Speaker 1: Romans chapter eleven, Paul is giving us some information breaking

Speaker 1: of stupor on that nation to where they can't really

Speaker 1: see or hear the gospel of Jesus Christ, which is

Speaker 1: for the Gentiles. The apostle. Paul himself said that he

Speaker 1: given us the riches of a kingdom. He's given us

Speaker 1: the blood and the body of his son. Our sin issues,

Speaker 1: dealt with sin shouldn't be an issue anymore. God knows

Speaker 1: how to eradicate. He does his job well and completely.

Speaker 1: On the cross, Jesus said that it is finished, so

Speaker 1: we don't have to live a life of sin dominated

Speaker 1: by sin. All we have to do is change our

Speaker 1: priority parties, change our loyalties, change our hearts. And only

Speaker 1: way that can happen is if God's Spirit works within us.

Speaker 1: And all we have to do is accept the gift,

Speaker 1: Invite the Holy Spirit, Invite our Lord Jesus to be

Speaker 1: the lord of our lives. Because it's done. We have

Speaker 1: been justified, and that means God looks at us as

Speaker 1: if we've never sinned. God has glorified us as past tense.

Speaker 1: He is sanctifying us. He's separating us to himself. And

Speaker 1: so God has done great and mighty things for us. Amen.

Speaker 1: I love how these epistles are written, because if you

Speaker 1: really pay attention and you read the Bible, especially the

Speaker 1: these chapters, really, all the way up until chapter twelve,

Speaker 1: Paul is breaking down what God has done for us.

Speaker 1: Right we are seated in heavenly places. God has paid

Speaker 1: the penalty for our sin. He centers on the begotten Son.

Speaker 1: He gives us wisdom. We can do all things through Christ,

Speaker 1: who strengthen to us. He is our peace, He is

Speaker 1: our living water, He is our bread of life, like

Speaker 1: he presents Jesus Christ, who he is to us. What

Speaker 1: ought to be doing for God, what we need to

Speaker 1: do for God. They even get upset and yell and

Speaker 1: now holding up our part. We're coming short. We're lacking

Speaker 1: in our commitment, We're lacking in our devotion, We're lacking

Speaker 1: in this, we are lacking in that. There is a

Speaker 1: your ministry and your messages are just focused on our

Speaker 1: part and you leave out God's part, then you're going

Speaker 1: to have a congregation of frustrated people because we don't

Speaker 1: understand what God has done for us and what we

Speaker 1: have access to. We got to understand that because of

Speaker 1: the Cross, because of the Resurrection, that we are justified.

Speaker 1: Now we have access to the grace of God, and

Speaker 1: we have to really understand grace. Grace has not really

Speaker 1: been taught correctly. The world teaches graces it's a license

Speaker 1: to sin. Oh, go ahead and indulge in your flesh.

Speaker 1: Go ahead and indulge in that sin. God grace will

Speaker 1: cover you. And then people's sin in the back of

Speaker 1: mind are thinking, Okay, God will forgive me, God will

Speaker 1: forgive me. I've been there, I'm guilty of that. If

Speaker 1: you truly read the Bible, then understand what grace really is.

Speaker 1: Grace will teach us to deny ungodliness and really lust.

Speaker 1: Grace empowers us against sin. So if you don't teach

Speaker 1: your people first what God has done for us and

Speaker 1: the tools that are available for us to access the

Speaker 1: grace of God, that we are declared righteous, because the

Speaker 1: enemy is gonna beat them up and think they're worthless.

Speaker 1: People are gonna think they're sinners and they're gonna beat

Speaker 1: themselves up. But no, you have a position of righteousness

Speaker 1: that has nothing to do with you. It's a gift.

Speaker 1: It's a position. You're already righteous in the eyes of

Speaker 1: God God. Now you have to practically live it out.

Speaker 1: And so Paul talks about what God has done for

Speaker 1: us and because of what He's done, the access we have,

Speaker 1: the benefits we have, the tools we have. Now he

Speaker 1: comes to our part in chapter twelve is our part.

Speaker 1: This is how we are to respond. But remember we

Speaker 1: have that power to do so because now we have

Speaker 1: access to the grace of God. That's why we have

Speaker 1: to go boldly before the throne each and every day.

Speaker 1: And this is something that is really heavy on my

Speaker 1: heart because I sit in churches and I see people

Speaker 1: that are frustrated because they know they need to change,

Speaker 1: but they really don't know how to They don't understand

Speaker 1: the power and the grace of God, how to utilize it,

Speaker 1: how to access it properly so they can have a

Speaker 1: little change and transformed life. And a lot of ministers

Speaker 1: are not teaching them how. They're just getting on them

Speaker 1: like it's almost they're personally frustrated and offended, and they

Speaker 1: take it personal instead of representing God and just preaching

Speaker 1: God's word. Right, if more ministers will just take people

Speaker 1: through the word of God, the word of God will

Speaker 1: deal and take care of all the stuff. It'll take

Speaker 1: care of it and man, and that's what we're doing

Speaker 1: a grace to access to power, Oh God, that is

Speaker 1: available to us. Help us understand the benefits of believing

Speaker 1: and trusting in Christ. Help us understand what we truly have.

Speaker 1: We have access to your throne, we have access to

Speaker 1: your presence. We have your grace, we have your provision,

Speaker 1: we have your protection, Oh God. We have your peace

Speaker 1: and your love, Oh God, and we receive it, Oh God.

Speaker 1: We pray God that you will Father, God, pour out

Speaker 1: through this podcast all the listeners. Just give them a

Speaker 1: and do it. So we're gonna break it down. We're

Speaker 1: gonna start in Romans chapter twelve, verse one. Romans chapter twelve,

Speaker 1: verse one, and it says, actually we're gonna do one

Speaker 1: and two. I beseech you, therefore, brethren, by the mercies

Speaker 1: of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice

Speaker 1: wholly inacceptable to God, which is your reasonable service, And

Speaker 1: would you not be conformed to this world, but be

Speaker 1: ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you

Speaker 1: may prove what is the good, inacceptable and perfect way

Speaker 1: will of God and man and man. Let's go in

Speaker 1: and break this down. I beseech you therefore, brethren. Now

Speaker 1: Paul here appeals by the basis of the mercies of God. Now,

Speaker 1: I beseech. He's almost begging you, right, he's almost saying,

Speaker 1: you know what, because of God's mercy, I beg you.

Speaker 1: I beseech you there for brother. And it's only reasonable

Speaker 1: that since Christ gave his life for us, that we

Speaker 1: give ours to him. That's just reasonable. He gave his life,

Speaker 1: he gave us everything to us. Why not give our

Speaker 1: lives to him, completely consecrated and devoted unto him? Like,

Speaker 1: what are we holding on to this world? All this

Speaker 1: world has is misery and pain, jealousy, anger, bitterness. That's

Speaker 1: all the world can give you. But God can give

Speaker 1: you peace, joy and love. Why not give our lives

Speaker 1: over to Him? And this is not optional, It's actually expected.

Speaker 1: It's expected that we would be living sacrifices God, isn't

Speaker 1: He's not asking for dead sacrifices anymore. He wants living ones.

Speaker 1: That means my eyes, my hands, my time, my grind

Speaker 1: all belongs to him. In other words, he's not sacrificing

Speaker 1: animals right like the Jews used to do in the Temple.

Speaker 1: But he wants us to be living, sacrificing. We're supposed

Speaker 1: to be walking around dead to self. Go to live

Speaker 1: to Christ and man. In verse two, do not be

Speaker 1: conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing

Speaker 1: of your mind, that you may prove what is that

Speaker 1: good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Conformity is

Speaker 1: the world shaping you from the outside end. When you conform,

Speaker 1: the world wants to shape you from the outside end.

Speaker 1: But transformation is God changing you from the inside out.

Speaker 1: Let me say it again. Transformation is God shaping you

Speaker 1: from the inside out. Renewal comes through His word and

Speaker 1: through his Spirit. Amen, we are renewed by His word

Speaker 1: and by this spirit. This verse says the Bible. Not

Speaker 1: the Bible, but the battle This verse says the battle line.

Speaker 1: You see, culture wants to mold me, the spirit wants

Speaker 1: to remake me. Transformation is proof of God's will on

Speaker 1: display in my life. Amen, It's God's will on display

Speaker 1: in my life. Now when I read this verse, I

Speaker 1: always think about the Transformers, right, I really I like

Speaker 1: that show. I like the concept of cars, and especially Optimist.

Speaker 1: Optimists is a big old semi truck, right. And when

Speaker 1: a challenge comes, when the enemy arises and tries to

Speaker 1: move and assault the team, they will stop and they

Speaker 1: will transform. They become robots with guns and weapons and missiles,

Speaker 1: and the battle is on. Like that's the attitude we

Speaker 1: need to have once the world comes to us and

Speaker 1: try they try to conform us to fit their values,

Speaker 1: their goals and their images. And not only us, they

Speaker 1: want our children as well. And we rise up and

Speaker 1: we transform and fight. I want to give a shout

Speaker 1: They have an amazing young son. I just see God

Speaker 1: all over this young men. And you know school is

Speaker 1: back in session, right, So our pastor stood up Wednesday

Speaker 1: night and brought her son to the front. Now he's

Speaker 1: about nine, ten years old, and I guess somebody in

Speaker 1: the church, I mean, I'm sorry, somebody in his school.

Speaker 1: One of his teachers tried to get him to participate

Speaker 1: in the witchcraft. They brought some witchcraft to school. And

Speaker 1: he's young, This young dude, this young brother stood up

Speaker 1: and says, I will not participate in this. This is witchcraft.

Speaker 1: He took a stand against it and said he will

Speaker 1: not do it. Now that's being transformed. That's being a transformer. Amen,

Speaker 1: He's letting everyone know that God has provided something for us.

Speaker 1: think of himself more highly than he ought to think.

Speaker 1: Now that's the trap of the enemy. There's three things

Speaker 1: and measure a faith. For as we have many members

Speaker 1: in Christ, and individually members of one another. Having the

Speaker 1: gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us,

Speaker 1: let us use them. If prophecy, let us prophesy in

Speaker 1: proportion to our faith or ministry. Let us use it

Speaker 1: in our ministry. He who teaches in teaching, he who

Speaker 1: exhorts in exhortation, he who gives with liberty, he who

Speaker 1: leads with diligence, he who shows mercy with cheerful men, say, man,

Speaker 1: himself more highly than he ought to think. Humility is

Speaker 1: in life. We don't flex on each other faith levels

Speaker 1: have the same function. The church is a with many parts.

Speaker 1: Unity is not uniformity. Right. We don't have to be

Speaker 1: clones of one another. We can be diverse. We can

Speaker 1: all function the way God designed us to. We all

Speaker 1: want us to be in. It shouldn't be no competition.

Speaker 1: I need you, it's our nation needs you. We need

Speaker 1: you to fulfill this vision, and you need us. You

Speaker 1: need us to go out and make an impact in

Speaker 1: our community. We need us to go out and help

Speaker 1: stabilize our community. If we can change hearts, we can

Speaker 1: change the crime. We can change the drugs, we can

Speaker 1: change the sex trafficking. That is the power of the gospel.

Speaker 1: We can change the greed. We could change society. But

Speaker 1: people have to get behind us. They have to learn

Speaker 1: how to support and get out of their own bubble.

Speaker 1: A lot of people are just selfish. They're just oh,

Speaker 1: it's for me and my four and no more. But

Speaker 1: they don't open their eyes and see like, no, we

Speaker 1: need you as society. My gift does not cancel all yours.

Speaker 1: You're one squad, or in other words, we are one squad.

Speaker 1: We are a kingdom family. Now on this note, you

Speaker 1: hear a lot of people say that they don't need

Speaker 1: to go to church to serve God, right, have you

Speaker 1: heard that before? Hear a lot of people say, oh,

Speaker 1: all the churches are corrupt, I don't need church. I

Speaker 1: mean it's true. You can get saved in a tree,

Speaker 1: like God can find you anywhere. You can be out

Speaker 1: in a jungle and God's spirit can convict you. You

Speaker 1: can cry out to God and yes you can get saved. Right,

Speaker 1: but you have to at one point become a part

Speaker 1: of the body. How are we going to experience the

Speaker 1: gifts that God has given you. Your gift is not

Speaker 1: for yourself, right, your gift is for others. It's for

Speaker 1: the body. If you're the leg, how is the body

Speaker 1: gonna walk if you don't come and join the rest

Speaker 1: of us. If you're the hand, how are we gonna

Speaker 1: pray and touch people if you're not here? If you

Speaker 1: go all the way through scripture, it talks about the

Speaker 1: body of Christ, you need to be in church now. Yeah,

Speaker 1: you need to find as the Holy Spirit. Ask the

Speaker 1: you to go. Because remember, there's a faithful remnant. Yeah.

Speaker 1: A lot of churches are cricket and corrupt and has

Speaker 1: failed society, but not all of them. Remember Elijah said

Speaker 1: I left seven thousand men who have not bowed. They

Speaker 1: need a ball to the false God. So there are

Speaker 1: churches out there that are still fighting in the good

Speaker 1: fight of faith. We need you, We need you in position. Amen, hallelujah. Now,

Speaker 1: having been differing gifts according to the grace that is

Speaker 1: given to us, let us use them. If prophesy, then

Speaker 1: let us prophesy. Okay, let's break this down. Each believer

Speaker 1: Use them. God calls us to exercise our gifts faithfully
