Indian River School District is gearing up for the 2026-27 school year with a packed schedule of open houses in September—perfect for families to meet teachers, tour classrooms, and ease into the new academic year. Kindergarten, sixth, ninth graders, and Howard T. Ennis students kick off on Sept. 8, followed by grades 1–5, 7–8, and 10–12 on Sept. 9. Preschool starts later, on Sept. 16.
