We play the game of separation here and consider ourselves to be this person we embody in this life, as if it were a state carved in stone. This first version of our avatar was never our conscious choice (from a soul perspective certainly it was), we were conditioned into this version of us. Many of us, including the people who look calm and relaxed to the outside, are often without knowing it, permanently in an unregulated state of their nervous system and see the world permanently from a survival mode.
