- 3:17Speaker 4: I mean the date was mostly good, okay, Like it
- 3:22Speaker 4: was going well for a while, okay, And you know, yes,
- 3:26Speaker 4: I at the beginning of it, okay, you know, I
- 3:31Speaker 4: did no a connection and I thought I probably would
- 3:33Speaker 4: see him again and all that, but then he just
- 3:37Speaker 4: did something that just really kind of put me off.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Okay, so I was wondering this. He said, he paid,
- 3:45Speaker 1: he didn't overdrink, he was polite. What did he do
- 3:48Speaker 1: that turned you off?
- 3:50Speaker 2: Okay?
- 3:51Speaker 4: So I'm a server and you know, like I said,
- 3:55Speaker 4: most of it was fine, but that at one point
- 3:57Speaker 4: he was he like snapped, get the we get our
- 4:02Speaker 4: service attention.
- 4:03Speaker 3: And wait, did he.
- 4:05Speaker 1: Snap his finger or snapped like yelled at somebody snapped?
- 4:08Speaker 4: Had he put his hand up in the air, like
- 4:10Speaker 4: snapped his fingers like oh, waiter type of move, you
- 4:13Speaker 4: know what I mean? And it just like it was
- 4:15Speaker 4: really off putting, Like I hate when people do that
- 4:17Speaker 4: to me. I just feel like it's so rude, Like
- 4:20Speaker 4: I kind of just wait a minute, like you know
- 4:22Speaker 4: what I mean, like, don't come back, you don't melt
- 4:24Speaker 4: snapping your fingers.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Mal nab Mels, Jared, I don't remember snapping my fingers
- 4:30Speaker 2: at at the server, but I just raising my hand.
- 4:34Speaker 1: Mel, I should like, you know, Jared's on the line.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Go ahead, Jared. Did you really snap your fingers at
- 4:39Speaker 1: the waitress?
- 4:39Speaker 2: Jared, No, I don't remember snapping my fingers. I just
- 4:42Speaker 2: just raised my hand. She was she was walking around
- 4:45Speaker 2: with wine and our glasses were empty. I just wanted,
- 4:48Speaker 2: you know, to get her attention. I apologize if I
- 4:51Speaker 2: snapped my fingers.
- 4:53Speaker 4: It's not like obviously it's all I'm saying, like, oh,
- 4:55Speaker 4: you're a terrible person that hates your and it's just
- 4:56Speaker 4: like I don't think I would date somebody that I
- 4:59Speaker 4: like that at all.
- 5:01Speaker 2: No, I get it. I did not mean to do that.
- 5:03Speaker 2: I was just you know, having a really great time
- 5:06Speaker 2: and I just, you know, I saw that we didn't
- 5:08Speaker 2: have any wine. I just raised my hand and now
- 5:10Speaker 2: I realized that, you know, I've never worked in restaurants before,
- 5:14Speaker 2: so I I mean.
- 5:16Speaker 3: The guy was just trying to get you drunk.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Yeah, Mel, do you accept Jared's apology?
- 5:25Speaker 4: I mean I do. Like it's not it's not the
- 5:30Speaker 4: biggest deal in the world. It's just like, at the time, okay,
- 5:33Speaker 4: it's a little you know, it was, yeah, maybe I
- 5:36Speaker 4: did actually over rats a little bit. Like I feel
- 5:38Speaker 4: actually kind of bad now that work talking about it
- 5:41Speaker 4: and I'm saying it loud.
- 5:42Speaker 2: It's like, oh, maybe I did. It's kind of that
- 5:43Speaker 2: a proportion a.
- 5:44Speaker 1: Little, but well, it sounds like it was a trigger
- 5:47Speaker 1: for you, mal like you know, sometimes you get triggered
- 5:50Speaker 1: by things.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Jared exactly exactly.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Here's what I.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Want to do, because I feel like it was just
- 5:55Speaker 1: like a misunderstanding. You both said the date was great
- 5:58Speaker 1: up until that point. Mal you thought it was a
- 6:00Speaker 1: great day too. So I would love for you guys
- 6:02Speaker 1: to try again, go on another date, and we will
- 6:05Speaker 1: pick up the tab and pay for it.
- 6:10Speaker 3: How about that.
- 6:11Speaker 2: I'm okay with you. Yeah, I mean that's great. You
- 6:13Speaker 2: guys really don't have to pick up the tab. I
- 6:15Speaker 2: can do it. But that's that's so nice of you.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Smell please.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Sure okay, he.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Said, please?
- 6:28Speaker 2: Yay.
- 6:29Speaker 1: I like that because I was gonna jump in and said, Jared,
- 6:31Speaker 1: whann't you just ask her? And you jumped in and
- 6:33Speaker 1: you asked her. So I love that you guys are
- 6:35Speaker 1: going to go on another date. We're going to pick
- 6:37Speaker 1: up the tab, and you guys keep us posted on everything.
