- 2:28four, gonna allow him to come up and introduce himself. Welcome, Michael.
- 2:34How are you tonight? I'm doing well, doing well, good evening,
- 2:38Angela. I really appreciate you allow me to be on your show with
- 2:42you and your followers just can't dive into it. So I know you ran
- 2:50for presidential candidate in twenty twenty what got you on this track? But what
- 2:57made you think that this was something that you wanted to do? I mean,
- 3:02being the president of the United States is a big type and what what
- 3:09made you want to do that and to carry on all those responsibilities? Well,
- 3:15you know, I h all my life, I've been trying to figure
- 3:19out my calling, and I know speaking was my calling and being a leader,
- 3:23natural born leader. I just didn't know what feel, you know,
- 3:27to really work that uh that mantra in uh. But at the Republican National
- 3:34Convention here in Cleveland for Trump, I was out there and I wasn't out
- 3:38there for Trump. I was really out there for the people because they said
- 3:40it was going to start a civil war here in Cleveland. The Civil War
- 3:43was gonna start here in Cleveland throughout America. And I started my motivational speaking
- 3:50career at that time, still trying to figure out, you know, you
- 3:53know, from doing comedy, from doing becoming an actor or getting into being
- 3:59a preacher. When I did my motivational speaking career at the convention, and
- 4:03I was telling them about my family history and being a peacemaker, a lot
- 4:10of people who nominated Donald Trump, they said, hey, why not run
- 4:15for president? You have the matra of the character to know how to bring
- 4:18people together, especially with your black and white family. So and we need
- 4:23new leaders in America. So I figured, with my calling and and and
- 4:30then doing this, it kind of feels right. And and after I decided
- 4:36and I ran for twenty twenty, an unbelievable thing happened where my life was
- 4:44in danger from a certain individual that's in trouble right now that you may know
- 4:47of, former president. And I've been working tiresly for almost five years to
- 4:53validate what happened during the twenty twenty election. Why I'm running who I am,
- 4:58and while I be the best fit for the twenty twenty four presidential elect.
- 5:01So overall, it is just it just seemed like it just I was
- 5:04called to it and I answered that call. So what are some of your
- 5:16pressing issues? What are some things that you would like to address as the
- 5:21president of the United States? Well, there are so many, you know,
- 5:28you know, I'm gonna start domestically. Number one, we're so divided
- 5:31on so much on pop party ideologies and color, and we're too afraid to
- 5:36have somebody to speak in the middle, to bring us in the middle to
- 5:39talk our problems. Because if we can't handle the most diur issues that cause
- 5:44our division the first place, then we can't solve none of the problems of
- 5:46the twenty first century. Uh So, Number one would be race relations here
- 5:51in America, to realize that we're all one, we're all equal under the
- 5:55eyes of justice and the law, and we're lacking that type of leader because
- 6:00the leadership that we currently have now it's pretty much outside of the times.
- 6:04We have a fight where the current older generation is fighting, fighting to keep
- 6:10on the hold on the power and neglecting that the younger generation should take over.
- 6:15So the race will be at number one factor you talk about that it
- 6:19can be like a domino effect on other issues that we as Americas need to
- 6:26discuss, and that would be the best way to move forward on trying to
- 6:32solve all the other issues. When it comes to healthcare, I believe that
- 6:35pordable health care is not just a right, but it's a solemn. I
- 6:46don't say birth right, but we should have affordable health care and not worrying
- 6:49about the system making money off of us if we live or die. But
- 6:54we got to have clarity, and we were lacking that. And but race
- 6:58would be the main thing. But on the worldwide scale, we're so much
- 7:04stuck on past arguments. You know, forty fifty years ago and people are
- 7:11still living in the past. But you know, I think that with global
- 7:15warming is a real threat to humanity. So we can argue about what happened
- 7:20twenty thirty, forty fifty years ago and go to war over and kill a
- 7:26countless others of individuals. But I think coming together on the climate crisis,
- 7:31finding new avenues of respect and preparing failed relationships between US and other countries,
- 7:42I think that will be a new start for us to move forward. Not
- 7:45a new world order, but a new world in order to solve our problem.
- 7:47So there's so many different things, but you got to do with ABC
- 7:50one two three. If you start off at T you're never going to get
- 7:54the afphabetic statements right on. How you know, say ABC one two just
- 7:59got everything line by line in orderferent things to work out. It seemed like
- 8:07there there are a lot of issues, like you stated, I know a
- 8:11lot of the candidates are running on the border and border control. That's a
- 8:20lot of their issues, trying to keep immigrants out. What's your stand on
- 8:26that in the wall and building that wall and keeping immigrants out. Well,
- 8:33when I when I hear about when I hear about this, it just it
- 8:37just behooves the mind that you know, we are a nation of immigrants,
- 8:41you know, I think the the the the stature of how how they talk
- 8:52about immigrants like they're the problem. They're bringing diseases and drugs and crime and
- 8:58all this other stuff. Uh, And it's not that at all. I
- 9:01don't believe a wall will work because we already seen countless of times that tunnels
- 9:05are being made underneath and the wall that we currently see now thanks to President
- 9:09Trump, which the Mexicans paid for it, right, which we did actually,
- 9:16Uh, they found ways to climb that that that that that wall.
- 9:20So they're still getting through. And the truth of the matter is, I
- 9:24mean this is a too this is this is not a one party like the
- 9:28Democrats had fought about the uh, the immigration policies that's failing. It's really
- 9:33a two party problem. It's really all of America's problem. Back in the
- 9:37sixties and seventies, we are the c A C I A actually helped kind
- 9:46of calls the mess that we're having down in central South America, and that's
- 9:50why the influx of people are coming here. So I have a plan overall,
- 9:54so a three pronged plan to handle our immigration situation. First of all,
- 10:00we got to be welcoming again to all immigrants that want to come to
- 10:05America and help rebuild this country. That's how backing World War two at the
- 10:11interstate and whatnot, we had to have immigrants there, especially building New York
- 10:15and Chicago, especially way before then. Immigrants build this country. So the
- 10:20three point attack, the three prong plan that I have. Number one is
- 10:24that we got to have a plan when these immigrants come here, not just
- 10:28to be sitting around, especially homelessness and in the streets and whatnot. They
- 10:33have a plan to put them directly back directly to work, make sure they
- 10:37do the jobs that Americans will not do. But they have a coordination with
- 10:43the South, the states of the South, governors and whatnot for an economic
- 10:48plan for these states to have workers. Number two, to work with our
- 10:56for our government to work with local governments down in center in South America to
- 11:00quil the violence and crime from drug crimes and drug lords and whatnot, and
- 11:05to bring some stapability back to those nations. So those people who are here,
- 11:09I mean trust and believe they come here. They don't want to leave
- 11:11their homes, and I bet you they're homesick right now. But we give
- 11:15them an avenue and an atmosphere of control, of peace and and and and
- 11:20and that would be the best way for them to go back home eventually.
- 11:24The third thing that we need to do is that when it comes to human
- 11:30trafficking and and and and drugs, And I've been thinking about this in depth
- 11:39now. The drugs are coming into the country from Central and South America because
- 11:43of the drug lords. Besides also fighting with them, we have to find
- 11:48some way to come up with some kind of plan to help quill, Well,
- 11:54you can't help quot because they sell cocaine and say, how can you
- 11:56do that? That's gonna be another thing. I've to talked with some people
- 12:01a lot more smarter than me on that. But the first two, yes,
- 12:03those are solid in order to quill the influx of migrants to come here.
- 12:09But we got to have a plan monster once to hear it, they
- 12:11just can't be draining on our systems because, like I said, what happened
- 12:16in New York right during the summer when the governor of Florida and the governor
- 12:22of Texas was sending all those migrants up up north, and they didn't have
- 12:26a plan. They started opening up areas to handle the influx of people that
- 12:33come in from over speeds. Now here's the thing that I don't understand.
- 12:37Now, before those those those people got there, there are really tens of
- 12:41thousands of homeless people in New York City. They didn't open nothing for people,
- 12:46you know what I'm saying. So I do want to have a care
- 12:50for the people's for our people, as will first for others. But we
- 12:54should be able to the United States of America should be able to handle any
- 12:56and everything at the same time. So we got to realize that it's our
- 13:01fault antificate and as president, that's what I'm gonna do. But to to
- 13:07alienateate to you know, mistreat people that are are not from here, that
- 13:15won't be no longer tall red. But the sentuary cities where people are sleeping
- 13:20outside, stuff like that. We should have been ahead a plan, you
- 13:24know, years ago, but both sides have been playing and using. Uh.
- 13:30Now the immigration debate provokes mostly and still kicking the can down the road.
- 13:35No more kicking the can down the road with landing that the president.
- 13:43So what's your take on education and black history. I know they're taking a
- 13:52lot of the black history stuff out of the schools and then that's telling us
- 14:00that it is traumatizing the Caucasian keys. Well, what is your stand on
- 14:11that? Well, I believe education is is UH is freedom. I think
- 14:18that uh it is past time that America must open up to talk about the
- 14:22past wounds and the past uh misinjustices on African Americans. And when I when
- 14:28I hear when I hear certain people like grand and scientists and a few other
- 14:33people, uh taking away African American studies out of schools because they says it's
- 14:37gonna hurt and them, Uh, hurt our children, the white children,
- 14:41and make them think that they're bad. All white people. Let's just say
- 14:46this, all white people are not the same, because if they were,
- 14:48we wouldn't have a civil war to fight for the free the freemen of the
- 14:52freedom of slaves. So to learn about a history is only first three Thingsumber
- 15:00one is to give us the freedom and knowledge to make sure that we don't
- 15:03repeat the same mistakes. Number two also, not to point the blame because
- 15:07of a color fraction of a certain individuals did another bad thing to another group
- 15:11of individuals, doesn't mean the whole race is is the blame. Uh.
- 15:16We need to teach that. We need to teach truth, love and understanding.
- 15:20And for the people who want to make that number three, the people
- 15:22want to make that excuse UH wants to keep that the dark part of history,
- 15:31to bring the dark back of the dark part of American history back to
- 15:35life because they believe, they believe a white people, they believe they're superior,
- 15:43and they've been doing this. They've been they've been knocking his education out
- 15:48of the white communities as well. Not knowing of what the plights of what
- 15:50African Americans have gone through. And then when they when they hear us you
- 15:54know this, and that they think that we're just ungrateful, and you know
- 15:58they try, we try, we try to take their stuff. No,
- 16:02it's not like that at all. That we have all been like to We've
- 16:06all been played because of the lack of education in America. And as president,
- 16:10what I would do is to restrengthen our educational system here in America to
- 16:14make sure our kids get all the education they need about everything that happened in
- 16:18this country. Everything, But we were not here to point blame and to
- 16:23make people feel bad. And you talk about making people feel bad, imagine
- 16:27how we feel four hundred years ancestories about our slave the mothers and fathers of
- 16:37our slave descendants before what they experience and their education. We weren't educated.
- 16:45They were trying to make us forget our history from Africa, kings and queens,
- 16:52and still some of our African American brothers and sisters still not knowing about
- 16:56the plights, don't know about our history. But we're gonna change it.
- 17:02What are your thoughts of what is it giving us our forty muse and our
- 17:07acres, our repormations out in California, they're working on reformations. What what
- 17:18is your idea and your take on that and maybe doing it across the United
- 17:25States because if you, if you look at it, we all were brought
- 17:29here from a foreign land where all a lot was taken from us. Some
- 17:33of us was brought here, some of us was was already here. Some
- 17:37of us didn't come from Africa. You know. They made all of us
- 17:41to come from Africa, but some of us didn't come from Africa, you
- 17:45know. And everybody has been paid something and given something in this world.
- 17:52You talk about they gave the Indians, the casinos they gave did you you
- 18:00got something? A lot of people have gotten something, but they've yet to
- 18:06give us anything for what we have endured. But we are the ones that
- 18:11they have wanted to continually forgive and forget. They want us to forget that
- 18:18you enslaved us, you beat us, you raped us, you did all
- 18:22this stuff to us. You you want to take it out of the books.
- 18:25You don't want to talk about it, and then when you do talk
- 18:27about it, it's always in your likeness, it's always where you're you're you
- 18:34look good, and we look bad. How can we begin to heal that
- 18:44and to hold people accountable. Well, you know the one thing, like
- 18:49I said, education is number one, but you gotta have it. Have
- 18:52have people that is willing to tell the truth, to be open and honest
- 18:56about it, to be caring. Uh that We're not trying to blame everybody,
- 19:00but just the ones that maybe are a Caucasian that still believes that they
- 19:06were a master race and dragging the rest of the white race down with them.
- 19:11I just think that, you know, for an example, I with
- 19:15my family, my life and health family, I just reached out to them.
- 19:18I didn't know if I was catching or not. And they supported Trump
- 19:21and some are in the Kukahs, Klan and whatnot. But you know,
- 19:25after a decade, they something kind of clicked where it's not about the politics,
- 19:30it's not about the colors, about what connects all of us, and
- 19:33we just need someone to tap into that. And I believe I have that
- 19:37capability of just reaching past color, reaching past hatred and fear and lies that
- 19:44had been told throughout our history. This is the time for Americans to heal
- 19:49because the status quo of how everything has led up from Jim Crow and whatnot
- 19:53before is running ground. And that's why there's a stagnation within our system to
- 20:02let new fresh blood in because then they know, once change happens, the
- 20:07old arguments of the past will fade away. And it must fade away in
- 20:12order for this young generation to propel American to this new generation. But the
- 20:21old arguments of the past must be talked out, and we must not live
- 20:29in fear about each other anymore. There's no reason to it. I mean,
- 20:32I think this generation right now, this generation experience more than any other
- 20:37generation in American history, and it's our responsibility to keep the educational standards about
- 20:44our past in the conversation. We must bring different parties on board to hear
- 20:51out their arguments and their affairs and their beliefs and vice versa. They have
- 20:55to do us the same way. But name calling, fighting and all that,
- 21:00you know, that's what drives us apart. And I believe with fresh
- 21:06new blood in there, especially with me, we can really have a real
- 21:11conversation about what's keeping us apart and finally heal this nation and our and save
- 21:15by democracy. That's what it's going to take, a new leadership, a
- 21:18new face, and somebody's bowled and brave and don't really care about you know
- 21:26that a lot of states have been experiencing is mass incarceration, which a lot
- 21:37of us feel is just another form of slavery and just another way for the
- 21:42prison system to make money. Where if individuals through the research, they'll understand
- 21:48that the prison system used to be a million dollar industry and now it's a
- 21:52trillion dollar industry and it's all off the backs of mostly the immigrants, because
- 22:00if you look at the population of prisons that they're overrunning with male blacks and
- 22:07male Hispanics, and that's in the majority of the states. And that's just
- 22:14a pattern that I've noticed currently working with about sixty inmates in the Texas Judicial
- 22:23System TDCJ. And that is the current that that that that is a pattern.
- 22:29Also, there's a pattern of corruption, and it can be traced back
- 22:33three to four decades. It's not something that just started happening. It's something
- 22:37that's been going on for decades and it needs to be addressed. What will
- 22:42be your stand on a lot of the political corruption that has taking place and
- 22:48being overlooked by the neputism that takes place in this country are also much You
- 22:56look at a lot and I'm just I mean, this is just what I
- 22:59have observed, and this does not reflect the opinions of the station. These
- 23:04are my opinions, These are my thoughts, These are are the things my
- 23:08perspective. But what I have observed, what I have noticed is that a
- 23:15lot of these people get get in power, and then they start getting their
- 23:21nephews, their their son in laws, their their daughter in laws, and
- 23:26all these different other people that's ken to them into office. And then it's
- 23:30like they just stay in office and then they control what goes on in the
- 23:34government, and it's all about them fattening their pockets because if you trace the
- 23:38money, we can definitely see where the money's going. But it's just like
- 23:44so much get overlooked and they get slapped on the wrist. You talk about
- 23:49the current Attorney general in the state of Texas, this man is proven to
- 23:57have had a side piece a wife on his wife, and she came into
- 24:04they brought her to the state capitol. She was walking around, printing around
- 24:08upstairs. Then not go inside of the actual dome thing whatever where they was
- 24:18at, but she was up in the building and they said they was not
- 24:22letting her go in because the wife sit on the Senate floor. Yeah,
- 24:27the wife is a part of the Senate, so she was on the Senate
- 24:32floor. So she was sitting there listening to all this. Didn't know to
- 24:36sitting there. Dumbfound but black and white. They got receipts proven that this
- 24:42man set up fake accounts for Uber. He was Uber into his mistress,
- 24:48He was doing all kinds of stuff that was traced back to him. Yet
- 24:52this man was acquitted. He was acquitted and slapped on the wrist on Friday,
- 24:59and on Sunday he went back to work. But yet you have people
- 25:03that they have locked up incarcerated that are innocent. And these people have now
- 25:10proven theirself to be innocent, but now they got to go through hoops and
- 25:15loops and stuff to get out. When you've been had these people incarcerated for
- 25:21fifteen, twenty thirty forty years, yes, forty years for something that they
- 25:25didn't do. The law party you talk about, can you make sense?
- 25:30Can you please explain to me how can you give a fifteen year old a
- 25:34capital murder life sentence for being in a car and not even knowing what's going
- 25:40on. But I understand the law party or whatever. But you give a
- 25:42child fifteen year old capital life murder. But the person that commit the murder,
- 25:48you give them life and they're eligible for parole in what twenty forty years
- 25:52and they can go home. But this child that didn't even know what they
- 25:56uncle or their boyfriend or they cousin or whoever, what's going to do.
- 26:00They were sitting in the car, didn't even know what they was going to
- 26:03do. You give them a capital life murder sentence and they got to serve
- 26:07forty years yeris to the dough before they can go home. It makes no
- 26:11sense. I don't understand that. And then we talk about these juvenile cases.
- 26:18We talk about these juvenile cases. You got fifteen, sixteen, seventeen,
- 26:21eighteen, nineteen before you turn twenty one. It's been proven that the
- 26:26front of quartets is not fully developed and that you are not mature enough to
- 26:30understand and conceptualize and rationalize what is going on. So it's been proven that
- 26:37no, you are not an adult. But yet they still sentencing our babies
- 26:41like adults. They taking them from the courthouse to these adult facilities, and
- 26:47these kids are having to grow up and if they're not growing up. They're
- 26:51getting molested, they're getting raped, they're getting whatever done to them. That
- 26:55is just totally unacceptable. But this is what is happening in a lot of
- 26:59these states. Texas is one of them. Texas is one of the states
- 27:03that lead the country and and and and and exoneration, execution, and recidivism.
- 27:15And it makes no sense. It makes no sense. The governor,
- 27:19it does nothing. He puts all these these stuff, these tough acts.
- 27:26Big Texas. Don't come to Texas and get in trouble. That that that's
- 27:29that's that's that thing. But they don't believe in rehab. They put these
- 27:34these guys in prison, these women in prison, and and you talk about
- 27:41their conditions that they're living in. I said, I work with inmates that
- 27:45I'm working with sixty right now, eight of them are females, and they
- 27:48tell me about their living conditions. Right now, these prisons are overrunning in
- 27:52the state of Texas. These people are sleeping on the floor. You got
- 27:56people in the medical unit, that's in the medical union. That mean that
- 28:00these people have ailments, something that's going on with their body. But you
- 28:03have them sleeping on the floor inside of the day room. I get reports
- 28:07every single day about what is happening with how they're feeding them. And yesterday
- 28:12over in the Connolly unit, they said that they fit. They was fed
- 28:17food with maggots and the food was fed by the warden. By the warden,
- 28:25and if you go back, you can go back and look at the
- 28:26video because they got video. But we write people, we complain, We've
- 28:32complained to the unbuzzedman. We've complained to just different people. And it's not
- 28:37just in the state of Texas, because we work with different inmates. We're
- 28:40working with inmates in Virginia, We're working with inmates out of Colorado, We're
- 28:42working with inmates in different places. And it's just a pattern that is going
- 28:47on within the judicial system. But now I don't understand why Texas would be
- 28:52sending prisoners to Mississippi instead of letting these people go home. Why would you
- 28:57be sending money out of the state when you can be letting these people go
- 29:00home and they can be back into society and helping pay for their own stuff.
- 29:07Why should we be housing people that can be because the State of Texas
- 29:12is making trillions of dollars off of what this prison system is set up on
- 29:21You talk about their tax system, and they make all of the tax for
- 29:26the state of Texas. There's no one, nothing else in the state of
- 29:30Texas that has the machine to make the tax or the cars. But yet
- 29:33the people that make the prisoners that make the tax, they don't get paid.
- 29:37They do it for free. They literally I did not know that these
- 29:41people could. These people can leave prison, get out, own the highways
- 29:49and drive trucks to make deliveries. Did you know that? Who does that?
- 29:56Who does that? In the state of Texas? They have you get
- 30:00your CDs and you get you getting on pay, but you can drive and
- 30:07make deliveries to wherever they prisoners. Prisoners go get the cd ls, drive,
- 30:15don't get paid. Then they got to go there. After they done,
- 30:18they go back into prison. Yes, these people get to go out
- 30:22and work like normal people. You got these people have regular jobs. They
- 30:30go they bust them up, they go to plants and they work alongside regular
- 30:36people, just like us. They get they clock in just like us,
- 30:41and when they shift or so, they low back up on the bus and
- 30:44go back to prison. That's that's the one that one. They're doing it.
- 30:52They're doing it and it's not something that they just started. That's not
- 30:56something that they just started. These people time they if they have work details,
- 31:00they have to sign in and out for their work details, and nobody
- 31:06get paid. So why am I signing in and out for work details?
- 31:11And why am I clocking in and out? Somebody getting paid somebody the business
- 31:18is getting free labor. Business is getting free labor officers. So that is
- 31:23another form of slavery. That's why the thirteenth Amendment need to be abolished.
- 31:30If they abolished the thirteenth Amendment, well you you free servitude who get free
- 31:37service, that's just another form of slavery. We will slavery to prison because
- 31:47you didn't have prison like that. We didn't have prisons like that. After
- 31:52the fact, when we became free, they figured out another way to incarcerate
- 31:56us and try to make money in a different way. I mean, I've
- 31:59heard about this when I was staying in Alabama growing up and hearing all the
- 32:02stories and stuff like that, and it's true. I mean, we have
- 32:07to reform our prison system. Uh, you know, to to when people
- 32:10commit crimes to me, you have to be rehabilitated right to get back into
- 32:17side and and and do better, and it just seems like you're going you
- 32:22get into prison, you either uh you know, end up mentally. It
- 32:29wasn't a criminal. You become a criminal, and were a criminal, you
- 32:35become a better criminal. That's that's what everybody in person, that's what that's
- 32:40what the kind of setup is in some because they want they want and you
- 32:46know, they want us to be painted as such. Uh so we are.
- 32:52We're gonna reform our person system. As president. I'm going to do
- 32:55the biggest part in non drug violent non violent drug offenders ever in history.
- 33:04So I don't care what color you are. But if you're in there and
- 33:07you're in there for like twenty years about marijuana or something like that, you're
- 33:12gonna be getting up. If it seems like okay, then you mentioned about
- 33:16the how the jails are. I remember in Fulton County where Trump had got
- 33:21arraigned, where people died because of the unsanitary conditions. We're going to allc
- 33:28money to all prisons to revamp them. And that's nothing that. What was
- 33:32going on in Fludston County is nothing like what's going on. Yeah, thats
- 33:39in Alabama where they were starving inmates. We we have like say, I'm
- 33:45a part of another network and does the show every Sunday. She's had individuals
- 33:52on there and a lot of them have come from from Alabama and they talk
- 33:55about how they go on food strikes because they they want to feed them like
- 34:00their animals, and how they were starving individuals. They actually starve a individual
- 34:06down there their pictures. This baby was almost dead and they had to get
- 34:10so many people involved in there where he went in. He was about one
- 34:15hundred and fifty something pounds and this baby got down to eighty six pounds.
- 34:19And I mean so many people had to get involved in order for that prison
- 34:22to do right. And this was during COVID. This was doing COVID.
- 34:28Yeah, I've heard stories social media. Yeah it's sad. Well, we
- 34:35got reforming and and this is under Joe Biden. And again I don't understand
- 34:40that. I just don't. They patterned for our votes, They say they
- 34:45cared about it, they give us a damn holiday, and then we're still
- 34:46going through the same crap over and over and over again. So you know,
- 34:53I just think, like I said, we weren't gonna make some big
- 34:57huge changes here in America. Asked me a question earlier about how can we
- 35:00get rid of how the corrupt our our elected officials are. You got to
- 35:07realize that their main mantra, the main person that they focus on, that
- 35:14they they admire as Donald Trump. And Donald Trump has been accused of sexual
- 35:16impriorities for all his years. He's got away with it. So he's there,
- 35:21they're following him, and they're companying him. What can stop that is
- 35:27pretty much just to show who Donald Trump really is, to remove the clothes
- 35:31of the emperor, and only my story can do that. Now, the
- 35:36Democratic Party can bring up all these charges against Trump, but Trump has already
- 35:40got his constituents believing in his system or democracy is no longer valid, right,
- 35:46So you can't. You can't win the movie. You can lock him
- 35:49up, throw away the key, shoot him, or whatever God forbid.
- 35:52But he's left something in America that is not going to be easily taken away.
- 35:57They're gonna be have to be willing to give it away, throw it
- 36:00off them and say, wait a minute, I didn't sign up for this
- 36:02president. Drum, Wait a minute. You can't just threaten me, you
- 36:06know, this man with the military and then trying to cover it up.
- 36:09You can't do that. So I believe my story can resolve the omnipotence in
- 36:16so many respects of how people admire Trump, and they will look at themselves
- 36:22and say, Okay, maybe we need to change. Maybe not all of
- 36:27them, some of them mostly at first, but eventually all of them will
- 36:30drop Trump. And also with the people that are following Trump, they will
- 36:36eventually go off into the wind somewhere. But I believe my story can really
- 36:40just show the emperor has no clothes and he doesn't. And I've heard you
- 36:47reference your story a couple of times. Would you like to share a little
- 36:52bit of that story so that the people can be aware of exactly what you're
- 36:55talking about? Okay, if you can, I know it may be something
- 37:02that cannot be talked about a lot, but what you can to inform the
- 37:07people, well right quick. As you mentioned earlier, I ran in twenty
- 37:13twenty. And the reason why people have never heard of me because as soon
- 37:15as I announced my run on the twenty seventh of November, thirteen days later,
- 37:21I was contacted by the former president Donald J. Trump on Facebook.
- 37:24But it wasn't him. He wouldn't say it was him. He was pretending
- 37:28to be somebody else by the name of David Van Landingham with the picture of
- 37:30Donald Trump. And we talked on December eighth, ninth, and tenth.
- 37:35On December tenth, that's when Cleveland police decided to call the FBI on my
- 37:39behalf because I contacted them about this guy and pretending he's a cousin of mine.
- 37:45And then all of a sudden, he's talking about he knows where I'm
- 37:47exactly where I'm Elsoner and Nathan Kinsman, and he wants me dead and gone,
- 37:52and the police are his people. And so once that happened, he
- 38:00after I talked to Trump, he sent the military. Three black called military
- 38:02helicopters were seen here in Cleveland. On December ten, twenty eighteen, Cleveland
- 38:07Police called the FBI, made a police report. The Secret Service showed up
- 38:14to my house after I fouled. Okay, So that happened on December ten,
- 38:17twenty eighteen. I was waiting on the FBI to get back in contact
- 38:22with me. They never did. So Donald Trump did weaponize Justice Department against
- 38:25me to keep my story from coming out or from getting any kind of justice
- 38:30or response from the FBI. So when I contacted after I fouled. I
- 38:37found my candidacy for president on May May twentieth or May nineteen, twenty nineteen.
- 38:45So that's when I called the Secret Service and say, hey, look,
- 38:47the FBI has been contacted. I think, you know Trump read in
- 38:51my life. I'm still uncertain it was really him, but when you see
- 38:54the military helicopters and he's like knowing where you're at, is the government?
- 39:00Even the police says his government. So the Secret Service showed up, and
- 39:04you know a couple of things. I'm not going to say the first thing
- 39:07they said, you know, I'm not gonna mention that. But overall they
- 39:10said, mister Linton, that we want you to do us a favor now
- 39:15when your story gets on the news, not but when we do not want
- 39:17you to talk about the threatening text messages that President Trump sent to you or
- 39:22the military hell on compete, he said. I said, wait a minute,
- 39:25hold on, So you're telling me is it was really him? And
- 39:30they said, well, have you seen the news about the president recently?
- 39:32And I said, wait a minute, what do you mean? And I
- 39:37asked him against it wasn't really the president. I said, haven't you seen
- 39:40the news about the president recently? So I looked at my cousin. My
- 39:43cousin looked at me and looking at the Secret Service officers, and it just
- 39:47hit me like okay, okay. So the day before they showed up,
- 39:53Donald Trump mentioned about the whistle blower about the Ukraine call should be shot.
- 39:59Remember that, Yeah, okay. So when I said that, they gave
- 40:02a nod and said it was him. So I had like, Okay,
- 40:07this has never happened before a president of the United States sent the military after
- 40:13American citizen who decided to run for president. Now I'll get into why he
- 40:16came after me. But so I've been fighting for almost five years to get
- 40:23my story out. I definitely is fighting for twenty twenty. My story is
- 40:27supposed to be not in twenty twenty. I could be president right now,
- 40:30but the Democratic Party knew about my story and didn't use it. They intentionally
- 40:35blocked my story from coming out. I don't know if Trump then just department
- 40:38forced them through through the House Ethics, Senate Ethics Committee, or whatever.
- 40:44Something weird was going on. And so after Trump got out of there,
- 40:52Joe Biden became president. So I'm like, all right, maybe Joe Wren
- 40:55do the right thing well gotten picking he didn't do it. He came to
- 41:00Cleveland his first year as president President Biden. I think it was in July
- 41:07of twenty twenty one, I believe, and he met with my congress when
- 41:14Marcy Captor, who first who did my second Freedom of Information Act about the
- 41:20investigation between me and Trump, And he showed up here and met with my
- 41:24congressman for four hours. And then after that he visited my neighborhood here six
- 41:30down, six streets down to eat ice cream from my house and didn't come.
- 41:36I got letters from it from from the from the White House about my
- 41:40story, and they came back, was talking about I'm talking about the guys
- 41:43ballon. They talk about the grass's green, So we're talking about totally opposite.
- 41:47So I filed a two billion dollar federal civil federal lawsuit against the Justice
- 41:52Department because of my Freedom Information Act, which under the jurisdic federal question,
- 42:00which that means that if there it seems like that, if there's a cover
- 42:04up within our government, that the United States Supreme Court would have full power
- 42:07and authority to uncover it. So I found it last year on President's Day
- 42:15weekend, on the eighteenth of February, everything was going good. I have
- 42:21proof. I have proofs to show that. The FBI said that we never
- 42:23contacted them, that there was no police records, and I said, wait
- 42:28a minute, I have contacted them. I've recorded the FBI put it on
- 42:30Facebook, and there are police records with the mentioning of Donald Trump and threatening
- 42:36text messages and three black out military home coompers. That's what the police said.
- 42:39I didn't see three. I just saw one. They said they saw
- 42:43three of flying information. So I fouled it. They accepted it, but
- 42:47on the same day, Judge Pamela A. Barker, who was appointed to
- 42:52my case, decided to dismiss it. So I started the researcher. Come
- 42:59to find out, his handpicked to the federal bench by yes Zu, former
- 43:02President Donald J. Trump. Now, as you remember the judge down in
- 43:07Florida who intervened on Trump's behalf about the monologue rate remember that, all right,
- 43:16So there's a president, there's a president where you know that Joe can
- 43:22do another judge who's you know, on the side of Trump, can get
- 43:23involved. I mean Trump has always been trying to you know, like I
- 43:27gave I gave you this job, do Donnie a favor, get me out
- 43:30of trouble. So after I realized who she was, so I requested her
- 43:38to remove herself from the case. She said no, sheed she attacked the
- 43:45frame my character, saying that as a prisoner, as an inmate, I
- 43:49don't have the right to have my process and feed way for the lawsuit.
- 43:52I mean she had made up eighteen I mean fourteen different cases and mentioned about
- 43:55prisoner as an m and I've never been to prison, never been in so
- 44:01uh she was the frame of my character, which that's she broke rule six
- 44:05o eight. Now I didn't I try to get a lawyer for this.
- 44:09For some odd reason, I'm on some on some government watch lists that Trump
- 44:14put me on that if I call a lawyer, they do some kind of
- 44:17courtesy check with my name and if there's something with my name saying they can't
- 44:22take me, they gonna take me. So I'm sitting like, Okay,
- 44:24I got a case. I got a case, and I can't get a
- 44:30lawyer for this has got to be set up. The lawyers that were like
- 44:36not in the field, but they said I do have a case. So
- 44:38what I did was I fouled it by myself, and uh so after I
- 44:44fouled it, then I realized who the judge were. So now right now
- 44:47I'm in the appeals court and Cincinnati, the six certred Court of Appeals to
- 44:52remove Judge Pamela and Barker for bias against my uh my ad bias against my
- 44:57case, the frame of my character and I mean, I'm sorry, and
- 45:00the threats to our national security when it comes to Donald Trump's threats upon my
- 45:05life. So therefore all the nutshell is right now, it's pending. You've
- 45:10got three judges looking at this case. Could be three Democrats, be Republicans,
- 45:15I don't know. And I turned it in July, so I waited
- 45:21for a response in October. They just now started looking at this I think
- 45:28a week before all of them. So right now I'm just waiting for the
- 45:31judges to look at the case, to appeal my decision to remove the judge
- 45:37and get a new judge so we can finally go to try about this case.
- 45:43So all the nutshell is President Donald J. Trump, when he was
- 45:46president, sent the military to have try to have me assassinated as a presidential
- 45:52candidate for these United States of America. And now President Joe Biden has decided,
- 45:58because he wants to become president, that he wants to keep my story
- 46:00from coming out as well. So we are in real huge trouble. Man.
- 46:07Our democracy is faltering more quickly than we can ever possibly imagine, because
- 46:12we still are not seeing the exact threats that's in front of us. Trump
- 46:16and now President Biden now not saying President Biden had anything to do with a
- 46:22threat in my life or he wants me dead. He just don't want my
- 46:23story to get out because he knows, dogging well, he won't be president.
- 46:27That just symbols that. And now if that's not the case, then
- 46:30why almost for almost five years my story has not been out under two presidents.
- 46:36I mean they tell lie every day day. Every day they tell lie
- 46:39you see on the news. They fool us and make us go kill people
- 46:43and whatever. But for some odd reason, after putting up a two billion
- 46:46dollar lawsuit, my story's still not on the news yet because President Biden's just
- 46:52deprontment told the news over the this is not to run my story. Just
- 46:55like President Biden's Just Department told the news not to run the story. Worry
- 47:00about the secret documents he had before the mitche of betweenty twenty two. So
- 47:04that's that's really what's pretty much what's going on, and I'm not giving up
- 47:07by the fight. Wow. So before we close, is that time and
- 47:15we must close this show. But before we close, what would you like
- 47:21to tell those that are tuning in live and those that will hear this replay
- 47:25how they can support your campaign and why they should support your campaign. Well,
- 47:31again, Angela, I appreciate you allowing me to be on the show.
- 47:35I was getting a little sweaty right there talking about it, because I
- 47:37mean, that's just a tragedy what I went through. But I'm only mostly
- 47:40worried about America mainly. You know, what I need is people that share
- 47:46my story like wildfire Landingham case dot com, like landing a plane going ham
- 47:53case dot com is where you will see the text message between me and Trump
- 47:58December eight ninth and ten. You read it for yourself, he tells in
- 48:00himself at these four times. If you share the story and my case Landingham
- 48:05versus Department of Justice, Google that it will give you the whole run down
- 48:09about the case. If you share it, that would be more powerful than
- 48:15any display of money coming towards me than anything, but education is the key.
- 48:23We need to educate, let the American people know what really happened in
- 48:27the twenty twenty election, that we got to make sure that we must not
- 48:32allow what happened in twenty twenty to allow to happen to get in twenty twenty
- 48:36four, and that I believe that my story can reawaken the American spirit and
- 48:43bring us all together get rid of the corruption within our government. And hopefully
- 48:49the world can see that and realize that America has turned a corner and America
- 48:53is ready to lead again. And I believe landing Hand for president, the
- 48:57People's candidate for the People's justice, will deliver on well. I want to
