  enough
• 22:35
  humans,
• 22:36
  there's
• 22:36
  so
• 22:36
  many
• 22:36
  aliens.
• 22:37
  You
• 22:37
  only,
• 22:37
  you
• 22:37
  don't
• 22:37
  see
• 22:38
  very,
• 22:38
  a
• 22:39
  lot
• 22:39
  of
• 22:39
  human
• 22:39
  faces,
• 22:40
  you
• 22:40
  know,
• 22:40
  and
• 22:40
  so
• 22:41
  you're
• 22:41
  like,
• 22:41
  well,
• 22:42
  you
• 22:42
  know,
• 22:42
  yes,
• 22:42
  a
• 22:43
  world
• 22:43
  filled
• 22:43
  with
• 22:44
  aliens
• 22:45
  and
• 22:45
  how
• 22:45
  do
• 22:45
  you
• 22:46
  relate
• 22:46
  to
• 22:46
  the
• 22:46
  other
• 22:47
  person
• 22:48
  or
• 22:48
  alien
• 22:49
  and
• 22:49
  who's
• 22:49
  on,
• 22:50
  who's
• 22:50
  on
• 22:50
  your
• 22:50
  team?
• 22:51
  I
• 22:51
  think
• 22:51
  those
• 22:52
  are
• 22:52
  good
• 22:52
  questions
• 22:52
  to
• 22:52
  ask
• 22:53
  how
• 22:54
  you
• 22:54
  relate
• 22:54
  to
• 22:54
  the
• 22:54
  other
• 22:54
  in
• 22:54
  the
• 22:54
  midst
• 22:55
  of
• 22:55
  that.
• 22:55
  And
• 22:55
  I
• 22:55
  think
• 22:55
  Star
• 22:56
  wars
• 22:56
  should
• 22:56
  always
• 22:57
  be
• 22:57
  asking
• 22:57
  and
• 22:57
  teasing
• 22:58
  out
• 22:58
  some
• 22:58
  of
• 22:58
  those
• 22:59
  bigger
• 22:59
  questions
• 22:59
  along
• 22:59
  with
• 23:00
  having
• 23:00
  fun
• 23:00
  and
• 23:01
  big
• 23:01
  special
• 23:01
  effects
• 23:02
  and
• 23:02
  space
• 23:02
  battles
• 23:03
  and
• 23:03
  laser
• 23:03
  swords
• 23:04
  and
• 23:04
  please,
• 23:05
  more
• 23:05
  lasers.
• 23:05
  I
• 23:05
  can't
• 23:06
  believe
• 23:06
  we
• 23:06
  didn't
• 23:06
  have
• 23:06
  a
• 23:06
  lightsaber.
• 23:07
  Amanda
• 23:07
  and
• 23:07
  Grogu.
• 23:08
  But
• 23:08
  we
• 23:08
  did
• 23:08
  see
• 23:08
  the
• 23:08
  Force.
• 23:09
  We
• 23:09
  did
• 23:09
  see
• 23:09
  the
• 23:09
  Force
• 23:10
  used.
• 23:10
  I
• 23:10
  just,
• 23:12
  we
• 23:12
  didn't
• 23:13
  see
• 23:13
  one
• 23:13
  lightsaber.
• 23:13
  Give
• 23:14
  that
• 23:14
  kid
• 23:14
  a
• 23:14
  lightsaber.
• 23:17
  Yeah,
• 23:19
  no.
• 23:19
  So
• 23:20
  the
• 23:20
  other
• 23:20
  day
• 23:20
  I
• 23:20
  was
• 23:20
  watching
• 23:21
  a
• 23:21
  podcast
• 23:21
  with
• 23:22
  Damon
• 23:23
  Lindelof
• 23:23
  and
• 23:23
  he
• 23:24
  talked
• 23:24
  at
• 23:24
  one
• 23:24
  point
• 23:24
  about
• 23:25
  getting
• 23:26
  fired
• 23:26
  from
• 23:26
  the
• 23:27
  stars.
• 23:27
  I
• 23:27
  think
• 23:27
  it
• 23:27
  was
• 23:28
  the
• 23:28
  Ray
• 23:28
  movie
• 23:28
  he
• 23:28
  was
• 23:28
  attacking.
• 23:29
  I
• 23:29
  completely
• 23:29
  forgot
• 23:30
  he
• 23:30
  was
• 23:30
  doing
• 23:30
  it.
• 23:31
  Yeah.
• 23:31
  Which
• 23:31
  was.
• 23:32
  Has
• 23:32
  multiple
• 23:33
  writers
• 23:33
  gone
• 23:34
  through
• 23:34
  it
• 23:34
  and
• 23:34
  he
• 23:35
  his
• 23:35
  pitch,
• 23:36
  which
• 23:36
  they
• 23:37
  loved
• 23:37
  at
• 23:37
  first
• 23:38
  and
• 23:38
  then
• 23:38
  he
• 23:39
  was
• 23:39
  still
• 23:39
  firefront,
• 23:40
  but
• 23:40
  he
• 23:40
  pitched
• 23:41
  it
• 23:41
  as
• 23:42
  you
• 23:42
  know,
• 23:42
  they
• 23:43
  said
• 23:43
  like,
• 23:43
  what
• 23:43
  do
• 23:43
  you
• 23:43
  want
• 23:44
  from
• 23:44
  a
• 23:44
  Star
• 23:44
  wars
• 23:44
  movie
• 23:45
  set
• 23:45
  post
• 23:45
  sequel
• 23:46
  trilogy?
• 23:46
  And
• 23:47
  he
• 23:47
  said,
• 23:47
  I
• 23:47
  want
• 23:48
  to
• 23:48
  tell
• 23:48
  the
• 23:48
  Protestant
• 23:49
  Reformation
• 23:49
  in
• 23:50
  the
• 23:50
  Star
• 23:50
  wars
• 23:50
  universe.
• 23:51
  And
• 23:51
  I'm
• 23:51
  like,
• 23:51
  that
• 23:51
  sounds
• 23:52
  awesome.
• 23:52
  Let's
• 23:52
  make
• 23:52
  that.
• 23:54
  And
• 23:54
  I
• 23:54
  think
• 23:55
  that's
• 23:55
  very
• 23:55
  much
• 23:56
  like
• 23:56
  in
• 23:56
  terms
• 23:56
  of
• 23:57
  a
• 23:57
  more
• 23:58
  risk,
• 23:58
  more
• 23:58
  forward
• 23:59
  momentum
• 23:59
  type
• 24:00
  of
• 24:00
  Star
• 24:00
  wars
• 24:00
  story.
• 24:00
  That's
• 24:01
  the
• 24:01
  kind
• 24:01
  of
• 24:01
  thing
• 24:01
  I
• 24:01
  want
• 24:02
  to
• 24:02
  see.
• 24:02
  And
• 24:03
  in
• 24:03
  terms
• 24:03
  of
• 24:04
  how
• 24:04
  Star
• 24:05
  wars
• 24:05
  where
• 24:05
  it
• 24:05
  can
• 24:05
  go
• 24:06
  from
• 24:06
  here,
• 24:06
  I
• 24:07
  very
• 24:07
  much
• 24:08
  think
• 24:08
  it
• 24:08
  can
• 24:08
  be
• 24:09
  a
• 24:09
  fusion
• 24:09
  of
• 24:10
  nostalgia
• 24:10
  and
• 24:11
  forward
• 24:11
  momentum.
• 24:12
  So
• 24:13
  Andy,
• 24:13
  I
• 24:13
  think
• 24:13
  that
• 24:13
  was
• 24:13
  a
• 24:14
  really
• 24:14
  great
• 24:14
  summary
• 24:14
  of
• 24:14
  like
• 24:15
  the
• 24:15
  different
• 24:15
  archetypes
• 24:16
  that
• 24:16
  we
• 24:16
  see
• 24:17
  from
• 24:17
  the
• 24:17
  movies
• 24:17
  and
• 24:18
  shows.
• 24:18
  And
• 24:18
  Christian,
• 24:19
  like
• 24:19
  you
• 24:19
  said,
• 24:19
  I
• 24:19
  think
• 24:19
  they
• 24:20
  could
• 24:20
  be
• 24:20
  expanded
• 24:21
  on
• 24:21
  more
• 24:21
  through
• 24:22
  the
• 24:23
  books
• 24:23
  and
• 24:23
  the
• 24:23
  comics
• 24:23
  and
• 24:23
  TV
• 24:24
  shows.
• 24:24
  Like
• 24:25
  right
• 24:25
  off
• 24:25
  the
• 24:25
  bat,
• 24:25
  I,
• 24:26
  I,
• 24:26
  they're
• 24:26
  just
• 24:27
  sitting
• 24:27
  on
• 24:27
  this
• 24:27
  and
• 24:27
  I
• 24:28
  can't
• 24:28
  believe
• 24:28
  this.
• 24:28
  They
• 24:28
  haven't
• 24:29
  made
• 24:29
  it
• 24:29
  is
• 24:29
  a
• 24:29
  what
• 24:30
  if
• 24:30
  animated
• 24:31
  series
• 24:31
  in
• 24:31
  Star
• 24:32
  Wars.
• 24:32
  Why
• 24:32
  they,
• 24:33
  I
• 24:33
  mean
• 24:34
  there's
• 24:34
  no
• 24:35
  reason
• 24:35
  why
• 24:36
  they
• 24:36
  should
• 24:36
  not
• 24:36
  make
• 24:37
  that
• 24:37
  because
• 24:38
  it's
• 24:38
  completely
• 24:39
  risk
• 24:39
  averse.
• 24:40
  Like,
• 24:40
  I
• 24:40
  mean
• 24:40
  you're,
• 24:41
  it's
• 24:41
  not
• 24:41
  canon,
• 24:42
  but
• 24:42
  that
• 24:43
  would
• 24:43
  be,
• 24:43
  I
• 24:44
  mean
• 24:45
  talk
• 24:45
  about
• 24:45
  how
• 24:46
  many
• 24:46
  subscribers
• 24:47
  they
• 24:47
  could
• 24:48
  get
• 24:48
  to
• 24:48
  Disney
• 24:48
  plus
• 24:48
  with
• 24:49
  that
• 24:49
  if
• 24:49
  they
• 24:49
  had
• 24:49
  a
• 24:50
  what
• 24:50
  if
• 24:50
  Luke
• 24:51
  went
• 24:51
  to
• 24:52
  the
• 24:52
  dark
• 24:52
  side?
• 24:52
  What
• 24:52
  if
• 24:54
  with
• 24:55
  Anakin
• 24:55
  didn't.
• 24:55
  What
• 24:56
  if,
• 24:56
  you
• 24:56
  know,
• 24:56
  Qui
• 24:57
  Gon
• 24:57
  survived
• 24:57
  all
• 24:58
  these
• 24:58
  things.
• 24:58
  I
• 24:58
  mean,
• 25:01
  yes,
• 25:02
  exactly
• 25:02
  100%.
• 25:04
  What
• 25:04
  was
• 25:04
  it
• 25:04
  called?
• 25:05
  Star
• 25:05
  Wars
• 25:05
  Infinities.
• 25:07
  Remember
• 25:07
  that?
• 25:08
  Yeah,
• 25:09
  yeah,
• 25:10
  they
• 25:10
  should
• 25:10
  totally
• 25:11
  do
• 25:11
  that.
• 25:11
  So
• 25:12
  there's
• 25:12
  all
• 25:12
  these
• 25:12
  ideas.
• 25:13
  Like,
• 25:13
  I,
• 25:14
  I
• 25:14
  think
• 25:14
  the
• 25:14
  beauty
• 25:14
  of
• 25:15
  Star
• 25:15
  wars
• 25:15
  is
• 25:16
  that
• 25:16
  it
• 25:16
  is
• 25:16
  this
• 25:17
  vast
• 25:17
  universe
• 25:18
  and
• 25:18
  of
• 25:18
  course
• 25:18
  we
• 25:19
  love
• 25:19
  seeing
• 25:19
  our
• 25:20
  favorite
• 25:20
  heroes
• 25:20
  fight
• 25:21
  the
• 25:21
  Empire.
• 25:22
  But
• 25:22
  like
• 25:23
  we've
• 25:23
  said,
• 25:23
  some
• 25:23
  of
• 25:24
  our
• 25:24
  favorite
• 25:24
  stories
• 25:24
  are
• 25:25
  set
• 25:25
  thousands
• 25:26
  of
• 25:26
  years
• 25:26
  in
• 25:26
  the
• 25:26
  past.
• 25:26
  Or
• 25:27
  I
• 25:27
  would,
• 25:27
  you
• 25:27
  know,
• 25:28
  again,
• 25:28
  I
• 25:28
  would
• 25:28
  love
• 25:28
  to
• 25:28
  see
• 25:29
  story
• 25:29
  set
• 25:30
  post
• 25:30
  sequel
• 25:30
  trilogy.
• 25:31
  People
• 25:31
  know
• 25:32
  kind
• 25:32
  of
• 25:32
  my
• 25:32
  thoughts
• 25:32
  on
• 25:32
  the
• 25:32
  sequel
• 25:33
  trilogy
• 25:33
  and
• 25:33
  that
• 25:33
  I
• 25:34
  am
• 25:34
  a
• 25:34
  fan
• 25:34
  of
• 25:34
  Last
• 25:34
  Jedi.
• 25:35
  I
• 25:35
  can't
• 25:35
  stand
• 25:35
  Rise
• 25:36
  of
• 25:36
  Skywalker.
• 25:37
  The
• 25:38
  beauty
• 25:38
  of,
• 25:38
  I
• 25:38
  think
• 25:39
  even
• 25:39
  the
• 25:39
  beauty
• 25:39
  of
• 25:39
  the
• 25:39
  sequel
• 25:40
  trilogy
• 25:40
  is
• 25:40
  that
• 25:41
  we're
• 25:41
  still
• 25:41
  talking
• 25:41
  about
• 25:41
  it
• 25:42
  to
• 25:42
  this
• 25:42
  day.
• 25:42
  It
• 25:42
  elicits
• 25:43
  a
• 25:43
  strong
• 25:43
  reaction
• 25:44
  and
• 25:44
  I
• 25:44
  think
• 25:45
  they
• 25:45
  need
• 25:45
  to
• 25:46
  be
• 25:46
  willing
• 25:47
  to
• 25:47
  do
• 25:47
  that
• 25:47
  more,
• 25:47
  is
• 25:48
  take
• 25:49
  risks
• 25:50
  and
• 25:50
  say,
• 25:50
  you
• 25:51
  know,
• 25:51
  they
• 25:51
  aren't
• 25:51
  going
• 25:51
  to
• 25:52
  appeal
• 25:52
  to
• 25:52
  everyone.
• 25:53
  But,
• 25:53
  you
• 25:53
  know,
• 25:54
  make
• 25:54
  stories
• 25:54
  like
• 25:55
  that
• 25:55
  while
• 25:55
  also
• 25:56
  making
• 25:56
  stories
• 25:56
  that
• 25:57
  are
• 25:57
  very
• 25:58
  risk
• 25:58
  averse,
• 25:58
  like
• 25:59
  Mandalorian
• 25:59
  and
• 25:59
  Grogu
• 26:00
  that
• 26:00
  are
• 26:00
  just
• 26:00
  fun,
• 26:00
  you
• 26:01
  know,
• 26:01
  popcorn
• 26:01
  entertainment.
• 26:02
  You
• 26:02
  can
• 26:03
  have
• 26:03
  both.
• 26:03
  And
• 26:03
  that's
• 26:04
  the,
• 26:04
  the
• 26:04
  vastness
• 26:05
  of
• 26:05
  Star
• 26:05
  wars
• 26:06
  allows
• 26:07
  you
• 26:07
  to
• 26:07
  tell
• 26:08
  a
• 26:08
  wide
• 26:08
  range
• 26:09
  of
• 26:09
  stories.
• 26:09
  And,
• 26:10
  and
• 26:10
  I'll
• 26:11
  just
• 26:11
  say
• 26:11
  one
• 26:11
  more
• 26:11
  thing
• 26:11
  that
• 26:12
  like
• 26:12
  Rebels
• 26:13
  is
• 26:13
  one
• 26:13
  of
• 26:13
  my
• 26:13
  favorite
• 26:14
  Star
• 26:14
  wars
• 26:14
  things
• 26:14
  of
• 26:14
  all
• 26:15
  time.
• 26:15
  Because,
• 26:16
  Andy,
• 26:16
  I
• 26:16
  think
• 26:16
  it
• 26:16
  kind
• 26:16
  of
• 26:17
  encompasses
• 26:17
  all
• 26:18
  three
• 26:18
  of
• 26:18
  those
• 26:19
  archetypes.
• 26:20
  It's
• 26:20
  very
• 26:20
  much
• 26:20
  about
• 26:21
  a
• 26:21
  ragtag
• 26:22
  group
• 26:22
  of
• 26:23
  rebels
• 26:24
  fighting
• 26:24
  the
• 26:24
  Empire.
• 26:25
  It
• 26:25
  is
• 26:25
  also
• 26:26
  has,
• 26:27
  you
• 26:27
  know,
• 26:27
  many
• 26:27
  episodes
• 26:28
  that
• 26:28
  are
• 26:28
  episodic,
• 26:29
  fun,
• 26:29
  go
• 26:30
  on
• 26:30
  an
• 26:30
  adventure.
• 26:30
  And
• 26:31
  it
• 26:31
  also
• 26:32
  expands
• 26:33
  the
• 26:33
  lore
• 26:34
  of
• 26:34
  Star
• 26:34
  wars
• 26:35
  in
• 26:35
  a
• 26:35
  phenomenal
• 26:36
  way,
• 26:36
  introducing
• 26:37
  the
• 26:37
  world
• 26:38
  between
• 26:38
  worlds
• 26:38
  and
• 26:40
  the
• 26:40
  Bendu
• 26:41
  and,
• 26:41
  you
• 26:41
  know,
• 26:41
  all
• 26:41
  these
• 26:42
  concepts
• 26:42
  that
• 26:43
  make
• 26:43
  it
• 26:43
  rich
• 26:44
  and
• 26:44
  fascinating.
• 26:45
  So
• 26:45
  these
• 26:45
  are
• 26:46
  things
• 26:46
  they
• 26:47
  can
• 26:47
  do
• 26:47
  going
• 26:47
  forward.
• 26:48
  Like
• 26:48
  they,
• 26:49
  you
• 26:49
  know,
• 26:50
  they
• 26:50
  can
• 26:50
  have
• 26:51
  fun,
• 26:51
  safe
• 26:52
  adventures.
• 26:52
  And
• 26:53
  I'll
• 26:53
  say
• 26:53
  again
• 26:54
  what
• 26:54
  I
• 26:54
  said
• 26:54
  in
• 26:54
  the
• 26:54
  previous
• 26:55
  recording,
• 26:55
  that
• 26:56
  studios
• 26:56
  need
• 26:57
  to
• 26:57
  respect
• 26:57
  the
• 26:57
  audiences
• 26:58
  and
• 26:59
  recognize
• 26:59
  that
• 27:00
  the
• 27:01
  audience
• 27:01
  members
• 27:01
  have
• 27:02
  more
• 27:02
  intelligence
• 27:02
  than
• 27:03
  they
• 27:03
  think.
• 27:03
  And
• 27:03
  you
• 27:04
  know,
• 27:04
  you,
• 27:04
  we
• 27:05
  can
• 27:05
  accept
• 27:05
  that
• 27:06
  they
• 27:07
  could
• 27:07
  release
• 27:07
  one
• 27:08
  movie
• 27:09
  set
• 27:09
  in
• 27:10
  the
• 27:10
  era
• 27:10
  of
• 27:11
  Lucan
• 27:11
  and
• 27:11
  Leia.
• 27:12
  They
• 27:12
  can
• 27:12
  do
• 27:12
  another
• 27:12
  one
• 27:13
  set
• 27:13
  thousands
• 27:13
  of
• 27:13
  years
• 27:14
  in
• 27:14
  the
• 27:14
  past
• 27:14
  or
• 27:14
  thousands
• 27:15
  of
• 27:15
  years
• 27:15
  in
• 27:15
  the
• 27:15
  future
• 27:16
  and
• 27:17
  people
• 27:17
  will
• 27:17
  go
• 27:17
  along
• 27:17
  with
• 27:18
  that.
• 27:19
  How
• 27:19
  do
• 27:19
  we
• 27:19
  guys
• 27:20
  feel
• 27:20
  on,
• 27:21
  on,
• 27:21
  on
• 27:22
  Dave
• 27:22
  Filoni?
• 27:23
  How
• 27:24
  do
• 27:24
  we,
• 27:24
  how
• 27:25
  do
• 27:25
  you
• 27:25
  guys
• 27:25
  like
• 27:26
  Dave
• 27:26
  Filoni?
• 27:27
  Because
• 27:27
  he's
• 27:27
  the
• 27:28
  one
• 27:28
  in
• 27:28
  charge
• 27:28
  now,
• 27:29
  so
• 27:29
  he
• 27:30
  is
• 27:30
  going
• 27:30
  to
• 27:30
  be,
• 27:31
  he's
• 27:31
  making
• 27:32
  the
• 27:32
  decisions
• 27:32
  now.
• 27:33
  I,
• 27:34
  I
• 27:34
  think
• 27:34
  he
• 27:34
  understands
• 27:35
  Star
• 27:35
  Wars.
• 27:36
  He
• 27:36
  understands
• 27:36
  Lucas's
• 27:37
  vision
• 27:38
  and
• 27:38
  he
• 27:38
  definitely
• 27:38
  has
• 27:39
  understanding
• 27:39
  of
• 27:39
  the
• 27:39
  lore
• 27:40
  and
• 27:40
  where
• 27:40
  it's
• 27:40
  been.
• 27:40
  I,
• 27:41
  I
• 27:41
  do
• 27:41
  think
• 27:41
  he
• 27:41
  may
• 27:42
  be
• 27:42
  a
• 27:42
  little
• 27:43
  attached
• 27:43
  to
• 27:43
  the
• 27:44
  characters
• 27:44
  he
• 27:44
  created
• 27:45
  in
• 27:45
  the
• 27:45
  cartoon
• 27:45
  era.
• 27:46
  I
• 27:47
  wish
• 27:47
  he,
• 27:47
  he
• 27:48
  had
• 27:48
  expand
• 27:48
  or
• 27:48
  think
• 27:48
  through.
• 27:49
  But
• 27:49
  we're
• 27:50
  just
• 27:50
  at
• 27:50
  the
• 27:50
  beginning
• 27:50
  of
• 27:50
  it.
• 27:50
  Like
• 27:51
  it's
• 27:51
  very
• 27:51
  beginning.
• 27:51
  But
• 27:52
  I
• 27:52
  do
• 27:52
  think
• 27:52
  the
• 27:52
  things
• 27:52
  that
• 27:52
  have
• 27:53
  come
• 27:53
  out,
• 27:53
  the
• 27:53
  beginning
• 27:53
  is
• 27:54
  like
• 27:54
  cool.
• 27:54
  These
• 27:55
  characters
• 27:55
  that
• 27:55
  I
• 27:55
  help
• 27:56
  create,
• 27:56
  whether
• 27:56
  it's
• 27:57
  Ahsoka
• 27:58
  or
• 27:59
  you
• 28:00
  know,
• 28:00
  even
• 28:00
  Mandala
• 28:00
  and
• 28:00
  Grogu
• 28:01
  leaned
• 28:02
  into
• 28:02
  some
• 28:02
  of
• 28:02
  the
• 28:02
  Clone
• 28:03
  wars
• 28:03
  cartoon
• 28:04
  aspect
• 28:05
  animated
• 28:06
  series.
• 28:06
  And
• 28:07
  so
• 28:07
  I'm,
• 28:07
  I'm
• 28:07
  wondering
• 28:08
  if
• 28:08
  they
• 28:08
  can't
• 28:08
  branch
• 28:09
  out
• 28:09
  to,
• 28:09
  to
• 28:10
  more
• 28:10
  things
• 28:10
  and,
• 28:11
  and
• 28:11
  hopefully
• 28:11
  they
• 28:11
  will.
• 28:12
  You
• 28:12
  know,
• 28:12
  I'd
• 28:12
  be
• 28:13
  very
• 28:13
  curious
• 28:13
  to
• 28:13
  see
• 28:13
  what
• 28:14
  Starfighter
• 28:14
  is
• 28:15
  about
• 28:15
  and
• 28:15
  what
• 28:15
  that
• 28:16
  is
• 28:16
  in
• 28:16
  a
• 28:16
  couple
• 28:16
  years.
• 28:17
  You
• 28:17
  know,
• 28:17
  we
• 28:17
  get.
• 28:18
  Is
• 28:18
  it
• 28:18
  one
• 28:18
  year
• 28:19
  or
• 28:19
  two
• 28:19
  years?
• 28:19
  When
• 28:19
  is
• 28:19
  that
• 28:20
  year?
• 28:20
  I
• 28:20
  think
• 28:20
  all
• 28:21
  right,
• 28:21
  it's
• 28:21
  next
• 28:22
  year.
• 28:22
  Next
• 28:23
  year.
• 28:23
  That's
• 28:24
  the
• 28:24
  only
• 28:24
  other
• 28:24
  movie
• 28:25
  currently
• 28:26
  in
• 28:26
  development.
• 28:26
  That
• 28:27
  one
• 28:27
  I'm
• 28:27
  stoked
• 28:27
  for
• 28:28
  because
• 28:28
  it
• 28:28
  is
• 28:28
  the
• 28:28
  first
• 28:29
  film
• 28:29
  post
• 28:30
  sequel
• 28:30
  trilogy.
• 28:32
  You
• 28:32
  know,
• 28:32
  it
• 28:32
  got
• 28:32
  greenlight
• 28:33
  everything.
• 28:34
  Shawn
• 28:34
  Levy
• 28:34
  directing.
• 28:36
  Tom
• 28:36
  Cruise
• 28:37
  directed
• 28:37
  a
• 28:37
  lightsaber
• 28:38
  fight
• 28:38
  in
• 28:38
  it
• 28:39
  there,
• 28:39
  you
• 28:39
  know,
• 28:39
  so
• 28:40
  that
• 28:40
  one
• 28:40
  I
• 28:40
  think
• 28:41
  is
• 28:41
  a
• 28:41
  good
• 28:41
  indicator.
• 28:42
  If
• 28:42
  that
• 28:42
  does
• 28:43
  well,
• 28:43
  I
• 28:44
  hope
• 28:44
  that
• 28:44
  that
• 28:45
  will
• 28:45
  send
• 28:45
  them
• 28:45
  a
• 28:46
  signal
• 28:46
  of
• 28:46
  like,
• 28:47
  hey,
• 28:47
  you
• 28:47
  can
• 28:47
  do
• 28:48
  things
• 28:48
  like
• 28:48
  this
• 28:48
  where
• 28:49
  it's
• 28:49
  all
• 28:49
  new
• 28:50
  characters.
• 28:51
  You
• 28:51
  know,
• 28:52
  it's,
• 28:52
  it's
• 28:52
  maybe
• 28:53
  in
• 28:53
  a
• 28:54
  non
• 28:54
  familiar
• 28:55
  time.
• 28:55
  I
• 28:55
  mean
• 28:56
  it's,
• 28:56
  it's
• 28:57
  not
• 28:57
  confirmed
• 28:57
  whether
• 28:57
  we'll
• 28:58
  get.
• 28:58
  Yeah.
• 28:58
  Like,
• 28:59
  like
• 29:00
  any
• 29:00
  legacy
• 29:00
  characters
• 29:01
  there,
• 29:01
  but
• 29:02
  it's
• 29:03
  still,
• 29:03
  it's
• 29:03
  set
• 29:04
  in
• 29:04
  a
• 29:04
  time
• 29:05
  where
• 29:05
  we
• 29:06
  don't
• 29:06
  know
• 29:06
  what's
• 29:06
  going
• 29:06
  to
• 29:06
  happen
• 29:07
  because
• 29:07
  we
• 29:07
  haven't
• 29:07
  seen
• 29:07
  that
• 29:08
  yet.
• 29:08
  It's
• 29:08
  not
• 29:08
  set
• 29:09
  in
• 29:10
  previous
• 29:10
  eras.
• 29:11
  Yeah.
• 29:11
  And
• 29:12
  that
• 29:12
  is,
• 29:13
  that
• 29:13
  is
• 29:13
  not
• 29:14
  just
• 29:15
  like
• 29:15
  the
• 29:15
  unknown
• 29:16
  territory
• 29:17
  for
• 29:18
  the
• 29:18
  plot
• 29:18
  of
• 29:19
  the
• 29:19
  Star
• 29:19
  wars,
• 29:19
  but
• 29:19
  it's
• 29:20
  unknown
• 29:20
  territory
• 29:21
  in
• 29:22
  say
• 29:22
  the
• 29:23
  genre
• 29:25
  of
• 29:25
  film.
• 29:26
  Because
• 29:27
  I'm
• 29:27
  assuming
• 29:28
  that's
• 29:29
  going
• 29:29
  to
• 29:29
  be
• 29:30
  a,
• 29:32
  a
• 29:32
  Ryan
• 29:32
  Gosling
• 29:33
  film
• 29:33
  through
• 29:34
  and
• 29:34
  through.
• 29:34
  Like
• 29:34
  he's
• 29:35
  like
• 29:36
  he's
• 29:36
  going
• 29:36
  to
• 29:36
  own
• 29:37
  that.
• 29:37
  Yeah.
• 29:37
  And
• 29:38
  that's
• 29:38
  going
• 29:38
  to
• 29:39
  be
• 29:39
  the
• 29:39
  first
• 29:39
  time
• 29:39
  that,
• 29:40
  that,
• 29:40
  that
• 29:41
  we
• 29:41
  see
• 29:41
  that
• 29:42
  kind
• 29:42
  of
• 29:42
  like
• 29:43
  Tom
• 29:44
  Cruise
• 29:45
  is
• 29:46
  the
• 29:46
  movie
• 29:47
  kind
• 29:47
  of
• 29:48
  thing
• 29:48
  from
• 29:49
  Star
• 29:49
  Wars.
• 29:49
  So
• 29:50
  I
• 29:51
  hope
• 29:52
  it
• 29:52
  gets
• 29:52
  swallowed.
• 29:53
  Okay.
• 29:54
  Because
• 29:54
  well,
• 29:54
  after
• 29:55
  seeing
• 29:55
  him
• 29:56
  in

  Hail
• 29:56
  Mary,
• 29:57
  like
• 29:57
  I'm
• 29:57
  a
• 29:57
  believer.
• 29:57
  Dude,
• 29:58
  let
• 29:58
  him.
• 29:58
  Yeah,
• 29:59
  let
• 29:59
  him.
• 30:00
  I'm
• 30:01
  ready
• 30:01
  for
• 30:01
  that.
• 30:01
  Let
• 30:03
  on
• 30:03
  the
• 30:03
  Filoni
• 30:04
  side.
• 30:04
  And
• 30:04
  if
• 30:04
  we're
• 30:05
  going
• 30:05
  to
• 30:05
  take
• 30:05
  one
• 30:05
  lesson
• 30:05
  from
• 30:06
  Project
• 30:06
  Hail
• 30:06
  Mary
• 30:08
  of
• 30:08
  putting
• 30:09
  more
• 30:09
  Ryan
• 30:09
  Gosling
• 30:10
  in
• 30:10
  your
• 30:10
  space
• 30:10
  movie,
• 30:11
  let's
• 30:11
  take
• 30:11
  the
• 30:11
  other
• 30:12
  lesson
• 30:12
  from
• 30:12
  Project
• 30:12
  Hail
• 30:13
  Mary.
• 30:14
  George
• 30:14
  Lucas
• 30:14
  was
• 30:14
  right
• 30:15
  More
• 30:15
  microbiology
• 30:16
  in
• 30:17
  your
• 30:17
  space
• 30:17
  movie.
• 30:18
  Let's
• 30:18
  talk
• 30:18
  more
• 30:19
  about
• 30:19
  the
• 30:19
  midichlorians.
• 30:22
  I
• 30:22
  mentioned
• 30:22
  the
• 30:23
  Once
• 30:23
  We
• 30:23
  Were
• 30:23
  Spaceman
• 30:24
  podcast
• 30:24
  on
• 30:25
  a
• 30:25
  previous
• 30:25
  episode
• 30:25
  as
• 30:25
  a
• 30:26
  recommendation.
• 30:26
  I
• 30:26
  just
• 30:26
  listened
• 30:27
  to
• 30:27
  the
• 30:27
  Seth
• 30:27
  Green
• 30:27
  episode.
• 30:28
  Seth
• 30:28
  Green
• 30:29
  talks
• 30:29
  about
• 30:29
  how
• 30:30
  he
• 30:30
  had
• 30:30
  a
• 30:30
  conversation
• 30:30
  with
• 30:30
  George
• 30:31
  Lucas
• 30:31
  about
• 30:31
  midichlorians
• 30:32
  and
• 30:33
  he
• 30:33
  went
• 30:33
  into
• 30:33
  skeptic
• 30:34
  and
• 30:34
  came
• 30:34
  out
• 30:34
  a
• 30:34
  believer.
• 30:35
  So
• 30:35
  if
• 30:35
  Seth
• 30:36
  Green
• 30:36
  can
• 30:37
  be
• 30:37
  convinced
• 30:38
  that
• 30:38
  there's
• 30:38
  something
• 30:39
  to
• 30:39
  do
• 30:39
  there,
• 30:39
  then
• 30:40
  I
• 30:40
  think
• 30:40
  that
• 30:41
  the
• 30:41
  rest
• 30:41
  of
• 30:41
  us
• 30:41
  could
• 30:42
  be
• 30:42
  convinced
• 30:42
  too.
• 30:42
  So
• 30:42
  that's
• 30:43
  my
• 30:43
  little.
• 30:45
  I'll
• 30:46
  look
• 30:46
  for
• 30:46
  the
• 30:46
  episode.
• 30:46
  That's
• 30:47
  good.
• 30:48
  Yeah,
• 30:49
  Christian,
• 30:49
  go
• 30:49
  for
• 30:49
  it,
• 30:49
  buddy.
• 30:50
  Evan.
• 30:51
  On
• 30:51
  the,
• 30:51
  on
• 30:51
  the
• 30:52
  Filoni
• 30:52
  side
• 30:52
  of
• 30:52
  things,
• 30:53
  I
• 30:53
  have
• 30:53
  mixed
• 30:54
  feelings
• 30:54
  that
• 30:54
  are
• 30:55
  ultimately
• 30:55
  positive
• 30:55
  in
• 30:56
  the
• 30:56
  end
• 30:56
  because
• 30:56
  I
• 30:57
  do
• 30:57
  believe
• 30:57
  he
• 30:57
  loves
• 30:57
  Star
• 30:57
  wars
• 30:58
  really
• 30:58
  well.
• 30:59
  I
• 30:59
  know
• 31:00
  training
• 31:00
  under
• 31:00
  the
• 31:01
  Master
• 31:01
  himself
• 31:01
  to
• 31:02
  become
• 31:02
  hand
• 31:02
  pointed
• 31:03
  successor
• 31:03
  makes
• 31:03
  perfect
• 31:04
  sense
• 31:04
  to
• 31:04
  me.
• 31:05
  I
• 31:06
  agree
• 31:06
  with
• 31:06
  Will.
• 31:06
  He
• 31:06
  plays
• 31:07
  with
• 31:07
  his
• 31:07
  own
• 31:07
  toys
• 31:08
  a
• 31:08
  little
• 31:08
  too
• 31:08
  much
• 31:09
  and
• 31:09
  I
• 31:09
  get
• 31:09
  that
• 31:10
  because
• 31:10
  I'd
• 31:10
  play
• 31:10
  with
• 31:10
  my
• 31:10
  toys
• 31:11
  if
• 31:11
  I
• 31:11
  was
• 31:11
  in
• 31:11
  charge.
• 31:12
  But
• 31:12
  you
• 31:12
  know,
• 31:12
  I'd
• 31:13
  also
• 31:13
  want,
• 31:13
  you
• 31:14
  know,
• 31:14
  if
• 31:14
  I'm
• 31:14
  building
• 31:14
  this
• 31:15
  expansive
• 31:15
  universe,
• 31:15
  well,
• 31:15
  I
• 31:15
  can't
• 31:16
  do
• 31:16
  everything.
• 31:17
  So
• 31:17
  let
• 31:17
  other
• 31:17
  people
• 31:18
  have
• 31:18
  fun
• 31:19
  and
• 31:19
  get
• 31:19
  things
• 31:20
  done.
• 31:20
  And
• 31:21
  yeah,
• 31:21
  I'm
• 31:22
  fine
• 31:22
  with
• 31:22
  there
• 31:22
  being
• 31:23
  a
• 31:23
  film
• 31:23
  after
• 31:23
  the
• 31:23
  sequel
• 31:24
  trilogy.
• 31:24
  Is
• 31:24
  it
• 31:24
  still
• 31:25
  tainted?
• 31:25
  Absolutely.
• 31:26
  But
• 31:26
  they
• 31:26
  could
• 31:26
  still
• 31:27
  make
• 31:27
  it
• 31:27
  work
• 31:28
  go
• 31:28
  in
• 31:28
  the
• 31:29
  past,
• 31:29
  like
• 31:29
  maybe
• 31:30
  spoiling
• 31:30
  an
• 31:30
  answer
• 31:31
  for
• 31:31
  a
• 31:31
  bonus
• 31:31
  question.
• 31:31
  That's
• 31:32
  where
• 31:32
  I'd
• 31:32
  like
• 31:32
  to
• 31:32
  see,
• 31:33
  you
• 31:33
  know,
• 31:33
  certain
• 31:33
  film
• 31:34
  get
• 31:34
  made
• 31:34
  in
• 31:35
  many
• 31:35
  regards
• 31:35
  there.
• 31:36
  Like
• 31:36
  I
• 31:37
  think
• 31:37
  Filoni,
• 31:38
  like
• 31:38
  I
• 31:38
  said,
• 31:38
  he
• 31:38
  cares
• 31:38
  about
• 31:39
  Star
• 31:39
  wars
• 31:39
  really
• 31:39
  well.
• 31:40
  He
• 31:40
  engages
• 31:40
  with
• 31:41
  the
• 31:41
  fans
• 31:41
  really
• 31:41
  well.
• 31:42
  Is
• 31:42
  he
• 31:42
  a
• 31:42
  little
• 31:42
  self
• 31:43
  indulgent,
• 31:43
  putting
• 31:43
  himself
• 31:44
  there?
• 31:44
  Well,
• 31:44
  no,
• 31:45
  because
• 31:45
  I
• 31:45
  do
• 31:45
  the
• 31:45
  exact
• 31:46
  same
• 31:46
  thing.
• 31:46
  Once
• 31:46
  again,
• 31:47
  it's
• 31:48
  my,
• 31:48
  my
• 31:48
  playbox,
• 31:49
  my
• 31:49
  rules,
• 31:49
  my
• 31:50
  ball.
• 31:50
  If
• 31:50
  you
• 31:50
  don't
• 31:50
  want
• 31:51
  to
• 31:51
  play
• 31:51
  well,
• 31:51
  I'm
• 31:51
  going
• 31:51
  to
• 31:51
  take
• 31:52
  my
• 31:52
  ball
• 31:52
  and
• 31:52
  go
• 31:52
  home.
• 31:53
  Like
• 31:53
  it's
• 31:53
  fine.
• 31:54
  Yep,
• 31:55
  I
• 31:55
  kind
• 31:55
  of
• 31:55
  like
• 31:55
  I
• 31:55
  also
• 31:56
  similar
• 31:57
  thoughts.
• 31:57
  I
• 31:57
  mean
• 31:57
  I
• 31:57
  know
• 31:57
  Filoni.
• 31:58
  I
• 31:58
  mean
• 31:58
  he's
• 31:58
  a
• 31:58
  great
• 31:59
  storyteller.
• 31:59
  He
• 31:59
  loves
• 32:00
  Star
• 32:00
  Wars.
• 32:01
  I
• 32:01
  hope
• 32:02
  he
• 32:02
  kind
• 32:02
  of
• 32:02
  takes
• 32:03
  a,
• 32:03
  a
• 32:04
  little
• 32:04
  bit
• 32:04
  of
• 32:04
  a
• 32:04
  James
• 32:04
  Gunn
• 32:05
  approach
• 32:05
  to
• 32:06
  Star
• 32:06
  wars
• 32:07
  where
• 32:07
  like
• 32:08
  definitely
• 32:08
  has
• 32:09
  his
• 32:09
  toys,
• 32:09
  he
• 32:10
  loves
• 32:10
  to
• 32:10
  play
• 32:10
  with
• 32:10
  and
• 32:11
  can,
• 32:12
  you
• 32:12
  know,
• 32:12
  fully
• 32:13
  take
• 32:13
  charge
• 32:13
  of
• 32:14
  projects
• 32:15
  while
• 32:15
  also
• 32:16
  letting
• 32:17
  other
• 32:17
  creators
• 32:18
  roam
• 32:18
  free
• 32:18
  and
• 32:19
  tell
• 32:19
  their
• 32:20
  own
• 32:20
  stories.
• 32:20
  Because
• 32:20
  when
• 32:20
  I
• 32:20
  look
• 32:21
  at
• 32:21
  the
• 32:22
  DC
• 32:22
  lineup
• 32:23
  this
• 32:23
  year,
• 32:24
  Supergirl,
• 32:25
  Lanterns
• 32:25
  and
• 32:26
  Clayface,
• 32:26
  all
• 32:27
  three
• 32:27
  of
• 32:27
  those
• 32:27
  look
• 32:28
  very
• 32:28
  different
• 32:28
  from
• 32:28
  each
• 32:28
  other.
• 32:29
  Yes.
• 32:29
  And,
• 32:29
  and
• 32:30
  that
• 32:30
  excites
• 32:30
  me
• 32:31
  because
• 32:31
  I
• 32:31
  want
• 32:32
  to
• 32:32
  see
• 32:32
  different
• 32:32
  genres
• 32:33
  and
• 32:33
  different
• 32:33
  stories
• 32:34
  explored
• 32:35
  within
• 32:35
  the
• 32:35
  same
• 32:35
  universe.
• 32:36
  Good
• 32:37
  poll,
• 32:37
  Andy.
• 32:38
  I'm
• 32:39
  curious,
• 32:40
  I
• 32:40
  guess,
• 32:41
  as
• 32:42
  our
• 32:42
  bonus
• 32:42
  question,
• 32:42
  but,
• 32:43
  like,
• 32:43
  the
• 32:43
  future
• 32:43
  of
• 32:43
  Star
• 32:44
  wars,
• 32:44
  where
• 32:44
  do
• 32:44
  you
• 32:44
  want
• 32:44
  to
• 32:44
  see
• 32:44
  it
• 32:44
  go?
• 32:45
  Like,
• 32:45
  where's
• 32:46
  where,
• 32:47
  you
• 32:47
  know,
• 32:47
  where
• 32:47
  we're
• 32:48
  similar
• 32:48
  age
• 32:49
  and
• 32:49
  all
• 32:50
  those
• 32:50
  things.
• 32:50
  Like,
• 32:51
  in
• 32:51
  terms
• 32:51
  of
• 32:51
  fandoms,
• 32:52
  I'm
• 32:52
  really
• 32:53
  curious,
• 32:53
  where
• 32:53
  do
• 32:53
  you
• 32:53
  want
• 32:54
  to
• 32:54
  see
• 32:54
  it
• 32:54
  go
• 32:55
  next?
• 32:56
  Yeah,
• 32:56
  I
• 32:56
  mean,
• 32:57
  we've
• 32:57
  talked
• 32:57
  about
• 32:58
  some
• 32:58
  of
• 32:58
  these
• 32:58
  things,
• 32:59
  but
• 32:59
  to
• 33:00
  me,
• 33:00
  the
• 33:00
  distinctive
• 33:01
  thing
• 33:01
  about
• 33:01
  Star
• 33:01
  wars
• 33:02
  is
• 33:02
  the
• 33:03
  Jedi,
• 33:04
  not
• 33:04
  just
• 33:04
  the
• 33:04
  lightsabers,
• 33:05
  although
• 33:05
  laser
• 33:06
  swords
• 33:06
  are
• 33:06
  objectively
• 33:07
  cool,
• 33:08
  but
• 33:09
  just
• 33:09
  all
• 33:09
  of
• 33:10
  that.
• 33:10
  And
• 33:10
  I
• 33:11
  appreciate
• 33:11
  that
• 33:11
  they
• 33:12
  have
• 33:12
  their
• 33:13
  roots
• 33:13
  in
• 33:13
  samurai
• 33:14
  films
• 33:14
  and
• 33:15
  other
• 33:16
  antecedents,
• 33:17
  that
• 33:17
  they
• 33:17
  are
• 33:17
  not
• 33:18
  entirely
• 33:18
  sui
• 33:19
  generous
• 33:19
  and
• 33:20
  they
• 33:24
  completely
• 33:26
  disconnected
• 33:27
  from
• 33:28
  other
• 33:28
  kinds
• 33:28
  of
• 33:28
  stories.
• 33:29
  But
• 33:30
  that's
• 33:31
  the
• 33:31
  most
• 33:31
  distinctive
• 33:31
  element
• 33:32
  of
• 33:32
  the
• 33:33
  Star
• 33:33
  wars
• 33:33
  films.
• 33:33
  For
• 33:34
  me.
• 33:34
  That's
• 33:34
  what
• 33:34
  kind
• 33:34
  of
• 33:35
  brings
• 33:35
  me
• 33:35
  back.
• 33:36
  And
• 33:36
  so
• 33:37
  something
• 33:38
  like
• 33:38
  the
• 33:39
  Acolyte,
• 33:39
  with
• 33:39
  its
• 33:40
  flaws
• 33:41
  and
• 33:41
  its
• 33:41
  risks
• 33:41
  that
• 33:41
  maybe
• 33:42
  didn't
• 33:42
  pan
• 33:42
  out
• 33:43
  because
• 33:43
  it's
• 33:44
  so
• 33:44
  heavily
• 33:44
  focused
• 33:44
  on
• 33:45
  the
• 33:45
  Jedi
• 33:46
  is
• 33:46
  going
• 33:46
  to
• 33:46
  be
• 33:47
  more
• 33:47
  appealing
• 33:47
  to
• 33:47
  me
• 33:48
  than
• 33:49
  or
• 33:49
  more
• 33:49
  intriguing
• 33:49
  to
• 33:49
  me
• 33:50
  than
• 33:50
  something
• 33:50
  like
• 33:50
  the
• 33:50
  Mandalorian
• 33:51
  and
• 33:51
  Grogu,
• 33:51
  which
• 33:51
  is
• 33:51
  kind
• 33:52
  of
• 33:52
  fun,
• 33:53
  but
• 33:53
  forgettable
• 33:55
  or
• 33:56
  not
• 33:56
  engaging
• 33:56
  with
• 33:57
  the
• 33:57
  themes
• 33:57
  that
• 33:57
  most
• 33:57
  interest
• 33:58
  me.
• 33:58
  And
• 33:59
  that's
• 34:00
  fine.
• 34:01
  But,
• 34:01
  yeah,
• 34:01
  so
• 34:02
  anything
• 34:02
  that
• 34:03
  kind
• 34:03
  of
• 34:03
  goes
• 34:04
  into
• 34:04
  the
• 34:04
  history
• 34:05
  of
• 34:05
  the
• 34:05
  Jedi
• 34:05
  Order
• 34:05
  or
• 34:05
  the
• 34:05
  future
• 34:06
  of
• 34:06
  the
• 34:06
  Jedi
• 34:06
  Order
• 34:09
  is
• 34:09
  the
• 34:09
  future
• 34:10
  of
• 34:10
  the
• 34:10
  Jedi
• 34:10
  Order,
• 34:10
  not
• 34:11
  Jedi.
• 34:11
  Right.
• 34:12
  The
• 34:12
  tease
• 34:12
  at
• 34:13
  the
• 34:13
  end
• 34:13
  of
• 34:14
  the
• 34:14
  Last
• 34:14
  Jedi
• 34:15
  of,
• 34:15
  does
• 34:15
  it
• 34:15
  need
• 34:15
  to
• 34:15
  become
• 34:16
  something
• 34:16
  new?
• 34:17
  Does
• 34:17
  there
• 34:18
  need
• 34:18
  to
• 34:18
  be
• 34:18
  Protestant
• 34:19
  Reformation?
• 34:19
  I
• 34:19
  didn't
• 34:20
  listen
• 34:20
  to
• 34:20
  that
• 34:20
  podcast,
• 34:20
  but
• 34:21
  I
• 34:21
  did
• 34:21
  read
• 34:21
  about
• 34:22
  that,
• 34:22
  and
• 34:22
  I
• 34:22
  was
• 34:23
  similarly
• 34:23
  intrigued
• 34:24
  by
• 34:25
  what
• 34:25
  would
• 34:25
  have
• 34:25
  happened
• 34:26
  there.
• 34:26
  I
• 34:26
  think
• 34:26
  sometimes
• 34:27
  Damon
• 34:27
  Lindelof,
• 34:28
  you
• 34:29
  know,
• 34:29
  oversells
• 34:30
  things
• 34:30
  or
• 34:30
  has
• 34:31
  a
• 34:31
  way
• 34:31
  of
• 34:31
  describing
• 34:31
  what
• 34:32
  he's
• 34:32
  doing
• 34:32
  that
• 34:32
  is
• 34:33
  different
• 34:33
  from
• 34:33
  what
• 34:34
  actually
• 34:34
  comes
• 34:34
  out.
• 34:34
  So
• 34:35
  who
• 34:35
  knows
• 34:35
  how
• 34:35
  that
• 34:35
  would
• 34:35
  have
• 34:36
  turned
• 34:36
  out?
• 34:36
  He
• 34:37
  sells
• 34:37
  it
• 34:37
  perfectly.
• 34:38
  Yeah.
• 34:39
  But,
• 34:40
  you
• 34:40
  know,
• 34:40
  the
• 34:40
  premise
• 34:41
  intrigued
• 34:41
  me.
• 34:42
  Yeah.
• 34:43
  You
• 34:43
  know,
• 34:43
  as
• 34:43
  somebody
• 34:44
  who,
• 34:45
  you
• 34:45
  know,
• 34:45
  is
• 34:47
  like
• 34:47
  Evan,
• 34:47
  kind
• 34:47
  of
• 34:47
  touched
• 34:48
  on
• 34:49
  regularly
• 34:49
  kind
• 34:50
  of
• 34:50
  wrestling
• 34:50
  with
• 34:51
  how
• 34:52
  do
• 34:52
  I
• 34:52
  connect
• 34:53
  faith
• 34:54
  and
• 34:55
  philosophy
• 34:56
  and
• 34:56
  metaphysics
• 34:57
  to
• 34:59
  the
• 34:59
  real
• 34:59
  world
• 35:00
  and
• 35:00
  to
• 35:00
  the
• 35:00
  tangible
• 35:01
  world
• 35:01
  and
• 35:01
  the
• 35:01
  physical
• 35:02
  world?
• 35:03
  How
• 35:03
  do
• 35:03
  we
• 35:04
  make
• 35:04
  all
• 35:04
  those
• 35:04
  things
• 35:05
  come
• 35:05
  together?
• 35:07
  And
• 35:08
  reevaluating
• 35:08
  things
• 35:08
  and
• 35:09
  questioning
• 35:09
  assumptions
• 35:10
  and
• 35:10
  questioning
• 35:13
  how
• 35:13
  do
• 35:13
  you
• 35:13
  stay
• 35:13
  faithful
• 35:14
  to
• 35:14
  tradition
• 35:14
  without
• 35:15
  becoming.
• 35:16
  To
• 35:17
  attach
• 35:17
  to
• 35:17
  it?
• 35:17
  How
• 35:17
  do
• 35:17
  you
• 35:17
  let
• 35:18
  go
• 35:18
  of
• 35:18
  attachments,
• 35:18
  to
• 35:19
  coin
• 35:19
  a
• 35:20
  phrase?
• 35:22
  I
• 35:23
  think
• 35:23
  those
• 35:23
  are
• 35:23
  all
• 35:24
  very
• 35:25
  intriguing
• 35:26
  questions.
• 35:27
  And
• 35:27
  so,
• 35:29
  yeah,
• 35:29
  I'd
• 35:29
  be
• 35:29
  open
• 35:29
  to
• 35:30
  any
• 35:30
  of
• 35:30
  that.
• 35:33
  My
• 35:33
  biggest
• 35:33
  disappointment,
• 35:35
  apart
• 35:35
  from
• 35:35
  the
• 35:35
  Jedi,
• 35:35
  my
• 35:36
  biggest
• 35:36
  disappointment
• 35:36
  with
• 35:37
  Star
• 35:37
  wars
• 35:37
  is
• 35:38
  I
• 35:39
  think
• 35:39
  we
• 35:39
  do
• 35:39
  need,
• 35:40
  in
• 35:40
  the
• 35:40
  real
• 35:40
  world,
• 35:41
  we
• 35:41
  need
• 35:41
  to
• 35:41
  answer
• 35:42
  the
• 35:42
  Question
• 35:42
  of
• 35:42
  what
• 35:43
  comes
• 35:43
  after
• 35:43
  the
• 35:43
  Rebellion.
• 35:46
  How
• 35:46
  do
• 35:46
  you
• 35:46
  actually
• 35:46
  build
• 35:46
  a
• 35:47
  system
• 35:47
  that
• 35:48
  is
• 35:48
  less
• 35:49
  susceptible
• 35:49
  to
• 35:49
  corruption,
• 35:51
  less
• 35:52
  susceptible
• 35:52
  to
• 35:53
  authoritarianism
• 35:55
  and
• 35:56
  more
• 35:56
  inclusive,
• 35:57
  more
• 35:57
  pluralistic,
• 35:58
  more
• 35:58
  ecumenical.
• 36:00
  And
• 36:01
  the
• 36:01
  sequel
• 36:01
  trilogy
• 36:02
  was
• 36:02
  perfectly
• 36:03
  set
• 36:03
  up
• 36:04
  to
• 36:04
  address
• 36:04
  those
• 36:04
  themes
• 36:05
  and
• 36:05
  questions
• 36:05
  and
• 36:05
  topics
• 36:06
  and
• 36:06
  really
• 36:06
  like
• 36:07
  I
• 36:07
  said,
• 36:07
  kind
• 36:07
  of
• 36:07
  punching
• 36:08
  on
• 36:08
  it
• 36:08
  in
• 36:08
  favor
• 36:08
  of.
• 36:08
  But
• 36:10
  we'd
• 36:10
  like
• 36:10
  to
• 36:10
  do
• 36:10
  the
• 36:10
  Rebellion
• 36:11
  mode.
• 36:12
  We
• 36:12
  know
• 36:12
  what
• 36:12
  that
• 36:12
  looks
• 36:12
  like.
• 36:13
  Like
• 36:13
  we
• 36:13
  know
• 36:13
  how
• 36:13
  to
• 36:13
  tell
• 36:13
  that
• 36:14
  story.
• 36:14
  And
• 36:15
  maybe
• 36:15
  the
• 36:15
  Star
• 36:15
  wars
• 36:15
  universe
• 36:16
  just
• 36:16
  isn't
• 36:16
  set
• 36:16
  up
• 36:16
  to
• 36:17
  tell
• 36:17
  that
• 36:17
  story.
• 36:18
  Maybe
• 36:19
  two
• 36:19
  hour
• 36:19
  movies
• 36:20
  are
• 36:20
  not
• 36:20
  set
• 36:20
  up
• 36:20
  well
• 36:21
  to
• 36:21
  tell
• 36:21
  that
• 36:21
  kind
• 36:21
  of
• 36:22
  story.
• 36:23
  Have
• 36:24
  we
• 36:24
  seen
• 36:24
  that
• 36:25
  story
• 36:25
  somewhere
• 36:25
  else?
• 36:26
  Because
• 36:26
  what's
• 36:27
  a
• 36:27
  good
• 36:27
  example
• 36:28
  of
• 36:28
  that?
• 36:29
  Yeah,
• 36:29
  I
• 36:29
  mean,
• 36:29
  maybe
• 36:30
  that's
• 36:30
  not
• 36:30
  good
• 36:30
  storytelling.
• 36:31
  Because
• 36:31
  it's
• 36:31
  not.
• 36:32
  That's
• 36:33
  what
• 36:33
  I'm
• 36:33
  thinking
• 36:34
  too.
• 36:34
  It's
• 36:34
  like
• 36:35
  so
• 36:35
  much
• 36:35
  of
• 36:36
  what
• 36:37
  makes
• 36:37
  for
• 36:37
  a
• 36:37
  good
• 36:37
  story
• 36:38
  is.
• 36:38
  And
• 36:38
  then
• 36:38
  something
• 36:38
  went
• 36:39
  wrong
• 36:40
  and
• 36:40
  so
• 36:41
  like
• 36:42
  the
• 36:42
  building
• 36:42
  things,
• 36:44
  you
• 36:44
  know,
• 36:44
  so
• 36:44
  maybe
• 36:45
  there's
• 36:45
  a.
• 36:45
  There's
• 36:45
  a
• 36:46
  case
• 36:46
  we
• 36:46
  made
• 36:46
  for
• 36:46
  that.
• 36:46
  But
• 36:47
  I
• 36:47
  think
• 36:48
  they
• 36:48
  were
• 36:48
  kind
• 36:49
  of
• 36:49
  onto
• 36:50
  something
• 36:50
  with
• 36:50
  the
• 36:51
  fact
• 36:51
  that
• 36:51
  Kylo
• 36:51
  Ren
• 36:52
  was
• 36:53
  so
• 36:53
  obsessed
• 36:53
  with
• 36:54
  Darth
• 36:54
  Vader
• 36:55
  and
• 36:56
  that
• 36:56
  kind
• 36:57
  of
• 36:57
  mirrors
• 36:57
  the
• 36:59
  kind
• 36:59
  of
• 36:59
  the
• 36:59
  political
• 37:00
  climate
• 37:00
  that
• 37:02
  we
• 37:02
  see
• 37:02
  now
• 37:04
  and
• 37:04
  these
• 37:05
  crazy
• 37:06
  stuff
• 37:06
  that
• 37:06
  I
• 37:06
  see
• 37:07
  in
• 37:07
  my
• 37:07
  travels
• 37:08
  online
• 37:08
  and
• 37:09
  the
• 37:09
  worshiping
• 37:10
  of
• 37:11
  a
• 37:12
  past
• 37:12
  governments
• 37:13
  that
• 37:13
  really
• 37:14
  should
• 37:14
  not
• 37:14
  be
• 37:14
  worshiped.
• 37:16
  And
• 37:16
  I
• 37:17
  think
• 37:17
  they
• 37:17
  were
• 37:17
  onto
• 37:18
  something
• 37:18
  there,
• 37:19
  but
• 37:20
  they
• 37:20
  did
• 37:21
  not
• 37:21
  flesh
• 37:21
  it
• 37:21
  out.
• 37:22
  We
• 37:23
  don't
• 37:23
  know
• 37:23
  why
• 37:24
  does
• 37:24
  he
• 37:25
  idolize
• 37:25
  so
• 37:26
  much?
• 37:26
  Give
• 37:27
  me
• 37:27
  a
• 37:27
  reason
• 37:27
  for
• 37:27
  that.
• 37:28
  Maybe
• 37:28
  I'll
• 37:28
  go
• 37:28
  along
• 37:28
  with
• 37:29
  the
• 37:29
  story
• 37:29
  with
• 37:29
  you.
• 37:31
  There's
• 37:31
  a
• 37:31
  recent
• 37:32
  comic
• 37:32
  book
• 37:33
  series
• 37:33
  about
• 37:33
  Kylo
• 37:34
  Ren
• 37:34
  that
• 37:34
  actually
• 37:34
  does
• 37:36
  dig
• 37:36
  into
• 37:36
  that
• 37:36
  a
• 37:36
  little
• 37:36
  bit
• 37:36
  more.
• 37:37
  So
• 37:37
  I'll
• 37:38
  mention.
• 37:38
  I
• 37:38
  wish
• 37:38
  I
• 37:39
  had
• 37:39
  the
• 37:40
  more
• 37:40
  specific
• 37:40
  name
• 37:40
  of
• 37:41
  it,
• 37:41
  but
• 37:41
  it's
• 37:41
  something
• 37:41
  like
• 37:42
  the
• 37:42
  legacy
• 37:43
  of
• 37:43
  Darth
• 37:44
  Vader,
• 37:44
  the
• 37:44
  Legacy
• 37:44
  of
• 37:45
  Kylo
• 37:45
  Ren
• 37:45
  or
• 37:45
  something
• 37:45
  like
• 37:46
  that.
• 37:46
  I
• 37:46
  saw
• 37:46
  some
• 37:46
  covers
• 37:47
  about
• 37:47
  it.
• 37:47
  It's
• 37:47
  a
• 37:47
  Kylo
• 37:48
  Ren
• 37:48
  focus
• 37:49
  story
• 37:49
  and
• 37:49
  I
• 37:49
  think
• 37:49
  it
• 37:49
  might
• 37:50
  either
• 37:50
  be
• 37:50
  getting
• 37:50
  continuation
• 37:51
  or
• 37:51
  a
• 37:52
  follow
• 37:52
  up
• 37:52
  miniseries
• 37:52
  or
• 37:52
  something
• 37:53
  I
• 37:53
  think
• 37:53
  I
• 37:53
  saw
• 37:53
  recently
• 37:54
  announced.
• 37:55
  So
• 37:55
  yeah,
• 37:55
  if
• 37:56
  you're
• 37:56
  looking
• 37:56
  for
• 37:56
  that
• 37:56
  story
• 37:57
  specifically,
• 37:58
  okay,
• 37:59
  cool.
• 37:59
  Check
• 37:59
  out
• 37:59
  the
• 38:00
  Star
• 38:00
  wars
• 38:00
  comics.
• 38:01
  That's
• 38:01
  its
• 38:01
  own
• 38:01
  problem.
• 38:02
  I
• 38:02
  don't
• 38:02
  mind
• 38:02
  fleshing
• 38:03
  things
• 38:03
  out
• 38:03
  in
• 38:03
  a
• 38:03
  film,
• 38:04
  but
• 38:04
  like
• 38:05
  you
• 38:05
  should
• 38:05
  explain
• 38:06
  to
• 38:06
  me
• 38:06
  in
• 38:06
  a
• 38:06
  film.
• 38:06
  You
• 38:07
  don't
• 38:07
  have
• 38:07
  to
• 38:07
  like
• 38:07
  tell
• 38:08
  me,
• 38:08
  tell
• 38:08
  me,
• 38:08
  but
• 38:08
  like
• 38:08
  show
• 38:09
  me
• 38:09
  why
• 38:10
  he
• 38:10
  is
• 38:10
  the
• 38:10
  way
• 38:10
  he
• 38:11
  is.
• 38:11
  You
• 38:11
  know,
• 38:11
  that's
• 38:12
  part
• 38:12
  of
• 38:12
  your
• 38:12
  job
• 38:12
  to
• 38:12
  help
• 38:12
  me
• 38:13
  understand
• 38:13
  the
• 38:13
  character
• 38:13
  you
• 38:14
  want
• 38:14
  me
• 38:14
  to
• 38:14
  care
• 38:14
  about.
• 38:15
  And
• 38:15
  yeah,
• 38:15
  Star
• 38:16
  wars,
• 38:16
  the
• 38:16
  great
• 38:16
  thing
• 38:16
  about
• 38:16
  it
• 38:17
  is
• 38:17
  there's
• 38:17
  so
• 38:17
  many
• 38:17
  Things
• 38:17
  in
• 38:18
  a
• 38:18
  film,
• 38:18
  like
• 38:18
  you
• 38:18
  can
• 38:19
  expand.
• 38:19
  There's
• 38:19
  literally
• 38:19
  an
• 38:20
  entire
• 38:20
  book
• 38:20
  about
• 38:20
  the
• 38:20
  people
• 38:20
  in
• 38:21
  the
• 38:21
  Mos
• 38:21
  Eisley
• 38:21
  Cantina
• 38:22
  and
• 38:22
  all
• 38:23
  they
• 38:23
  are
• 38:23
  is
• 38:23
  background
• 38:23
  in
• 38:23
  the
• 38:24
  original
• 38:24
  movie.
• 38:24
  That's
• 38:24
  fine.
• 38:25
  Fleshing
• 38:25
  out
• 38:25
  a
• 38:26
  world
• 38:26
  that
• 38:26
  way.
• 38:26
  But
• 38:26
  like
• 38:26
  a
• 38:27
  main
• 38:27
  character,
• 38:28
  you
• 38:28
  can't
• 38:28
  tell
• 38:29
  me
• 38:29
  why
• 38:29
  he
• 38:30
  is
• 38:30
  the
• 38:30
  way
• 38:30
  he
• 38:30
  is.
• 38:31
  That's
• 38:31
  not
• 38:31
  on
• 38:31
  me
• 38:32
  for
• 38:32
  being
• 38:32
  upset.
• 38:32
  Yeah,
• 38:33
  no,
• 38:33
  that's
• 38:33
  fair.
• 38:35
  But
• 38:35
  I
• 38:35
  do,
• 38:35
  you
• 38:35
  know,
• 38:35
  the
• 38:35
  other,
• 38:36
  the
• 38:36
  other
• 38:36
  thought
• 38:36
  that
• 38:36
  I
• 38:36
  had
• 38:37
  about
• 38:37
  the
• 38:37
  future
• 38:37
  of
• 38:37
  Star
• 38:37
  wars
• 38:38
  is
• 38:38
  more
• 38:38
  about
• 38:38
  the
• 38:38
  future
• 38:38
  of
• 38:39
  Star
• 38:39
  wars
• 38:39
  fandom.
• 38:41
  I
• 38:41
  think
• 38:42
  the
• 38:42
  biggest
• 38:43
  challenge
• 38:44
  for
• 38:44
  us
• 38:44
  as
• 38:45
  fans,
• 38:45
  and
• 38:45
  I'll
• 38:45
  include
• 38:45
  myself
• 38:46
  in
• 38:46
  this,
• 38:47
  is
• 38:48
  letting
• 38:49
  go
• 38:49
  of
• 38:49
  the
• 38:50
  attachment
• 38:50
  to
• 38:50
  being
• 38:51
  a
• 38:51
  completist,
• 38:52
  to
• 38:53
  following
• 38:53
  the
• 38:53
  whole
• 38:53
  story
• 38:54
  and
• 38:54
  to
• 38:54
  assume
• 38:54
  that
• 38:55
  every
• 38:55
  Star
• 38:55
  wars
• 38:56
  story
• 38:56
  is
• 38:56
  for
• 38:56
  me.
• 38:57
  Exactly.
• 38:58
  I
• 38:58
  think
• 38:59
  when
• 38:59
  you're
• 38:59
  going
• 38:59
  to
• 39:00
  have
• 39:00
  this
• 39:00
  many
• 39:00
  things,
• 39:00
  you're
• 39:01
  going
• 39:01
  to
• 39:01
  have
• 39:01
  so
• 39:01
  many
• 39:01
  TV
• 39:02
  shows
• 39:02
  and
• 39:02
  so
• 39:02
  many
• 39:02
  comics
• 39:03
  and
• 39:03
  novels
• 39:04
  and
• 39:04
  video
• 39:04
  games
• 39:05
  and
• 39:05
  probably
• 39:06
  media
• 39:06
  that
• 39:06
  I
• 39:07
  don't
• 39:07
  even
• 39:07
  know
• 39:07
  exists.
• 39:07
  Right.
• 39:08
  They're
• 39:08
  probably
• 39:08
  telling
• 39:08
  stories
• 39:09
  in,
• 39:10
  you
• 39:10
  know,
• 39:11
  Fortnite.
• 39:12
  Exactly.
• 39:12
  Yes.
• 39:13
  There
• 39:13
  you
• 39:13
  go.
• 39:14
  Or
• 39:14
  you
• 39:15
  know,
• 39:15
  what,
• 39:15
  what
• 39:15
  have
• 39:15
  you.
• 39:17
  They,
• 39:18
  you
• 39:18
  know,
• 39:19
  to
• 39:19
  come
• 39:20
  to
• 39:20
  it
• 39:20
  all
• 39:20
  as
• 39:21
  well,
• 39:21
  you
• 39:21
  know,
• 39:22
  to
• 39:22
  be
• 39:22
  successful,
• 39:22
  it
• 39:23
  has
• 39:23
  to
• 39:23
  be,
• 39:23
  for
• 39:23
  me,
• 39:24
  I
• 39:24
  think
• 39:24
  is.
• 39:26
  Is
• 39:26
  an
• 39:27
  understandable
• 39:27
  mindset
• 39:29
  when
• 39:29
  you're
• 39:29
  so
• 39:29
  invested
• 39:30
  in
• 39:30
  a
• 39:30
  thing.
• 39:31
  But
• 39:31
  just
• 39:32
  because
• 39:32
  it
• 39:32
  has
• 39:32
  the
• 39:33
  name
• 39:33
  Star
• 39:33
  wars
• 39:33
  on
• 39:33
  it
• 39:33
  doesn't
• 39:34
  necessarily
• 39:34
  mean
• 39:35
  it's
• 39:35
  the
• 39:35
  same
• 39:35
  Star
• 39:36
  wars
• 39:36
  as
• 39:36
  everything
• 39:36
  else.
• 39:38
  It's
• 39:38
  okay
• 39:38
  for
• 39:38
  something
• 39:39
  to
• 39:39
  be
• 39:39
  for
• 39:39
  other
• 39:39
  Star
• 39:40
  wars
• 39:40
  fans
• 39:41
  because
• 39:41
  there's
• 39:42
  probably
• 39:42
  going
• 39:42
  to
• 39:42
  be
• 39:42
  a
• 39:42
  thing
• 39:43
  that's
• 39:44
  for
• 39:44
  you
• 39:44
  too.
• 39:46
  And.
• 39:47
  Yeah,
• 39:48
  I
• 39:48
  don't
• 39:48
  know
• 39:48
  what,
• 39:49
  I
• 39:49
  don't
• 39:50
  know
• 39:50
  how
• 39:50
  to
• 39:50
  make
• 39:50
  that
• 39:51
  happen
• 39:51
  exactly.
• 39:51
  But
• 39:52
  it's
• 39:52
  a
• 39:52
  reminder
• 39:53
  to
• 39:53
  myself,
• 39:54
  if
• 39:54
  nothing
• 39:54
  else,
• 39:55
  that
• 39:56
  when
• 39:56
  there's
• 39:56
  going
• 39:56
  to
• 39:56
  be
• 39:56
  so
• 39:57
  much
• 39:57
  stuff
• 39:57
  and
• 39:57
  there's
• 39:57
  going
• 39:57
  to
• 39:57
  be
• 39:58
  stuff
• 39:58
  that
• 39:58
  happens
• 39:59
  after
• 39:59
  I'm
• 39:59
  gone
• 39:59
  and
• 39:59
  so
• 40:00
  forth.
• 40:00
  Right.
• 40:01
  That
• 40:02
  it's
• 40:02
  okay
• 40:02
  to
• 40:02
  sit
• 40:02
  one
• 40:03
  out.
• 40:03
  It's
• 40:03
  okay
• 40:03
  to
• 40:03
  not
• 40:04
  have
• 40:04
  an
• 40:04
  opinion
• 40:04
  on
• 40:04
  something.
• 40:05
  It's
• 40:05
  okay
• 40:05
  to
• 40:05
  be
• 40:05
  like
• 40:07
  that
• 40:07
  doesn't
• 40:08
  grab
• 40:08
  me,
• 40:08
  but
• 40:08
  I'll
• 40:08
  wait
• 40:08
  for
• 40:09
  the
• 40:09
  next
• 40:09
  one
• 40:10
  that
• 40:10
  has
• 40:10
  more
• 40:10
  of
• 40:11
  those
• 40:11
  Jedi
• 40:12
  or
• 40:12
  that
• 40:12
  has
• 40:12
  more
• 40:12
  of
• 40:13
  the
• 40:13
  fighter
• 40:14
  pilot
• 40:14
  sequences
• 40:15
  or
• 40:15
  that
• 40:15
  has
• 40:16
  more
• 40:16
  of
• 40:16
  the
• 40:17
  Hutt
• 40:17
  wrestling,
• 40:18
  whatever
• 40:19
  it
• 40:19
  is
• 40:19
  that
• 40:19
  you're
• 40:20
  excited
• 40:20
  about
• 40:20
  in
• 40:20
  Star
• 40:21
  Wars
• 40:21
  Hutt
• 40:21
  play.
• 40:24
  Yeah,
• 40:25
  those
• 40:25
  are
• 40:26
  wise
• 40:26
  words,
• 40:26
  Andy.
• 40:26
  I
• 40:27
  really
• 40:27
  appreciate
• 40:27
  that.
• 40:27
  Yeah,
• 40:28
  that's
• 40:28
  good,
• 40:29
  good
• 40:30
  geek
• 40:30
  pastoral
• 40:31
  care
• 40:31
  there,
• 40:32
  buddy.
• 40:32
  Yeah,
• 40:32
  I
• 40:33
  agree.
• 40:34
  Yeah,
• 40:34
  I,
• 40:35
  I
• 40:35
  come
• 40:36
  across
• 40:36
  that
• 40:36
  mindset
• 40:37
  a
• 40:37
  lot
• 40:37
  on
• 40:38
  these
• 40:38
  socials
• 40:39
  and
• 40:40
  even
• 40:40
  on
• 40:41
  the,
• 40:41
  on,
• 40:42
  on
• 40:42
  the

• 40:44
  I
• 40:45
  get
• 40:45
  Called
• 40:45
  an
• 40:45
  idiot.
• 40:46
  Or
• 40:46
  I
• 40:47
  want
• 40:47
  the
• 40:48
  franchise
• 40:48
  to
• 40:48
  die
• 40:49
  because
• 40:49
  I
• 40:49
  like
• 40:50
  the
• 40:50
  deco
• 40:50
  light
• 40:51
  and
• 40:51
  how
• 40:52
  it's
• 40:52
  more
• 40:52
  of

  a.
• 40:55

• 40:57

• 40:58
  it
• 40:58
  just,
• 40:59
  I
• 41:00
  just
• 41:00
  wish
• 41:00
  that,
• 41:01
  that,
• 41:01
  that,
• 41:02
  that
• 41:03
  I

  just

  that

  fandom
• 41:06
  wasn't
• 41:06
  so
• 41:06
  loud
• 41:06
  about
• 41:07
  it
• 41:07
  because
• 41:08
  the,
• 41:09
  the
• 41:09
  squeaky
• 41:10
  wheel
• 41:11
  gets
• 41:11
  the

• 41:11
  You
• 41:12
  know,
• 41:12
  it's
• 41:12
  like,
• 41:12
  ah,
• 41:13
  I
• 41:13
  want
• 41:14
  more
• 41:14
  acolyte.
• 41:15
  But
• 41:15
  we
• 41:16
  won't
• 41:16
  get
• 41:16
  it
• 41:16
  because
• 41:16
  they
• 41:17
  review
• 41:17
  bombed
• 41:18
  it.
• 41:18
  And
• 41:19
  yeah,
• 41:19
  it's
• 41:20
  that.
• 41:20
  Yeah,
• 41:21
  sorry.
• 41:21
  It
• 41:21
  drives
• 41:22
  me
• 41:22
  crazy.
• 41:23
  In
• 41:23
  fairness,
• 41:24
  we
• 41:24
  may
• 41:24
  also
• 41:24
  not
• 41:24
  get
• 41:25
  more
• 41:25
  of
• 41:25
  it
• 41:25
  because
• 41:25
  it
• 41:25
  was
• 41:25
  one
• 41:26
  of
• 41:26
  the
• 41:26
  most
• 41:26
  expensive
• 41:27
  television
• 41:27
  shows
• 41:28
  per
• 41:28
  minute
• 41:28
  to
• 41:29
  make.
• 41:29
  I
• 41:29
  don't
• 41:29
  know
• 41:29
  what
• 41:29
  the
• 41:30
  heck
• 41:30
  that
• 41:30
  was
• 41:30
  about.
• 41:31
  Yeah.
• 41:31
  What
• 41:31
  was
• 41:31
  up
• 41:32
  with
• 41:32
  that?
• 41:32
  So.
• 41:33
  But
• 41:33
  yes,
• 41:33
  it's
• 41:34
  nevertheless
• 41:34
  disappointing
• 41:35
  to
• 41:35
  those
• 41:35
  of
• 41:35
  us
• 41:35
  who
• 41:36
  would
• 41:36
  have
• 41:36
  liked
• 41:36
  to
• 41:36
  see
• 41:36
  more
• 41:37
  of
• 41:37
  it.
• 41:39
  And
• 41:40
  the
• 41:41
  fandom
• 41:41
  side
• 41:42
  is
• 41:42
  because
• 41:44
  when
• 41:44
  I
• 41:44
  think
• 41:45
  of
• 41:45
  fandom,
• 41:46
  I
• 41:46
  think
• 41:46
  of
• 41:46
  Star
• 41:46
  wars
• 41:47
  fandom.
• 41:47
  Like
• 41:48
  we
• 41:48
  created.
• 41:49
  Well,
• 41:49
  not
• 41:49
  we,
• 41:49
  because
• 41:50
  I
• 41:50
  wasn't
• 41:50
  a
• 41:51
  OG
• 41:51
  fan.
• 41:52
  Sorry,
• 41:52
  guys.
• 41:52
  But
• 41:53
  a
• 41:53
  Star
• 41:53
  wars
• 41:54
  and
• 41:54
  the
• 41:55
  original
• 41:56
  trilogy
• 41:57
  fans,
• 41:57
  they
• 41:57
  were
• 41:58
  the
• 41:58
  ones
• 41:58
  that
• 41:58
  created
• 41:59
  kind
• 41:59
  of
• 42:00
  the
• 42:00
  nerd
• 42:01
  culture,
• 42:01
  thinking
• 42:02
  culture.
• 42:02
  And,
• 42:03
  and,
• 42:03
  and,
• 42:04
  and
• 42:05
  I
• 42:05
  totally
• 42:06
  respect
• 42:07
  that.
• 42:07
  But
• 42:07
  once
• 42:08
  we
• 42:08
  kind
• 42:08
  of
• 42:09
  deviate
• 42:09
  from
• 42:09
  that,
• 42:10
  it
• 42:10
  should
• 42:10
  be
• 42:10
  okay.
• 42:11
  It
• 42:11
  should
• 42:12
  be
• 42:12
  fine.
• 42:12
  There's
• 42:13
  the
• 42:13
  other
• 42:13
  side
• 42:13
  of
• 42:13
  that
• 42:13
  too,
• 42:14
  where
• 42:14
  if
• 42:15
  you
• 42:15
  have
• 42:15
  negative
• 42:16
  feelings
• 42:16
  towards
• 42:16
  stuff,
• 42:17
  then
• 42:17
  you
• 42:17
  automatically
• 42:18
  get
• 42:18
  associated
• 42:19
  with,
• 42:19
  with
• 42:19
  the
• 42:20
  same
• 42:20
  people
• 42:20
  who
• 42:20
  are
• 42:20
  saying
• 42:21
  the
• 42:21
  horrendous
• 42:21
  things
• 42:22
  like
• 42:22
  there.
• 42:22
  You
• 42:22
  automatically
• 42:23
  become,
• 42:23
  oh,
• 42:23
  that's
• 42:24
  misogynist.
• 42:24
  You
• 42:24
  become,
• 42:25
  you
• 42:25
  know,
• 42:25
  you,
• 42:25
  you
• 42:26
  hate
• 42:26
  black
• 42:26
  people.
• 42:26
  Whatever.
• 42:27
  Yeah,
• 42:27
  like,
• 42:27
  no,
• 42:28
  I
• 42:28
  want
• 42:28
  Finn
• 42:29
  and
• 42:29
  Ray
• 42:29
  to
• 42:29
  be
• 42:29
  actual
• 42:30
  characters
• 42:30
  instead
• 42:30
  of
• 42:30
  caricatures.
• 42:31
  Like,
• 42:32
  I,
• 42:32
  I
• 42:32
  want
• 42:33
  them.
• 42:33
  I
• 42:33
  want
• 42:33
  better
• 42:34
  for
• 42:34
  you.
• 42:34
  I
• 42:34
  don't
• 42:34
  want
• 42:35
  worse.
• 42:35
  I
• 42:35
  don't
• 42:35
  want
• 42:35
  to
• 42:35
  hate
• 42:36
  these
• 42:36
  things,
• 42:36
  you
• 42:36
  know,
• 42:37
  I
• 42:37
  want
• 42:37
  to
• 42:37
  enjoy
• 42:38
  what
• 42:38
  I'm
• 42:38
  watching.
• 42:38
  Yeah.
• 42:39
  And
• 42:40
  on
• 42:40
  the
• 42:40
  other
• 42:40
  side
• 42:41
  of
• 42:41
  thing
• 42:41
  you
• 42:41
  mentioned
• 42:41
  earlier,
• 42:42
  like,
• 42:42
  things
• 42:42
  that
• 42:42
  aren't
• 42:42
  for
• 42:42
  you,
• 42:42
  like
• 42:43
  the,
• 42:43
  I
• 42:43
  think
• 42:43
  I've
• 42:44
  said
• 42:44
  it
• 42:44
  before
• 42:44
  voices,
• 42:44
  the
• 42:45
  young
• 42:45
  Jedi
• 42:45
  adventures
• 42:46
  or
• 42:46
  whatever
• 42:47
  on
• 42:47
  Disney
• 42:48
  that
• 42:48
  they're
• 42:48
  doing
• 42:49
  for
• 42:49
  the
• 42:49
  little
• 42:49
  kids.
• 42:50
  Like,
• 42:50
  you
• 42:50
  know
• 42:50
  what?
• 42:50
  I'
• 42:51
  going
• 42:51
  to
• 42:51
  review
• 42:52
  that
• 42:52
  show.
• 42:53
  I'm
• 42:53
  never
• 42:54
  even
• 42:54
  going
• 42:54
  to
• 42:54
  watch
• 42:54
  it
• 42:54
  because
• 42:55
  I'm
• 42:55
  not
• 42:56
  three
• 42:56
  in
• 42:57
  the
• 42:57
  same
• 42:57
  way.
• 42:57
  I
• 42:57
  don't
• 42:57
  watch,
• 42:58
  you
• 42:58
  know,
• 42:58
  Spidey
• 42:58
  and
• 42:59
  his
• 42:59
  amazing
• 42:59
  friends.
• 42:59
  Unless,
• 43:00
  you
• 43:00
  know,
• 43:00
  one
• 43:00
  of
• 43:00
  the
• 43:00
  kids
• 43:01
  my
• 43:01
  mom
• 43:01
  watches
• 43:01
  is
• 43:02
  watching
• 43:02
  it.
• 43:02
  Like,
• 43:03
  it's
• 43:03
  not
• 43:03
  for
• 43:04
  me.
• 43:04
  It
• 43:04
  is
• 43:04
  for
• 43:04
  that
• 43:05
  generation
• 43:05
  to
• 43:06
  get
• 43:06
  introduced
• 43:07
  to
• 43:07
  the
• 43:08
  concept
• 43:08
  of
• 43:08
  what
• 43:09
  these
• 43:09
  things
• 43:09
  are.
• 43:09
  So
• 43:10
  just
• 43:10
  understand
• 43:11
  things
• 43:11
  in
• 43:11
  context.
• 43:12
  And
• 43:12
  just
• 43:12
  because
• 43:12
  someone
• 43:13
  hates
• 43:13
  something
• 43:13
  doesn't
• 43:14
  automatically
• 43:14
  mean
• 43:14
  they're
• 43:15
  like
• 43:15
  this
• 43:15
  other
• 43:15
  person.
• 43:15
  Who
• 43:15
  also
• 43:16
  hates
• 43:16
  it.
• 43:16
  Oh,
• 43:17
  yeah.
• 43:17
  The.
• 43:18
  The
• 43:19
  one
• 43:19
  thing
• 43:19
  that
• 43:20
  they
• 43:20
  fall
• 43:20
  out
• 43:21
  from.
• 43:22
  The
• 43:22
  last
• 43:22
  Jedi
• 43:23
  that
• 43:24
  I
• 43:24
  praise
• 43:25
  is
• 43:25
  the
• 43:25
  word
• 43:26
  a
• 43:26
  butthurt.
• 43:27
  I'm
• 43:27
  glad
• 43:27
  that.
• 43:28
  That
• 43:28
  it
• 43:29
  gave
• 43:29
  us
• 43:30
  that
• 43:30
  term
• 43:30
  because.
• 43:31
  Because
• 43:32
  I
• 43:32
  was
• 43:32
  told
• 43:32
  I
• 43:33
  was
• 43:33
  butt
• 43:33
  hurt
• 43:34
  left
• 43:34
  and
• 43:34
  right
• 43:34
  about
• 43:35
  everything.
• 43:35
  I
• 43:36
  was
• 43:36
  like,
• 43:36
  what
• 43:36
  does
• 43:36
  that
• 43:37
  even
• 43:37
  mean?
• 43:39
  And
• 43:39
  then
• 43:39
  I
• 43:39
  figured
• 43:40
  it
• 43:40
  out.
• 43:40
  I'm
• 43:40
  like,
• 43:40
  oh,
• 43:41
  okay.
• 43:41
  Your.
• 43:41
  Your
• 43:42
  hut
• 43:42
  hurt.
• 43:48
  With
• 43:48
  two
• 43:48
  T's.
• 43:51
  Cool.
• 43:52
  That's
• 43:52
  been
• 43:52
  fun,
• 43:53
  guys.
• 43:54
  That's
• 43:54
  it.
• 43:55
  That's
• 43:55
  good.
• 43:56
  All
• 43:56
  right,
• 43:57
  well,
• 43:58
  in
• 43:58
  the
• 43:58
  interest
• 43:58
  of
• 43:59
  pastoral
• 43:59
  care
• 43:59
  to
• 43:59
  ourselves,
• 44:01
  maybe
• 44:01
  we
• 44:01
  should
• 44:02
  start
• 44:03
  to
• 44:03
  wrap
• 44:03
  it
• 44:03
  up,
• 44:03
  given
• 44:03
  the
• 44:03
  hour
• 44:04
  in
• 44:04
  real
• 44:04
  time
• 44:04
  that
• 44:04
  this
• 44:05
  is.
• 44:06
  And
• 44:07
  what
• 44:07
  better
• 44:07
  way
• 44:08
  to
• 44:09
  bring
• 44:09
  a
• 44:09
  Star
• 44:09
  wars
• 44:10
  conversation
• 44:10
  to
• 44:10
  a
• 44:10
  screeching
• 44:11
  halt
• 44:11
  than
• 44:11
  to
• 44:11
  bring
• 44:11
  up
• 44:12
  Star
• 44:12
  Trek?
• 44:12
  And
• 44:12
  remember
• 44:13
  that
• 44:13
  while
• 44:13
  the
• 44:13
  original
• 44:14
  trilogy
• 44:14
  fans
• 44:15
  were
• 44:15
  definitely
• 44:16
  a
• 44:16
  big
• 44:16
  part
• 44:16
  of
• 44:16
  the
• 44:16
  origin
• 44:17
  of
• 44:17
  nerd
• 44:17
  culture,
• 44:18
  it
• 44:18
  was
• 44:19
  a
• 44:19
  decade
• 44:19
  earlier.
• 44:20
  Also,
• 44:21
  the
• 44:21
  fans
• 44:22
  of
• 44:22
  Star

  Trek,
• 44:22
  especially
• 44:23
  the
• 44:23
  housewives
• 44:24
  who
• 44:24
  were
• 44:24
  writing
• 44:24
  fanfic
• 44:25
  and
• 44:25
  so
• 44:25
  forth,
• 44:25
  that
• 44:26
  organized
• 44:26
  some
• 44:26
  of
• 44:26
  the
• 44:26
  earliest
• 44:27
  conventions
• 44:28
  that
• 44:28
  also
• 44:29
  paved
• 44:30
  the
• 44:30
  way
• 44:30
  for
• 44:30
  a
• 44:30
  lot
• 44:30
  of
• 44:31
  the
• 44:31
  fandom
• 44:31
  culture
• 44:31
  and
• 44:32
  the
• 44:32
  nerd
• 44:32
  culture
• 44:32
  that
• 44:32
  we
• 44:32
  have
• 44:33
  now.
• 44:33
  My
• 44:33
  bad.
• 44:34
  No,
• 44:34
  no,
• 44:34
  no,
• 44:34
  no.
• 44:35
  You
• 44:35
  are
• 44:35
  not
• 44:35
  wrong.
• 44:36
  But
• 44:36
  in
• 44:37
  the
• 44:37
  interest
• 44:37
  of
• 44:37
  being
• 44:37
  inclusive
• 44:38
  and
• 44:38
  ecumenical
• 44:39
  and
• 44:39
  again,
• 44:40
  also
• 44:40
  bring
• 44:40
  this
• 44:40
  Star
• 44:41
  wars
• 44:41
  conversation
• 44:41
  through
• 44:41
  a
• 44:41
  screeching
• 44:42
  halt,
• 44:43
  let's
• 44:43
  bring
• 44:44
  up
• 44:44
  Star
• 44:44
  Trek.
• 44:47
  So
• 44:48
  briefly,
• 44:49
  what
• 44:49
  do
• 44:50
  people
• 44:51
  want
• 44:51
  to
• 44:51
  recommend
• 44:52
  to
• 44:52
  our
• 44:53
  listeners?
• 44:54
  Something
• 44:54
  Star
• 44:54
  wars
• 44:54
  related,
• 44:55
  something
• 44:55
  not
• 44:55
  Star
• 44:55
  wars
• 44:56
  related
• 44:56
  that
• 44:56
  you
• 44:56
  think
• 44:57
  folks
• 44:57
  should
• 44:57
  check
• 44:58
  out.
• 44:59
  And
• 44:59
  let's
• 44:59
  start
• 45:00
  with
• 45:00
  Kevin.
• 45:00
  We
• 45:00
  haven't
• 45:01
  heard
• 45:01
  from
• 45:01
  you
• 45:01
  in
• 45:01
  a
• 45:01
  minute.
• 45:01
  Go
• 45:02
  ahead.
• 45:02
  Yeah,
• 45:02
  so
• 45:03
  there's
• 45:03
  this
• 45:04
  YouTube
• 45:04
  channel
• 45:04
  that
• 45:05
  I
• 45:05
  discovered
• 45:06
  a
• 45:06
  few
• 45:06
  years
• 45:06
  ago,
• 45:07
  YouTuber
• 45:08
  named
• 45:08
  Natalie
• 45:08
  Gold.
• 45:09
  And.
• 45:09
  And
• 45:09
  she
• 45:10
  does,
• 45:10
  like.
• 45:10
  Like,
• 45:11
  she
• 45:11
  grew
• 45:11
  up
• 45:12
  not
• 45:12
  having
• 45:12
  seen,
• 45:13
  like,
• 45:13
  some
• 45:14
  of
• 45:14
  the
• 45:14
  biggest
• 45:14
  movies
• 45:14
  and
• 45:14
  shows
• 45:15
  of
• 45:15
  all
• 45:15
  time.
• 45:15
  And
• 45:15
  so
• 45:16
  she
• 45:16
  does
• 45:16
  these
• 45:17
  reaction
• 45:17
  videos
• 45:18
  where
• 45:18
  she
• 45:18
  watches,
• 45:18
  like,
• 45:19
  she
• 45:19
  started
• 45:19
  out,
• 45:20
  like,
• 45:20
  Star
• 45:20
  Wars,
• 45:20
  Lord
• 45:20
  of
• 45:20
  the
• 45:21
  Rings,
• 45:21
  and
• 45:21
  Marvel
• 45:22
  movies,
• 45:22
  stuff
• 45:22
  like
• 45:22
  that,
• 45:23
  and
• 45:23
  now
• 45:23
  she's
• 45:23
  doing
• 45:23
  more
• 45:24
  current
• 45:25
  stuff.
• 45:25
  But
• 45:26
  what
• 45:26
  I
• 45:26
  love
• 45:26
  about
• 45:26
  it
• 45:27
  is
• 45:27
  you
• 45:27
  see
• 45:27
  this,
• 45:28
  like,
• 45:28
  unfiltered
• 45:29
  reaction
• 45:29
  of
• 45:30
  someone
• 45:30
  discovering
• 45:30
  the
• 45:31
  joy
• 45:31
  of
• 45:32
  these
• 45:32
  things
• 45:33
  that
• 45:33
  we've
• 45:33
  just
• 45:34
  grown
• 45:34
  up
• 45:34
  on,
• 45:34
  and
• 45:35
  that's
• 45:35
  what
• 45:35
  they
• 45:35
  kind
• 45:36
  of
• 45:36
  cause
• 45:36
  us
• 45:36
  to
• 45:36
  be.
• 45:37
  Be
• 45:37
  desensitized
• 45:38
  in
• 45:38
  a
• 45:38
  way.
• 45:38
  And
• 45:38
  I
• 45:39
  love
• 45:39
  seeing,
• 45:39
  like,
• 45:40
  even
• 45:41
  for
• 45:41
  the.
• 45:41
  Some
• 45:41
  of
• 45:41
  the
• 45:41
  big
• 45:42
  moments
• 45:42
  she
• 45:42
  knew
• 45:42
  about,
• 45:43
  like
• 45:44
  watching
• 45:44
  Empire
• 45:45
  for
• 45:45
  the
• 45:45
  first
• 45:46
  time
• 45:46
  or
• 45:46
  Lord
• 45:46
  of
• 45:46
  the
• 45:46
  Rings.
• 45:47
  It's
• 45:48
  fascinating.
• 45:48
  So
• 45:48
  I
• 45:48
  love
• 45:48
  her
• 45:49
  channel.
• 45:49
  That's
• 45:50
  a
• 45:50
  really
• 45:50
  fun
• 45:51
  fandom,
• 45:51
  one
• 45:52
  that
• 45:52
  kind
• 45:52
  of
• 45:52
  counteracts
• 45:53
  the
• 45:54
  more
• 45:54
  toxic
• 45:55
  fandom
• 45:55
  that
• 45:55
  we
• 45:55
  were
• 45:55
  just
• 45:56
  talking
• 45:56
  about.
• 45:57
  Awesome.
• 45:57
  Thanks.
• 45:58
  Christian,
• 45:58
  do
• 45:58
  you
• 45:58
  have
• 45:58
  something
• 45:59
  to
• 45:59
  recommend
• 45:59
  to
• 45:59
  the
• 45:59
  folks.
• 46:00
  Yeah.
• 46:01
  If
• 46:01
  you
• 46:01
  would
• 46:01
  like
• 46:01
  to
• 46:02
  have
• 46:02
  a
• 46:02
  story
• 46:03
  about
• 46:03
  a
• 46:03
  hut
• 46:04
  dark
• 46:04
  Jedi
• 46:05
  as
• 46:05
  a
• 46:06
  villain
• 46:07
  who
• 46:07
  uses
• 46:07
  a
• 46:07
  purple
• 46:08
  lightsaber
• 46:08
  two
• 46:09
  years
• 46:09
  before
• 46:09
  Mace
• 46:10
  Windu,
• 46:10
  you
• 46:11
  can
• 46:11
  read
• 46:11
  the
• 46:11
  okay.
• 46:12
  Story
• 46:12
  of
• 46:12
  Planet

  of
• 46:13
  Twilight
• 46:13
  in
• 46:14
  the
• 46:14
  old
• 46:14
  eu.
• 46:15
  Nice.
• 46:17
  Awesome.
• 46:18
  And
• 46:18
  Evan,
• 46:19
  how
• 46:19
  about
• 46:19
  you?
• 46:20
  We
• 46:21
  mentioned
• 46:21
  it
• 46:21
  before
• 46:22
  but
• 46:22
  the
• 46:23
  Star

  infinities
• 46:24
  line
• 46:25
  of
• 46:26
  those
• 46:26
  comics,
• 46:27
  if
• 46:27
  you
• 46:27
  want
• 46:27
  to
• 46:27
  see
• 46:28
  a
• 46:28
  white
• 46:28
  Darth
• 46:29
  Vader
• 46:29
  a
• 46:30
  go
• 46:30
  find
• 46:30
  pretty
• 46:30
  sick,
• 46:31
  pretty
• 46:31
  cool.
• 46:32
  It
• 46:32
  does
• 46:34
  Vader
• 46:35
  the
• 46:35
  white.
• 46:35
  Oh
• 46:36
  like
• 46:36
  Gandalf.
• 46:39
  Fun.
• 46:39
  I'm.
• 46:40
  I'm
• 46:40
  gonna
• 46:40
  recommend
• 46:41
  listening
• 46:41
  to
• 46:42
  kids
• 46:42
  giggle
• 46:42
  that
• 46:43
  I
• 46:44
  tell
• 46:44
  you
• 46:44
  one
• 46:44
  of
• 46:44
  the
• 46:44
  favorite
• 46:45
  part
• 46:45
  of
• 46:45
  Mandalor
• 46:46
  and
• 46:46
  Grogu
• 46:46
  is
• 46:47
  when
• 46:47
  all
• 46:48
  those
• 46:48
  like
• 46:48
  bombs
• 46:49
  were
• 46:49
  set
• 46:49
  on
• 46:49
  the
• 46:49
  at
• 46:50
  at
• 46:50
  and
• 46:50
  like
• 46:51
  Grogu
• 46:51
  is
• 46:51
  like
• 46:52
  tapping
• 46:52
  on
• 46:52
  his
• 46:52

• 46:54
  ding.
• 46:54
  Why
• 46:54
  are
• 46:54
  we
• 46:54
  leaving?
• 46:55
  And
• 46:55
  the
• 46:56
  in
• 46:56
  the
• 46:56
  like
• 46:56
  5
• 46:57
  year
• 46:57
  old
• 46:57
  next
• 46:57
  like
• 46:58
  like
• 46:58
  44
• 46:59
  seats
• 46:59
  down
• 46:59
  from
• 47:00
  me
• 47:00
  giggling
• 47:00
  his
• 47:01
  butt
• 47:01
  off
• 47:01
  at
• 47:02
  like
• 47:02
  every
• 47:02
  time
• 47:03
  man
• 47:04
  was
• 47:04
  beating
• 47:05
  on
• 47:05
  that
• 47:05
  it
• 47:05
  made
• 47:05
  me
• 47:05
  just
• 47:06
  so
• 47:06
  happy.
• 47:06
  I
• 47:06
  was
• 47:06
  like
• 47:06
  all
• 47:06
  right,
• 47:07
  there
• 47:07
  we
• 47:07
  go.
• 47:07
  That
• 47:07
  was
• 47:07
  about
• 47:08
  so
• 47:08
  yeah,
• 47:08
  the,
• 47:08
  the
• 47:09
  react.
• 47:09
  The
• 47:09

• 47:10
  of
• 47:10
  the
• 47:10

• 47:11
  reacting
• 47:11
  to
• 47:12
  whether
• 47:13
  it's
• 47:13

  Nirvana
• 47:21
  is
• 47:21
  really,
• 47:22
  is
• 47:22
  really
• 47:22
  fun.
• 47:22
  So
• 47:23
  there
• 47:23
  you
• 47:23
  go
• 47:23
  kids.
• 47:24
  Kids
• 47:24
  having
• 47:24

• 47:27
  That's
• 47:27
  my
• 47:27
  recommendation.
• 47:28
  Awesome.
• 47:28
  And
• 47:29
  if
• 47:29
  you
• 47:29
  don't
• 47:30
  have
• 47:30
  a

  kid
• 47:30
  available
• 47:31
  to
• 47:31
  listen
• 47:32
  to
• 47:32
  giggle,
• 47:32
  perhaps
• 47:33
  your
• 47:33
  inner
• 47:34
  child
• 47:34
  will
• 47:34
  giggle
• 47:35
  at
• 47:35
  the
• 47:36
  Lego
• 47:36
  Batman

• 47:38
  that
• 47:39
  came
• 47:39
  out
• 47:39
  recently.
• 47:40
  Oh,
• 47:40
  I
• 47:40
  heard
• 47:40
  about
• 47:41
  that.
• 47:41
  Lego
• 47:41
  Star
• 47:42

• 47:42
  kind
• 47:42
  of
• 47:42
  launched
• 47:42
  the
• 47:43
  whole
• 47:43
  genre
• 47:43
  of
• 47:43
  these
• 47:44
  co
• 47:44
  op
• 47:45
  Lego
• 47:45

• 47:45
  games
• 47:46
  and
• 47:46
  they're,
• 47:46
  they're
• 47:46
  silly,
• 47:48
  fun
• 47:48
  and
• 47:49
  this
• 47:49
  one
• 47:49
  is
• 47:49
  the
• 47:49
  most
• 47:49
  recent
• 47:50
  one
• 47:50
  after
• 47:50
  kind
• 47:50
  of
• 47:50
  a
• 47:51
  pretty
• 47:51
  long

• 47:53
  kinds
• 47:53
  of
• 47:53
  Lego
• 47:54

• 47:54
  So
• 47:55
  if
