Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #284: Trust Your Gut in the Age of AI
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev Sepsister.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Yeah, just enjoying life, enjoying the conversations. Yeah, great conversations. Yeah,
- 0:16Speaker 2: you know, it's fascinating. So currently I'm fifty five in
- 0:21Speaker 2: this bistle. I think I'm going to start going backwards
- 0:23Speaker 2: from here. I already I've kind of been deciding, like
- 0:26Speaker 2: my next birthday, I'm going to be fifty four. I'm
- 0:27Speaker 2: just going to go the opposite direction and see how
- 0:30Speaker 2: it shows up in the body and what it reflects
- 0:32Speaker 2: and everything like that, because it doesn't all that stuff
- 0:34Speaker 2: doesn't matter anyways, and so the duality of everything, you know,
- 0:37Speaker 2: you hear all this stuff about you know, when you
- 0:39Speaker 2: celebrate birthdays, you're aging yourself every time. It's there's a
- 0:43Speaker 2: whole lot of speculation with all that stuff. But it's like,
- 0:46Speaker 2: that's fine, I'll be fifty for next year, so it's
- 0:48Speaker 2: all good. I'm just going to go the opposite direction,
- 0:52Speaker 2: and it's good.
- 0:54Speaker 3: I'm going to enjoy that.
- 0:55Speaker 2: But with all that being said, I noticed that, like
- 0:57Speaker 2: even at the party, because I'm around a bunch of
- 0:59Speaker 2: younger individuals, the governor, parents and stuff like that, and
- 1:04Speaker 2: I'm hearing their conversations, and I'm also recognizing that I
- 1:09Speaker 2: went out instead of being in that environment, staying in
- 1:11Speaker 2: that environment and eating my food, I just got my
- 1:13Speaker 2: food and went out to it outside where it was
- 1:16Speaker 2: just because they were all in the garage and I
- 1:17Speaker 2: went out where it was just peaceful, there was a
- 1:20Speaker 2: nice airflow, and it's like I noticed that, I'm I
- 1:23Speaker 2: love everybody that was there, but it's nice to be
- 1:26Speaker 2: in that space of the calm and the peacefulness and
- 1:29Speaker 2: to watch everything.
- 1:30Speaker 3: And then also recognizing I'm listening to them and.
- 1:32Speaker 2: They're like talking about you know, weddings and babies and
- 1:35Speaker 2: all that stuff, and they were talking about being being
- 1:40Speaker 2: where they they can't tolerate alcohol as much as they
- 1:43Speaker 2: used to tolerate alcohol because they don't they're not in
- 1:45Speaker 2: that life or their lives. I'm like this because it's
- 1:48Speaker 2: a different phase. You're in a different phase of your life.
- 1:51Speaker 2: And it's like, so you're in this phase in my phase.
- 1:53Speaker 2: It's kind of a strange space sometimes because I because
- 1:55Speaker 2: I feel like I still could fit into that space,
- 1:59Speaker 2: but I also don't resonate in that space, and so
- 2:02Speaker 2: it's it kind of gives me the feeling of being
- 2:05Speaker 2: lost a bit in some of the spaces because not
- 2:08Speaker 2: being sure or even like with the aging thing, like
- 2:11Speaker 2: we were just talking about, even going through that process,
- 2:15Speaker 2: it's it's a there's like a separation because it's like
- 2:19Speaker 2: I don't know where I am to be at this
- 2:21Speaker 2: time in some places, so instead I go outside where
- 2:25Speaker 2: there's this wildlife and animals and while wild children, you know,
- 2:29Speaker 2: running around and having a good time. It's just a
- 2:32Speaker 2: different environment. And so it's just with recognizing all that stuff,
- 2:36Speaker 2: how how I find myself kind of not knowing what
- 2:40Speaker 2: to do with myself in some places because I'm not
- 2:44Speaker 2: I'm not in resonance with everything anymore. So it's it
- 2:47Speaker 2: leaves it leaves it kind of indifferent because I'm not
- 2:51Speaker 2: sure where it's all going, which is which I'm fine with.
- 2:55Speaker 2: So in the meantime, as we were talking about last time,
- 2:57Speaker 2: is just being intentional and creating the things that I'd
- 3:01Speaker 2: like to see or how would I like to be
- 3:03Speaker 2: when I show up or whatever. It's just it's everything
- 3:07Speaker 2: is an opportunity. Every single thing is an opportunity.
- 3:10Speaker 1: And when you talk about when you talk about aging
- 3:13Speaker 1: in the body and such that.
- 3:16Speaker 3: Just want to set the premise that.
- 3:21Speaker 1: How many times have and rhetorical questions, how many times
- 3:27Speaker 1: have you heard the stories of people who have smoke
- 3:30Speaker 1: or had their cuple glass of whiskey every night, or
- 3:35Speaker 1: glass of wine every night, But they're enjoying life, absolutely,
- 3:42Speaker 1: enjoy the people they're around, enjoy the conversations, they laugh,
- 3:45Speaker 1: they crack jokes, and live past one hundred. And then
- 3:49Speaker 1: you have those people who are the healthiest, like they
- 3:54Speaker 1: are healthy, but yet they died at early age, not
- 3:59Speaker 1: because of accidents but natural causes within the body. Well,
- 4:05Speaker 1: I contribute those to mindset and recognizing that you could
- 4:11Speaker 1: be the healthiest person on the planet. You could be
- 4:14Speaker 1: paying attention to what you're consuming in your body, the liquids,
- 4:18Speaker 1: the foods. But if you are struggling with your history
- 4:24Speaker 1: with you, with your childhood, and you're still hanging on
- 4:27Speaker 1: to things that are mentally and emotionally damaging, your body
- 4:33Speaker 1: is going to receive that information and yeah, you're not
- 4:37Speaker 1: going to probably not going to be around as long
- 4:40Speaker 1: as you thought you would. You're going to develop illnesses
- 4:43Speaker 1: and things like that. On the flip side, these people
- 4:46Speaker 1: who are laughing and cracking jokes and enjoying their family
- 4:50Speaker 1: and just love being around people and loving life, and
- 4:54Speaker 1: but not taking care of or being mindful of the
- 4:58Speaker 1: things that they're consuming and live for many may decades
- 5:03Speaker 1: far beyond the healthiest people. Kind of tells you something, right,
- 5:10Speaker 1: So I've been saying for a while since since I
- 5:16Speaker 1: have gone through So let me just back up in
- 5:20Speaker 1: the old version of myself, in those days of shame
- 5:24Speaker 1: and guilt and anger and fear and judgment and all
- 5:25Speaker 1: the things heavy, heavy stuff, I wasn't interested in living,
- 5:33Speaker 1: like somebody just please take me, like, let's end this now,
- 5:37Speaker 1: because this sucks. I don't want to do this anymore.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I thought about doing it myself. But then when I
- 5:44Speaker 1: went through my healing process and as I mental and
- 5:49Speaker 1: emotional healing process, and started feeling lighter and being more
- 5:57Speaker 1: in the moment and enjoying the people I'm around and
- 6:00Speaker 1: enjoying these conversations like Bev and I have Like the
- 6:02Speaker 1: more I have been I have done that, the more
- 6:06Speaker 1: I'm like, Yeah, I'm gonna live past one hundred, probably
- 6:10Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty, I asked my son not too
- 6:12Speaker 1: long ago. I said, I'd probably live around one hundred
- 6:13Speaker 1: and twenty. You okay, with that, He's like, yeah, I'm good.
- 6:17Speaker 1: So it's like, yeah, what it's because life is more
- 6:22Speaker 1: interesting to me now, whereas before hated it, hated it,
- 6:26Speaker 1: they want to be here, yeah, but now it's just like,
- 6:31Speaker 1: even even when things seem chaotic, and even when things uh,
- 6:36Speaker 1: you know, with the AI and some recent mishaps and things,
- 6:43Speaker 1: it's interesting to sit back and watch it and watch
- 6:46Speaker 1: people's reactions to it and notice how I'm reacting to it,
- 6:49Speaker 1: and and notice where how it's beneficial, and how notice
- 6:53Speaker 1: the outcomes of things that seem traumatic, and and just
- 6:57Speaker 1: watching these dynamics from a different point of you because
- 7:00Speaker 1: I've done so much healing within myself with my history,
- 7:04Speaker 1: and I'm just like when people ask me, how are
- 7:08Speaker 1: you doing, and I and typically the answer is I'm good.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I genuinely mean I'm good, whereas other people and they
- 7:17Speaker 1: say oh, I'm good, you can tell yeah, they're lying
- 7:19Speaker 1: there's something deeper going or fabulous, I'm marvelous, I'm great.
- 7:24Speaker 1: I said that the other day. I said, oh, I'm fabulous,
- 7:26Speaker 1: and the person I hugged said, well, I said, how
- 7:31Speaker 1: are you? She said, well, I can't say that I'm fabulous,
- 7:34Speaker 1: but I'm doing okay, and I say, hey, this is
- 7:37Speaker 1: we're going to get through this right, So whatever our
- 7:41Speaker 1: conversation was, and and so be mindful of how you're
- 7:51Speaker 1: treating your body on all levels mental, emotional, and physical
- 7:54Speaker 1: and spiritual. I strongly feel a spiritual is a huge
- 7:58Speaker 1: part of that too. So I just had to throw
- 8:03Speaker 1: that in there about aging.
- 8:06Speaker 3: Yeah, no, I totally totally get it.
- 8:09Speaker 2: But it's a mindset I feel like in a lot
- 8:11Speaker 2: of ways, and I think there but there's so much
- 8:12Speaker 2: duality within self, and so we could do the same
- 8:15Speaker 2: thing with that is like set with age, like what
- 8:18Speaker 2: what do you feel in your body when you start
- 8:19Speaker 2: talking about age? And then you know, walk yourself through it,
- 8:22Speaker 2: like walk yourself through it, feeling the emotions of it.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Feel where it came from a lot of a lot
- 8:27Speaker 2: of my mom. My mom wouldn't even go to the
- 8:29Speaker 2: mailbox without megapon and stuff like that, even when she
- 8:31Speaker 2: was from young. So she probably learned that from somebody
- 8:34Speaker 2: over her too, even though she was beautiful without it.
- 8:37Speaker 2: So it's just it's just that mindset. It was that mindset,
- 8:41Speaker 2: you know, you know, or not going to the grocery store.
- 8:43Speaker 2: You didn't go anywhere without being presentable.
- 8:45Speaker 3: So that goes way back.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Though, that goes way back.
- 8:50Speaker 2: It really does, It really does that, because that's that
- 8:53Speaker 2: was a mindset, that was a mindset that was pretty
- 8:56Speaker 2: much encompassed the majority.
- 9:00Speaker 1: We're not.
- 9:01Speaker 3: I don't feel like we're in that space anymore.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Because even with everything that's gone on in the world,
- 9:08Speaker 2: the stuff lately, I find myself more neutral, even having
- 9:12Speaker 2: conversations with people on what we would call both sides
- 9:16Speaker 2: of a situation and just hearing where they're coming from
- 9:20Speaker 2: and being neutral about it because guess what, that's their feelings,
- 9:24Speaker 2: that's their perceptions, and their perceptions are from their experiences
- 9:27Speaker 2: and their lives. So it's like, for me, how can
- 9:30Speaker 2: I sit and be in the judgment of those people.
- 9:32Speaker 3: They're struggling.
- 9:33Speaker 2: So it's great for us to be here to learn
- 9:35Speaker 2: how to be communicators, to learn how to navigate through
- 9:38Speaker 2: all of the emotions and stuff, to be able to
- 9:42Speaker 2: sit and feel these things instead of being afraid because
- 9:45Speaker 2: it's never going to end. It's going to be so
- 9:47Speaker 2: encompassing that that's it. It's just going to kill us.
- 9:50Speaker 2: And that's not the way that this is and it's
- 9:52Speaker 2: not going to last forever. It's going to pass and
- 9:54Speaker 2: everything's going to be okay. Yeah, but we all have
- 9:58Speaker 2: to walk through the stuff. We walk through the stuff
- 10:00Speaker 2: we walked through it to me, I almost I can
- 10:03Speaker 2: see like a burning building and everything flames by me, like.
- 10:06Speaker 3: Just walk it. I just walked through it.
- 10:08Speaker 2: It's not ours to carry anymore because you're not going
- 10:11Speaker 2: to carry a hot cold, not for very long.
- 10:13Speaker 3: It's going to burn yet.
- 10:15Speaker 2: So it's just being in that process of recognizing that
- 10:18Speaker 2: it's okay for people to have their own opinions. It's
- 10:22Speaker 2: okay for them to have their experiences, Okay for them
- 10:24Speaker 2: to lose their mind, it's okay because guess what, I'd
- 10:28Speaker 2: want to be okay knowing that I could do all
- 10:30Speaker 2: those things too if I needed to. But it's also
- 10:33Speaker 2: okay for me to be okay even amongst everything else.
- 10:37Speaker 2: If people are all sad and depressed and everything else,
- 10:39Speaker 2: it's okay for me to be happy. I don't have
- 10:42Speaker 2: to feel the same thing that everybody else is feeling,
- 10:45Speaker 2: right because I'm more powerful and I'm stronger in that
- 10:47Speaker 2: position staying in my power than being in the same
- 10:52Speaker 2: soup with everybody else.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Yep, I agree, and that was this that was an
- 11:01Speaker 1: event last night that we had community event and on
- 11:11Speaker 1: from an attendees perspective, because I heard it over and
- 11:16Speaker 1: over and over from many many of them as they
- 11:18Speaker 1: were leaving, this is this was wonderful, This was beautiful.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I did a great job. Like just kudos after kudos
- 11:25Speaker 1: after kudos as they're walking out the door. On the
- 11:29Speaker 1: flip side of that, on the back end of the
- 11:36Speaker 1: people putting the event on, oh my god, this wasn't
- 11:40Speaker 1: this isn't right. That's not right. They're not doing this
- 11:43Speaker 1: like it was chaos and this is an event even
- 11:48Speaker 1: though it's through my work, this was an event that
- 11:50Speaker 1: I did not participate in planning. I and we've been
- 11:56Speaker 1: planning this for months. I stayed on the sidelines and
- 12:01Speaker 1: helped from the backside of what needed.
- 12:03Speaker 3: To be done.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I didn't go to the meetings. I think I went
- 12:07Speaker 1: to one meeting and for the planning and all the things.
- 12:12Speaker 1: And to be witnessed to both sides last night was
- 12:17Speaker 1: I say last night, so when this this post is
- 12:20Speaker 1: going to be several days past. But to hear both
- 12:25Speaker 1: sides and that not be invested in either side. I sat,
- 12:33Speaker 1: I stood in the back of the room during the
- 12:35Speaker 1: event and watched it and just scan the room, watched
- 12:38Speaker 1: the room and if anybody came up to me needing
- 12:41Speaker 1: any assistance or whatever. And also talking to the people
- 12:45Speaker 1: who were who were putting it on and you know,
- 12:47Speaker 1: choreographing the event and listening to their perspective. Was like, Wow,
- 12:55Speaker 1: it was a different space to be in and uh,
- 13:01Speaker 1: very interesting space to be and actually so I felt
- 13:05Speaker 1: very at this now talking about it. It was a
- 13:10Speaker 1: gift to be in that space of not being attached
- 13:13Speaker 1: to either side and listening to the different perspectives.
- 13:18Speaker 3: And that's what it was.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Just perspectives from the perspective of the attendee and the
- 13:24Speaker 1: perspective of the person or the people putting it on.
- 13:27Speaker 1: And that's what we do in life. Bev and I
- 13:31Speaker 1: have an experience together. There's her perspective, there's my perspective,
- 13:35Speaker 1: and they could be on opposite ends. It's just the
- 13:40Speaker 1: eyes we're looking at it through. It's the also our stories,
- 13:45Speaker 1: our own stories from our history, from our childhood and
- 13:49Speaker 1: adulthood that we've implemented into the experience, from our perspective,
- 13:57Speaker 1: from the eyes that we are looking at the experience through,
- 14:01Speaker 1: and we're going to have two completely Probably most likely,
- 14:07Speaker 1: it happens all the time. It's not like every once
- 14:11Speaker 1: in a while. It's all the time. When you have
- 14:14Speaker 1: two people, two or more people looking at an experience
- 14:17Speaker 1: or having an experience, they all have different perspectives. They're
- 14:22Speaker 1: never the same story. They might have similarities in some aspects,
- 14:27Speaker 1: but they will not be the same stories because of
- 14:31Speaker 1: my emotional state is going to come into my experience,
- 14:35Speaker 1: and I'm going to see that experience through my emotional state,
- 14:39Speaker 1: through my mindset, through my programming, how have I been?
- 14:43Speaker 1: What was my upbringing for my belief system? And then
- 14:47Speaker 1: Bev's going to have hers, and then there's the next
- 14:50Speaker 1: person who's witnessing it as what like, everybody's going to
- 14:54Speaker 1: have a different story, different perspective of what it was like.
- 15:03Speaker 1: And that's the same with now you have this side
- 15:05Speaker 1: and you have that side, and they're saying things from
- 15:08Speaker 1: their perspective. Also based on these thirty to ninety second
- 15:12Speaker 1: clips of they show the best clips, and the people
- 15:19Speaker 1: who resonate that with that think, Okay, well, this person's
- 15:22Speaker 1: the greatest person in the world, and we love it.
- 15:24Speaker 1: And then they show a clip of thirty to ninety
- 15:27Speaker 1: second clip or segment of probably the same could be
- 15:31Speaker 1: the same speech, same presentation, only it's in a negative
- 15:36Speaker 1: or derogatory way in that segment, and that's the segment
- 15:41Speaker 1: they show, not the whole context, And so everybody who
- 15:43Speaker 1: resonates with that thinks, well, this person's the worst person
- 15:46Speaker 1: on the planet. So now you have two opposing sides.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Who's right, who's wrong, neither neither.
- 15:54Speaker 3: And that's where we come into place.
- 15:55Speaker 2: And I was when I start talking, I'm thinking we're
- 15:59Speaker 2: changing things all ready, because we're both doing That's why
- 16:01Speaker 2: we crack up, because you just said it not too
- 16:03Speaker 2: long ago, or in one of these recordings that you know,
- 16:06Speaker 2: we come together and we have these conversations and they're
- 16:08Speaker 2: so relevant with each other. We don't even know how
- 16:11Speaker 2: the relevancy of any of it until we start having
- 16:14Speaker 2: the conversation, but it was. It was impactful to be
- 16:17Speaker 2: in that neutral space and not be attached to anything,
- 16:20Speaker 2: and to listen to the other person's opinion and still
- 16:22Speaker 2: not have an attachment to it. To me, that's we're
- 16:25Speaker 2: shifting things, you and I and all the other people
- 16:27Speaker 2: that are having the same experience right now, we're shifting
- 16:30Speaker 2: for the greater good of all. We're shifting everybody to
- 16:34Speaker 2: be become more neutral to see it instead of having
- 16:37Speaker 2: an opinion and thinking, well, they're wrong, off with their heads.
- 16:40Speaker 3: That's not how it works. That's unrealistic. So, you know,
- 16:45Speaker 3: I just I've.
- 16:46Speaker 2: Been looking at a lot of that stuff and becoming
- 16:48Speaker 2: more neutral about it, becoming or at least trying to
- 16:51Speaker 2: find the positive because to me, everything has a positive.
- 16:53Speaker 3: It comes from it everything.
- 16:55Speaker 2: There's always something that has come that's been good out
- 16:58Speaker 2: of a situation.
- 16:59Speaker 3: Always.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Yeah, those are the conversations to have. Yeah, I've been
- 17:03Speaker 2: talking to people recently. They talked about the nine to
- 17:05Speaker 2: eleven stuff. I'm not saying that the stuff didn't happen,
- 17:09Speaker 2: but they presented every single year and then put people
- 17:15Speaker 2: back into that emotional experience, not from a positive space,
- 17:17Speaker 2: but from a negative space, from a fearful space, from
- 17:21Speaker 2: a hurt space. I want to hear of the stories
- 17:23Speaker 2: that came out of that that are amazing, the babies
- 17:26Speaker 2: that came from that experience because of the situations. I
- 17:29Speaker 2: want to hear about all that wonderful stuff, because there's
- 17:32Speaker 2: wonderful stuff out there, but people aren't talking about it.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Or they're not or.
- 17:42Speaker 2: To our way through it. It's not just about the Holocaust.
- 17:46Speaker 2: It's about how did all those people that came through that.
- 17:49Speaker 2: We've heard some amazing stories from people that have been
- 17:51Speaker 2: in those experiences still raising their kids to still be
- 17:54Speaker 2: positive even though all that negativity was going on around them.
- 17:57Speaker 2: It's an opportunity. Everything is an opportunity. Yeah, one feels
- 18:01Speaker 2: better than the other for sure.
- 18:03Speaker 1: Yeah, yep. I was really going to bring this up
- 18:11Speaker 1: on recording. I was going to talk to you about
- 18:13Speaker 1: when we got done. But there's a very influential person
- 18:16Speaker 1: who just was had his life taken and the outcome
- 18:23Speaker 1: of that has been fully crap and it's I just
- 18:30Speaker 1: got chills, like total shills. Not to go on a
- 18:38Speaker 1: religious side of it, but the side of people are
- 18:42Speaker 1: interested in being and doing better. People are interested in
- 18:46Speaker 1: the person next to them in their well being. There's
- 18:50Speaker 1: there's a ginormous shift because of something that was so
- 18:57Speaker 1: traumatic in the moment has turned out to be so beautiful. Yeah,
- 19:03Speaker 1: and that's one of the things that I'm kind of
- 19:06Speaker 1: referencing when I'm saying, you have thirty to ninety seconds
- 19:10Speaker 1: of a presentation, a conversation, a debate, whatever it was,
- 19:15Speaker 1: whatever it could be, and you're basing your judgment on
- 19:23Speaker 1: somebody by what they said in thirty to ninety seconds.
- 19:28Speaker 1: There was a whole could have been our two hour
- 19:31Speaker 1: conversation presentation, and you're not getting the full story. And
- 19:38Speaker 1: a lot of people I've seen this over and over
- 19:40Speaker 1: and over again. A lot of people had based their
- 19:44Speaker 1: opinions their judgments on this person based on those short
- 19:48Speaker 1: clips that he was just horrible, and they actually went
- 19:54Speaker 1: and people are going back and watching the full versions
- 19:59Speaker 1: of these videos and have completely flipped their opinion of
- 20:03Speaker 1: this person right, wrong and different. How you stand with
- 20:06Speaker 1: it doesn't matter to me. The point is there's way
- 20:10Speaker 1: more going on with conversations than these reels, these short
- 20:16Speaker 1: clips and all the things. And it's coming back to
- 20:22Speaker 1: and I'll probably say this until we take our last breath,
- 20:26Speaker 1: It's going to come down to your intuition. There's been
- 20:32Speaker 1: multiple times that I've seen short clips and they didn't
- 20:35Speaker 1: feel good, and I'm like, this doesn't seem right, this
- 20:38Speaker 1: doesn't feel good, and just sit with it, and then
- 20:44Speaker 1: later I will see that same clip and people having
- 20:49Speaker 1: engagement about it, of sharing their opinions of the information
- 20:54Speaker 1: that they are receiving, and then they're like, did you
- 20:57Speaker 1: watch the whole video?
- 20:59Speaker 3: Did you watch the whole thing?
- 21:01Speaker 1: Did you listen to what was actually being said? And
- 21:05Speaker 1: and people are like, oh no, you know, your intuition
- 21:09Speaker 1: is your guidance, and it's going to come down to that,
- 21:12Speaker 1: especially with AI because of now the the AI is
- 21:18Speaker 1: so good at I can create an AI version of
- 21:21Speaker 1: myself and use that for videos, and it's getting so
- 21:27Speaker 1: it's really difficult to tell. Is that the real amy
- 21:30Speaker 1: or is that the AI version of amy? Your intuition
- 21:33Speaker 1: is what's going to guide you. And this this is
- 21:37Speaker 1: so important. As the AI gets bigger and bigger, it's here,
- 21:40Speaker 1: it's going to stay, it's not going away. You got
- 21:44Speaker 1: to listen to your intuition when it comes to AI,
- 21:46Speaker 1: when it comes to conversations, when it comes to social
- 21:49Speaker 1: media content. That's where this is.
- 21:52Speaker 3: How is your body feeling? Right?
- 21:54Speaker 1: We talked about this over and over and over again.
- 21:57Speaker 1: How is your body feeling when you are engaging in
- 22:01Speaker 1: the stuff that you're seeing on your platforms.
- 22:05Speaker 2: It's true and I'm in agreeance with everything I was
- 22:08Speaker 2: listening to and I said last time, I said, Kyle
- 22:10Speaker 2: Grave it was actually Lee Harris, and Lee Harris was
- 22:12Speaker 2: the one that was saying. And then it's like all
- 22:14Speaker 2: this stuff happened because I was listening to Lee Harris
- 22:16Speaker 2: the same day that that all happened, and he was saying,
- 22:19Speaker 2: our souls know when the best time it is for
- 22:22Speaker 2: us to leave. That's for the greater good for our
- 22:25Speaker 2: all community, for our community, it's for the benefit of everybody.
- 22:29Speaker 2: And I would say that I have seen a huge benefit.
- 22:31Speaker 2: I hadn't seen what you're saying right now, and I
- 22:33Speaker 2: love what you're saying.
- 22:35Speaker 3: It makes perfect sense to me. I understand that. I
- 22:37Speaker 3: do know that I have been.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Talking to people even recently, we talked about using your
- 22:43Speaker 2: intuition when you're looking at that stuff, and then me
- 22:45Speaker 2: even feeling like, what how did I feel.
- 22:47Speaker 3: When I saw that? What did I notice? And so
- 22:49Speaker 3: it's really like you said, our intuition is our guidance.
- 22:53Speaker 3: It is for everything. We can sit and listen to
- 22:55Speaker 3: everybody else's.
- 22:58Speaker 2: Feelings about it, and it's coming from hurt places, or
- 23:01Speaker 2: it's coming from anger places, or it's come you know,
- 23:04Speaker 2: but it's if it's coming from a neutral space, there's
- 23:07Speaker 2: always there's a greater goods for everything. There's a benefit
- 23:10Speaker 2: for everything, for this person, for that, for everything to
- 23:14Speaker 2: have transpired the way it has, there has been a
- 23:17Speaker 2: huge growth. And maybe that's where we're We came into
- 23:20Speaker 2: a neutral place. Maybe that's us all coming into that
- 23:24Speaker 2: space because I always felt like this person when I
- 23:27Speaker 2: saw him, was neutral and giving information, basic with with
- 23:33Speaker 2: no with no energy about it one way or the other.
- 23:36Speaker 2: It just was information, and so I valued a lot
- 23:40Speaker 2: of that stuff that came through. And so to be
- 23:43Speaker 2: in this space where where I'm hearing other people telling me,
- 23:46Speaker 2: well he said this and this and this and and
- 23:49Speaker 2: now you're you've answered the reason why they feel that
- 23:51Speaker 2: also they're going, they're coming. They're looking at it through
- 23:53Speaker 2: their victim. They're not looking at it through a neutral
- 23:57Speaker 2: space or from a possibility like what how is this
- 24:01Speaker 2: happening for us?
- 24:03Speaker 3: Because there is a greatness that's happening for us.
- 24:05Speaker 2: And then there was a picture of a person that
- 24:08Speaker 2: was sitting on the side of the road and he says, well,
- 24:10Speaker 2: I guess, and I'm not going to use this name,
- 24:12Speaker 2: he says, I guess We're all this person.
- 24:14Speaker 3: Now.
- 24:14Speaker 2: It's up to us all now to be this person
- 24:17Speaker 2: for us to go out there and educate ourselves and
- 24:20Speaker 2: you know, trust use our intuition to be the guide
- 24:24Speaker 2: for that information. It's important. It's just we're all in
- 24:28Speaker 2: this learning place. And if that person, if that one
- 24:30Speaker 2: person can have such an effect on so many people,
- 24:33Speaker 2: how much of a blessing.
- 24:34Speaker 3: Thank you for showing up, sir, yep, thank you for
- 24:38Speaker 3: showing up.
- 24:39Speaker 1: And that just goes He did that through through showing
- 24:42Speaker 1: up in person, having conversations, debates.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Verbal.
- 24:49Speaker 1: So he showed up verbally and look at the impact
- 24:52Speaker 1: he had on the world. Now, think about the impact
- 24:58Speaker 1: you have just from your remtional state and your mental state.
- 25:03Speaker 1: That that's affecting your nervous system, and that is the
- 25:07Speaker 1: energy you're projecting, right, And we have the ability with
- 25:14Speaker 1: our energy alone to affect so many people everywhere we go.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I've been paying attention to it at work more and more.
- 25:24Speaker 1: Even though I know this stuff, even though I've practiced it,
- 25:29Speaker 1: I still get caught up in my human side. I
- 25:32Speaker 1: still get caught up in the day to day tasks
- 25:34Speaker 1: and just focused on all of that that I do.
- 25:37Speaker 1: I forget about my energy. I forget about maintaining my energy.
- 25:42Speaker 1: I forget about how I am affecting the office environment.
- 25:47Speaker 1: I do totally forget about it, and then when things
- 25:52Speaker 1: go off, like some discord going on, I have to go, Okay,
- 26:01Speaker 1: who am I contributing to this?
- 26:03Speaker 3: Did I do?
- 26:04Speaker 1: Because I will, I'll take a responsibility. There's times I
- 26:06Speaker 1: get wrapped up in my human side and I'm just
- 26:08Speaker 1: like I'm a ball of fire and not in a
- 26:11Speaker 1: good way, and it's like, oh, I did that, I
- 26:16Speaker 1: contributed this. I need to check myself.
- 26:18Speaker 3: I need to.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Take a break, I need to walk away, I need
- 26:22Speaker 1: to breathe, I need to do whatever I need to do,
- 26:24Speaker 1: get myself centered and grounded so I can shift this
- 26:26Speaker 1: energy because it is so uncomfortable and it's and it
- 26:31Speaker 1: could be that maybe I picked up on somebody's energy
- 26:34Speaker 1: and and I'm well contributing to that energy, or I've
- 26:43Speaker 1: created the energy and other people are picking up on
- 26:46Speaker 1: me and it's just stirring and sifting and get them stronger.
- 26:50Speaker 1: But the fact is we affect each other in so
- 26:52Speaker 1: many ways. And it's not just in the way that
- 26:54Speaker 1: he showed up. It's the way that we show up
- 26:57Speaker 1: every single day around people. And it could be just
- 27:02Speaker 1: how are you showing up in your home. It could
- 27:05Speaker 1: be just you in your home, but when people come
- 27:08Speaker 1: into your home, they feel your energy. So we have
- 27:14Speaker 1: the ability to impact hundreds of thousands of people, thousands
- 27:20Speaker 1: of people just on the way we feel within ourselves,
- 27:23Speaker 1: and so that's pretty important. Then when we know that
- 27:30Speaker 1: love is stronger than fear, and you decide which path
- 27:34Speaker 1: you want to be on. Am I one hundred percent
- 27:38Speaker 1: on it every single day? No? I am not. But
- 27:42Speaker 1: I also have the awareness of when I'm not, and
- 27:45Speaker 1: I do my best to not stay in that uncomfortable space.
- 27:52Speaker 3: Nice I like it.
- 27:55Speaker 2: So the thing is we have to listen to our
- 27:57Speaker 2: navigational system. We don't have to Our navigational system is
- 28:01Speaker 2: our intuition, and it's finding ways of how can I
- 28:05Speaker 2: listen to it? How can I hear it better? How
- 28:08Speaker 2: do I know that my intuition is guiding me? What
- 28:10Speaker 2: does that feel like? What does that look like? It's
- 28:12Speaker 2: up to each individual to start asking themselves questions. I
- 28:16Speaker 2: haven't sat with AI with that, but like, how can
- 28:19Speaker 2: I work with my intuition more might be a great
- 28:21Speaker 2: question someplace to start, Like how can I practice that
- 28:24Speaker 2: on the daily so that I've become stronger and stronger intuitively,
- 28:28Speaker 2: because that's the for me at the stage of life
- 28:31Speaker 2: that is the most and I feel like it applies
- 28:34Speaker 2: at everage of life that I've been through so far,
- 28:36Speaker 2: that our intuition is the most important and powerful aspect
- 28:41Speaker 2: of us that we don't it's underutilized, it has been,
- 28:46Speaker 2: but I think we're stepping into that space of noticing it.
- 28:50Speaker 2: And I've said before a long many years ago in
- 28:52Speaker 2: one of the recordings, if you're watching stuff and you're
- 28:55Speaker 2: getting all caught up in it, turn off the sound
- 28:58Speaker 2: to it, rewind it and watch it again, and really
- 29:01Speaker 2: tune into your body, tune into your intuition and see
- 29:04Speaker 2: what you pick up.
- 29:06Speaker 3: See what you notice.
- 29:07Speaker 2: You're probably gonna notice on some of this stuff not
- 29:09Speaker 2: real as it's being portrayed, and other stuff is probably
- 29:14Speaker 2: a little bit more real, and it's still not being
- 29:17Speaker 2: discussed enough. But the only way you're gonna know that
- 29:19Speaker 2: is by tuning into yourself.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Yeah, So there's your practice. Pay attention to yourself, Get
- 29:28Speaker 1: more attention to yourself than you do everybody else, and
- 29:30Speaker 1: you'll be amazed to what happens. Truth truth, statement, Right,
- 29:35Speaker 1: It is all right, friends, there's a huge shift happening.
- 29:41Speaker 1: I believe it. I strongly believe it, and just just
- 29:45Speaker 1: watch how it unfolds, and I think it's going to
- 29:48Speaker 1: be amazing, and I'm here for it. I'm excited. But
- 29:53Speaker 1: more importantly, pay attention to yourself and how you're shifting
- 29:56Speaker 1: your own energy to be more in a space of
- 29:58Speaker 1: love than fear. Love over fear.
- 30:03Speaker 3: Light.
- 30:04Speaker 1: There's no light without darkness, right, I'm not saying this right,
- 30:11Speaker 1: So just give me a second. If there's darkness, there's
- 30:16Speaker 1: no darkness. If there's light, there we go. My brain's
- 30:19Speaker 1: not computing there's no darkness. If there's light, even the
- 30:24Speaker 1: tiniest pinhole of light, there's no darkness.
- 30:27Speaker 3: So choose to be.
- 30:29Speaker 1: More in the light and love and grace and ease.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Giving each other grace and ees because we all have
- 30:36Speaker 1: our own programming and history and mental, emotional, physical, spiritual
- 30:44Speaker 1: package that's affecting our being and the way we show up,
- 30:48Speaker 1: and so giving people some grace and ease. But in
- 30:53Speaker 1: all of that, give yourself some grace and ease and
- 30:56Speaker 1: be on a path to do and be better. I
- 30:59Speaker 1: talk about that all the time. It always comes up
- 31:02Speaker 1: in my classes. Most of the time I'll say when
- 31:05Speaker 1: we're doing recordings, my goal every single day is to
- 31:10Speaker 1: be and do better. And when I do that for myself,
- 31:14Speaker 1: I show up in the world better. So just make
- 31:18Speaker 1: that a goal that's and then that brings self awareness.
- 31:25Speaker 3: I love it.
- 31:26Speaker 1: With that, have these conversations.
- 31:29Speaker 3: Be courageous. You can.
- 31:30Speaker 1: You can share our content. We're on Facebook, Instagram, Google,
- 31:36Speaker 1: podcast addict, TikTok, YouTube, Spreaker, Spotify, and there are other
- 31:43Speaker 1: people looking for this kind of information. So if it's
- 31:45Speaker 1: resonating with you, share it.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Or share talk.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Actually have a conversation of how how it resonated for you.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Let's talk to each other.
- 31:58Speaker 3: Yes, let's let's communicate.
- 31:59Speaker 2: Be we're teaching everybody how to do it and then
- 32:01Speaker 2: we're learning at the same time because we don't know
- 32:03Speaker 2: how to do it ideally either.
- 32:05Speaker 3: Yeah, we're all work in progress.
- 32:09Speaker 1: All right, friends, thanks for hanging out with us, teach
- 32:11Speaker 1: time with Amy and Bev. Just watch what happens. I'm excited.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Take care and we'll see you next time.
