- Lucas: Hei, og velkommen til episode 21 of Learn Norwegian with Fexingo. I'm Lucas. Luna: And I'm Luna. Ready for another tiny lesson? Lucas: Absolutely. Today, we're going to learn some body parts in Norwegian. Very useful for talking about yourself or even singing a song. Luna: Ooh, like head, shoulders, knees, and toes? That kind of thing? Lucas: Exactly. Let's start with the head. In Norwegian, head is 'hode'. Say it after me: hode. Luna: Hode. Hmm, that sounds like 'ho-deh'. Is that right? Lucas: Perfect. Hode. Now, shoulders. In Norwegian, shoulders is 'skuldre'. Try it: skuldre. Luna: Skuldre. Skuldre. That's fun. Skuldre. Lucas: Great. Next, knees. Knees is 'knær'. Say it: knær. Luna: Knær. Knær. That's a bit tricky. Knær. Lucas: You got it. And finally, toes. Toes is 'tær'. Try: tær. Luna: Tær. Tær. Short and sweet. Lucas: So let's say them all together. Hode, skuldre, knær, tær. Luna: Hode, skuldre, knær, tær. Lucas: Now, let's make a little scene. Imagine you're pointing at your head and saying 'dette er hodet mitt' — this is my head. But for now, just focus on the words. Hode. Luna: Hode. I can do that. Lucas: And if you touch your shoulders, you say 'skuldre'. Luna: Skuldre. Like 'skuldre'. Lucas: Exactly. For knees, 'knær'. Luna: Knær. Knær. Lucas: And for toes, 'tær'. Luna: Tær. I think I've got them. Lucas: Let's do a quick drill. I'll say the English, you say the Norwegian. Head. Luna: Hode. Lucas: Shoulders. Luna: Skuldre. Lucas: Knees. Luna: Knær. Lucas: Toes. Luna: Tær. Lucas: You're doing great. Now let's reverse it. I say the Norwegian, you say the English. Hode. Luna: Head. Lucas: Skuldre. Luna: Shoulders. Lucas: Knær. Luna: Knees. Lucas: Tær. Luna: Toes. Lucas: Perfect. Now, remember last episode we learned the months? Well, you can use these body parts to talk about what hurts. For example, 'hodet mitt gjør vondt' — my head hurts. But we'll save that for another episode. Luna: Good idea. One step at a time. Lucas: Exactly. So let's practice one more time. Repeat after me: hode. Luna: Hode. Lucas: Skuldre. Luna: Skuldre. Lucas: Knær. Luna: Knær. Lucas: Tær. Luna: Tær. Lucas: And all together: hode, skuldre, knær, tær. Luna: Hode, skuldre, knær, tær. I feel like singing a song. Lucas: Maybe in a future episode. For now, great job, Luna. You've learned four new body parts in Norwegian. Luna: Thanks, Lucas. This was fun. I'll practice pointing at my head and saying 'hode'. Lucas: That's the spirit. Keep practicing with Fexingo, and we'll see you next time. Ha det, Luna. Luna: Ha det, Lucas. Vi snakkes!
