- 0:03Speaker 1: No one has all the answers, but when we ask
- 0:05Speaker 1: the right questions, we get a little closer, closer to truths,
- 0:11Speaker 1: closer to each other, even closer to ourselves. I'm journalist
- 0:16Speaker 1: Danielle Robe, and each week, my guests and I come
- 0:19Speaker 1: together to challenge the status quo and our own ways
- 0:22Speaker 1: of thinking by daring to ask what if, why not?
- 0:28Speaker 2: And who says?
- 0:30Speaker 3: So?
- 0:30Speaker 1: Come curious, dig deep, and join the conversation. It's time
- 0:36Speaker 1: to question everything.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Have you ever asked yourself? Was that a sign?
- 0:42Speaker 3: Or?
- 0:42Speaker 1: Am I just making meaning out of nothing? If you
- 0:46Speaker 1: do it, you're not alone. I do it all of
- 0:48Speaker 1: the time, and so do a lot of other people.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Searches for synchronicity and quote spiritual signs are at an
- 0:56Speaker 1: all time high. Therapists say clients are asking about intuition
- 0:59Speaker 1: more then they're asking about anxiety. Even neuroscientists are studying
- 1:04Speaker 1: deja vus as a potential form of a glitchy memory,
- 1:07Speaker 1: while half of TikTok is convinced its messages from the universe.
- 1:11Speaker 1: We are a culture hungry for direction somewhere between science, spirituality,
- 1:17Speaker 1: and something we don't have a language for yet. Psychology
- 1:21Speaker 1: today just reported that more people than ever believe the
- 1:24Speaker 1: universe communicates through patterns. You think about someone you haven't
- 1:29Speaker 1: seen in.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Years, and then they call you.
- 1:32Speaker 1: You're sort of wrestling with a choice, and then a
- 1:34Speaker 1: stranger says the exact sentence you needed. Or maybe a
- 1:38Speaker 1: song comes on at the perfect moment, and it feels
- 1:40Speaker 1: like the universe is djy in your life. Most of
- 1:44Speaker 1: us write it off, or we believe it for ten
- 1:46Speaker 1: seconds and then talk ourselves out of it. Right, But
- 1:50Speaker 1: what if we're not imagining it? What if we're fluent
- 1:52Speaker 1: in a language that no one ever taught us. Before
- 1:56Speaker 1: I share our guest today, I want to give you
- 1:58Speaker 1: a little honest context about my curer around all of this.
- 2:01Speaker 1: I saw my first psychic in August of twenty twenty one,
- 2:05Speaker 1: and I'm going to be honest.
- 2:06Speaker 2: I had hit a low point in my life.
- 2:08Speaker 1: I was acutely depressed, which I've talked about before on
- 2:10Speaker 1: the pod, And if you have further questions you can
- 2:12Speaker 1: ping me. I'm happy to answer them. But my heart hurt.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I felt lonely. I was spinning my wheels in my
- 2:18Speaker 1: career and people probably didn't know it on the outside,
- 2:22Speaker 1: but on the inside, I was expending so much time
- 2:25Speaker 1: and energy and money and seeing very little return on
- 2:28Speaker 1: my investment. I went to dinner with someone that I
- 2:31Speaker 1: interviewed on this podcast. Actually she was whip smart, very realistic,
- 2:36Speaker 1: very pragmatic, someone who I respect a ton, and she
- 2:40Speaker 1: told me about the psychic. I kind of giggled and
- 2:43Speaker 1: I was like, you don't believe in psychics, do you?
- 2:46Speaker 2: Really? She smiled at me, and she shared the name
- 2:49Speaker 2: of one. She said, if you email her, she might
- 2:51Speaker 2: not reply, but sometimes she'll reply with very magical emails.
- 2:57Speaker 2: And there it was.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I had this woman's email for three months and did
- 3:00Speaker 1: absolutely nothing with it. My dad would have made so
- 3:04Speaker 1: much fun of me. He's not into any of that.
- 3:07Speaker 1: And then one night, around nine pm on a weeknight,
- 3:10Speaker 1: I hopped on my computer and I wrote an email
- 3:12Speaker 1: asking if she had an opening. It was like an
- 3:15Speaker 1: outer body experience. I don't know why. Nothing happened that
- 3:18Speaker 1: made me do it. And I heard my phone ping
- 3:22Speaker 1: at two am, and I woke up with truly a
- 3:25Speaker 1: magical email. She said stuff about my grandfather that nobody
- 3:30Speaker 1: could have known, wasn't printed anywhere, wasn't in an obituary, nothing.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I was crying reading it because I was thinking, maybe
- 3:38Speaker 1: my grandparents really could see me here on Earth. Maybe,
- 3:42Speaker 1: just maybe I was being guided. Despite being somewhat of
- 3:45Speaker 1: a skeptic. When I entered this world several years ago,
- 3:50Speaker 1: I was curious, and the more I experienced, the more
- 3:54Speaker 1: I believed. Since then, I've talked to some of the biggest, best,
- 3:58Speaker 1: most renowned psychics in the world, and you've probably heard
- 4:00Speaker 1: them on this podcast.
- 4:02Speaker 2: They've been on over the years.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Crisa Schumacher, Rebecca Rosen, Laura Day, and today we get
- 4:07Speaker 1: to hear from Laura Lynn Jackson. She is the people's princess.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Never have I ever seen someone so renowned and so beloved.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Laura Lynn Jackson is a world renowned psychic medium and.
- 4:22Speaker 2: Former high school English teacher.
- 4:24Speaker 1: She's the New York Times bestselling author of The Light
- 4:26Speaker 1: Between Us and Science. Her new book, Guided became an
- 4:31Speaker 1: instant bestseller. It's teaching you not just that the universe
- 4:34Speaker 1: communicates with you, but how to recognize and trust it.
- 4:38Speaker 3: We are all psychics, and we are all mediums. We
- 4:41Speaker 3: just don't own that gift about ourselves. And that's where
- 4:45Speaker 3: I liked Manna remind us that it's there for each person,
- 4:48Speaker 3: and nobody needs to go to a psychic medium to
- 4:51Speaker 3: access it.
- 4:52Speaker 2: We all have it at its core.
- 4:54Speaker 1: It's a guide to living life in partnership with the
- 4:57Speaker 1: unseen without outsourcing your power.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Right.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Laura's message is simple, when you reconnect to your intuition,
- 5:04Speaker 1: life stops feeling random and starts feeling guided. And in
- 5:08Speaker 1: this episode we get into what Laura Lyn Jackson things
- 5:11Speaker 1: happens when someone dies, why relationships can actually deepen after
- 5:15Speaker 1: they cross, soul groups, twin flames, soulmates, why some people
- 5:22Speaker 1: feel like you've known them for lifetimes, and how to
- 5:25Speaker 1: spot when a psychic is full of it.
- 5:27Speaker 2: I had to ask.
- 5:29Speaker 1: So the question we're circling today is what if intuition
- 5:33Speaker 1: isn't mystical? What if it's a skill we've just forgotten
- 5:36Speaker 1: how to use. It's time to question everything with Laura
- 5:40Speaker 1: Lynn Jackson. Now, your job is definitely part teacher to
- 5:52Speaker 1: show the other side is there. And you say that
- 5:55Speaker 1: it's our job to cultivate those relationships that we don't
- 5:58Speaker 1: actually need you.
- 6:00Speaker 2: That is so wild? Is that true? Like we can
- 6:03Speaker 2: really tap into our spirit guides.
- 6:05Speaker 3: One hundred percenturro We all have these abilities. I think
- 6:08Speaker 3: we just have learned as we were growing up and
- 6:12Speaker 3: starting formal schooling to retrain the areas of our brain
- 6:15Speaker 3: that we're using and to deny our abilities. There's unseen
- 6:19Speaker 3: energy going on around us at all times, and we
- 6:21Speaker 3: are all intuitive, we are all psychics, and we are
- 6:24Speaker 3: all mediums. We just don't own that gift about ourselves.
- 6:27Speaker 3: And that's where I like to come in and remind
- 6:29Speaker 3: us that it's there for each person and nobody needs
- 6:32Speaker 3: to go to a psychic medium to access it. We
- 6:35Speaker 3: all have it.
- 6:36Speaker 1: So I was thinking about all of your books because
- 6:39Speaker 1: the Light between Us was definitely geared toward people who
- 6:42Speaker 1: have lost children or pets. It was so gorgeous, and
- 6:46Speaker 1: I think that Signs was more of like a workshop
- 6:49Speaker 1: or toolbook.
- 6:50Speaker 2: What is guides?
- 6:52Speaker 3: Yeah, So I love that you recognize that about the
- 6:54Speaker 3: book so far. You know, I was a high school
- 6:56Speaker 3: English teacher for almost twenty years, and I feel that
- 6:59Speaker 3: my team of light was actually training me in a
- 7:01Speaker 3: classroom to understand how to fully teach this to the world. Right. So,
- 7:06Speaker 3: I think one of the things you do as a
- 7:08Speaker 3: teacher is you model what's possible for students and then
- 7:10Speaker 3: you say, now you try it. And you see if
- 7:13Speaker 3: that becomes your truth. And so I think the light
- 7:15Speaker 3: between us was really about my journey into understanding these
- 7:19Speaker 3: abilities that I have, and in doing that, understanding they
- 7:21Speaker 3: belong to all of us, and kind of modeling what
- 7:24Speaker 3: was possible and showing the beautiful lessons I had learned
- 7:27Speaker 3: along the way. Science is like enough about me, this
- 7:31Speaker 3: is about you. Here's how you can learn to create
- 7:34Speaker 3: a language with your team of light on the other side.
- 7:36Speaker 3: And for me, a team of light is three parts.
- 7:38Speaker 3: Each person has it. It's God energy, which is this
- 7:41Speaker 3: force of love that's part of us and guides us daily.
- 7:44Speaker 3: And then there's spirit guides, which throughout time and history
- 7:47Speaker 3: different religions will refer to as guardian angels. It's this
- 7:50Speaker 3: concept of an advanced angelic realm that guides its. We
- 7:52Speaker 3: each have spirit guides, very unique individuals nobody we knew
- 7:56Speaker 3: this lifetime. And then the third part of our team
- 7:57Speaker 3: of light is our loved ones who have who guide us,
- 8:01Speaker 3: and our pet who have crossed, and also our ancestors,
- 8:04Speaker 3: some that we didn't need still watch over and guide us.
- 8:07Speaker 3: And so Signs is all about opening to that language,
- 8:10Speaker 3: that doorway for that is within right and getting this
- 8:14Speaker 3: tangible two way language back and forth so that we
- 8:17Speaker 3: can communicate. Now, Guided is taking a step further because
- 8:22Speaker 3: guided says, Okay, we've gotten over the fear of our
- 8:25Speaker 3: own abilities, right, and we've learned to trust that we
- 8:28Speaker 3: can connect and communicate it. We've gotten proof of that
- 8:31Speaker 3: through creating this language of signs with our teams of
- 8:34Speaker 3: light on the other side. So that's when the magic happens.
- 8:38Speaker 3: When you have conquered fear and doubt. Right now, I'm
- 8:41Speaker 3: trusting the signs, your whole world opens up and you
- 8:44Speaker 3: can be so incredibly guided onto your highest path. Guided
- 8:49Speaker 3: is really about a state of being. It's about a mindset.
- 8:52Speaker 3: It's about saying, I'm opening my heart and my mind
- 8:54Speaker 3: to realizing I'm not here on this life path myself,
- 8:58Speaker 3: that i am so beloved, i am so supported, and
- 9:01Speaker 3: i am so guided by a team of light on
- 9:03Speaker 3: the other side, and I'm going to pay attention to that.
- 9:05Speaker 3: I'm going to make sure to create space for that
- 9:08Speaker 3: in my life, because I think when we live a
- 9:10Speaker 3: guided life, we're not just changing our own paths, we
- 9:13Speaker 3: are affecting countless other people because our lives are all
- 9:16Speaker 3: intertwined so it can be so magical when you embrace that.
- 9:21Speaker 1: I've heard you talk about this team of light a lot.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I've heard other people refer to it as soul packs.
- 9:26Speaker 1: If that's how the audience has heard it before. I've
- 9:29Speaker 1: read this in different books. I'd love for you to
- 9:31Speaker 1: sort of clarify for me. I've heard that our spirit
- 9:33Speaker 1: guides are our team of light. We travel from life
- 9:37Speaker 1: to life together. So like my dad could have been
- 9:41Speaker 1: the mayor of my town in a past life.
- 9:43Speaker 2: Is that accurate?
- 9:44Speaker 3: Yeah, So I'll share with you what my team of light,
- 9:47Speaker 3: what the other side has taught me over the many
- 9:49Speaker 3: decades I've been doing this. You know. Let me start
- 9:52Speaker 3: by saying, I was raised Lutheran. So my first concept
- 9:55Speaker 3: of God was a white man with a white beard
- 9:57Speaker 3: and a white robe, right, being very loving. And I
- 10:00Speaker 3: think that's a very valid understanding and vehicle. But I
- 10:03Speaker 3: think my understanding of how loved and guided and kind
- 10:06Speaker 3: of what God energy is has expanded, and I think
- 10:10Speaker 3: that this is what I've been told. And this is
- 10:12Speaker 3: going to turn my brain in a pretzel to just
- 10:14Speaker 3: try to explain this, because right now, when we're here
- 10:18Speaker 3: on our school, we're locked into our little monkey minds.
- 10:21Speaker 3: It's this frontal lobe that meditation teachers call the monkey
- 10:24Speaker 3: mind that chatters, right, But that frontal lobe's in charge
- 10:27Speaker 3: of analytical thinking, critical thinking, math, language skills, all the
- 10:30Speaker 3: day to day stuff you need. We start to get
- 10:33Speaker 3: locked in it between age five and seven, like kindergarten,
- 10:35Speaker 3: first grade, second grade, which is why we distance ourselves
- 10:38Speaker 3: from our abilities. But what it also does is it
- 10:40Speaker 3: teaches us to just pay attention to, like the materialistic
- 10:43Speaker 3: paradigm of belief. Right, So we're kind of stuck in that.
- 10:46Speaker 3: What I'm about to explain is a little hard to
- 10:49Speaker 3: process in that part of our brains, right. But what
- 10:51Speaker 3: they've told me is this everything is really happening all
- 10:55Speaker 3: at once, that our existence is here on our school.
- 10:58Speaker 3: It's a collective lesson and in love, and so we're
- 11:01Speaker 3: always intertwined with other people's paths. And when you're like,
- 11:04Speaker 3: how could this happen? How does this make sense? The
- 11:05Speaker 3: answer is always about love. It's about helping grow love,
- 11:10Speaker 3: or helping people access love or challenge themselves to be
- 11:13Speaker 3: more loving, whatever that might be. And that's why when
- 11:15Speaker 3: we look at our own lives, right, it's really hard
- 11:18Speaker 3: to assess our failures or what we see as successes,
- 11:21Speaker 3: because there might be a whole other spiritual context for that.
- 11:24Speaker 3: What we're deeming a failure was like our soul's greatest
- 11:27Speaker 3: success here. So there's that, right, But everything's all at once. Now.
- 11:31Speaker 3: They do tell me that we come in soul groups.
- 11:34Speaker 3: So have you ever met someone and you're like, I know,
- 11:37Speaker 3: I just met you, but like I know you, you
- 11:40Speaker 3: have this familiarity, Like that's soul group recognition, right, And
- 11:45Speaker 3: our little dunce capt brains are keeping us from remembering,
- 11:48Speaker 3: like our soul connection, that the other side is our
- 11:51Speaker 3: true home, that you know, this is really a school
- 11:54Speaker 3: for souls. Like we think we're separate from one another,
- 11:57Speaker 3: we're not, right. So I do feel that we come
- 12:00Speaker 3: here in different lifetimes as well, but it's all at once,
- 12:03Speaker 3: and we look at time as linear here, you know,
- 12:05Speaker 3: like almost as a canvas that progresses. But that's not
- 12:08Speaker 3: what quantum physics seems to say when it does its test. Like,
- 12:12Speaker 3: if you really want to go on a deep dive,
- 12:14Speaker 3: look up the theory of retro causality, and what you're
- 12:17Speaker 3: going to find is that it unequivocally proves in a scientific,
- 12:21Speaker 3: well studied way that yes, we know the past affects
- 12:25Speaker 3: the future, but it proves that the future actually affects
- 12:28Speaker 3: the past. How does that make sense? Right? If time
- 12:31Speaker 3: is linear, it can't make sense. If everything is all
- 12:33Speaker 3: at once, it can. There's some really fascinating studies around
- 12:37Speaker 3: that too. So I think we come back in soul groups.
- 12:40Speaker 3: I think we can play different roles for each other.
- 12:42Speaker 3: And here's the truth that I feel, we're always really
- 12:45Speaker 3: on the other side. Have you ever done a virtual
- 12:47Speaker 3: reality like with the goggles and like that whole setup.
- 12:50Speaker 3: It feels like you're really there experiencing it, but you're
- 12:53Speaker 3: really not. You're standing somewhere else. And I feel like
- 12:56Speaker 3: what they've shown me is we're never separate from those
- 12:59Speaker 3: we love because our soul essence is always on the
- 13:01Speaker 3: other side together. And then we've beamed down in these
- 13:04Speaker 3: you know, virtual reality lives to learn lessons in collective love.
- 13:08Speaker 3: So I think that one of the falsehoods that our
- 13:11Speaker 3: brain tricks us into thinking is that we're separate.
- 13:14Speaker 1: I could be misinterpreting what you said, but it kind
- 13:17Speaker 1: of sounds like you feel like we're here in a
- 13:18Speaker 1: simulation a little bit the way Elon Musk does.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Yeah, I do think it, But I also think, like,
- 13:23Speaker 3: who's to say what a simulation is. If you think
- 13:26Speaker 3: about these physical bodies we have, right, it's kind of
- 13:28Speaker 3: like getting in a car and driving somewhere, getting to
- 13:30Speaker 3: a destination, getting out, you leave the car there, you're
- 13:33Speaker 3: still very much present. So I think what I'm really
- 13:36Speaker 3: saying is that we are spirits, We are souls in
- 13:39Speaker 3: physical bodies right now having this human experience, and it's
- 13:43Speaker 3: not just for our own learning about love, it's to
- 13:45Speaker 3: also foster and help other people. So yeah, I do
- 13:49Speaker 3: think that this is kind of like a virtual reality
- 13:51Speaker 3: experience in that same way.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Yeah, So what are these guides guiding us towards? Is
- 13:56Speaker 1: it our own inclinations and wants or are they able
- 14:00Speaker 1: to see sort of the bigger plan.
- 14:02Speaker 3: It's a much bigger plan. And I think sometimes here
- 14:05Speaker 3: on Earth we have such a myopic view and we
- 14:08Speaker 3: might be like saying, please make this happen for me, please,
- 14:11Speaker 3: But our guides know that if they make that happen
- 14:13Speaker 3: for us, like something awful will happen on our path
- 14:16Speaker 3: four months later and they have to avoid that roadblock
- 14:18Speaker 3: that's coming. So they're like Oh, it's gonna be really
- 14:20Speaker 3: disappointed about this one, but we've got to block it,
- 14:22Speaker 3: and we're none the wiser, and then we get upset
- 14:24Speaker 3: and we feel like the universe has forgotten about us
- 14:26Speaker 3: or whatever. Like what I do know and what has
- 14:29Speaker 3: been driven home for me is whatever is happening to
- 14:31Speaker 3: you is happening for you. And I think that could
- 14:33Speaker 3: be really hard to understand when it comes to loss
- 14:36Speaker 3: or grief or things like that. But I can only
- 14:38Speaker 3: tell you what the other side tells me, which is
- 14:40Speaker 3: it's all about love. And truly, the only lessons we're
- 14:43Speaker 3: meant to learn here is any opportunity we have to
- 14:46Speaker 3: give love or receive it. That's it. And our true
- 14:49Speaker 3: currency is supposed to be like kindness, empathy, forgiveness, gratitude,
- 14:55Speaker 3: and love. If you are living by those standards, if
- 14:59Speaker 3: that's what you're doing in your daily life, no matter
- 15:02Speaker 3: how small you might think your little world is or
- 15:05Speaker 3: how large you're acing your time here, you just are.
- 15:09Speaker 3: And so our guides are always trying to help us
- 15:12Speaker 3: get on our highest paths. Sometimes they'll put thoughts in
- 15:16Speaker 3: our mind, like don't go that way home, take the
- 15:18Speaker 3: longer way. A lot of times it'll be counterintuitively, be like,
- 15:20Speaker 3: why would I do that only to find out if
- 15:22Speaker 3: we had gone the other way home there was an
- 15:24Speaker 3: accident or the road was closed. They are constantly trying
- 15:28Speaker 3: to help us. I will also say it's the least
- 15:30Speaker 3: complicated relationship any of us will ever have, because if
- 15:33Speaker 3: we ignore our spirit guides, they don't get offended. They
- 15:36Speaker 3: just circle back and try again. They're just there to
- 15:38Speaker 3: support and love. There's like nothing we need to do.
- 15:41Speaker 3: I think they love when we're more open to the guidance.
- 15:43Speaker 3: I think they love when we pay attention to our
- 15:45Speaker 3: own psychic and intuitive ability. As I'm always talking about
- 15:48Speaker 3: the four players that we all come here with, right,
- 15:50Speaker 3: so when we open to those, they can communicate more
- 15:52Speaker 3: clearly with us. They can help us get on our
- 15:54Speaker 3: highest path in a much easier way. They can help
- 15:57Speaker 3: us sometimes glimpse the bigger picture that we were failing
- 16:00Speaker 3: to say.
- 16:13Speaker 1: When I posted that I was going to interview you,
- 16:16Speaker 1: I got so many interesting questions from people, but one
- 16:20Speaker 1: that came over and over again were the signs that
- 16:23Speaker 1: you just mentioned.
- 16:24Speaker 2: People really want clarity on.
- 16:26Speaker 1: How to ask for the signs, what the signs are,
- 16:29Speaker 1: and also is there ever a sign that is too
- 16:32Speaker 1: small or feels like a coincidence. For instance, you're shaking
- 16:35Speaker 1: your head. No, But I'll just give an example. There's
- 16:37Speaker 1: been moments in my life where I'm not even really
- 16:40Speaker 1: asking for a sign.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Something will happen and then a song.
- 16:44Speaker 1: On the radio comes on and the same word I
- 16:48Speaker 1: was thinking about is in that song, like in a
- 16:50Speaker 1: repetitive way. Yes, that could have been a coincidence or
- 16:53Speaker 1: it could have been a sign. And I'm always a
- 16:55Speaker 1: little speculative, and so i don't know what to make
- 16:58Speaker 1: of it.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Can you share what your thoughts are?
- 17:01Speaker 3: That's such a great question to explore here. So just
- 17:03Speaker 3: the example you gave, right, you're thinking something and the
- 17:07Speaker 3: exact lines the words come in a song. What that
- 17:10Speaker 3: would really be showing you is how in sync and
- 17:12Speaker 3: in flow of light of the universe you are, that
- 17:15Speaker 3: you're not separate and on your own, that there is
- 17:16Speaker 3: a team listening and with you and showing up and
- 17:19Speaker 3: showing you there present. So here's what I always say.
- 17:22Speaker 3: If you have this moment in your thoughts where you're like,
- 17:25Speaker 3: I think that was a sign, it is. Here's why
- 17:30Speaker 3: we're always getting trapped with this little monkey mind. It chatters,
- 17:34Speaker 3: and it's only based in like tangible like if you
- 17:37Speaker 3: can't see it, touch it, taste, I feel it, it
- 17:39Speaker 3: doesn't exist. It doesn't want to talk about unseen energy.
- 17:42Speaker 3: It doesn't want to talk about the connections between all things. Right,
- 17:45Speaker 3: So if we get this little moment where we're able
- 17:48Speaker 3: to like jail break our monkey mind for a brief
- 17:51Speaker 3: second and be like, I think that was a sign
- 17:53Speaker 3: pay careful attention, because if you're able to do that,
- 17:56Speaker 3: that means you're recognizing the spiritual. Now, what happened when
- 18:00Speaker 3: we have spiritual experiences is oftentimes our monkey mind will
- 18:04Speaker 3: like slam them down. It'll say it's a coincidence. Stop
- 18:08Speaker 3: being foolish, don't tell anyone about this. Then you'll be
- 18:11Speaker 3: laughed at. Right, he tells you all sorts of really
- 18:13Speaker 3: mean things, and why it's trying to control the narrative
- 18:16Speaker 3: and not let you access that part of yourselves. I
- 18:19Speaker 3: think also because ninety eight percent of our brain weigh
- 18:23Speaker 3: activity in our waking hours takes place exclusively in that
- 18:27Speaker 3: frontal lobe, so we're really stuck in it during waking hours.
- 18:30Speaker 3: It's interesting to talk about sleep too, and like dream visitations,
- 18:33Speaker 3: by people on the other side and like why that happens,
- 18:36Speaker 3: and precognitive dreams and all of that. Do you know,
- 18:38Speaker 3: like the scientists who were working on how to save
- 18:41Speaker 3: people with diabetes dreamt about insulin like they got that
- 18:45Speaker 3: answer in a dream. Famous musicians have woken up with
- 18:48Speaker 3: songs that became so famous and helped and healed so
- 18:51Speaker 3: many people playing in their minds, Like we go somewhere
- 18:54Speaker 3: else when we dream, but in our waking hours we're
- 18:56Speaker 3: stuck here. Right, So let's talk about how to really
- 19:00Speaker 3: open our minds and hearts to recognize the signs. You
- 19:02Speaker 3: did when you have that moment in the car, you're like, oh,
- 19:05Speaker 3: that's odd, I think that could be a sign. What
- 19:08Speaker 3: should happen right after that is your monkey mind should
- 19:10Speaker 3: tell you it's not because there's always going to be
- 19:12Speaker 3: a wrestling match. But what you do is you just
- 19:14Speaker 3: like surrender the experience and own it. You tell your
- 19:17Speaker 3: monkey mind to sit down and be quiet. What I
- 19:19Speaker 3: love to teach people to do, though, is if you
- 19:21Speaker 3: have a moment where you're like, I think that was
- 19:23Speaker 3: a sign? Was it? Get more specific? Ask the other
- 19:25Speaker 3: side to show you louder or show you more so
- 19:28Speaker 3: let's talk a little bit about the signs that the
- 19:30Speaker 3: other side sends you without you asking, what I call
- 19:32Speaker 3: default signs, and then a way that you can co
- 19:36Speaker 3: create this language. So I think what's really important for
- 19:40Speaker 3: our loved ones when they cross or our guides or
- 19:42Speaker 3: God energy to let us know their present is to
- 19:45Speaker 3: get our attention. So I have found that there are
- 19:48Speaker 3: certain default signs that they will use to get our
- 19:50Speaker 3: attention to jail break our little monkey mind for a
- 19:52Speaker 3: moment and go wait, there's something much more magical going
- 19:55Speaker 3: on here. And so the first I want to talk about,
- 19:57Speaker 3: which happens for a lot of people, is coins. They'll
- 20:00Speaker 3: be thinking about somebody, it'll be a special day, they'll
- 20:03Speaker 3: be going on a trip, whatever it might be, and
- 20:04Speaker 3: they find a coin in their path, and at the
- 20:06Speaker 3: same time they have this sense of I feel like
- 20:09Speaker 3: this is my team of light, or somebody on my
- 20:11Speaker 3: team of light sending this to me. And I always say,
- 20:14Speaker 3: pick up the coin and look at the date, because
- 20:15Speaker 3: there might be a whole second message in it too.
- 20:18Speaker 3: But why do they send coins? Well, I think they're
- 20:21Speaker 3: shining and get our attention, so it's easy to do.
- 20:23Speaker 3: But I also think when we leave our physical bodies,
- 20:26Speaker 3: we are light energy. That's what we are. And if
- 20:27Speaker 3: you actually want to dive into the quantum physics of
- 20:30Speaker 3: that is actually what we are. When you break down
- 20:33Speaker 3: like our physical bodies into organs into atoms, break the
- 20:36Speaker 3: atoms into electrons, protons, neutrons, break those down further to
- 20:39Speaker 3: a quantum level, we are just light. And what's really
- 20:42Speaker 3: interesting in science is that the fingerprint of God, if
- 20:45Speaker 3: you will, is when things, rather than heading towards chaos
- 20:48Speaker 3: and entropy, all of a sudden, start patterns patterning together.
- 20:52Speaker 3: And that's what light does. It starts forming patterns that
- 20:55Speaker 3: form into atoms, that form into sills and bodies and
- 20:59Speaker 3: all of these things. We're actually not solid beings. But
- 21:01Speaker 3: that's a whole other tangent to go on. But I
- 21:03Speaker 3: think it's easy for us, when we return to light form,
- 21:06Speaker 3: to manipulate small metallic objects. That's why coins are in
- 21:08Speaker 3: our path a lot. Another thing they love to do
- 21:11Speaker 3: to let us know they're around is manipulate electronics, so
- 21:14Speaker 3: flickering lights, turning TV on and off. They'll still do that,
- 21:18Speaker 3: but they love that. We have cell phones now, so
- 21:21Speaker 3: pay attention if you're ever texting someone and all of
- 21:24Speaker 3: a sudden, the word in the textbox changes to a
- 21:26Speaker 3: totally different word. Pay attention when you get a phone
- 21:29Speaker 3: call on it maybe a special day or a certain day,
- 21:32Speaker 3: and there's no return number. Like, they will do all
- 21:35Speaker 3: sorts of things to get our attention. Sometimes they'll make
- 21:37Speaker 3: the electronics go wonky, they'll just like make a call
- 21:40Speaker 3: drop or whatever it might be. But it's all to
- 21:42Speaker 3: get our attention so that we realize that they're around.
- 21:46Speaker 3: And then the third thing that they like to do
- 21:47Speaker 3: a lot is send creatures that navigate our world using
- 21:50Speaker 3: electromagnetic fields. So birds of all forms like you know, hummingbirds, eagles, cardinals,
- 21:57Speaker 3: you name it, deer, fox, ladybugs, dragonfly.
- 22:01Speaker 1: Well, what does it mean if they send one of
- 22:04Speaker 1: those creatures or a coin life, especially if you didn't
- 22:07Speaker 1: ask for it.
- 22:08Speaker 3: They're showing us that. First of all, it's like a
- 22:10Speaker 3: hug and a kiss and a hello, I love you
- 22:12Speaker 3: from the other side. Because here's the thing, they don't
- 22:14Speaker 3: have voice boxes to do that anymore. They don't have
- 22:16Speaker 3: arms to hug us, so they find new ways to communicate.
- 22:20Speaker 3: It's a reminder that we're never alone on our journey.
- 22:23Speaker 3: Sometimes it's also encouragement. I know a lot of people who,
- 22:26Speaker 3: let's say they've lost a loved one and they're going
- 22:29Speaker 3: on the vacation for the first time without their loved one.
- 22:31Speaker 3: They'll find a coin with their loved one's birthday on it,
- 22:34Speaker 3: and what that's showing them is like, I'm still here
- 22:36Speaker 3: with you, right. So it's like they'll send their names,
- 22:40Speaker 3: they'll send lookalikes, pay attention to what you see on
- 22:42Speaker 3: license plates. They'll do all these things to show you
- 22:45Speaker 3: that there is more than meets the eye here in
- 22:49Speaker 3: our physical existence. But the most magical part of co
- 22:53Speaker 3: creating a language is when you ask for specific things back.
- 22:56Speaker 3: They love a challenge, and I think that we really
- 22:59Speaker 3: need to own that and have that experience for it
- 23:03Speaker 3: to become our truth, right, because otherwise we're always like,
- 23:05Speaker 3: h questioning or what could that be? So I always
- 23:08Speaker 3: tell people to start by creating a language of four
- 23:10Speaker 3: different signs you can use. The first one I say
- 23:13Speaker 3: is pick a creature. It could be any creature that
- 23:16Speaker 3: pops into your mind. Then I'm like, make it a
- 23:19Speaker 3: little different, because what's going to happen when you get
- 23:21Speaker 3: your sign is your monkey mind's going to tell you
- 23:23Speaker 3: it's a coincidence. Try to reject it. So the wackier
- 23:27Speaker 3: you make it, the more specific you make it, the
- 23:29Speaker 3: more you have to own it. So that's why I'm
- 23:31Speaker 3: always saying, don't just ask for an elephant, ask for
- 23:33Speaker 3: a purple elephant, or like ask for a platypus, or
- 23:37Speaker 3: like some different animal, or a giraffe with a red bow,
- 23:39Speaker 3: whatever it might be. Make it unique. That's one way.
- 23:42Speaker 3: And I'm also wanting to say a really important step
- 23:45Speaker 3: to doing this is writing it down somewhere. So that
- 23:48Speaker 3: could be in the note section of your phone, or
- 23:49Speaker 3: it could be journaling, whatever it is. I think it's
- 23:51Speaker 3: really important. So you when you get your sign and
- 23:54Speaker 3: you're like, no, I have proof. I ask for that look,
- 23:56Speaker 3: and I got it in these four ways. You know.
- 23:58Speaker 3: I always say ask for a number sequence, because although
- 24:02Speaker 3: I was an English teacher and I was kind of
- 24:04Speaker 3: allergic to math, I have great respect for math, and
- 24:06Speaker 3: I've been shown that the way this whole kind of
- 24:09Speaker 3: virtual reality paradigm works is through mathematical equations. Right. Everything's
- 24:13Speaker 3: sort of mathmatically inclined, So I think it's very easy
- 24:16Speaker 3: for them to get number sequences to us and for
- 24:19Speaker 3: a lot of people listening, you probably have one that's
- 24:21Speaker 3: kind of followed you in your life already, Like some
- 24:23Speaker 3: people have eleven eleven four four four, or just like
- 24:26Speaker 3: certain numbers, they'll like always see on the clock, or
- 24:29Speaker 3: like they'll always hear whatever this is. And then also
- 24:32Speaker 3: pick a phrase. It could be any phrase you want,
- 24:34Speaker 3: or one that just you know, pops in your mind,
- 24:36Speaker 3: or one that was important to you from your childhood.
- 24:39Speaker 3: And then pick a song. And they love communicating through songs.
- 24:42Speaker 3: And I know you've had that experience already, right, but
- 24:44Speaker 3: you've now given them four ways to communicate back with you.
- 24:47Speaker 3: And you can build on this language at any time.
- 24:49Speaker 3: It's like if you wanted to learn a foreign language
- 24:51Speaker 3: and you had four words, that's a great start. But
- 24:53Speaker 3: let's keep building, let's learn more.
- 24:55Speaker 2: Thank you for sharing all of that.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I oscillate between full believer and total skeptic, and I
- 25:02Speaker 1: actually think it's healthy, and I think that's how you
- 25:04Speaker 1: are actually I am.
- 25:05Speaker 3: You know, it's so funny. I don't consider myself woo woo,
- 25:08Speaker 3: and I'm a huge skeptic even when I came to
- 25:10Speaker 3: terms with my abilities and even like how I know
- 25:12Speaker 3: what I get is real and authentic, and I know
- 25:14Speaker 3: it has meaning for all of us, that we all
- 25:16Speaker 3: have it. But I'm always raising my hand and signing
- 25:18Speaker 3: up for every scientific study I can do where they're
- 25:21Speaker 3: mapping my brain, they're seeing what my brain waves do,
- 25:23Speaker 3: Like how am I accessing this? How can we all
- 25:25Speaker 3: access it? And I think it's so great to be
- 25:28Speaker 3: skeptical in life. I think that's so important. I would
- 25:31Speaker 3: never want somebody to listen to me and my experiences
- 25:33Speaker 3: and be like, that's it. I believe we're good. No, like,
- 25:37Speaker 3: listen to my experiences because you've been guided to hear me, right.
- 25:41Speaker 3: But it's a doorway that is being offered to you
- 25:44Speaker 3: within yourself to go explore that and test it. Go
- 25:47Speaker 3: test it, because I'm going to tell you it's going
- 25:49Speaker 3: to work. Like if you get a sign and you're like, okay,
- 25:51Speaker 3: I want another one, You're going to get another one
- 25:53Speaker 3: and it becomes your own truth. And I was raised
- 25:55Speaker 3: by two high school English teachers, and they taught me
- 25:57Speaker 3: to be a critical thinker, and a critical thinker question
- 26:00Speaker 3: everything and goes on a journey is like a seeker
- 26:02Speaker 3: in life to find answers. And I think it's so
- 26:05Speaker 3: healthy and good to always keep that mindset.
- 26:08Speaker 2: I love that you use the word seeker.
- 26:10Speaker 1: That's what I always call all of the really smart
- 26:13Speaker 1: people that listen to this podcast. I think they're constantly
- 26:15Speaker 1: seeking for better for better relationships, better careers, all of that.
- 26:21Speaker 2: I also love when.
- 26:21Speaker 1: You talk about your first experience with your psychic abilities,
- 26:25Speaker 1: mostly because you say that your mom embraced you so beautifully, so.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Kindly, and she kind of shared that this ability ran
- 26:33Speaker 2: in your family. And I'm curious what it is that.
- 26:37Speaker 1: You see when you read somebody's energy at first? Do
- 26:41Speaker 1: you see a color, do you feel a vibe?
- 26:43Speaker 2: What is it?
- 26:43Speaker 3: Yeah, So, whenever I'm reading for somebody, first of all,
- 26:46Speaker 3: I think I'm always reading psychically. That part is always
- 26:49Speaker 3: on and always open, and reading psychically does not drain
- 26:52Speaker 3: my energy. It helps me navigate my world, honestly. So
- 26:56Speaker 3: it's like a volume switch, you know, it's probably on
- 26:58Speaker 3: a five most of the time. And then if I'm
- 26:59Speaker 3: doing or reading and I want to look at someone's energy,
- 27:01Speaker 3: I'll turn it all the way up and I'll go
- 27:03Speaker 3: like retrieve or reach into their energy field, their aura,
- 27:06Speaker 3: like what scientists call a biofield. Same thing or a biofield.
- 27:09Speaker 3: We just have two different names for it. So I
- 27:10Speaker 3: think that's always on and working. And even if I'm
- 27:13Speaker 3: going to do a mediumship reading, I first dive in
- 27:16Speaker 3: psychically to make that connection. So the very first time,
- 27:19Speaker 3: like i'll read for somebody, or if I'm meeting somebody,
- 27:22Speaker 3: I usually will experience them in a color. And if
- 27:25Speaker 3: I'm doing like this in depth reading for them, I'll
- 27:27Speaker 3: be shown what I call a core or like core
- 27:30Speaker 3: core aura by their spirit guides, and it's really a
- 27:33Speaker 3: blueprint for their soul's mission this lifetime. So I'll see
- 27:35Speaker 3: the gifts they came in with, like maybe some of
- 27:37Speaker 3: the sole challenges they're meant to face while here, like
- 27:40Speaker 3: how they're doing with things. So much information, but it's
- 27:43Speaker 3: really interesting, I think, like to the person and also
- 27:46Speaker 3: to me understanding their energy.
- 27:48Speaker 1: I'm obsessed with the way you talk about creativity. I
- 27:52Speaker 1: watched this interview that you did online. I think it
- 27:55Speaker 1: was with a psychotherapist in New York and you were
- 27:58Speaker 1: on stage. It was live k Epstein, Yes, on YouTube.
- 28:02Speaker 3: It's great. He's wonderful. He's just magical.
- 28:05Speaker 2: He is, but so are you.
- 28:06Speaker 1: It was your energy together and you said you see
- 28:09Speaker 1: creativity as orange. I love when you talk about the
- 28:12Speaker 1: purpose of art and creativity in our world. You say
- 28:15Speaker 1: that creativity is a form of divine communication.
- 28:19Speaker 2: Can you share more about that? Yeah, you know.
- 28:22Speaker 3: First, let me just say when I do read colors
- 28:25Speaker 3: and energy, Yes, the color orange for me shows me
- 28:27Speaker 3: that of the person's an artists, that they have artistic ability,
- 28:31Speaker 3: that they have a deep appreciation for art. Right, But
- 28:33Speaker 3: we all have that to some degree, we just have
- 28:35Speaker 3: to open to it more sometimes. But what I do
- 28:38Speaker 3: know is any time we open to our creative our
- 28:42Speaker 3: artistic abilities in any form, we are in direct communication
- 28:46Speaker 3: with the other side. No artist ever works alone. So
- 28:51Speaker 3: if you want to open your energy, and you want
- 28:54Speaker 3: to connect with your team of light, and you want
- 28:56Speaker 3: divine inspiration, just make space in your life to create.
- 29:01Speaker 3: You do not need to be an expert. You just
- 29:03Speaker 3: need to go into that energy field and do it. So,
- 29:06Speaker 3: whether that means creating space to journal or rite, going
- 29:09Speaker 3: to a pottery class, going to do some painting, listening
- 29:13Speaker 3: to music, singing the lyrics to a song, whatever, this is,
- 29:18Speaker 3: going to a museum and witnessing art, going to a
- 29:21Speaker 3: movie and drinking it in anytime we experience art, or
- 29:25Speaker 3: even better create or open to a creative state ourselves,
- 29:29Speaker 3: we are in divine connection and magical things can happen.
- 29:34Speaker 3: And one of the things they told me too, is
- 29:36Speaker 3: it's not about what we're producing, it's about the experience
- 29:40Speaker 3: of connection we're having. And I think our society teaches
- 29:44Speaker 3: all the wrong things. It teaches like, unless you are
- 29:48Speaker 3: going to be a professional singer, don't bother. Unless you
- 29:52Speaker 3: have these great gifts to paint, and somebody's going to
- 29:54Speaker 3: want to pay you a lot of money for your painting,
- 29:57Speaker 3: don't bother. And that is the exact opposite of true.
- 30:00Speaker 3: If you look at societies where great breakthroughs have happened,
- 30:04Speaker 3: they have thrived, they have come together, it's always during renaissance.
- 30:08Speaker 3: It's always when the arts are valued. And so I
- 30:12Speaker 3: think opening to that and for each of us to
- 30:14Speaker 3: understand that we have an inner creative, we have an
- 30:17Speaker 3: inner artist, and it's time to let that out and
- 30:21Speaker 3: to play and create space for that, it will make
- 30:24Speaker 3: our lives brighter in always.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Now, there's something I've heard Rick Rubin talk about that
- 30:29Speaker 1: feels connected to this that i'd love your opinion on,
- 30:31Speaker 1: which is he says like, if we get a download
- 30:35Speaker 1: of an idea creatively and we don't make that thing,
- 30:39Speaker 1: you will usually see it made in another month, in
- 30:42Speaker 1: another year, whenever, because somebody else gets that download. You're
- 30:47Speaker 1: in like sort of the cultural current. What do you
- 30:49Speaker 1: think about that?
- 30:50Speaker 3: I love that concept, and it kind of shows how
- 30:52Speaker 3: interconnected we all are. So what I love first of
- 30:55Speaker 3: all is that all of us use the same word download.
- 30:58Speaker 3: You can listen to interviews from all different people in
- 31:01Speaker 3: all different walks of life, and they're all saying the
- 31:03Speaker 3: same thing. I gotta download. I gotta download because it
- 31:06Speaker 3: happens not in earth time, but like boom, in this
- 31:09Speaker 3: like divine kind of space that's outside of our linear time. Right.
- 31:14Speaker 3: I feel like we are all in constant connection with
- 31:17Speaker 3: one another and with some greater good. And when we
- 31:20Speaker 3: open to the other side, yes, there's a whole teams
- 31:23Speaker 3: up there that are trying to help humanity, help us progress,
- 31:27Speaker 3: help us be creative, help us thrive, And so we
- 31:31Speaker 3: might all be tapping in to the same sort of
- 31:34Speaker 3: message that humanity is supposed to get for right now.
- 31:36Speaker 3: But it's the ones that create the space to honor
- 31:40Speaker 3: that and bring it through that's important. Like, one thing
- 31:42Speaker 3: I know about being here on earth is that we
- 31:44Speaker 3: should all strive to be what I call light workers.
- 31:46Speaker 3: And a light worker is somebody who finds whatever gifts
- 31:50Speaker 3: they gain programmed here for themselves, like we're all unique, right,
- 31:53Speaker 3: and then honors those gifts and then shares them with
- 31:57Speaker 3: others and then helps encourage others to find their own
- 32:00Speaker 3: unique gifts and share it. And so it's this beautiful
- 32:03Speaker 3: chain of light. And I think that when we pay
- 32:05Speaker 3: attention to our downloads and we create space for it,
- 32:08Speaker 3: we become a vehicle for others to learn and embrace
- 32:12Speaker 3: that too.
- 32:13Speaker 1: What do you think happens when we ignore those creative nudges?
- 32:16Speaker 1: Do they disappear and do they go to somebody else?
- 32:19Speaker 1: Or do they keep knocking until we listen?
- 32:21Speaker 3: Well, I think if it's something we maybe spiritually signed
- 32:24Speaker 3: up for, they keep knocking. You know. I can tell
- 32:27Speaker 3: you from my own experience that my gifts were like
- 32:30Speaker 3: very pronounced and they overwhelmed me in my early twenties
- 32:33Speaker 3: where I said to the other side, like I am
- 32:35Speaker 3: not ready for this, Like the first time I was
- 32:38Speaker 3: doing a reading and like mediumship happened. I was like,
- 32:40Speaker 3: what is going on, like I am not ready for this,
- 32:42Speaker 3: and then people were showing up at my apartment and
- 32:45Speaker 3: like wanting read it. I was like, this is not
- 32:47Speaker 3: okay with me. I want to be a high schooling
- 32:49Speaker 3: this teacher. I'm not doing this, and they were like, okay,
- 32:52Speaker 3: we'll circle back, and they did. The moment I had
- 32:54Speaker 3: my first daughter, it's like all my abilities turned up
- 32:57Speaker 3: and I got this download that told me, Okay, we've
- 33:00Speaker 3: given you time, this is your journey. Now, this is
- 33:02Speaker 3: your path, and I had to honor it. So I
- 33:04Speaker 3: think that for some people, if you have this kind
- 33:06Speaker 3: of spiritual contract you've signed with the other side, that
- 33:09Speaker 3: this is something you agreed to do, it will just
- 33:12Speaker 3: stay in your energy field until you do it. And
- 33:15Speaker 3: for others it might be like, hey, do you want
- 33:16Speaker 3: to take this mission or should we get you for
- 33:18Speaker 3: another one later. I'll also tell you there are times
- 33:21Speaker 3: I've done readings for people and I'll say to them,
- 33:22Speaker 3: there's a book waiting to be written, but it's not
- 33:25Speaker 3: on a timeline. You could do it next year, you
- 33:27Speaker 3: could do it in seven years. This is not going
- 33:29Speaker 3: to go away. Or I might see that there's something
- 33:31Speaker 3: they're supposed to help out with here on earth. It
- 33:33Speaker 3: might be a philanthropic you know, outreach for something, or
- 33:36Speaker 3: it might be a certain theme about what they're doing.
- 33:39Speaker 3: And I'll see, like they get to decide it's sometimes
- 33:42Speaker 3: in the next like seven years, they could choose when.
- 33:44Speaker 3: So it's really dependent on if it's something that's part
- 33:47Speaker 3: of your soul journey to directly experienced, or it's like, hey,
- 33:50Speaker 3: if you have time, will you do this for humanity?
- 34:04Speaker 1: So I've had psychic readings before from several people, some
- 34:08Speaker 1: multiple with the same person, and I found that there
- 34:11Speaker 1: were a lot of things that came true that were
- 34:13Speaker 1: very specific and definitely added to my deep belief. And
- 34:17Speaker 1: then there were some things that didn't happen or haven't
- 34:19Speaker 1: happened yet. And I do believe that you have like
- 34:23Speaker 1: free will and that plays a role in our lives.
- 34:27Speaker 2: Are there multiple.
- 34:29Speaker 1: Lives that we can live and based on our decisions
- 34:32Speaker 1: we go down different paths?
- 34:34Speaker 2: Or how does that work?
- 34:35Speaker 3: Yeah? So I feel like those are really beautiful questions
- 34:39Speaker 3: that you're exploring, right, And I think there's almost like
- 34:41Speaker 3: two different questions in there. So the first one I
- 34:44Speaker 3: want to address is what happens when you have a
- 34:47Speaker 3: reading with somebody, and some things are just like so
- 34:49Speaker 3: specific and they happened spot on this way they said
- 34:51Speaker 3: they were, and then others like, don't happen what goes
- 34:54Speaker 3: on there? What I've learned from the other side is
- 34:57Speaker 3: that free will trumps everything. And I want you to
- 35:00Speaker 3: think about if we were looking at like maybe a
- 35:02Speaker 3: ball rolling down the street right and it was like
- 35:06Speaker 3: rolling in a straight line, and we're like, oh, it's
- 35:07Speaker 3: going to end up, you know, at the end of
- 35:10Speaker 3: the street there, But all of a sudden, the breeze
- 35:11Speaker 3: came and now it's rolling just ever so slightly to
- 35:14Speaker 3: the left. What's eventually going to happen is going to
- 35:16Speaker 3: curve in a new direction. And I think that what
- 35:19Speaker 3: we fail to understand too, is that we are all
- 35:22Speaker 3: part of each other's journey at all times, and so
- 35:24Speaker 3: we might be headed in a certain direction, but then
- 35:27Speaker 3: it might be like for the highest good, if we
- 35:30Speaker 3: would help this person learn their soul lesson by being
- 35:33Speaker 3: a catalyst or a vehicle or maybe modeling something in
- 35:36Speaker 3: the world for them to notice and learn from. Maybe
- 35:40Speaker 3: we agree to it, and so maybe where we were
- 35:42Speaker 3: going to end up changes, but it's still for the
- 35:45Speaker 3: greatest good.
- 35:46Speaker 2: So you can't block your own blessings.
- 35:49Speaker 3: I don't think you can ever block your own blessings,
- 35:51Speaker 3: but I think that you can take sometimes winding journeys
- 35:55Speaker 3: to them. I think that sometimes if we tune out
- 35:59Speaker 3: of our spiritual selves, if we don't honor our knowings.
- 36:04Speaker 3: You know the four Claire's clairvoyance, which is clear seeing, clear, audience,
- 36:08Speaker 3: which is clear hearings when you hear a thought that
- 36:09Speaker 3: comes to you. Clairvoyance is like dreaming your eyes are
- 36:12Speaker 3: closed what you're seeing. Claire cognizance is clear knowing, where
- 36:14Speaker 3: you just know something in every ounce of your being.
- 36:16Speaker 3: And clare sentience is like clear feeling where you're feeling energy.
- 36:19Speaker 3: So if we're having information given to us in that
- 36:21Speaker 3: way and we choose to ignore it, we're purposely choosing
- 36:25Speaker 3: not to be on our highest path. Like to be
- 36:27Speaker 3: in a state of being open to those abilities and
- 36:29Speaker 3: being guided by them will always get us on our
- 36:31Speaker 3: highest path, whatever that is. So do I think that
- 36:34Speaker 3: somebody could say, like, right now, this is going to happen,
- 36:37Speaker 3: but if you make a different decision, like next Tuesday,
- 36:40Speaker 3: a different outcome can happen. Absolutely, But there's going to
- 36:43Speaker 3: be a different theme, you know, or a different understanding.
- 36:46Speaker 3: So that was the first part and then the second
- 36:48Speaker 3: part you had was like, Okay, can there be different
- 36:50Speaker 3: realities that are happening? And I think, yeah, I think
- 36:53Speaker 3: that's probably valid. I think our soul experiences things in
- 36:56Speaker 3: different ways. You probably heard the term like timeline jumping.
- 36:59Speaker 3: That's what that refers to you, which is this concept
- 37:02Speaker 3: of like, Okay, we kind of veer off into this experience,
- 37:05Speaker 3: but there's another version of that experience where everything worked
- 37:07Speaker 3: out great or as happy, or like vice versa. Right,
- 37:11Speaker 3: Why because we want to experience things in all ways,
- 37:13Speaker 3: Like our soul seeks understanding, and we understand love more
- 37:18Speaker 3: greatly by also understanding loss. Right, it's like the collective
- 37:22Speaker 3: coming together in love that matters. So I always feel
- 37:26Speaker 3: like trust yourself over all things. And it's wonderful to
- 37:31Speaker 3: have like a reading, but nobody needs it, honestly, because
- 37:33Speaker 3: if you open that doorway within yourself to create space
- 37:37Speaker 3: to honor the downloads and the nudges and the knowings
- 37:41Speaker 3: that you get, you're going to always be on your
- 37:44Speaker 3: highest path. And when in doubt, you just have to
- 37:46Speaker 3: figure out which decision is the path of fear and
- 37:50Speaker 3: which is the path of love, because they can be
- 37:52Speaker 3: tricky sometimes to differentiate, right, because choosing love is always
- 37:55Speaker 3: our highest path. So if you're coming up to something
- 37:57Speaker 3: and you're having like really anxiety thoughts like X y
- 38:00Speaker 3: Z doesn't happen, I have to do this because God forbid,
- 38:03Speaker 3: like this might happen. Otherwise that's not a love path.
- 38:06Speaker 3: A love path is about being like, Okay, this is
- 38:08Speaker 3: what I'm feeling, to honor it, I'm gonna trust and
- 38:10Speaker 3: I'm going to move forward.
- 38:11Speaker 1: Wow, that's beautiful because I at least think about the
- 38:13Speaker 1: Sliding Doors movie with Gwyneth Paltrow all the time.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Have you read The Midnight Library. Yes, it's so wonderful.
- 38:20Speaker 3: It's another like idea of like that our soul is
- 38:23Speaker 3: learning different lessons in different ways.
- 38:25Speaker 2: I love that you mentioned loss.
- 38:27Speaker 1: And so many people's questions from social media were about
- 38:31Speaker 1: what happens on the other side and how can we
- 38:33Speaker 1: talk to people on the other side.
- 38:35Speaker 3: This is where people think they need a psychic medium
- 38:37Speaker 3: to talk to them. Like even when I do readings,
- 38:39Speaker 3: they'll say, like, tell my dad I love him, and
- 38:42Speaker 3: I'm like you have that, Like I'm the third wheel
- 38:45Speaker 3: anytime we ever direct our thoughts to someone on the
- 38:49Speaker 3: other side, they hear us one hundred percent of the time.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Anytime we like pray to the other side, it is
- 38:54Speaker 3: always received. It's not like you'd ever need somebody else
- 38:58Speaker 3: to help you do that, right, So it's just by
- 39:01Speaker 3: trusting that you're doing that and having the thoughts. Some
- 39:03Speaker 3: people like saying things out loud, and that's fine too,
- 39:05Speaker 3: whatever is comfortable for people, But that communication is there constantly.
- 39:10Speaker 3: You know. Whenever I do like gallery reading, they come
- 39:12Speaker 3: in and I see all these chords of life between
- 39:14Speaker 3: the people who walk in, but I also see chords
- 39:15Speaker 3: light between them and their loved ones on the other
- 39:17Speaker 3: side who are present with them. They come with them,
- 39:20Speaker 3: they leave with them. I'm not the one who's like,
- 39:22Speaker 3: let me summon them up. They're there. I'm the one
- 39:24Speaker 3: plugging into it. And that's what I want everybody to know.
- 39:27Speaker 3: Like that is there for everybody all the time, and
- 39:30Speaker 3: it's beautiful and relationships strengthen after somebody crosses. The other
- 39:35Speaker 3: thing is that on the other side, when you cross,
- 39:37Speaker 3: you do a life review. And it's hard to explain
- 39:40Speaker 3: because it's like we have linear time here, right, But
- 39:42Speaker 3: in a millisecond, you're made to understand your entire life,
- 39:46Speaker 3: not only reliving it from like your own perspective, but
- 39:48Speaker 3: the perspective of everyone you affected and how you made
- 39:51Speaker 3: them feel and the changes that happened on their path
- 39:54Speaker 3: because of you, And it just shifts your whole knowledge
- 39:57Speaker 3: about what you thought your life was in really beautiful
- 40:01Speaker 3: ways most of the time. And it also helps get
- 40:04Speaker 3: people out of being stuck in a mindset like if
- 40:07Speaker 3: there was any unfinished business, or if the person you
- 40:11Speaker 3: have had like an alcohol or drug problem or had
- 40:14Speaker 3: a personality problem where they're just me, you know, like
- 40:17Speaker 3: they're going to see it different now, And the number
- 40:19Speaker 3: one thing they always want to do is ask forgiveness
- 40:21Speaker 3: because they need to take accountability, and they want you
- 40:24Speaker 3: to know that they might be were misguided on their
- 40:27Speaker 3: path of understanding love, but they understand it now.
- 40:30Speaker 1: You've actually given me a lot of peace with that
- 40:32Speaker 1: because both of my grandpas are past. One I had
- 40:36Speaker 1: sort of a tougher relationship with and one I was
- 40:38Speaker 1: very close with, and the one that I had a
- 40:41Speaker 1: tougher relationship with on Earth, I actually have a much
- 40:45Speaker 1: nicer relationship with now. And I think about him more
- 40:48Speaker 1: and I kind of like see his face more and
- 40:51Speaker 1: it's been so cool, Like I feel like he sort
- 40:54Speaker 1: of learned a lot on Earth school and can see
- 40:57Speaker 1: it differently now.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Exactly and wants to show up for you so profoundly
- 41:01Speaker 3: now and kind of make up for it. I love
- 41:04Speaker 3: that relationship strengthen after, like the love does not end,
- 41:08Speaker 3: it continues and it gets even brighter and stronger and whatever.
- 41:12Speaker 3: Like the conflict was here, they don't have that there.
- 41:15Speaker 3: You know, the other side is place of just like
- 41:17Speaker 3: wisdom and love, connectivity and understanding. And here's the thing.
- 41:21Speaker 3: Think about it. When you leave your physical body and
- 41:24Speaker 3: your light and your consciousness returns home to the other side,
- 41:28Speaker 3: and you are connecting with the consciousness of other beings
- 41:30Speaker 3: on the other side, but you don't have a physical body.
- 41:32Speaker 3: You download their whole experiences in a millisecond. And so
- 41:36Speaker 3: you know how a lot of religions say, like do
- 41:38Speaker 3: unto others as you do onto yourself. It's true because
- 41:41Speaker 3: what separates us once we don't have bodies nothing. We're
- 41:44Speaker 3: actually different leaves on different branches of the same tree.
- 41:48Speaker 3: This is a collective experience, and I think that's why
- 41:51Speaker 3: we come to Earth school, because we're only as strong
- 41:53Speaker 3: as our weakest link. And I think that there are
- 41:55Speaker 3: some groups that come as teachers, some as healers, some
- 41:58Speaker 3: as catalysts, some as change agents, you know, to help
- 42:01Speaker 3: out maybe the souls who are a little stuck or
- 42:03Speaker 3: need to learn the lesson in new ways.
- 42:05Speaker 1: I've always felt like each soul has a lot of
- 42:09Speaker 1: small lessons, but some really big lessons, maybe like two
- 42:12Speaker 1: or three that we all have. Can you identify that
- 42:15Speaker 1: in people right away? And how do you think we
- 42:17Speaker 1: can identify those within ourselves when I do the core.
- 42:20Speaker 3: Or our readings, and I'll tell you one that seems
- 42:22Speaker 3: to be a really big one for people if I
- 42:24Speaker 3: see green and a core or it means like one
- 42:26Speaker 3: of their soul challenges this lifetime is about embracing change.
- 42:30Speaker 3: And the way that your soul will be challenged to
- 42:33Speaker 3: grow is that usually change will happen to you very suddenly,
- 42:37Speaker 3: at least once or twice a lifetime, where it's nothing
- 42:39Speaker 3: you caused or did it just like fell in your
- 42:41Speaker 3: lap and now you had to deal with it, and
- 42:43Speaker 3: it was all about did you choose the fear path
- 42:45Speaker 3: but that change or the love path? I don't have
- 42:46Speaker 3: to be happy about the change, but we do have
- 42:48Speaker 3: to recognize that what's happening to us is happening for
- 42:52Speaker 3: us for our soul evolution or for us to be
- 42:55Speaker 3: a catalyst for others or to like rise in our
- 42:57Speaker 3: own light. And we have to trust in a high
- 43:00Speaker 3: your path for ourselves. Right. And then the other change
- 43:03Speaker 3: test is like things are awkward to you and you
- 43:05Speaker 3: might be very comfortable where you are in life, and
- 43:07Speaker 3: you say, like, do I make this change? This is
- 43:09Speaker 3: going to shift my path And I don't know what's
- 43:12Speaker 3: around the corner, but I'm feeling pulled to do this
- 43:15Speaker 3: or I'm feeling called to do this. That's so important
- 43:18Speaker 3: to choose that love path. So you're tested in different ways.
- 43:21Speaker 3: I think in a lot of ways, we all are
- 43:23Speaker 3: tested with that change challenge. Right, So it's about like
- 43:27Speaker 3: choosing that path of love always.
- 43:28Speaker 2: Okay, that's cool.
- 43:30Speaker 1: I've also heard you speak a lot about the first
- 43:32Speaker 1: breath moment when a soul fully incarnates. I'd love if
- 43:36Speaker 1: you could kind of walk us through what that means
- 43:39Speaker 1: and what that looks like, and also how that plays
- 43:41Speaker 1: a role in how children choose their parents.
- 43:44Speaker 3: You know, all children choose their parents, and all parents
- 43:47Speaker 3: choose their children. And you know, sometimes when I'll do
- 43:49Speaker 3: a reading for a child that has crossed at a
- 43:52Speaker 3: young age on the other side, one of the first
- 43:54Speaker 3: things they want to acknowledge and thank their parents for
- 43:57Speaker 3: and thank their loved ones for was agreeing to let
- 44:00Speaker 3: them be their child and be with them and be
- 44:03Speaker 3: loved like that. Because before we get here, we know
- 44:06Speaker 3: ultimately like, Okay, I know my time with you is
- 44:09Speaker 3: going to be short, but I'll take whatever I can
- 44:11Speaker 3: get because my soul loves your soul so much. You know,
- 44:13Speaker 3: there's this beautiful kind of contract that there. It's really
- 44:16Speaker 3: really sacred, and I think that it can be really profound.
- 44:20Speaker 1: This was probably the second most popular question, which was
- 44:25Speaker 1: our twin flames real? Can you recognize a twin flame connection.
- 44:30Speaker 3: Like twin flames and soulmates? I think we recognize people
- 44:34Speaker 3: that are in our soul groups, or that we are
- 44:36Speaker 3: destined to meet, or that we have a contract to
- 44:38Speaker 3: play something out with. So do I think that there
- 44:41Speaker 3: is a concept of twin souls and soulmates. Absolutely, But
- 44:45Speaker 3: I think sometimes we misunderstand that and we maybe interchange
- 44:49Speaker 3: the word soulmate with twin soul, and we think there's
- 44:52Speaker 3: just one.
- 44:53Speaker 2: So what is a soulmate?
- 44:54Speaker 3: So your soulmate is somebody who's like another soul that
- 44:58Speaker 3: you are so deeply connected with, who you share such
- 45:01Speaker 3: deep love for, and that you have contracted with to
- 45:05Speaker 3: be on this journey of growth and exploration. Right, And
- 45:08Speaker 3: so sometimes it can be confusing, right because sometimes negative
- 45:12Speaker 3: things can go on. That's still going to teach you too.
- 45:14Speaker 3: I think it's recognizing that soul recognition. But a soulmate
- 45:20Speaker 3: can be a parent, a soulmate can be a best friend,
- 45:22Speaker 3: a soulmate can be a romantic partner. A soulmate can
- 45:25Speaker 3: be a child. A soulmate can be a teacher. Like
- 45:29Speaker 3: you probably have many soulmates in your life right now,
- 45:32Speaker 3: and we kind of romanticize what a soulmate is and
- 45:35Speaker 3: be like, I've got this one person out there that
- 45:37Speaker 3: if I find that person, I'm going to have the
- 45:40Speaker 3: best love experience and my life's going to be complete.
- 45:42Speaker 3: And really the most important experience any of us are
- 45:46Speaker 3: having when we're here is our relationship with ourself. And
- 45:49Speaker 3: when we really trust the guidance and we open our
- 45:52Speaker 3: hearts and we become the best version of ourselves. We're
- 45:55Speaker 3: going to show up for everybody in the most beautiful way,
- 45:58Speaker 3: and so even our soulmate experiences are going to be
- 46:01Speaker 3: wonderful and dynamic and powerful. The twin flame has a
- 46:04Speaker 3: lot more to do with like the romantic concept, right of,
- 46:06Speaker 3: like this partnership that is like just a total energy match,
- 46:10Speaker 3: and I do think that that's very real. I think
- 46:12Speaker 3: we could even talk about it in a much smaller way,
- 46:15Speaker 3: Like you go out to lunch and you sit at
- 46:17Speaker 3: a table at a conference with maybe twelve people that
- 46:20Speaker 3: you haven't met before. You might feel really pulled to
- 46:23Speaker 3: like two of them, and maybe really not pulled to
- 46:26Speaker 3: two of them, and then the rest are neutral. Like
- 46:28Speaker 3: that's you feeling energy, that's you sensing who's in your
- 46:31Speaker 3: soul group or sensing who your energy aligns with the best.
- 46:35Speaker 3: And I think we just need to pay more attention
- 46:37Speaker 3: to that. I think sometimes we also confuse twin flames
- 46:40Speaker 3: for people who have been sent to teach us lessons
- 46:42Speaker 3: about ourselves or teach us to like respect it, because
- 46:44Speaker 3: I think sometimes true, like really high level love is
- 46:48Speaker 3: very peaceful, and I think sometimes we confuse it. I
- 46:50Speaker 3: think it has to be like crazy passionate and have
- 46:52Speaker 3: all this dynamic, and sometimes those relationships are really to
- 46:56Speaker 3: teach us about our own boundaries, are respecting our own
- 46:59Speaker 3: life or whatever that might be. So I think the
- 47:02Speaker 3: best thing we can all be is open to these
- 47:04Speaker 3: experiences and always searching and seeking what these answers are
- 47:08Speaker 3: for us, but also taking inventory of our relationship with
- 47:11Speaker 3: ourself and that we're being respectful of our own light,
- 47:14Speaker 3: and that we're using kindness and forgiveness and gratitude as
- 47:17Speaker 3: our currency.
- 47:18Speaker 1: You know, have your psychic abilities ever protected you from
- 47:22Speaker 1: anything or anyone?
- 47:23Speaker 3: Oh, they've protected me countless times. Small examples might be,
- 47:28Speaker 3: you know, and this is in one of my books
- 47:30Speaker 3: to you. I'd be at a light it turns grain
- 47:31Speaker 3: and I don't go, and my kids are like, why
- 47:33Speaker 3: are you not going? I'm not even like rashly understanding why.
- 47:36Speaker 3: It's just like a pull back, and I start to
- 47:38Speaker 3: say because, And an eighteen wheeler flies by had gone
- 47:41Speaker 3: through this red light like two seconds after. Another time,
- 47:44Speaker 3: I'm pulling into like the target parking lot, and I
- 47:47Speaker 3: slow the car to a stop. My kids are like,
- 47:49Speaker 3: why are you stopping the car? And with that, a
- 47:51Speaker 3: little three year old girl runs out into the parking
- 47:54Speaker 3: spot I would have driven into. So those are examples
- 47:57Speaker 3: of saving my own life and the lives of But
- 48:00Speaker 3: it plays out like that for us in all different ways.
- 48:03Speaker 3: I think that we can avoid hard lessons sometimes that
- 48:07Speaker 3: wouldn't really serve us, would just kind of like tangle
- 48:09Speaker 3: us up, because I think sometimes you know, it's like
- 48:11Speaker 3: you can learn the easy way or the hard way.
- 48:13Speaker 3: As long as you understand the lesson, you're fine. And
- 48:16Speaker 3: I think that you know, when you go to the
- 48:18Speaker 3: airport and they have those moving sidewalks and you're like
- 48:20Speaker 3: you could walk slowly or just get on that. If
- 48:22Speaker 3: you are open and in a state of guidance, this
- 48:25Speaker 3: can have really powerful practical meaning for you in your life.
- 48:29Speaker 3: It's like getting on that super fast, like little, you know,
- 48:33Speaker 3: walkway where you don't have to do all the hard work.
- 48:36Speaker 3: Why because you are trusting, You're in a state of
- 48:38Speaker 3: guidance and openness, and you are in that flow of
- 48:41Speaker 3: light of the universe.
- 48:55Speaker 1: I think many people are taught to manifest or follow
- 48:59Speaker 1: the love attraction, but you talk about two pre steps,
- 49:03Speaker 1: which is purge and balance.
- 49:05Speaker 3: Yeah, and my guides taught me that, and it's the
- 49:07Speaker 3: two most important steps. Like, let me put it this way,
- 49:10Speaker 3: if you wanted to, it's a garden and you go out,
- 49:12Speaker 3: you're not just going to be like, oh, look at
- 49:14Speaker 3: all the stuff here, let me just throw these seeds
- 49:16Speaker 3: on top of it. Nope, you're going to weed all
- 49:19Speaker 3: the stuff that is going to interfere with that garden,
- 49:22Speaker 3: and then you're going to till the soil. You're going
- 49:24Speaker 3: to get in the perfect state for planting, and then
- 49:27Speaker 3: you plant. If you miss those first two steps, it's like,
- 49:31Speaker 3: you know, instead of like having your volume switch at
- 49:34Speaker 3: a ten for the universe, you're barely out of one.
- 49:37Speaker 3: You've like self sabotaged from the start. So it's really important,
- 49:41Speaker 3: and that again has to do with your relationship with yourself.
- 49:46Speaker 3: You know. As a high school undist teacher, I used
- 49:47Speaker 3: to do like a final assignment and kids used to
- 49:50Speaker 3: grow and be like, oh, why do we have to
- 49:51Speaker 3: do this? It was a reflection of their journey through
- 49:55Speaker 3: literature and their own essay writing and what they learned
- 49:58Speaker 3: and experienced throughout the year, and they grumble and then
- 50:00Speaker 3: they would handle these most beautiful reflective pieces and they're like,
- 50:05Speaker 3: I didn't even recognize I learned this. I'm owning this
- 50:08Speaker 3: truth that I'm changing, and it's like this giddy happiness
- 50:11Speaker 3: they have recognizing how like that process changed them. And
- 50:14Speaker 3: I think we failed to do this in our adult lives.
- 50:17Speaker 3: We failed to reflect. First of all, there's this cacophony
- 50:19Speaker 3: of noise and energy coming at us from our cell
- 50:22Speaker 3: phones and like online and all this stuff that we
- 50:24Speaker 3: are not even quiet within ourselves. So I think the
- 50:27Speaker 3: most important thing in order to really get into like
- 50:30Speaker 3: what we want to create or what is the best
- 50:32Speaker 3: thing for us, is to first get quiet and then
- 50:35Speaker 3: get rid of the junk that's in there that doesn't
- 50:37Speaker 3: serve us. And it can be as simple as this.
- 50:39Speaker 3: Set a timer for five minutes or three minutes or
- 50:43Speaker 3: how much ever time you want to give it, take
- 50:45Speaker 3: a pen and paper, or go to your computer, and
- 50:47Speaker 3: start typing out every negative thought that pops into your mind.
- 50:51Speaker 3: At the end of the timer, look at it and
- 50:53Speaker 3: you're going to see you don't believe in any of that,
- 50:55Speaker 3: but that is what has been swimming around in your mind.
- 50:58Speaker 3: That is what the monkey mind's been telling you daily,
- 51:00Speaker 3: because if it comes down on paper, it's in you.
- 51:03Speaker 3: And you take this moment you say I reject this.
- 51:05Speaker 3: Reflect you read it and go like, wait a minute,
- 51:07Speaker 3: I can't believe this came out of me, Like this
- 51:09Speaker 3: is so mean and awful, and I don't believe any
- 51:10Speaker 3: of it. So you've now shifted, You've purged that, you've
- 51:13Speaker 3: rejected it, you know, and feel free to do like
- 51:16Speaker 3: in a materialistic way too, where you're like, let me
- 51:18Speaker 3: go in my closet and get rid of what doesn't
- 51:19Speaker 3: serve me here and donate it to somebody, like you
- 51:22Speaker 3: can do it in a symbolic sense too, And then
- 51:25Speaker 3: it's all about balance. That's the second pre step, and
- 51:28Speaker 3: it's about creating this beautiful openness within yourself. So doing
- 51:33Speaker 3: something to nurture your own light energy, maybe taking inventory of,
- 51:36Speaker 3: like how much are you're sleeping, what are you physically
- 51:39Speaker 3: putting into your body, because that's actually the most intimate
- 51:41Speaker 3: physical thing we do here is what we eat. It
- 51:44Speaker 3: becomes part of our being. Take inventory about are you
- 51:48Speaker 3: creating time to recharge, are you creating time to be
- 51:51Speaker 3: connected with nature? Are you creating time to be creative?
- 51:55Speaker 3: And then start doing some of those things when you
- 51:58Speaker 3: feel recharged and ready, now you're need to create and
- 52:01Speaker 3: then it's think it where you're just like having ideas
- 52:04Speaker 3: see it. And for that I always say like vision
- 52:06Speaker 3: boarding is great, like go cut up magazine and see
- 52:09Speaker 3: what you pull out. It might surprise you. Paste it somewhere,
- 52:12Speaker 3: take a picture, put it as your screen background for
- 52:14Speaker 3: your phone, and then write it is a really annoying step.
- 52:17Speaker 3: You have to write a letter to the universe of gratitude,
- 52:20Speaker 3: like God, the universe, whatever you want, and make it
- 52:22Speaker 3: super detailed, but always leave like the co creation. So
- 52:25Speaker 3: let's say you want to find the perfect partner. You
- 52:28Speaker 3: might describe all the inner qualities, all the outer qualities,
- 52:31Speaker 3: and then say by January first or sooner. But also
- 52:35Speaker 3: know that there's like divine timing that might happen. So
- 52:38Speaker 3: if it doesn't happen in that timing, it doesn't mean
- 52:40Speaker 3: your manifest wasn't heard. It means that the universe is
- 52:43Speaker 3: dreaming bigger for you, or know it's better than you
- 52:46Speaker 3: and is on top of it already. You can do
- 52:48Speaker 3: it in all things like relationship. Create whatever you want
- 52:51Speaker 3: and then you have to speak it, but you have
- 52:54Speaker 3: to speak it to two other people who you know
- 52:56Speaker 3: will always be rooting for you. No frenemy is nobody
- 52:59Speaker 3: who like will be jealous about your manifest It has
- 53:01Speaker 3: to be two people that you know like nurture your
- 53:03Speaker 3: soul and you trust you can even do a little
- 53:05Speaker 3: manifesting party with them. Be like, Okay, on Friday night,
- 53:07Speaker 3: we're gonna get together. We're gonna have a glass of wine,
- 53:10Speaker 3: and I'm gonna bring one thing I want to manifest.
- 53:12Speaker 3: You guys, bring it. And this is what you do.
- 53:14Speaker 3: You state your manifest and so you're gonna like narrow
- 53:16Speaker 3: it down like if you wrote like a ten page letter, right,
- 53:19Speaker 3: You're gonna narrow it down a little into a statement.
- 53:21Speaker 3: Oh and by the way, the letter has to be
- 53:23Speaker 3: like one of gratitude, as if it's already happened. Right,
- 53:25Speaker 3: I'll like, oh, please bring me this, because then you'll
- 53:27Speaker 3: be in the state of that. So you're gonna say, like,
- 53:29Speaker 3: I'm so excited for the universe to bring me the
- 53:31Speaker 3: perfect job with this ideal salary by January first or sooner.
- 53:36Speaker 3: And then your two friends or family members or loved
- 53:38Speaker 3: ones repeat it back. I'm so excited for the universe
- 53:41Speaker 3: to bring you the perfect job a January first or sooner,
- 53:44Speaker 3: and then the next person goes right, so it's like,
- 53:46Speaker 3: you do this and it amplifies it into the universe
- 53:49Speaker 3: so loudly. Because the truth is collective energy is so
- 53:54Speaker 3: much more powerful than individual so when we form that,
- 53:57Speaker 3: it becomes really magical. Then here's the artists step. Are
- 54:00Speaker 3: you ready. It's the one that a lot of people
- 54:02Speaker 3: fail and get stuck on. Surrender it. And that means
- 54:05Speaker 3: you cannot sit there and micromanage how it's going to happen.
- 54:08Speaker 3: You can't go like, I can't believe I just asked
- 54:10Speaker 3: for that, it's never going to happen, Like what would
- 54:12Speaker 3: I need to do to make that happen? Now you're
- 54:13Speaker 3: like reverse manifesting where you're canceling it out right. So
- 54:17Speaker 3: it's really important to be aware and just surrender it
- 54:20Speaker 3: and just be like, I'll let the magic happen. Thank
- 54:22Speaker 3: you team a light and just.
- 54:23Speaker 1: Let it go and just know that they've got your
- 54:25Speaker 1: back and it will happen in divine timing and there's
- 54:28Speaker 1: nothing you can do to push yeah.
- 54:30Speaker 3: If it doesn't happen, and exactly want they know better,
- 54:32Speaker 3: They're going to dream better for you. I've had experiences
- 54:35Speaker 3: like that in my own life where I thought I
- 54:36Speaker 3: really wanted something right now, owing to see like three
- 54:38Speaker 3: years later, like this is where this was leading. I
- 54:40Speaker 3: didn't even realize it, And had I taken that path
- 54:43Speaker 3: then this would have been close to me. And so
- 54:45Speaker 3: it's trusting And that's all about guidance too. I think
- 54:48Speaker 3: living a guided life is trusting in the guidance and
- 54:52Speaker 3: trusting that what you're putting out there is being heard
- 54:55Speaker 3: and that you're not forgotten, and like you matter, and
- 54:58Speaker 3: you matter not only to the light and of this world,
- 55:00Speaker 3: but to like other people's journeys too.
- 55:03Speaker 1: Do you think that spirituality can make us more resilient?
- 55:06Speaker 3: Oh, one hundred percent. I actually feel like if you
- 55:09Speaker 3: don't get your spiritual self on, you're just not the brightest, shiniest,
- 55:13Speaker 3: strongest version of yourself. I think that the currency of
- 55:17Speaker 3: spirituality is empathy, kindness, gratitude, forgiveness, and if you look
- 55:23Speaker 3: at studies of the physical body too, when we embrace
- 55:27Speaker 3: this way of being, of thinking, of not holding on
- 55:30Speaker 3: to anger, of not holding on to bitterness, of like
- 55:33Speaker 3: wanting the best for others, we shift. We become like
- 55:37Speaker 3: healthier on like a cellular level, but we also become
- 55:41Speaker 3: healthier in terms of our relationship with ourselves.
- 55:44Speaker 1: I hope that this comes off as not like a
- 55:46Speaker 1: dark energy question, but I thought it was funny when
- 55:48Speaker 1: it was submitted. How can you tell when a psychic
- 55:52Speaker 1: is full of it?
- 55:52Speaker 3: That's such a good question. First of all, I think
- 55:55Speaker 3: that you have to go into any experience questioning and skeptical.
- 56:00Speaker 3: I think you can hold space to hear somebody's messages
- 56:04Speaker 3: and a couple things can happen. Like, first of all,
- 56:07Speaker 3: psychic abilities are very real and they do exist. But
- 56:10Speaker 3: here in the United States and elsewhere, there is no
- 56:12Speaker 3: certification program unless like you go and try and do
- 56:15Speaker 3: it yourself, like I'm certified by Forever Family Foundation, by Wimbridge,
- 56:18Speaker 3: like I work with research scientists, like I do that
- 56:20Speaker 3: because it's important to me. But truly, anybody can like
- 56:24Speaker 3: be like, hey, I'm a psychic, let me read for you.
- 56:26Speaker 3: You've got to be very careful about who you let
- 56:29Speaker 3: into your energy. Like that's a very real thing. And
- 56:32Speaker 3: you can have somebody who's not very developed thinking that
- 56:34Speaker 3: they are and then going into your energy field and
- 56:37Speaker 3: saying these things that you take into your energy and
- 56:40Speaker 3: you hold onto you and that could be a little
- 56:42Speaker 3: like So here's what I say. I always say trust
- 56:45Speaker 3: word of mouth. Trust if like you heard firsthand somebody
- 56:50Speaker 3: had this really profound, beautiful experience with this psychic or
- 56:54Speaker 3: this medium that was very authentic and real. Right, also
- 56:58Speaker 3: learn how to be a good sitter. Now. I'm part
- 57:01Speaker 3: of Forever Family Foundation, which is a nonprofit that helps
- 57:03Speaker 3: people in grief, but it's also science based, and the
- 57:06Speaker 3: founder of Bob Ginsberg wrote a book about how to
- 57:09Speaker 3: be like when you go for a reading, like you
- 57:12Speaker 3: know how to be a good, clean, clear sitter where
- 57:14Speaker 3: you're not like feeding into things or giving things away.
- 57:16Speaker 3: I think that would be a great way for people
- 57:18Speaker 3: to first recognize they need to train themselves before they
- 57:21Speaker 3: have this experience. And then I'd say trust what resonates
- 57:25Speaker 3: and what doesn't, and don't ever give away your power.
- 57:27Speaker 3: If a psychic tells you something you're like that does
- 57:30Speaker 3: not resonate with me, that's not true. It's not like
- 57:32Speaker 3: reject it. Don't ever let what somebody else says counter
- 57:37Speaker 3: what you're feeling about your own life. Readings can be
- 57:40Speaker 3: excellent as like kind of a guidebook or to show you,
- 57:42Speaker 3: like the possible pathways that are there. And sometimes we
- 57:45Speaker 3: might be on a certain pathway and then change course.
- 57:48Speaker 3: And that's okay too. There's no wrong path, there's just
- 57:50Speaker 3: different lessons. But I think they can be tools to
- 57:53Speaker 3: help you navigate your life here. But like you don't
- 57:56Speaker 3: need a psychic, you can just tap into your own
- 57:58Speaker 3: abilities to help you navigate your path here too, Like
- 58:01Speaker 3: I think so often we give away our power. Now
- 58:03Speaker 3: I'm the anti business model. I'm like, nobody needs me
- 58:06Speaker 3: come to my workshops. I'm happy to show you how
- 58:08Speaker 3: to do this yourself, and like nobody ever needs a
- 58:10Speaker 3: reading for me. You're so much more powerful than I
- 58:13Speaker 3: am once you open your own lines of communication and
- 58:16Speaker 3: when you trust your spiritual self, and when you use
- 58:19Speaker 3: your abilities to navigate the world in this way of
- 58:22Speaker 3: like unseen energy, right, magical things like powerful things happen.
- 58:26Speaker 1: I'm smiling because the other most popular question was where
- 58:30Speaker 1: are our husbands?
- 58:32Speaker 2: All of these women are like where is he?
- 58:34Speaker 1: And so I think that you're giving us that answer.
- 58:38Speaker 1: I think we should do that purge exercise.
- 58:40Speaker 3: Yeah, So here's what I know. Like when you shift
- 58:42Speaker 3: your energy and when you celebrate yourself and celebrate your life,
- 58:46Speaker 3: energy is a vibration. Right, We're in a state of
- 58:49Speaker 3: like almost like ned or like panic like where is
- 58:52Speaker 3: my husband? Like I want this so badly in my life,
- 58:54Speaker 3: and we start getting into that fear stream of energy
- 58:57Speaker 3: because what we're really thinking is like what if this
- 58:58Speaker 3: doesn't happen. We get into this very negative energy space.
- 59:01Speaker 3: It's like a sound vibration. We're going to attract not
- 59:03Speaker 3: good things like energy is a lake. At the top,
- 59:06Speaker 3: people are water skiing, lights, beautiful. The bottom there's like
- 59:09Speaker 3: catfish and slimmy things, like we don't want to go
- 59:10Speaker 3: to the bottom. No, The answer to it all is
- 59:13Speaker 3: like elevating ourselves, doing things that bring us joy, getting
- 59:16Speaker 3: into a creative state, like honoring our light, respecting ourselves,
- 59:19Speaker 3: creating boundaries for us, and then creating a manifest of
- 59:23Speaker 3: exactly what we want and then releasing it and surrendering it.
- 59:27Speaker 3: You know, I've done ratings before where I've seen that
- 59:29Speaker 3: somebody's gonna get married in three years, and I'm like, Okay,
- 59:31Speaker 3: this person's going to come in, here's their name, but
- 59:33Speaker 3: like they're not here for three years. They're so upset
- 59:35Speaker 3: like this, there's like what are you mean three years?
- 59:37Speaker 3: Like they get angry and then it's because the person
- 59:40Speaker 3: was married at the time. Of the reading to somebody
- 59:42Speaker 3: else needed to get divorced because that relationship had run
- 59:44Speaker 3: its course. They needed to leave, and now they're gonna
- 59:47Speaker 3: get married to the person I'm speaking to. But like,
- 59:49Speaker 3: we have to let linear time here play out. And
- 59:51Speaker 3: so I just would say to people, like, trust in it.
- 59:54Speaker 3: Trust in like your heart's desires, but don't trust in
- 59:57Speaker 3: it in like a needy, panicked way. Trust in it,
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: And like, I'm so excited for the universe to bring
- 1:00:02Speaker 3: this to me, and when it shows up, it's going
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: to be wonderful. But I am going to spend so
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: much quality time with myself right now. I am going
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: to become the best version of myself so that when
- 1:00:12Speaker 3: this person arrives, I can recognize that person rather than
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: dismiss them.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: Okay, Laurlen, I have some rapid fire for you. Okay, Okay.
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: I feel most at peace when.
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: I'm cooking in my kitchen.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: What's a skill you'd like to hone.
- 1:00:29Speaker 3: I would like to learn how to like water color.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: I think it's really hard, but I feel like the
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: other side keeps showing me that I'm meant to do
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: what they're calling like spirit paintings with water colors. And
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: I keep saying like, Okay, I can't wait to do
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: this after carve out the time because it's going to
- 1:00:42Speaker 3: be energy that comes through me. And I'm so excited
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: to go on that journey. So I feel like I
- 1:00:47Speaker 3: need to create space for that. I'm really excited for that.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: That's very specific. I love that. What's one thing every
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: woman should try once?
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: Going out to dinner on their own with nobody else there?
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: Wow, man's why.
- 1:01:00Speaker 3: Yeah. So when I was in my early twenties, I
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: spent a semester at Oxford University in England and I
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: would travel and I traveled for a month afterwards on
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: my own, and I found that the time that I
- 1:01:13Speaker 3: was in highest connectivity with myself and like drinking and
- 1:01:16Speaker 3: the experiences around me, and like getting downloads from my guide,
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: it would be like when I would go out to
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: dinner by myself. So I think spending time alone and
- 1:01:24Speaker 3: seeing that as a beautiful, sacred thing rather than like
- 1:01:27Speaker 3: putting it with a loneliness category like can be profound.
- 1:01:30Speaker 3: So for me, it's like, I think going out to dinner,
- 1:01:33Speaker 3: the answer could be like do something alone and drink
- 1:01:37Speaker 3: in all your light and all your experiences.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: What's a book that changed your life, something you think
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: everybody should read.
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: So my favorite book in the world is To Kill
- 1:01:44Speaker 3: a Mockingbird because I think it showed like the connectivity
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: of all of us and like the goodness and like
- 1:01:49Speaker 3: what we all have to be aware about, like the
- 1:01:51Speaker 3: darkness that is there, and like feeding the light within us. Right,
- 1:01:55Speaker 3: So that's by Harperley. And then I also like The
- 1:01:57Speaker 3: Color Purple by Alice Walker and if at the back
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: of the book she says author and medium, she thanks
- 1:02:03Speaker 3: everybody for coming, like the characters came to her and
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: through her, which I found fascinating. But it tells like
- 1:02:09Speaker 3: this beautiful journey of like empowerment and discovery for the
- 1:02:12Speaker 3: main character, Celia. It's just such a powerful work of literature.
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: And then The Alchemist by Paolo Quelo, which is about
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: a journey a young boy goes on and like that
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: takes them very far. I don't want to ruin the ending,
- 1:02:24Speaker 3: but it's just magical, and I feel like it's allegorical
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: for all of our journeys here. So those are the
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: the ones I'd read, and those all affected me in
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: a very profound way.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Those are great ones. Thank you for that. Okay.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: The last question is always from the question Everything card deck.
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: I pulled yours right ahead of our interview, and it said,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: what has been your biggest sacrifice on the path to achievement?
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: I think time, That's what I would say. I think
- 1:02:48Speaker 3: one of the greatest gifts we have here that we
- 1:02:50Speaker 3: don't recognize is the time we have. And I think
- 1:02:54Speaker 3: that knowing that I was called to do this has
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: taken over a lot of time in my life, and
- 1:03:02Speaker 3: that I don't think that's worthy. I totally think it's worthy,
- 1:03:05Speaker 3: and I'm so enriched and fulfilled by it, but I
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: am fully aware that it is a bit of a
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: sacrifice in knowing I'm going to choose this and to
- 1:03:14Speaker 3: do this rather than all these other things that maybe
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: would be more like joyful or leisurely. It's like I'm
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: driven by a purpose and I want to honor that
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: in the right ways. And the way that I honor
- 1:03:25Speaker 3: that is by giving my time.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: Well, thank you for sharing your time with us today.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: I'm so grateful. Okay, you know what time it is.
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: Today's a good day. To have a good day.
- 1:03:41Speaker 2: I'll see you next week.
