Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control is celebrating a major adoption milestone with nearly 400 animals finding forever homes this July—but they’re also facing an overflow crisis, with nearly 200 new arrivals in just one week and 300 kittens and puppies still waiting in foster care. To help clear space and keep the momentum going, they’re waiving all adoption fees for cats and kittens until August 1st.
