Kids are redesigning Milwaukee’s front page — one crayon at a time. The Journal Sentinel’s Neighborhood Dispatch team is handing out coloring books to young residents at community events, asking them to draw what matters most: playgrounds, ice cream trucks, housing for the unhoused, or neighbors helping neighbors. What emerges? A vibrant, kid-powered vision of their city — from park upgrades to social justice.
