- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity, no topic off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Firazzo.
- 0:19Hey friends, welcome to World View Matters, an extremely important topic today.
- 0:24I want to give you a website right off the top, and that is N-V-I-C dot org.
- 0:31That is the National Vaccine Information Center.
- 0:36We've got Barbara Lowfisher, the co-founder and president.
- 0:39Here with us, we're going to get to her in a minute, but I wanted to give you that website
- 0:42a lot of great information.
- 0:44You need to know and share on this website, N-V-I-C dot org.
- 0:51So I want to thank some friends.
- 0:52We've got our fundraiser going on between now and Christmas raising money for production
- 0:56of World View Matters.
- 0:58We're keeping track of the states.
- 1:00Who's representing?
- 1:01We've got donations coming in from Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, California, New
- 1:07York, Virginia, New Mexico.
- 1:09And I want to thank some recent friends, recent donors from South Carolina and Cheryl from
- 1:16Forest Lake, Minnesota.
- 1:18I want to again thank Mark and Jane Isaac from Apple and Wisconsin, James Panetti from
- 1:23Wisconsin, Nina Campbell from Charlottesville, Virginia, and Myers Taekwondo in Green Bay,
- 1:30Wisconsin.
- 1:31Thank you, guys.
- 1:32God bless you.
- 1:33And this is what you can get, by the way, the World View Matters mug.
- 1:36You can get this.
- 1:37It says, World View Matters on one side.
- 1:39The other side says, keep speaking the truth about things that matter.
- 1:43So make sure you get your donation in before the end of the year.
- 1:47If you believe in what we do, we could really use your help.

- 1:55It is officially out.
- 1:57Not only the ebook on Amazon.com.
- 2:00The new book is out.
- 2:01Assault on the image of God.
- 2:04Amazon.com and the paperback officially releases today.
- 2:10So I'm excited about it.
- 2:12So thanks for checking that out.
- 2:14Assault on the image of God as the weeks go on, we'll tell you more about it.
- 2:18And then we've got an event coming up at Freedom Project in Appleton, Wisconsin that will
- 2:22be live streamed.
- 2:23That's coming up December 7.
- 2:24Okay.
- 2:25Right to our guest, Barbara Lowfisher, the co-founder and president of the National Vaccine Information
- 2:30Center.
- 2:31Barbara has been at this for decades and decades.
- 2:34Her story goes back to the 1980s before we get to her.
- 2:38We've got a very brief clip from a video on a black listing and censorship violating
- 2:46freedom of thought, speech and conscience.
- 2:49Go ahead and play the clip.
- 2:51While we were being demonized and our presence on the internet was slowly being suppressed,
- 2:56particularly between 2009 and 2019, which was followed by the platforming from four major
- 3:02social media platforms and PayPal in 2021.
- 3:07I and NVIC staff and volunteers were so busy trying to deal with the blocking of public
- 3:13access to our information that we did not have time to stop and analyze exactly who was
- 3:19responsible.
- 3:21We poured all of our resources into educating and empowering Americans at the grassroots
- 3:26level in support of the legal right to make informed and voluntary decisions about vaccination.
- 3:32Okay.
- 3:33This is a hot topic, friends, and especially since 2019 and 2020, I want to bring in Barbara
- 3:40Lowfisher.
- 3:41Thank you so much for taking your time on your schedule today, Barbara, it's so good
- 3:45to see you.
- 3:46Thank you.
- 3:47Well, it's a pleasure to be here.
- 3:48I admire your program and I think it's something that a good message out.
- 3:53Well, praise God.
- 3:55Thank you.
- 3:56Let's go back to early 1980s.
- 4:00What got you into this movement and tell us about what happened to your son in the vaccine
- 4:04injury?
- 4:05Well, I was the first time mom had my first child in 1978, healthy, precocious, bright
- 4:11advanced, actually, and took him in for a fourth DPP shot in the fall of 1980.
- 4:18And within hours of that shot, I watched him have a convulsion, a collapse shock reaction.
- 4:23It basically was unconscious in his bed for hours, but I didn't know what I was seeing.
- 4:28I didn't understand how to identify a vaccine reaction.
- 4:31I've been told nothing by doctor, what to look for.
- 4:35And so to make a long story short after those reactions, he regressed physically, mentally
- 4:43and emotionally.
- 4:44It came up totally different child.
- 4:46He was eventually diagnosed with minimal brain dysfunction, took it from a multiple learned
- 4:51disabilities in ADD, so severe, he had to be confined to a special ed classroom throughout
- 4:56his public school education.
- 4:59And when I saw in the spring of 1982, about 18 months later, the TV documentary, DPT
- 5:07Vaccine Relate, I knew what had happened to my son and I called the station and I got
- 5:14in touch with other parents in the DC area who had vaccine, DPT vaccine injured children.
- 5:19We founded the charitable organization known today as the National Vaccine Information
- 5:24Center.
- 5:25And again, that website is nvic.org.
- 5:30So let me clarify this Barbara, it was two years, two years and you didn't really know
- 5:37what had happened until you saw that.
- 5:39The doctors told me they didn't know what was wrong with my son.
- 5:42They didn't know why he had regressed, why he could no longer be no longer doing this
- 5:46number.
- 5:47So I knew what he was like before, but I didn't connect what had happened that day, why?
- 5:56Because I saw his eyes roll back in his head, his head fell to his shoulder, like he
- 6:01fell to his lips and I thought, that's odd, I've never seen him do that before, but when
- 6:06I couldn't wake him up, I thought it was just really tired from going to the doctor's
- 6:09office.
- 6:10I thought it was coming down with something.
- 6:13I didn't make the connection.
- 6:16And I think he was taking a really long nap when he was laying motionless in his bed.
- 6:20The disconnect was so incredible because I was a well educated woman.
- 6:25I thought vaccines were 100% safe and effective.
- 6:29I never claimed that my doctor would give my son something that could cause brain damage.
- 6:36I mean, no, back then nobody had any information about vaccines.
- 6:42And so because of that ignorance is one of the reasons that I committed myself and
- 6:47have for the past almost 42 years to informing the public that vaccination is not a risk-free
- 6:54procedure.
- 6:55I don't care what vaccine you're talking about.
- 6:57You have to do due diligence if you're going to, you know, if you're going to research
- 7:01a new car by a new car, a new house or anything, you have to do the same thing when it comes
- 7:07to medical interventions.
- 7:09And I have basically become, I call it a natural rights activist because natural rights
- 7:14are rights given to you by God, not those of their blessed by governments.
- 7:19And a natural right is the right to autonomy, the right to protection of bodily integrity.
- 7:25And so I have worked to insert informed consent protections in vaccine policies and laws
- 7:31because you should have the right to be fully informed about a vaccine product and then
- 7:36be able to exercise a voluntary decision and not be punished for the decision that you
- 7:42make.
- 7:43Yes, let's talk about that.
- 7:44The punishment of American citizens, and of course, you know, globally worldwide, but let's
- 7:49just talk about what happened in America and during COVID, people that resisted or wanted
- 7:55more information even, see, that's what one of my beefs was, let the media give us both
- 8:00sides they didn't, but let the media do that, but they're not doing their job.
- 8:06They were a propaganda arm of the globalist left.
- 8:10And they were telling us you, everyone needs the vaccine.
- 8:12Oh, and then they said, yes, it's safe and effective.
- 8:15They put out the lies and people that were trying to raise awareness, even doctors, even
- 8:20some people in the medical industry were shut down.
- 8:23But you and your organization, you say, were blacklisted and censored.
- 8:27And this we know in America violates freedom of thought, speech, and conscious.
- 8:33And we played that, that clip to start the program.
- 8:36Tell us a little bit more about that.
- 8:37Yeah, you know, I said, I was, I worked with Congress on the National Childhood Vaccine
- 8:43Interactive 1986, which was passed and resigning to the lobby president Reagan.
- 8:48He didn't want to sign it because he wanted the companies to be completely shielded from
- 8:51all liability.
- 8:52Well, that law didn't do that.
- 8:54It still held the company's liable for design defect, failure to make a safer vaccine.
- 8:59It still held the doctors liable for medical malpractice.
- 9:02Now, that bill was gutted after it was passed.
- 9:05We didn't know they were going to do that, but it was gutted.
- 9:07But we got safety provisions in that law.
- 9:09So when you, the vaccine adverse event reporting system, which people can report to, and they
- 9:14can also view over 1.5 million adverse events that were reported after COVID shots through
- 9:22there, the various system, which you can access through MVIC.org.
- 9:27No safety provisions were supposed to make the vaccine, vaccine system safer, informing
- 9:32recording reporting and research provisions.
- 9:35I sat on government advisory committees.
- 9:37I sat on committees of the Institute of Medicine, National Academy of Sciences.
- 9:41I debated doctors on television through the 1980s and 1990s because back then, you still
- 9:48could talk about this issue.
- 9:50You could still debate it.
- 9:52You could still, it was still an allowable conversation in the public square, particularly
- 9:57the digital public square.
- 10:00But around 2015, the screw started to be tightened and there was this effort to try to limit conversations
- 10:09about vaccination.
- 10:10Why?
- 10:11Because more people were becoming aware and more people were joining us in the states and
- 10:16pushing against vaccine mandates.
- 10:19And so what did they do in 2020 when the pandemic hit?
- 10:23What they did was they went out to MVIC first.
- 10:27And in March of 2021, we were de-platformed from Facebook within the next six months.
- 10:33We were de-platformed from Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
- 10:37All my commentaries, 15 years of commentaries gone without warning.
- 10:42And then on December 23rd, a few days before Christmas, in the evening, we were called
- 10:48and told that PayPal had blocked all donations to MVIC.
- 10:54We lost all our monthly donors.
- 10:56Nobody could donate during our end of your campaign.
- 10:59Now, this is the interesting thing.
- 11:01And one of the reasons I did this report on censorship, I learned later why PayPal did
- 11:09that.
- 11:11They were sent a letter by a congressman, by representatives in the US House of Representatives
- 11:18from one political party, as old and told to demonetize MVIC, a small charity.
- 11:28And I looked at that and in August of this year, I decided to stop everything that I was
- 11:33doing and take a deep dive into the medical literature and into the mainstream media reports.
- 11:41And I created a report for the US Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the weaponization of
- 11:48the federal government, which is headed up by Representative Jordan.
- 11:53I wanted to put it on the record of that committee, what had been done to MVIC.
- 11:58And what I found was absolutely stunning.
- 12:02In my research, I found I knew Department of Health and Human Services, you know, didn't
- 12:08like us at this point.
- 12:10I knew the department didn't.
- 12:12I knew I knew that medical trade didn't, but I had no idea that it's the very highest levels
- 12:18of government at the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI,
- 12:24the CIA, all of these departments were involved in collaborating with the mainstream media,
- 12:31with political foreign political operatives, like Imram Ahmed from the Center for County
- 12:37Digital Hate, and universities that are funded by the government to suppress and silence
- 12:47and neutralize all of the VSC's information and take me out of the public square, silence
- 12:54my voice, and I was curious.
- 12:57Barbara, have you been able to recover any of those?
- 13:00Have you been given the platforms back or give us a brief update real quick?
- 13:05No, we were, we've been lifetime banned from Facebook, and I don't know about Instagram,
- 13:11lifetime banned.
- 13:12We were lifetime banned from Twitter, but when Elon Musk purchased Twitter and rebranded
- 13:18it as X on February 23rd of this year, we finally got the right to go back onto Twitter.
- 13:27What's your Twitter handle so people can follow you at MVIC low down?
- 13:33Okay, MVIC, we're going to have to take a very quick break, but N-V-I-C dot org more
- 13:38with Barbara Low Fisher when we come back.
- 13:41Today's show is brought to you by Harbinger's Daily, the world news biblically understood,
- 13:47stay informed at Harbinger's Daily dot com.
- 13:58No founder and president of National Vaccine Information Center, Barbara Low Fisher is
- 14:02our guest today.
- 14:04Before we get to an article I wanted to talk to you about, and actually I wanted to talk
- 14:09to you a little bit about open VAERS because you mentioned that as a vaccine reporting system,
- 14:14Barbara, 2.5 million, over 2.5 million reports of vaccine adverse events right now, and
- 14:21that's through October, late October 2023, 36,000 plus COVID vaccine reported deaths.
- 14:30You don't hear this in the media because the left is controlling the narrative, and we
- 14:34said before, right before we got on the program, I said, I often say this is communist policy
- 14:40in America when you put out one narrative and when you have one view on things and you're
- 14:45censoring, shutting down or suppressing your political enemies or the other, you know,
- 14:52opinions or information on this, your quick thoughts on open VAERS or whatever else you'd
- 14:57like to share.
- 14:58It's gotten very confusing out there.
- 15:00MVIC has sponsored since 2006, a website called metalworks.org.
- 15:10It was the first website to basically take the raw information from VAERS and make it
- 15:16accessible in a user-friendly way to the public.
- 15:20It was created in 2003 before the CDC created their wonder database, and we started sponsoring
- 15:27it in 2006.
- 15:28So it's metalworks.org that MVIC uses to make the public aware of the reports that have
- 15:35come into the vaccine adverse event reporting system.
- 15:39We concentrate on the reports actually made in this country.
- 15:44I think open VAERS is looking at the world, not just this country.
- 15:49So on VAERS in this country, we have logged in at over 1.5 million adverse events.
- 15:59And you know, if you want to, if you're considering getting a COVID shot, you really do need to
- 16:06look at that database because there are descriptions of what these people have suffered.
- 16:13Now not every single report made to VAERS can be determined to be causally related to
- 16:19the vaccine, but you know, you can see the patterns.
- 16:23You can see the patterns clearly.
- 16:25And the government of course has acknowledged that myocarditis inflammation of the heart
- 16:31is causally related to the vaccine, to the mRNA vaccines, which are the ones that have
- 16:37market share.
- 16:38Pfizer and Moderna, both US companies have market share in terms of these COVID shots,
- 16:47which are not really vaccines.
- 16:48The mRNA platform is a completely different type of a product than the traditional vaccines
- 16:56we've used before the COVID shots.
- 17:00So I encourage everyone, I don't care what vaccine you're talking about, you can go
- 17:05to yese.org and we have a disease of vaccine section.
- 17:09And all of our information is referenced.
- 17:11I mean, I'm an inveterate reference or the report that I submitted to the Judiciary
- 17:15Committee has over 420 references live linked.
- 17:20So it's a whole library.
- 17:23So tell us about the website, the vaccine reaction dot org.
- 17:28You guys are doing that one as well?
- 17:30Yeah, the vaccine reaction dot org is our weekly journal newspaper.
- 17:35And I started that back in 1995 in print publication form.
- 17:40And in 2015, I launched it in digital form, the vaccine reaction dot org.
- 17:45And what's nice about that is it's once a week, it comes into your email box.
- 17:49It's free.
- 17:50And we do short articles.
- 17:52So it doesn't take you very long to read them.
- 17:55We kind of are eclectic and take different topics and choose four topics and a video.
- 18:01So it's kind of a way to stay up to date on the things that are being talked about out
- 18:06there, not just of vaccination, but also health and autonomy because the journal newspaper
- 18:13is dedicated to an enlightened conversation about vaccination health and autonomy.
- 18:19So we could talk about so many things right now, it's just a pleasure to be speaking
- 18:23with you, Barbara, and connect finally, but we've learned a lot since COVID.
- 18:29And one of the things I wanted to ask you, you've written articles on this, there's information
- 18:33on your website on this.
- 18:35It was the fastest development and mass administration of an experimental vaccine in history.
- 18:44And you mentioned, or the article mentions Pfizer and six other drug companies, $9 billion
- 18:51to manufacture the vaccine for coronavirus.
- 18:57And this was warp speed.
- 18:58And there's so much else that we, the US emergency authorization.
- 19:03What have we learned?
- 19:04First time.
- 19:05First time.
- 19:06Go ahead.
- 19:07Yeah.
- 19:08This was the first product that was ever issued under a vaccine product, a biological
- 19:15products that they label a vaccine.
- 19:18That was issued under an emergency use authorization, which meant it could bypass the normal standards
- 19:24for proof of effective safety.
- 19:26And what a lot of people didn't know, but I saw immediately when I went to the documents,
- 19:32the Food and Drug Administration documents that allowed the companies to release their
- 19:38product under an EUA, that they only required the companies to prove at least a 50 percent
- 19:48efficacy in preventing symptoms of COVID disease.
- 19:55And I thought, wait a minute, symptoms of the disease, you mean you're not required
- 20:01them to prove that it cannot, that it prevents infection and transmission.
- 20:09So I knew immediately, but other people didn't know that.
- 20:13We tried, I put the information out there, but again, it was being suppressed.
- 20:18And indeed, all the public health officials and administration officials were telling
- 20:23everybody that if you got the shot, you would not infect other people.
- 20:27That's right.
- 20:28You would not be infected and you would not infect other people.
- 20:31And it wasn't true.
- 20:32Well, that's because the FDA never required them to show that.
- 20:37They just were trying to show that there was a, a lessening of the symptoms that you
- 20:42would be less likely to have complications and be hospitalized for about with SARS-CoV-2 virus.
- 20:50So I, and the other thing I thought was interesting was, why aren't they calling this a SARS-CoV-2
- 20:55vaccine?
- 20:56Why are they calling it a COVID vaccine?
- 20:57Oh, wait a minute.
- 20:58They're making the distinguishing, they're distinguishing between the virus, the viral infection,
- 21:03and the disease, the symptoms of the disease.
- 21:07So they called it a COVID-19 vaccine, but it didn't prevent infection and transmission of
- 21:14virus.
- 21:15That's right.
- 21:16There were so many lies and I don't know, to my knowledge, Fauci or any of the others,
- 21:21no one was held accountable for all of these lies like you wouldn't get COVID and then
- 21:26you wouldn't spread COVID and then it went on and on.
- 21:28They went, they kept on, you know, changing the narrative and moving the goalposts so to
- 21:33speak.
- 21:35Oh yes, they absolutely did and you know, the thing about it, my co-founder and I, Kathy Williams,
- 21:42my co-founder, one of my co-founders, we always said they were going to go one step too far
- 21:48because hubris is huge at the top of these agencies and because they truly don't, I don't
- 21:57think have a respect for the intelligence or the intuition of the people.
- 22:02That's right.
- 22:03And I knew that they were going to eventually overstep and they were going to cause a situation
- 22:08that was really going to make people think twice and this has happened.
- 22:14This is the biggest mistake they've ever made.
- 22:20I know so many people now who were absolutely pro getting the vaccine, the doctor recommended
- 22:28they would get and give to their children who are now going, wait a minute, I need to think
- 22:34this through.
- 22:35And so from that standpoint, something that was really, really harmful, I mean, let's
- 22:39face it, our country, with these lockdowns and everything, we were economically devastated.
- 22:47The health, the physical health of our population has deteriorated because of it.
- 22:52Because we didn't question.
- 22:54So we have to take some responsibility, I believe, for not questioning, for trusting without
- 23:03verifying, for having faith in human beings who have big titles and are very wealthy.
- 23:12Yep.
- 23:13I mean, the same kind of faith that we put place in our creator, that's a big mistake.
- 23:18Yep.
- 23:19A big mistake.
- 23:20And there are many people who don't have faith anymore in our creator.
- 23:22But, you know, I just see this as a wake, an awakening of the people and I'm very glad
- 23:29for it.
- 23:30Well, we're running out of time quickly, but churches, churches, we're told, you're non-essential
- 23:37and we're told how to worship, how many people we could have in our church buildings
- 23:41and not, and there were some pastors that boldly said, no, government, you're not God.
- 23:46We worship Jesus Christ, you're not going to tell us what to do, but not enough pushed
- 23:51back.
- 23:52And boy, if we learned a lesson, right Barbara?
- 23:55We have learned a lesson that we needed to learn.
- 23:57Yep.
- 23:58I mean, we need to keep our focus on what is important and what's real, not what is false.
- 24:04Yep.
- 24:05Real quick, there are two risks with every vaccine according to one of the articles I found
- 24:10here on your site, just explain the obvious people might, people might not be aware every
- 24:16vaccine has at least two risks, right?
- 24:19You have a risk of having a reaction that can end in an permanent injury or death.
- 24:27Vaccine risks are not shared equally by everyone because there are biological, there's epigenetic,
- 24:32genetic, environmental reasons for some people are more sensitive to vaccines than others.
- 24:37You also have a risk of failure, the vaccine doesn't work, so you really take two risks
- 24:43when you're using a vaccine product that it will give you a, you have a reaction that
- 24:48could injure you or even cause your death and that it will not protect you from the disease
- 24:53of his design to protect you against.
- 24:56And not enough people understood and we took the people at their word that they were looking
- 25:02out for the best interest of the country.
- 25:03They were not, a lot of it was about power and control, that's the globalist plan.
- 25:10We know so much more now.
- 25:12Your last thoughts, because your life has changed since 1980, my life has changed in the
- 25:16last two years after my wife wanted to go visit her family in Canada, Toronto couldn't
- 25:21get across the border, had to take the vaccine or took it and now our lives are very different
- 25:27now because of that.
- 25:28Your final thoughts, Barbara?
- 25:30From consent to medical risk taking, the right to make an informed and voluntary choice
- 25:36about what you're willing to risk your life or your child's life for, I really believe
- 25:41is a fundamental natural right, it's often called human right.
- 25:46And I believe it is fighting for and that's what MVIC does.
- 25:50And by the way, since we were in the states for 13 years before this pandemic, we prevented
- 25:57any state legislature from passing a COVID vaccine mandate for children to attend school.
